Im done going to the Hicksville location. On 2 occasions I came to the store around 9:40pm and was told they are closed. I said they close at 10pm, and both times I was told they already cleaned up and put everything away. If the employees are going to clean up early so they can leave before the store actually closes then change the hours of operation so I dont have to waste a trip to order take out.
Didnt expect a pizza place that works like a Qdoba. It was fun. Pizza size was not bad. Will visit again with my kids.
Update: 04/10/22While the rest of my review stands true - I recommend you checking to ensure the crust is cooked throughout - not too happy that my one cheat night in months yielded me an uncooked crust which because i had arugla on it, couldnt easily be further cooked at home - :( soo sad - I take donations in tissues (to wipe my tears)...Aside from that - the staff is friendly as attentive otherwise.Prior Review:So lets start off by saying, sometimes its the people serving you that make it all that much better...I arrived like 10min till close, staff cleaning up and getting ready to close... Ordinarily, these days, when a customer walks in at that time the staff is a bit annoyed, heck, theyre ready to go home, right?Enter David... incredibly friendly, acted like I arrived middle of his shift and it was a slow day - happy to accommodate my special requests and well, just made a last minute dinner something to enjoy...Just needed to write to say Thank You...Whether he stays in the food service business or moves on to something else in the future, people like him are what make the difference in the customer experience and make customers want to return...Kudos- hope Im not the only one to notice this...

Actually,it was just different. Normally we get great service. Maybe they were just too busy. In an effort to make up for a botched order i was offered a free drink.. Also, I had better gluten free pizza from there before. This is an old post from my previous trip there.
I found out about this place through my gf because she use to work in the mall and they were handing out free vouchers for their pizza.We decided to go for lunch just to try it out and I was so satisfied. You can truly customize your pizza from scratch, down to the sauces, cheese, meat toppings and seasonings. Its fun to watch your pizza being made from the start and then its about 6-9 mins for it to cook. The pizza is tasty as well which is a huge plus. The process is fast and efficient.
Good pizza, friendly staff and good esthetic.Don’t understand why large pies are only available to order online and takeout only. Lacks artisan type of pizza mastery but a better takeout pizza option.

Wonderfully tasty pizza with endless toppings for a great price. Service was great. Manager was very helpful. Came back a second time for a pickup and the online order was messed up and made us wait for awhile but they gave us an extra pizza to make up for it. New favorite pizza joint. Make sure you sign up for the app to get a free pizza after 10!Edit: I changed my 4/5 into a 5/5. I no longer eat pizza from anywhere else. I just cant get enough. My mom and sister loves it too. Those of you who seek Gluten Free food can choose their gluten free dough.Edit 2: I still love the pizza here but a few things bother me. Bathroom is in awful condition. No hot water to wash your hands, even though their own sign says to use hot water before going back to work. Soap dispenser doesnt work well or doesnt have any.The workers are great. Very friendly and helpful. When its very busy your pizza is more likely to be overcooked. I personally dont like my pizza crust almost black. I try to order pizza during off hours. Im assuming they jack up the oven heat to pop out more pizzas faster, thus overcooked pizza.Still my go to pizza joint.

Its great if you know what your doing, like always get the high rise dough selection. After that you can let your imagination run away with you. I love that they allow you to customize as much as they do with different things on different halves, or in my case pesto sauce in the crust and tomato sauce in the middle. And... They dont charge you for every little thing you ask for like some other make your own pizza places do. And if you get the fountain drinks try the agua frescas. The coconut one is fairly new and tastes like a Pina colada!

