Billy Beez in other cities:
Had such a great time here yesterday my kids didnt want to leave I have a 3,2,1 year old I can understand why Im 35 years old and I had a blast too lol, wish the food court inside Billy beez was open though so we could have gotten something to eat and played longer. Once we left we couldnt go back in and we were starving after a couple of hours of playing. We went at 1 and left at 5 bc we were hungry. We wanted to stay til close bc we paid that much money but we needed food. We cant wait to go back though!!! Hoping maybe this Friday
I had so much fun with my kids and fiancee. For a family of four (4 year old and 12 year old) they gonna run you about $42 dollars. Which isnt bad for all day play! And if you dont want there food. The food court is right there, so I can enjoy your food n then continue playing with ya family and friends!
Only One young man at the desk then people had to fill out waivers for every adult and each kid Has to have a waiver while you’re waiting in line it took an hour and a half I got there at 3 PM I didn’t get in until 4:36 PM the kids were tired and cranky by then If you didn’t do a waiver online don’t go
If I could give this establishment ZERO STARS I would!!!! The worker did not explain what was to be paid in the beginning. He ended up overcharging us for a bday event and when we asked for a receipt he tried to fight me in front of my tiny child. Disrespectful horrible management. No help that it isn’t sanitized or wiped down the area before close. NEGATIVE RATING
This place looked promising from the outside, and the prices would have been justified IF it was in good repair, safe, and had good customer service. This was our first, and likely our last trip to this location. The woman at the desk who checked us in was polite, but the gatekeeper was a jerk. He said to me as I am shepherding a 4 and 1 yr old, bags and a stroller thru the gate hurry up before the gate closes! The gate closed with my kids on the other side and his response was just push it! The staff upon exiting didnt even verify our wrist bands to ensure I was leaving with my kids and not taking someone elses. I was shocked that there were no lockers to store belongings (the front desk did hold my purse for me). The laundry baskets in the ballistic ball area were cracked on the handles and sharp. On the upper deck of the ballistic ball area there was an exposed wire on one of the ball guns and broken flexi pipes. Over in the toddler area, there was an exposed metal edge where the foam had ripped away and was no longer ziptied. Under the toddler gym where the punching bags were hanging the foam floor was missing. I saw a bigger kid run in there and slip. Not 2 minutes later my daughter walked over there and fell and smacked the back of her head on the floor (note the picture is after I personally hunted down missing foam pieces and tried to make it safer). When I went to retrieve her I slipped and fell too. Overall the place was dirty and not kept up. Didnt see an option to contact anyone in person. Really hoping the manager can see and address these safety issues before someone gets seriously injured.
My husband and I took our 4 year old granddaughter there. Only one person at the desk. Didn’t know you had to fill out a waiver form. Had to do it on my phone. It was a long form and hard to see on a phone. Filled it out and took it back up to the desk. Was told I had to fill out all the people going in. They asked for the ID on your drivers license! Really, why is that necessary? I really don’t want all that info online. I found the whole process totally frustrating. Walked out without going. Granddaughter was very upset. It is a really cute place for kids but this process needs to be improved. And it is quite expensive. Why do parents have to pay when they are just watching their kids. Won’t go back.
Our 1.5 year old son loved it. There was more than enough that he could do on his own or with me close behind him. I think I enjoyed it just as much he did. Lots of slides, tubes to crawl through, and everything is padded nice. Plus, it was clean and they continued to wipe it all down in sections through out the time we spent there. Only thing I didnt care for was the fact that once your inside, there is no re-entry. Will definitely be bringing him back to enjoy again.
We were meeting friends at Billy Beez and the traffic getting there was terrible. We arrived around 4:40 and my kids didn’t have a ton of time to play. There was no one behind the counter for about 5 minutes. Once she arrived she couldn’t have cared less. Vaguely tells my husband to fill out the waiver (I had done everyone else to save time), goes to shut the giant door (which they shouldn’t have technically done until 5) and saunters back over to get us checked in. Zero f’s given. We did the family four pack which would cover my 3 kids and 1 adult but the total she gave was more than I expected. I realized she charged us for 2 kids and 2 adults when the adults are much less expensive. I’m like “we should be charged for an extra adult, since the child is covered in the four pack.” She’s like “where does it say that?” WHAT?! This is YOUR job! It’s literally on the board behind her. She’s like “let me see if it will let me put it in like that” meaning she’s worked here for who knows how long and has been charging people that way the whole time.It was clean and the kids had a blast but there was also some manager guy randomly screaming at the employees about the bathroom being closed and yelling out how much time everyone had to play. Kind of strange.
