Ordered a cheese pizza, boneless bbq wings & onion rings. Super basic dinner order but they didn’t disappoint it was delicious!!! We will definitely be ordering again!
We go here at least once a week. We are always treated great and the staff is very friendly. I have never had one issue with the food. The portions are great as well.

They have really good food-my favorite is the calzone, it has so much ricotta cheese. I believe they are the best calzones Ive ever had.
Listen, I got 2 slices and a homemade chocolate chip cookie the size of my face for under 10 bucks. What!? Yup! And, its f@#$÷×! DELICIOUS! Staff is helpful and friendly, too! I havent tried anything else or stayed to eat here but I absolutely will be! Well done!
Did take out of the square 8 piece. Flavor is great. Crust is thick and doughy(I like thin better). Pizza was cooked well, Pizza is made to be a little doughy. Topping are a medium coat, would prefer more toppings. Staff was very friendly. Place was busy. Pizza was done well, but not exactly my type. Brought rating down because of lite topping, 4 pepperoni per slice.
I went here for the 1st. time this weekend. I like to try new places. We all got salads, fresh homemade garlic bread, appetizers, pizza 🍕& a few different pasta dinners. Everything was absolutely delicious. They make everything homemade & fresh u can tell. It was one of the best dinners we all had out in awhile. It was a nice atmosphere inside, service was great, prices were great for the quality & huge portion size. I cant wait to eat here again & try something else on their menu. If your in the area please give it a try to support a local business u wont be disappointed.

Everyone is a pizza expert. Everyone is a pizza critic. Pizza Time in Ballston spa is amazing!!! Flavors of the crust. The bricked oven crisp underneath in each bite. Flavors of the sauce and special instructions followed precisely. Delivery guy was great and very polite. We just moved into our new house from other side of Albany and I was afraid of missing my favorite pizza place back there. Well, pizza time destroys my former favorite and my weekly pizza night will always be a pizza time night!!!!
Pizza Time was always my go to place for fast food. Lately, not only did the prices go up but the quality of the food went down. I ordered a large pie and 2 steak subs for guests that I was entertaining. Told them that this was one of the best pizzerias around. The crust on the pizza was burnt. You could break your teeth on it. The steak subs were supposed to come with onions and peppers, asked them to hold the peppers on one of them. Received no onions and no peppers and they were so dry. If we had to put a condiment on them, they didnt ask what we like, so we assumed it came already dressed with something. And the young delivery girl was not friendly At All. She was tipped very well and never responded to any communication attempt. Very very disappointed.
Good food, nice atmosphere. Pizza crust is nice and crispy, which isnt a given for tossed crust. As someone that dislikes plain water, coffee, and sweetened beverages, I am happy to report that the iced tea is also on the better side. Just dont get chicken on a pizza; its breaded, stringy, and just plain unpleasant. Everything else Ive had however had been good.

Pizza Time delivered a pizza to us last night at the Robin Hood Motel on route 50. If it wasnt the best pizza weve ever ate it was definitely tied with the best pizza we ever had! We are both in our mid-50s and have traveled all over the United States many times. Thank you very much for maybe the best pizza weve ever had!!!
Asked and emphasizes 9n crispy wings they were soggy and the 10 wings we received were more like 8 1/2 plus had to put them in our oven over the sogginess. Almost $60 for nothing.
Amazing food just down right good old school cooking, with subs way bigger more meat than any where hang for the buck here folks love going to this place for lunch during the week at work. Super friendly and accommodating. if you have something bad to say for a review you should probably go to the business first before you place something that you could regret I hate seeing reviews where you know someone had a five star someone had a one star thats probably about the communication this place is awesome.
Just happened to be waiting for a door dash order and thought Id pick up a sub while I was waiting. This was the best sub Ive ever had. The bread was so fresh and everything was so tasty! Definitely worth the price.

