2019-11-17Absolutely stunning experience that is quite expensive but well worth it and makes getting to and from EWR extremely fast and convenient. Super friendly staff from one direction to the other and a great way to get a inexpensive helicopter tour of the city. Stunning and beautiful views of the tarmac at Newark airport along with great views of the Statue of Liberty from above. Seeing the NY skyline from the helicopter is an experience that will not be forgotten.

2022-03-18They canceled my flight at 5:40 am telling me to use my “credits” to get a car but they’re not open until 7 when i’m expected to leave for the car you need to book 2 hours in advance, this company scammed investors and not customers

2021-08-08Absolute horrible customer service. I called to book 2 full planes for a business team outing and asked to use a credit I had. They told me it expired in June and they were not letting me extend it to use for a plane booked in August! They told me they were willing to loose a customer over it to the competition. I guess they don’t need my business. Going to try Wheels up instead!

2019-11-27For the view and experience I would give 5 stars!For service I would only give 1 star. We were rushed on.... briefly given a safety briefIng... never made eye contact with our pilots:(..... and then we asked for a family pic after we landed and the girl working at the Blade Lounge East told us she couldn’t! Completely shocked!I’ve never written a review about any service, but felt the customer service deserves to be improved bc the experience is awesome!

2020-02-20Terrible noise pollution from their helicopters that fly over residential areas ~500ft. Negatively impacts the quality of life for thousands of city residents. Their website deceptively shows flights that go around Brooklyn rather than through it.

2020-02-21This company claims to fly only over the water but they fly over residential neighborhoods at very low altitudes. It’s extremely disruptive and loud and should not be legal for airport transport !
