I would have never known about Bidleman Chevrolet if not for the color of a Truck ! But I would have been missing out on meeting some great people. Steve Bagley was my go to during the day My Son and I spent there. Steve was with me through the entire process and when he wasn’t, I had a chance to observe other other customers and staff interaction.What I observed was Friendliness, caring and Professional knowledge. Everyone I met treated me like I was long lost Family and invited me back ! If you are looking for a Dealership with in your face attitudes, Bidleman is not for you ! The place is very llow key with a desire to please. I found more than I was looking for in a Truck. Even though it’s a 2 hr ride for me, if I ever want to buy or trade, Bidleman will be my first choice .
I love my new car! --The only thing I would have liked that I didnt get was a hard copy of everything I signed and a true respect about such. I was told that I would get what legally I was to get. So, I had to use my phone to take pictures of everything. A copier/printer would have been much better. The seller does not just trust the buyer and should not expect the buyer to just trust the seller. Its business, nothing personal.
It was terrible service. Jason wouldnt rotate my tires without new lugnut. He put them on so tight last time that they wouldnt come off. Also I was charged for an oil and rotate service and they only did the oil. How can you change for a service that you dont perform. I will no be returning for service anymore.
Bought a 2022 Chevy equinox, service at bidlemen is number one top service I have ever had with a car dealer , they are so nice and helping you pick a vehicle that is right for you of what you are looking for. They go all out of there way to make you feel at home and comfortable. I’ve been to other dealers and I will honestly say I will go to no other dealer bit bidelman’s. I know going there I will get the most top friendly service and results.
Cameron Walter was one of the best sales people we have ever worked with. He took the time to understand what we were looking for and made it happen. Everyone was extremely friendly and made us feel very welcomed. It is unfortunate that they could not fix a scratch on the new vehicle discovered on delivery which prevented a 10 rating on this experience.
I was interested in purchasing a Cadillac XT5 but they went and got my vehicle payoff from GMAC without my permission or any of my personal information and I highly recommend you avoid them like the plague. They offered me $4,000 less than everyone else just because they knew I had equity in my vehicle. Avoid these guys!!!! Absolute scam artists!
I think this was my best car buying experience! So worth the extra drive. Everyone was so helpful and nice and went the extra mile for me. Steve, Elisabeth and Matt were fabulous and I would definitely recommend checking them out! Super happy with my new Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited ♥️
It took an hour and 45 minutes to do my oil change and tire rotation. My appointment was for 10 am and there was only 2 vehicles being worked on when I arrived. My truck was competed and pulled out of the garage at 11:05 am. I wasnt called to sign the paperwork until 11:45. I did not have this kind of treatment at Spurr GMC where I had my last 2 vehicles serviced.
From Rochester to Albion…and start to finish my experience more than met my expectations at Bidleman! I had an appointment scheduled and Cameron promptly met me. We discussed the vehicle I was there to test drive, took it for a spin, came back and easily arrived at a fair agreement for the trade-in and purchase!!! Cam worked with the service team to get the vehicle ready to deliver that day!!! That never happens!!! When I met with Elizabeth in financing she was easy to talk with, helped me understand the process, and we found the right financing solution that fit what I wanted!!!! Definitely would be worth the drive from Rochester for that experience!!!
I have bought MANY new cars in the past 60 years. Now I lease new GM vehicles. Bidleman Chevrolet is a well staffed Dealership that is easy to talk to and negotiate with. I felt NO PRESSURE from Steve Bagley, my salesman. This year, because of the chip shortage, used vehicles are at a premium and leased trucks have EQUITY that is offered on new leases. Bidleman came in at almost twice the amount my previous dealership did. Made the deal on Friday and picked the 2022 GMC Elevation up on Saturday! Want a great deal?? ... We just purchased a used vehicle from Bidleman and it was a great experience for us. Everyone that we worked with was very personable and down-to-earth. Both my husband and I found them to be reasonable with our requests. Their communications were very clear and it just made the whole process so easy. They spent so much time with us making sure we were happy and that everything was completely set in the vehicle. Also, the day we finalized the sale and took delivery they had all paperwork organized and all ready. Mike spent a lot of time with us making sure we knew everything about the vehicle before we drive off. And Molly was super patient with us with everything we asked. We would recommend them to our friends and family and would not hesitate to purchase another car with them in the future. And it’s worth noting that even though there are many other dealers that are closer, we drove an hour and 20 minutes to buy with them.
While purchasing our vehicle was a pleasant experience, any and everything since then service wise has been an absolute nightmare. I’ve reached out to the service manager on several occasions with zero response and I am beyond frustrated with the situation. My fiancé and I have been strung along by everyone from the service team to the marketing team right on up to management and clearly it has zero effect on how they handle their “valued customers.” Sad really, because everyone in office was very nice and helpful at the time of purchase
We came from Syracuse to buy a car from them and had a great experience the whole time! They were quick and to the point. A few months later we had a minor issue with a wheel barring and my husband called to ask about any warranty and they were so friendly and helpful!! I have been dealing with some big name Chevy dealers here in Syracuse for my own car and it’s been a nightmare!! It was so refreshing to get treated so well by Bidleman when we called today! I absolutely plan on buying the next vehicle from them!
My experience was absolutely amazing, from the moment that I first inquired about the vehicle to the minute it was delivered to my house, Jen and Jason proved that excellent customer service is still out there. Their communication, commitment and follow through was exceptional! I can not say enough about this dealership. Not only am I happy with the 2021 Chevy Trailblazer that I purchased but the entire process was second to none. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone. On a scale of 1 to 10 I would definitely give my entire experience an 11.
Bought a 2021 GMC Sierra X31 Crew Cab. The people were awesome to work with and gave me a great trade in amount. From the salesman to the GM and the financing lady they were all great. I have no complaints and will definitely will do business again. Thank you Jake for your help.
Initially I was not impressed but after calling back and speaking with Jason I was treated as a valued customer, given extremely good treatment and decided to buy the truck I looked at. Several reasons I would recommend but when they offered to deliver the vehicle 75 miles to my house, include a 36 month electronics warranty, and a full tank of gas while handling everything over the phone I was sold. I would also like to mention that Cam and Matt who delivered the vehicle went over everything and took as much time as I needed to help me understand the applications, screens and options. Thanks again I absolutely love the truck!
