The place inside is nice. But I feel like I just waisted $30. There is still dirt in my consul and my cup holders, still some dirt buildup on my tires, and dust on my dash board. Honestly not really sure what they did it’s still dirty. Even my husband when I went home was shocked when I told him I washed the car. It looked dirty still. So disappointed!!! Not happy at all! Don’t waste your money going there trust me you can do a better job yourself!
My dog made my car a gross mess in my car and no other place was as friendly and helpful as here. i had to make an appointment for my seats to be shampooed and the interior detailed, they offered me the lowest price i could find and did a fantastic job!! i left my car with them and they said it would take about 3hrs and they were spot on so it was easy to plan around. no extra charges even for the big mess my car was, they even wash the exterior which i wasn’t expecting and did very well! definitely recommend!!
Just left there. Got something called Royal Wash, which is triple foam polish and sealant. Price listed was 24.95. Then I got hit with a $2 fee for having an SUV, then another .50 for something called Overhead Fee. I have no idea if this is the establishments overhead, or something to do with my vehicle - but my vehicle is standard height. Anyway, came close to $29 with tax, $28.74!Ok, top dollar but as I drive out it, i get a warning that says rear door open. I drive about a mile to the bank and find out the rear hatch will not close properly because the cargo net is lying in the door jamb. Ok again, it could happen. Then I realize that the cargo area has water in it, like they ran it through the car wash without the rear hatch closed properly. Again, not a big deal, I have a rag and I’ll dry it - but overall kind of a half assed job for top dollar 😐
They provide the absolute best car wash money can buy. It’s pricey but worth it.They are also very generous with the offers for freebies.

What an amazing job!! My car hasn’t looked this good in a long time. Interior was vacuumed and the mat shampooed. Then they cleaned all the seats and surfaces. The exterior looks new and considering my car is 14 years old that is saying something!! Highly recommend!
The people in the front take their time and do a thorough job. They clean the windows in and out, shine the tires, even open the back of the SUV to make sure everything is clean. Definitely will go back.
Ive been here twice, but DONT COME AFTER 5PM.My first visit was daytime last September, I had a full service wash and they did an excellent job of the exterior and interior.Since the first time was great I went back yesterday evening at 6pm. Apparently from 5pm-8pm (which is not stated on their website) they do basic limited exterior washes. I paid for the best they offered just to leave with my car still visibly dirty on the outside in multiple areas.... the garden hose could have done a better job.Im extremely unsatisfied as I wasted my time and money leaving with a dirty car.

Besides having to clean the soap off my windows after I got home, I took a look at my receipt and see they charged me a MINIMUM WAGE TAX on top of the price of the car wash and then tax you on top of both of them!. Never heard of such a thing and I researched the internet and found nothing supporting it. Seems a little fishy to me! Like anyone working there is actually making minimum wage or even on the books! Save your money and go elsewhere!

This car wash was once the best in tbe area. In the two years under current ownership the decline is easy to see. New management is condescending and rude to its customers where as the former owner would make sure you were satisfied which goes a long way. For $40 one would expect the carpets to be vaccummed. Apparently thats considered detailing and not part of the deluxe $40 car wash. PS , dont send your wives or daughters there alone, theres an appalling lack of respect for women as well, complete with sexist comments. Time for a new car wash.If I could give 0 stars I would, wouldnt let me.
I work for a company that has a fleet account with Bethpage car wash. Everytime I go there the service is good. However when it comes to cleaning the inside of the car the service could be better. The workers should be diligent with cleaning the inside of the cars.

Excellent job, BUT they never clean the windows / glass right! Probably because they use the same towels that they wipe the wax onto the car with as well as to wipe down the interior. My complaint fell on deaf ears!!
I will never get my car wash here again . They did not do a good job. Car was still dirty after being washed . My husband had to clean it again . The next day it snowed and they did not honor the 24 hour rule . So I found another car wash that does . Also the lady behind the counter is not the friendliest..Miami car wash in East Meadow . They did an excellent job and they honor the 24 hour rule . Better price and better job... I definitely recommend MIAMI CAR WASH in East Meadow

Third time going, they dont clean the carsMultiple people complaining today and nothing was done. Dont give in to the free car wash. Scratches, still dirty, didnt remove the mats or anything.
Very rude staff, yelling at my kids that they were closed and to get out. Oddly they were still washing cars and wouldn’t most places lock the door if you’re closed or have a sign up. So the kids go in like they do every time and you scream down the hall saying get out loud enough I can hear you over the machines and while I’m choosing a wash? Nah sorry, you don’t talk to my kids that way and then expect me to use your company. So, you have lost 3 cars that are washed at least every two weeks and details. Sad, sad you just can’t realize you own a business and patience comes with the territory.
Just paid $29.99 and had to redo all the work myself. Asked the person to clean my backseats. This is what they call clean.

