None of the phone numbers work. You cannot get in touch with anyone at your convenience. The number with a 718 area code called my husband back yelling “YEAH YOU CALLED? WHAT DO YOU WANT?!” If a legitimate person operated a respectable business they would never speak to someone like that. Disgusting.
What a deal! For 90$ I parked there for a WEEK and a half! Amazing parking. Amazing staff! In and out. Not a single issue. Found my new parking spot for JFK. Thanks guys! FYI. I see all the comments I about being picked up on time blah blah blah. It says on their business card *please call UP TO 45 min before*. Called them when I landed. They picked me up by the time I came out. 👍👍
Worst customer service. Was yelled at over the phone because the worker thought I was another customer and then didn’t bother apologizing. Then gets to terminal just to say my man and I with our luggage can’t fit so they’d come back later for us. Took an Uber instead. Never going back.
It’s a scam. They don’t even have a parking lot (don’t trust the photos at the website). Today I couldn’t leave my car there because there wasn’t anybody to receive it. Tried to call several times and nobody answered in both numbers provided. (now, I actually feel lucky of not having left my car there, after having seeing all the reviews here). I Paid for 15 nights a total of usd 160 and ended up having to park in a other long term parking (a serious one, that costs around usd 20 a day). I Almost lost my flight. I’m Trying to cancel the reservation and get my money back. Expecting that at least they may be decent people. Will update if I hear back from them.
On November 20, I booked parking for 5 days at JFK airport through the website. I chose a company called best kept secret (JFK) airport parking based on the positive reviews on the website. My experience was anything but positive. The drop off on November 21 was a little strange because the address on your website is not a parking lot it is just a restaurant with an office that best kept secret works out of. My family and I were driven to the airport gate (in my car) and I was assured that my car would be parked safely in a lot and that when I arrived back at JFK a shuttle would pick me up.As planed my family arrived on November 27 at 6 AM after flying all night. We call best kept secret several times each time being assured they were on their way however it was over two hours before we were picked up. Then back to their office where we waited another 30 minutes for a call to be delivered. My wife three small children and I by this time were exhausted. When we got home we realized that our car was filthy, had scratches and damage to the driver side rear wheel well. The mud is so caked in to the trailer hitch they mustve backed it in to a mud hill. The odometer showed that the call had been driven over 500 miles in our absence. We tried calling best kept secret but to no avail. We called the local police and were told but this company was running a scam and there have been many complaints about them. The police believed the company is unlicensed had no parking lot but in fact park the cars left in their care on the street and may even rent them while the unsuspecting traveler is away. It was obvious to us that we were the victims of a criminal organization. That our brand-new 2016 car had been abused driven through mud and damaged. The police informed us that most likely we would receive tickets in the mail because best kept secret frequently leaves the car is in their care double parked or an illegal parking spots. The unsuspecting traveler only finds out about the tickets when they become past due and receive notices in the mail.We have done some research and find that all online websites such as yelp and trip adviser list best kept secret as the fraud and criminal operation it is. Only the site way gives a glowing reviews and recommends it. We must assume that they are either complicit in the fraud or negligent because of their failure to realize they were promoting a criminal organization. As of today your site is still promoting best kept secret.
Is true what people say that was is good to be true is not good. I was happy after making this reservation, not knowing how terribly I would be treated today. On the day of the drop off everything kind of went smooth, though not as professional as I thought. That same day one of the representatives told me that based on the time of my flight, he will pick me up at a set time. At the arrival at the airport, I called and they said that yes they will pick me up, but it will take 20 to 30 minutes, which was already late after the time I was told. After that I called again and said I will like to check the status for my pick up, they told me you are #6 in the list of pick up. This was an hour after the hour I was told. I was told by a very disrespectful representative that if I didnt wait I can get a cab for an additional cost when I was had a reservation that included a free shuttle bus for pick up. My sister told the girl who was the contact at the time and asked her that we paid for the service and why we have to pay extra, I am doing part of the service and there would be no reimbursement, the girl said if you want to speed the process what you need to do is get a cab. She said if not you can come and get on the van with one of the clients I am picking up and you can get your own car. This is the worst service I have received in a parking lot. Is incredible that you pay for a service and you only get part of it. This is the last time I will be leaving my car here!
I used this lot to go on a trip out a JFK. Its a no frills lot but the staff was very personable and they pick me up at the airport on rime. My car was well taken care of . It took a few minutes for them to get my car but they were very busy so I was able to go to the food vendor in the parking lot and get some really good soul food. I plan on using them again. They have the best price of anywhere for JFK parking. If you want be pampered and have valet Service than this may not be the l0t for you but if you want something at a very reasonable price and theyll take care of you this is the one
Poor me, I should have read the reviews. Upon picking up my car, I realized that my dash-cam is unplugged. All the history was deleted. I check my car and realized 2 scratches across the entire side doors (driver and rear) see pictures. Someones chewing gum was literally sticking on the front passenger seat, see pictures. The worst service ever!
