The food is all so fresh! Best falafel I’ve ever had
We moved to Rochester last year and had been struggling to find a Greek restaurant like we enjoyed previously, but Big Greek has filled that void. Its a bit of a drive from Pittsford but its worth it when the craving for spanakopita, gyro, and souvlaki hit.
Great food great service. I cant go to the outlet mall with out stopping in and grabbing a bite.

The food was surprisingly good for a restaurant within an outlet mall. We were all very pleasantly surprised. The staff go above and beyond, and everyone was incredibly friendly and professional. We had the chicken tenders and fries... Very, very good. My sister lived her Greek meal as well.
I work a couple of doors down from this restaurant and it is AMAZING!! I had spinach pie last week and it was so so good. If you are at the mall you can’t go wrong. I plan on bringing my husband for dinner soon.

We ordered the chicken souvlaki meal and two drinks for about $21. The chicken was grilled nicely and the lettuce salad had a tasty dressing. The side of rice tasted like it had saffron in it. Very Good.
I havent had a gyro this good since I moved away from Philadelphia. The falafel is amazing, too.Clean, polite, faaaaast. Plenty of seating, lots of different drink options, and hot fresh french fries, to boot. Im definitely gonna come here next time Im in town.

Delicious food and great service. I ordered the falafel platter. Hot food was hot and the salad was yummy. My husband got a gyro and he liked his too. Thank you for the great food and service!
A busy little spot in the corner of an outlet mall. It has quick service and a large amount of open seating. If you care about the scenery of where you eat, then you could probably consider this place a little boring or awkward to sit inside like a cafeteria. The food is extremley well made and a wide variety of greek styled dishes are offered for everyone. The pricing is a little inconsistent comparing dishes and their portions but it doesnt take away from the desire to come back again.

I was a bit surprised when I ate at this restaurant for the first time today. As it’s located in a mall and you just don’t really ever get quality food at the mall. But.... Reasonable prices, Clean restaurant and bathrooms, friendly staff, and really tasty food. The tzatziki sauce was a little thicker than I would prefer it but still tasted fresh. The falafel was top-notch I don’t even like falafel and it was good. The hummus had a little bit too much tahini in it but I love dipping the pita in the tzatziki sauce instead. And the spanakopita was two thumbs up. Filled with lots of spinach, And the flaky dough was cooked perfect. I also ordered the doLmades. Which are stuffed grape leaves. They were served with cucumber and sat in a pool of Greek dressing which I didn’t like so I wiped all of the Greek dressing off and then ate them, And like everything else they were pretty darn good.

Food wasnt that great and then I got food poisoning. It was literally the only place and thing I ate that day. I watched the lady running the cash register take out the overflowing trash and then go back to the register without washing or sanitizing her hands. I will not return. Gross!

Surprisingly decent food for being in a outlet. I got the gyro and fries which was good. Prices were decent and service was fast. They have a variety of items on their menu . Big Greek is a good spot for a quick bite. Its not easily noticeable. Its by the wrangler outlet store.
Love the food, staff is friendly and helpful, sometimes its a little unclear what the actual hours are, the internet and reality dont always agree, and we had a hard time reaching them by phone, but the food is again, delicious 😋

Great fresh cooked food. The gyro meat is cooked on a vertical spit, the way it should be, not strips warmed up on a grill. Hummus is homemade. I didnt expect Great food like this at the outlet mall. I hope they open one closer to Rochester.
The Gyro Platter was fresh and authentic. This restaurant offers much healthier choices than the other restaurants in the outlet mall. Service was courteous and quick. Price was reasonable. We would definitely return.
This place is the absolute best. Their gyro platter is my go to, and it never lets me down. The guys who run the place are super nice too. It’s my birthday meal of choice, and it’ll stay that way as long as they’re open!
Hidden gem. We make the trip from Syracuse when its too cold to take the two young ones outside and we want a nice long drive. We discovered this place shopping around and it keeps us coming out there. We get the sampler which has all the go to favorites and then we each get gyros to share. Unknowingly they had English premier league soccer on every time weve gone so this place is perfect for me haha. Will continue to go there once life returns to normal. Came here to see if they were open during this COVID-19 pandemic but unfortunately looks like we will have to wait. Anyway 5 stars from my family.
This place has amazing food! We go there regularly, even if it is out of our way because it is the only place within 30 miles of our home that has authentic Greek/middle Eastern food! The food is super fresh, the portions are adequate, and the service is wonderful. Although it is set up as a fast food place, the tables are always clean and the place looks nice. I always have the chicken kabob on a pita, and my husband has the Philly cheese steak sandwich meal. The prices are very reasonable, in fact I think they are downright inexpensive for what one gets. If youre visiting the Waterloo Premier Outlets, this place is a must stop for you! As I mentioned, we go there just to eat, not to shop!! Kudos to them! Yay for me!! I come from a big city and have been longing for authentic greek or middle eastern fare. This place fits the bill.
The gyros and Philly steak are the bomb. Food is so delicious! The staff is very friendly.
I’m not sure what people in the Fingerlakes area consider Good Greek food, but this is not it. Service was good, but they had no clue what I was talking about when I asked for an open souvlakia. The salad I ended up with had 5 small cubes of beef that wasn’t tender at all. Not what I am used to. If you want good Greek, drive the hour or so to Buffalo where they know how to do it right.
Very good pita, chicken could have been cut up better big chunks in pocket made it hard to eat.
Awesome food! So glad to find this place at the outlet mall. We were starving and werent looking forward to fast food. Here we were served an excellent home -made Greek meal and didnt feel horrible afterwards!I usually dread going to the outlet mall, now I will be happy when my wife wants to go because I will stop and eat here.

We sometimes make a special trip to the outlets just to eat here! Gyros and pita plate (I think its called that, top of menu board) are amazing. Highly recommend.

The restaurant hours are listed as open till 9 PM on Wednesday. We were at 8 20 PM at the counter and were refused to be served. We have been told that they are closed. Change your working hours on google, as we had to de-routed to make this stop.

I think this is the only place to get a falafel between Rochester and Syracuse. I go to the outlet mall just for a falafel or a gyro. I feel that if more townies and HWS kids knew about this place they would do the same

The taste of the food was rich we ate Gyros, Hamburgers and Chicken Tenders, all at a good price, they took good care of us and they served us the food quite quickly.I recommend it.

2022-07-04We enjoyed the food we ordered (falafel and gyros). All was fresh and flavorful. The person who waited on us was very friendly and welcoming. The restaurant as clean and well kept. The only thing that I wished was a little different would be the temperature of the restaurant. It was a hot day. The fans were on, but the AC was off. For us, it was a bit uncomfortable.

2017-05-20Located nearby the main food court but its a few shops to the right. Seek it out and get something yummy to eat that isnt a national chain brand. I ordered the gyro and it was moderately priced and tasted good. Ordered a chicken tenders meal from the kids menu and it was adequate for a small childs appetite. Good food and good customer service. Nice to find this little surprise here. Check it out and I think youll be happy as well.

2018-12-15Greek salad with chicken was tasty. It didnt look like much at first. But it was filling. The seating options are nice. The drink selection was above average. The bathrooms were not the best. Went with a group of 7 while shopping and no one had any complaints.