From the call from sales manager Brittany, setting up a great deal. Sales associate Molly who welcomed me and my wife and went on my test drive. Delivery specialist Michael that showed me all the functions of my new truck and final paper work and finance manager Jason who helped recommend the insurance for the tires and rims. Bringing this all together a well rounded team that made the buying a no pressure experience. I will definitely be back. Thanks to ALL!!
Steve, our salesman was friendly and helpful,. We knew exactly what vehicle we wanted so that part was simple. He was honest and showed us the numbers and worked with us a bit to find all the discounts. His manager was helpful as well. The part that my wife and I where not pleased with was when we got to the finance lady. She tried many times to get us to sign up for over priced extended plans and services even though we said no. She was then able to convince us to say yes because she magically found a deal that kept our payment super close to what it was going to be but snuck in an extra 3 months to our payment plan. Felt as if she tried very hard to pull the wool over our eyes with cheap tricks. Luckily I saw that and cancelled it. That whole part of the deal was unsettling. Was pretty close to walking out on the deal because of that.Definitely recommend Steve at biddlemans but not impressed with the lady in the finance part of the deal
We were skeptical about going to a small town dealership, in fact this was our last stop whiling searching for a vehicle. However we couldn’t be more happier with our decision to walk through those doors. Everyone was friendly and professional. Our sales representative Jen was awesome. She was patient and work with us to get everything we wanted in a vehicle and in our price range even though it wasn’t on their lot. Jen found us the perfect vehicle and had it ready the next day. I just love it. Michael was detailed oriented with the paperwork and going over the vehicles amenities as well as assisting with the Onstar set up. A little shout out as well to the special attention to the detail work by Matthew in the back, the vehicle will probably never look this good again. We truly appreciate everyone working together and treating us so well and pulling it all together so quickly. Great job and teamwork!Update 2 weeks later: Make sure they do the paperwork correctly or they just may show up at your doorstep at 7:30pm unannounced to have you resign the paperwork because it was the last day before they said you were gonna a get a late payment. Mind you this is two weeks after we originally signed. I better not get a late charge for their error.
My wife and I came in looking to purchase her, her dream car a 2020 Kia Telluride. I gave them a quick call at 4PM to inquire about it and by 5:30PM the vehicle was pulled around and ready for us to test drive. Needless to say, she loved it. Financing, signing paper work, getting the numbers right all went about as smooth as possible.When you call, remember to ask for Cam! Great guy. Cant wait to buy my next truck from them.
Bidleman Chevrolet, GMC Buick were great to work with. I found the 2015 Enclave on line but I was about 120 miles from their dealership, so info via email and text messages was critical for me. Payton was our salesman and did a very good job getting me the information i requested and was timely in getting back with me. Once we arrived at the dealership to test drive and make our final decision, everything went quickly. Overall, we were very satisfied with their service.

I bought my Chevy Equinox at a different dealer ship but didnt feel comfortable and felt like they just wanted a sale and didnt care about what I thought or my concerns. So when I had to get my first oil change I decided to try Bidlemans out bc they were only 10 minutes away. The service department at Bidlemans was very courteous and polite. This was my second oil change with them and it wasnt any different than when I got one the first time. We decided that when its time to get another vehicle that Bidlemans will be the place to do it at. Thank you
BUYER BEWARE. DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THIS DEALERSHIP.We traveled 2 hours with our new baby to purchase our new family vehicle. Everything was a disaster from start to finish. They were extremely unorganized, not helpful and not held accountable for anything that was wrong with the vehicle. They guaranteed the vehicle was perfect and that nothing was wrong with it. After placing a 36,000 price tag on the 2017 Buick Enclave with 40K miles on it, I’d hope that was the case. After owning the vehicle for only 2 weeks, the check engine light came on. They took the vehicle back with much apprehension and said they apologized greatly, AND STATED THAT THE VEHICLE WAS NEVER BROUGHT INTO THE GARAGE FOR INSPECTION BEFORE THEY SOLD IT TO US! I gave them the benefit of the doubt and trusted them that they would take care of the problem. It’s now been 2 months since I bought the car and my check engine light came on two days ago. I bought the vehicle with 38000 miles on it and it now has 41000. This morning, my car wouldn’t start at all. When I called Bidleman Chevy, thinking they would have compassion and stand behind the vehicle they are selling, the GM PAUL, stated that they are washing their hands of the vehicle and we needed to use our extended warranty to try to service the vehicles needs.My AC is also not working after 2 months of purchasing this vehicle- it may be in conjunction with the check engine light and the motor not running, I’m not sure.This dealership is full of slime balls with the exception of the older gentleman that delivers vehicles to the owner. This is the type of dealership that you want to stay clear of. I hope this catches the next person that is even considering going here- im sure not all of their vehicles are piles, but if it is, they certainly will not stand behind it and will “was their hands of it” after two months - straight from the general managers mouth.
Actually found car I end up buying from them on a Web site! Just went to look at it, with no intention of buying it that day, but because of the car and the dealership, I did buy that day! Great sales staff, very helpful without the high pressure sales attitudes!I would recommend them to anyone buy a new or used car! They have a great team and they are a pleasure to work with!
I purchased my vehicle from Bidleman’s in 2019 with a little over 37,000 miles on the car. I’ve put about 12-13,000 miles on it since then and have kept up with servicing. Since the time I’ve had my vehicle I’ve had the engine light come on a couple of times, took it to Bidleman’s and had them service the car. The past 2 1/2 months my engine light had started to go on and off regularly and just started to stay on after awhile. I had also found invoices from the only previous owner that she had issues with the engine light coming on as well, prior to trading it in I assume. I then took it back to Bidleman’s 4 times total to have them try to diagnose the problem, only to have it come back almost immediately after leaving; driving 40 minutes round trip each time and having to set up a ride to leave my car. The 4th time I took the vehicle back, I had to request a loaner (it was not offered to me) because people still have to work. They were decent about that and sent me off with a very nice vehicle. Fast forward over a month later and they still have my vehicle. This is after calling them, not them calling me, for updates, only to be told everyone there is scratching their heads and no one has a clue what’s going on. I finally received a phone call from the service manager, Jeremy, to be told several gaskets and valves needed to be replaced and that this was labor intensive and would cost me about $900. After going back and forth with him for about 20 minutes, he stated he would try to help me out as he has more pull with labor costs but cannot change the pricing on gm’s parts, stating about 15% discount. Not ideal, but helpful. Additionally he told me he would do as much as he could to try and have my warranty extended. I was told that my vehicle would then be ready at the beginning of the week and to expect a call back. Well, another week came and went and I still heard nothing. When they finally did call me (a full week later), I spoke to Dave who not only told me my discount was 10% instead of the 15% I was told by the service manager but told me that they could not get me an extended warranty. Dave was extremely rude and combative, as was the service manager, Jeremy almost every time I spoke with them. I had to pry for information and details about what was wrong with my vehicle, what was being done to my vehicle, if there was any kind of warranty on the parts being replaced and so on. I was treated like a nuisance for asking basic questions that should have been provided without having to ask. My entire experience was a nightmare and ultimately they did the bare minimum and only cared about getting payed. I ultimately ended up paying $254 for parts (not including 75$ in taxes) and 687$ on labor (that I received a laughable $103 “break” on). The whole process cost me $914 out of pocket that I feel Bidleman’s should have resolved prior to selling me my vehicle. Overall found the service department to be lackluster and have room for improvement.
