5 hours was a perfect amount for a days worth of exploring Central Park. Definitely a great way to give your feet some rest. Glad we chose bike rent NYC instead of the Citibank bikes which make you check back in every 30 minutes to keep using them. Bikes themselves were in great condition. easy check out and return with Sanjay and Kate!
This is a great bike rental kiosk in the city! Volcano works here and was great! Recommend if youre in the city and want to enjoy the park without all the walking!

I came last year in September for my full mouth all on 4. It has now been 8 months since I had my zirconia finals put in and I havent had any complications or negative comments. I highly recommend Cancun Dental Specialists if you are looking for the best and affordable dental service in Mexico.
Kate was friendly helpful and gave us all the best tips for our 2 hour electric scoot around Central Park.We even got discount vouchers for return hire.Highly recommend.

This place was a terrible experience. The bike I rented for 2 hours had a faulty chain that came off over 6 times in less than an hour. I ended up being so frustrated that I went back an hour early and asked just for a refund for the hour that I did not use. DAVID the “store manager” told me he would not give a refund for the hour and then went on to ask if I was Indian. When I said yes he said “Indians always complain.” DO NOT SUPPORT THIS RACIST BUSINESS. They do not value their customers and take zero responsibility for their broken equipment.
Sanjay and Kate were a pleasure and the e scooters were a lot of fun. Toured all of central park in an hour and was amazing. Definitely a must do when you are visiting NYC!!
Volcano was really helpful. The process of picking up the bikes was pretty simple, you don’t need to squedule beforehand, & you can just pick the amount of time you want to use the services.
On our 15th anniversary together, my husband and I booked the central park bike tour. We picked up our bikes a block away from the park. Bikes were in great condition. Phillip was our guide and was very informative. Amazing how much history there is in a city. Thank you Phillip for the tour. We enjoyed all the stops in the park and its beauty.

Very horrible experience, the place is sketchy customer service is poor. The store manager “DAVID” is racist. He was very rude and kept hurling insults at me being an “Indian” I wouldn’t recommend this place at all. The chain of the bike kept falling off every 15 minutes and we returned early to drop the bike and get a refund for the one hour but unable to do because of the unfriendly and unwelcoming store manager. I’m very disappointed with this experience.
Had a great time, Kate was very helpful and the bikes were comfortable, we got an extra 15 minutes for no charge :)

Would give a zero star if possible! Just left after my friend got hurt on one today the scooters. Trying to tell the manager what happened for the malfunction he started to laugh. He then tried to tell us it wasn’t possible because his scooters are front wheel drive….nope they’re rear wheel.. and when we showed him we know where it rode from because of the malfunction he then tried to make it happen on command. He tried to tell us it wasn’t possible… and refused to give us the remaining time we had left back.. we had over an hr and half remaining and asked if we could have an hour back since one of us wasn’t able to do it after the malfunction and getting hurt. He refused and told us that I make the scooter do what happened before. Disgusting business manager and practice . Laughs when someone says they got injured and then expects us to recreated a malfunction.

Terrible customer service. Chain fell off one of the bikes 15 minutes into our 2-hour rental, they weren’t answering phones, and refused a refund. They told us the money was “lost” and there is no possible way to refund and as a last resort offered a new bike with extended time. Took no time to mention their policies before you rent, and instead include all of the information on a lengthy receipt, and then place all blame on you for not reading the entire policy AFTER PAYING if you have an issue. Just get a citi bike.
Renting these bikes came in pretty handy as I didnt have the whole day to explore the central park. Volcano was super helpful and nice. Would highly recommend

Lovely staff, friendly and helpful. The bikes were well maintained. They forgot to give us bike locks, but we managed without. Just remember to ask for them as it would have been better. We overran slightly coming back and they didn’t try to charge us any extra, so kudos for that. Would recommend.

I had a great 2 hour rental, which was just about right amount of time for a trip around Central Park. The bike rode well, and this location was perfect, only a block away from one of the parks entrances. The service was good but they were busy, so be patient. I would recommend, and check their Groupon.

Great price for the rental, 3 hours is plenty of time to see Central Park. Handy that they give you a lock and I like that you can get a basket for a couple dollars extra. The 15 minute grace period is perfect for tourists that dont know where they are.Customer Service definitely could be better, the employees seemed unimpressed and forgot about customers listening in. Great experience over all though!

2022-02-27Went here and rented electric scooters. We rented them for 2 hours, $175. Within the first two hours, two out of the four scooters malfunctioned. The first person fell after the scooter continued to speed up when they used the break. They fell and injured their hip and elbow going 19mph. The second scooter, we stopped at a red light, and the person stepped off their scooter, the scooter said it was at 0mph, and once they took their hand off the brake, it started to speed up while the accelerator was in the off position. We even double checked it, pressed it up to make sure it wasn’t stuck or anything, but it was in the off position and still accelerating.We went back to the shop and the employee called the manager. While waiting, she gave us punch cards “for our next visit.”The manager arrived. He didn’t ask us what happened and just started to test out the two scooters inside the small shop. When it didn’t happen the one time he rode both of them once, he said that it wasn’t an issue. We then explained what happened and that one of us was injured from the fall and he laughed. He said that it wasn’t possible because they are front wheel drive, but they’re rear wheel drive- which is false.He then began to raise his voice and push the scooter at one of our group members, telling them to make it happen again. We told him that it was random and didn’t happen all the time. He then said that he would give us ONE new scooter.We told him that one of us was injured and could not continue. We asked if we could get a refund for at least one hour because we paid for 2, and only used a half hour. The manager told us no, there are no refunds. No one told us that and they had no signs that said that,0/5. Do not rent from this business.

2022-05-08A bit of a disconnect between the booking site we used and the store. The booking site said they opened at 8 but when we showed up at 9 they were just unlocking. Otherwise everything was great. We had a fun time and the bikes were in good repair.

Play S one of the bike rent.NYC staff members found us and one of our children was freaking out and he Health to calm him down yet and reinforce the safety of the equipment and are bike riding skills.
