Went to purchase a bed frame that was on sale I flyer couldnt find anyone that worked there to help me. Waited around for a bit then left.
My items rang up wrong. I waited five minutes for a manager then left. Not happy.
I absolutely love this place. Because of the pandemic Ive hated going shopping for anything, anywhere besides here. Customer service is always warm and welcoming, on top of the wide variety of things that are readily available for you! Food, water, cat things and dog things.. You name it and they more than likely have it here and at a reasonable price might I add! ❤
I love the staff here. Such great folks. We stop in now and again for gifts, snacks, furniture pieces, bedding, small electronics, and more. Good deals in a clean, easy to shop place.
Messy, employees disregarded customers and were focused on phones
Brandon was SO helpful. Went to buy a TV stand and he went above and beyond. He assisted me in making sure I was happy with what I was buying. He even rang out my whole order AND helped me bring everything out to my car to make sure I was able to get the stand in my car. Even more impressive to me is he did this in 93 degree weather! I will definitely be back to shop here.
This Big Lots is probably one of the nicest setups inside Ive ever seen for a Big lots they had a lot of amazing items. Its not the disorganized type of Big lots that Ive seen in other areas they have very nice displays they have good furniture in the back cool gadgets great prices of course.
This is going to be my one stop shop for batteries really good price and they work pretty good
The Store has a lot of really great deals on sale, my wife and I love the bargains we get from them.
The store was clean and organized. The salespeople were ok. The trouble for the store was there was a long standing line and it took three calls for help before anyone else got to it. Frankly if I didnt really need what I had in my hands, I would of left, no doubt. Just as been a salesman looking in, the store needs to have more people on hand before it gets anymore than 3 customers deep. Not my call.
Love Big Lots. I have loved this chain for such a long time and we didnt always have a Big Lots in Clifton Park. They carry such a variety of things and the quality is always very good. You really cant complain about the prices either. I find everything there to be very reasonable, and competitive with other area merchants.
Only found 2 of the 4 things I was looking for but those 2 were much lower in price than other stores. No rush on the other items, can get later when they restock. Was asked by 3 different employees if I needed help. I really like that! !
Love this place! First time visiting and they have something for everyone and reasonably priced too!
The cashier there was very knowledgeable on a lot of items ! Especially my Star Wars mask! She was great very friendly with my two girls!
Brandon is amazing what a great furniture guy. He actually knows about the construction and the brands. We will definately be back if we need more furniture.

Sale signs are misleading. We ended up getting a deal on an outside wicker coffee table, but we left behind solar lights, the sign said they were 25% off but when we got to the cashier to checkout, she said they were not a part of the sale?!?

One check out, 20 mins to leave the store or more 3 people ahead of me. Hard to breathe wearing a mask 😷 And having to wait so long on checkout.

Purchased a 500$ reclining chair wasn’t wrapped when it was picked up by a friend I live on dirt roads so the chair was filthy by the time it got to my house

Smaller format store. Lighting converts darker store, not unlike old Kmarts. Some food deals to be had, but shop smart, some items are not a deal at all.

Cheap prices on lots of stuff that you never knew you needed. We got things we needed to go with the things we didnt intend to buy, but couldnt resist. That means we saved money, right? Right?

Between the dollar stores and Walmart, you have Big Lots. Spices, socks and other atypical stuff you can get good deals on.

The store was clean and bright so you are able to see the selections.

2021-07-25Im starting out fresh and needed some new appliances for my kitchen. I have purchased a coffee maker, vacuum, toaster oven and other kitchen accessories at this store. I have always had wonderful service and the store is clean and stocked. This is my go-to store!
