My wife Jessica and I always come here when we have a some time together to eat out. Very warm spot with great parking and light wait times. My fave thing here would be the ultimate stuffed French toast and the breakfast potatoes always cooked just right. 10/10 recommend.
The food here is simply amazing and the service is always top notch. I recommend trying this place out when you get a chance. The have an excellent menu and the prices are very affordable here too.
BLD has been our first choice for breakfast, lunch or dinner over the last 7 years and we have always loved their hospitality and amazing food. Now its time for us to move to a different state, and we will truly miss enjoying our meals there. Thank you to all the staff for always going above and beyond with us and the rest of the customers.

The food here is consistently good, Id even say great. Normally, Ill order burgers or breakfast at a diner. But the food here is so good I always order a dinner entrée.
ALWAYS go here for the ice cream Berry Blend smoothies. And grab some crab cake sliders and waffle fries for the road!If youre not already inside by Midnight, dont expect to dine in.

Went for late breakfast with a friend. Free coffee refills. The Pulled Corned Beef skillet was amazing the service was also really good. Wheelchair accessible. Came back the next day for more. Everything was great again. Croissant French toast. Crab cake Benedict.

Stopped by the diner for brunch with a small group. We were seated right away and distanced from other customers due to Covid-19. The staff was courteous, took our orders and food arrived quickly. I ordered pancakes with ham which was pretty good. The pancakes had a unique taste but very good with enough to take home for breakfast the next day. The hot chocolate was not as rich as I would like and a bit watery. I decided to try the premium Cosmopolitan drink in a bottle and was very surprised how good it tasted. I would go back the next time I am in New Rochelle.

I went to this diner last week for breakfast with my friends and when the bill arrived I was disgusted to see that they charged me an addition $6 because I had a food allergy. It’s not as thought they sourced the food from somewhere else to warrant the additional fee they are discriminating against people with food allergies. Additionally the food made me feel sick. I do not recommend this dinner and i will never go there again.

Let me put this way, staff was very friendly, but not attentive. The food was terrible for the price they were charging. We had a gyro more like a fake gyro not even real lamb. Frozen mozzarella sticks, bdus mozzarella sticks way better. The fried calamari one of the worst Ive had, look at the picture. I only recomend do to the staff not the food.

All I could think of was the Turkey Cobb Salad from the Larchmont Diner. It was as always amazing!!! The salad with fresh, thinly sliced avocado, an egg, and pieces of turkey was worth the wait from Grubhub. The size of the container fed myself, my daughter and the dog whose favorite is the sliced egg. The creamy caesar dressing just pulled it all together for me. When I am eating this salad. I hear no kid nor the dog begging right in front of me.
Placed at order here through seamless and called the diner about the order. The person working the phone wasn’t even aware that the diner took orders through seamless (seriously?!?) and spent the next five minutes yelling at me. Extremely poor service.
This place is a go to place for sure! I grew up coming here and I love it, food comes out fast, the staff is amazing and super friendly. Super busy on weekend mornings.
The food here is amazing. Love the waffles. Customer service is excellent. Very attentive. Just keep in mind that it is in larchmont so the prices are a bit higher than elsewhere but definitely worth it.

Bld is one of the best diners. The service is not the best I have ever had but the combination of good food and fast service is always great. I love the pancakes and their omelette. I usually get the western omelette without ham. It tastes just as good as any diner but BLD feels special. Check this out if you are close by it’s a great diner and has a nice vibe
Stopped in with my son after working a very long day. The parking area was spacious. The diner was small, immaculate, and well lit with natural light. Our server was prompt, friendly and attentive. We never had to ask for more water or coffee, he just brought it.I am 65 years old and have eaten in many diners, enjoying few of them. This, however, was absolutely the freshest, most delicious food I have ever eaten in a diner.I couldn’t stop eating. And I am not a big eater.We loved it.You will too.

Very nice Diner. Enjoyed lunch today. Mom loved the butternut squash soup and burger sliders. I loved the bacon, egg & cheese sandwich on a roll. Everything was delicious and plated in a visually aesthetic way. Waiter was wonderful as well. We will be coming back.