Ordered a Large NY Style Pepperoni for the first Sunday of football season and was very disappointed! Unfortunately found multiple small hairs on slices throughout the pizza and the crust tasted like a frozen pressed dough. At $21 bucks for the pie, I will not be ordering from them again!

We have been eating at Pizza Time for a good number of years. I got my fiance hooked on their HUGE subs, and they have always made the most delicious pizza and wings. The only thing on their menu that was a turn-off was their garlic knots, which consisted of their dinner rolls with garlic and butter. But not any more! Needless to say we were very pleasantly surprised when we saw new recipe for their knots on the menu. Oh... MY.... GOD! They were slightly crispy on the outside and oh so chewy in the middle. Perfectly slathered with melted butter and garlic. My experience with dining there is now 100% complete! Absolutely FANTASTIC!

I Was there for lunch today. Waitress was a rock star. Food was amazing. I had the best Calzone Ive ever had in my whole life.
We have ordered pretty frequently from Pizza Time over the years,with varying results. Tonight, dinner for my family was $75, before tip,and the food was average,at best. We have had a couple of disappointing deliveries,but tonights offerings did NOTHING for us. The burgers used to come with a side of consistently good fries-but no longer. The new wedges(soggy, greasy,stuck together and undercooked) made the burgers even more underwhelming. My husband said his pasta was good-but for the price,it just doesnt seem worth it any longer.

My family loves this restaurant. The food is always good. If they make a mistake with the order they fix it right away. BUT! Now that we are dealing with COVID... at first all the girls at the front were wearing masks but everyone in the kitchen was not. Now they are all wearing masks-thank god except for the one guy, right in everyone’s view, handling food with his mask below his nose. He might as well cough all over everyone.
They let us come super close to closing (sorry again) and they’re always so polite and welcoming. The food is amazing and the place is spotless. I usually get the stuffed shells (very cheesy and delicious) and my girlfriend gets pizza or salads and likes both.
Pizza Time has been wonderful during this difficult time for everyone. Their 24-cut pizzas are amazing and they have the best baked items like cookies and cheesecake. Thank you guys for your delicious food and making these days a bit more enjoyable.
We used to order all the time (almost nightly). We stopped ordering frequently due to the order getting messed up almost everytime. But tonight we ordered ( her decision), and it was the absolute worst sausage sub I ever had. I took 1 bite and threw it away. The sausage tasted very old it was hard. And the sub was almost cold. I understand that things happen but honestly the odds of getting a messed up order are far greater than getting a good one. It’s a shame because when it’s right it is truly awesome food. Unfortunately I have lost my desire to eat here anymore. There is way too much competition in the area to be charging the money you do for food and completely messing it up.

Foods always HOT and FRESH. The sub rolls are always right on point and almost everything on the menu is pretty damn good. Best boneless wings around and round pizzas like any Italian pizza place. Could use a neopolitan style pizza but this place is awesome!
My family has been getting their pizza for generations all the way back to when they first opened - theyve had their good moments and bad moments as any restaurant does - that being said of course theres been a couple less ideal days of ordering their food. Its only natural - but all in all, between my family and also myself we have ordered there hundreds and hundreds of times over the years if not over a thousand times. And over all the years, theres only been maybe 10-15 not-so-great experiences - out of hundreds and maybe even over a thousand - so only that few over a few decades isnt bad at all. Great pizza, great food altogether, and really great service! 5 stars forever!

Very disappointed. Ordered the Onion Ring burger and get it to find no onion rings. Called the store and was advised they were out of Onion Rings. I just wish someone would have called to see if I wanted a different burger or something else on rather then just giving me a sad burger with just BBQ sauce on it. We put our phone number on when ordering online. I would not have spent my money knowing it was not going to be what I wanted.Went from 3 stars to 2 stars Again ordered and forgot my food.. seems like every time I order something is wrong or missing.. I keep giving it more shots but making me not want to order anymore..
The pizza was great, and timing was perfect. Got everyrging I ordered and the employees were very nice. I recommend this pizza place.
Delivery driver was prompt and courteous. Subs I ordered were prepared exactly as discussed. ( my lunches for the week, a bit out of the ordinary). The French onion soup was the best Ive had this side of the Atlantic! I was in the Navy so, yeah. And they delivered it without question to an out of state truck driver waiting to be loaded. Great business!