A one is really too much to offer. The service was terrible. We waited 1 hour and 45 minutes to get picked up from the airport. Considering its less than a 10 minute ride to the lot. Not to mention we had a two hour ride home. By the time we made it to the car we could have been home, not just starting our journey. The driver was extremely rude to us and all the people calling to complain about not getting picked up. He kept saying he was the only one working that day. Thing is, they ask when youre returning. Its not like its a surprise a bunch of flights were arriving at the same time. Totally not worth the great price. OH.. and the one and only driver was so busy that he casually went to the shop next door to get a snack and a drink. He was chatting with another guy on the street, all while at least six other families were waiting to be picked up. (Im pretty sure they use your car to pick up other people. We were dropped off in car with New Jersey plates and picked up in a Van with PA plates).
Terrible, would not recommend at all. Prices might be low, but after a 5 day trip I got back to a rip in my driver side seat cushion. I was told a manager was not there and to call at 11am. I called at 11am and was told a manager would not be there until 2pm. I called at 2pm and was told one manager was in the shop and the other is at the airport and was immediately hung-up on. Currently in the process of trying to get this resolved and am being given the runaround by this place. 0 stars if I could
I make a reservation on December 25, 2019. The driver asked to wait ultil he drop some people at the airport. After waiting for over 30 minutes he came back and told me parking lot was full. This was such a waste of time. I have to rush and find parking at the airport. The only reason why I didnt miss my flight was because it was delayed. I had called them three times asking for a refund. I talked to a guy called video twice and he said I will receive my refund in ten business days and nothing happened. This people are not reliable they are efficient taking your money but not giving you a good service nor giving peoples money back after they fail to provide the service they charged you for.
When I booked, I did not read the reviews. WORST SERVICE EVER!! DO NOT LEAVE YOUR CAR THERE!! WARNING!! I left my car for 18 days and when I picked it up the electrical system was not working. They do not gave a S***T about it. It took them 1h15m to pick me up (plus my 2 young kids!) and they just gave me the car and left me in the middle of the road without taking any responsibility. I left the car in good condition and I took it back damaged. I even had to call the cops because they were very aggressive. Next time, I will be pay more but I will get a better service. DO NOT GO CHEAP IT IS NOT WORTH IT!!!
I used this service third time this week. And I had wrote positive feedback in the past.I was more attentive to details this time and need to admit that negative comments have ground. Somebody used my car and car mileage increased around 250 miles during our absence. They removed and reapplied easy pass tag. And person who pick us on return requested $5 for long term parking. Cash and no receipt. Obvious fraud of management.
This location is the same as world wide parking spot or website seven dollar jfk parking. They use websites that don’t have user comment section. I came back early from my trip only to find out one of their employees stoled the car and have been driving my car around as they say. Had used ticket stubs for a event from 5 days before. Person drove over 130 miles and damaged on my right door and wheel fender, plus bottom of my front air damper bumper. Filed police report and now having to see how to deal with insurance. All this time, not a single apology from the manager, even said why I called the police. Duh, he is the one who called the police and when I waited over an hour and he said I didn’t need to stay. I called the police and they came in 15 minutes so I even question if he was being honest that he called the police in the first place and why he got more anxious and asked why I called them. Story doesn’t fit, manager said they found out early in the morning, but how and why did they only call when I showed up. They didn’t expect me back for another 4 days. In talking to the police officers, this location just opened and has multiple reported problems. Do not park here, seems all real shady, and multiple holes in their story. There is no security. They act as if your dropping your car in a gated area, but it only has room for 20 cars or less. Something else going on here....maybe a scam business.
DO NOT LEAVE YOUR CAR HERE! My husband and I called for the shuttle several times after landing at the airport. We were not able to get ahold of anyone so we took an Uber to the “parking lot” where we dropped off our car. When we arrived there were two police vehicles outside the building, police on the street, and several other families and couples inside of the restaurant/parking building. The police informed us that Best Kept Secret parking is not a legitimate business. They take people’s money, park the cars on the street, or sometimes even steal the newer cars. The 12 policemen took Down everyone’s license plate numbers and car descriptions and drove around the area search for everyone’s cars. The people who work in the restaurant/parking building would not tell anyone where on the street our vehicles were parked and would not give us the keys. There is no parking lot for the cars. There is a sign on the door that says open 24 hours, but the parking people kicked everyone out of the building and locked the doors. My husband and I had to wait outside in the cold for 2 hours while the police looked for our car. Once the police found our car we had to try to get the car key from the uncooperative black men who were walking around the street acting like they didn’t have everyone’s keys. The police have been trying to get the “business” shut down and informed us that all we can do is write bad reviews online and to complain. PAY THE EXTRA MONEY AND PARK SOMEWHERE ELSE! We were lucky to get our car back and especially to get it back without any extra dents, scratches, or tickets.