Best pizza I’ve had in a long time. I love the fact you can customize the pizza to your personal likings, as they let you choose EVERYTHING.As someone who is always annoyed by the extensive amounts of pizza sauce places have, they let you pick if you want little, more, or in the middle.I also LOVE salt which they ask how much salt and oregano you want on the pizza, you can ask for more or none to your liking.The thin crust pizza is perfectly cooked and staff is so nice.The idea with the assembly line with multiple employees that they have there being polite.I would recommend going and you will love it!I order the same thing every time and it’s amazing always !- Cheese- Light sauce- Salt- Oregano- sometimes extra topping!
Pizza was okay customer service could use better training the guy cooking the pizza was cussing up left and right at another employee
I took my family to blaze expecting the ordinary. What we got was extraordinary the service was so friendly that my 13 year old daughter and her friend were complimenting the service saying how friendly they were where does that happen? A young man named Rajan really stood out. His Hospitality was so sincere. So sincere that I asked his name. The food was fresh and delicious what a pleasant experience. I would highly recommend. Very impressed
This was my 2nd order I was hoping they will get it right. Order online they disregarded all the instructions. Paper thin. Missing cheese no presto drizzle no argula.. they are going to give me credit but I drove to this place which takes back and forth 25 minutes. I guess I am going to stick to my dominos for now.Disappointed I had great hopes..and I tip for a pickup. SMH
You can make your own pizza or choose from a menu full of their specialties. Another big perk is that they have several gluten-free options which is incredibly thoughtful. The workers are usually very friendly and the place is very clean. Theyve also restricted some tables to comply with social distancing rules which is very appreciated.
Excellent pizza, made quickly. My wife (Gluten Free) was able to eat here no problem. If you get a Gluten free pizza, I recommend asking for it well done.
My second time visiting, first time was really good. I got the green stripe and a plain cheese. I went back today and it wasnt very good. You can tell they were new team members because they were asking a bunch of questions (which is great!) But the pizza wasnt the same. We ordered the same two items and basically received raw garlic pizza. My nephew loves the cheese though! Ill give it another try.
Made my own pizza, with a cauliflower crust, red sauce, sausage, cheese, roasted garlic, spinach, basil and pineapple... in the oven and voila... so good. Oh the place was clean and the staff is very pleasant... 2nd time there and will be back.

I had a great experience getting my pizza from Blaze tonight. Kat was super awesome, helpful, kind and efficiently created a wonderful pizza that I asked for. Pizza always look great and tastes just as good. The prices are reasonable whether you want a personal pizza for yourself or just wanna share one with friends and family. The staff is always very kinda and helpful.Edit: I recently went and hadnt been since the pandemic started and there were no visible hour at the time. I was yelled at to leave until 12 by the manager. Why was the door unlocked if you werent open for business? Why so rude.

Pizza was good, and the ingredients fresh. Build your own is nice for some people, and the pre-designed options are easy for people like me who dont want to think too much when ordering simple food. It was NOT fast food though, and the two pizzas came out at different times. Otherwise, its convenient and tastes fine. Wish them success.
Delicious options, personal pizzas so the whole family can order what they like. Plus the price is reasonable, there are allergy friendly options and you get your food quickly! This is our familys go-to for a quick pizza fix.

This is my all-time favorite lunch spot. The crew there is awesome and knows me by name. The pizzas are made perfectly, AND they tolerate my vegan nonsense. They offer to change their gloves without me having to ask, they have vegan cheese, and separate cutters. Love this place. Amazing value for the money.
Went there on November 26 during lunchtime and can say that I’ve never seen more of a discard for customer service in my life I never write Google reviews ever but I was so compelled to write this review because of the miscommunication amongst the team currently working at this location I was up charged and wasn’t given the items that I didn’t even ask for I wasn’t asked if I wanted my receipt and the server when he was done making my pizza he just threw it at me can’t believe that these people are running this place it’s a complete circus
My family enjoyed a quick meal at Blaze pizza. The ingredients were fresh and pizzas cooked to order. My youngest enjoyed a simple pie which was more than enough for two young children to share. My oldest made his own pizza with BBQ chicken, ham and pineapple. The pizzas are thin crust and the toppings are also thin crust, the toppings almost melt into the pie. Everyone enjoyed this pizza outing.
It was weird at first with a pizza place with a have it your own way concept. But it was amazing. The crust is really good, theres so many options. I got garlic pesto and spicy marinara sauce with fresh mozzarella and shredded and with two veggies - only veggies and meat count as toppings. The prices are great, you get all the flexibility and its soo good! Get that olive oil drizzle on top.

