The Swai sandwich is insane, so good and fresh! I also really like the smoothies, lots of great options here.Service is friendly and the place is very clean. Overall nice vibe for brunch.
So Ive always wanted to try this place out for many reasons. (1) just to experience the outside dinning. (2) food. Always passing by, but was too nervous. Lol. Now Ive actually came. Woohoo !! But with my sister.... Overall it was an okay experience. I ordered the park slope Salmon Sandwich with Bed-Stuy beet. And my sister ordered Saratoga Shrimp salad, no drink. And my sandwich was bad to be honest like I was looking at the reviews to get a better feel of the place and some said it was good but its bland no flavor just taste like fish and was probably frozen. My original thought was for the salmon salad but didnt get it. Got the sandwich instead ^ I dont know but it had some white stuff on the back like dried up milk. And yes I know how fish is and it wasnt fresh. It wasnt nice and juicy withits tenderness. Most likely bad ! And the employer suggested that if I got it you know not well done it was not gonna be dry. But poor me its still bad. My drink is amazing like its a 10 but the sandwich is like a 4-5. The fries is a 3 could be more seasoned, flavorful and less soggy and more crispy. My sister salad is a 10. It was and is just right. Ill be coming back for juices and salads maybe try out more things. Who knows?! Also threw the rest out that you see in the photo minus the drink and salad. Just didnt want it. Why didnt I get back my money? Well cause Im not one to make the extra mile to fuss. Only when I feel its needed. I like to have my experience and go.
Back at Brooklyn Blend after our 1st visit in January! This delightful place to have coffee, tea, and a delicious lunch is just around the corner from our daughters Apt. We moved her in from Missouri in January, and this one of the first places we visited! We love it!
Loved this place until now. I called ahead to order “The 4 Train” juice and specifically asked the woman who answered the phone if they could skin the Apple. She was very quick to say yes, zero hesitation like this is an accommodation they meet all the time. I get there and she proceeds to tell me that they actually can’t skin the Apple, but they already made it. Then asks me if I still want it…First off you don’t know my dietary restrictions so why would you still make it if I specifically asked you not to incorporate something in the blend? Second why did you still make it? Third why didn’t you just call me right back so I could have picked something else instead of you asking me do I still want it? I ordered it and got there all within 10mins so she could have easily called back after finding out they can’t do it instead of still making it. Just pure laziness all around and clearly they do not know how to cater to customers. Mind you the man juicing has the apple split right in front of him. How long does it really take to skin an Apple? Especially if your register/phone order person is the one who made the mistake? A business who wants to keep all the clientele would have made accommodations this once and then say however moving forward this is something we don’t do because of time etc what have you. Also there were only two people sitting in there. So it wasn’t crazy slammed how they usually can get. All in all as a small business owner myself this is just another example of what not to do when it comes to customer service.
Their mocha is the best I’ve had anywhere, the smoothies are delicious, and I love getting the Bed Stuy bagel, it’s incredible. Also the people here are so nice!
I went for a walk with hubby at Shirley Chisholm state park and came across Brooklyn blend and we order smoothies and salads. It was amazing!!! Amazing customer service and good patties!! Please don’t hesitate. The place is very clean and great and offers delicious and the best delicious meals. I advise you to visit it.
The something poke hot Salmon sandwich with Chipotle cream inside, is to die for. Had this 3 Years ago when I first visited Brooklyn and its better than I remembered. Add their hot sauce. Has a great kick to it! Definitely different to this Cali kid who loves Salsa or hot sauce on his foods.
All black owned coffee shop in Bed-Sty. Nice friendly staff with plenty of delicious food options to accommodate your taste buds! Highly recommend!