Very professional here! We drove an hour to purchase a truck at Bidleman and they worked together to get us to a price point we were comfortable with and also allowed us to drive it home that night. They stayed late to get this all done and worked with us to make it all happen (we forgot title for car we traded in, they allowed us to mail it by next day). Over all we didnt feeled pressured and all the staff there was pleasant.
Drove from Rochester to look at a truck that came in allegedly today. Got a trade offer on my vehicle which I was happy with and then they presented a print off with the vehicle I was interested in purchasing and what the monthly payments would be after trade was paid off. Due to covid, we stood up and did a fist bump agreement after I said yes to purchasing this truck at the price they presented to me. The salesman said congratulations, let me go run a credit check and we’ll get the paperwork going. Fast forward 5 minutes, he comes back to the table and says “We had the wrong numbers, this is the current number on the truck you’re looking to buy”. Monthly payments increased roughly $120. I have family members in the car industry as well as sales. If you present a number and agree to terms, you honor that number whether it is a mistake or not. I did not agree to the new number and terms and kindly walked out and left. Drove maybe 5 minutes down the road not happy with how I was treated and turned around and walked back. I asked the salesman to speak with the Finance Manager and was told he left for the day in the 5 minutes I was gone. I spoke with the general manager who says yeah it was a mistake, we’re not going to budge though. We’ll take a couple hundred off list price if it’ll make you happy. Mind you, this is the second trip from Rochester ready to purchase a vehicle. Was not at all impressed with how I was treated. If it was your mistake, then own it and make it right for the customer. Needless to say, I did not cave into their mistake and walked out of the door very disappointed. They want to chalk it off as they’re a destination dealership and the mark up isn’t that high. Again, I have family in the car industry and know that to be false. Would not recommend purchasing a vehicle (especially being a used car dealership) if this is how they treat their cliental. Very disappointed. Hand shakes and agreeing to terms don’t mean anything these days.
What an experience I had with everyone at Bidleman Chevrolet, from start to finish! My sales associate Jen Waters was awesome, she made everything so easy, 5 stars isnt nearly enough. From the moment I pulled into the lot, seeing my beautiful new truck up front and center, to opening the doors and being greeted by everyone, it was more than just a car deal I truly was treated like part of their family! A million thanks to everyone, I absolutely love my new truck! Thank you again for being so nice, other dealerships could definitely learn alot from all of you! Thanks again, ill be back!
Jen the saleswoman was nice(as nice as one can be for a salesperson, I don’t feel it was genuine, but that’s not the point here) I purchased my car out of state and had it shipped.. everything went pretty smoothly. I did have to reach out more often than I would’ve liked. The constant reaching out when trying to get the car sold wasn’t the same as when the car was purchased and I was then reaching out wondering when it would arrive. I was also told my payments would be $16 less than they were on the paperwork I received, which was upsetting. I won’t ever purchase a car out of state again though. I definitely feel like I got ripped off & couldve found the car I got for a much better deal & monthly payments.
Had a wonderful experience with Bidleman Chevrolet. Steve was awesome showing me the Trax and getting all my paper work in order. Dave handle all the loan paperwork and got me an awesome rate!! After everything was done Rich took me out and showed me all the features my car had. He even helped me link my phone to the cars Bluetooth. Every other place I have purchased a car from just gives me the keys and sends me on my way. Definitely going back when we need our next vehicle!!
I just want to begin by saying, we have never had such an experience as we had today, buying a car. Steve, Dave, Jason and Rich, wow, what a great and I mean great group of guys, gave us a smoking hot deal on a 2018 Dodge Charger, the process was so simple and these guys were like a well oiled machine, it was amazing! Everyone was very friendly and knowledgeable. They were able to get me into a pre-owned car thats safe and affordable. They ended up running a carfax report on my previous car for a trade in and I was told that the previous owner before I owned it was in a bad accident where there was structural damage to it. The other dealership never told me that before I bought it and I wouldnt have ever bought the car if I wouldve known that. So thank you guys for your honesty and looking out for your customers. The absolute best customer service I have ever encountered and I will definitely be coming back in for services on my car and even though its an hour away its definitely worth the drive.
They worked on my 2011 Acadia. I got it back in a timely manner and running like new. Edit: I thought the engine lights that came on were the same but I was contacted by a manager and they got my car in immediately. Theyre getting it fixed right away. It turned out to be a different ball joint. I got my car back and its running good.
By far the easiest buying experience I ever had buying a vehicle. Just bought a GMC from there. I drove from Syracuse. I was in and out in 30 minutes. Peyton was my sales person.. A+ service. Also, Jason in Financing great job ! Cameron showed me the in and outs of the vehicle. Easily will buy from there again. Awesome service even better staff.

To start, the salesman was actually very nice. We had a slight issue with the pricing, but he worked it out. With this whole covid thing, they decided to bump the price of the vehicle up 500 dollars, even though we had already been in conversation about the price and financing. They came back down on the price, but it bassicly made me pay full asking price. I should have been able to come down on price a bit... Its a used vehicle, there is absolutely room for price movement. I worked in a dealership for many years. Their is always room for movement with a serious buyer.The main reasons that I left a lower review is due to the service team, and or detailing team.When I went to pick it up, it had low coolant, a decent oil leak coming from the engine, two bad windshield wipers, a broken center console and it was filthy. Additionally my inspection sticker was punched for June... I picked the vehicle up in July. It looked like they just got it on yesterday and simply vacuumed the spots they could see. The whole truck was dirty, glass, interior, and the exterior. Scratches all over was a big one. Correct me if Im wrong but when a dealership sells a vehicle, it gets a detail correct?I would have taken it back, but I came from a pretty far distance, and why would l? Why would I go back to a dealership that let a vehicle leave like that. I just wanted to get it and get out of there.Now that being said... Everyone that I talked to was very nice. But I would say this. Dont feel rushed into something and lose sight of the details. Theres no reason for any of that. I know this covid deal is rough, but that does not mean people should be lowering standards.
