The wait on the line to enter yesterday was outrageous. It took over an hour to get in but I patiently waited so my daughter could enjoy herself. They was limited staff, once I got in everything else was smooth the staff was friendly who took care of me. The only things threw me off was the young lady at the food station she was frustrated, screaming and cursing then apologized all at the same time. She kept saying how she punch out at 7pm and people keep getting on the line. Her supervisor came to assist her and the next thing you know she went off he had to pull her in the kitchen area you could hear her Cursing and talking extremely loud. People was so confused not only was she wrong but she seem to have forgotten that she was in a kids zone. I can understand her being tired, overwhelmed, and upset but how she choose to handle the situation definitely had me not wanting to return with my child again.
I hosted a birthday party at the Billy Beez at the Bay Plaza Mall on June 11th for my daughter’s 9th birthday.We rented the party room, in which we were granted only 90 minutes in, then unlimited access to the Billy Beez center. We (husband and I) ran into a series of issues when booking this party.Firstly, we were given a number to contact the hostess for party inquiries, but the employees at Billy Beez do NOT answer the phone. We had to travel in person on multiple occasions to get our questions answered regarding our party. Each time we arrived, business was slow.I could understand not answering calls if they were busy, but it was a weekday - most kids are in school.The day of the party we were told to get there an hour earlier than our scheduled time to fill out paper work, but they would not let us in. What is the point in telling people to come an hour prior to their party time? We were left waiting to be let inside with cake and decorations for an hour.Our party was for 2:45, and we weren’t allowed inside until 2:30, but didn’t get in until a little after 2:45 because another party was occupying the room. We ended up having to decorate *around* the guest sitting in the event room to make up for lost time.We also communicated with the hostess, Gabriel, the day before (as we had to go in person to get in contact with him) that we have our *own* decorations for the party theme and that we will like them to be set up instead of Billy Beez decor. He assured us that it would not be an issue, but he did not follow through the day of and we had to set up our own decorations ourselves, which bled into our 90 minute party time.Once the party started, the hostess, Gabriel, barely checked in on us. My husband stepped out on multiple occasions to ask for assistance in the party room, at some point he began grabbing the drinks himself. There was no air conditioning inside, the pizzas were $20+ a pie and were all burnt, and when it was time to cut the cake, they didn’t have a cake knife to give us. We had to use a cake server to try to cut the cake and struggled.Once our time slot was up, the kids played around the center. Around 7pm, we heard several loud thuds, saw smoke and people fleeing from the entrance/exit way. People were shouting “gun!”, and “fire!”In a panic, we grabbed our child and her friends and ran to the exit. Everyone inside were in a frenzy, we were practically stampede on. Turns out, two children were fighting that led to the Fathers of these children fighting and it caused a huge scene. In the light of the current shootings, we were completely terrified!If we hear someone has a gun, we’re not staying to ask questions. My daughter and her friend could not stop crying, and it ultimately ruined her birthday party.The employees / security at Billy Beez did nothing to prevent this/ deescalate the situation. The fight should’ve been broken up once the parents began arguing, but they only stepped in once it got physical.To top it off, my phone was stolen! During all of that panic, as everyone is fleeing the scene to safety, someone thought to rummage through my things and steal my phone.So much money spent/wasted (about $700) just for my daughter to be traumatized in the end.We spoke to Billy Beez employees and they were of no help. They told me that there are no cameras on the inside play area, only the entrance/exits. That is bad business, there are kids there, cameras should be everywhere!My phone was never found, my daughter’s birthday was ruined, their customer service is terrible. There was no apology, no compensation- nothing. My husband and I even tried reaching out to customer service with no prevail. They do not answer emails or phone calls. I do NOT recommend hosting your child’s party here, they are incredibly unprofessional and it is not safe for your children !
Was there last weekend. With family n friends and ofcourse all of our children, we spent so much money and ended up leaving an hour later!!! There was absolutely no AC!!! I personally was ok in taking one for the team!! But when the kids Asked to leave because it was so hot n they couldn’t breathe, i was highly upset!!! When asked why was there no central ac, no one could answer!!!Waste of money at this location!!!!
Billy Bees provides a very entertaining recreational activity for children. Unfortunately from my experience at the location in the Bronx was not a pleasant one. Childrens Birthdays should be memorable to both parents children and their guest. due to their unforeseen circumstances when we arrived the air conditioning system was completely malfunctioned. The host allowed us to enter our group then informed us that their was no AC services, and they would provide complementary water. The heat was unbearable, we spoke to the manager whom informed us we could not reschedule or receive a onsite refund. We as also inform to email only our complaint. Seventy percent of our guest left the party within minutes in fear for themselves and their children due to the extreme crowding and uncomfortable air quality. A month later after a ruined memorable day we received not even a third of a refund of their fees and our cost. We reached out again to them and was responded by email that this was their only offer. We will never book here again and will advertised our experience on social media with the photos of that day of chaos. Mindfully we are aware the this is not everyday situation. Customers should always be given a great benefit to gain your establishments satisfaction when they enter you business. Had someone been injured due to heat exhaustion this event would have been more traumatic and legal. STEP UP BILLY BEEs you have a decent thing going on dont be insensitive to your responsibilities to your customers and their safety.
I stopped by to book my boys party the person who handles that was off but a manager name reggie (( I think )) was so nice and helpful! He had the best patience with me and my husband! I’m going back today to meet the person who does the party packages! I hope I got your name right I was there on 4/5 for my 2 sons party!! Just want to say thank you and he needs a raise!!
They have great covid guidelines I fe very safe with my children here. It is a great place. Very fun for kids. Mall is beautiful. Very clean. Fill out the waiver online to save time. Also make sure you have socks. If not you can buy socks at 2.99 plus tax. They have birthday party experiences that wont break your bank.
Bad, the workers are so rude to the customers, giving attitude and get annoyed for the littlest thing. If they don’t like their job why are they there in the first places? They overcharged you and Bad Miscommunications between the workers with the customers, one would tell u something and the other would say another. It would’ve been a good experience but the workers had to ruin it with their attitude and not following the policy? They would come with RAMDON policies and for what? The workers are they problem and they need to do better. Don’t waste your money In this pace.I wouldn’t give them no stars if I could
Spent my sons 5th birthday here. He enjoyed himself immensely. We got here before the crowd got too large and he was able to run around with his brothers. Well come back soon.
It was a pretty nice place for kids to play, my sister had lots of fun, the pizza is decent too but the bathroom wasnt very clean.

Its nice but even though they have a section for smaller kids it isnt regulated so the bigger kids sort of take over the space.
This was my baby boy Collins first time here..Even tho they have a toddler area..he wanted to go on the big kid side..If you dont arrive early on the weekends you will be waiting on a long line to get in..Its best to do your waiver online that way its smooth sailing once you get to the front
This place is a serious rip off, yes the kids seem to enjoy the slides and running wild, but to be honest the same can be done at a park for free. Its $22 for kids and $10 for adults. Plus the food is disgusting and we were told in order to cut a cake we HAVE to book a room. Id rather exhaust my kids at my neighborhood park, and spend the entrance fee on some decent food.
Great staff. Honey Cafe attendants are so nice and they make sure tables are clean at all times. This is our first time during Covid times and it is not as busy as it was before Covid. Vaccinations are required for kids 5 and up so maybe that’s why. Front desk staff was great as well. We will be back again. I wish tickets were cheaper though. Overall great indoor playground.
I love bringing my kids here. Not only do they have fun, but I do too!! The environment is great, staff is great, they have prize machines bathrooms are clean never had a problem. I recommend this place to all the parents who want their kids to have fun, burn their energy out and leave with smiles. Also join em youll have fun going down the slides and climbing up everything. We may be adults, but never forget we got that kid spirit in us!!
Its a good place to let your kids run wild. Seems reasonably clean, the prices are kinda high for adults but if you need an indoor place to let your kids blow of steam and energy, this is a good place.

