Went in for oil change and inspection and ended up with a bill for $722.44. the bill says I had concerns about the brakes. I never mentioned them at all.if this vehicle requires new rear brakes after 14000 mi. I am concerned about the quality. Will probably never go here again unless covered by warranty. May not buy another Ford either.
I have to say that the 2 guys we worked with were fantastic. I only have 2 complaints & really its nothing to do with who we worked with its regarding the owner who determines what can & cannot be done. In my opinion when purchasing a $40,000 car the owner should ALWAYS make sure the car comes with 2 sets of keys/fabs regardless of the $200 price. Second the tank should be full of gas. Its the small things that make people come back. You have 2 mustangs i love, but i look for the small things. So that $300 can make you lose a great customer.
These guys are awesome! I Just purchased a 2019 f250 powerstroke from them after a 8 month search for the perfect truck. I had delt with atleast a dozen other dealerships and Bidleman was by far the best experience I had. My sales person was Matt Bartolomeo. When I initially contacted Matt about the truck I informed him that I was 4.5 hours away in Pennsylvania. Knowing i couldnt come to personally look at the vehicle, he took it upon himself to look it over for me and sent me pictures of even the slightest imperfections, wich were very few. They worked with me on the price wich most dealerships wouldnt even consider. After I decided to purchase the truck Matt was able complete all the paperwork over the phone, through text messages, and while I was at work. When I made the trip to pick up the truck the following day all that was left to do was sign the papers. Even after I committed to buying the vehicle Bidleman went above and beyond on detailing it to the point it looked like a brand new 2022 rite off the showroom floor. Matt took it to the gas station personally and topped it off to ensure I had a full tank for the drive home. I couldnt be happier. I would highly recommend Bidleman and even with the 4.5 hour drive they will be my first call next time Im looking for a vehicle.
Got my truck back today. todd did a great job on it. it needed a part ford could not get because it was on back order. i looked in pick and pull at the time they had nothing. a few days after todd went in and found one. two weeks with out it was crazy. every one did a great job. i am very happy now thank you.
Went to sell my used car and found that they were only able to offer me significantly less than I got the next day from a private buyer. I can’t speak about other aspects of their business but they were polite and helpful, just don’t expect to get a great offer if you’re selling your used car!
Service center has always been good to me after coming there for over 20 years. Sitting area in the main showroom sucks noisy and loud with all your people running around telling each other how there gonna take care of there clients. No smoking area. After all the noise I went outside to have a smoke nothing is posted and no butt bucket at least it was quiet out there.
If they call you asking to buy your used car, do NOT go to this dishonest dealership. They lied to us about problems our car supposedly had on the test drive, a problem that the car has never had in the entire time Ive owned it. Then they had the nerve to give us an insultingly low offer for our car and seemed surprised that we didnt accept their offer. Do not waste your time here like they wasted ours.Edit: In your response you say during test driving it stalled out twice and handled roughly. What did you do to my car to make it stall out? I drove it for an hour prior and it didnt stall. I drove it an hour home and guess what? IT DIDNT STALL. So either you are lying about my car stalling or you mishandled my vehicle to make it stall out... As for the voided inspection sticker, it occurs when you replace the windshield, as you are well aware of it takes time to get a replacement from the State.
Very bad experience I have a new truck. I just bought it 11 months ago. Ive put 12k on it and the power steering pump went they had my truck for 28 days before I got it back. No rental either. The service department just kept shunning me off every time I called. Very Very disappointing.
Service was quick, courteous, and covered by my Ford premium warranty. Totally worth the extra money. The people on the phone are friendly and the service department seems to really know what they are doing.Only complaint would be the loaner car I was given was not equal to my vehicle, which its supposed to be, but I understand that rentals/ loaners are difficult to come by at this time, therefore I was thankful to even get one.
They gave my gf a used car with a “new battery” that we had to replace a year later, and the wire harness and terminals were the issue, had issues with the heat and most electrical problems.. it’s sad the 2014 was worse then the 2001 we had an Nissan suppose to be a great car!!!