Evidently theres new people working there, as was said here..Only downside, the price. Between 5 and 8 PM its reduced but expect to pay 25 otherwise.BUT..they did one heck of a job on my outback. Really, better than any car wash Ive ever used. The interior and windows, the wheels .. spotless. I was impressed.Guess you get what you pay for. Other washes are usually 20 bucks or so out the door anyway. My first time there, Ill go there again.
End of summer wash so I wanted to get all the sand out of my car and I don’t even think they turned on the vacuum. Was charged extra for having a “oversized” car meanwhile I have a standard Jeep Grand Cherokee. Still had the juice spill on my back leather seat and sand all in my trunk. As soon as I finished paying and walked out they said my car was done so no time was put into this 25$ wash. Never coming back

Was once 5 stars for you but not anymore. Not only was my entire drivers door ignored by the vacuum and the staff wiping the car down, but my center consol and cupholders were barely wiped down. I paid $33 for an expert car wash, not laziness. They spent less that 2 minutes at the end wiping it down. The same rag used to clean the outside was used to clean the inside. My rear windshield was impeccably dirty amd smudged when i left. Totally not happy.

Theyve got a great crew of hardworking ladies that leave a shine on your car. Reasonable prices for all services. I just get the exterior wall for about $20 with tax and tip.
I almost NEVER write reviews, but after my experiences at this car wash (twice), I felt compelled to write one. Not only are their prices not easily visible, by the time you realize how awful the service is, its too late to turn around. Long story short, I paid $25 to have my car barely vacuumed, soap left all over my car, the interior barely touched, and no one to even so much as dry off any of the car.Additionally, the main person conducting the charging/service was beyond rude. After the first time this happened, I thought, this must be a bad day, let me give them another shot--worse than the first time.Save your money and your time.
Been getting my car washed here since living in Levittown. It has undergone a change in ownership that has shown some marked improvements to the cleaning process.Prices are competitive with others in the area. Used to get coupons but havent seen those in a while.The dryers on the back end do a much better job, when the owner is out front watching. Shouldnt have to be that why, for the prices of the wash.My biggest gripe is that when they remove the floor mats, they dont put them back in properly.Over all unless you want to wash it yourself, it is still a good deal and a good car wash.
Possibly the worst car wash around. What a shame!!! My car was washed this morning. I have a fairly new car, 2017, given it has been dirty rain, snow etc. but really. Just paid 30. For a wash. It sucked - they said they do perfect cleaning it is sub par- not even decent.
Very pricey for a wash. They lure you in with the first sign at good prices but only if it’s 5-8pm. I’ll just go to another car wash that charges the same price all day. Hope the extra money was worth not having a repeat customer.