Have called to book a party for my daughters 5th birthday. I called 5 xs over the past 5 days. There is no answer and the voice mail box is full. I called as soon as they opened, before they opened, and a few times during business hours. I will not be trying again. Absolutely ridiculous. I do not want to book and pay almost 500 dollars for her party to find out on the date scheduled they arent open or dont have room for whatever reason and use an excuse that its because I booked online. No thank you.
It’s a fun place, my kids love it, but I saw no one cleaning at all on Saturday, the staff was ok but clearly stressed out.The cost has gone up which I understand but it’s so high it’s not really work going anymore. Plus you need to get their socks. Which is insane. It ended up being $50 for a 2 year old, 4 year old and 1 adult. Plus you can’t go out and come back. I understand covid restrictions and everything, but it’s simply to much. We won’t be going back. Also they had caution tape at a spot where a mesh area had been ripped or broken and that’s not enough for little kids who can’t even read yet. There is a place out in Medina that has a lot of different stuff plus the slides and they have you wear socks but you don’t need to buy theirs. Plus it’s $30 for 2 kids and a parent
Very clean throughout the whole facility. After our first visit, we reserved a Party Room for my grandson’s Birthday...The room was decorated so nicely and set up with our food and beverages. (I have to mention that we ordered the chicken fingers-an additional cost; the were delicious!) The crew did a great job hosting and checking in to see if we needed anything. It was such an enjoyable afternoon and memorable Celebration! Fun for all ages!Looking forward to our next visit!
I booked a party today oct 3rd and had the worst experience, I had no host or shared host, I had nobody help me set up, or clean up, my party room had no balloons just basic paper cloth, my guest were waiting in line for 45mins to get in, even after they signed the waiver, my pizza arrived 35mins before the end of my 2hours and 1 large pizza was missing.I paid for more kids than I needed too and was told I wouldn’t be reimbursed. I requested to speak to a manager and they had to call them on the phone so that means no manager on floor, at the end of my party one of the workers told me that the host called off. Which to me I should of been compensated for the lack of service because I could of easily paid for the basic party service. My kids love billy beez so I say just pay for admission and that’s it. Party service was not worth it at all and I was not happy with how Phil which was the manager I spoke with handled the situation, told me he was going to call me and that’s it, and free admission doesn’t even matter to me because we are first responders and so we get in for free anyways, I do plan to call corporate tomorrow morning.
Unprofessional!!! I booked a party almost a month ago and still haven’t received an email with invitations or anything. Nobody will answer the phone this is ridiculous, I shouldn’t have to keep going up there to get information. I want my deposit back the party is in less than a week & they took my money but sent nothing to confirm
This place is amazing. And huge. The staff is super friendly and helpful. I feel safe letting my kids just play and have fun. I brought my 2 daughters and their 2 cousins, ages 2, 4, 6, and 7. They all had a blast. And the cafe is so convenient, and reasonably priced.Admission is also very reasonable. If we lived closer, we would be here all the time.
I like that the adults are able to play with the kids too had a blast! However at the end...my whole perception of safety changed & I was concerned & disappointed. As I was leaving the employee at the counter whos sole job is to make sure our children are safe & are supposed to make this place safe as I was told over & over by friends, was just on the phone talking to a friend or someone not work related & instead of checking our bands just waved us right by when we were leaving & I said oh thats really safe & left thinking I may not be able to go there again.
Place is fun my kids love it. BUT it can be pricey without the family 4-pack. I mean they just about charge EVERYBODY including my 8mos old🤦🏾♂️. But its a fun & safe place. I just wish for price theyd throw in SOME tokens or socks at least for what youre paying. I spent over $90 to get in and then that much on tokens to play the few games thats there. But the tubes, slides and all for kids AND adults 😔🙄🤫 makes it awesome
I probably wont be going again. Nickeled and dimmed here. They charged me for a 4 family pack without telling me even though I mentioned I had a free infant. Then after giving us tags they told us we needed branded socks otherwise we would need to buy some. Never have I had to pay for socks before mandatory. I was even sold toddler socks for an infant that were too large. I get covid blah blah but at least be upfront and post this on the sign with prices. Secondly if your going to not allow food or drinks and not allow reentry at least open your concession stand.
