I was looking for shoes for work and I had gotten the most nicest woman there. She asked what kind of shoes I was looking, color, type, style, size. When she brought out the ones I liked, she assisted me in putting them on (even though I was more than capable doing good it myself). If one size felt like a boat, she would bring out another size. Once everything was said and done, she had asked me which one felt more comfortable. After I made my decision, she closed everything out. Truly made me feel like I wasnt just a sale.

We had an amazing experience here. Phoebe helped us and was great! She was patient and helpful and made sure everything we needed was addressed. They have a great selection, but we needed to order a pair of shoes that were not in stock and I received a call the next day with all the details and it was easy to pay over the phone. Would absolutely recommend!

The employees are so helpful. Birkenstock is known for high quality and the staff are equally as awesome. Best place in the world for Birkenstock and high quality shoes.

We were pleased with this store especially the salesperson named Afroditi. She was very knowledgeable and helpful. She was patient with us. We would go back to the store in the future.

Aphrodite, Olivia, and Phoebe were all so helpful in helping me look for Birkenstocks. This is definitely the best store to go to if you want a large selection of Birkenstocks to choose from. All the people that work at this store have excellent customer service skills especially in times of Covid now. I still love my Birkenstocks color and style which is hard to find and I cant part with them yet (lol), so unfortunately I did not buy a new pair of Birkenstocks. However, if I ever want to get my Birkenstocks repaired or buy a new pair I will definitely go to Birkenstock Depot in Huntington.

Absolutely fantastic company. I cannot sing their praises enough... they have Birkenstocks that I cant find anywhere else and the customer service is second to none. Denise is wonderful and extremely helpful. I highly recommend this store!

I was a little uncomfortable going in to a store post-COVID, but Im really glad I did. They had lots of precautions in place, which made me feel much better about being there. They didnt have the exact color/style combination that I wanted in stock, so the associate ordered them for me. She also realized I needed a narrow size, which I never would have thought to order on my own. Ive been wearing my new Birkenstocks nonstop since I picked them up and I love them! Thanks guys!

I went to this store looking to buy my first pair of Birkenstock’s after many years. I have had less than stellar experiences being fitted for these, ordering online & such. Annabelle, the salesgirl in the store was a huge help. It’s becoming more & more difficult to find a good shoe store these days. I will definitely be back here.

Stopped in yesterday after ordering a pair of Birkenstocks online. Denise was happy to help me fit my new Birkenstocks and make sure I was comfortable and understood the break in process. Can t recommend this store enough!

What a great (first) experience!! The owner and her husband were best!! Very helpful, knowledgeable and patient!!! We left four pairs of shoes 😃😃😃