My sales agent was “Jen” she was awesome! She really went hard and was accommodating to me. The entire staff was friendly, personal and nonjudgmental! They made this brown girl feel so at home! It’s like a welcoming family!! They all work so good together!! I have NEVER experienced buying a car like that!! This place is number one in my book!!
After some extensive searching online for a new truck I found one that had all the features I was looking for. I inquired about it being still available via their website. I was contacted soon after by one of their sales consultants (Steve) and from there on it was one of the easiest, no pressure, experiences Ive ever had buying a new vehicle. The communication was excellent from start to finish and the rest of the sales team was very friendly and easy to deal with. Highly recommended and would return again in the future.
The initial lead to the vehicle was through Car Gurus, so it was mainly Show and Tell. It appears that many customers come from distances to do business here. 1 to 2 hours does not seem to be unusual, so they must be doing something right. Staff were pleasant and the surroundings COVID clean. There were too many staff in the chain of command during the negotiation process. The purchase price was pretty much dictated by the Car Gurus web site, however trade in values were a different story. Initially they way under valued my vehicle. Fortunately, I had other industry documentation - mainly Kelley and Autotrader. My recommendation for others is to do the same and thoroughly research the value of your trade and be honest with the estimation of the vehicles condition.The delivery process - from financing through pickup was smooth. I am happy with overall transaction.
Technician was extremely knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. Looked at what I mentioned as bothering me and was overall amazing. Best tech I have ever dealt with. Service manager at desk was very nice and let me know when my suv was almost ready and what was done. Great top notch service!

My personal experience with the entire staff at Bidleman Chevrolet far exceeded my expectations from start to finish. I share this with the utmost confidence as someone who was in the car industry for 4 years. Im a well prepared consumer which makes it difficult for those sitting across from me. Yet , each staff member remained patient with me as I took my time over an 8 month process. Again , Im a tough critic. !! In my process I formed relationships with each and every member of the Bidleman staff. My Sales Rep. Jenn Waters spoke with me and not at me. A big difference. She was actually concerned with my needs rather than her needs. Outstanding performance! But , it didnt stop with only her. The Sales Manager Brittany Cocca was just as attentive to my needs by understanding my budget and sincerely wanting to place me in the correct vehicle not just any vehicle. She is an absolute Gem and value to her team. My best experience in 35 yrs.when dealing with a Sales Manager. Job well done! Now its time for financing where the rubber hits the pavement. Once again my expectations are blown out of the water. Jason the Finance Manager did everything he could do for me to get approved. When i truly believed the game was over Jason continued to work for me . Jason was amazing by never quitting on me when I thought I couldnt go any further. He kept me hopeful in my process explaining in detail all my options. Again , amazing! Putting with me is no easy chore yet they kept their composure with a smile and professionalism. As I purchased my dream car of a 2017 GMC Terrain Denali I was overwhelmed with the technology and features. All of a sudden another staff member steps up named Joshua who processed all my paperwork at the last stage of my buying experience. Unbelievable how when I arrived he was prepared making the signing process very easy to understand. He demonstrated great professionalism then waled me outside and explained every feature within the vehicle from technology , to the functionality of my vehicle. Job well done Young Man! Lastly , the owner Sam Lanaza made himself available to me the entire 8 months of my process. He listed to my needs , my concerns , and truly wanted me to leave his dealership with a positive experience. He trusted his team throughout the process to make it happen. At one point Sam took me and my Autistic Son down the road to his mechanic shop to show me a vehicle. That made me feel like he really cared and was looking out for my best interest Sam should feel Proud by developing a culture at his dealership that is to Form Relationships with the Customers and listen to their needs. You should be proud!Im from Rochester, NY and had never met anyone at Bidleman Chevrolet until this experience. I wouldnt hesitate referring anybody to this caring and compassionate team. Sales department was great - Brad responded to our needs and concerns professionally and swiftly. My problem is the service department. We bought a 2017 Chevy Volt, and the service department has no knowledge and no desire to lean about Hybrid vehicles! Went in on a recall issue and instead of handling the problem they sent us off to ANOTHER dealership! THAT dealership is over 40 miles away! Searched on our own, found a close dealership and got the recall taken care of. I have news for them - Hybrids and EVs are here to stay - your customers, not so much unless you get proper training!

DONT GO TO BIDLEMANS.My car broke down and went to DK Auto. DK had to send it to Bidlemans to have the computer reprogramed. Transmission problem. Fine put a NEW transmission in it. Quoted $3,400 Was told it would take a week to come in. Call a week later and was told. Not sure who you talked to but youre going to wait 2-4 months for a new one. I was upset and called my 86 year old Mom who called them. She made a deal with them for a used transmission and a loaner for only $200 less. Pre-paid over the phone. Got the car back a week and a half later. receipt made out to DK and not my Mom who paid for it. NO WRITTEN 12 MONTH Warranty and they over charged her $114 in taxes. Which was refunded only when it was caught by my friend Cindy 2 days later. Get car on Friday, check engine light comes on the next day. C02 filter. Call Bidlemans They want $300 to fix it. Bring it to DK. They found that it wasnt plugged back in. Get fixed. Now light comes back on with another code. Was told it could probably be just a loose hose from the transmission repair. Call Bidlemans and ask them to refund me $21.25 for the repair cost that I paid to have the C02 filter plugged in. Told NO Said My car will be getting fixed on Friday for the new code if it is something that has to do with the transmission repair I would like you to pay it Was told no again. WILL NEVER BRING MY CAR BACK THERE, calling the Better Business Bureau.
I took my truck in for service at my appointment time for 8am to check the brakes, a squealing noise, LOF and tire rotation with psi check. They did not work on my truck for six hours then told me that the have the parts but no time to complete the work. After talking with the service manager and getting nowhere I had to contact Chevrolet. They then were able to complete the brake work. My tire psi did not get checked as requested nor did they try to identify the squeal noise. I must now make another appointment at another dealer to finish the work.