My four-year old granddaughter walked out of Billy Beez another husband and wife saw her walk out and ran after her the husband went to get a worker she was right near escalator she could have fallen and broken her neck. Employee stated sorry we’re short of help they should close doors or have an alarm system when someone walks in or out THEY WERE SUPPOSED TO BE SOO SAFE What happened ????
What a great first experience we had. Took our little one there on her 3rd birthday. During the week in the morning definitely the best time for little ones. There was maybe 2 other little kids there with their parents.. The lady at the front desk was helpful and informative for it being our first experience. I love how they had part of the exit blocked off so the only way out was in front of the desk and the lady had to let you out. Made me feel my child was safe. She had a great time.
Well, what do you expect? Its a more friendly chuck e cheese. The okay equipment itself is clean enough and the kids love it. As an adult it can get a little claustrophobic but in a big guy and can still keep up with the kids. The only complaint is the game area, the prices for games are a bit high, and at least one time I went there half the games were broken. This time was better. Overall a nice place to bring the kids as a special treat.
Not for kids who arent walking or under 18 months. We were under the impression that this place has activities for children like our ten month old but their toddler area is really better for kids of at least 2 or so. Also they charged for adults and even though we walked in for five min, realized that there really was not a toddler friendly area, and walked back out they would not provide a refund.
I am a 55 year old Great Aunt who met my 2 1/2 yr old niece & her parents there. My niece had a blast in all the age appropriate areas. I climbed with her thru the different areas to get to the slides. The slides are so fast & fun. Loved this place. Will definitely go back.
The boys had fun and enjoyed playing. Good place to take your kids if you want to wear them out. Not an all the time thing, but good for winter inside activities. Clean, and parents can take little ones in if need be. Thank goodness they dont charge parents as much as the kids price or it would be expensive.
Horrible experience. This place is extremely dirty, there were kids running up the slides and more kids with their socks off then on. Disgusting! It was dinner time and the cafe was closed, they wont allow any outside food or drink in either! There was absolutely zero staff on the floor besides maybe one? but you couldnt even tell because he was just in a grey polo and jeans. I only assume he was staff because he had a whistle around his neck. The arcade area was closed and it was mid-day. This place is really a joke and not worth the money at all. Two years ago when I was last here it was much better. Day & night compared to presently. Whoever is running this venue now clearly doesnt give a damn at all.
We got there around 11 am it wasnt crowded. They had a signs up no outside food. After my child had been playing for a while. I went to get a drink for her from the snack counter. There was no one working the snack bar. I went to the front to tell someone I would like to purchase a water. Waited maybe 20 min still no one came. Not a way to run a kids play area. There should be some one at the snack bar from time open to last person leave.
Kids love it here. Its extremely busy at times on weekends and its no wonder as there is so much for kids to do. Its biggest problem is that the upper level is very maze like which is good for older kids. However some younger kids will panic so you might find yourself going up there or trying to track your kid from below with word of encouragement. They have a excellent exit policy too where they make sure you and the kids you leave with have the same code on your bracelet. They also have free guest WiFi, there a spot to store your shoes, they have a small arcade you can spend money at and theres a place to get warm pretzels, pizza, etc.You can leave and come back on the same day, but be warned the line up might make it impossible to get back in.Your best bet is to get there early.
While my daughter enjoyed her stay, it was very chaotic. The staff looked miserable. Staff doesnt ensure the toddler area is only used for toddlers. Everyone was wearing shoes where they shouldnt. Place was dirty. And lastly, customers were fighting with one another in front of the children, cussing and being very trashy. Will NEVER go again.
We went on a Saturday early evening in February. This wasnt out first time here, either. The place was obviously busy for the time of year and weather conditions outdoors. Even though the place was very busy, the kids had a blast and everyone moved around efficiently. This place is definitely worth the stop if you have younger children. It provides a nice break from shopping.
Billy Beez socks required? Seriously? Grippy socks is all someone should need. It’s bad enough you charge for a parent to just sit here. You lost an existing customer over this money grabber! I’ll be sure to give my business to Get Air, Bounce Magic and Sky Zone instead. At least they are not in business to rip me off!
