Bill made my divorce an easier process. No one gets married to get divorced, but when it happens, using a mediator and not having to appear in court with lawyers made the process bearable. Not to mention savings thousands of dollars by avoiding her and his lawyers. Bill represented both my wife and I to come to an amicable agreement and we actually divorced remaining friends. By using a mediator, it keeps the ugliness out of a divorce. At least in my case.I would highly recommend Bill Hoefer.

He knows what he is doing, remains on top of things and has his priorities straight. Using your divorce to wage a war against your spouse is a costly and counter-productive exercise. Bill is very kind, understanding and most importantly, impartial. We were able to get divorced amicably and inexpensively because of Bill. Although we were an unusual case in that we always kept our finances separate and didnt own a home, Bill seemed very knowledgeable about those issues and Im sure he would have handled it all just as well.

Very thorough, got the job done, answered all my questions, always got back to my phone calls with full information. Went in for a divorce in November 2016. Got it signed by the judge and I was divorced by June 2017. I was extremely satisfied.

2021-11-20Mr. William K. Hoefer was very professional, understanding, and helpful with a human approach to both sides to one familys unfortunate situation. He never took either one partner side, which is important if there are children involved. The whole process from the beginning to the end was done in a professional and appropriate manner. I found this attorney on Google and I was very pleased with the outcome. I highly recommend him if you need a divorce lawyer.

2021-10-28Practically saved my life. I wish more people knew about divorce mediation. Going through a hard divorce, I discovered mediation right in the middle of it. It was explained how mediation works and how it can benefit both parties. Even though several years haver passed, i think about how well it went. Bill was very professional and patient. We went on the internet to look for divorce lawyers; without any recommendation from anyone we took a chance on Mr. Hoefer, and, were really happy to say that he did disappoint us. He really came through for us. We had another divorce lawyer before him and we would only hear from her like every other month and it’s only because we called her. My husbands divorce was finalized in 3 months from Mr. Hoefer taking his case. We would definitely recommend Mr. Hoefer to anyone who seriously and urgently need a divorce lawyer.
