Id rate this place a 3.5/5. The food I think is good but Ive definitely had comparable or better burgers. However the price is really what held me from rating higher. For the food you get its a little too high ($13 apps that really shouldnt be that pricey). I would recommend this place because the food is good, but I dont think Id order from them again.
I ordered two make your own burgers with cheese and fries on pretzel buns for my son and husband. Burgers were both amazing. They were cooked perfect and very juicy. I would highly recommend giving this place a try !
Went there for dinner on Saturday night….one of the worse dinners. The waiter was new Andy e very inexperienced. We were a party of 5 people. 2 of us initially asked for water. He brought one. 3 of us ordered wine…. 2 of the glasses had lip marks on them. We asked for fresh glasses and they brought us smaller replacement glasses with wine in them and said they had no clean glasses. Really?? They expected we would accept a smaller pour.Then the burgers came. 2 of the burgers went to the wrong person. We didn’t realize it until we already bit into them. They did replace them with the correct burgers but one was still made wrong. At this point the burgers were just accepted as they were.Needless to say never going back
I had takeout from Bethpage Burger Bar last night, I’ve eaten there many times before and I’ve had takeout many times. I have never complained I thought the food was delicious and fresh. I ordered a lobster roll, which I’ve had from them before, when I get home and opened it it was dried out scrapings of lobster that looked like it was days old. There was barely anything on the role for $26 I was pretty disappointed to say the least. I also had sweet potato fries which were soggy they come with marshmallow dip they sent me some kind of dip that was not marshmallow and it was disgusting. My son’s burger was ok fries were also soggy. I don’t think I will ever go there again. ☹️
One of the best burgers I’ve ever had definitely very creative. the milkshakes were out of this world and the service was very nice although it was slow I understand they’re understaffed.Will definitely be back

Food was good but service was extremely slow and it wasn’t even busy when I went. Servers pay no attention to you and the only way they do is if you flagged them down. They forget simple requests such as water refills or to-go boxes. I guess there was a reason why it was fairly empty when I came.
I remember when this place was originally the bethpage diner. When you walk in it still even feels like the old joint . Michelle is an absolute legend. Best waitress by far out of any restraunt Ive been to recently. Only reason its not 5 stars is because the milkshake was on the small side for 12$.
This place has been around for decades but under different ownership and names. I knew it as the Fountainbleu Diner, Bethpage Townhouse Diner, The Luxe and 24, to name a few. Today, its known as the Bethpage Burger Bar and today...we gave it a try!Our server, Elizabeth, was as sweet as could be. The menu is very diverse and truly offers something for everyone! And Im here to tell you how delicious it was!Ironically, I didnt order a burger...in fact, none of us did! I had the spicy chicken sandwich, which to me, rivals Popeyes famous! The fries🍟were fresh cut and if you order sweet potato fries, they come with a marshmallow dipping sauce! 🤤My son had the skirt steak sandwich and inhaled it. My sister had the grilled chicken club and my daughter had chicken fingers, all real chicken - juicy white meat! 🐔They have a very tempting variety of milkshakes and other delicacies but we were too full.Most importantly - they offer a brunch menu on Saturdays and Sundays and we will be checking that out next! They had me at Bloody Mary!🌶🥫❤Please give Bethpage Burger Bar a try - I am SOO rooting for this place to take off like it should!!! COVID-19 compliant along with plexiglass dividers. Our wait time was a little longer than I would have liked, they said they were short staffed. If u like burgers though, then this is your place, the burgers are really good 👍🏽 would definitely go back...
I arrived with my son on a Saturday at 12:15 pm and was told there wasn’t enough staff to make our food. The place was empty so we left. It felt like we were in a Foot Locker or JD Sports with the rap music and the young staff, kind of confusing. A burger joint with no food, disappointing
The burgers were good, but we had ordered beers as well and were looking forward to having the burgers and beer together. Unfortunately the beers didnt come until we were done with our burgers so we sent them back. That was disappointing.
I ordered the grilled chicken Tuscan wrap and it was delicious. Food came quickly. Nice old fashioned atmosphere. Clean and pleasant.
Tried this place out for the first time on a very dead Sunday night. Waiter was dressed like he was going out and I couldn’t even tell he worked there, also once we got our food, we never saw him again until he was ready to give us the bill. Was disappointed the grilled chicken was so charred but the rest of it was ok. The mule had way too much lime juice in it and was too sweet so whoever made it, made it improperly. I wanted a glass of water and never got to ask because the waiter never came back. Also the fact that the LOWEST gratuity rate you can choose from on the little machine he handed me to fill out, was a little ridiculous. Yes you can choose a custom tip but the service was not good and I am not tipping 25% for poor service. Was disappointed with the experience overall.
It was amazing, all of the staff treated us like family. The food was amazing and nothing like I had expected, they have such a a variety and everything was delicious. Definitely coming back here again!!!!
This is Not your average diner. They have good quality options and Amazing shakes. My turkey burger was soon good