If youre looking to be nickel and dimed under the guise of industry standards, then this is the place for you. Be aware that all individuals, even those adults planning to supervise from the sidelines, will need to pay full admission and buy their special socks at $3/pair. No outside water bottles. And if you brings kids of different ages, knowthat absolutely no children over the designated height can enter the little kids toddler area, even if no other toddlers are in the toddler area. Make sure you have extra adults with you to help supervise. Some pleasant employees, but some will literally follow you around waiting to discipline. We wont be back.
The staff here was a bit rude towards the fact I didn’t know socks had to be purchased though my daughter had her own. This place is truly a bit expensive. I paid for a membership for my child to go throughout the year but it really doesn’t include much at all. You think for $130 you can get a pair of socks, meal, t shirt or something ?? But no.
My family went here for the first time and it was so much fun! I did not think it was as big but its huge! We lost our kids multiple times but it was fine because they were so distracted that they didnt seem to care. Prices are a bit expensive but for the amount of enjoyment we all experienced, it was worth it.
Great indoor play place! Good for all agesThey have a toddler area for the little ones. The main play structure is hugh with lots to do. The adults seemed to love it as much as the kids especially the big slides. They have a food stand there too if you want to eat there. We never did but I saw alot of families with pizza.
My kids love the place of course because they dont have to pay for it. I feel that for as much as is charged to get in, they can at least have clean bathrooms. We were the first ones in and they bathroom were obviously not cleaned from the night before. And if the bathrooms arent properly cleaned and cant imagine what their cleaning protocol is for the equipment our kids play in/on.
We love Billy beez the only concern I have is the amount of people that use the restrooms in their Billy beez socks and no shoes, then continue to play on the equipment in their now unsanitary socks. Especially now with the covid concern, there should be shoes required signs on all the bathroom doors. I did not see any if Im not mistaken.
My daughter loves this place so we go for hours. It can get busy and parents do not watch their kids they just let them roam free which is annoying. I would not suggest eating here go out in the mall to eat. Often there food is just sitting and not fresh and its hard to find staff in the back to help. Lastly, pay attention to whos working as they are not wearing uniform so its hard to tell.
Best time my daughter had in a while. Food is ok, needs improvement so they can stand out from food court. Also should looking into fixing the issue in the back right corner, its been there for over year. Its more play area for them that could be.Update: 5-9-18 (Was there last)My second doughter went on that day above and the back area that was closed off for months was fixed. They were making more changes when I was there for the 2T and up area. I would like to see more tunnels and tubes, my daughter only asked why there are not many long tubes/slides. Was very clean and smelled nice.
$39 for two girls to play. $25 for two soft pretzels and two soft drinks. $15 for two more drink. $30 for soggy fries and chicken fingers. After over $100 spent Bring some chips in from the food court that they are in and you get kicked out. Oh and so much for paying attention to the kids. My daughter just walked out to the food court no questions asked. I avoided this place for ever. And now I know why I will never come back.
From the outside, this place looks nice but going in is a different story. Outside of check-in for the place, staff just sits around on their phones and chatting with each other. The location is dirty and in disrepair.Walking in there were spilled drinks in the coat and shoe area. Food wrappers, quarter sized lint balls, and a broken clothing basket in the play area (which I assume belongs to the staff for ball pickup). Not to mention a bus pass from April 5th (currently the 8th). The ball launcher area has loose tape from patch work on pipes there. In the sports court, broken kick balls are in the court for kids to play with.Rules are not enforced what so ever. Kids and adults running around with no socks on, drinks in the play areas, and general chaos all around. Staff didnt even seem to care to enforce anything outside of making sure kids are leaving with the correct adults they came with but even that was done poorly as they didnt look at the other customers leaving. Huge safety hazard here.Safe your money and go to other places. Not worth the time and money.
This place is clean and the staff that signed us in was very friendly. Honestly, I would give it 5 stars, but I think the pricing is ridiculous. They charged me $18 for myself and my 1 year old. The toddler area is not worth $18! Then, they charge for the parent, but all of the slides in the general area say parents cannot go down the slide with their children. So...toddler area is lame and not worth the money, but I cant even take my child or help my child in the general area because Im not allowed on the equipment even thoughhhh I had to pay?! Makes no sense.. paying way too much not not be able to use half the stuff.