Staff was friendly and courteous, pizza was just okay but served very quickly. If you want a quick fix this is a decent option. The atmosphere leave a lot to be desired. Very low-rent fast food vibe and not particularly clean.
They tried to scam me. I ordered a Chipotle pizza and they charged me 26 dollars. I later asked for a receipt and they eventually gave me it. It had few extra things than what I ordered. I want to give this place a 0 star but I cant so Ill have to settle with 1 star. So disappointed.

Great place for pizza. The gluten free dough is good... however...there is a ton of cross contamination with flour. Like they are trying to kill you. Still...no allergy...then This is the best option for gf pizza...anywhere....Update:. I ordered gluten free and they made me a HIGH RISE pizza... nobody noticed the error until I pointed it out. Blaze Pizza has become my favorite pizza provider because I get to have pizza my way.You can choose from basic, 1 topping, 2 topping or everything style. Each level is another step up in price. If the idea of determining your pizza destiny is too daunting a task, they have a few preset styles. But if you’re feeling adventurous, they have 3 choices of crust, Maybe 5 choices of sauce and cheese and too numerous to mention choices of toppings that include vegetables and meats. You start off cafeteria style moving along the line while telling the pizza enablers what you would like on your made to order pie. When you’re done, it may take 5 minutes for the finished product to be flash baked in a fired oven. To wash your new creation down, they have original choices of free refill beverages that include soda, tea and fruit drinks.If you’ve ever shared a pizza with family or friends, you know there is a compromise protocol to decide what toppings to include or banish. If you can’t agree, that means buying extra pies with individual ingredients.Blaze style gives you personal pizzas where you can indulge your selfish nature. If you want a pizza with gluten free crust and pesto sauce with feta cheese, that’s your business. If you want something with every topping available both animal and plant based, it’s your stomach, you will have to deal with the gastronomical consequences.I think you’ll like the taste that comes with your culinary autonomy.
Way overpriced for the quality of food that comes out. Crust is similar to a cardboard. The way they cut the pizza was very messy and uneven. The only good thing that came out of this place was the customer service.
I didn’t really like the pizza that much. Honestly I’d rather eat my 90 year old bed ridden grandmothers box after she had a few accident in bed. But the staff was nice! 3/5
The pizza is delicious, the smores pies they have for dessert are even better. But this place is SO SLOW. It takes forever. As a driver on a food delivery platform I almost always decline orders for Blaze because the food is NEVER ready & i have to wait sometimes a half hour to pick up an order that is supposed to be ready when i walk in the door, or within 5 mins of me arriving. Taking orders for this place actually costs me money because I have to wait around for them to start making the food when I could be out doing more deliveries to make money.
I made a “star only” review last year and hadn’t written a description until now. I’ve personally spoke to the owner or manager of the establishment a year ago and said that I would write an honest review and I have to say they have made pizza as perfectly as the day I have first tasted Blaze Pizza. It’s rich with robust flavors that melt in your mouth and radiate with euphoria and bliss that makes you want to buy another pizza pie! As I write this review I had stopped by again today on 3.14(pie day) and the line was almost out the door! But it was streamlined and quick! I was in and out in less than 20 minutes and there had to have been at least 20-40 people ahead of me! The proprietor of this Blaze Pizza was kind, and down to earth walking around and making everyone feel at home. I’d definitely recommend this establishment for Blaze Pizza!!!
Solicitor outside the store made entering a bit weird and there were a few drinks out of operation. Food was good but other utensils would have been appreciated

