The crew at Bills has been taking excellent car of my cars for over 30 years. They do the job right the first time, with careful, professional, courteous service. They have all the modern equipment to diagnose & repair any kind of problem. They have solved problems that the dealers could not, when my cars were still under factory guarantee. They treat everyone like family with fair pricing & great service. There is simply no reason to go anywhere else. Trust me they are the best!
Bills is a trusted business, professional, caring, spot on, bright, and everything is done when promised. All costs are fair and honest to a T. All employees are very wonderful people. Get your gas and any needed repairs here. My cousin who works for the gas company recommended Bills to me about 10 years ago, and I have been so happy with all aspects.The employees are all helpful and friendly. Getting in and out with your car for gas is easy, and they pump the gas for you. Great place to become your regular place. JSMcC.P.S. The efficient men who pump the gas for you are friendly and professional . The gas price is clearly posted on a new large neon/digital sign. The area is kept very clean, and often there are pretty flowers abounding.

Yes they are friendly and they work hard at accommodating your schedule, but more importantly I trust them to maintain and repair my family and company vehicles. Over the years there diagnostics have been spot on. Repairs are completed by a competent mechanic in a timely manner and they stand behind there work. I have been going to Bills since 1989. Believe it or not but I have never encountered a problem that they could not fix or get fixed . Yes you might pay a little more but the job will get done right the first time. On that rare occasion something goes wrong they do everything possible to take care of the customer, make them happy and keep your car running. I sold my 89 pathfinder at 125,000 miles, I handed down my 2005 Honda Pilot to my daughter at 155,000 miles and now my son has the pilot at 169,000 miles.This doesn’t happen by itself. It takes good mechanics. I have been very happy with Bills Friendly for over 30 years and hope to do business with them for 30 more!
We have been servicing all 4 of our familys cars for years. George has always been there for us. His pricing is fair and service is great. Even when we have an emergency at 6pm hes been there for us. Wouldnt trust my car to anyone else. And above all hes a nice guy.

I have used Bills Friendly Auto Service of over 20 years. I continue to use them although I no longer live in the area because finding an honest and competent mechanic has always been a problem. When Bill (now George) would tell me that my tires or brakes need to be replaced, I can trust them. I have owned cars now for over 55 years, and determined years ago that not all mechanics know how to diagnose and repair cars, and can be trusted.
The mechanics are great and I highly recommend them. Excellent communication and high quality work. They care about getting each job right - big or small. I am happy I found my new local repair shop and will refer others to this place.

Nice people and convenient but had issues twice in two separate visits.I got my old car inspected there last year and did oil change. After that, it started leaking oil. I thought it was coincidence. This happened to my newer car this month. I am not sure what they did.

I sold my car this week to a family member and wanted to make sure it was in tip top shape. So I brought it in to George, the owner, for the 25K service and asked if using him for this work would in anyway void the cars warrantee since I didnt take it to Honda. Turns out that not only is his service valid and recognized by Honda for any service, but he was literally hundreds less for the exact same work. This place does what it says, charges what they quote and delivers on time.

I have found that one of the hardest things to find is a competent and honest mechanic. Since I started using Bills Friendly some 15-20 years ago, I have had no need to look further for such a mechanic. If Bill told me I needed brakes, I knew to say go ahead, change them. Now that George, has taken over, he does as well as Bill.

2022-06-04Great place for all auto repair needs. More than once have I brought my car in for something I suspected, and it turned out to be either nothing or a minor adjustment without charge! Tell me another shop that would do that these days. George is the BEST!!!

2022-02-24I have been a client of Bills Friendly for well over 20 years, and have always found them to be honest and competent. When Bill (and now George) would recommend work to be done on the car, I know it is work that is needed. I have stopped at some stations in an emergency, such as a fat tire, and been told that I need a replacement and when I refuse and go back to Bills have found that a tube will serve just as well. Bills Friendly has the philosophy that honesty in dealing with customers will bring the most profit in the long run. They are good people!

2021-06-03Always to my rescue. Needed repairs, and George the owner always calls first to let me know what needs to be done and the cost of the repair. Feels like family. We have used Bills Friendly Auto Service since we moved to Roslyn 45 years ago. My Avalon lasted 16 years and my Infinity G35 lasted 17 years due to the excellent servicing by Bills Friendly. George always made sure my cars were safe to drive and in tip top condition. His prices and servicing is very honest and fair. In todays economy, it comforting to be able to have complete trust!!!
