These guys Joe and Jay are truly amazing businessmen. They really hooked me up with a vehicle that was in great shape. And to put the icing on the cake they allowed me to drive my new suv that I bought for my mother, all the way to Virginia with their dealer tags. They did everything to make it an easy business transaction. It was an in and out situation, and I was on the road in no time. I showed up at Blackbull and the first thing I noticed was the amount of cars as well as the employees who are there to help in any way they can. I went with a mind-set of just looking around and checking out the prices of the cars. I was helped out by Andrew, who was a great guy with a great personality and good knowledge of the cars they had to offer. In the end, I was walking away because nothing really caught my eye and price range I was looking for wasnt really there. However, Andrew came in with the prices of a few other cars and made me a great deal I couldnt refuse so I ended up purchasing. I would most definitely recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a good deal on great cars. I want to thank Andrew for an amazing experience. If you want a great vehicle for a great price, then go to Black Bull. Joe helped me decide on a beautiful Sienna to fit my needs. He gave me a better price that I could have imagined, and on top of all I was able to purchase it with my credit card with no additional fee. I have been dealing with black bull for over 15 years. Every car I have purchased has been through them. I give Black Bull Auto Sales a 5-star review. I couldnt have asked for friendlier service from Joey, the owner, and his associate Jason. They walked me through every step of the process of purchasing a used car and made sure that the car was clean, smelled good and most importantly drove well. Then Joey called me that evening after I drove off with the car (he reduced the price somewhat for me) to make sure that I was pleased with it. And then he called again a few days later to make sure that I got the permanent registration for the vehicle. Now thats service!!

When my primary car finally passed on I found myself in the normally horrifying position of having to visit a used car dealership. I put off looking for a replacement car for almost two months by sharing my wifes car, a practice I do not recommend. When I could no longer endure the sharing game I needed to accept that I would have to buy a used car. Im not a research guy and even less a haggle guy making the process that much more terrifying. Black Bull Auto Sales was recommended, they were local and I went. They had a large selection of clean pre-owned cars in a wide price range. I was pleasantly surprised that I was not immediately approached by an overly aggressive sales person. As a matter of fact it wasnt until my second visit that I met Uncle Earl, one of the salesmen. Very pleasant and laid back, Earl was fine with me browsing for almost an hour before I left with a few cars in mind to consider. I made up my mind and called Earl on his cell to put a deposit on the car I choose. We discussed all of the details of the deal which were very straight forward and agreed on a delivery time and date. When a change in my schedule made it necessary to put off delivery Earl was very accommodating. Upon delivery the car was ready to go, perfectly cleaned, inspected and plates on. A quick exchange of money and paperwork and I was on my way. The entire buying experience was pleasant from start to finish. It has changed my view of buying a used car and I would recommend Black Bull and Earl to my best friend and not think twice about purchasing my next pre-owned car from them. Good job Earl!!!
Big Joe and his team got me on the radio super fast. I came in from New Jersey and did not think I would leave with the car the same day and Joe and his team made sure I had temp plates and was able to have my wife drive it back to NJ. They went out of there way to appease my wife and I, All questions I had before coming down were answered and the car was what was listed unlike other dealers they list one car and you show up and its another with major problems. The service is excellent. Theyre not selling cars, theyre creating relationships. I was going to have to tow my new purchase over an hour away in rush hour traffic. Bought a car less than a month ago to have the breaks go within the first two weeks. Now 500$ later we find out from a reliable mechanic that the pads that were put on before we took the car off the lot were put on just to push through inspection. I would really think twice before buying a car from this place! Nice at first but when push comes to shove they have no interest in helping with anything. Not to mention when the car was taken off the lot my boyfriend noticed the side mirror was cracked and when asked if they would fix it we were told the mirror can be bought at an auto supply store for cheap!!! I was looking for a Ford explorer all over ozone Park and Brooklyn, most of the car was not good but this dealership had what I wanted and made feel like I cant imagine they let me into the car and check it out gave out a lot of info about and I was so happy and exhilarated to buy it for my dad.

I came to place looking to purchase a car that was listed on Craigslist for $2500 or best offer. So i came prepared with my cash in hand ready to make an offer on this car. The scam artists running this dealership did not even want to honor the price listed but they finally did. Then they wouldnt let us take the car out of the lot without getting the car inspected and registered when by law, as long as the car is insured, he can give a temp registration to get it home. What a bunch of lieing scam artists! DONT COME HERE

My experience with the team at black bull surpassed my expections over the years. I purchased my SIXITH car this week from them, this time it was for my daughter who travels back and forth from Florida. Every other car purchased from black bull over the years were driven back and forth from Florida also. So do not let other dealers rope you in when you have black bull you will never go to another dealer again. There service is above and beyond. On top of it all there pricing is the best in the tristate area.
This place is a scam! Bought a car from them and thought i was getting a good deal, little did i know the car was a Lemon! When i tried contacting Joe (the owner) his attitude completely changed. STAY AWAY PLEASE take your money elsewhere. Even all the local mechanics will advise you to stay away from this place.
I bought a Dodge 2000 white caravan from them back in 2009 for $2,000 dollars the mileage at the time was 100,000 I drove this car every where I had this car until 2016. The only Major replacement which was necessary was a rebuiled transmission. This car held up to all the driving I used it for I heard the first owner did a lot of out of state driving. In my view I got a lot of usage for what I paid for it back in 2009.