First time here and was pleasantly surprised at the amount of options we had for a build-your-own. 1st pizza was a spicy, meaty build-your-own, it was so tasty that we went back on line to make a veggie build-your-own pizza. The lemonade here is also the bomb. Will definitely be back again.
I was at Blaze Pizzas Hicksville location about two weeks ago. While waiting for my pizza, one of the workers told me that someone had dropped my pizza by accident. As a result, the worker then asked how can he make it right to me and asked if I would like a free brownie, Smore pie, or cookie to make up for the mistake.I gladly accepted the Smore pie, and surprisingly my pizza that they decided to remake for me on the spot came out very quickly even though they had to remake it from scratch.This was excellent customer service displayed by one of the workers from Blaze Pizzas Hicksville location, and I will definitely make sure to come back to Blaze Pizzas Hicksville location in the future!
Worst service EVER, if i could give them less than one star i would. i specifically ordered a “build your own pizza” because i wanted 3 toppings and they only offer a one and two topping pizza. the manager was helping me , i don’t know his name but he was a middle age white mall. rudest person ever. myself and the two other people with me watching him put only one kind of meatball on my pie when i told him several times i wanted both (i also got pepperoni so it would have been three toppings if he was able to make a simple pizza). when i told him i wanted both meatballs before my pizza was in the oven, he raised my voice and said he put it on when there were mutlpe people who witnessed him only put one on. when it came time to pay he refused to let me pay for a two topping (which is what he gave me). i was a weekly customer at blaze pizza but i will never come back here because this human beyond disgusted me. i have worked in the food industry for over two years , what happened to the “customer is always right”. instead of simply admitting he was wrong, he raised his voice and was extremely rude.
HUGE thumbs up to Blaze Pizza located at the Broadway mall in Hicksville. Would highly recommend for a fun inexpensive family dinner, a date- anything! My best friend and I went in the past weekend on a whim and it was literally AMAZING. You get to design your own personal pizza with the staff in an assembly line with like...unlimited toppings- picture Chipotle but for pizza. Took 15 minutes tops for our pizzas to be done and the staff could not have been nicer. We both got waters and a personal pizza which I couldnt even finish for like $10 each. The manager Elliot was so awesome- came to every table and personally checked on people- which you almost never see anymore. Its those little things that mean the most to a consumer like me. It would be fun for kids to go to because they have control over what goes on their own pizza too. Loved the customizability. Super clean and organized too. HIGHLY recommend!

Never again.Walked in. Ordered simple pie high rise crust.Gave name and paid.Stood in waiting for 18 minutes.When asked if they forgot about me?They did.There were four customers at the time.The manager looks stoned.I dont know what to tell you.Never again.

Its a fast-casual dining establishment where you have all the control, from the type of dough and sauces, to what (and how many) toppings you want! And its a personal pizza so for the price point its actually fairly cheap; two people can even split a pie if youre not that hungry. Staff members are very friendly and the dining area is clean, with a great aesthetic.

Great pizza. Friendly staff and allergy conscious. They will change gloves, cook on a mat and use a clean cutter to best avoid cross contamination. My son is highly allergic to goats milk and cheeses. This is one of the limited places he can eat pizza. Try the spicy red sauce and some roasted broccoli its great.
This place is the Subway of pizza. Dont expect a New York style pie. You move down a line an build your own pizza and they cook it for about 5 minutes in an oven for you at the end. The crust and ingredients are really good. You can put a ton of veggies and meats on your pizza for under 10 bucks. Their soda fountain is also stocked with cane sugared craft sodas which is pretty cool too.
Excellent personalized pizza with tons of toppings, I clouding different types of sauces, cheeses, vegetables and protein. 9 dollars and you choose unlimited number of toppings. Service is quick and pizza consistently great. Wish there were more locations.

Amazing pizza. Cute atmosphere. Can stay to eat or take out. Really reccomend the food. Its thin crust and you can get plain/with toppings/or a specialty pizza. Not too expensive. Reg pie is 5.95 and specialty is 8.95 with other options in between.
Really truly the best in town...freshest ingredients, nicest, most competent preparers (i had an 11 make your own...), and great cooks. Still savoring my last visit, and cant wait to return...
Best to order ahead and pick up for lunch, otherwise the wait isnt too bad and the personalization options are excellent!