This is an UNLICENSED and UNINSURED business. I left my car there for 3 weeks and upon pick up my windshield was CRACKED. I called police but there were not able to make a police report for a claim because they are NOT AN EXISTING BUSINESS. Police said they get calls all the time but cant do anything - not even shut them down. The owners WILL NOT BEAR RESPONSIBILITY for any damage to your car. NEVER LEAVE YOUR CAR THERE! We are now dealing with a $2,500 in damages...
Quick and easy experience. Dropped off my car, got a ride to the airport with the friendly driver a few minutes later. After I landed back in JFK, when I was at the luggage claim I called the number for pick up, and less than 10 minutes later the driver was outside (I got my suitcase and ran out to meet him).I had my car back about 40 minutes after I landed, the quickest ever for any off site parking.
NEVER EVER USE THIS PARKING. I had to give it some time before I decided to leave a review, as I was full of outrage. We booked parking at Best Kept Secret Parking based on couple of reviews which were all positive. When we arrived we were not able to find any staff on place. We asked literally in all shops next to it until we entered the cafe and asked there. Lady in the cafe told us to wait a second. So we stood on the street for 15 minutes. Then one guy came and told us that he is our driver and showed us THE SHUTTLE - ugly, dirty and beaten van with heavy marijuana smell inside. We were all afraid of leaving our car there, but we had no time to look for another parking. So we signed the contract and gave them the keys. Our driver drove us to airport and all our vacation we were thinking of our car and if we ever are going to get it back. Long story short. After 3 weeks we came back, shuttle came for us in 10-15 mins which is good. When we arrived to the parking spot, our car was not there. We asked where is our car. Those wannabe staff guys looked at each other and kept asking: Where is their car? Couple of phone calls later we saw our car arriving from one of the nearby streets. One of the fog lights was hanging on the wire under the bumper, we immediately checked the car and found couple of scratches, which were not there before. All the car was dirty and full of gravel - inside and outside. We were so shocked that we drove the car home and after we gave it proper wash we found that the left rear quarter panel was all scratched and dented like it was slightly hit by another car. There was a large dent under right tail light, couple of minor scratches all over the car and bent front steel bumper and broken fog light bracket. Unbelievable.
After booking this parking and reading all of the reviews I felt a lot of buyers remorse. However, when I arrived at around 4 PM and late for my flight , I found the place busy with activity. Since I was late one of the guys offered me to drive me in my car to JFK. I made just in time for my plane. On my return I called in they told me they guy would be there in 5 min. In 5 min the guy called me he was outside. Unfortunately, my baggage was lost and I spent another hour inside terminal. When I finally came out , I called again. The gentlemen came in my car with a friend and I did not have to drive him back. The price of the place is 3 times cheaper than the next competitor. Of course I tipped the gentlemen , who drove me to and picked me at JFK. I hope I gave a nice tip and even with it it still was very cheap , comparing to others and very convenient. My cars odometer had extra 10 miles since I left the car and that exact the distance it takes to drive to JFK and back to the facility 3 times. Next time out of JFK I will certainly use them again.
Used to be great, but now would never use again: one employee told me there was a mandatory fixed tip of $20 round trip and made me go to a high fee ATM to obtain cash before he would drive me in the shuttle--this turned out to be completely untrue. The next time they left my car on the street where it got a parking ticket that they never told me about when I picked up my car. I got the overdue notice in the mail from NYC for $45. This lot is becoming a pseudo-criminal operation.
I parked my personal car at one of the valet parking services around JFK airport upon traveling abroad 4/7, I came back on 4/16. The parking service told me that they parked my car that morning (in preparation for my arrival to pick it up) in front of the office and was towed by the New York police. When I called the police they said they do not even tow cars on Sundays. After two days of search the company told me go ahead and inform the police that your car has been stolen.Eventually the police found the car hit and towed at a private towing location. They informed that the car was hit over a mile away from where it was supposed to be parked and this was on 4/13 (three days before my scheduled arrival day from my travel to pick the car). And then it was parked in a prohibited location where the towing company picked it up.The police advised me that I need to file a lawsuit case with a civil court as my car has been used without my permission by the parking company and eventually hit and towed after parked at a prohibited location.
Whatever you do, do not leave your care here. Yes its cheap but you get what you pay for. People wait over an hour to get picked up at the airport and then when they picked us up they couldnt find the paper work to our car or the keys to the car. We waited for an hour for them to locate our car. They pull up our car and we had a damage to our car. They are so nastyThey are so unprofessional, and dont care. It looked fishy when we left the car with them as the office is in a restaurant. I wonder if its even a ligitimate business?!
