They had .32auto ammo ! only store in area with it i could find. counterman very helpful & efficient. didnt buy enough 😞.
Colin and others from Target sports is extremely knowledgeable friendly and profession I completed a gun safety course he facilitates and I give it ( 5 ) stars !! Ive been a rifle and shotgun owner and shooter all my life and after taking his course Ive realized how much I dont know about guns and gun safety 👍
It’s the only gun store my husband and I will go to, the staff are so friendly and helpful! They have a great selection of firearms and ammo. Definitely the best gun store in New York!

Wanna start off by saying very pleasant people to do any kind of business with Collin is a great guy to talk to and helps you out as much as he can everyone else is very respectful for the most part and always having good conversation with customers in general is always a pleasure for me
Took Colins basic pistol safety class back in August. He did a very good job not only conveying the information, but keeping everyone engaged and interested the whole time. Would highly recommend this if you are interested.

I brought in a bunch of guns to sell on consignment. They gave me an itemized sales slip, sold all the guns fast and even got a little more for them than hoped for. Thats good business.

Great shop with a very friendly and helpful staff. Steve and his son Collin are the owners. Steve is the go to guy for shotgun sales and lessons. This is a family owned and run shop not to be missed.
Place was horrible and is still horrible. Condescending staff. Couldn’t make it as a gun shop for good reason.
Went in to price a new edc and ended up selling them one of my collection and purchasing a new Glock 43x at a reasonable price. I found them well informed, friendly and welcoming.
We stopped in to pick up some BBs for my kids new red riders. Colin have thew kids their BBs and offered a quick gun safety review for them. He was awesome with them and made the experience very good. Im sure that there are other good stores I could try but I have no reason to not come here.
I found Adam, Sean and Collin extremely helpful. I shopped several other stores and only 1 was as helpful but none of them had what I was looking for. I think the price is a little high but they are giving me extras and they are the only store that had anything close to what I was looking for.
I have found Target Sports to be very helpful to me in selecting equipment. Also, Colin is an outstanding instructor. I do not hesitate to recommend them.

Honest people. You are going to pay a bit more than other stores here, but they are good honest people.
I called the other day to find out about the new Ruger precision rifle in .308, when it was available and how much it costs. i had already done some research and know that it has been released and the msrp is $1399.99. i called and spoke to Colin, with a quick answer he says yea we have 2 ordered they are about $2000. $700 over msrp, these people are insaine. no gun sells for that much over msrp. so either these guys are extremely over priced or have no idea what the hell they are talking about. either way thats not the kind of business i want to deal with.

2022-07-02Ive passed this store a few times and recently decided to stop in. Im happy that I did! Besides being pleasantly surprised by the outdoor gear selection (especially the fly-fishing), I felt very welcome by the friendly people working there ( I assume its the owners?). I was greeted immediately and had a pleasant conversation about the store selection and fly fishing. The owner also told me that they offer occasional Fly-Fishing 101 classes for FREE and other events in and around the region.Fly-fishing can be intimidating at first, so if youre a person that is looking to get into it, or if youre just looking for a great, friendly, local outdoor business, I would highly recommend stopping by and having a conversation with the people here. I know Ill be back again for sure.

2022-03-05The shop had a specific Simms vest that I could not find anywhere. I emailed the store on a whim and received a response immediately that they would set the vest aside for me. My fiancé and I were amazed at the selection of gear for fly fishing, paddling, hiking, and shooting. The staff were extremely helpful and courteous. This area has needed a shop like this for a long time, highly recommended!

2021-05-31I absolutely love this store and it has quickly become my go to stop for outdoor gear. If youre looking for Fly fishing, Kayaking, or Canoeing gear this place is fantastic. Whether youre a new comer or veteran to fly fishing the staff is extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. Their stock and selection of gear is amazing and if youre looking for specific rod or reel they dont have they can likely order it for you. They also host classes like learn to fish and a fly casting. Definitely worth checking them out.