The kids had a great time at billy beez. While they played. I was able to relax and enjoyed the time I had with them rather than running around after them.
Came here for a friends party and it was a good time. Billy beez seems to be understaffed like most business at the moment so it can take sometime to track staff to help you with your rented space however the kids absolutely enjoy it. I spent about three hours here playing and jumping eating pizza and I did not regret it. def looking forward to my next adventure here
We celebrated my nice bday at this location. Kids had fun, great staff 👍 except for the cashier with red hair at the food court inside billy beez. She was very rude, disrespectful and had a really bad attitude. Is very uncomfortable to go to a place where you pay for everything, go to have a good time and you get treated like this! She shouldnt be working there that attitude.
The place was very unsanitary everywhere, very disorganized the day I went the big kids were running around almost knocked my 20 month baby down, there were no rules as to where children can run or not there were grownups playing inside children games where there were children playing. It was overall very ghetto and an unsafe place the parents of the children weren’t attending to there children, I came out of there not very happy my kids wanted to play but I felt unsafe for them to play with all the chaos I paid $51.00 for me to honestly only be there for 30 minutes because I felt uncomfortable and uneasy for my kids safety.
Great place for the children its safe to grab a seat and let them go and be kids, but food prices are outrages I must say the bathrooms are always clean and the staff is friendly.
I USE TO TAKE MY DAUGHTER TO THIS PLACE ALL THE TIME I DONT, GREAT PLACE TO LET YOU KIDS BURN OFF TONS OF ENERGY, AND RELAX A LITTLE BIT YOURSELF, THEY ALSO HAVE A PARTY ROOM FOR FUTURE EVENTS, THEY HAVE A LITTLE CONCESSION STAND THAT SELLS PIZZA AND DRINKS, AND IF YOU DONT WANT THAT THRE IS A FOOD COURT 1OO FEET AWAY BUT DEFINITELY BRING YOUR KIDS HERE JUST MAKE SURE IT IS NOT DURING A TIME WHEN YOU EXPECT OTHER FAMILIES TO BE THERE BECAUSE THEN YOU WILL GET AGGRAVATED BECAUSE OF THE CROWDS
The line to get in was ridiculous. There were lines for every single restaurant too. The traffic to get out of the mall was insane. Needless to say never going back*well, I ate my words. We went back there (over 2 years later) for a birthday party and let me just say that this place is fantastic. The kids had a blast and the stuff there is all brand new. There were staff members at all the stations and there were always people cleaning up. I will now say for sure well go back.
Prepare to spend. Little kids can run and get tired here but go early so your money is worth it and bring your own snacks and drinks.
Hours of fun running through a maze of hamster tubes, slides, & other obstacles in a safe/ secure, indoor space. My kids & I always get a workout here & although they hate leaving, they always crash as soon as we get home with no fuss about bed time.*bonus for parents ;) *
It was super crowded. The food line was just horrible. I waited for two hours & it took forever. Thankfully on this day I had some patience because if I didn’t I would’ve exploded. The lady with blue hair was very good and worked well under pressure I forgot her name and I asked but nobody seems to know who I’m talking about even the manager. But I did find out she works for DP or DQ whomever she is she did good. That’s the only good thing I have to say about this place.
This place is so fun for kids. I brought my grandson he had blast and was sad when we were leaving. I saw the staff constantly cleaning and sanitizing. The cashier was very friendly, very courteous. We will definitely return
My son and grandson enjoyed this Father and Son day together. They both had a wonderful time. the place is clean , well organized and a perfect safe environment for youngsters especially when its too hot to be outdoors
Today is the first time here, the attitude of the front desk is very poor, will not come again
It’s okay for little kids but the service was terrible and very slow, the workers we’re rude, food was nasty, drinks were nasty, wouldn’t recommend at all.
Kids love this place. I myself am 5’5” and was able to play in the tubes and have fun with our kids. The food options are limited. The drinks are good but the pizza pies are not that great. They are pricey about $24 and $28 for cheese and all pepperoni respectively. They need to step it up. The staff is patient and friendly. I will go back but eat ahead. The party room is spacious but beware some of the rooms have a glass and outsiders could see your entire room lol. The Palisades Mall location is very fun too.
Wish it was bigger with more obstacles but you get to enjoy the time with your kids having fun and hearing them laugh, its a blessing enjoy your time.
OMG, had the most amazing time at Billy Beez at Bay Plaza for my son’s first birthday party. The hostess Amy went above and beyond to assist & ensure that we had a carefree/stress free day. She was absolutely magnificent; very hands-on and personable. She catered to our every whim. Definitely recommend to all.
I love this place its like heaven for kids. The staff is friendly and the place is clean . They are taking precautions due to Covid so I felt comfortable taking my kids. They sell their own goodies inside so you cannot bring your own drinks or food. They host kids parties and have awesome safety measures. This location is inside the Bay Plaza Mall . I would recommend this place for a fun filled kids day out .
Fun place but not much to do for kids. They get bored after a while and the food isn’t great and it’s expensive
Always fun for the kids at Billy Beez..... Hes nice and tired now.... go early so you get at least 2.5 hrs minimum inside for the value!
My kids had an absolute great time but I’m giving a bad review because today at 6pm when they closed Staff was rushing to leave! They sent us through a back exit and weren’t checking bands to see if adults were leaving with their kids. Which means I could’ve grabbed anyone’s child and walked out! I want to come here and feel safe with my kids running freely! I no longer feel safe with my kids here😔
Love going here in the winter! it can get crowded some days but it tires out the kids! young or old everyone has fun!
I went to Billy Beez at Bay plaza mall for the first time with my 3 year old daughter and absolutely loved it! The price was around $23 for the ENTIRE day which was way better than going to a Chuck E. Cheese for the same price for just an hour. This location was so huge and yet, it wasn’t crowded at all. They have a section for toddlers which I loved. And they let parents go through the jungle gym as well to be with their kids. My little girl was so happy and got such a kick out of it. A plus for me was that it tired her out and she slept more soundly than ever that night. Will be coming back soon.Ps. I saw an employee thoroughly wiping down and disinfecting all surface areas. Definitely feel like my kid’s safe here.
Superbfun for kids of all ages. Really safe with soft padding all over. The play rooms are a little restricted due to cocid but overall still fun.The pizza was cold and hard not sure if its old or just made that way. The hotdogs were good but the buns were dry. The drinks are overpriced with $3 being a common price for everything from chips to sodas.
My kids didnt want to leave it was fun for me too. The staff some where great others just seem annoyed one talk underneath his breath one more hour almost felt bad .