We went to the restaurant yesterday and saw that they were in a huge rush especially with takeout orders and it took much time for the food to come out for the customers, but the staff and owners handled it very well by compensating their customers with a gift card and an apology. I will definitely be coming back because of how much I loved their food and shakes and how they handle their customers service!
Happened to be in the neighborhood, and came across this spot. From the looks of it , seemed like a corner diner but oh boy I was wrong. Gave it a spot and walked in , I was greeted by the host and sat right away. They had good Covid-19 precautions in place. Our waitress Kat, gave us the rundown of the place and specials. She was amazing!!We ordered Wings and Cheeseburger Sliders for appetizers. Wings were good portion and enough for 3 people to enjoy. Cheeseburger sliders came in 3 and were delicious. They came with black buns that made it very unique. For our main course we all decided to get their burgers. We ordered Spicy Chicken Sandwich with Fries , Filet Mignon Surf & Turf Burger with Onion Rings and lastly Chicken Club Sandwich with Sweet Potatoe Fries. Everything was delicious and burgers are huge. Good selection of burgers that include, beef, turkey, chicken, veggie and Beyond meatless patties. These burger platters come with french fries. Sweet potato fries are also available ($2 more). You can add cheese or sauces like bbq sauce or blue cheese for an extra fee. The Build your burger platter has several add-ons such as gluten free or brioche bun for an extra charge. Cheese and bacon can be added for an additional fee as well. There are some other burger platter options available that come with cheese and pickles as a standard. However, Bethpage Burger Bar doesnt serve pickles or cole slaw on the side with these burger platters unlike many other diners. They also serve appetizers like the Mac and cheese bowl, various wraps and cocktails. Overall, Its a decent dining experience.
I had the lobster burger and the lobster cheese fries!!! Let the pictures speak for itself! This place is a new gem!!!! Their food is beyond amazing and delicious!!!
Not bad, similar to most of those burger joints that sell oversized mega milkshake covered with sprinkles, lollipops and other sweets. I had the spicy chicken sandwich and my hubby built his own burger. Warning the add ons are $1.25 each on the build your own. The brioche bun is soft and buttery. My onion rings and fries were a bit oily. The temperature of the oil is likely to blame. Glad I tried it but no need to go back.
Lax on COVID masks for staff. Food was good, mostly hot, but good service for a party of 10. Portions were good, only 3 to go boxes. Reasonable prices at $220 for 9 people.
Meals were great. Especially the chili burger and the mac and cheese burger. They have lots of vegetarian options and make a great house salad. Fries and onion rings were cruchy and delicious. The sweet potato fries with marshmallow dipping sauce is devine. They have both the impossible burger and actual vegetable based burger.
Magnificent Shakes!Max warmly greeted us at door as if we were old friends. Place is very clean with old flair Atmosphere.Lots of choice burgers to choose however we went for steak in garlic bread with cheese. Wonderful as were the hand cut fries. Service was great and milk shakes are amazing!!! There’s talk of adult milkshakes to be put on menu in the future. I’m all in!! Good luck in this new place
The burger I got was average at best. It was overcooked externally, there was quite a few char marks that were pretty unappetizing but it wasnt inedible, just seemed like a bit of carelessness. The sweet potato fries were carelessly over-seasoned, and some of the fries were overcooked as well. Overall, I wouldnt say it was terrible because the burger was cooked perfect medium internally and tasted delicious, and the fries taste was excellent as well, but if youre looking for perfection, this just isnt the place. Also not worth the expensive prices.
Burger patty is low quality and probably frozen. 2 pickle chips on the $20 burger. Fries were ok at least.
DisappointedI have passed by this place a few times and wanted to try it. Looking at the menu it had a few pieces of tape on it for discontinued items. I wanted to order the fried pickles but I guess they ran out of tape, the server said they no longer had . How does a Burger Bar not have pickles that they can bread and throw in the fryer . So I ordered a bacon cheddar burger medium. The server asked how would I like that cooked. The burger comes out and looks good. The cheddar cheese was as thin as a piece of paper. The burger was over cooked and dry. Im not sure but I would guess it was a frozen pattie . The fries were good . I guess I will just drive by from now on.
Omg! Put order in for wings. Got half an Oder. Not full what we ordered. Put burger order in & waited over an over for food & never showed up cause gave to another table. Staff has no idea what’s going on & at that point we walked out. Unfortunately mismanaged establishment & don’t waste your time. 😞😡