Pretty Standard Dinner. Menu is compact with a good selection. Was a little disappointed that their southern fried chicken wasnt used for their chicken and waffles dish but instead was fried tender pieces. Otherwise a good place to grab some breakfast.
If you like Diners and are ever in the Larchmont or Mamaroneck area make sure you stop by here THE BLD Diner. This place is amazing. Manhattan used to be the mega core of famous diners but shows like Diner Drive In and Dives showed us different and this place BLD Diner is a great example of that. The food is always fresh great portions warm comfort exactly what you want from a diner. They have a great selections of all your favorite whether you go for a burger and fries or the meatloaf or my favorite the seafood grill combo it all makes you smile.Now lets talk what diners are famous for desserts cakes pies yes you name it they have it here and if you need a drink or a beer they also have a bar. Add to that open 24 hours and parking lot this place is fabulous and happy to eat there anytime Im in the area. As I said love ❤ this place.

Traditional New York diner vibe, with a twist. Typical delicious comfort food you would expect at a real Diner, but the owner has added some really healthy and delicious options. It is always a pleasure to eat there. The staff is always pleasant and accurate.

The food was delicious, good volume too. And they make it easy to pay, you can pay directly from your phone! The only issue was they forgot the bacon in my wifes omelette but they gave us some when we mentioned it so all good.

My co workers took me here last week for a bday lunch and it was nice. They over hyped it a bit but the panini I had was really good and the fries were amazing!
Went here for a pick up order. The place seems very clean, and the food was very delicious. I highly recommend the bacon cheeseburger. We got the marinated chicken with mixed veggies for our toddler, and the food look great. The BBQ jack chicken panini that my wife got was good, and she mentioned shed get it again. Im going to get food from here more often.
One of my best places to get sweet potato fries and wings nice workers they’re very friendly and very clean too their service was great and they were very nice. The food tasted so good 😊 I like it
This diner was a lifesaver! It was the only diner that was open while we were driving up the Eastcost at 4am. The food was delicious and they gave us nice sized portions. The restaurant owner/manager was hospitable and the food was ready in less than 15 mins. Although we were unable to sit inside after 11pm due to the COVID regulations, it looked like a clean establishment. We definitely recommend this diner.
Top 3 favorite diners in westchester. Small locale but packs a punch which is why I tend to order out. The fresh lemonade is perfection. Salad are also super fresh and heavy in size and flavor

Had lunch here. Ruben sandwich was well made. The meat was tender, and the rye bread was grilled without being greasy. Fries were great too, they werent frozen. Service was quick and friendly.
Do not order from here beyond normal business hours. They are likely to mess up the order or serve you something that will make you sick. they have forgotten something i order four times. Im sure this place has good food during the day, just dont waste your time ordering from this place from the hours of 12midnight to 6am. You will be disappointed hungry and maybe sick. Thia place is not really 24 hours. Its normal business hours good food, after business hours they really dont care what they serve you. Now youve been warned, mark my words if you order after-hours from this sometimes establishment you will be disappointed.
This was a God-awful experience .We came in about 11:30 pm. So it was late night. We sat and got no attention at first but finally managed to get our drinks We had just come from Manhattan. We sat and talked but nobody came by.. When I wanted a refill I could not get anyone’s attention. When I did get someone to look over I was ignored. We were not getting any service and no one came by. They ignored us some more. Finally after about one hour and around 12:30 am, we walked out and were barely noticed leaving.
Im very partial to this Diner when it comes to breakfast. The manager is outstanding and always accommodating a true gentleman at all times and professional. So is there staff. They always seem to serve quality food and their waiters are very attentive. Ive had a couple of there meals nothing I can quite remember. Although Im always here for breakfast more than anything else. They make their own corned beef hash from scratch which is amazing! with flavors and spices of peppers and onions that just remind you exactly what scratch is supposed to taste like and be made from. Overall its my choice for breakfast that is always a good idea on any given day. If you enjoyed the review. You know what to do👍. Thank you in advance for your time.

Love the food. 4 stars because the last 2 times I placed an order they actually forgot the dressing for my salads. Simple ceasar salads. Only they werent apparently, because they came with no Ceasar dressing.
Great menu selection. The food is enjoyable and the staff is great. The restaurant is not large but the tables are properly spaced apart which makes it comfortable and intimate enough. My wife and I enjoyed our breakfast and time spent here. Thanks Google for recommending this place to us. I highly recommend it also.