Dont like the fact that parents have to pay. I sat there because of a bad knee but had to pay as if I was running around..they should have a separate price for parents who are not playing around ..their pizza was good better than Chucky cheez
Overall wait time was very fair being that the line was out the door. Service was pretty awesome. The mini bee area would have been a great experience had it not been filled with a ton of adults for 1 child. The food was pretty gross but its fast food so cant complain but my son didnt even bother with the food. The t shirts were pretty cool being that I got to get one for my infant and older son. I would love to come back.
The service of trying to get food was such a problem. First no one is even serving the food and it seemed to be a bother to even put in an order.
Fun, large and inclusive. Great fun as children climb up on slides in the midst of the play jungle. All equipped with party rooms, sensory gyms and sections for little ones. Clean and organized for such a large space. Fun music and reasonably priced food. One adult and child over 4 costs $30 for all day with no re-entry.

This place is so.much fun for your children! Im a 36 year old mother of 4 and even i have fun here. Im a big kid at heart. Theres good food and beverages for children and security is great. Your kid cant just randomly take off which is great considering that some children can be really quick on their feet.
I have a serious complaint regarding the Bronx Bay Plaza location. I have been there twice this week & both times i was told i couldn’t go in due to the front desk associate closing out @ a certain time. Online it states that wkdays they close @6 & sat @9 & sun @8. It also states that entry is only allowed 1 hr before closing hour. Today sunday, i took my daughter to billy bees Bx & arrived to the front of the door @ 6:48pm & was told they were closed because the front desk associate clocks out @7pm. I’m confused because i believe that doors should close @7pm not 6:48. Same thing occured when i went on a wednesday,,last entry states 5pm yet it was only 4:43pm & i was told the same thing. I’m just wanting to know if these are Billy Bees regulations or staff has made these up. I work in retail & if my store states closing @7pm then we close @7pm meaning if a customer walks in @6:55,,that customer has the right to spend those 5mins in the store. I am so displeased with the customer service provided from the female front desk associate to the guy pushing everyone away,,he wears black glasses. Parents Don’t waste your time!
Had an amazing time with my daughter. Definitely the place to go if you want to run around crawl slide etc. 3 stars because bathroom was not maintained what so ever and someone unfortunately stoled my child mini book bag with her favorite cup and the camera doesnt work which I actually don’t believe..If you have something valuable, put it in the locker! over all staffs are friendly and sweet.
My kids love this place. Awesome to visit during the weekdays can be very crowded during holidays and weekends. The staff are always friendly, I feel safe letting my kids run around. They have age appropriate space from toddlers to kids at heart. I plan on having my daughters party there so hopefully I dont have to change my review.
Website said closes at 6. Rushed over there because I promised my son we would go after his bloodwork at doctor visit. Got there at 5:10pm and worker did not let us in the front door because she said they closed at 5. I told her we would def be out b4 six and she told me the registers were all closed. Why isnt this information on website?! A waste of time, gas, and had to deal with a brokenhearted little boy. If the doors are locked at 5 and not 6 then it should be clearly stated on website! Very unprofessional and embarrassing to say the least.
Billy beez is ALWAYS fun for the kids! It was just really hot today only giving 4 stars because they should have had better A/C. Besides that, no complaints. Kids NEVER want to go. Lol
Very big and spacious play space for a child to run, climb, and play. It was clean and safe. Very accommodating staff that were pleasant and made you feel comfortable. Although I would love to give 5 stars I didnt like the fact that the lockers were broken which seems like an on going problem. It kinda dampened the experience because it took the staff almost 20 min to figure out what they already knew. Just slap an out of order sign and get a new and better system. Overall I will definitely return.
Staff is rude and did not care. Nice place but definitely need a more professional staff and trained them how to treat guess. I definitely will not be going there again or atleast that location.
We had an amazing time. Staff was friendly and gracious. We hosted our sons 3rd birthday and our party host was very nice. The party room was super cute and they even gave us goodie bags for the kids. We went on a weekday so we were the only party and we even were allotted extra time. They didnt rush us at all. Facilities were clean. Kids loved the slides and even adults. Thank you Billy Beez.
It is really a great place to go for children and adults. I went there for my Grandsons Birthday party. I had so much fun. It brought me back to my younger years. I was on all types of slides. The staff was great as well as the food. I would recommend this establishment to people of all ages.
Fun for the kids and a chance to entertain them for 3-4 hours. The price to enter is kind of high and its not fair you cannot re-renter on the weekends (Fri-Sun). Staff should be more enthusiastic and kids friendly. My kidss socks were very dirty after 3 hours of playing there, so I suspect this place was not cleaned very well.
What a joke... I had to ask twice. How much? $44.00 for a 1 year old, 2 year old and 2 adults. The average time most people spend here is an hour or 2. For the money you spend, there are way better things you can do. The ghetto fabulous staff doesnt make the experience any better either... the facility is well equipped, but not very clean. Do yourself a favor and take the kids to the park.
GO ON A WEEKDAY-The place is fantastic for kids of all ages, we took kids who were 3, 5 and 11 years old and each had lots of fun. I like that adults can accompany their toddlers throughout, and yes, it is super crowded on weekends, but we have decided well come back on weekdays. They are open most days from 10am-9:30pm. I dont think theres any other playground in the city of this caliber.

Then saw someone not in uniform behind the counter touching food with no gloves. (Picked up a wing and put it back) told an attendent who said she will address. Fun atmosphere. Kids seem to enjoy. Place is clean.
My son would give them 5 stars, but only because he didnt have to deal with the screaming kids and long waiting lines to use the bathroom. There was a queue to get in in the first place and even though it didnt bother my son it had me worried about the amount of kids that was already in the play area. I was fortunate to find a place to sit but I was afraid to leave it least I lose it. Id much rather visit on a Monday morning thank you!
I took my girls Saturday around 11:30 am had a blast and it was nice and clean until around 3 pm when bigger kids came and was pushing and shoving the little ones. It got crowded very quickly and The lines to buy food was very long and moved slow. There is no trampoline in this location. Be sides that my girls did enjoy themselves.

I love this place so much!! I went with my students and we had such a great time. The variety of slides were fantastic especially for the kids who didnt want to go on high slides or the kids who couldnt find a slide high enough. The price is definitely worth the joy of the kids.
My niece loved Billy Beez on her first visit. She was excited to see all the different characters. She was able to safely run around, climb, crawl and more to burn energy all day. They even have a little cafe to refuel at inside. As a four year, there was a lot for her to do and section for 5 and down where she could use a slide perfect for her height.I will say that it is easy to lose sight of your child as they run around playing unless you go through the tunnels with them. The space is huge for the big kids and theres a lot of climbing and alternate routes children can take if youre not directly behind them you will lose them until they look for you, if they know how to.They also have seats for parents to sit down all over the area. There is also staff present all throughout the area and the mangers office was easy to find. They have small cubbies for the little ones shoes and lockers large enough for bags available to rent out.All in all I absolutely love this Billy Beez location for my niece.
We went to celebrate my babies birthday we had so much fun but i didnt like the fact that there were bigger kids & they were acting like they didnt see or gave a care in the world that there were smaller children around. Like people jus brong there kids to this place & DONT watch them!!!! like u need to have someone walking around to make sure the babys are safe.... i know theres a baby section but hay they were there to... ya need to improve ya staff & actually work.
Great place for kids to burn off energy but a bit pricey. If you have multiple kids it worth getting the 10 pack which includes adults as well. You can also use with multiple at one visit but only one adult is covered but again if you come back the package is worth it.
My kids love this place when it first opened and they still do. But it smells like feet and we got there as soon as it opened. They need to find a way to contain the smell. The snack place way over priced. A water and a juicy juice pouch shouldnt cost 5.00