Would go back again.EDIT:Went back a few months ago was seated then ignored for 15 minutes. Left before anyone showed up. Got a vibe that something was going on businesswise. Maybe shorthanded due to COVID. Dont know but theyre still operating so as I said the food was very good.
We used to go here regularly and food was really good. Went last night and a total disappointment.Chicken wings were burnt and under cooked. Kids cheeseburger sliders were burnt and kids chicken finger meal used to have 3 tenders and they down sized to 2. I asked waitress and she said they changed chefs. Place was always busy. It was dead. 2 other small parties came in and then a table of 11 classless teenagers sat next to us. My 11 yo wanted to tell them to shut up because they were very loud and cursing. Management did nothing about it. I guess they were happy 11 more people came in.I dont think we will be going back.Had Dev as a waiter a few weeks ago and very nice as was Melissa last night.
The waitress was the best part…. Very nice and funny ….. the minute I walked in I was seated by the hostess.. after about 10 minutes she )waitress) realized I was there and came by when she said to the owner why didn’t anybody tell me his reply was they must’ve sat themselves??? Say what ??? already my balls were twisted. My burger was definitely not worth $18 fer sure I ordered medium it was rare really not the best tasting thing I’ve had I’ve been to a better places and paid half the cost maybe it was just a bad day I don’t know but I do know I will NOT be going back..
Place was good when they opened. Since then, prices went up and quality went down (always the story with restaurants). I’d rather the food stay good and the price just increase (within reason of course) but when you pay more AND get less, it makes it hard to just brush off. Burgers shrunk, the fries are totally different. Used to be “fresh cut fries” they’re nothing like what they were anymore.
Food was amazing and tasted great. Burgers are cooked as wanted to the right temperature. The bad reviews scared me at first but I learned this place is different then the old diner that use to be here. This place is amazing and definently recommend it.
I wanted to like the place more than I did. The stage was set: classic diner setting updated as a modern burger joint with a friendly staff. My meal, however, was underwhelming...literally as the steak sandwhich I ordered was undercooked. Enough so that parts of it were inedible.That and the service took some time, as the kitchen got my order wrong initially and it took long to settle the bill. But this was because they seemed to be short on help, a pain point for a lot of restaurants lately. That and I saw a sign that said Under New Management so they could still be working out the kinks. I will give this place another chance in the future, but until then I am sticking with Burger Village.
The food and service was very good.The one issue I had was they werevery very expensive, be prepared to spendbetween $18 to $20 on your hamburgerand another $3 on soda + tip and tax.Wayover priced a little crazy in my opinion.

Well folks, here we go! Finally a decent burger place nearby! I just discovered this place 2 weeks ago. And since then, Ive gone 4 different times! Thats says a lot. Every waking moment is spent day-dreaming about the Black and Blue burger!Delicious burger, blue cheese, crispy onions, bacon! Just melty goodness. Every time I take a bite... my body takes over and does this happy dance!!Just give this place a go folks! You wont go wrong. Sure, its a tad expensive but its the price you pay for quality food!Thank you Burger Bar for making me one happy gal!

The burgers are absolutely amazing, I was staring at the prices but after the first bite it was 100% worth it. The sweet potato fries are the best Ive ever had. I looked at the bill and this is one of the few times I didnt care how much it was.
My boyfriend and I decided to DoorDash the Bethpage Burger Bar and were beyond satisfied with our experience. The burgers were cooked exactly as we ordered, and were absolutely delicious! The fries were great as well but they really stood out with their shakes! I got the chocolate and he got the cotton candy and both had us thinking we have to go back for more! The shakes were amazing and the straws they give make it easy to drink which was really helpful. Overall, a solid 5 stars and we will be back for more!
The burgers here are really good, but not great. The service was great though. I had to come twice to see which I preferred either the black brioche bun or the normal bun. I have to say the black brioche bun is better in my opinion. The meat was great and the overall texture and taste was good. Definitely dinner style food and dinner sized portions. My only issue is the lemonade. I dont know what is up with the machine, but that lemonade has got to be the most sour weird tasting lemonade. Overall, I can see myself going here if I was in the area.