Pretty good pizza. Price is great on the unlimited. Pizza is always fresh and hot. Perfect if you like thin crust. The chocolate chip cookies have sea salt on them.
This is a Chipotle-style customizable pizza place. For very reasonable price, you can have your own combo pizza fired ready for you in 5 minutes. If you dont like certain ingredient in conventional pizza, you can skip it. Also a lot of fancy fruity soft drinks are available. Definitely will come back. Staff is friendly at explaining the ordering process.
Love the food and the customer service is very patient and helpful with someone like me who likes to get a bunch of toppings😅I even got a free pizza made because it ended up getting a hole while baking.
Fresh blazed pizza is kind of like Roman style pizza. Think Chipotle but with a myriad of pizza ingredients and about the same price but with better pricing. I shared 2 pies with my wife and son and we were stuffed. Try the blood orange lemonade, its pretty refreshing. Since they are new the staff is still learning so be forgiving if there is a little bit of a wait.
We love hanging out. Yesterday we went to this excellent restaurant which friends told us about. We spent a beautiful evening there with fine cooking and a courteous crew and a great cuisine. We added this place in our list and we shall definitely come back soon. We warmly recommend.
This surprisingly tasty pizza chain is tucked in the parking lot of Broadway mall. They make a good pie fresh and on the spot. The ingredients all laid out for you to select. The pie the gets placed in the oven while you wait. It comes out nice and hot.
The pizza itself is pretty good, the price is great also. However it seems that every time I go in there the service is getting worse. The employees dont seem to know what they are doing whether its the person incorrectly writing what you want on the paper, the amount of cheese thats put on my pizza or even the cashier. Ive been there and seen a person ask for gluten free dough and a customer down the line recieved the dough instead and the person who really wanted it got regular and no one knew until 5 mins later. I went there a half hour before closing and they were almost out of cheese so they were giving customers smaller portions so they didnt have to get more. On that day I also wanted pineapple and they told me they were out until tomorrow. Shouldnt I be able to get what I want on my pizza? Ive also seen my friend get charged double on her card because the cashier said he was tired. This location has got to get it together or they are going to go downhill fast!
Great quality food and quick and efficient service. I frequent here often when I want pizza with fresher ingredients and less bready crust. The staff is always super friendly too. I hope one day they do an app to place an order ahead of time because Im there so much.
I have been to Blaze about 3 or 4 times now and every single time I go they are excellent. he staff is always extremely friendly and work very well with each other. I am going to right about my most recent visit on pi-day, where all pizzas were $3.14, what a steal!!! i had to wait almost an hour for my pizza because the line was out the door, but surprisingly enough when I got to the front of the line even with the huge line the staff was friendly and we were even able to get a cheer started.Now pay close attention to the tips I am about to give you becuase these are some veteran moves I pulled while there. I ordered a create your own pizza and was excited to add as much as I wanted to it. They are first going to ask what sauce you want, now there are two important things you should do here. The first is to ask for extra sauce because one scoop just isnt enough. The second thing is to ask the to brush the garlic pesto on your crust, to give you a delicious seasoned crust. After that you are going to order cheese. Now you should also ask for extra mozzarella becuase they dont usually start you out with enough, luckily all this extra stuff is at no added cost. I also added ovalini mozzarella which is delicious chunks of fresh mozzarella. For toppings I got Italian sausage, meatballs, pepperoni, chicken, roasted garlic, sea salt and oregano. They have tons of other toppings to choose from and will add as much to your pizza as you want. All of the toppings taste extremely fresh. The crust of the pizza is perfectly thin and crispy. The extra sauce is strong enough to hold up to all of the toppings, overall a great pizza.I have been two other build your own pizza places, and blaze is by far the best of all of them. They are reasonably priced for a wide selection of fresh, unlimited toppings. This place holds its own in a large pool of pizza places on long island.
Awesome! Fresh ingredients. Great tasting juices. Went with my daughter. We were able to split one pie. For dessert, my daughter had a brownie and I had a smores cookie. Both were delicious!
Pizza is promptly prepared when ordering in store. However with mobile ordering my friend waited about 30 minutes to have his pizza prepared.
I heard good things about blaze pizza but as a first time customer I was highly disappointed the pizza wasnt good properly and the toppings tasted in old and the cashier girl was rude I asked for a large and with an attitude said you said regular and handed me the large with an attitude. Short story Im not going back to this place
USED TO BE GREAT, Fresh-tasting Pizza! Load their app to earn a free pie but I went for the first time Since Covid. They were OUT OF A FEW Pizza TOPPINGS and the sauce didnt taste as fresh as it used to, so I was DISAPPOINTED.

