Sketchy and overcharges depending on who rings you up- you get different quotes.Ive been charged 20-30% the mark up compared to other places 2 blocks over on same avenue. When asked to clarify the price the manager or whoever brushes me off. Now reading about how they wouldnt honor promos or refund for rotten wine from several reviewers from here & Yelp Im even more disgusted.Confirms my suspicions of price gouging depending on who you get. BEWAREThere are tons of cheaper and CLEANER liquor store close by. I say liquor store because the wine selection is as sad and pitiful as the dirty dilapidated interior. Also store front photo is of another store on same block (edit- they changed the photo per recommendation)Just please advertise the right price now that you’ve took a picture of the right place. Minimal business requirements. JUST AVOID

Purchased a rotten bottle of wine, attempted to get a refund but was told they couldn’t do anything about it. Lost a regular customer over $13, bad business move.

My neighborhood wine shop for over 15 years. Good selection of wine, quick delivery, and friendly service. They always have biscuits for my dog too!

If I could have given zero stars, Id do so. Awful place, disgusting, dirty, seems like they never clean or dust. Never step inside again. They have people who are high or something and so out in their own mind, no help whatsoever.

Prices are not marked on bottles. Staff quotes wrong prices and owner does not stand behind their error. Poor selections with extremely high prices.Will never shop there again