Everything had a good taste but just not worth $20 for a burger (lobster and cheese burger). I’d say get fresher and less synthetic ingredients and I’d be be back for sure!
I went with a couple friends for the first time. The food was fantastic! We all had burgers and they were right on point. Very delicious and filling. The onion rings were great and we got chips and guacamole for the table that again, was really good. Our waitress was very polite and very attentive, checking on us frequently. Although it wasnt that crowded either. The rest of the staff working were very friendly. The only negative for me is that I wish they had a better beer selection. Its way too basic and most of it I wouldnt touch. Craft beers are a big thing now. Rotating a few local craft beers in would make a big difference in my opinion. But I highly recommend this place if youre looking for a great burger.
The place is absolutely dead on a Friday night at 6pm. We walked in they sat us in the way back. The waitress walked passed up 4 times. Never said a word. After 15 minutes another table was sat and she went to take their order. I waited a little longer before I finally lost it. I can see why this place is empty. The service is terrible. We walked out. There are 2 hostess doing absolutely nothing. When I walked up they played dumb when I asked who out waiter was supposed to be. They asked where we were seated. Its dead in there, how do you forget? Plus I have bright red hair.
My coworker has been here recommended it! Sister and brother in law were visiting from out of state and were in the mood for a burger...Have to say was very good, I had the Bacon cheddar with onion rings. The onion rings were cooked perfectly. Also tried the lobster macn cheese also very good. Would recommend.
The service was excellent. No complaints about the wait staff, or the atmosphere. However, the burgers arent great. Definitely frozen patties. The fries were cooked perfectly but didnt have any flavor and the shakes came out beautiful but honestly were just vanella with a chonky Cookie on top (not made in the shop)
This place was awesome. Saw the sign say it had new owners but decided to give it a go anyway. We walked in and there was no host. We waited 5-10 mins for a form of life, I saw a waitress (she looked like she just rolled out of bed) and she said she would be right over. She proceeded to just stare at us another 5 mins and said to just sit anywhere. So we sit and wait… another 10 mins rolls by with no sense of urgency. We knew that this would be a terrible experience so we got up and left and the waitress and what looked like maybe a manger or some sort of worker let us just up and leave not a care in the world or apology. Now mind you there were only 2 other families seated in this huge restaurant. I’ll never go back. I can see this closing in a matter of weeks.

Clean restaurant. Great service. We went to Sunday brunch. The Breakfast Burger was delicious; everything was in perfect proportion. The fried chicken sandwich was juicy on the inside and crispy on the outside. Lastly a Build Your Burger was made for the pickiest of the group, and it was received with rave reviews. We look forward to returning.
I went to the restaurant on Saturday 7/24 and had a terrible experience the waiters where not attentive at all they were to busy socializing with each other.One of their employees an African American guy was playing with his hair while he was filling up our water glasses.We got a cup of coffee that was old. For such a a $20 burger I would not waste my money ever going to this place again. They were okay at best
Excellent food and service. The brunch was outstanding. The chicken and waffles were out of this world. The eggs benedict and the steak and eggs were delicious. A must have are the sweet potato fries with marshmallow dipping sauce. Portions were much larger than I expected. Our server, Stephanie, was very attentive and friendly. I highly recommend this restaurant. Cant wait to return!
First time here and everyone enjoyed it. Friendly, courteous, fun staff. Our server, Dev, was wonderful and made sure all our needs were met. I am vegan and I had great choices. Will definitely come again.

Very poor service. Seemed understaffed but the staff did not understand many of our requests, took 30+ minutes to get our food when it was not crowded at all, and many items were missing when first brought out. Good food and shakes, but bad experience. Nice venue
I had the Black and Bleu bacon burger. It was delicious, just the right amount of bleu cheese. The fries were very good also. The service was friendly and courteous. I would definitely eat there again.
Placed a pickup order over the weekend at 6:40, it did not come out till 7:55. Its crazy that it takes a place specializing in burgers an hour and fifteen minutes to cook 4 of them.The burgers were ok once we got them but the fries were overcooked to the point of being mostly blackened and shriveled.
This restaurant is great! I went for brunch and got the chicken and red velvet waffles. The food was very high quality and the portions were large. Stephanie was an amazing waitress and she made sure that our food was how we wanted it to be. The other staff were also very friendly. They were safe and stuck to the COVID regulations. I will definitely be visiting again soon!