5 star service at a 5 star establishment. The absolute best food spot I’ve been to in Brooklyn or New York for that matter. Food GREAT, staff GREAT & atmosphere GREAT. You can have the delicious Salmon burger or ask about their daily special add a Canarsie Cranberry or a B44 shake and a lentil patty or a muffin to go for later. Or ANYTHING else off of the menu and you will make your taste buds jump for joy! I also had a wheatgrass shot with lots of shake samples FREELY given while you sit at the bar. Or you can sample their cold cucumber infused water. Me and my friend ENJOYED the food here. We got a Marcy mango smoothie and a broadway junction. They were delicious. My salmon burger was ON point and my friends swai burger was great. We left feeling great and the food taste great. They have great customer service and strong WiFi. Def will come back.
The atmosphere is comfortable and intimate, the food is fresh and delicious. I ordered the salmon burger and I am a picky eater,but I was not disappointed. It was super tasty and I was pleased with my order. I would definitely recommend going to Brooklyn Blend. I am always down for supporting Black busineses and finding new gems. I will be back.
Was visiting in Brooklyn and found this place! The folks were friendly and the Salmon Sandwich was delicious! The turmeric bread and chipotle sauce was great! I also had a pina colada smoothie (pineapple, orange juice, agave) and that wasn’t too bad either. The interior is really nice as well if you decide to sit down, eat in, and play a game of connect 4!

Im from texas and recently came across bklyn blend via Food near me my sister and I decided to pay a visit and we loved it! Small inside, but according to an employee we chose the best seat, it was a centered seat with our backs against the the triangled window, the sun warmed our backs as we sipped on our beverages. The staff was friendly and very helpful, a young man- I cant remember his name, he was tall, slim, and wore black glasses (besides the point) he was very kind, constantly coming to our table and making sure we had everything we needed for the best expierence - I ordered a bagel and my sister ordered the frittata with salmon.100/10 (forgive me for the run-on sentences and lack of spelling- im no scholar)
My workplace invites bklyn blend to treat us to fresh juices and smoothies and it’s always a hit! they’re so nice and the juices are sooo good. definitely give them a try!
The Wi-Fi here is elite. Close to 300mbs down. I saw 3 outlets at the 6 tables along the wall. Great for remote work. The veggie jerk pattie was surprisingly good too.
One of my favorite places in the neighborhood to grab a quick shake/smoothie, or to relax and work for a few hours alongside a sit-down meal. Their salmon and tuna steak sandwiches and grilled pineapple are delisshhhhh, and you really can’t go wrong with any of their shakes. The staff are friendly and have a lot of personality as well as impeccable music taste. Importantly, BKLYN Blend is minority-owned and is always filled with POC clientele whenever I visit. You can tell this place was built by and for the local community. Can’t recommend it enough!!!

Ive visited Brooklyn Blend several times in my NY trips. I was fortunate enough to discover the place when they first opened up (and were dead quiet as a result), and extremely happy to see it thrive when I visited it some time later.This place has many great things, from the cozy setup to the amazingly delicious and healthy smoothie and food options. But, I think that what makes this a special place is the staff working here. Everyone is truly and genuinely kind and will do everything possible to ensure you have a great experience.Wonderful place and wish them much success.
The staff were very welcoming and helpful! My salad had a good ratio of ingredients. We got takeout but I could see this being a really nice place to do work outside (if they let you use their wifi!) and have a lunch and coffee. I’ll definitely recommend this as a healthy, quality spot in the neighborhood. Also, if management reads this, if you make baseball caps, I would definitely buy one!
While I stayed at an Airbnb around the block, I hit this place every morning. These guys running the shop are the most friendly I’ve come across in my travels. Things to try. 1) the blueberry peanut butter smoothie. Damn outstanding. Photo is of it being made- and his smile is ALWAYS there. 2) any breakfast they offer. All fresh. Especially that yellow bread. I couldn’t get enough. Do yourself a favor and go.
I primarily walked in just for a Bed-Stuy Beet (carrot, orange, apple, beets, lemon) with added ginger. Due to the warm personalities of the employees, I went on to purchase Atlantic Ave-cado Toast (tumeric toast, avocados, lettuce, tomatoes, onions), orange juice and an omelette.My only disagreement were the eggs, the omelette. Ive been developing an odd relationship with eggs lately.Other than that, I was completely enveloped by the deliciousness of the Atlantic Ave-cado Toast, Bed-Stuy and Orange.