Im a little disappointed with this car wash. I took my car to get clean after all the snow melted. I paid about $31 for a basic wash. Mats were cleaned, inside vacuumed, and outside washed. Now theres a sign in the back that says they do tire shine with all wash service, they didnt do the tire shine. After getting to work I realized a whole patch on my cars lower passenger fender hadnt gotten clean which also upset me. For $31 I expect my car to be spotless. Only reason I came here was because I was on my way to work. Otherwise I would have cleaned my car in Queens for a fraction of the price, and they would have done a better job. I will not be returning to this establishment.
I was hesitant to go to this car wash based on all of the negative reviews, but I already purchased a groupon, so I gave it a shot. I though they did a very thorough job and all the employees were very nice. Car came out as clean as anyone other car wash around would have gotten it. Knocked a star off for not having clearly posted prices/services and for adding a 2018 overhead surcharge.Its only $.50, but come on....
Very rarely write reviews but I’ve been coming to this car wash for over a year and I’m sorry to say that today would be my last. Mary behind he register was so nasty about my ticket because her employee charged the wrong thing back at the beginning. On top of that my car wasn’t even clean on the inside. Paid for a ritz but got a very basic cleaning. This car wash doesn’t care about their customer service. Should have listened to all the other 1 star reviews of this place. Do yourself a favor and find a different car wash, don’t take your vehicle here.
Terrible car wash. Truck had to be re rinsed. Purposely left the sunroof shade open and sunroof glass wasnt touched. Free tire shine with every wash...never happened. I had to ask for it. Windows are super streaky. And floor mats are still soaked. Terrible experience.
This is one of the best car wash places on the island. Its quick and the attention by the car wash staff is superb. It does get busy on weekends but thats to be expected.
I bought a Groupon without reading the fine print stating only valid Mon-Fri 8-5. I went on a Sunday. A gentleman I assume is the owner explained a full crew is not available on the weekends to complete a VIP wash. Understandable. I decided to save the Groupon for another day and purchased the RITZ wash. He told the crew to treat it as a VIP. Car came out great! Everyone was nice and friendly. I definitely recommend. THANK YOU.
Quite possibly the worst car wash I had to pay 34 dollars for. I have gone to cheaper places and have gotten a better job done than this place. I had to come back to my house and wipe down multiple panels on my truck and my rims were still filthy. I will not be coming back here. They rush you out and many panels were still wet. If you are going to provide a sub-par car wash, please lower your prices because apparently quality isnt what you guys strive for.
This is a good car wash. When you first walk in there is a lounge area with Keurig coffee machine and tv. Any car accessories you want, they have. Im dont go all out with the way package. I like there is evening stay in the car and drive through packages.
After change of ownership I can finally say I found my favorite carwash. From the moment you enter you can tell service is their top priority. Everyone is very polite and actually cares....I definetly recommend this car wash.
Dont go here, its awful. Equipment is mostly broken, price changes between giving your car & cash register, way over priced, and an overhead fee gets added to the price without knowing in advance. What car wash has hidden fees?? And they dont even do a good job! I wont be back, nobody should!
20 bucks for a regular car wash. That’s a lot of money. The two ladies at the counter this morning didn’t even say hello they just said $20.05 please . They weren’t welcoming . And on the receipt it says they charge a 50 cent “minimum wage fee“ They have some nerve. Do they think we are jerks . Why do I have to pay this extra money??NEVER AGAIN !
Worst car wash around! I have a GMC Canyon, midsize pickup... they hit me with 2 separate charges totaling $4.50 before I even picked a package! Full service is over $17, that’s a basic wash! The apron out front is small so they rush the car out and pay very little attention to details... they cleaned my leather seats with the same cleaner that was used on the windows and hardly touched the rims... I asked the guy to clean the back window cuz it was untouched and he looked at me like I ruined his day! Never again...
Modern and clean equipment. The rinse stage doesnt always get all the soap off, so I docked them a star. The night time exterior wash (after 6pm) is only $8, and every tenth wash is free. On occasions where the car didnt come out perfectly, I was offered a free second run.
Unfortunately this car wash is terribly overpriced for the service they provide. I drive a pick up, and as a result of that, every time I pull in there I am charged an oversized vehicle fee. They do nothing to earn that though. For the second time in a row after they finished cleaning my truck, I saw that my windows were still covered in water. I get it, they are harder to clean because of the height of my truck, but isn’t that why they charge me an oversize vehicle fee? When I ask if they could clean them, because who wants water spots, I’m told they are too high. There are no modifications to my truck, it is a standard size Nissan Titan. In other words, they should be able to deal with that, especially since they are going to charge me for it, but in the end I suppose it’s just easier to charge people money, and not do the job.
They started off well,supposedly under new management. But the good service was shortly lived. They started slacking off a little at a time & NOW the services is terrible. Its a total waste of your money. I dont use them any longer. Trust me theres better services out there, that do a good job cleaning your vehicle. Dont settle 4 garbage.Its not a FREE Service your paying plenty.
I paid $32 for the Ritz package. Every window and mirror in the car has streaks, the seats and dash were not wiped down, the carpet was not vacuumed between the seat and the door which is easily reached with a vacuum and also the first thing a customer sees when opening the door. My front floor mats were washed and not the rear when all 4 were supposed to be done. Horrible service, I dont plan on returning.
If I could give this place -5 Stars, I would. The place is absolutely horrible. Do not take your car there. Its only half a car wash. They left soap all over my car and refused to clean it up. Employees dont care about their jobs. And the managers are even worse.