Everything was fantastic food was very filling and had lots of flavor my only suggestion is put the lettuce on top of your subs because the next day the whole bottom is soggy and because your subs are so big and delicious, its hard to eat it all.
Ive ordered multiple times from here but the last two times Ive ordered wings and asked them to be extremely crispy and both times theyve been soggy and saturated in grease and barely any sauce on them. I dont understand why its so hard. So I have to come home and bake them for another 20 mins or so to get them to my liking. Ill def stop ordering from here. Which is too bad because their pizza and subs are great and the staff is always so nice.
We order from here often so its finally time for a review. The only reason I give 4 stars is sometimes delivery is longer than expected, but weve ordered pizzas-amazing. Wings- amazing. The sauce is awesome. Grinders (subs)- also wonderful. They also make a great sicilian pizza that serves 20+ people. Weve tried more expensive pizza joints near by and Pizza Time has them beat- inexpensive, fresh ingredients, great food. Nothing short of 4 stars.
I have been ordering from here forever it seems and I have never had any bad comments about the food we have gotten. It has become our favorite place for the subs. They are so fresh and taste delicious. Pizza I has always preferred over the other pizza joints. I would highly recommend this place as we give it a 5 Star.

Excellent pizza and a nice selection of beverages and deserts. Its a regular occurrence that the entire Saratoga Sheriffs department is there eating lunch. The staff is helpful and attentive. The reason why I put a low rate ... I usually go there most of time .. the other services is kind and friendly doing great job make me happy .. till now I went there today at the noon .. I m deaf and hard of hearing with my service dog . The young lady serving was rude didn’t ask for drink just a meal of order ... then I went to other person the front cashier really polite... forget about drink and get silica of pizza and she said want heat up then I say yes please... she is really kind so appreciate... the other services was so rude bring salad with vinegar something weird in it don’t know what that .. I ask her what is this .. she said different kind of oil in vinegar then I told her I m sorry I can’t have that want to change blue cheese and she rolling her eyes and give me ugly attitude... I don’t understand why she do that to me not to other customers I don’t get it and I don’t even know her she is new to me . And she bring meatballs sub doesn’t look neat and I start go ahead and eat and taste funny then she came to me want a box .. I was out of blue I didn’t ask for it I just sit while I eating .. she is so rude .. effect me sickness upset stomach I m not really happy make me stop going there ... I came to cashier ask her I want to speak manager and I told him about it ... I decide want get box go home and I throw food away so I waste to pay for it ... I m really miss other older lady was so great service to me I have nothing problems there at all till now ... the person is so rude and give me really nasty .. Normally excellent pizza, very disappointed tonight with, greasy chicken wings which were chicken strips, were not only grease laden, but tough. Pizza was okay but hardly any meat on it, cheese had slid off to one side. Very, very, very disappointed.
Ordered 7/18/20. Online order. Screwed everything up from the subs, to the soggy fries. Typically good excellent food. Was disappointed 😣 in the online order, never doing again

Working late ordered 12 cheese pizza and boneless wings. Worst Ive ever had. Pizza cold, dripping w/oil, tasteless, burned and the boneless wings not bad. I wish I saved my 21$ and waited until I went home and made oatmeal...it would have been tastier and definitely cheaper. I have to throw away the pizza its so bad. The wings Ill add to soup. Never again too expensive for garbage.
BEST.SUBS.EVER. Ive ordered subs from this place probably close to 100 times. Amazing subs. The pizza is great, the staff is great, and if you say otherwise, you are expecting WAY too much from a local business. Or you were in a bad mood to begin with. If my sub ever came out bad (maybe once?) they would give you a free one, no quesitons asked. Excellet buffalo chicken pizza too!