A very welcomed experience as I was warmly greeted! Todd had taken the time to answer questions unrelated to the oil change and tire rotation!. Todd was professional in answering my questions and was very knowledgeable about helping me out with my vehicle!!!I will be coming back for future service on our vehicle!!!.Thank-you 🙏🏻 Dave D
Service department is terrible the guys dont care if you need warranty work done but if your paying money their all over it took my car in at 30 thousand miles needed the turbo replaced and they never put some parts back on the car and wont do anything to make it right terrible place to deal with will never go back
My husband and I typically see Larry who is beyond a fantastic salesman he consistently goes above and beyond to get us the best rates And to keep our payments within our budget and hasn’t steered us wrong on a vehicle yet ( between the both of us 5 or so vehicles). We consistently receive fair trade in value for our vehicles and the paperwork is always explained to us so we’re aware of what we have as far as warrantees, gap insurance and what not. Larry is fantastic and honest and he really won’t steer you wrong. we will continue to follow Larry and his car salesman endeavors. he makes a great asset to Bidleman Ford. The dealership is always clean the popcorn is Bitchin and we have no reason to not return when we’re ready for our next vehicle(s). Thank you for a great experience.
Worked with the sales staff on a new truck that was in transit. Very upfront and easy to work with. During the sales process I was made aware of the extended warranty and gap coverage (always add ons) but was not pushed. The sales process was easy and happy with the truck I got.
Oil change and filter. For a dealer they are great.Just purchased a truck & leased a new Edge. Larry was a great salesman. I met everyone all the way up to George Bidleman and they were all helpful and very personable. Great dealership. I recommend them to deal with. My experience in the past with service has been excellent.
Very pleased with my experience at this dealership. Did not feel pressured to buy, and once I committed to a vehicle they made the process easy. There was a slight holdup with my husband’s insurance company, which was not the dealer’s fault at all, and they were patient and made sure everything was done correctly. Would purchase a vehicle here again
The vehicle is what brought me to this dealership but the service I just received blew my mind. I actually just made this whole account because of it. My salesman Davin went above and beyond. my wife and I watched that guy literally RUN back and forth to make sure we were taken care of. Life time customer here. THANK YOU GUYS
I went to order a Bronco from this dealership and was told for all orders it would be MSRP and they cant do any reductions on price. I agreed and we even signed paperwork for the MSRP price after building out the car we wanted. Ten minutes after leaving I received a phone call stating there would be an extra $5000 charge to place an order with them as per the manager. I told them I preferred to order locally as an Auburn native but I could go to plenty of dealerships in the area to receive MSRP. Took my business to the Friendly Ford dealership in Geneva who was happy to give me MSRP without any added charges. Would highly recommend that dealership if placing an order for a vehicle as opposed to this one.
The Service Department lead by Todd and Jadon is exceptional. Always willing to help a customer. On the mechanic side Mike is an outstanding mechanic and knows his cards. It is fantastic to experience the new Ford dealership under the cabal email direction of Mr.Bidelman.Keep up the customer satisfaction !!!!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Just a great turn around from the old Summit Store. They have a greeter now. The showroom looks great. Love the free snacks in the showroom and now a waiting area in service and showroom.Very nice new employees and the store manager Clayton came over to see if I needed anything while I waited for my oil change.I will be coming back for my next car here.
Mashed potato’s and gravy!!! This dealership is THE BEST dealership we’ve ever worked with! The General Manager Clayton Howard is the epitome of what a general manager of a dealership should be! He doesn’t just care about the numbers, he cares about the reputation of the dealership and the relationships with the customers. Don’t go anywhere else, get to Bidleman Ford as soon as you can!
In the past, my family and I have bought a total of about 10 cars from summit and each time we felt the shift it was taking. It got to the point where you couldn’t negotiate with them at all, the service department which I used to love was not as great as it once was and everything was over priced and not worth it. We all went elsewhere. Well, after hearing they were bought out by Bidleman we decided to try again. The customer service we received from Larry, Matt and Patrick was outstanding. They were all there to answer any questions we had and made sure we left with a payment we could afford. We went to just test drive so that I could go get the same car in Rochester for a better price but Larry made the deal even better for me to buy a car vs leasing one so of course we seized the opportunity. And to top that off, Todd is back in the service department and honestly I couldn’t be happier.