I bought a groupon for the car wash and felt as if the workers did a very rushed job on the car. I noticed baby ants all over the front desk and even on my stroller while in the store. When I got home I went to get something from my purse which I left on my counter and noticed baby ants in that area which was exposed to the store. I opened up a blow pop I purchased there and was grossed out by two dead ants on the lollipop. When I called the store to share this news the lady who answered the phone was far from apologetic and claimed they keep the store clean and don’t have an ant problem. Beware because they definitely do and could care less about their customers.
Horrible. Paid for #3 second most expensive option and the staff did not clean my interior at all. The longer I inspect my car the more dirty places I see that look untouched. I even asked that the staff go back over my car which they did, and it still came out bad. Definitely dont waste your time here. Extremely dissatisfied.
This is the 2nd.time at the Bethpage Car wash.Informed it was under new management.Dont waste your time coming here.It is overpriced and staff wasnt friendly.I had my babies in car and it took time taking them out for car wash.Felt uncomfortable when gentleman scanned my registration sticker while taking babies out.When I questioned him claimed it was for keeping track of car washes. I wont be back..
The sign says after eight six dollars for a car wash makes no mention of a three dollar charge for an SUV. All you get is to drive through the tunnel and get washed they do not dry they do not vacuum why would you charge three dollars extra doesn’t make sense quite a bit of deceit. Go north on steward ave to cottage car wash about 2 miles away. Early bird special 15 bucks between 7-11 am. They are best around price and service wise. They use the air hose to blow off dust and water. STAY AWAY FROM BETHPAGE CARWASH ON HEMPSTEAD TPKE!

Worst car wash. People are nasty over priced. I would rate a zero if I could. I paid for the Ritz is the of the line car wash. The passenger side was still dirty, and when I told them they gave me a hard time and didnt wanna rewash it. I would rather drive 20 min then wash my car there.
Had my car detailed there back in the fall. Looked great until Spring, when the wax I guess started to fade and the brighter Sun showed swirles all over my 3 year old car. I called them to rectify the situation as I never detailed and/or waxed car anywhere else, but they would not stand by there crap service. The idiot asked me why I waited so long to say something. Common sense, it didnt show in darker winter or until wax faded. Might have to sue them if permanent damage to my car. 0 stars if I could.
Lousy experience. I would not have come here if I had read the reviews (the majority are unfavorable).Mary was less than friendly and accommodating. The rear clerk (ticket writer) was non-communicative when I needed him to be.My car, which entered with a perfect front license plate, came out with a mangled plate, and a stressed plastic mounting piece. The finishing guys pretending to not understand me, and said nothing. Mary came out, scolded them for giving her a look, and handed the clerk a screwdriver. Tightening the screws was not the repair that was needed. The manager at Jiffy Lube (car washs business associate) took the time to fix the plate.Dr. Akiva Mitzmacher, the owner of the car wash, should know that a negative customer experience is 7 times greater than a positive experience.
I just threw $27 away, what a terrible job they did. I think they have such limited space that they have to rush through the vacuum and dashboard/seats/console clean. Im not a very finicky person, but this is one of the worst car washes I have EVER had.

I paid for the third most expensive wash and they didn’t even clean my dashboard. They also missed garbage under my seat. Horrendous job this is my second time and same careless job never going here and I suggest you don’t either.
As one of the consumers noted, it was absolutely the worst $35 suv wash ever. They call it Ritz, I call it CRAP. I really expected my car to come out good especially for that price. The armor all is only on half the tires. The windows are still dirty. In addition, the lady with the short blonde at the front desk is rude and dismissive. Trust me guys, go someplace else.
I bought the deluxe package and they did a terrible job. The inside of my windshield they didnt even clean every spot. They missed the corners in the middle. I was supposed to get Rain-X as part of the deluxe package and they never even did it. Do not recommend this place
Lady working the counter was nasty and unfriendly. You would think she would be more focused on being nice to brand new clients instead she snatched the money and had a very nasty attitude. I will never go back and I will tell my entire contact list the same.
They worked very hard to get the inside of my minivan clean even though it was extremely dirty.
Place is excellent. Service and amenities (including a toy crane that has Yeezys in it?) It is one of the pricier in the area, but Ive tried them all, and Bethpage is by far the best bang for your buck.
Advertised $6 exterior wash and the up charged $1 for service fee plus tax service was horrible people were rude .... And seriously whats with scanning peoples registration??? Never saw that before ? No one came out to dry vehicle w towel ...I will never return to this place again
Prices seem to be going up, as expected. But the new signage is confusing. You cant tell what services are provided in each package. There are simply icons that are undetectable.
They are amazing under the new management, they use the new ceramic wax if you get the deluxe package which makes the car look brand new with showroom shine, totally recommend

This place is terrible. They charge too much and have the nerve to add a surcharge for a standard car. They charged 30.00 when all was said and done for maybe 10 minutes. They barely touched the inside. What a rip off. Never go there.