I went to Blaze today & the service was terrible. They were very busy, however it doesn’t mean the workers should have an attitude. I ordered the white top, the girl prepping it never asked me if I wanted it how it was listed & she didn’t ask if I wanted the garlic that they put on it. I happen to order it as is, I don’t get the garlic. I let it go. However, when I went to pick up my pizza the girl put it on a eat in tray, I said it’s to go she rolled her eyes & proceeded to put I believe it’s arugula on it before asking & I said I don’t want that, she picked up off, threw it in the box before I could ask for the ranch sauce & when I did she looked annoyed. I’ve never had this kind of service at this location before, disappointing.

Pretty good concept and relatively tasty pizza. Its build your own or select from suggested recipes. I always like to go a bit crazy and load up different toppings on the thicker crust. Not the best pizza but definately very good. NY pizza purists will lose their mind im sure but definately worth a try if you want something new and to make your experimental dream pizza pie! Be sure to try a Smores heated in the oven!
Online ordering was a huge disappointment. The arugula was instead 3 pieces of mixed greens, the balsamic dressing was loaded entirely onto 2 slices and saturated while the rest of the pizza was dry. Half of what I ordered wasnt even on there, the rest of it was just bad. Wont be ordering from this location again.
You guys reinvent the choose-own-topping on pizza. The seating area is cozy and inviting. I just wish you can add option for thicker pizza. With the toppings, the present ulta-thin crust cannot support the weight. I often find myself messy holding a slice.

Service was quick, but they really hold back on the toppings. I literally had 2 pieces of red pepper on my personal pie. For $10 I didnt get my moneys worth. Also, most of the crust on the bottom was burnt and inedible. Quite unfortunate because the place is clean and has a friendly staff

The food is really good, HOWEVER there are so many gnats and flies flying around your head, and in your cup and on your pizza that you are to busy swatting them away instead of eating. Gordon Ramsay always says.. flies in the dining room means...
They have a really nice selection of toppings if you get the build your own. I love how they make the pizza them self with an ovan. Over all I would keep this pizza place in my top 3!

Love this restaurant and location! Great service and great food. Can take a little while to get your food but definitely worth the wait if you have a couple minutes. There is plenty of space to sit down if you want to eat in, and usually not so crowded that the space is gone. Online ordering for quicker pickup is also available.
They were out of stock of an ingredient on a specialty pizza I ordered, but were kind enough to adjust the price to reflect that. Great staff here
Went with my daughter. She loved thanks she could design her own pizza. It was delicious and the lemonade was great as well. We will be back! :)
Received a free coupon, for a pizza, thought i was getting a slice got a real pizza fed my hubby and i not to bad either. so happy i made the little trip to get it. its 7 mins from my house. a little hectic but im 73 and i dealt with it. you can have anything you wanted on the pizza. i was afraid so i just had the sausage, cheese and sauce. pretty good. good luck to you and your staff. you can send more freebees out. my number was 955 on the card.

Hmmm, interesting take on pizza but the taste didn’t really do it for me. I forgot what it’s called but I had an Asian style pizza with chicken, some kinda sauce and sesame seeds on it. Chicken was a bit dry.
You can fill up with healthy toppings if you choose. A very filling meal at a reasonable price. The pizza is prepared quickly.
Blaze pizza is great. Prefer the veggie pizza. Somehow I do not like non-veg pizzas. Service is fast and great. Must try if you havent already.
My family and I went to a blaze Pizza in NY and North Carolina, and they were awesome. Though sometimes food places that are down South dont taste as good in ny - this was different! This place was just as good(aka AWESOME) 🍕🔥🍕🔥💕😘😍
Customize your pizzas. I always leave really happy. They even have gluten free pizza dough which Ive tried. I was pleasantly surprised how good it was.They have a pretty big selection of sauces and toppings

Kerri H and Kylee H were the MOST friendliest servers at Blaze. They greeted you by your first name and with a warm smile! They were extremely patient while you were trying to decide what toppings you wanted. To top it off, Kerri and Kylee gave generous portions and didn’t skimp so you really felt you got the royal treatment! In the recent past, Sara M also provided excellent service. The pizza was DELICIOUS, but the wait time was crazy, there is no manager overseeing things, and its very disappointing that this place has gone done soooooo much, in terms of how its being run.. GrubHub or Uber Eats orders just add to the problem.
Staff was rude, ignorant, and discriminatory. One of the people who was taking orders found the religious attire of a customer to be unusual. So they went to the back and started laughing with all the other employees. This is totally unacceptable in 2019, yet alone New York.