It is an excellent place for children to play and burn off energy. Especially when the weather outside is not ideal. The best about Billy Beez is that you can be there all day. In and out the place as long as you keep on your bracelet. Except for Fri, Sat, and Sundays. The children are always excited to go there so much that I cant let them know until we are on our way there.
Went on a Monday morning and it was empty. I thought it was more than just slides though. If you like slides than great for you but literally this place is all slides
Its so fun! my 8 year old son is very fond of this place. We came with play dates or we made new friends there. The only thing is there are a lot of big high-energy teenage boys(young men) that make the basketball place a little dangerous for the little ones.
I went on a Monday maybe 30 minutes after they had opened. Seemed to be a busy day for a Monday, however, the 1-4 years old section had not been cleaned. Two employees were still cleaning. A job that should have been done before they open, I think. That was my first time there I was thinking, okay Ill give them a chance, give them some time. However instead of cleaning they were chatting, texting, giggling, and having fun. My son which was 1 year and 3 months had been anxious to get in. I didnt want my son playing while these people were cleaning but I had let him go in an area that seemed okay to go to but still an hour later they didnt finish cleaning. I had asked for a refund the lady just laughed and said I had to have taken my kid to play in the older kid area. Disgusting customer service. Cleaning should be done before they open their doors to kids.
The location at Bay Plaza is a joke. The supervisor, Shawna and her staff were now help. We just spent $175 for a children’s 10 pack. One of my children are actually toddler age, so I spent more to use the 10 pack for him. They were going to charge us for me to go in so I let my two kids and husband go in so I could hang back and wait to speak with the manager. Spoke to her, was still not going to let me in without paying for the extra adult. I then go to pay for myself so I can join my family and they charged me $10.95 since I was now going in alone. Are you kidding me. In what world does that make sense? I usually Drive the 45 minutes to go to the one in rockland and now I know why. I will never come to this location again. It is tiny compared to the other sites and the staff just doesn’t give a s#%* please don’t waste your time at this location, they should just close the doers with the way they treat people. If I could have driven it less then 1 star I would have!
This place is perfect for overly active children...by the time they get home they are down for the count you can get extra hours of sleep.
I came to visit your location in Palisade mall on 4/18 with 5 kids and 1 adult except of me.I paid $117 for all of us, although im handicapped and cannot walk on my legs, and had to pay just to sit in the entrance cafe.I would like to express my disappointment from the zero tolerance for disability, and the insist of charging me to enter when it was obvious i cant use any of the facilities.I paid just because i didnt want to sit outside for hours when my family inside.One of the kids had ingure themselves, and my sister in law, his mother wanted to get in to see whats going on and stay for few minutes with him till hell relax and get back to play.Your team were super rude and argumentative when i asked if she can get in instead of me for few minutes. I understand your policy, and the choice to choose young associates, but sometime there are exceptional situations, and there is a room to be human and flexible.Yes, $7.33 wont kill me, but this can be said for you too.I expect from a representative of the chain to be first able to handle situation of customer service in a polite manor and for sure dont accept to get teenager attitude and argumentative approach.Offending us, just cause me to pack all our stuff and leave with a bad feeling, although i paid high amount for one hour of play. disappointing experience.I hope its worth it for the management to stay behind policy and having offended customer.
Terrible customer service and no one is keeping the larger children out of the toddler play area so my son was getting trampled on by kids twice his size. The janitor talks your ear off while youre trying to rent a locker. I had to ask him to excuse himself while I entered my pin for the locker. He tried to tell me that its good if he knows the pin because he can help me get my sons things later. Overall, the crowd there is for lack of a better word... Ghetto. You have moms trying to pick fights with other children. The place is wayyy overpriced. With toddlers costing you 12.95 and children 5 and up costing 20.95!!! Not to mention, you have to pay 7 bucks just for you to enter (as if youll be using the facility). Wouldnt go here again.
If I could give a -star I would!! THIS PLACE IS GROSS!! I dont understand how a place that caters to children can be so filthy! You can tell its been a while since anyone disinfected the place. Food/Drink stains all over the place. The infant section, where babies crawl, DISGUSTING! My oldest DEFINITELY caught something from that place because she literally got fever the minute we go in the car. Two days later all 3 kids...SICK!!! And to top it off I caught ADULTS up in the jungle gym MAKING OUT! I told them to take it outside, theres KIDS here! I, thankfully, did not pay because i was there for a birthday party BUT Im grateful because I will NEVER give that place a dime. Remodel, get better employees, Upgrade and then youll get my business!
This place is a chllds dream. With all of the slides and structures to climb , where can you go wrong?. I threw my daughters 4th birthday there and although she had a blast I was miserable. They ruined her cake ( icing all messed up), hostess wasnt attentive, and they never finished my food order that was ordered prior to the party date.