Kids Nirvana!! 5🌟 fun except for a few small details. The best part is the security that your kids can not leave unless you are with them!! and without that security, this place w/b hell for parents bcz its too huge to see your kids at all times. Best for ages 1 - 12. Adults can participate too.
In general, I like Billy Beez as a place. It is fun and the kids have fun. However, if you have to deal with the people who work there, thats a different story. The girl at the front was nice. The guy at the gate was not. Like come on, its a kids place, be polite and kind. The people in the food area just stand there and dont ask you if you need help. Then when I finished ordering my food they said it would take 45 minutes for it to be done. Ridiculous. So I left to get food at the food court instead. Its pretty sad that such a fun place has bad employees.
Great set up. Great slides. Completely unattended and out of control. I have visited other Billy Bee locations and this was by far the worst. There were no play attendants on the floor monitoring the children. Kids were climbing slides, crashing and tripping into each other and bringing drinks into the play area.
Dont put youre wallet away. They charge about $16 per child over 12 months, then $4 for the first adult to accompany (required) the child, then $7 for a second adult (marriage tax). Now they also require you to purchase their Billy bees socks for an additional $3-$4 per person to play.
Worst birthday party experience for my five year old I have ever had. staff has no clue what they are doing and nothing is organized. whole birthday party package is ridiculously over priced. pizza that came with party was awful tasting. my child didnt even receive his free shirt he was supposed to according to website package deals. do not recommend for a birthday party at all.
We’ve only been here a couple of times, but it is insanely overpriced for the minimal that you get in return. The staff certainly don’t help to make this already chaotic and noisy atmosphere anymore pleasant. They have a lackadaisical approach to EVERYTHING. It doesn’t matter how long you’ve waited in line or that they have already repeated themselves over and over again, they are in their own little world (I kinda want to be in their world too and get paid for it!!)
I was very surprised that Billy Beez was so crowded on a Sunday. Been here many times previous but usually on a Saturday. I dealt with a very sweet, funny young guy at the concession register. I would have liked more food options to choose from but he informed me the cook was sick. Why arent there other staff trained to work in that section? Female employee at check in was very friendly as well. Bathroom garbage was overfill. Seating area had no clean tables and some were empty. One female employee was walking around with earbuds on but she was clearly helping 2 kids locate their parents. Why do the parents have to pay even if they dont participate? Glass windows needed cleaning as well.
We went there today. This place used to be nicer. Over the past year it has really gone down hill. Many things in disrepair even to the point of being saftey issues (ex gaps and missing foam flooring in the todler area). Its dirty and messy. The ENTIRE staff was just on their phones or chatting with each other the WHOLE time! Seriously. No exaggeration. Its too bad. With a little bit of work and management this place could be great.Update: Went there again last week and some of the missing floor tiles were fixed, and I actually saw an employee cleaning and only saw one employee stealthily on their phone. Upped my rating by a star.
We are Canadian, and I have patience of a saint. We arrived looked at there price list, was told I will be helped in a minute. There were 3-4 staff just hanging around doing nothing making jokes, another staff member comes by and says 1 minute, 10 minutes go by, nothing happens, loafing staff still standing around.A member arrives for her shift, the loafers ask her to call someone for us, she looks at me and huffs and leaves. Another 5 minutes we wait, and we leave, as we are walking away they scoffed at us as we left. Not a nice experience for sure.
Overpriced indoor jungle gym that charges by age (up to 17 yrs old) thats located in the Galleria mall. One grandparent or parent is free with payment for toddlers. Take your children to the park for free. Word of mouth is children become sick after playing here. Visit Dave and Busters instead if you need something to do.
This is my 3rd visit here with my 4 year old, girst time back in maybe 9 mos. Still a great place to spend a dew hours and play. However, I am shocked at how much the place has run down phusically simce our last visit. The ballistics pit was down for repair, several games were out of order, and there was dust all over. There were several employees cleaning, but didnt seem to have much direction on priorities. The repairman in the ballistics area disnt seem to know what he was doing. Hopefully they get back om the right track, we really like coming here once in a while.
Its always a blast. Although yes we keep coming back I think Billy Beez loses out on capitalizing on us more by being on the pricey side. It is still worth the occasional trip, but we would like to be able to patronize more often and cannot justify price of doing so... Aside from pricing it would be a 5 star experience.
