I bought a dirt bike there and I put it in my truck and I brought it to my buddy’s house and it would not start so I called them back then they said fix it yourself there service is bad
Went in searching for a helmet. The two people there were very friendly and helpful. They helped me find what I needed and the price was very fair. Im glad I stopped in! Highly recommend this Honda Dealership

Not sure who the young man at the counter was but he went above and beyond to help me find a part for a fourwheeler! And very polite on the phone! Its awfully sad but you dont experience the kind of top quality customer service every where you do business.He definitely has what it takes and ive been on all sides of the counter his name was not bob .

Workers smoking cigs first of all , terrible customer service was called that our atv was in drove over 45 mins to pick it up to be told its not not in they called the wrong person never said sorry just told us if you dont want it we will sell it to someone else . Will never go back and will never recommend to anyone. Stay away go somewhere that treats there customers right !!
Just had a Ducati there to fix an oil leak caused by the 600 mile service work done at the Ducati dealer in Scranton. Binghamton Honda fixed it while we waited at a very reasonable rate. Friendly and knowledgeable service.
Very poor costomer service. I recently bought a motorcycle from Binghamton Honda and had the following experiences on the day I picked it up. No one in the shop knew anything about the features of the cycle and could not even explain to me how the key fob worked. I was never thanked for purchasing the motorcycle there before I left. The guys that strapped the cycle in my vehicle did such a poor job that it tipped over before even leaving their parking lot. They didnt seem to care if they sold me a motorcycle or not. On a positive note... once they found the paperwork, the registration and title paperwork were ready to go.
The guys there are great and prices are best around for things i needed done on 02 gxrs1000 would highly recommend them.
They have a helpful knowledgable staff and they dont try to take advantage of you or rip you off.

These guys are the best!They really helped me out of a jam and couldve stuck it to me, but they didnt.The owner was there hanging out (in the show room on a Saturday) and we had a really nice chat while I was waiting for my inspection about the different types of bikes in the showroom, my riding style, what type of surfaces I like to ride. Asked me some great questions, and had some good info without feeling pressured.You definitely have a customer for life after today guys....looking forward to my next purchase coming from you.
Could not ask for a better store to shop from or service with. Staff always take the time to make sure you get everything youre looking for and greet with a smile. The owners have been hands down the best buying experience I have ever had with any auto purchase. Parts will find you a part youre looking for even if it means digging to find one that will fit. And service always gets the work done quickly, correctly, and well priced.Only negative about the place is that its so popular you have to wait sometimes. But I guess thats a trade-off for great service, everybody gets it, even the guy in line before you; and Ive never visited the store without some customer already inside or right behind me.

I was in the shop for 20 minutes and no one even approached us. They were to busy talking. LOUSY CUSTOMER SERVICE.I also went back September 2020a year later, walk around for about 3 minutes calling out for a sales person, no one answered, I dont even think there was any one in the store, so I left. LOUS SERVICE, DONT WASTE YOUR TIME

Great store all around, one of few places I trust to bring any of my machines to.. The Mechanics Jason and Josh are great and know what they are doing if you have a question dont be a afraid to ask them very helpful people. and dont let the Honda scare you away I bring my Suzuki there also. any brand they know what they are doing. For the front of the store yeah yea yeah sometimes you have to wait a min in the not air conditioned store and sweat your ass off, but there is usually two people up front helping and if you dont wanna wait look around the store is packed full of beautiful bikes and tons of gear helmets boots you name it they got it! The service you get from this honda dealership is amazing. . Always friendly and will take the time to look up parts and answer questions for you . I have only bought parts and accessories here . I have asked questions on how to repair my bike and they have taken me back to a mechanic for Q&A.
Poor customer service and badly managed. Parts prices are often overpriced and inflated. Speaking of inflated, my tire that they put on was over 60psi, when it should be less that 30psi. Not safe. Not to mention the price they charged to put the tires on...even though I brought the wheels already off the bike.

All my experiences (sales and service) with Binghamton Honda have been great. When they hired (Tech) Frank G. several years ago, they hit the jackpot... he knows his stuff and is never pushy about trying to sell stuff to me. He fixes problems correctly the first time. He is usually booked well in advance, but handles really urgent repairs promptly.When I bought my new demo 2012 Gold Wing there a couple of years ago (not a planned purchase, but my wife noticed and liked it, pointing it out to me) when my 2004 GL1800 was in for a new rear tire. We did the test drive and made a good deal right there.

I called the dealer and made an appointment to a 2017 Honda CB 1100 EX. After taking a test ride, I bought the motorcycle. Everyone at the dealer was friendly and helpful. Rob, the owner, answered all of my questions and thoroughly explained the features and details of the motorcycle. This dealer is very passionate about Honda products and I enjoyed working with them.
They were very friendly and helpful. I also like that the guy hasnt called a1000 times like the guy from Toyota. Nice showroom and selection.

Prices are fair considering sales tax, shipping and handling. From my experience the staff is knowledgeable and gives personal attention explaining what you need to know.

2022-04-15Stopped in to check out the shop and see what they had in stock. Ended up buying a new Grom. Price was good and they are super easy to work with. Being a newb I was worried I might feel out-of-place. On the contrary, they made me feel real comfortable and fielded any questions I sent their way. They even taught me how to strap my new bike to my trailer. I will certainly return for any future purchases and service. Rob and his team are legit! Be confident to give them your business.

2022-03-27I walked in to see what they had in stock and to inquire about a repair. I walked in and majority of the lights were off or dim. They had a variety of bikes for sale as well as helmets and gear.A helmet caught my attention, but couldnt find a price tag. I roamed around some more in hopes to see a staff member, but one was helping someone. Another staff member I could hear on the phone was out of sight though.The place is a bit dated and not that inviting.I will stop back in hopes to find some accessories with some assistance next time

2021-10-06What a great shop! I am on my way to Central America and was having a problem with my fuel system. I showed up at store opening and met Jason! He listened to me! Took the bike in. Worked on it and got it running well. He was knowledgeable and shared what he was doing to the bike. Heres the deal though...Im riding a BMW! He was really busy but took the time out to get me back on the road.My next bike may very well be a Honda due to this experience!Great job Jason and Binghamton Honda!

2021-10-05Jason in service was great. I was traveling and needed to re-up my tkc80s on my final leg of my back country discovery route. I called around and no one could really help me. I called Jason at Binghamton Honda and he was very knowledgeable and was confident he could get my tires next day. He also scheduled me to get them installed. I went ahead and ordered them and crossed my fingers. Next day Jason called me and told me my tires were in. The process was professional, fast and friendly. I couldnt believe it. Great job.

2021-08-14These gentleman saved us today!! We blew a tire on the interstate about two miles from this shop. 95 degree temps. Almost 6 hours away from home. We got a tow to this shop and they got us right in and had the tire changed in under an hour! I cannot tell you how grateful we were!!

Ive taken a couple scooters down to have work done on them and they have always been upfront and honest with me.