However, as this is a place for children I will say my son has had a great time the few times weve been to Billy Beez. Would go more often if the prices were reasonable.
Horrible!!!! I had my daughters 2nd birthday party there very unorganized the staff didnt know what they was doing. My party was an hour late. The place is very small and hot, theres no a.c. at ALL!!!!!! A fight broke out cops was called. (Other guest not mines) Had to wait for everything just a waste of time. This place is boy how it is online. Go somewhere else!! Save your money!!! Trust me never again....
Amazing, fun and exciting placeto bring your children that has alot of energy like mine! This place is great even the parents have fun...Big slides, so much space for the kids to get lost, theres even a spot for the toddlers to play! A little pricely but at the end of the day your little ones have fueled down.lol great place to have birthday parties too. But FYI place is Expensive $19.99 for ages 4 and older! 14.99 for ages 1-3 and $ 6.95 for Adults not including socks $3.00 each! food is very pricely you cant buy a slice of pizza you have to buy a whole pie for $26.00 the potatoe chips are $2.00 for a $.50 cent bag juices run you $1.50 and up you can not bring outside food in 😒. But other then that your kids will love it.
DONT go on the weekends! Its dangerous.They continue to pack people in on the weekends, it was so hot, it felt like you were suffocating. There had to have been some fire code violation. My kids (4,6) couldnt really play because it was dangerously over crowded! I paid 71 dollars for 2 kids and 3 adults. Not worth it! If I could give a rating lower than one star I would.
Personally I preferred Billy Beez over amusement park. Thursday afternoon was perfect. Price was superb. I had more activity as the Nana with my grandson & my daughters than during my regular workout activities. Id Definitely go again. Highly recommended on a weekday
I just came from this place. I usually go to the one in the Palisades Mall. The place was fun for my 2 year old. HOWEVER, upon exiting Billy Beez we left with about 5 kids. The staff DID NOT CHECK OUR WRIST BANDS. They just allowed us to all leave. That is absolutely absurd. Someone couldve walked right out that place with my baby! The staff that allowed us to leave should have checked our wrist bands to ensure that a child is leaving with the right person. Shame on them.
I went into this business trying to plan my sons birthday party and the staff was not as helpful as the person I spoke to on the phone which was in a call center. The staff needs a class on how to conduct their selves as a profession. Very scattered and not together as a copy, the location and staff turn me off from spending over 600.00 dollars for my invited guess, I will take my son here on a more calmer day however, I will be taking my sons party else where.
My son loves coming here and I like that adults can also play, so based on that I would give 5 stars. However like most of the comments, there is not much staff. They do allow big kids to roam the toddler area who usually play rough. And Ive seen on multiple times garbage or spilled drinks that dont get cleaned up right away. I try to come here during the week or very early. I only keep coming bc my son loves the slides. If they made some improvements Im sure the ratings would go up.
They need to pump up the air condition. Kids run around but no A/C. If they increase the air it would be nice. I saw many kids and adults very very hot.Thats why I do not recommend
Im here right now but its a good place to bring and let them do all the running around they want to do EVERYWHERE, here its okay to do that. I gave it a 4 only because of the fries, which I recommend you dont purchase here, its 3.80$ and you get a very small serving, it was cold and hard too, didnt realize until we began eating it so I decided to do like the Beatles and Let it Be. Other than that come on in and bring your rugrats, let them run around and tire themselves out. Im sure everyone will get a good nights rest tonight, weve been here 3.5hrs and Im staying until close unless the kids want to go earlier.
I am disabled, so I sent my son to purchase me something to eat and he was ignored and overlooked and when I asked the cashier at the counter to acknowledge him I was disrespected and verbally disrespected... then I request the manager and he pass her a water and sent her in the back, only for the second girl on the food court floor to then verbally attack me also, infront of the manager! I spent $55 for my sons to enjoy themselves not to be disrespected by staff!
The prices are too high. Cashiers are rude. But a fun place for the kids. P.s. not 1 but 2 of my iPhones have been stolen from this place. Every time I asked to speak to the general manager the general manager who is a woman would always say that its not their fault and their responsibility for stolen items they should have more security there and they should definitely have more places to secure your belongings instead of those small Cubbies that dont do anything 4 peoples belongings especially people with small children
Very fun place for big kids, teens, and adults too surprisingly. Great workout if your trying to chase down small children. Plenty of slides that can be fast and dangerous too. Should wear loose sweats in order to increase speed.Cons: Weekends are very, very crowded but its still fun if your at least 10 years old. Most of the kids who are under 10 years old tend to be very sour or mean so be careful and watch your child if he/she is young, little, and passive because they might be bothered.

This is the fun place for kids but dont go unless you can follow them around. They are now allowing people to leave without checking their wristband or anything- which means that your child could follow a group out if they wanted. It also looks like they got rid of the security guards... very crowded and very understaffed. Also a bit dirty in places... noticed some trash lying around in the tubes.
My daughter and nephew go bananas in this place. I love it! I even have fun here. Great atmosphere. Great music. Food not so great so please dine before visiting here. Too expensive for Birthday Parties but perfect for a family fun day.
Mi niece and nephew (10 & 6) had a blast! The place is clean and reasonably priced. I give it 3 stars because every single employee was on their phone, not texting, but talking while on The floor. The cashier at the entrance, se security guards both entrance and exit, and the guy at the cafe! And that its just unacceptable.
Kids had a great time but the overall pricing system is horrible $20 plus for kids $13 plus for toddlers even if the toddler (1yo) is just a bystander. Being pregnant I am unable to participate in any of their activities n regardless I still have to pay the full adult admission pricing for me n my husband just to sit and watch our kids play while holding a 1yo who doesnt want to play who we just paid $13+ for. I Tried to speak to the manager to explain that the 1yo wont b playing she stepped bac n I had to explain to a security guard who just shrugged it off like he was hearing anything new to b honest if it wasnt for my sons (4yo) bday I wouldnt have stayed BUT We wont be bac thats for Damn sure.
Great place to bring your kids to have fun and exercise until they pass out later. Many ppl dont understand why they charge the parents to go in and then after you climb your first jungle gym or go down a slide you realize it was well worth it. Kind of like, living vicariously through your children while remembering you were a kid once as well. Adult size play place for children and adults alike so you can crawl through nets and shoot balls at other kids while spending quality time with the family. Some ppl call it over priced, they mustve never been to Disney World :)
Really great to burn kids energy. There are so many slides and secret corners it holds their interest for hours. You can kinda let them loose as they cant escape or wander off. Staff was helpful.Love that you pay once and youre done unlike a Chuckee Cheese or Dave and Busters that keeps draining you as time passes. Its fun and active and indoors which is hard to find for the hot and cold days when you need to get inside.
This place is great to take your kids yeah its kinda expensive but i think its worth it because you can actually play with your kids. Its fun for everyone every time i go i stay for like 4 hrs and i just felt like the time went by so fast !

Weekends are packed. Not enough staff on duty. Weekend priced: 1st Adult cost is $6.95 2nd Adult is $9.95. Toddlers 1-3 is $10.95. 4-&up is $20.95. Food and drinks are pricey as well. Your kids will have a great time regardless tho! LoL
Very good experience. Me and my kids had a lot of fun. I honestly feel like the people that work in that place ahoukd be getting paid like $20 an hour. Even the food was really good. Loved it. I would recommend it to anyone.
I don’t usually write reviews but this is worthy. The staff here is so rude. The reason I am saying this is because family members usually wait for their children in a certain place. There was men who came with his kid and he sat next to my family, he spent like an hour in the same place and one of the staff member (She clean the floors) came with two females and like 2 children. The staff came to him and tell him to get up. He thought she was gonna clean the floor but she just organize the other family to sit where he was. I think this is a public space people just look for a place to sit but this was just so rude. The man just walked away looking for his child.
I had a ok time with my family @ belly beez .. in the Bronx location..but with a few flaws liked the entrance fee its okay the pricing but when you have restrictions like no outside food when they didnt have ANY FOOD IN THE FOOD AREA !! After paying the entrance fee I dont think is fair there was NO FOOD ON THAT DAY 4/03/2019..But only for a private Birthday party that was scheduled for that day Our luck..I went on my grandsons birthday and was not allowed to bring outside food so we all had go to the food court and spend an extra $70 on food and waste an hour and 20 minutes eating in the food court when I could have just got a Pie Pizza inside.. because they didnt have no food they were not fully prepared I had to spend extra money outside in the food court and waste over an hour of playtime with my family that I have paid for..On the weekends youre not allowed to go outside because you lost your entry fee .. Once again that is unfair when people go out their way to go spend money and time with their families & they are restriction I am surely not going to go back again.. OR RECOMMEND ANY ONE!!
Neices had a great time and that is the most important thing. Not a fan of the price of the tickets or food (overpriced) so I had to lower the score. But it killed a couple of hours and made the girls happy so I will deal with it. Chicken tenders were better than I expected.