Bait and switch is their game. I suggest everyone stays clear of this place. I called to make an appointment to see a car. They tell me 2 days later because of the holiday. On the day of the appointment they tell me they sold it the night before, wasnt it a holiday and the reason I couldnt see it? All lies, they couldnt keep straight. Fact: the car in question is still being advertised.

WHAT A DEAL THESE GUYS GAVE ME, I PURCHASED A CAR WITHOUT EVEN SEEING IT IN PERSON. I WENT ON EBAY AND SAW THEY HAD THIS BEAUTIFUL MUSTANG UP FOR SALE. I CONTACTED BLACK BULL AND EXPRESSED HOW MUCH I WANTED THE CAR BUT EXPLAINED THAT I LIVED FAR AWAY AND WOULD NOT BE ABLE TO COME DOWN AND SEE IT IN PERSON. WELL JAY HELPED AND MADE A VIDEO FOR ME TO VIEW AND HE WENT OVER THE CAR INCH BY INCH SO THAT I SAW ANY FLAWS AS WELL AS ANYTHING THAT I NEEDED TO KNOW. THESE GUYS WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND FOR ME, NOT ONLY DID THEY MAKE MY DREAMS COME TRUE WITH MY FIRST MUSTANG BUT THEY GAVE ME A HUGE DISCOUNT FROM THE LISTED PRICE, THEY FOUND SOMEONE TO TRANSPORT THE CAR TO ME IN DELAWARE WHICH WAS A HUGE HELP BECAUSE I DID NOT KNOW WHERE TO START LOOKING.OVERALL JOE AND HIS TEAM MADE MY DREAM COME TRUE WITHOUT EVEN SEEING THE CAR IN PERSON. 2022-04-16***MUST READ***Bought a 2013 Ford Focus SE from them. My first ever car! At first visit I found Mr. Joe as a behaviorally offensive person. I completely ignored it since their prices are very attractive. My mistake was that I was super excited. Joe told me that the car is mechanically 100% fit & ready to go. He didn’t let me test drive saying due to COVID state doesn’t allow dealers to do so. I trusted him. Once I bought the car, after driving for a few mins a ‘check engine’ light ⚠️ came into sight. I immediately got back to them. The other guy Josep put some scanner in & turned the light disappeared. He said it was due to air inside the gasoline pipe. I visited auto zone to get a free inspection scan where I found that the car’s transmission is failed due to element friction stuck on A(later confirmed by Ford DEALER SERVICE CENTER). I went to Josep again for a possible resolution. He said once the car is sold they have no responsibility. They scammed me badly. But they have given me a great life lesson which worth a kings ransom! -never to trust a used car dealership***Almost all their car got major issues, they erase the error codes & engine sign, they target new buyers specially***

2021-11-01I have bought two cars from Joe in the past and the service at this place is phenomenal. The selection is also good too. I recently recommended Black Bull auto sales to my cousin and he got a second car for his vacation home. Overall you can look at a lot of different vehicles here and be sure that when you drive away you made a good deal.

2018-04-04I found these guys on CarGurus and was communicating with Jay for about 3 weeks and he kept telling me hold off we will get you a nice charger and sure enough 3 weeks later I was blessed with my beauty.What made me go with Black Bull was because of their reviews and based on the reviews I went and checked them out. I was lucky enough to get there in time because 2 other people showed up as I was paying for my CHARGER HEMI! I love this car and the price Big Joe gave me was an early Christmas Present as he put it. I knew the prices of the charger and especially with the hemi so I knew I was getting an amazing deal. I thought like every other dealer they were going to want me to finance but boy was I wrong. Joe helped me so much with the plates an everything that I would refer people and even get my next car from them.It only took about an hour for me to get on the road, I came with my old plates and as me and Joe were doing my paperwork Jay prepped the car making sure everything was on point with the car and before I knew it I was on the road!

2021-08-16I went to Blackbull today with Cash in hand to purchase a $5000 car and the man that was there told me I couldnt test drive the vehicle and he was trying to charge me $800 sales tax on a $5000 vehicle. I was so disappointed because I purchased a vehicle from there 2 years ago from the owners son that was amazing, with no problems. I was transferring registration and tags so the salesman was not correct. And yes I did tell him that! And I did have an appointment