My first time in this store since Oct 2015. Its amazing now. The New Bidleman Ford looks so much better than the previous Summit Ford. The sales dept answered all my questions and took me on a tour of the new and improved facility. On the Way out I was introduced to the Store Director Clayton Howard. He gave my daughter a teddy bear and great snacks from their customer welcome table. Its great to see a store with old fashion values! WE have been to several dealerships over the years and never has any management person took the time to not only make sure I was satisfied- but also made sure my children had a great experience while we shopped.Bottom line we are picking up our New Bidlemanman Ford on Thursday!!!!!!Thank you to Mr Howard & Team. The Constable Family
While shopping Carfax for a vehicle for our son, we came across a listing from Bidleman Ford. As it was after hours, I sent an email expressing our interest. I received a call from Darlene at 8:30 the next am. Darlene was extremely helpful, professional and friendly. She double checked to see that the car was still available to save me the 1 hour plus drive out. After confirming, we set up an appointment.Upon arrival, the car was out front waiting for a test drive. Larry Longworth was our salesman. Larry was friendly and not at all pushy. After the test drive, I sat with Larry to discuss a deal. Larry was also friendly and professional. Even with a shortage of used cars, Larry was able to shave a few dollars off the asking price. Upon pick up, the car was immaculately detailed and ready to drive off the lot. My son is thrilled with his new car and I am extremely impressed with Darlene, Larry and the whole Bidleman team. Thanks for a great experience!
What a wonderful experience with the Store Manager Clayton. I stopped in the New Bidleman Ford today just to see if I could turn in my lease next month due to I just relocated from Nevada to Auburn NY.I wasn’t sure if I was going to lease another Ford but after talking with Clayton he won me over to purchase another Ford Product.I will be back in April when my lease ends and I am definitely purchasing from Clayton.I’m so glad I stopped.Kathy G.Aka Pink Panther Collectables Inc.Auburn NY.
This dealership provided TERRIBLE service. There were extra charges for services not discussed or approved of and road hazard warranties on tires were not offered when purchased. The manager Jason and service advisor, Todd specifically, were completely unhelpful. We put our car in for a recall, four brand new tires, and a spare key (that required programming and having to be ordered and would arrive a few days later). Todd forgot to list the order to perform the recall work the first time we took our car in. It required a second appointment which meant more driving to and from this dealership when it was completely unnecessary, as well as additional time off of work. They did not call when the key arrived. We had to call them to check if it had arrived. I have never experienced such poor customer service and you can bet we will never be returning. I would advise spending your money at a different Ford dealership location. If you do decide to waste your money here, completely avoid Todd as your service advisor.UPDATE: I emailed the GM just a few minutes ago and we will see if he actually responds and intends to do anything about our unsatisfactory experience.UPDATE: There was no response to my email nor a solution provided. Which further supports my dissatisfaction with this dealership.
Brought my 2010 Fusion in for a recall air bag replacement. Chose Summit because it’s walking distance from work. Got the car back and the radio no longer worked, there was a warning light on the dash and one of the dash vents was out of alignment. Brought it back - they got the radio working, cleared the warning light and fixed the vent. A day or so later the accent lights stopped working. Brought it back again and was told “It must be something else (meaning not due to their work), make an appointment and we’ll take a look”. I didn’t make the appointment, feeling that I’d end up paying even if it was their fault. Winter came and I noticed that my driver side mirror heater wasn’t working. Never even considered bringing it back. The car had over 90,000 miles on it when I first brought it there and EVERYTHING WAS WORKING JUST FINE – until they got their hands on it. Won’t go back. Looking for a replacement for our other vehicle and they won’t even get a chance at a sale due to the poor quality of their service and workmanship.
I just bought an 05 Mercury Mountaineer and there are some parts you just cant find at the parts store or online. The parts clerk is very courteous and helpful. So far, every part Ive ordered has been in when they said it would be and they seem to be reasonably priced, even though Ford Motor Company feels the need to sell the hardware for parts separately.
Would never give them my business again!! Sold me 45 thousand dollar truck that needed a new computer chip and they couldnt even fix it,kept giving me excuses and tried to fix it twice and still couldn’t get it fixed !! Too busy on their cigarette breaks .never again!!
We have been customers of Bidleman Ford for several years. The Sales and service staff are a joy to work with. We always feel welcome and our concerns are always handled quickly and professionally. I highly recommend Bidleman Ford for great deals and excellent service.