Round pies are pretty good. Sub bread is always stale. We ordered chicken parmesan subs recently that were bad. The chicken was very dry with the breading falling off, but added to the sub anyway.
Food is very good but if you get order to go, they dont give you anything to eat it with. Thats only reason for not giving a 4

Called the store and was told he should be here soon.. that was a 1:55.. very disappointed

Very disappointed, been coming here a long time,I drive 30 minutes each way but their food has declined, I ordered a chicken parm sub, took it home opened the box and it was so burnt and dry the bread was falling apart, I thought maybe it was a bad night, yesterday I ordered 2 pizzas and again burnt.

Received a flyer in the mail and thought I would give them a try. Called twice. Both times put on hold and then they hung up on me. If you cannot handle the Sunday night football rush then dont mail out flyers to attract new business.

2021-10-10Delicious pie and awesome customer service! 25 minutes for a 16” 8 cut/round sausage and red onions 🍕pickup in store. I arrived early and the staff kept providing an update on the timeframe left. Excellent attention to detail. I see they appreciate your business and put customers first. I will be back, and can’t wait to try other food from the menu. Great job Biscossi’s!

2022-05-12Excellent place, garlic bread was so good, we ended up taking home most of our dinner. As expected, they also have great pizza bread. How do i know....my very picky 4 year old loves their bread and pizza(she doesnt like to eat bread/most pizza place)...enough said.

2021-07-12My bro, his wife and I decided on having Italian for early dinner. Nothing fancy, low keyed but flavorful. Pizza Time did it for us. It was relatively full post July 4 and Isabelle and her colleague were very busy at the dining area. Service took time, understandably but the food and dining experience did not disappoint. 2022-04-25Ordered chicken wings- extra extra crispy with mild sauce- received regular cooked wings and no mild sauce. The 12 cut square pepperoni pizza the crust on the side of the squares was completely burnt. Will not be ordering from this pizza shop again, very disappointed with the lack of effort put into customers orders.

2022-02-20Not only are their items better than the other Pizza Time on Maple Ave. (let alone having a different owner and not affiliated with them), but they have an extended menu of homemade, delicious, and entrée-style items. Family-run, friendly staff, and the chef is amazing! In times when customer service feels like it is ceasing to exist, Mr. Biscossi, his family, and staff have proven people still care not just about the customer, but also quality, and consistency of service and food. Portions are huge, and prices are 100% fair. They have an eat-in restaurant and high restaurant-quality food that will surprise you, since Pizza is in the store name. The only place I can depend on to make a meal that has the same quality if not better, than when I cook at home myself. Biscossis has everything I have been missing when it comes to the all-around dining (or ordering) experience!

2022-06-13The food was excellent, the staff was very friendly and the prices were on par with similar style restaurants. The food portions are enormous! We definitely took home leftovers and had them the next day for lunch. They were still good reheated!! Thats saying something. Its in a run down strip mall, but the establishment is very clean and well kept. We never had any issues waiting for the waitress to remember we were there and come to our table. They were very tentative the entire meal!! Thats something you dont experience often any more.Gluten Free - They did have gluten free pizza and gluten free wings. Not sure about cross contamination or glove changes. I will say my wife has Celiacs Disease and is somewhat sensitive and she did not have a problem. I know others might be very sensitive so tread with caution. She said the wings were good and the pizza was... well... gluten free. Nothing special. Its the run of the mill GF pizza. Shes had better GF crusts, but at least they offer something so she can eat with us.

2022-06-02I ordered a specialty pizza - a taco pizza. It was very very good. I would recommend this pizza place. I was on my way to Exit17N so I ordered and picked it up on my drive up north. I wish they had another pizzeria in Albany, NY.