My family & i dined at the burger bar this evening for the first time and were very pleased with our meals. The food was delicious and the staff was very nice ( We dined with Christina this evening, she was awesome). The prices were also reasonable. All negative comments left are just cranky people who are probably never happy. The one lady who was so bothered commenting on the mask situation below in the comments, if your so scared cook dinner and stay home! 1 star is unfair and the health department report is absurd. You have too much free time. Everyone was 100% wearing a mask today.Anyway Stop by and check them out!!!
Very good burger experience and my wife enjoyed her salad very much.the staff were pleasant and the atmosphere was very casual and it felt like I was at the dinner since it used to be the Bethpage diner without any physical changes but the sign.. Clean and roomy. Plenty of parking. Prices were fair.

Very unhappy customer. Coworker and I went in for lunch. The whole restaurant was empty with just 1 customer yet It took well over 45 mins to get our burgers- which is awfully a long time for a burger spot that specializes in burgers and hardly any customers. When i placed the order, i was looking to replace the beef patty to a chicken patty. The waitress told me the only patty to replace with is the spinach chicken. When i asked to remove the spinach she said the patties are prefrozen and the spinach from the chicken patty cant be removed. I figured then that our burgers were not going to be fresh. My friend got the lobster burger. The lobster was rubbery and my chicken burger ended up being over cooked. Not sure if the lobster was not good quality or product wasnt cooked right. But ive had lobster before and definity doesnt taste like that. Also the cheese and toppings used was not authentic fresh products. We paid 50 dollars for 2 burgers that didnt taste good nor were they made of fresh ingredients- as per the waitor there herself stating. Overly priced for quality. I would prefer nearby diners or even fast food burger spots like chickfile or pdq for fresh food and worth the $. Will not recommend.
Been there 2 times already. Build your own burger... is great.... and the specific you order on the burger was accurate both times. Wait staff very good. Hostess checks your temperature upon entering. Very clean and bright !!!!!!! Only think missing is No Soup on menu !