Asked for an oil change and look at the rear brakes on a 2000 edge with 20000 mi on it they got the vehicle in in about 10 min did the change and turned the rear rotors which takes a while, covered under warranty made a big difference, job done well thanks Bidleman ford mechanics.
I talked to Corey King about getting a ( new to me ) used car I took 2 different cars for a tested drive. And liked both of themCoreys I drove off the lot with a new car. I got a 2018 Ecosport Se.I will be sure to send anyone I know looking for a car to Bidlem Ford. And have them ask for Corey,.Thanks again Corey.
My used vehicle is covered by a premium warranty that I paid for. I recently had an issue with my vehicle where I did not feel safe driving it. I called and explained the situation and they originally said they could not get my car in for 3 days. After speaking to a few people and finance manager about what my warranty covers and explaining the unsafe conditions of my vehicle they took my car that day and gave me a loaner. Miraculously they were able to fix my car in less than 24 hours. That was all okay and the woman on the phone and the finance manager were helpful. When they called to tell me my car was done they tried to sell me a plethora of additional services that I actually did not need which I find annoying. So well the service was good after complaining and taking one of their loaner cars which Im sure had something to do with why mine got fixed so quickly. I do not appreciate the attempt to try to sell me unnecessary things.
I cant say enough good things about the service department at Summit Lincoln, their staff goes above and beyond to help me with any vehicle issues. They are friendly and personable and have always given me fair prices on any repairs. As a woman, its nice to know that I dont ever have to worry about getting taken advantage of. Highly recommended!
Long Story: I bought a 2017 Ford Escape with 40,100 miles on it and on January 14 2020 I drove it home from The Used Car King - Cortland (about 20 minutes from where I live) I had to bring it to the service center the following week to have safe light (?) resin fill a small crack in the glass that was there before I bought it. I was told it would be taken care before I took it home but wasn’t- no big deal I wasn’t there long. Later that same week the check engine light came on and i called and brought it in. Over the next couple weeks I was in and out of the service center trying to figure out what was happening with a vehicle I just got. In the end it was sent to Summit Ford Lincoln for warranty work. Cortland Used Car King provided a rental during the time and they arranged the back and forth from Summit Ford. Summit Ford basically rebuilt my engine. Shortly after I got the vehicle back COVID-19 hit and everything shut down and I haven’t been driving my vehicle nearly as much as I was. So, last week- end of June 2020 I had driven the vehicle for almost 4,000 miles at this point and it was coming up to the time to change my oil since Summit Ford had done the work. On 6/23 my check engine light came on I called Cortland to find out that, that service center was closed until 2021 and I would have to bring it to the Sun Chevy (about an hour away from where I live) and due to COVID there would be no waiting area, only drop off, and only open M-F. No shuttle service and no rentals available. So being totally screwed I scheduled a drop off for the following Sunday to be looked at on Monday 6/29/2020 to look at the check engine light and change the oil. I checked the oil that evening when I got home and there was oil in my car. On Friday 6/26/2020 I was driving down the highway (check engine light still on- I had the code looked at and was told it was safe to drive until drop off on Sunday) While I was driving something started clicking in the engine I knew a rest area was coming up in a couple miles so I was going to pull into there- I slowed it down and made my way to the rest area all the while the clicking but I didn’t feel anything and nothing in the dash seemed off. Then as I got to the rest area my oil light started blinking and my RMPs dropped. Then an alert came in my dash that said auto engine shut off- I pulled over and opened my hood to find smoke and a small fire in my engine compartment. I got my 3 years old son and everything I could out of my car and stood back. After a little time I noticed the flames weren’t getting any bigger and I didn’t see a lot of smoke so I walked over and the fire had gotten smaller and I dumped a bottle of water in the fire and it went out. During the time 911 had been called and then when the fire was out I called triple A to tow the vehicle to Sun Chevy to be looked at on Monday as scheduled. I called Sun Chevy to provide an update and let them know a tow driver would be dropping it off. Today 7/1/2020- Over the last couple days I’ve talked to Sun Chevy and Cortland Used Car King (as well as Summit) to try and figure out what is best for my vehicle as it is believe the work is covered under warranty. I had to do a lot of in between calling and handling things for Sun Chevy that I didn’t have to do when Cortland Used Car King handled the service on it and I was informed that Sun Chevy didn’t have a tow service so it would be up to me to figure it out. After more phone calls Summit Ford said they would tow it but I MAY BE RESPONSIBLE for the cost if it isn’t warranty work covered. I have filed a claim with Progressive and it’s a work in progress. Summit Ford may not be able to look at my car for a week or more. So on the 14th of this month when my son celebrates his 4th birthday and I would be celebrating ONLY 6 months of having a new vehicle it will most likely be at Summit Ford still and I may not have an update yet. This has been such a nightmare🤦🏼♀️😡
The car that we got looked and drove really well. After one month anything that could go wrong did. Luckily we had free warranty on it for 2 months, but they are lieing to us on even fixing the car. I brought to a friend of mine that fixes car and prefer him much more.