Went for a bday party. Kids had fun so the place gets an extra star. Greeters were using sign language instead of spending up to be heard over the noise. Half of the party guests had to wait on line because the machines went down and couldnt print wrist bands even though we were on the guest lists. Manager (white male), was not personable or kid friendly. Would not return.
It was good that it opened up again but it was hot they didnt put the Ac on I had to let the manager know that it was hot to please put the Ac on Im not sure if I will go back over there again
I was convinced to join my cousins at this location. We came in on a Saturday at 430...wrong wrong wrong. We waited in line for about 10 min which surprised me because the line was sooooo long. We had 4 kids( 9month, 10month, 2, and 4) and it was too packed for them to have fun. I couldnt enjoy the lil Beez section for toddlers because there were older kids in there running around. It wassss so hot and overly crowded, and a lot of the little kids were throwing up. Im glad it was only 10bucks for us so I wasnt crying about the fact we pretty much just sat down the whole time, but $20 per kid is ridiculous. Im glad they dont check bags because I saved a bunch of money by bringing in my own juice and snack. I may try again but on a weekday, or early morning on a weekend.
I purchased toddler package (10 entries) on May 19th 2018 for our daughter. We used the first entry on the same day. When I tried to use the pass for the second time on March 8th 2019, front desk denied the entry. They told me that I never purchased the toddler package. I showed them the purchase receipt. Still denied entry and told me that they will contact corporate office and resolve the issue. The corporate office will call me with the solution. I waited one week for the call and no response. I came back with our daughter on March 15th to check the status and the front desk denied entry. The front desk contacted venue manager Marisol regarding the status of our complaint to corporate office. She denied our entry on the grounds that she didnt hear any update on our complaint from corporate office. This is pathetic that the corporate office couldnt track our purchase and front desk staff is rude to me about the whole issue. This is humiliating and disrespectful. Plus the disappointment of our daughter who is denied access every time we take her to billy beez for play. This is on top of paying $120 for the 10 entry pass. I complained to BBB and credit card company regarding this issue. Lets hope I get my money back. Word of advice to everyone, there are plenty of other play areas that are much more consumer friendly. Please dont waste your money here. Dont ever buy the 10 pack entry pass. This place is a rip-off.

This place is great my kids love it ...... you just have to keep an eye on the younger children like toddlers due to the much older and bigger children running through the place. The place is always packed. One thing g that would definitely make it better is if they put little lockers for your valuables so the parents that have to climb through with thier babies have somewhere to put thier things and not worry if someone will walk off with it
Came on a Wednesday during Spring break. The place was over crowded and filthy. There was trash cans over flowing, pop corn everywhere and the girls bathroom was the worst Ive ever seen. When I reported it to the young manager on duty her response to the issues was unacceptable. Not to mention I stepped in somebodys vomit in the baby area. However the kids themselves did have fun. Would probably not come back to this location again. In addition please tell me why you are charged $3.00 for 4 months old infants entry with and Adult. Really Billy Beezs.
This place is expensive, but the kids have a blast when they go there early in the day like anytime between 10am - 12:30 pm if you have small kids, after that, its horrendous. I was thinking about planning my sons 4th Birthday Party there and I have called there 3 times today and got the run around. Please see below.First time I called at 10:15 am and was told the party planner doesnt come in until 10:30 amSecond time I called at 11:30 am and then was told the party planner doesnt come in until 12:30 pm and I asked what happened to 10:30 am and the answer I got was that she was running late.Last and FINAL time I just called at 3:30 pm and I was told that I could book my party on line and I told her that I would rather speak to someone and book my party that way and she said Sorry, but everything is done on line now I told her, you just lost my business and the opportunity to redeem all the bad reviews this place has gotten.My final thought is that this location is POORLY run. The staff lacks professionalism and the Manager lacks management. This could be a great place, but obviously no one wants to work. You should fire the staff and rehire new staff or shut this place down completely.
Went here last night with my family and its fun for a every now and then last minute plan for the kids. Come early dont come in weekends its literally a dann zoo with kids and YOU CANT REENTER AFTER YOU COME INTO THE ESTABLISHMENT. but your kids will love this
Dirty place ! Empty bags of chips around the facility, beware of gum sticking to your clothes when you sit . I understand its a kids place but older ghetto kids run around without guardians i believe they were children or siblings of the staff . The staff is ghetto. The only reason why i even continued to go was because i bought a 10 pack . Thank goodness its over i will not be returning
Although the pizza, fries and drink I ordered was fulfilling.. I began to feel disappointed in the lack of attentiveness. The Mini Beez section is not enjoyable for infants and toddlers due to the negligence associated with the area in general. In addition the Big Kids should not be allowed in such area for the safety of the smaller ones.. My 1st time visiting and I witnessed a fight between 2 Moms. It was not mediated by the security guards as a concern safety issue. Nor was the Moms escorted out immediately. I was refused a refund until I insisted. Horrible Experience! The Managers should be much stricter about representing Billy Beez as a commemorating environment for families to feel proud of.
First time going with my son Dylan and My Niece Ariana and it was really fun, me and my family had a good time. It’s big which is nice, is worth it. Our kids had a blast.
In the food area the cashier was very rude, but the supervisor handled her well and took control of the situation. Other then that my children enjoyed their time being there even though one came out hurt do to one of the slides.
Is a great place to bring the little ones. There are play areas for all ages. Socks are a must and leggings or pants to slide down and have fun. Love it is not expensive and grown-ups can have fun too.

We got there early. The kids enjoyed the slides and had a great time running around. The pizza was tasty as well. We will definitely go back!
My 3 year old enjoyed it very much. The venu smells like feet and staff seem unhappy with their jobs but thats everywhere you go for child amusement. This Billy bees does not have the trampoline that you see on advertisements.

After I booked my reservations, I tried to make changes. I called over 5 times and no one has gotten back to me all I keep hearing is the same excuse.very unprofessional and ghetto!!!!!! Why charge for BABIES to enter if you arent going to provide a safe space for parents and babies to play in?Does no one read the clearly displayed rules? Parents were letting their teenagers destroy the **baby area**. Im 55 and there were kids taller than me playing alongside my 8 month old daughter. Crazy. Obviously I would never leave my daughter unattended, but it felt dangerous to explore anything together in a supposed baby safe zone. The older kids literally had 90% of the place to conquer, why encroach on the SMALL baby play area which was clearly not very exciting?In the area designated for 4 year olds and under, there were kids as old as 14 taking over. The baby area was clearly labelled Toddler Zone with the age limit of 4 years. However, there were kids between 7-14 years old stomping over the babies as young as 8 months! It was crazy. The babies had one short slide, a bunch of large foam blocks, two ride on things, some steering wheels, and a spinning barrel thing. The older kids piled themselves 5 at a time into the barrel and fought over who would go next. We were there at 11am and left by 1pm when it got ridiculously packed.Do grown kids not know how to read? Put a HUGE sign in front of the Toddler Zone that says:If you are taller than this, play somewhere else.And I dont know.. maybe have staff posted SOMEWHERE. The only staff seen were 4 collecting cash, putting bracelets, and securing the gate to enter. Other than that, no staff to be found anywhere.NOT BABY FRIENDLY AT ALL.
This was the most crowded Billy Beez we have ever been to, its big but I rather drive to ok one of the other locations, I was on the line over 15 min just to get in. My kids ofcourse loved all the games and activities but for us it was to pack.
My first and last time at this location!!There was garbage every were, the place was filthy on a Monday morning when it should be completely clean. The workers are walking around doing everything but cleaning, one of them was even baby sitting her own daughter who had her shoes on and was eating a cup cake on the ball shooting section.Never againg!!!I rather drive to the Palisades mall, much cleaner and you actually see people cleaning constantly.Ooh forgot to mention... there was gum in one of the rides that looks like it was sitting there for a long time.
Great place to take my son. He gets to burn out all his energy. By the time hes home hes ready to sleep. I recommend going early in the day. That way it wont be so packed.
5/13/17. my wife and i read most of the reviews so we knew that we had to come as soon as they opened, 10am, & leave before it got crowed. (noon) the cashier was pleasant but the lady who checked our billy bees card was downing a bag of chips. doesnt she get a lunch break & didnt wrk just start? the lockers were out of order so my wife & took turns watching our belongings. our kids had a blast but the staff looked very unprofessional but the 2 young men who helped us try 2 figure out the lockers were helpful. there was a piece of chewing gum on the floor n the ball pit section. i do think that $2.71 is too much 4 a snapple. 2 kids - $44, 2 adults $16 4 pair of socks, $12. about $72 for a fam of 4. overall my kids had fun. its a great place if u come on a slow day, mon -thurs or as soon as they open on the weekends. i say 3 1/2 ***s.

