Wonderful experience, an hour for $15 was just about enough time to get around the entire park, but two for $25 would be better to give yourself time to take it all in. A gentleman called Volcano set me up nicely and couldn’t have been more courteous, highly recommend.

Firs time in NYC and wanted to see Central Park. The bikes were helpful. Bring some comfortable clothes and shoes. 2 hours should be good enough to go around the park.

The east location was so much more friendly and helpful than other locations! The two gentlemen working the morning of 8/21 sweetly helped get us equipment the other location carelessly forgot. They had us smiling in seconds. Great service and a great way to see Central Park! (As long as you have the equipment needed)

Got a discount price from a man on the street,so it was value for money. Bikes are ok but nothing special, helmets could be cleaner. Kind personnel but they didnt provide maps of central park or locks (maybe they forgot because we were in a hurry). Overall satisfied.

I didnt have a problem with the bikes or the price (nothing in NYC is cheap) just know that you cant ride the bikes in Central Park. You have to walk bikes in the park. You have to ride the perimeter, which is just over 6 miles. While riding the perimeter the trees prevent you from seeing inside the park, bummer.
WARNING TO ALL! The bikes here can be faulty. They rented me a bike that was not maintained so the chain ended up coming off the gears when shifting, which happened half way through my ride around central park. I asked them for half my money back thinking its reasonable as this only happened because their bikes were not well maintained and they refused as I didnt pay the insurance fee.RENT AT YOUR OWN RISK!!!

2022-03-25Volcano was super kind and helpful getting us set up. Easy to rent and take off on. Gave us a map but we just used our phones. Would be great to have a phone holder to use your map app on your phone as we stopped quite a bit to reference where we were and where to go. All around great experience though. Will rent bike from here again next time in town. Phone holder on handle bars would have made it even better.

2022-05-06Poor customer service, charged wrong late fees infact the cycle was not good i was having chain issues he didnt gave refunds but he also charged late fees because we were having chain issues and dropoff the cycle few mins late almost spent $70-80 for 4 cycles one off them only had issues still NO CUSTOMER SERVICE AND RUDE BEHAVIOR

2022-03-26Great experience, recommend. Volcano was super nice and helpful, gave us a map and recommended the best route and spots to see in central park. We went for 2 hours but I would recommend 3 hours if you want to see the full park.