Fantastic dealership with great people. I came to this dealership to look at the new Lincoln MKZ. Not only was everyone at the dealership extra friendly, they were also very knowledgeable about the car. This was my first time looking at buying a Lincoln and the sales people were able to answer all of my questions. While, they didnt have the exact car I wanted on the lot, they, specifically Larry, were able to find one and have it shipped here. Unlike some other car buying experiences, this one was wholly pleasant and easy. When I went to pick up the car, Larry took the time to walk me through all of the features and buttons on the car. Usually, I would try to try to learn the features of the car over the weekend. Larry saved me plenty of time with this car because it would have been a steep learning curve. I probably wouldnt have found some of its features for months on my own. Overall, I highly recommend this dealership.
Excellent service. Im a small business person cant afford to have a vehicle out. One of my Ford vans was running terribly. Dropped it off one morning and they took it in immediately. Todd was fantastic. Called me about the problem that morning and had the van fixed by early afternoon. This type of service is so important to a business. Thanks Summit!
I was extremely happy with our salesman John Lunkenheimer. I was searching for a Ford Edge specifically, talked and met with tons of other ford dealers but was always given the run around. I emailed Summit and John gave me specific numbers and a quote. And those were the exact numbers and quote I was given when I went in to buy! It seemed so simple and easy! Because it was!He always emailed me back immediately if I had a question. He was extremely accommodating making time by coming in on his day off to meet me (as that was my only day off to come in). When I picked up the car he spent a long time hooking my phone up to the Sync and making sure I was comfortable using everything. Me and my husband were very pleased to work with him and would recommend him to everyone else! Thank you Summit and John, I love my new Ford Edge!!!
Last summer my Air Conditioning System failed on my Ford Escape. I took it to Summit and they repaired it . The Service Mgr Todd informed that the repair was covered by the Dealership for 1 year parts and Labor. Failed again a couple of months later NO CHARGE! Last week it failed again and they are going to replace the compressor. I have a warranty so my only charge will be a $50 deductible. They had never replaced the compressor. These people fly straight and I highly recommend them to the public Good job and thank you to the service mgr Todd and the repair tech Jay
Took my explorer in for a oil change, state inspection and check engine light. They put it in at 9 am and called me at 11:23 theoil was32.80 the ins was 21. Roughy 1 hour they charged me for 2 hours labor. 218.00 it doesnt add up. I was told that the diagnostic was UP to 1 hour and the part install was 1/2 hour and 1/2 hour to road test. Still doesnt add up. Many a 1 & 1/2 labor charge but not 2. I felt ripped off
Worst dealership ever. We went there to try a few Fords and a Lincoln or two. We wanted to sit in them and asked which had the most comfortable seats with lumbar support on both sides, passenger/driver. First salesman said hed only been there three weeks and didnt know. Left us standing there. We thought he went to get someone or perhaps some keys to vehicles or some brochures. Nope. He disappeared. Gone. Finally another salesman asks if we need a salesman (code for Are you here to buy?) Yes, we say. Still no offer to sit in any cars. Tells us he doesnt like the Ford or Lincoln seats...he gets in one in the showroom but doesnt show us to any cars. Tells us maybe we can come back next week...are you kidding? The really sad thing besides the fact that we would have bought a car today if we could have found what we asked for. We were prepared to pay cash. We were serious buyers they turned away and acted like they didnt know or like their own product. Amazing.
Bought a car here from out of state, everything seemed fine at first. But then going to get the service oil and tires done thinking we had bought the maintaince plan. Well our paper work says maintaince plan and theirs says warranty. Then they will try and tell you its the same thing. They will lie and trick you do not buy a car here.