I purchased a 2018 Jeep Cherokee Limited from Bidleman Chevy Buick GMC last week & all of the staff were very helpful, accommodating & professional. I couldnt of gotten a better deal! I am extremely pleased. I highly recommend this dealership. Salesperson Molly is a doll!!

My fiancé took our equinox here for scheduled maintenance. they did an oil change, refilled all the fluids. the next day my windshield washer fluid was leaking, not slowly, but by the next day i had the alert on my car saying we had low washer fluid… not sure what happened but it’s never done that before. we were hardly driving it so not sure if it’s something they did or what but it does seem odd that it happened after taking it to a new place.

Great sales service with Dennis. Jeremy also did a great job with the financing for us. The car was ready to go the next day, although we could have even had it the same day. The price was excellent also. The only thing keeping Bidleman from a five-star rating was the vehicle clean up was not quite what I would have expected. Otherwise, a great experience!
Before purchasing vehicle I noticed some Brake Rotor shake on test drive. I was told from the salesman that the brakes would be replaced before pickup. They replaced back brakes but not Front. The rotor shake was still present.... When I brought it in, Service manager and even Owner would not budge on replacing the front rotors! Very disappointed with there customer service on such a simple repair. If you choose to purchase from Bidleman Chevy make sure everything is perfect before leaving the dealership! I will not be a returning customer...
Everyone at the dealership was friendly, polite, and knowledgeable regarding their product. They explained all of the options available on the vehicles and took the time out to demonstrate how they operated. There was very little price haggling as they already have the lowest prices available and I know because throughly researched prices throughout the area and on websites. They took care of registration, plates and the like. When I took possession of the vehicle it was no stress, very quick, and they had all the paperwork in order. Look for you best price, then contact Bidleman Chevy and I promise they will meet or beat that price.
Thank you to Bidleman Chevrolet for making what can be a stressful experience in choosing a new to me vehicle so easy. We did all the preliminary work over the phone, text and email. Got to the dealership and test drive the vehicle and were in and out with our purchase in under an hour. The only thing negative I can say is the vehicle didn’t have the headrests for the third row seats BUT Bidleman is ordering them and mailing them to me so that’s fabulous customer service. We had looked at another dealership the previous weekend and one vehicle we drove had the check engine light on, another was filthy inside and the mileage was 4000 more than advertised. The Sales Manager didn’t impress us at all and didn’t seem to care if we purchased from him. Completely the opposite experience At Bidleman. Thank you again!
Had to change review, Peyton was great bought vehicle and after bringing home I noticed tires were heavily dry rotted. Brought back and the inventory manager said if they pass inspection it is what it is. Bad service. Wont buy another vehicle from bidleman. 3 weeks after purchase $1300.00 in new tires
Vehicle was supposed to be fixed when I picked it up, but when I left dealership I was left stranded on side of road because it was not fixed. Called Dave, my service writer and he pretty much left me their as he said the service manager said that whatever they did should not have caused my vehicle to not be driveable and left it up to me to get back to dealership on my dime. I was able to limp back and when I did Dave was leaving the parking lot and nowhere to be found, so someone else took care of me. Tech took vehicle in to check out and while I was waiting Dave returned with his Whopper and fries obviously not to worried about a customer in distress. The tech was able to ultimately fix my vehicle and admitted fault for not thouroly completing the fix the first time which is why I got stranded. Never heard from Dave or the service manager. Did they fix the vehicle YES, but not really worried about customers. I am willing to cut people some slack but that was down right wrong.
I just bought a used 2018 Traverse from Bidleman Chevy. Jen was the salesperson and she is amazing! Shes knowledgeable, personable, friendly and not pushy. She tries very hard to find what you are looking for and she did! She made the car buying experience great! I would definitely buy from her again.Also, the Service Department is very accommodating. My husband and I traveled 3 hours to purchase our car at Bidlemans because of the amazing on-line attention and customer service by Jeff. He answered all our concerns, handled our trade in through pictures and set everything up for our test drive and purchase the next day. Travis in the Finance department likewise had everything ready for us to proceed the next day. Both gentleman represented the highest quality of honesty, openness and just plain friendliness. I began the process of Purchasing a car from this dealership. I had 3 conversations with the sales, Larry, informing him I wanted my running boards taken off my Jeep Cherokee. After driving an hour and a 1/2, with a check in my hand because I had already hashed out my trade in value, nobody knew about this prior arrangement because the salesman failed to communicate it to his sales manager or the mechanics on site. So they tried to change the numbers when I got there. They eventually realized the mistake was on them and kept original numbers but regardless, werent prepared to let me take the new car home asking if I could come back.. 3 hours round trip? Was so put off i just left. When i called the sales manager the following day to explain my experience with the sales man she never called me back. VERY sloppy sales staff. Would not recommend. Oh, and they activated sirius in the new car 3 weeks before I even test drove it so I had that to deal with too... dont shop here.
Bidleman bought our local Chevy/GMC dealership. They have a Ford dealership nearby. I really liked the employees at the former owners. They were like friends. I must admit I was disappointed that some of them were no longer there. I needed to get maintenance done on my car. I was pleasantly surprised with the service department, friendly, knowledgeable. I think they are very up-to-date computer wise. Sending notice of what was done via email. Charges were very reasonable, will definitely use them for service on my vehicle.
Steve was very easy to work with and answered all of my questions. I ended up buying from out of state and he was very accommodating in sending me pictures and videos of the car and making arrangements for shipping. As someone who works in sales, I know a good customer service experience when I see one and this definitely happened for me at Bidleman Chevrolet.
Sales(Brittany & Jason) are phenomenal! I would recommend anyone to them. From start to finish of buying my new vehicle they were always able to answer my questions and then some. As far as service ABSOLUTELY and i mean ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE. I brought my vehicle in for my service all wheel drive light on and a noise in the rear end. I had my husband follow me there due to them telling me they had no loaners and once they got it on the lift they said it was my brakes and it would be fixed in a hour so my husband and i parted ways. Once the brakes were repaired i went into town quick and my service all wheel drive light was back on not even five miles down the road. Turned around to take it back to dealership and was told that they were never told the light was on when i specifically told the service manager and people i talked to to schedule. Needless to say now i was stuck there with no car because mine had problems and the service didn’t seem to care. I spoke with Brittany and Jason yet again and they were able to get me a vehicle until mine is fixed. I will not be going back to buy another vehicle here or referring anyone!