This place is amazing. They allow you to call and order your food so it is ready by the time you reach the restaurant. They also deliver within a 1 mile radius. The workers are very customer friendly. They remember your face and your orders which is good customer service. The restaurant has free WiFi and is a very comfortable setting. The decor makes you feel like you dont want to leave. Its very intimate.As for the food, it is very healthy. My favorite breakfast is the Dekalb sandwich, lunch is the Park Slope Salmon sandwich, and my favorite dinner is the Corn soup. There speciality is their smoothies. They have a variety of smoothies, juices, and shakes. They also allow you to make your own mixture.This is a restaurant where everything is made to order so all of your food is fresh. Take a chance and ride over to the best food spot in Brooklyn. 👌

Great service even when the pay system was a bit glitchy and they were out of an ingredient for my friend’s drink, which they ended up making an alternative that was just as tasty. Finally found the flavor of latte and almond milk combo that I’ve been looking to find again.
I was in the mood for a salad and thought about biking all the way to Sweetgreen, but Im glad I stopped at BKLYN Blend instead. Not only was the salad flavorful & filling (Navy Yard Tuna Steak Salad), but the shake was fantastic too (Brownsville Nut)! All in all a healthy, delicious meal and at reasonable prices. Ill be back here again!
This small place is amazing!!!! I have breakfast here 3-5 times a week. Food is clean, the smoothies are DELICIOUS and the patties are out of this world. Definitely recommend it!! Wish there were more than 5 stars to rate them!!! A 10 for sure
One of my favorite places to pick up or delivery . They often follow directions on any notes , wild rice special is amazing as well as the veggie burger and falafel burger on the turmeric bread . Smorgasbord shake is yummy too! Fingerlings and patties are great as well!

New to the area and wanted to try a healthy spot, got the veggie burger with fingerlings (roasted wedges) and it was pretty good. The chipotle sauce they put on the burger is the real winner it is absolutely delicious! The food taste healthy and natural. Wish they had more menu options that weren’t fish/seafood so not sure I’ll be back since the menu seems to lack move diverse options for those of us who are not seafood lovers.
This place does a very good job with their foods and drink. The only thing I wish was better was the wait time for food to be ready. But, they are now well known and a go to for many, so I get it. Either way, its worth the trip and wait...

I really love y’all! I’m eating healthy and your food is delicious. However y’all gotta get it together with my orders. My salads have been messed up too often lately! I love the salmon salad but I hate lettuce! I ask for spinach instead everytime and they usually get it right but lately not so much. It’s very disappointing to get all the way home and your food isn’t correct smh
Let me tell you how much I love Brooklyn Blend. The Greenwood smoothie is out of this world!! Add mint if you so please. The potatoes and spinach I ordered for breakfast were seasoned amazingly!! Great healthy way to start my day!! Also the people who work there are lovely... sounds like you can’t go wrong!!

Went there for the 1st time. They had fresh coconut water serving outside the premise. Love that, nothing more refreshing than the real deal. My family and I order a smoothie, delicious. I had the Reuben sandwich and husband had the French toast breakfast. All were very good, including the bake fries for my toddler. Thanks guys, keep up the good work.

The service was great. The salad i got was also great. I just wished that the juices i ordered wasnt a concentrated juice in a bottle. The guy who made the juice was super friendly but I saw that he was pouring out juices already prepared from a bottle. I ordered a cold buster and not one fruit came from the juicer. I also ordered a Bed stuy beet and I only saw the beet root and apple went in the juicer and everything else put into my juice was from a bottle. Would buy food again but not smoothies or juices

I actually wanna give this location more than 3 stars but I been here 3 times and 2 of my times they have forgot about my order and I waited over 20 minutes for it. I wish they will actually remember their customers order so we dont have to wait 20 minutes or so. but other than that their smoothies are really really good I just hope on my next run that I will be able to not have to wait so long bc they forget.
Clean environment and pleasant staff however I dont feel like the greens were thoroughly washed. It felt gritty with each bite. The salmon was cooked and flavored okay but kinda on the dry side. I wish it were better because the smoothies are good.
Man where do I start. This place is dope; food is unique and healthy but not super pricey. Also they have a bunch of sauces to make stuff more flavorful. Support the local shoppes- family and friend owned. Good spot to get work done or just link with a friend for awhile. The owner was super personable and genuinely cares about what we felt about the food but also cared about our lives.
I finally got to try their stuff and the whole experience was pretty dope. The hostess who took our orders had such a great vibe. Although it took a minute for my order to come, the wait was well worth it. I got the smorgasborg drink, an ackee patty and some chocolate chip cookies to make up for the wait and I absolutely loved that did this 💕The Saratoga sandwich was amazing to say the least! I’ll be back for a fact.
This cafe is FANTASTIC. Great food and the friendliest people ever. The salmon sandwich is to die for and turmeric bread incredible. Be sure to try the prospect park power shake. Cannot say enough good things about these wonderful folks!!!
All the food in the menu is great and the portions are big. They have a great variety of sandwiches and smoothies. The sandwiches taste amazing, specially the turmeric bread! I also recommend the spinach waffles for your sweet tooth 🙌🏽👍🏽Also the environment and staff is very nice and chill