This is the only Ford dealer within 50 miles whose service department would even attempt a simple BCM reprogram that is clearly diagrammed on Fords website. Now I go there regularly. They always get me in and out quickly, with a smile. I would highly recommend them if you drive a Ford.
Service Manager Jeff St. Germain was very understanding of our concerns with our 2016 Ford Edge with a 2.0 Ecoboost engine that was experiencing an MIL -engine light code P0302 - Cylinder #2 misfire and coolant leak with white smoke emitting from the exhaust. He properly advised us on his recommendations to have service tech Mike June run the proper diagnostics and check the cylinder of the engine with a bore scope. Service writer Samantha Marks was very courteous and professional when providing us with a loaner vehicle during vehicle diagnostics and options to consider for repair service for our Ford Edge based on the diagnostics and advice of service tech Mike June and Jeff St. Germain. Engine cylinder head was positive for engine coolant leaking into cylinder #2 and bypassing the piston rings (engine oil totally contaminated with coolant). We knew that Ford was receiving complaints about engine coolant leaks into the cylinders with the 2.0 Ecoboost as well as the 1.5 and 1.6L Ecoboost. In fact, the second TSB - Manufacturer Communication Number: TSB 19-2208 released in June 2019 by Ford/Lincoln refers to : TECHNICAL SERVICE BULLETIN2.0L EcoBoost – Coolant In Cylinders, White Exhaust Smoke And/Or Illuminated MIL19-220826 June 2019.We just purchased our 2016 Ford Edge in July of 2019. After 4 months of ownership we had an engine failure. We were out of warranty and are now burden with a repair bill for a new engine - long block and labor, which we paid in full, for a total of $6731.08. Unfortunate for us as loyal Ford and Lincoln owners (we also own a 2008 Lincoln MKX AWD - Excellent vehicle with 130,000 miles and a 2003 Ford Ranger XL 2WD with 100.000 miles).Summit Ford-Lincoln Service was exceptional. A total of 10 days for diagnostic services and engine removal/ replacement while being provided with a loaner vehicle during repairs.Thank you Jeff, Samantha, and Mike for exceptional service! All of you are valued representatives/employees of Summit Ford and the Blue Oval of Ford Motor Company.
Criminals. They advertise used cars as new cars on their website.UPDATE: A total scam. So they reply to contact them and they will rectify this situation when I call, they say he is on vacation and he is just not here - more boilerplate BS from a bait and switch car dealership.Update 2: Three days after bringing the false advertising bate and switch to their attention, the used car is still on their website listed as NEW! They must believe people are morons.
Stopped in to look for car for our daughter, we had some trouble at another dealer ( sun auto ) so I was somewhat ready for problems, our sales lady Allyssa LaLonde made it enjoyable as car shopping can be .we found a great car at a decent price and everything went smooth. Thank you.
I cannot say enough about the customer service at Summit Ford. I bought my Ford Edge from a dealer in Tennessee, but recently moved to the Auburn area. Ford Motor Credit was giving me a very hard time about faxing the required documents to the Auburn DMV so I could register and title my vehicle in NYS. Larry at Summit Ford went above and beyond to help me by contacting Ford Motor Credit and the Auburn DMV to get the situation resolved, which took about an hour. They did this for me even though I did not purchase my vehicle from them, and that speaks volumes about the lengths they will go to to help people! Thank you again Larry and Summit Ford for going above and beyond to assist me!!!
Parts: walked in, waited 5mins a the counter until a girl walked by asked if I needed help...yes please. Waited another minute or so until the parts guy came out from the back. I needed some mounting bolts for shocks on a truck I recently purchased. Told the guy what I had, he clicked his computer a couple times and said sorry I need the VIN #... now how is it every single parts store in the world can look up your vehicle but this guy need my VIN? walked out... I then called the next closest 4 ford dealers, told them what I was looking for (without the VIN) and amazingly enough.... they found the parts!!If you are looking for incompetent, lazy customer service personal, you should definitely check Summit out.
Went in for a deal I got in the mail sales rep on the phone said theyd be there and was not and never even followed up with me. sales team is under trained or a bully trying to sell you whatever will get them a comission. reached out to the GM on this issue and still no response will NOT be buying my car from there again. If I could give this place negative stars I would.