Just purchased a 2011 dodge charger Rt sight unseen form these guys, let me tell you as a first time car buyer 21 years young this was all new to me firstly the pictures taken were very detailed, the customer service was excellent everything done over the phone sales manager jason took good care of me told me all about the vehicle insured me that any vehicle coming from this dealership is top of the line quality. After selling me on the car I let jason know hey I live 4 hours away from the dealership I would not be able to see the vehicle, test drive it, nothing at all, and I was skeptical about buying a car sight unseen but he reassured me this car was in perfect condition and has passed the state inspection which eased my nerves, next he transfers me over to David in finance and I will tell you he was very patient with me I had many technical difficulties sending the appropriate documents needed for the banks approval, 3 full days until everything was squared away on my end and David did not skip a beat on anything everyday checking on me encouraging me that we will figure it all out which we did thanks to him. now your wondering how did the car get 4 hours to my house well Ill tell you jason and David took car of all the expenses for the delivery to my home free of charge, the delivery was over $400 but they took care of me and might I add the did not ask for anything free but I apreaciated it and Im thankful they did that for me. Older and outdated. Not the new and nice dealerships you see everywhere this was more like a big room with cubicles that ran down the middle. The staff were too busy to give anyone their full attention. My salesperson not only let me drive off on my own but had zero answers for any of the questions I had. It was always the default answer, oh I can figure that out for you. My opinion is that if someone is there to spend 40k+ on a vehicle at least have the decency to study up on what your selling. I was there to buy a silverado and they are a Chevy dealership, youd think youd know about the highest grossing truck on the lot. When I came back he was working with someone else and just told me to take a seat. 15 minutes later i got up and left. Unfortunately he hijacked my car keys so I had to hassle someone to get them back for me so I could go. Of course the sales manager had to try and pressure me one last time to make sure I wasnt making a mistake by leaving. She asked me what it was about the experience that would have kept me around. Umm how about care about your customer. Dont ignore potential sales. Clean up the place. Have more respect for the informed buyer. Ride with your customers so they can ask you questions. Dont leave someone excited to buy hanging around for 15 minutes or more. Dont keep calling someone who isnt interested every day for a week. Know what your selling. And please, dont hide peoples keys so they have to come to you for a guilt trip before they can drive away.If your thinking of shopping here, do yourself a favor and go somewhere professional.No matter what they say when they respond to this review. My opinion is honest and my experience is real.
Brad (sales) and Jeremy (finance) were fantastic to work with. They answered all my questions and got me in a vehicle that I LOVE. The vehicle was used and needed a couple minor touch-ups that were addressed without question; and Brad went above and beyond, changing my brakes and rotors without me even asking. Update: The vehicle is currently at a local Chevy dealer. Meaning we are back to sharing a vehicle. The ac compressor needs to be replaced. (The high today is projected to be 105 degrees) There is an exhaust leak, the manifold bolts/nuts need to be replaced. The rotors are pitted and gouged to the point that they cannot be resurfaced. They will be emailing us photos shortly.Sam, I did reach out today (7/20/20) to the number you included in your response. The operator did not pick up. I did leave a message including my contact information. I hope you will reach back out.Original review*We purchased a truck at the end of April 2020. Thing went fairly smoothly. Until the day the truck was supposed to be delivered. It didn’t show after making arrangements to be home. We spoke to the dealership and it came the next day. The irritation was that they knew it hadn’t even been picked up by the time we should have received delivery. We should have been contacted. We live in CT. It’s a pandemic and my husband and I are both in healthcare. At the time there was a travel ban for my job. I work as a nurse in a pcu turned Covid unit. Now we have had this truck for two month and were just able to get it registered, that was a pandemic related issue. The dealer sent the paperwork to CT dmv via US mail. Now that we can actually drive it we have discovered that the truck needs brakes. We contacted the dealer and they said just drive it that will wear off. But it actually needs brakes. We offered to do the work if they somehow supplied us with the brakes. I think it’s actually illegal to sell a vehicle with bad brakes. The dealership made it clear they weren’t helping with the brake situation. Also, I was told the registration was rolled into the financing. I even received a check back for $67 the memo said it was for over payment for registration. So it was a surprise when it cost and additional $350 for registration. Now I have to come up with additional money for brakes. In addition a bolt on the manifold needs to be fixed. I actually would have given a decent rating had the brake situation been handled better. The dealership had been easy to work with especially considering the current situation and that we purchased from out of state. It’s unfortunate that they dropped the ball on this but it boils down to the safety of my husband and daughters and that was put in Jeopardy.

My sales person Brad went above and beyond to help me understand the car features even though he was late for an appointment.Travis in financing was informative with additional options available without being pushy.I honestly went in feeling nervous but became relaxed soon after talking to Brad.

This is first time I bought truck from them and that’s last time I buy from them too . I drove 9 hours from my home to dealer to got the truck and I am so disappointed about them service. first the truck looked like 6 months never wash . Second the glasses was broken no one checked on it. Third I had to waited for a month to got my title . Fourth truck Was running oil under engine no one check. Fifth when I bought I was asked any wrong with the truck they said no and after I bought they thought truck over heath before I bought from them. So before you guys buy anything car from them please check carefully
So I was a little skeptical going out to Albion NY for a truck. But I read some reviews about how great they were. I have to tell you, these guys are absolutely amazing! My salesman Dennis wasn’t pushy listened to exactly what I wanted! Got my new truck the next day. If you’re looking for hassle free no bs come to this place they will get you in the car you want. I came across a used truck they had, by chance and had to go take a look because it seemed almost too good to be true. I called and talked to Shawn about coming to see the truck and he was very helpful. When i got there, the truck was ready and waiting out front for me to see, and i was thoroughly impressed with the truck, it was an awesome truck at a great price. Everybody at the dealership was great. i had my 5 year old son with me, who was not happy to be there but Shawn made it easier by offering any food/candy/water he had to my son and even came to get us after i took my son out to get him some lunch. I would recommend this place in a heart beat, very down to earth people!