This review isnt about the facility itself as I didnt have the displeasure of spending any time here, its more about the staff themselves.Picture the scene : Youre at work on a Saturday afternoon and your wife texts you ( you know shes at Billy Beez with your 5 year old and two year old ) telling you that her wallet has been stolen. OK it sucks but it happens, I tell her to stay there and theyll reach out to Mall Security and ultimately reach out to the Police to file a report and ill go about cancelling our credit cards / debit cards. Then 10 minutes later I get a call from my wife in tears saying they she has no money, my kids are getting antsy and my 2 year old is getting hungry and the staff at Billy Beez are just letting a mom with two small kids sit there in tears without checking on her and also made a call to Mall Security who told them that my wife has to make the call to the police and handle it with Mall Security and the Police.....are you serious, a Crime happens on your property and your attitude is to let the customer ( who by the way had already paid extortionate prices to spend an hour there with her kids ) handle it themselves and also sit upset with her two kids without any help or checking on her whatsoever. Now imagine that you leave the office and drive down to console her, give her some money and wait for the Police to arrive so shes not alone. Now to end the story, she had to call Mall Security again to check and get an update ( Billy Beez staff did not ) and it turns out they found the wallet and someone had handed it in.After my wife had left and I thanked Mall Security for their help I decided to make my way to Billy Beez to be told by their Manager that they followed procedure, which means their procedure clearly sucks and needs an overhaul when youre a facility that caters to Moms and Kids but when something goes wrong you dont want to lend a hand to said Mom and Kids.Billy Beez needs to be ashamed of themselves and their staff training, Moral of the story is if youre interested in letting your kids run around and have fun while remortgaging your house to do so then Billy Beez is the place for you, but god forbid you need them to help you in a time of need as they really couldnt give a damn.
I recently had my sons 1st birthday party there, the hospitality was HORRIBLE , we were rushed out of the party room, i was made to pay over $200 more what the party was due to miscommunication on billy beez behalf the managers was the worst. the only person that made the experience ok for us was the lady that waited on our party. i would never spend a red cent at billy beez again
Update 9/27/2019:We will NOT be coming back here again. When we arrived, we positioned our personal belongings (wallet, keys, purse, phone) into a cubby such that they were behind our shoes and out of plain sight. When we went back to the cubby area to get our stuff and leave, the entire area was moved so that everyones things were repositioned, with only shoes in the cubbies. The purses were hung up on hangers by the coat area. Anyone could have easily stolen any belongings they desired. This is especially bad because Billy Beez claims they are not responsible for any lost or stolen property...so why are their employees touching everyones personal belongings? 😠😡🤬
This BillyBeez is the worst. The manager is extremely rude would not provide his name when asked also the staff are very unprofessional. I filed a complaint my email which was given to me. They stated no corporate number was available. I never received a response or acknowledgment that my email was recieved for this location. I would never bring my kids back to this place or any others after the treatment received when i came a week ago. THIS PLACE IS THE WORST. ...
DO NOT SPEND 400$ ON A BIRTHDAY PARTY THIS PLACE IS A DISASTER THE EMPLOYEES ARE RUDE AND DISRESPECTFUL SPILLED POP ALL OVER MY DAUGHTER NOT PAYING ATTENTION BIGGEST WASTE OF MONEY YOU ARE BETTER OFF SPENDING 400$ ON A GIFT THEN HAVING A PARTY AT BILLY BEEZ TRUST ME ALSO THEY DONT FOLLOW RULES ANYONE CAN WALK AWAY WITH YOUR CHILD BECAUSE THEY JUST DONT CARE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Unprofessional customer support- one of their employee messed up our mega pack(10) and now they cannot find any account or card in their system. I emailed the customer support and they are not responding at all even after multiple follow ups since last 2.5 months. Will not recommend to buy a mega pack as you may loose your money, just like I did.
The place is in major need of repair... very very dusty and dirty! Balls everywhere.. mats in infant area ripped and unkepted,... employees standing around talking and I saw one let their friends in with children without paying.. this too will close without proper supervision
Horrible service! This place is not sanitary and the food is disgusting. We ordered a large pizza and it taste like card board and old cheese. Reported it to the manager who agreed that it even looked bad but didnt really seem to care at all and wouldnt refund our money.