Ive never been treated with such unprofessionalism as by the drivers. There is a second lot next door, which is also managed by the same people. I used them back in March 2018, and now in July but under Best Kept Secret. Both provide horrible service. They use their personal vehicle as transport, and only had 2 drivers. Last nights drivers had the odasity to state they provide a shuttle service as a courtesy, and that passengers should also consider using Uber. Say what? Why would a parking lot state they provide free shuttle service and then say its only a courtesy? Then my driver stated he was delayed picking up because he was also busy doing food deliveries. 😡 Again...what? Are you kidding me? Thats the unfortunate part of paying less. You actually get what you pay for. Next time, I will be using a more reputable service that DOES provide what they say they provide. I give Best Kept Secret a Thumbs Down. And they should really consider keeping their service a secret. No one should have to deal or know anything about them!!!
WARNING WARNING WARNING First, we could barely find the office and started to wonder if our pre-paid parking was a hoax. After circling several blocks several times, we finally found the closet of an office with no one in it in an area that made us wonder if our hubcaps would be stolen while we were gone and that might be the best-case scenario. Within a minute a man came out of the restaurant next store to help us. It took about 30 minutes before we were shuttled to the airport in a car with a pine tree scent remover that smelled only a little worse than the odors it was supposed to mask. The driver, though, was pleasant and helpful. On return it took nearly an hour to be picked up at the airport. When we arrived back at the office, there was a woman in near hysterics who had been there for 45 minutes and was sure she was going to miss her plane. Our driver, also nice, though he drove from the airport in a jerky hurry, took off and went to get our car from somewhere. He was gone about fifteen minutes. Seeing there was no one else to help them, the woman and the man she was with got into their own car and drove off.On return, our driver pulled our car onto the sidewalk, then half into the street and somehow managed to help transfer our luggage from his car to ours over a pond-sized puddle. We left. It was our mistake not to photograph the mileage and the gas gauge in our car when we first arrived, but we are quite sure we remember the gas being over half when we left and it was considerably under half when we returned. Not only that, the car had an unexplained rattle and stunk of tobacco. Within five minutes a notice popped up saying we should check the tired pressure. We therefore are quite sure our car hadnt stayed parked throughout our trip, and who knows if it had been used every day and the gas refilled minimally at the end. If our car had been a dog we would have been heartbroken wondering what had transpired in our absence. We might be totally wrong to think this way but keep in mind, right or wrong, the overall atmosphere lends itself to such thoughts. In short, the Best Kept Secret should remain a secret. I feel badly for the guys who work there but more sorry for anyone who gets duped into thinking this is a good place to leave your car. Do yourself a favor and pay a little more for long-term parking that comes with peace of mind.
Never again! That was my third and last time parking there and every time there were some minor problems like they used my own car to drop me off because they didnt have a van for all of our suitcases , or I will have a muddy tiers on return. Now last they put me on 30 minutes waiting for a return pickup , after 25 minutes of waiting they called to let me know what the van is broken and.... so when I said that I really dont care about the van and the reason, the guy said that he will not pick us up and hung up. Now 40 minutes later I have to pay for a cab to get there and guess what ..? My car came in covered with bird poop and tree debris when I asked them about giving it a wash the answer was its an outside parking and we dont wash the cars
DO NOT PARK YOUR CAR THEREI used this lot when I was going away for a week. When I returned, my car had been ransacked. I cannot begin to describe the amount of mess my car had. Items from my glove box was in my arm rest, items from the back seat was in the front seat. It looked like someone went through every ounce of my car looking for something and put items back in random places because they could not remember where it was originally. I then noticed that a purse I had in my backseat with a few items was gone. The person took the purse and one item out of it and left the rest of the items on the floor in my backseat. One day later I noticed that a hooded sweatshirt I had from college was missing. When I spoke to the owner that day his question to me was is the bag a louie vutton or prada. The brand of the purse does not matter. The brand of the sweatshirt or the item in the bag does not matter. It is about the fact that someone took items that belonged to me and went through my entire car because they felt comfortable enough to do it. The owner then said to me well I could ask my employees but you know how life works, they will just say they did not do it. We have signs telling people not to leave valuable items in their vehicle when they leave it parked. I am aware of not leaving valuable items in my car. I would not leave cash or electronics in my car. However, I should not have to be worried about leaving a sweatshirt or a purse in my car. My car also had an extra 3 miles added to it which I was told might be from it being moved to another lot. This is concerning because before I left I specifically asked if my car would be moved and I was told that my car would stay in the lot of this address and they only need the key in case they have to move it around the lot to remove other cars. In my opinion, this guy is aware that his employees steal from peoples cars and he plans to do nothing about it. I am thoroughly disappointed in them because people just should not treat people this way. I know things happen and people can steal but the way the owner handled it was inappropriate. If I can prevent at least one person from parking there, I will feel better. No one deserves to have this happen to them.