This is a black owned business. I went to Brooklyn blends today. From what I saw, the general crowd is hipster. During my visit, I was spoken to with utmost respect. I was asked my name and was addressed by my name by the staff during my entire visit. The environment is very warm, artsy and friendly. From the walls to the table tops, it screams Brooklyn then and now. The food is clean, delicious and healthy. I ordered the Navy Yard Tuna Steak Sandwich. It was fresh and delicious. I also tried a natural juice, made fresh. It was called a Brooklyn Beet. It was delicious. I enjoyed my order very much. This is a good place to have a healthy meal and conversation with a friend(s).
Had stopped in for juice a couple times but finally had the food there and felt I had to leave a review. It was amazing. Had the salmon sandwich and salmon frittata. Both were excellent and I can’t recommend this place enough. Will be back soon.
I just started going here a few weeks ago and they’ve definitely earned my business. Hands down the best smoothies I’ve had, period. The food is excellent and everything is reasonable priced. The staff is great. I recommend this place if you haven’t tried. I’ve already started calling it my coffee shop to my friends. This place is great! 10/10 for me! I just wish they had larger water cups hahaha
I’ve been coming here for years, and I have to say it’s a great atmosphere and great smoothies with really original flavors.What I don’t like is the service. It just takes forever. I’ve waited 45 minutes for smoothies while other orders from seamless or what have you go ahead of mine while I’m sitting there. Today was just a 15 minute wait, which is still quite a while when just one order was ahead of mine. I don’t get acknowledgement for my wait, and I just don’t understand why it takes as long as it does.
Everything about this place is Exceptional! Although I love coffee, my pregnancy has not allowed me to indulge, but EVERYTHING else... Yumm!! The ambiance is welcoming, staff incredibly hospitable and efficient, the food and juices are always fresh and made to order. Cant wait to try the coffee.
Service was quite rude, and slow! Asked for a sesame seed bagel with avocado and received a plain bagel with huge slices of raw onion and capers instead. Completely inedible. Cold brew also tasted like it was weeks old. There are so many great cafes around this area, I would highly recommend checking out somewhere other than this place!

Long story short, the service was good, the guys were so nice and welcoming, those guys were absolutely professional. On to more positivity!! The food is absolutely gooooood, clean and made with love! I will be visiting this place very often because they’re just that good. I’ve visited twice. The service was excellent. The food was DELICIOUS!! I’ve tried the salmon sandwich and the shrimp sandwich. It’s a 45 minute drive from my home that I’d take a million times over. I’m going back tomorrow!! Lol
Love, love, love the vibes here at this neighborhood juice bar. The staff is superb with the service. From the first day Ive been, i been everyday there after. The food, juices and lattes are amazing. The decor is very relaxing so make sure you bring a book or lap top you can definitely clear your mind for a few hours.
I LOVE LOVE LOVE this place. It has such yummy food, a great sense of community, and amazing coffee and smoothies. Ill be only a month in the area but Ill come back even if it means taking the train. This was my first visit to Brooklyn Blend, love that everything on the menu is healthy. I had the salmon sandwich and the fingerlings which are fries that are roasted. They have a very nice array of shakes unfortunately I couldnt try one because I have a nut and soymilk allergy. So I had one of there delicious smoothies. I will be going back again very soon.