This is the best dealership I have dealt with, We have a 2012 Lincoln MKS and the service department treats it like it is there own, they check everything and insure that everything is OK and recalls are addressed and any issues I have told them about are taken care of, This is truly the Lincoln Experience at its best, we bought the car new from them, and from then ,and from that point on I have been sold on them, If your looking for a good buying or service experience visit Summit Ford Lincoln in Auburn , N.Y.
I had my F-350 Super Duty service truck in to Summit Ford for a NYS inspection. They NEVER put my truck on the lift, they NEVER removed the wheels. Now a month and a half later I have a leaking wheel cylinder and thin thin front pads. NEVER was I told about either. I had them as well do other service work and they caused an oil leak by short cutting the job. The diesel mechanic bent an oil line over instead of removing it. I spoke to management about it, and they basically told me to stuff it. Can you say CHARGE BACK
I had a appointment for a oil change on my truck for 8am i showed up early and was to pick the truck up at 9am when i returned the truck was not ready apparently some one showed up with out a appointment and they were serviced i finally got my truck back crouding 10am i do not call that good customer service

2022-03-24Called because I needed an alignment done quickly on my car (which isn’t made by ford) and they got me in the same day. I have never been to them before either, but everyone was so friendly and they got it done super quick! Super appreciative for the service department, they’re really great people. Highly recommend!

2022-04-11Started on line, great selection. Found perfect truck, Devin my sales person was great and worked hard to make us feel comfortable. I have worked with a lot of sales people over the past 45 years, Devin I feel is at the top of list . From day one and even now a week later answered any questions I have. Mike in service also was a lot of help working on issues I had . My overall experience with all involved was good. Yes I would buy another truck in the future and recommend to friends, Jim & Sherri

2022-05-10My Salesman Coy Whittaker was awesome! He showed me everything about my car that I bought and made sure everything was perfect. Great staff also, everyone is so nice. I Love my new car Thank you for being so accommodating. They have a lot of used cars and trucks on the lot to choose from. Go talk to Coy for your Salesmanship experience.

2022-06-22I went to Bidleman Ford for a full synthetic oil change, fuel system cleaning, tire rotation, as well as my NYS inspection. As usual I was completely satisfied with the work. The staff is always friendly and courteous. They may suggest a service like the fuel system cleaning, but never put on a sales pitch, which I appreciate. I trust their service team and fully expect to continue having them service my truck for many years to come.

2022-05-12Staff was incredible- really seemed sincere and helpful. The Service Department was the best I have ever dealt with. I will come back to look at new cars there because I have the feeling they are fair, honest, and they care about their customers.

2022-04-27The service department came to the rescue. Needed a oil change for my 2020 F150. They accommodated me that very morning and I was extremely impressed. I had tried another Ford dealer with the same request and I was told it would be two weeks before they could service my truck. Bidleman has earned my business. And where else could you go to see a $108k mustang on the showroom floor?Well done Bidleman!

2022-08-04In November 2021 I ordered an F-350. The manager gave me a signed purchase agreement locking the price in with Fords price protection and took a $500 deposit. August 2, 2022 my truck finally arrives at Bidleman Ford, they contact me and we make an appointment for the next day to complete the deal. August 3, 2022 I go to complete the purchase of my truck. When I pull in my truck is sitting there but has not been prepped - center caps not on the wheels, writing and stickers all over the windows, blue has not been cleaned off the raised white letter tires, plastic is still on the seats, and it has not been cleaned. I have bought several new vehicles over the years at various dealers and never had one that wasnt prepped for the appointment. We sit down to start the paperwork and they inform me the truck will cost $5000 more than agreed. Im told the purchase agreement signed by the manager doesnt mean anything, and that I have to pay the price or no truck. I left with no truck. Bidleman Ford is a dishonest dealer and I do not recommend doing business with them.

2022-05-25I can’t say enough positive things about my experience! My salesman (Coy Whittaker) worked hard and quick to make my deal happen! He took time to answer any and all questions I had. He was knowledgeable and was quick to respond any time I reached out. My 5 year old came along with me and all staff we encountered were kind to her and made her feel welcome during our transaction as well.

2022-04-07The service done on my vehicle was done as scheduled and was very timely. They communicated what additional service was required and we were able to come to an agreement on price. The service was completed and operating properly.