Worst customer service I have seen in my life employees specially at the reception ( where they should be at least welcoming and smiling in an area where all kids and families come over ) are rude and unprofessional they show carelessness and unfortunately all my friends say the same thing wish there was a similar place like it so we could take our kids out
Lost my wallet there, and someone returned it but stole the money out of it. I asked who returned it and the answer was “some guy that looks like everyone else”... with a laugh after. Asked for cameras and the refused to since I had got my wallet back and only lost 200 bucks out of it.

2022-01-22Fun place with lots of tunnels. Great place for a kids birthday party. They serve pizza, hour pretzels, hot dogs, etc. The security seems pretty good, so nobody can walk off with your child. And they had hours of fun!

2022-03-26First the lady at the desk was extremely rude and unprofessional to my sister, but then super friendly to my husband and I. It threw me off completely. Both boys had a blast (1 yr and 7 yr) there was plenty for both of them to do. Although my 1 yr old preferred the big slides. Noone was ever at the snack stand so we could get a drink. The moms wanted to play with the arcade but only 4 games were even working. They need a maintenance man/IT to get to work. My nephew wanted to play games but there wasnt enough working to even be worth it. I took 2 stars for the employee and arcade, everyone had fun and was ready for a break after playing and running!! Wow go back in the future.

2021-11-23Cute place. Great for kids ages 3-7. We went this past weekend for a birthday which was great, the kids play then come eat some cupcakes, open gifts, and play some more. The only downfall is there were some older kids probably 9-13 running through the tunnels and stuff and not watching out for the little ones. They should have an age restriction or at least enforce some rules about ho the older kids were rough housing.

2022-03-15Definitely a great place to bring your little one(s). If you can play with them all the better. They have a toddler section so if you cant, they can! Wel ove Beez@

2021-07-22I want to love this place. I really do, but I have some thoughts. The good: wide variety of strong structures to climb, slide and run around. I saw staff cleaning as kids played. There is an area for little toddlers and the rest for bigger kids. The arcade area looked interesting but inaccessible with repair men. Bathroom was clean and I appreciated a changing table. Many areas to sit and hang out.The bad: prices are ridiculous for what you get. Im from Washington, DC and for the same kind of place with a concessions stand, arcade and indoor playground structure I paid $12.50 for a whole day for 1 child and maybe $10 in food for 2. Here, I paid for one child and one adult (I literally sat on the floor with my baby scrolling on my phone while my baby nursed and slept, the heck you charge for a body). Thankfully my 5 mo old wasnt charged. I was told I needed to purchase their socks but I said we were already wearing socks so absolutely not. The concessions area wasnt open, so we couldnt eat or drink anything while here. It would be great if they either allowed outside food/drink, OR ability to leave and come back, OR open the concessions. I know staffing has been hard to come by but something has to give to accommodate. For what is being paid, I felt it wasnt justifiable. I wanted a weekly play date location for my group of moms to go to and the cost is too prohibitive. If you are coming to blow steam as a once in awhile its great for the most part. But for a regular visit, go elsewhere.

2019-12-29I took my daughter and visiting nieces to play there during the summer. They enjoyed themselves. It was fun and safe. They even made me prove my daughter was mine before I was allowed to exit since she had ripped out and lost her wristband at some point while inside. It was bright, colorful, lively, energetic, happy and fun for the children. It was also clean and staff kept coming around to make sure it stayed that way.

2022-06-03The place needs a good dusting it was so dusty that you couldnt see the kids through the plexiglass on the slides and the netting that covers the top had a layer of it. Another thing that I found disgusting was the garbage absolutely reeked, Im not too sure if they didnt change it in a while or somebody threw a diaper in it but it lit up a good section of that play place with such a foul smell. There was no food or drinks available to purchase either even though they had an area for it. The reason why I give it three stars is because at least my daughter had fun.

2022-01-09Had my daughters 7th birthday party at billy beez today. Everything was great. Phil is awesome! He took care of the party arrangements which I changed twice the week off and he still accommodated He definitely made the experience more pleasant and even helped me with bringing out our stuff to load in the car. I had made a visit Wednesday to check out the party rooms and the girls on duty were great with showing me around and relying my concerns to Phil about the change in package I wanted. Best customer service I’ve EVER had in this industry!

2022-05-03They need better management and a fully working arcade room here. You can’t bring drinks or food in, but there isn’t an attendant working the concession? Do better Billy Beez!