Staff is very friendly and down to earth and coffee is so good! They take credit cards( which is rare in this neighborhood) The only thing I do not love is music - is a but too loud and basses are extremely high. I hope that is could be fixed with respect to the people who are spending time studying and working on their laptops. Thanks for your great service anyway!!

Highly recommend it! I paired the sandwich with the BK Nets shake which was full of flavors. I really like that they make all the juices and shakes in front of you so you can see the preparation of what it takes to eat healthy.I will be back, keep up the great work Brooklyn Blend!
My favorite cafe in the neighborhood. I happen to work and live in the area and this is my go to when i need a dose of my favorite shake Brownsville Nut, or one of their amazing patties. Just tried out their corn soup and it is PERFECT. Don’t sleep too late on the weekend and make sure you come in For their French toast (weekend only). I’m always having a meeting here so it’s comfy and it’s black owned, can’t go wrong there.
When they first opened they were way overpriced for the neighborhood they were in. They have got the prices down now to a more acceptable level. The food and juices are always really good. Generally pretty busy in there but even when it’s not busy it seems like it takes a very long time to get your order. Overall a really great neighborhood spot.
Amazing environment and super friendly staff. Wait time wasnt bad and the food is really good! I had a Shrimp Salad and a Mango Smoothie, everything was fresh to the touch! Would definitely recommend!!!

This place is so amazing!! Not only is the food amazing so is the vibe and the staff! I came in the get a morning morning coffe to start the day in a perfect way. Then on the way home from work I stopped by for a protein shake, The Prospect Park Power! So amazing and healthy!! Love the sandwiches here! My favorite to grab on the way out is a vegan pumpkin muffin!
I’ve been to Bklyn Blend twice. It’s a black owned establishment and the food was great! I had the salmon pattie and I can tell it was freshly made! I ordered two smoothies; I cannot remember the name of them but they were good.The woman at the cashier was very pleasant. The older gentleman who deals with the smoothies wasn’t very friendly But apparently there was an issue with a spill and he was trying to clean that. When a manager reminded him to make my drink ( I was already waiting over almost 10 min), he said he needed to clean first. However he left me there watching him clean the spill and another employee stepped in to make my drink; I was thankful! I still give it 5 stars because the food is good and besides that man, everyone else made it their business to be helpful.
What truly sets the folks at Brooklyn Blend apart is their commitment to excellence. When you step in those doors, it’s like you’re becoming part of a family. I’m not sure how they managed to create that atmosphere, but it’s unique to say the least. You won’t find another place in the area that elicits the same emotion.
In Brooklyn visiting with my daughter and she recommended this place so I ventured out on my own this afternoon. I was greeted by a very friendly staff and then the owner arrives and greets everyone as if we are family! Complimentary water infused with cucumbers or lemon was a nice touch and my salmon sandwich was to die for. I also ordered a smoothie which was divine. Ill def be back to BKLYN Blend!!
My experience at Brooklyn was very welcomed. I never really did the whole coffee shop, but going to this restaurant I enjoyed myself. I have told all my friends and family about it. I will definitely be going there again and again. 5 stars all the way. Brooklyn blend is an experience.

Lord, the salmon sandwich was awesome, the fingerlings are awesome. Even the little after millenials servers were all sweet and beautiful. Definitely not fast food on a busy Sunday but worth it. Looking forward to my next visit.
ProsThe food was superb. I recommend trying the salmon sandwich. They also offer a large selection of juices and smoothies which is a plus for people like me who like healthy options. The atmosphere is very lively and open.ConsIt gets pretty busy. After I purchased my food, it took a long time to receive my order. This would have been fine if I did not see 4 people order after me and leave with their orders before I received half of mine.
This place is amazing. Food is great and always fresh. Everything is made from scratch. I’ve tried everything on their menu and love them all. Service is always great and staff is amazing. Vibe as soon as you walk in is so chill and friendly. I high recommend this place.

Once again my belly is in heaven. I decided to try 2 new items today. Avocado toast and an Eastern Pkwy smoothie. I am not a bread type of person but this avocado toast is the boom! I dont know what kind of yellow bread they used but it complimented the avocado and fixings. The smoothie was yummy too.Please go and support this local business. You will not be disappointed.

