We have used R&J in the past with no issues however we recently moved into a new home and as usual had our home sprayed for bugs as we typically do. As spring has progressed, we noticed there is a very big ant problem outside that the pesticide used to treat the home is not touching and now they are coming inside. When calling R&J to retreat, they state that we are now past our 30 day warranty (it’s been 39 days) and we will have to pay to have it retreated. I would think that a company that uses pesticides that they advertise covers for 6+ months would honor an ant problem that if treated correctly should not be an issue. Furthermore, the customer service rep was very rude – I guess good customer service is hard to come by anymore. Needless to say we will be using another company going forward.

Hired big rand j,went into apartment for 5 min not more 3 times.problem still exist they like to blame on other issues and say they can’t solve it after they took the money ,they even try to double charge.The tenants all time me they spend not more then 5 minutes.

I would highly recommend this company. Laura, who took my call, was very friendly and knowledgable. She was able to schedule an appointment for me next day. Mike, who came to help out with our issue, was professional and courteous. He was very informative and did a thorough job in a timely fashion. He scheduled a follow up visit as a courtesy...just to make sure everything had been taken care of (which really sets my mind at ease). Definitely give them a call if you need pest control services. I am happy I did.

We had a particularly large yellow jacket nest in the drop ceiling of our basement. The yellow jackets were coming in from the outside of the home and this is where they chose to make their nest.They were very professional. They came out and sprayed the nest (as well as took care of a few carpenter bee holes we had around a window). The nest was dying, but we started to see additional yellow jackets so he came back out quickly and found a second portion of the nest that needed attention. We now are seeing now more yellow jackets.They were friendly, professional and knowledgeable. They took great pride in making sure the job was done correctly and their prices were very fair.

Very good but sometimes confusing when you get different messages from technicians vs office personal, but I feel that you get that anywhere you go. The price was a little steep, but they got the job done! Carl was excellent to deal with and did a superb job!

After a foreign trip i had a bed bug scare. A friend had recommended J&R. I called. Andy came by quickly, closely examined mattresses and couches, etc., and found no bugs--but recommended next steps should a bite or bug appear. Very professional, quick, and no charge for inspection. Really couldnt be better.

Fast service. We took off moulding under a window and had an ant problem. My brother recomended calling them. Got here the same day!Problem solved! So glad I listened to my brother! Very reasonable and knowledgable, very happy with big R and J. The technician didnt try to sell us a monthly contract like the big companies, also they sell chemicals for the do it yourself crowd. Thank you so very much!!

Please save your money and do not use this company. They will take complete advantage of you and say anything to get your money. After spending only a few minutes in our attic (unwilling to go to the vaulted side), the exterminator convinced me I had a pest problem that I didnt. Despite their 30 day guarantee they would not refund my money one week later for their exterminator being incorrect . A very unprofessional company.