Horrible place -- PLEASE DO NOT USE!This is absolutely the worst place you can find to park near JFK. Even if they are the cheapest, just avoid them like plague. The place doesnt even have a decent parking lot -- it is just a little shop on the road. The people are very rude and very slow. On the way back, I had to call 5 times before anybody even picked up and then they told me that it will be 45 minutes. I decided to take Uber ($11) because I was too tired, but even then they took a long time and an argument before they brought my car. In most places, you just walk up to your car and drive out; but since these guys have very little space, you have to wait for them to get the car, wherever they brought your car -- it is definitely not right there for you to see. So this was bad in every way imaginable and it surely didnt turn out cheap. NEVER AGAIN!
Believe it or not, they are great!! Very accommodating and professional. Traveling with an infant is not a fun task and they definitely did everything they could to help. So what, they run the business from a restaurant?! My car was there for 18 days and I saved a lot of money! I will definitely park again at this parking space.
One of the best parking spots we’ve used. They move the cars to a different site and bring them back and forth. All the employees were very nice and prompt to pick up and drop off, which hasn’t been the case with other places we’ve used in the past. I would use them again without hesitation.
It doesnt even deserve a 1, but if I dont choose a 1 I cant post my review. It was horrible service nothing like I ever experienced. On the day we were leaving for JFK we arrived at the Parking at 5:30 am and waited over an hour to be taken and mind you our flight was at 8:15 so we definitely did not get to the airport two hours in advance. We were lucky that the lines at JFK security went fairly fast otherwise we would have missed our flight. There were two groups a head of me waiting to be taken to JFK which made the wait a lot longer. How is it possible that there was only 1 driver? When it was time to take us the driver whose his name I think was Ron was taking his time and was he slow. Got out of the car to go into the store front, he then took the clip board from us with the form we completed. He then proceeded to take his time to check our car and we asked nicely if he could be quicker because we were running late. His response was that we should have been there 3 hours earlier. Really??? We were there 2.5 hours earlier the extra half hour wouldnt have made a difference. He then got into the van and then came out again looking for something taking his time. I was pissed and my face said it all, but I had to control my mouth because I didnt want any repercussions of something being done intentionally to our car. On our way to JFK he began making small talk guess after seeing my facial expression and giving tips on how to quickly check-in. I was not in the mood for it. I needed no tips as I am frequent traveler and already had my boarding pass and my bag was checked in online. On our return we once again had to wait over an hour to be picked up. The difference this time is that the driver I believe his name was Romie was apologetic unlike Ron and he was very friendly. Nonetheless, DO NOT CONSIDER USING THIS AIRPORT PARKING...HORRIBLE SERVICE. I RATHER PAY EXTRA AND DEAL WITH A PROFESSIONAL ESTABLISHMENT.
If you have a nice car, certainly not do this. I have a brand-new Lexus NX 200 T with a few new scratches. When I dropped off the car, considering the set up, I was nervous. But nothing I can do at that point. So when I received my car on my return, the call was full of mud. Inside and out. I am now having my car washed for second time and I still cant get rid of all the mud. However I can certainly see my new scratches.DONT DO IT!!!!
DONT GO HERE!! Its not worth the cheap prices. First, you dont know where the business actually is because its run out of a some weird shady restaurant. We pulled up and had no clue where to go. Instanly we had our doubts. The entire process of getting to the airport was downright scary, and all we kept thinking about throughout our vacation was if our car was ok. Secondly, its not a shuttle service. Its just a guy who takes you back and forth to the airport in his car. But we NEVER GOT PICKED UP when we landed. We called them at least 50 times and no one answered, and they told us to call once you get your bags. After trying for a half hour someone finally picked up and said they are on their way. We waited for another half hour and still no one showed, meanwhile the place is 5 mins from the airport. We called and called and called probably another 50 times (no joke) and again no one answered. We finally got thru again at about the hour and 15 min mark of waiting and they said they were having car trouble. So 45 mins went by from when we last spoke to them when they said they were on their way to get us even though they werent and no one thought to call us to tell us that they were having car trouble. They just let us wait even when they told us they were on the way. At this point I was ready to call the cops because I didnt know what to think about my car. Finally we took a cab there and had to spend $20 to do so when the shuttle service, which was supposed to be complimentary, still never showed. I was furious. When we got there they had no answer for why they didnt call us to let us know or as to why they didnt have someone else pick us up or send us a cab at least. They were just rude and standoffish. It was a nightmare. We had just bought a brand new car too and we were worried the entire time if the car was ok. Thank god it was but I will never go back there and I would advise everyone to go anywhere else to park their car for long term parking when flying out of JFK. Believe me spend the extra money and go to The Parking Spot. Its an actual business that is run with people who arent inept. We regret so much not using The Parking Spot because we have in the past and they were great but we thought we were getting a great deal at a well established business bc this place was on groupon and we figured we were good, until we pulled up. Man we were so wrong. Dont make the same mistake we did!