I am so glad that BKLYN Blend is in my neighborhood! The food is delicious. The staff is courteous and the vibe is stellar. On weekends the wait can be a little long but there is something so charming, delicious and fulfilling about being there -- it is worth the wait!!!
This place is amazing!! The food is so fresh. I ordered a Greenwood mango which was one of the best combinations of fruits and vegetables I tasted. Ali was an amazing server, very courteous and entertaining.
The food surprisingly was amazing but there specialities are the smoothies. The smoothies are absolutely delicious and you have the option to customize a smoothie. The music makes the atmosphere more enjoyable. This place is the up and coming in Brooklyn. Highly recommended.

Beautiful location, my 7 year old loves the B44 smoothie. Healthy choices, with a menu that continues to evolve over time. Some imitations have popped up but you cant beat the original.

Great sit down and work cafe to grab a drink and sandwich. When I went it was on the quieter side so perfect for getting work done. The staff is very sweet and doesnt rush you. They have wifi and bathroom too.

The staff is friendly, they demonstrate great rapport with the clientele. There appear to be many regulars. The tea selection is cool, the atmosphere is cozy, and family friendly. Try the green smoothie (spinach, mango and pineapple).
I’ve stopped coming cuz:1) they became less friendly2) 2 times in a row they took literally 30 minutes to make 2 smoothies and today 20 minutes to make a coffee latte.3) the high price is not worth it anymore
Its a wonderful place to relax, and have a cup of natural hot chocolate made with Almond milk. Im planning on returning within the next week for a meal the atmosphere was excellent.

Food is good and staff is very friendly! But everything is served in plastic...cups for juices, salads...almost everything. There is no need for that when eating in. Restaurants and cafes should be more responsible.

It just so happened that I was on a funeral job and was starving! I googled map all of the nearest food options to my location and bam ...Brooklyn Blend. I called to see if they were open before I took the quick walk and ordered my food. It was ready as stated, within 15 mins. My smoothie, Eastern Pkway and my park slope sandwhich was so delicious. Takes a very long time. Staff is always frantic. Currently waiting over 7 minutes for an iced coffee. Get an extra person to do the phone orders. Its been this way all 5 times Ive been here. Also pricey. These are just my opinions from personal experience. Take it or leave it.

As a sit-down cafe, I was very surprised that Brooklyn Blend does not offer mugs or glasses - only disposables. Nor do they offer recycling. On the eve of 2017 I think these are fairly basic sustainable business practices that are desired by mindful consumers.Beyond the issues of waste, I was disappointed by the lack of vegetarian and vegan food options on Brooklyn Blends menu.Seems like Brooklyn Blend promotes heathy eating but doesnt take much environmental responsibility.

BKLYN BLEND is a Caribbean family owned restaurant cafe with WiFi in Bedford Stuyvesant. The food is fresh with healthy choices for the who family. You are always in good company. The father design and constructed the entire space including the walk-in freezer. When weather permits customers may sit out front on the bench. It a real hip establishment. The salad is delish.
Absolutely love this place. The workers are polite, service is fast and the ambiance is so relaxing. We need more establishments like this in our community.

2022-05-28During our NY trip, we stopped here for breakfast and absolutely loved it! The fruit juices are simply delicious. The food is tasty and you can feel it’s made with love. The staff is super friendly and welcoming. This cafe would definitely be my favourite spot if I lived here! Thank you guys ans hopefully I’ll be back!

2022-01-04I had the Park Slope Smoked Salmon Salad & ordered a smoothie for later. Both were absolutely delicious! The Salad was definitely made with care, salmon was cooked perfect to my liking (well done) & customer service was great.Disclaimer: There was way too much in and out by the 2nd door from staff. I froze most of my stay, I wouldn’t recommend. They should also rearrange if possible…