Made a deal to trade a used car for a used car. After we had a verbal agreement and a signed written agreement the dealer ask for more. They claimed I had promised to include an extra set of wheels and tires with my trade. I never discussed this with them. My spouse had shown the salesman a picture of our car with our other set but never said we would’ve included them for free. Bottom line, they refused to honor their written and verbal agreement. Too bad, the two sales staff were friendly. But what good is that if the boss can’t be trusted to honor their word. I did offer after this blew up to include the extra tires for a small fee. This was declined. In all, a big waste of my time.
Steve was very helpful and patient with me as I looked for my next vehicle. He was open to answering any and all questions that I had, and he did not try to push or pressure me into making a decision. I am very happy with my vehicle and I highly recommend Bidleman Chevrolet, Buick, GMC.
Jason was wonderful from the time I walked in till I came back a week later to trade in my Ford Mustang for a Buick Encore. He was patient and put up with my goofing off about not wanting to let my pony go... He kept in touch with me and made sure I understood all I needed for this deal. First, I would like to say that I am very thankful for my Tahoe LT from Bidleman Chevrolet Buick GMC. The atmosphere was very welcoming and the staff was extremely friendly. Rude is about all I can say. Service manager is the rudest person I have ever met. I will never purchase another vehicle there. Bought it brand new and was told there were probably stones that did this. NOT to all 4 rotors. Then changed the reason to weathered. Well we live in NYS! Took it to other dealers and told me they were defective but yet Bidleman would not replace them. Rotors do not do this after less than a year old and yet Bidleman wouldnt budge! BEWARE! And after the response from Sam Lanasa I did call and left a message. Imagine that, no call back and its been days.
I specifically took the 40 minute drive here since their dealership had nearly perfect reviews and they clearly met my expectations. Kyler was one of the kindest used car salesmen I’ve met in my 40 years of buying vehicles. They took the time and sincere effort to try and secure a loan for me given the unique situation I was in. I was trying to buy a car quickly to replace my car that had just been totaled and before the insurance company paid off the lien holder on my previous loan. Since I was not planning to purchase a car just weeks before Christmas and in the middle of moving, I really had no cash to put down. They still showed me a great car, with very low mileage and within my tight budget. Through no fault of theirs, since my credit was not great to begin with and showed an outstanding car loan, I was not able at that time to purchase a car from them. But after a few more days of gathering income information, I was able to secure a loan and purchase a great car in my hometown. Go see Kyler first if you’re looking to purchase a used car.
Thanks to Steve and Jeremy for their help getting me into my new to me Equinox! Only complaint is that the car could have had better detailing done before I drove it off the lot. There was still an old toothpick in one of the pockets on the door, among other dirt, dust, and debris. Otherwise, great experience.
Terrible sales team! Wouldn’t call back after an offer was given on a vehicle I was more then willing to negotiate price when asked what they could offer I was told this is Albion the middle of no where how can we work on price. I guess if that’s their opinion better off going to Rochester or buffalo for car.

Wasted a whole day getting dragged around by peyton as the sales manager assured everything could be done virtual waited half the day just to find out I could not lease the truck i wanted, asked to finance and get a quote on the same truck and still no response 3 hr later! wasted 8 hours total just to end the day where i started very inconvenient I will gladly take my 50k elsewhere
We thoroughly enjoyed dealing with BIDLEMAN CHEVROLET BUICK GMC and Jason Cammelleri, that handled our deal. There was NO double-speak [is that something they teach in sales school?] giving us the run around, trying to cram things we dont need into the deal, etc...We feel we got the best deal [and we had checked around and got the double-speak I mentioned above. Bidleman treated us as family and it was a great feeling. I have never set foot on this dealerships property. I was interested in A vehicle I saw online. The salesman told me If I put 100.00 down as A hold it was REFUNDABLE until I could get there to see it (im out of area) I changed my mind and cannot get anyone to return my calls or issue my refund. Not your typical run the mill kind of dealership. Everyone there is extremely nice and friendly. They don’t try and push sales on you and there willing to work to get you in the vehicle you want. I can say that I will be going back to them when I’m in the market for a new vehicle again.
Oil change and tire rotation were ok. I have this problem where radio cuts out as do onstar locations for 20 to 30 second then comes back on. They claimed this was a software problem that was linked to radio and they updated. Happened again on drive home. This is a 2020 vehicle they said I can bring it back ...but dont know if they really listened to me when I asked if it could be electrical .
Ive never enjoyed shopping for a vehicle. It almost feels dirty going into a dealership; two parties attempting to make the better deal. I had been searching for the perfect vehicle for quite some time. I knew what I wanted and what I could afford. Ive been in dealerships where they try to upsell you into something you cant afford. My father found the truck I had been looking for while perusing the interwebs. I decided to take a cruise over. What was the worst that could happen? I had already felt like I had been beaten with stick from earlier in the day. Reluctant, I stopped by on my way home. I walked in, it was busy. I sat down. One of the salesmen, Kyler Hapeman, was helping someone else, he glanced over and asked if anyone had helped. I told him I wanted to look at a truck I saw on their website. He asked if I knew the lot number; I immediately rambled it off. He went, grabbed the keys, and handed them to me. He said hed be about 15 minutes, pointing me over to the direction of the truck. As I sat in the drivers seat I was thinking to myself, This is nice, no pushy salesman breathing down my neck. I walked back in and warmed up. Kyler walked over and asked what I thought. I said that Id like to work the numbers. The entire process was completely transparent. I couldnt believe it. The first time I felt like the wool wasnt being pulled over my eyes. They gave me a great deal on my trade-in too! Travis Bush was amazing at handling the financing, honing it right to where it needed to be. The experience I had throughout the entire process was the best Ive had at a dealership.
Brian Kelley was direct, attentive, and easy going. He was patient with us explaining the small details of car buying, and non-judgmental. He went the extra mile to assist in obtaining car insurance at 7pm at night. I recommend buying from Brian to all friends and family. Thanks again Brian!!
Im the brother of the customer. I was a salesman myself and Id NEVER treat one of my customers the way all of these folks did to him. Their response sometimes expectations are just out of reach. I dont think FREE weather tech style GM Floor LINER , biddlemans promised to toss in upon delivery, was an out of reach expectation. The salesman went out of his way to text my brother personally. He had the worst customer service Ive ever seen. Then the manager swore and talked down to my father !!! Who the hell does he think he is. My family is in the right. The fact biddlemans were trying to cover up the fact they didnt get floor liners rather floor mats, the poorest customer service Ive EVER come across and will never stand behind their word or promise..... If anyone in my friends , family , come in contact with , etc asks where to buy a car ..... Itll never be biddlemans. Stand behind your product, service , salesman and your own values/morals.