Id give it zero stars if I could. First of all, finding the place was near impossible and almost made us late for our flight! Secondly, there is no office, there was a guy in a black van taking your info and keys. He did take us to the airport after about 5 mins of checking in, that wasnt the issue....it was coming home. Our flight was late and we had no luggage to pick up so we went straight to ground transportation. I called the first number on my card, no answer , called the second number, no answer, called the third number, no answer....by this time Im getting furious! I keep calling all three numbers, after about 10 mins of trying, I finally get someone with an accent so thick I couldnt understand him! I told him our terminal number and key tag number and got hung up on. Tried calling all three numbers again and no answer so after about 20 mins of trying to get in touch with them I called an uber who came right away! Before I arrived at the parking spot with uber, the company called me and said they where at the wrong terminal and we will have to wait for the next shuttle...I said forget it I got an uber already and hung up on him! $10 well spent to get back to my car only to find some jamaican guy outside who stunk like weed, finally got my key, I checked on my car and got in...the first thing I noticed was the massive smell of marijuana in my car.this place is horrible and should be shut down!!!! DO MOT PARK YOUR CAR HERE...YOULL END UP FRUSTRATED AFTER YOUR WONDERFUL VACATION!
When we came back from our trip, we found:1. the back of our car covered in mud as if they got stuck2. they had unplugged our cameras that record in front and behind us so there is no video of them moving it from the parking spot we left.3. a huge dent on our doorWhen we confronted them about it, they claimed that the dent was listed on paperwork and yet we never completed any papers looking over the car. They asked for photos which we sent them. Weve asked what the next step is and they have not responded so we told them were taking it to our insurance and need this so called paperwork. Surprise, surprise, they cant find the paperwork. This place is a big scam. Do not stay here!
Fraudulent operation....they dont even have an adequate lot to park cars long term or short term. They park cars on the side streets in the area taking up space from the residents that live on those streets. Numerous complaints have been filed with the 105 police station about this operation. You are being scammed they are not keeping your vehicle safe.....Update: 08/26/19 Check out pictures... Cars are parked on side street not on their premises... Trunk left open for a week on one car.... Passenger window left open all week on one car.... All are parked on 147 Ave and 225th St. Worst business.
Buyer beware... Yeah its cheap but customer service is abysmal. Free shuttle is a guy in a car who apparently lies to the dispatcher about where he is. We waited more than an hour to get driven to AND from the airport. Good thing we werent in a rush! Rude, uncommunicative, and unprofessional. Family travelling separately from us had same experience.
Took over 2 hour of waiting for our pick-up at the airport. After 6 hour flight trying to keep a 5 year old we didnt need this, our driver original told us he be there in 20 minutesOn the way to pick up our car he continued to get calls from costumer waiting long than us
I parked my car for a flight out of JFK end of July. I just got a parking citation that my car was parked on a crosswalk during their possession of my vehicle ($125). I just called them on the phone and was told to call back at 3pm to speak with a manager. I hope they are going to help me with this. Will keep you updated.
I do not recommend this place irresponsible people and the worst I left my car for six days and when I returned with my family turn to a nightmare ... had put a boot to my car because they left it every day in the street. .. also moved it from the site where they had put the boot which is illegal and I had to pay $ 500 of fee for illegally moving it plus the balance owed by the parking tickets ... they did not inform us of the situation until a block before To get to our car also deleted from the paper of the information of the boot specifically the date and address where they put the boot .. when I go where the supposed supervisor has a hostile attitude and said to move my damn face from his sight and to call The police ... when the police arrive they can not do anything because I decided to start a legal process against this crazy company that only deceive people ... very careful and do not let them cheat and do not pass on what sma that After a well deserved vacation we returned to have to pay more than a thousand dollars .. not reliable I do not recommend it at all.
Worst Parking Spot. Never never never park here. Worst Customer service, i missed my International flight from JFK bse of poor service. I was this place @ 5.00 am with family and my flight was on @ 9.am. Nobody came untill 6.30 am. They dont have own parking lot. Only 1 person came to work @ 6.31 am then he cant handle many people for car parking. He took my car for parking and didt come back till 8.15 am. When i wentJFK with some other people and DELTA not allowd me. Spend more $ 1300 for next day flight + $150 for Hotel night too.On return after 1 week my car odometer up by 869 Miles. May be they were using my as a suttel or rented. God knows only. Thets why they are so cheap parking.Dont park your car.
I’ll give the place one star because the guy that picked me up was quick and very nice. However the rest of my experience was so horrible. Please please just pay more and park somewhere else just for your peace of mind. When I first arrived in the area I couldn’t even find the location. I was looking for a sign that stated where the parking lot was but it was non existent. It’s actually located in a residential area and share a space with a take out spot. When I went in the Mary hat helped me was nice but just unprofessional she didn’t know where the driver was and said that she would call him. When he showed up after 30 min he was very lax and walking slow. Going to thbe store next door to get a drink, he had no sense of urgency. When i told him my flight time he told me I should have been here 3 hours ahead if time, and that he is the only driver. He parked my car on the street. I was so stressed at this moment I began to panic inamkst started to cry. I didn’t know what condition my car would be in when I returned and I didn’t think I would make my flight, that god it wasn’t international. The guy sped to the airport to get me and another passenger there all the while making jokes. I really had to just laugh along time to keep from crying. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! You’ve been warned.