2022-05-16A love letter to BKLYN blend:first off a HUGE shoutout to our girl Sanna!!! an absolute sweetheart who made our nyc trip.we first went here because we wanted a breakfast spot near our airbnb. we ordered the willoughby spinach waffles, franklin ave frittata, and the marine park shake (because it had soursop in it, a super unique ingredient most places dont carry). the wait was quite long because the place was popping with customers, we could tell they had a lot of returning customers. Sanna came with our food and apologized about the wait even though they seem short staffed and super busy (i hope more staff can be hired to help out the workers here because I feel bad they are working non stop and cant even pick up the phone when its ringing). the food itself was absolutely delicious and unique; the spinach waffles, tumeric toast, and soursop, phenomenal!it was so wonderful that we knew we had to come back so we did a couple of days later. this time, we ordered breakfast to go which included the smoked salmon and pumpkin patties, something we noticed many locals ordering so we wanted to try it for ourselves. we also ordered the bk nets shake reg size. we talked to Sanna this time letting her know our trip was ending but we had to came back cause the food was so good and her being the sweetheart she is, gave us her favorite lentil patty to try and up sized our drink without letting us know. that was so sweet of her and she did not have to do that!!! and girl, let me say that the shake was great and the patties were the BEST patties weve EVER had! again, they have super unique fillings (kale, ackee, Caribbean jerk as well). who knew that patties would be the nyc food that we enjoyed the most!so thank you again Sanna and sorry we couldnt come back and say bye to you like we said, we were planning to but you guys werent open before 9am on the day of our flight. you made our experience in nyc all the better! :)

I got the Vanderbilt Veggie burger and was pretty pleased with it - overall pretty tasty, burger patty was good with turmeric vibe spices, and the chipotle sauce was really good. The pickled veggies were a nice twist, although if you are picky about added sugar they are definitely on the the sweet side- which could be a nice touch if that’s your preference.I got a hot chai latte and that was really good too, and they made mine from a tea bag with steamed oat milk and a dash of maple syrup, like I ordered. Their chai tea mix is really good, and I really liked the reusable tea bags that they use - made me want to order some for myself.I sampled one of their fruity-banana-nut buttery smoothies and while I can’t remember what it was called, I thought it was wonderful and would imagine from that most of their smoothies are too.Wifi and seating was good for staying for a few hours and working/studying, but it was a little drafty inside so you might notice that on cold days.Overall a cozy little spot, would maybe eat the food again but will definitely be back to try more of the drinks!

2022-07-04Refreshing!!! I need to try something new, but my go to that NEVER fails is the salmon salad, no cranberry no apples, extra chipotle sauce. Great spot to sit, do work, relax and talk. A great vibe of energy from the staff and others. I will be back. I havent had to pleasure of trying a smoothie yet... maybe next time.Went back.. had the salmon sandwich/ burger, jerk plantain pattie, salmon patty, turkey pastrami and sautéed spinach.They have a nee side spot worh coconut drinks! Fresh coconut they cut in front of you!!

2022-05-02Popped in today for the first time and both the food and the staff were a delight — definitely worth expanding my food radius! The grilled pineapple and falafel wrap is a revelation, and my turmeric latte and roll really hit the spot 😊I’m excited to have the Red Hook Tossed Salad for dinner — would have been nice if the avocado looked a bit fresher, but I tried it and it tastes fine. Looking forward to dining in soon!

2021-05-27I was visiting my sister in Brooklyn and while she was working, I walked over to this spot which was just a few blocks away. Loved it. I was visiting for just the weekend but I went there 3 times! I got the salmon burger each time except for the third time and I definitely regret NOT getting it. The salmon was seasoned super well and not overcooked. Overall great flavors in the sandwich but the bread was what really stood out to me. So. Damn. Good. I also got an iced latte with oat milk and it was perfect each time. Dont miss out, check out this spot.

2022-02-09I’ve been a patron of Brooklyn Blend for a long time now and I have always had good experiences here. The food is delicious and the smoothies to die for. The employees are well informed, they have positive energy, and are always helpful. That being said I have noticed a decline in moral since the pandemic; the staff stretched thin and overworked. Most times I enter the store the cashier is doing five or more things at once, and the juice barista is swamped with orders. While dining in the phone is ringing nonstop which makes it hard to work or enjoy conversations; not to mention when I’m trying to order they are always on the phone taking orders. The wait time for food has become ridiculous, and I’m sure the cashier being so divided in attention is the reason for my Uber orders sometimes being messed up.Don’t get me wrong. I love this business and I would recommend that everyone try out their salmon and green mango smoothie, but they need to hire more people or change their operations to make things more smoother.