My friends and I came in a group of 7 and we were easily accommodated. Our temperatures were taken as soon as we entered ( of course, we did not mind.) When I tell you this is the best burger spot in NY, I mean it! The black bun is funky but very appealing. Fried pickles & the Nachos were yummmm. I had the chicken club as well with sweet potato fries, they give this special dip and it compliments the fries very well. Our server Kat was amazing. She is truly a gem. I recommend the chonky cookies and cream shake! I WILL BE BACK SOON
The burger itself wasn’t good wasn’t good quality meat . They don’t listen to what you want on it the bottom bun was so soggy you couldn’t pick it up and eat it. And no we didn’t complain just would never go back
This was a second chance at a not so great take out experience. I have to say, its a little concerning to have to give a burger bar a second chance at a burger, but this time they did it right. Hopefully this will be the standard from now on,
New place in town! Wife and I tried this place and definitely were blown away. Alot of places have over/undercooked tasteless meaty burgers but this place definitely hit the spot! My wife had a make your own burger and it was so good! I had the spicy chicken sandwich and it hit the spot!Another plus for me was this place felt like a 80s/90s spot that kids would hangout after school on the weekend (kind of like the max from saved by the bell) It just felt good to see people enjoying themselves and having a place to enjoy a good burger and hangout! Will definitely be going back!
Horrible service under new management asked for a burger medium rare and got it well done, onion rings came raw. Waitress are understaffed and not trained well, very displeased won’t be coming back ever again
Went to this place last week food and service was excellent so we decided to go again tonight, girl we had as the server was in la la land I ordered my burger medium well and it came out rare to medium also ordered with no tomatoes because Im allergic to them burger came out with tomatoes. My daughters burger came out rare also when she ordered medium well . We also ordered appetizers I ordered honey chicken wings and got regular wings we also asked the waitress not to rush our burgers and she said no problem then when we were almost done with appetizers she came over and asked if she can fire up the burgers we said ok thinking they were going to start cooking the order next thing we know she is walking to the table with burgers and we didnt even finish appetizers yet and the burgers were cold which tells me they cooked them and they were sitting around . We also had problem with flavor of the food 1st time we went food had great flavor and burgers seasoned very well this time burgers were bland with no seasoning or flavoring. For the money theyre charging the food should have consistency, 1st time we went i thought we got our moneys worth. This time i felt we got ripped off and services was not that good , hopefully they will fix these problems in the future.
First time trying this new place close to my house. Called in a takeout order in the middle of the order they put me on hold for about eight minutes not very professional, though they were polite. Cheeseburger was delicious and cooked to my liking but the fries were very soggy was not a fan of them.
It was ok not a typical burger joint or diner. No pickles and Coleslaw only with specialty food. Thought my burger was special. I like my fries crisp. Shake was very good and the nachos. Food Service was good. Place was very clean. Food was 2star.
Excellent burgers & skirt steak sandwich. Fresh meat. Whoever is working the fry station - you are the bomb! Shoestring onions on the burger stayed crisp down to the last bite of burger. Onion rings crisp, not oily at all. Sweet potato fries have an underflavor...and the white dip...compliments the fry & is very creative. Will be back as the menu has creative sounding shakes too!
This place was really good, we stopped only because we saw a huge line yesterday so today it being empty we came to see what the hype was about. Got us a chilli cheeseburger and a lobster burger, Both of them lived up to the hype. Fries were great as well. Extremely clean environment, helpful staff. Very tech friendly location ..menu is available through a QR code at the table and you can pay online too. Pretty cool.
Amazing quality food and great, attentive staff!! The filet minion lobster burger is off the charts, the onion rings, same thing. The burgers are amazing. This place is a must try. Finally a great and unique restaurant at this location. There just hasnt been one at this location in years, they were all terrible.
My husband and I came we had the lobster mac and cheese was out of this world and had a great amount of lobster too. My husband had a build your own burger was great however I had the lobster burger I asked for it medium and it came out well that is the only reason why I didnt give it a 5 star and the waitress was great. I also had this special Adult Milkshake that was amazing.
Honestly giving this place a one star review is too generous. I just spent good money on some of the worst burgers I ever ate my girlfriend and I went there was no seasoning the burger was dry her bun was still mobile on was overcooked. We waited over an hour for this I can assure you we will never be back there

My family and I had a great experience there. It was my daughters birthday and the owner came over and sang Happy Birthday to her mask and all. The food was great. They give you nice size portions.
So the family and I decided to try this new Burger spot and ordered for take out. Although I should be reviewing the food and given the 3 star review given. I wanted to provide my experience when i entered to pickup the food. I was asked my name which was provided and employee who took my order confirmed that I paid and that I was good to go. Before I was given my food not sure if it was the owner needing to confirm that it went through or if I had paid, but i believe that being told that i paid several times should have been an indication that I was paid in full. I am not sure if this is how you run your business there, but I myself a small business owner and Hispanic felt a bit perplexed by your need to confirm if my payment went through if my receipt in my hand was proof enough that it did. In these times I really look at the nature of things through the actions of owners and this was not service that I deem would allow me to return.
This place would get another star or two if they could get their act together with timing of food orders and wait times for tables. We ordered our food at 6:10pm for take out. It’s now 8:00pm and still don’t have the food. Was supposed to be done at 7:00pm. Not good business as I watch other people getting angry with being told 45 minutes for a table and they have been waiting well over an hour. They can’t keep up with their take out/door dash/grub hub orders. People are canceling orders left and right unhappy.
Excellent, juicy burgers. I had the bacon cheddar, and my wife built one. I tell you one thing, you wont be hungry afterwards. I just barely finished mine, and my wife only ate half. Only complaint is I ordered mine m.rare, and it was medium, but that might have been because it was take out?

What a disappointment! My wife and I had a terrific dinner there in mid Feb . Was told they would make specialty shakes with bourbon. Lunch today nope! It was an exercise in bad management, the working staff was totally overwhelmed, support staff clueless. In Feb there were three (3) managers tripping over themselves, today crickets ! Shame on them!!
Burger was good but disappointed that onion rings were the frozen kind. Expected the battsr dipped since they was an extra charge. Staff were helpful,u could tell they were new.
The service was not the best, and it was a really long wait. Please know I am only really annoyed is because at this time we where the only people there.
The first time I ordered from Burger Bar on their website it was expensive but good the order arrived warm. Now tonight I ordered and they said well be delivered by doordash in 45 minutes, the restaurant calls me back to tell me my order has been sitting there for half an hour and nobodys come to pick it up and that I need to call doordash! I called doordash they say they have none of my information or my money. I call the restaurant they tell me they cant get in their system but its doordash is fault!
This place gets 4 stars from me b/c their Milkshakes were absolutely incredible. The Burger selection is nice and made to order. Its a good lunch dinner spot with the kids.