My experience at Bidleman Chevrolet, Buick, GMC, Albion, NY, in regard to a National Highway, Safety Traffic, Administration recall for the replacement of Silverado pick-up truck tailgate support cables and hinges.---I arrived at 1:50 pm, for a scheduled 2:00pm appointment. I was told that two new tailgate hinges and two new tailgate cables would be installed. I waited at the service counter, for over ten minutes, until Jason Burley went behind the counter and asked me about six questions regarding the scheduled recall repair. Some of his questions were repetitive. One of them he asked me was, “Do we have the parts?” The parts department is around the corner, five feet way from the service desk. They scheduled the time of the repair appointment. Why is he asking me, the customer, if they have the parts? I said, “They told me they had the parts.” I asked him if they would put anti-seizure lubricant on the bolts. He said “certainly”. Jason Burley told to go into the waiting room and take a seat. I had to ask him three times, how long would it be. Three times, he said that he didnt know and he would get me in as soon as he could. I said that I couldnt sit there for two hours and I needed an approximate time estimate. He then said fifteen minutes. This guy is a low I.Q. individual and also a liar. Approximately twenty five minutes later, from the waiting room door window, I saw my vehicle driven into a service bay. I went out to stand in front of the service desk where I could see the unnamed mechanic working on the tailgate of my pick-up truck. At this time Wayne Miller was behind the service desk. Wayne Miller then said that, per the 12 page GM repair memo, because only the left tailgate hinge was broken off, and not the right side one, that they would not be replacing any part of the hinges. I then saw that the mechanic was about to bolt the tailgate cables down without any anti-seizure lubricant. I asked him to lubricate the bolts. The mechanic said that he didnt know what I was talking about. He then said that they didnt have any anti-seizure lubricant anyway. I told him to stop and said that I wanted the lubricant. Wayne Miller then handed me the GM twelve page recall repair memo and said, “Where in here does it say that we have to apply anti-seizure lubricant.” I said that where in the memo does it tell them what size wrench, or socket, to use? I said that it is generally accepted protocol for bolts that are subject to corrosion and seizure. I said that as a customer, I was requesting it. They said that they didnt have any any and did I want the new cables bolted down or not. They had already taken the old cables off and I didnt want my tailgate falling off on the road. The mechanic then reamed the bolts down with a pneumatic air wrench. When I had walked twenty feet, to my vehicle, to talk to the mechanic, Sam LaNasa had come to the service desk and asked some questions about the recall repair. He then turned to me and said in an elevated volume, “Do you see that painted yellow line on the floor? Customers are not allowed to step over that line! DO YOU UNDERSTAND THAT?” I was silent and shocked by the way he was berating me. He then shouted at me again, “I NEED SOME INDICATION THAT YOU UNDERSTAND WHAT I JUST SAID!” I said, “I understand.”In summation, they would not replace the hinges, although they had said that they would. They also said that, if the right hand hinge is broken, they will only replace one half of each hinge on the tailgate side only, and not the two half hinges on the body of the truck. I have since learned that this crazy policy is enacted because the hinge bolts, especially the ones on the truck body, are so corroded that they will break off when you try to remove them. Probably, because General Motors didnt put any anti-seizure lubricant on them on the assembly line. You have to take the taillights out, lubricate them, and put torch heat on the bolts from the back side to get them out. As of now, I will never do business with those P.O.S.s, ......
Went in for an inspection, an went fairly quick. Very pleased got in and out so I could get on with my day. The only thing that was not so good, was while I sat in the waiting room...you can hear every conversation going on in the garage and they are not professional in their choice of words. Alot of the famous F word was used. I would think twice if you are waiting for service an you have youre kids with you.
Bidleman Chevrolet Buick GMC did an outstanding job during the COVID shutdown. With their assistance, I was able to take advantage of GMs Pull-Ahead program for current leasees. They picked up the vehicle I was returning and provided touchless delivery of my new truck. Everyone I talked to at Bidleman was extremely accommodating.
Worst dealership I have ever bought a new car from...sales person Molly was extremely rude with avoiding all my calls after a purchase I totally regret...will be contacting GMAC...my advice to you all is to go to a larger dealership..wanted to stay local but that did not go well...Still waiting for my emails for onstar..
Not unlike their Orleans Ford dealership, if there was a score less than zero that would be a more accurate rating. I turned my Chevy lease in back in August. In October I found out from GM Financial (another bunch of incompetent twits) that Bidleman Chevrolet never reported my lease turned in. I would highly advise against doing any business with this place.

2022-02-08Jen and Elizabeth were great to deal with, they helped us in so many ways. Jen sold me my Buick . I brought the Buick in to be worked on and ended up by the end of day going home with a new car. I would recommend Bidleman to anyone looking to buy a vehicle from them. 2022-01-19Jake Carr was so helpful and responsive throughout the whole process! He texted me the day the dealership took in this 2018 LaCrosse because he knew I wanted another LaCrosse ever since I got rid of my 2015 LaCross back in May. Within a few days, I was all approved and he even drove an hour to come get me after I turned in my lease at another dealer. I would recommend this dealership and Jake Carr to anyone I know! 2021-09-24From the moment my mom and I walked in we were treated like family. Everyone was so accommodating and personable. Jen Waters went above and beyond to make sure I got the right vehicle for my needs. Elisabeth made an normally stressful situation very easy and not stressful at all. I would recommend to anyone go talk to them and see the difference between them and any other dealer out there. I will make the 30 minute trip anytime. 2022-03-02Even though my car was reserved and a bit longer then 1st anticipated, when it did arrive and when it was going to be a little bit later, I was contacted immediately. I never saw or drove it till the day of my pickup appointment. Paperwork was smooth, no underlying cost. So far I love my service and my new car.

I felt so comfortable w my salesman Cameron and felt zero pressure. Elizabeth helped me keep my payments where i wanted them and added a warranty. 2022-05-28Not happy with service. Website said oil change came with tire rotation and did not receive tire rotation. $58.00 for just an oil change. 😳 Service guy who checked me in not so pleasant. Technician was great though. Dont recommend. Next time I drive to the city to my dealership and get friendlier service and better costs. Trying to save gas. Didnt happens.