Wow take your kids here! Super fun a ton to do. 70% of the floor is bouncy. I took my two toddlers here for the first time today. The prices are fairly cheap too.
We went with all the kids and my 13 year old had a bad knee, we explained that all she needed waa to sit down and they wanted us to pay for her even just to sit.. We asked if we could pay the adult price was told no. So I had to stay outside with her because I wasnt going to leave her alone.. I mean whats the point of paying full price if shes just going to sit down and not play...
Nowhere to place your belongings. So unless its 2 adults per child (one to run faster child another to save a seat and hold belongings) you will not enjoy your severely overpriced time. Kids are little monsters with no regards for the toddlers walking about who are accompanied by parents glued to their phones. Hate taking money out of the county, but the aggravation isnt worth it. Truth be told besides the person charging I did NOT see another employee while there. Beware.
Very unprofessional people working there. They have a sign that admission is at 6 but they dont even let no one inside even if you get there before 5. Asked to speak to a supervisor waited 30 min and no supervisor came out. So upset that this place has no communication with their customers.
Kids had good times overall but some kids here were quite rough. My kindergartener experienced hitting pinching spitting on face and pushing by few different kids but no adult supervision around.
My boy didnt want to leave, but my concern was for the childrens safety; some persons had to help themselves out with their children. So if I were not paying keen attention to my child then someone could have left with him because there was no one to verify that children leaving was theirs.
It was ok for a Sunday. Not too crowded. Only hiccup was there was only one person working in the restaurant, so the line was out of control. I just wanted a bottled of water but had to wait on the same line. They need more than 2 people there.
Never. Plan. A. Party. Here! I was hoping for a seamless party experience but it was anything but that. You only get an hour to party and at my daughters appointed time room was not ready. Our host was terrible BARELY a host and had no idea what was going on in our booked package. The staff is unprofessional, unorganized and they tried to rush us out of the room after starting our party late... Definitely will not be returning to this Billy Beez!
When I first came here it was 5 stars, this past Sunday on Labor Day weekend I give it 1 star. It should be -1 star rating due to the fact this place attracts mostly ratchet parents/grandparents. I dont complain about the children because the kids actually have common sense and watch out for my 3 year old son.A elderly woman about the size of a planet wanted to go down the slide with her elderly husband but they were blocking the way of the slide, giggling like idiots. I told the woman if you cant fit in the slide dont go in it, she retorted dont say that I dont go down cause I choose not too, which is BS. I had to complain to what it looks like a guard in a Grey Suit the people are blocking the path. Mind you my son is 3 and is autistic crying to use the slide. Billy Beez need to have a 3 strike and your out rule for complaints and a weight limit.
Fun place for the kids however when it comes to hygiene its horrible...There are adults going up and down the slides and other parts of the play erea with no socks on. Please put up a bigger sign that states everyone has to have on socks if they going on the play erea!!!!!!!!!
This particular location is the absolute worst to have a birthday party. They rush you to clean up and get out of the room during the last fifteen minutes. The coffee, tea, ice cream, and brownies that is supposed to be included with what you pay was never received. When Also with a couple hundred people that are sweating in one space, you would think that they would either shut the heat off or turn the air on. Nope. The place was at least 80 degrees.
It’s not bad. Not very big. No AC so it’s also very hot. Food selection was not very big. Went on a Tuesday so there weren’t many people. However I wouldn’t recommend going on the weekends. They do pack people and with no AC it’s horrible.
Its an ok place to take the kids but its expensive and overcrowded. The kids barely get to play much. And the staff are unprofessional. They are never there to help, have attitudes and using foul language.
Great place for the kids, even adults would enjoy.
So Billy Beez was fantastic I was there with my two daughters they loved ate my big daughter phone fantastic time we got the family package you know for 10 times so we could go over over again I was happy I took my children there its a really nice phone in your place every I think every family should you know take time out to go there especially in this season of Thanksgiving and Christmas and also the holiday you know when the school will be vacating soon you know I think its a fun place to take your family in the winter is a window putting facilities that the children will play on play on play till they get tired so I really really did love this place so much
Very high priced. Not really worth spending your money to be inside of a padded playground. 🙄 better to take your family to an indoor water park if you dont mind spending a little more and traveling.
Horrible experience we have at this place , one of the employees name Claudia , was very disrespectful with my mother, was the first time we go there and obviously as first time coming , sometimes u don’t know all the rules , my mom and my son was without socks , and the lady, just says to my mom get out of the here , and my mom says to her she was looking for me , because I was setting down , them the lady keep disrespecting my mom and plus that the manager come just says to us when we explain that there is not Singh or something that says that we need socks , she just says , that “it is coming Sense that we should know that, I believe was the most horrible experience and was all in front of my 9 year old , there is ways to say the things and there is professional ways to do it.I will never go back there and I will absolutely not recommend to no one.
Went to this Billy bees today, was in line for a very long time. Thankfully Crystal was nice and professional enough to get everyone in line situated and handled before reaching the register.
Its a fun place for my kids, they enjoy it a lot. The price to pay is a bit high even for toddlers. I only go once in awhile
Its super expensive, which makes the place really empty. No one is going to pay $160 for 3 or 4 kids to play for 2 hours. Thats why you barely see people there, its empty. Id reccomend you just go to Chuck E. Cheeses or Dave & Busters.
Worst place to have a party. Spent over $ 500 and received a cart of food wheeled into the room with no introduction from the server, she just placed the food on the cheapest paper plates and left. We had to flag her down to ask for the missing food we ordered she then informed us that it was still in the oven 20 min into our 45 min allowed. Then 2 staff members passed by to tell us we had 5 min left,we asked for the cake service and they sent some one in with some smaller cheap plates and a dirty plastic cake knife she jus put them on the table and didnt say anything just left. Horrible service accompanied by the worst staff at this location. Don’t plan to have a party at Bay Plaza Billy Beez itll jus ruin your day.
My GRANDCHILDREN enjoyed themselves but, the parents need to be more attentive to their children!! Staff was on point!!
This place is DIRTY! The toddler / baby area was terrible. There was dirt all over the floor. Youre supposed to take your shoes off, however the ground should still be swept and mopped daily. My infant grand daughter was there and we constantly had to run behind her and grab stuff out her mouth she picked off the mat. It was horrible. And the bathroom was dirty.
Great place to bring the kids. Just make sure you have a lot of energy. Prepare yourself because they might not want to leave.
Very bad experience after 20 minutes waiting to get in I want it to complain about my parents (siniors) process to get in and one of the girls employ in thefront was screaming at me very agresive so I decided to leave the please.