This is a horrible parking spot!!! The prices are great but the twist is I personally went to PR and left my car there later on I got a letter saying there was a parking violation and I had to pay 130$ I am thinking about taking legal action especially since their phone is disconnected.
Ill summarize my experience with this place.I left my car with these individuals. Came back from my trip to find my car full of mud on the wheels and on the sides. The floor mat on the driver side was dirty with muddy footprints. On top of all that, my rear plate was missing; they blamed me even when someone went around the car to inspect it.Update: I just found out I owe a 45 dollar ticket because these individuals left my car on the street.
This has got to be the worst place ever to park your car. Spare yourself the aggravation. They are NOT fit to be licensed to run this business. We almost missed our flight using them. They didnt take us or pick us up from airport. We had to use Uber. Their staff are rude, incompetent and downright unprofessional. STAY AWAY. I wouldnt even give them a star, but google makes you put a rating.
Best Kept Secret parked our car in their location and dropped us at the airport but when it was time to pick us up, they requested to pick up one of family members to get our car and come to get the rest. I believe that we should have gotten picked up and drove to their location and get our car as that was part of the service we paid for.
Cheap but horrible customer service. Driver was rude. He had an attitude the whole time. He did not help with our bags which is fine, just dont expect a tip. He was texting when he drove. He took a call from another customer, which he also spoke to very rudely too. I would never use them again.
Upon arrival not coutrteious staff checked me in wth hesitant. They parked my car on the street entire time!!upon return waited 45 min for subtle while the person answering the phone was rude and keep hanging up on me while I wanted t know where and what kind of car will be coming after me as they cars and vans are not marked with parking name. WILL NOT USE THEM EVERAGAIN EVEN THEY ARE FEW $$ CHEAPER.
Please look at all the reviews..i ignored them and paid for it. they not only caused damage to my car but it took 2 hrs for them to pick me up from airport. owner is some local restaurant owner with no liability insurance. please DO NO USE THIS FACILITY. UNLICENSED, UNINSURED, SCAM
SCAM!! Car was not protected and looked as if someone took it on a test drive through alleyways. Scratches were left on my car all around it and one of my brand new firestone tires was replaced with an off brand tire with no tread and orange markings. Was not worth the cheap price!!!
Stay the hell away from this place. They park your vehicles on residential streets within the neighborhood. Like 177TH PL, Guy R Brewer, & Farmers BLVD. I know because I have GPS within my vehicle. These people are shady. So sad that we have to live amongst thieves like this in this world. The Best Kept Secret is no longer a secret!!!!!!
ZERO STARS !Should be renamed WORST NIGHTMAREHad verified shuttle service prior to booking- could have walked theresooner than it took to pick us up.Car was left on the street & appears to have been rifled thru.Beyond difficult to find as it actually is a business working out of a food court.NOT the way to end a vacation.
Do not park your car at this place. What they do is remove your plates and park the car on the street. I went on vacation Aug 6-13th and parked my car here. 1 month later I got parking violations from the city of NY for PLATE MISSING code 74 for the period I was on vacation and left my car here.
RUN AWAY FROM THIS PLACEI pay to park my car here didnt look for reviews or nothing and I tell you the true I got there and I run like theres no tomorrow I will never leave my car in a place like this, first I call to ask them for directions cause I didnt find it and they start with a big ghetto attitude when I finally found it no one was there I make like 5 phone calls no one answer I try another time and a guy pick up the phone and tell me he be there in 20 min I start looking at the cars and it was no way my car fit there and how they arranged the car I knew my car was come out with a lot of crashes or maybe worse thing I prefer to pay more money but I know it will be safe so dont waste your money if you got a nice car, you get what you paid!
I left my car there for 2 weeks-- granted only a 2004 ford focus-- no problems- quick pickup and drop-off-- half the price of the competition-- where my car was during those 2 weeks I cannot exactly say-- but i have no complaints-- evryone was friendly as well-- now if I had a 2016 car maybe I would not use this place- but saving $100 may not be that important to me either in that case
This is as unprofessional and sketchy as it gets. The employees for this place are horrible at best. And the best part of this experience was WE RECEIVED A PARKING TICKET from NYC while this place had parked my car which they parked it illegally!!!! Its almost laughable..