This Place had some great pizza I had a chicken and bacon pizza it was really good so I definitely recommend coming to Blaze Pizza the only thing I did not like was the corners of the pizza were a little burnt. I was not really a big deal this place was awesome!

2022-06-17Great spot if you wanna get your veggies in in a fun, delicious way. You can create your own pizza, add as many toppings as you want for about $14. I recommend asking if they are willing to make it a garlic crust- you just ask if they can put the garlic aioli on the crust before or after choosing your toppings.

2021-12-29Blaze. The Chipotle of Pizza. Always get the build your own, add as many toppings as your heart desires for around $10. The wait can be 10-15 minutes at busy times, but the pizza doesnt take long to bake. One of my favorite spots for lunch or dinner.

2022-03-14Quality pizza and amazing customer service! Ordered online and requested no olives. Picked up in store and there were olives on the pizza. The staff quickly made me a new pie and were very pleasant to deal with. I can understand why this happened, the receipt they use to make the pie lists the type and all the requested ingredients but makes no mention of what the items removed were. If you dont want something it might be wise to leave a note on your order to aid the staff.

2022-05-10Im getting to like this place more and more as I feel more comfortable asking them to customize stuff. They never actually complain about a single thing. Its a really good pizza. Its a nice quiet place in the late afternoon, and its outside the mall so you dont have to go inside and deal with all the mall rats and the underdisciplined children running around. Add a star if you like pizza! 😎

2022-04-01I am giving them three stars as a courtesy. Usually coming to this location is quick, friendly, and clean. Today this was not the case. We were helped by who I am assuming was a manager, he had longer black hair and facial hair. I can understand having a tough day at work, but it is never appropriate to curse or exclaim in frustration about not being closed in front of customers. The gentleman cutting the pizzas was very kind. The counters were very dirty.

2020-06-23When we first started coming here, the food was great and there were no issues. The last 3 times we went, it was nowhere near as good. The first of the last 3.times we went the pizza was very under cooked, and the dough knots were burnt tons crisp and we were given new ones. They tried to correct the pizza issue twice but after the 3rd time it was burnt and inedible, this was before the Covid 19 pandemic. Second time I picked it up and brought it home, my pizza was fine but my girlfriends pizza was wrong and missing a few things that were on the order. Today was the 3rd time, the attached picture is my pizza with the label from the order just above with what was supposed to be on it, can you see what was missing this time? No cheese and no BBQ drizzle. Her pizza was missing garlic and one of the 2 cheeses she ordered.Really liked this place at first, sad to see its going downhill.

2017-09-10Quick review - basically I really like this place for good quick pizza. Note that you can only buy in units of personal pie (e.g., not by the slice). It is a wood-burning oven so it is fast and you get a thin crust thats crispy on the outside with some char and chewy on the inside. Evidently there is a gluten-free option for those who are sensitive. The pricing is one topping, two topping, build your own for unlimited toppings (reasonably priced!), or you can get one of their pre-configured signature combinations, priced at the BYO price. Its not waiter service but one of the employees (maybe the manager) did a walk around checking the food and clearing empties if needed. We shared 2 pies that day - basically the margarita and a chicken BBQ. They were both good - little skimpy on the toppings, but otherwise fresh out of the oven (literally). By the time you pay, get your drinks and sit down, your order is pretty much ready. One other note is that they have your regular soda dispenser as well as a variety of agua frescas that were really delicious (e.g., probably not as healthy as it sounds).

2021-11-05I went here on many occasions, the customer service is really good, the food always comes out nice and hot, the cheese is nice and melty. They are particularly great because they serve parsley and pepper in their own shakers, if youd like to add that, The pricing of the food is also really great, it is always cheap, fast, and delicious. Id 100% recommend coming here if you have a pizza craving that needs a fix.