Great place to take your kid if they suffer from hyper activity. Drinks and food overpriced and they have a water fountain that gives out hot water so you have to purchase their 3 dollar waters
Dont come here on the weekends it was over crowded. My daughter couldnt even play because it was so crowded. This location is so ghetto and the manager marisol is so rude she doesnt even pay attention to you when you speak and doesnt care about giving customers a good experience she has horrible customer service she has a very bad attitude she is very disrespectful she shouldnt be a manager she needs to be fired.
It was,the worst experience I have had at a place for chidren. Three fights happened in a short time. Two women fought over their children and the police had to come and escort the women out. Then a man started yelling at the workers and cursed in front of all the children, it was ridiculous he threatened them the police was also involved. If you love yoit and safety is a priority then choose another place.

Horrible First and Last Time! They not only ran out of food but closed boys bathroom a half hour before closing and told me ONLY GIRLS can use the bathroom until closing because they made an announcement forgetting this is a place for KIDS! Really horrible, never ever again!
They are not following Covid Protocols. Didnt see anyone cleaning. Floors were dirty and there were no hand sanitizing stations.
Was cool until a few of the female workers started slaping eachother on the ass at the front counter a couple of times and took selfies for the gram while customers wait to get in... Is this what billy bees represents??? A childs place where the female workers have no respect for the job, themselves nor the children??? What a fabulous time my children had! We got there early and played until about 3! It was relatively empty as most public school was in session.
Con -On Weekends its very crowded. Pro- On week days its less hectic. Great place to take the kids. Its a bit pricey if you comparing it to Chuckie cheese.
Went with my sister and friends we had a blast my son loved it he even got me down the yellow slide loved it. He went down the first slide and was so excited they played for 31/2 hours straight.

2021-11-28Its a very nice place. The staff is very pleasant. The slides and jungle gyms are fun. My son loves the pizza. They also have pretzels, chips, and popcorn. Its a great place to visit especially when its raining or freezing cold outside. 12 and over must be vaccinated. Highly recommended.

2022-05-04Staff pleasant. Jungle gyms and slides are fun definitely will keeps exploring kids occupied for hours. Food is priced fairly since it’s in a mall. Pizza pie is $23. But it could have more staff and more on hand cleaning. More staff to keep the people in order and following all rules especially due to covid. The baby section was filled with paper, coins and bigger kids were eating and just throwing their trash on the floor! Need better service!

2022-05-05The equipment is definitely showing wear (Almost as if it hasnt been serviced since they opened ??). They are very light on staff (ie only one member of staff and no one watching the exit) which is highly concerning especially since chasing sugar drunk midgets around a dilapidated obstacle course with mazes out of ancient Grecian text isnt difficult enough (but also worrying if there are wolves at the gates) for fear they (the tiny drunks) may just be that much better at escape and beeline for exit. Overall fun for someone?? else unless you like spending over 100 dollars to play find a crying child fun.

2022-06-284 issues...1) yesterday was almost 90° & the mall itself was so cool, but Billy beez so hot. So hot the slides & equipment was sticky. You couldnt even slide down any of the slides. I asked a worker who was supervising the rainbow slide around 3-4pm if they can turn the ac cooler & she just shook her head no. Her customer service wasnt bad, but not even saying a word or explaining theres nothing she can do or why the slides were like that didnt sit well with me.2) the baby area is not supervised by a worker. I walk by my baby while shes in there & let her practice her motor skills. The last couple of times I had to stop her from going to certain sides & hover over her because the older kids were rough housing & throwing the blocks. There should be a worker enforcing height limit or something.3) there were adults & kids barefoot. The workers should enforce the socks only rule some more.4) I took my baby to the family bathroom & the tissue dispenser was broken, & it was dirty.On a more positive note, each time I went to the Billy bees the male worker (light skin, pony tail, glasses, beard) always has great customer service. The 2 workers that usually work at the food area (one male, older, dark skin, bald and the older woman, I think reddish hair & light skin) are always so nice & professional. Since this is the only Billy bee, around me & my daughter loves it, Im obligated to come back, but I hope these issues are resolved to make our experience more enjoyable & worth the money.

2021-09-07I think this place is so fun for kids. I brought my son and my niece And they had a blast and were sad when we were leaving. I saw the staff constantly cleanliness, sanitizing, etc. The cashier was very friendly, very courteous even when the other customers were being rude. And what really sold me is when we were leaving the guy stopped us and at first I was confused as to why. But then he started checking all of our wristbands to see if they matched and I was so impressed . My number one worry was losing my kid because there’s so much to do in there so that man checking they belonged with me was absolutely amazing and I commend them for this. Thank you so much it was a great experience.

2022-05-16I would totally not recommend this place to have a party. I booked this place for my daughter, who was turning one. We were booked for 05/15/2022, at 11am, the time that they open. I was contacted the week of by the party coordinator via text, and was told that I should arrive an hour earlier. I was told that security would let me in even though the Mall doesnt open up until 11am. False, the security wouldnt let me in and they advised me that the staff for Billy Beez wasnt even there as of yet. At about 10:40am, someone else who was having a party there got in touch with someone from Billy Beez, the young man did come down to escort us up, as he did so, we encountered security who proceeded to reprimand the Billy Beez employee about not getting prior approvals to allow us in before 11am, he went on to complain about how we werent supposed to be inside the mall without prior approvals and how this was a violation of the Malls security procedures. Completely unprofessional to have happened in front of party guests. Once upstairs, I was not going to ask to go down and allow my Husband in with the decorations, cake, etc,. In the contract, it says if we dont arrive 15 mins before the party then it would be cancelled. Billy Beez should not even have a party time of 11am because they cant accommodate that time on a Sunday when the mall opens at 11. So, moving along, party host never introduced their self, didnt even know we had a host. The pizza came super burnt, we showed this to the manager, and she just apologized, being that it was 11:57 there was nothing she really could do. We had to be out by 12:30pm. The soda they bring all out at once, so the ice melts in the soda and it becomes so flat and just watered down. Not ONCE did someone come in to check in to make sure everything was okay. There is one person checking a bunch of different parties in, so your guest will have to stand in line and wait. This was an overall bad experience and so much money spent. Over $500 and it wasnt worth it at all, the service was terrible. I will never have a party here again, and I wouldnt recommend it to anyone else.Do not ask me to contact you to discuss, you have my information, you can contact me to discuss if you would like.

2022-05-20First time visiting with my toddler son. We had fun but it was no fresh air conditioning. Staff was great. Cashier at the food stand needs a raise. She was the only cashier taking care of all the families needs when it came to ordering food. 20 ppl at a time. She kept the line moving .