We came back tonight to try this place again with 2 of our friends, we were able to sit in the back away from the crowd and ended up spending about 3 hours here. Just having a good time and catching up, our server was great. Thank you for a good time. We will be back
Very overpriced for what amounted to very average fare. The staff were odd, friendly but odd, but ultimately the food is what we were there for. Youd be better off sticking to the area diners.

I will give them a break because COVID. Reopened under new name the old 24North. Not crowded, alot of UBER Eats orders, counter busy with delivery people picking up orders. I have been there twice in last month both times the burger I ordered medium rare came to table well done. Told manager the 2nd time.

Pretty tasty food, they take temperatures if you dine there (which should be taken for everyone who walks in.) I wish they offered an outdoor area to eat. I will go again to try something else in the future when it gets warmer out.
Ordered take out for our second visit here, ordered a lobster roll, lobster mac and cheese, and a bacon cheese burger. The lobster items were delicious but the burger came rare and inedible.

2022-06-27Everything was great here, service, food and shakes! I wish I would of got the Buffalo wings cause I wasnt a fan of the honey BBQ but the wings were still cooked to perfection. The mozzarella sticks are one of a kind and the shakes are one of the best Ive had.

2021-10-30We were hesitant to try at first - simply because if the stigma that the location itself has had over the years including the former owners very bad legal situation; however we opted to try it out regardless. The menu is a little pricey; but then again... whos isnt nowadays? The staff seemed a little new; but very sweet - all very pleasant. The Lobster Mac & Cheese was tasty, the wings were also pretty scrumptious. I went simple with a bacon and mozzarella cheese burger with carmelized onions - the bun was huge and uber soft as well as fresh. Burger was done properly and was extremely flavorful (unsure of the actual blend). Topped off with a chocolate milkshake that they dropped off at the table for us. Everything was good and will recommend.

2022-01-10Went there on a Sat night with my friend and it was quite dead. There was about 4 other tables besides ours and they were short staff. They had one waitress who was all over the place serving tables and at the bar just doing everything. She was really sweet and nice and the saving grace for the 3 star review because she was amazing for what she had to do alone yes the many mangers Or bosses there were helping but she was running the show. Yes the managers were very friendly also. On to the food! I am a burger con assure it’s probably one of my favorite foods and since this place is called the barber bar and strictly burgers for the most part there specially, sadly the burger was mediocre at best. You can have all the toppings in world but if the burger itself it bland and dry it ruins the whole thing. I ordered mine rare my friend ordered his medium and they both came out the medium well. From further inspection of the Pattie’s they are definitely frozen. You need to get back to the drawing board and fix this. The fries were good though.

2022-02-21Hadnt been here since it was Luxe, we were in the mood for a burger and decided to give it a try. We definitely were not disappointed. The brisket burger was excellent, cooked perfectly to order, the fresh sweet potato fries were delicious and the marshmallow dipping sauce was a great fun touch. The turkey burger was also top notch on a fresh brioche bun. Portions were generous without being over the top. Service was very good and we werent rushed. Stop in a give the place a try. Recommended.

They had a Black Bean veggie burger as well but I wanted to try this instead. Large selection of specialty burgers too. Would go back.

2022-07-08My husband had passed this restaurant and wanted to try it. It looks like a remodeled diner. Parking is a bit limited, but the food and service were amazing! I got a French onion Burger with fries and a black-and-white milkshake. My husband got sliders and chicken fingers. I ordered a medium and it came out perfect! Nice and juicy, warm pink center, Carmel carmelized onions on the bottom, melted Swiss cheese and crispy onions on the top between a very nice bun. The carmelized onions were truly caramelized, and delicious. The milkshake was one of the best I ever had. My husband said his meal was perfect too. Music from the seventies through today was playing. They checked back in with us periodically to make sure that we were happy with everything. Definitely recommend this place!