Worst car wash in Nassau County! Very slow service, they are horrible with drying off your vehicle. They missed several spots on my car and to put it through again they made me physically take the car to the back of the line and start from scratch! When I proceeded to ask for a refund they told me no refunds and handed me a free wash. I ripped it up in the womans face and walked out
This is the worst carwash I been to. Im so mad how much of a waste of money and sloppy it is. They literally took 5 mind for a top package. I have dirt and dust all over my truck still and SCUFF Marks along side of my truck. I have never reviewed a place. Dont go!!!
They ran my car through twice and the tires still came out dirty, brought the owner over to the car to ask her to have them cleaned as I paid for the best package and all she said to me was I shouldnt expect more... blown away this place is horrendous dont waste your money... seriously!

Worst car wash ever, I should have waited for it to rain.. Up charge to clean mats, the prices went up to pay for the crappy renovation and they wipe your car down like a two year old.. No attention to detail what so ever. Will not return ever again and no recommendations from me unless its to NOT go there.

Use to be good. Last 2 times. Not good. Soap left on vehicle even after they supposedly dried off vehicle and even after i mentioned to them. Suds. Not a drop. A good amount plus terrible job at drying.

Disconnected my side window integrated antenna by accident. Always knock my interior mirror cover off. Had to ask them multiple times to clean my windows on both sides.

Worse car wash around will never go back..brought my truck in paid an extra charge because the truck was over size ( RAM )..I had to tell them to clean the rear windows in and out plus the front windows..There answer was i cant reach the windows.What am i paying extra for the oversize truck to be wash?They never wiped down the roof.Bug stains on the front window, never cleaned them..The windows they cleaned ( supposed to ) were streaky and spotty..When i got home i redid all the windows (back front and side..Never again will i go to that car wash.If ownership cant supply there workers step ladders to get to the areas they can not reach shame on them..Plus not enough workers..They have to go like crazy to get a vehicle done because the next one is coming out..Armorall whats that ? They never did that either..It seems to me they want to charge a lot of money and not do a good job..I had to give one star because it would not post I would rate them - (minus 2)..

I wont even show up there! I just got off the phone with the lady at the desk. She was SO nasty and rushed me off the phone. Their price was ridiculous and she didnt want to answer my questions at all.

2021-09-20Today wasn’t up to their normal standard. Machine kept malfunctioning so the wait was for ever. They usually do a good job and you don’t need check your car, today I didn’t check my car until I got home and I looked at my passenger side wheels. 45 dollar wash and it doesn’t look like they even tried to clean these rims

2022-01-03I was given what I thought was going to be a free car wash from my car dealership. When I entered there was a sign on the door masks required to enter. Well I guess the sign doesn’t apply to the rude lyoung person at the desk. When I asked her if she could please put her mask on she said I don’t have to, I’m vaccinated. I asked her why I was being charged a fee she again gave me her attitude, idk what it comes up is what I charge u. I proceeded to discuss the matters with her manager who was no better(except he had his mask on). He said the sign was meant for Unvaccinated customers and he has no idea why I was charged. They didn’t do a bad job on the car short of the streaky windows and the rims were still dirty. I guess if it wasn’t $25.. It was not a good experience and I won’t go back free or not.

They up charged mefrom Platinum to Deluxe for another $7.00.Only to see they didn’t clean my carpeted mats. I approachedThe Mgr and he said we don’t clean carpeted mats. MmmmmThen why tge up charge. 2020-10-14Came in and got the deluxe, $31.95. Then got hit for $2 fee for suv up charge. They were slow and real thorough. I tipped and got in, slipped on my side step bc everything was basically waxed. The guy cleaning made sure i was okay and i left. Got home and realized they broke my license plate cover, and the bumper has bugs still on it. The passenger floor mat wasn’t even put back in the slot, they moved the seat up and over it so i wouldn’t see. This is the third time I’ve come here and had bugs still on the bumper.