Do not book these people are scammers they collect my car ,when we arrived back to New York called them they said they will be there in 10minutes waited and waited call back the person hang up on us.call again the person was rude finally took a cab to go get our vehicle that’s not all today July 1st just got a ticket in the mail apparently they parked my vehicle on the street when it was supposed to be in an indoor parking garage I will be taking further step the law will be involved I need my money back .Not only that few days after I collected my car I noticed my license plate was crack now I know where it came from

2022-04-20Do NOT under any circumstances park your car with these people. This is not an actual business. They take your keys and park your car on the street while you’re away. Called from the airport for the shuttle back to the “parking lot” (that our car was not in, if I wasn’t being clear), and they just hung up the phone. Surprised the car even still had wheels on it when it was returned. Parking lot pictured below. Is there a way to give zero stars?

2022-02-14SCAM ALERT. DO NOT USE. This is an illegitimate and unlicensed business that will have full control of your vehicle after you leave it with them, along with your keys. In my case, they stole the new battery out of my vehicle and replaced it with an under-specd used battery. Other customers have had 500 to 900 miles added to their odometers while the vehicle was supposedly parked. Im not sure why this business has not been shut down, but it is clearly a shady operation that is taking advantage of customers by offering low parking rates in order to gain access to vehicles. Please take my advice: Pay a little more for the peace of mind of utilizing a professional and secure parking service.

2022-04-22Keep it a secret. If you were choosing between missing your flight and parking here, you may consider missing the flight. If I could give a negative review I would. Drop off with Ron and Courtney (both pleasant) was smooth, however pick up was anything but. 9:22 pm - Multiple phone calls on multiple numbers lead to full vm boxes. Upon pick up, the driver said he was busy and to call back in 30-45 minutes, 9:45 pm call back was received to same try calling back in 30 - 45 minutes. When I offered to get a cab there I was told it wouldnt matter because no one would be there and he hung up (honestly whomever worked that shift should be fired). 10:08 brought a shift change (and Ron, who single-handedly brought this to a 2), after much ado, we were picked up at terminal 5 at around 11:15 in a van that couldnt have been road legal, instrument panel beeping and stank of burnt rubber/oil, and went to 2 other terminals before arriving at our car at around 11:45 to midnight. On a positive note the car was in the same condition as when we left it, and little to no mileage added or gas missing. Tips to owner - be more organized, you have a list of peoples expected arrival times. Also fire whoever worked prior to Ron on April 21, as he is giving your business a terrible reputation. Tips to consumer - check recent reviews and think about how you value your time. If messing about for hours after your flight is what you want, by all means take a chance.

2022-04-05CHARGED 40% MORE THAN DISPLAYED TOTAL TO MY CARD IN TAXES AND FEES. ($70 total became $105). Would have bothered to get a refund on that alone if I had previously time.Returned at midnight and they couldnt find my car. 20 min later they found it and told me to wait for a shuttle for 10 min. 30 min later the shuttle picks me up.In total took 50 min to get to my car after calling for not the cheapest price and subpar service.

2022-01-25You get what you pay for. We had the overnight guy and let’s just say this guy should probably get a new job. He was rude from the moment we arrived. I forgot to read the small print that said to call before we arrived on the email he honked at the car twice and yelled at us as to why we didn’t call before coming. Then yelled at us as to whether we had our confirmation and booking information. He never got out the van he just told us to put our bags in the back gave my bf a card and said don’t loose your tag number. From the jump I was like yea we’re definitely not booking here again. When we arrived back to nyc it was freezing we called him before we got our bags and he was like get your bags first it’s cold. So we did but he made us wait over an hour after we received our bags and told us to stand far away from any door to stay warm as we waited. We called three times and the first time he said he was running late the second his on his way and the last to tell us to wait where there was no door to stay warm. He showed up acting like he was standing in the cold. They should definitely get a new overnight guy because his miserable for sure!! And it’s not a good way to start or end a trip. Car wasn’t beat up but we brought the hoopty on purpose because we read the reviews. I definitely wouldn’t leave a nice car here.

2022-05-30I wish I had the option to give this business zero stars. Waited for over an hour for shuttle service. The drivers are unprofessional, reckless, and rude. The parking lot is more along the lines of an expanded residential driveway. Cars are parked on public street. Do not use this poor excuse for a business, youll regret it.

2022-03-30Groupon users: This place is illegitimate, couldnt find it on Google Maps under its Groupon name, red flags everywhere. Groupon doesnt even let you flag or report businesses, you actually should just delete Groupon, they take zero responsibility for what they allow to post on their platform.

2022-01-10I am still in disbelief after what occurred with this “company” me and my children (including a baby) missed our flight because of them! Not only could I not find the place because there’s no actual garage. When I called the number listed, the man was extremely rude and nasty. But here’s the kicker…Not only was he not there to take me and my children to the airport but said he was at another “lot” followed up by saying “I don’t know what to tell you” What is the point of this service if you can’t take people to the airport! I advise anyone to save yourself the headache and not book with these scammers. They also refused to give me a refund. I honestly don’t know how people like this sleep at night..absolutely disgusting.