Traditional, boutique diner feel with very high quality food. I especially love the desserts and soups (similar to Mamaroneck Diner, which is under same ownership)...especially coconut cake, and seafood bisque (when they have it). Offers fruit as healthy alternative to fries. Very friendly and hospitable staff.

I love this diner! The soup here is amazing! Ask for the cup and youll be served with what is considered a bowl anywhere else. Ask for a bowl and youll find yourself swimming is the largest vessel of soup youve ever seen in a restaurant. And the soups are fresh and delicious every single day. Now, think about this--thats only the soup! They treat all of their food with a care and consideration that is rare in todays restaurant experience. Ive never been disappointed by any dish Ive had here. The staff is adorable and generally attentive. The patrons are courteous and generally kind crowd. The food is outstanding, generously proportioned and affordably priced, in the true spirit of diner cuisine. Cant ask much more from a diner and I dont. Its as perfect as it gets.

(she even tracked down my number lol)She called me and was very sincere and apologized for what happened and thanked me for sharing my experience, and she communicated with the staff members to correct this from happening in the future.Ive ordered from them in the past, and the food was always delicious, so I agreed that this was just a fluke. People are human right?Annie has also offerred to mail me a gift card to eat there again, and Im definately taking her up on that offer, cause im not sure if I can live without their Stuffed French Toast!! 🥰Ordered $100 of breakfast food. Omelets, pancakes, French toast , and they came all burnt , barely edible . I called the owner to tell him and he said their so busy , that was the most ridiculous excuse I ever heard. Didnt even offer a refund or a credit. What a disappointment!

Very, very good!! Ranks among the best diners in the area without question. Service is fast, friendly, and helpful. Food portions are a good size, including the paninis which have a tendency to be small at many restaurants. Likewise, the heaping portion of waffle fries that my California chicken panini (with amazing mushrooms, fresh avocado, and a good amount of grilled chicken) were delicious!I will definitely be back and would recommend to anyone in the area (way better than Nautilus!)
Menu needs improvement, Ive gone to plenty of other dinners that have way better breakfast combos, I feel I shouldnt be nickled and dimed for bacon, sausage, etc....should be included with the eggs!
Friendly staff with great atmosphere. I come here a lot and never had any issue. The fact that they are open 24 hour is a plus because is hard to find a place with good food that you can go anytime.

Great tasting food that is very appealing to the eyes and fills you up! The portions are good enough to have later too. Staff is friendly and very helpful. The best fried chicken Ive had! Pizza on par with local pizza joints. Sandwiches are generous, meat is cooked finely. We went to this location as well as Mamaroneck Diner frequently. Bread basket was steamy fresh! We enjoy these two diners very much and leave full and happy!
We came on Sunday for brunch. We were a large group and was seated within 20 min. Staff was friendly and our order was taken quickly. The food took a while to come. Most sauces over the eggs were dry up, looked like it had been sitting for a awhile. One of the dish was burnt to blackness, they replaced the dish. Taste of the dishes was nothing spectacular, other people ordered French toast seem a lot more appetizing.
Was not the greatest experience. Although I live a bit more up state where the prices are bit less than Westchester county, 2 out of 3 of our dinners were a bit under par. 1st of all the coffee was served with milk and not half and half, only to find out after it was poured and then it was too late after that we asked for half and half. My wifes turkey burger was dry and not served with mayo or even offered with mayo or some kind of sauce. I had the Reuben sandwich I thought was pretty poor especially for $14.50 and it only had a few scant slices of corned beef and more sauerkraut than meat. That was not the worst part. My sandwich was quite greasy and actually gave me a stomach ache on the 1.5 hour ride home, but that is not the worst of it, The crust on the grilled bread was so sharp, it actually cut my lip on the first bite! I thought I had ketchup on my lip, but soon I realized it was blood,I checked my food for glass fragments or something until we realized the grilled greasy bread crust was sharp as a knife! It kept bleeding that I could not finish my dinner, and took it home, the next day I re-heated it and got a stomach ache again! Im sorry, but a Reuben with fries is my go to diner choice and most diners I frequent average $8- $11 and all have 2 to 3 times more pastrami or corned beef. On the plus side, our third person ordered some kind of Quesadilla dish and loved it! The service was quick and attentive I left a 23% tip.

Just came here after having an awful experience at the New Rochelle Diner, where we wound up walking out, and wow were we impressed.Staff is quick and friendly. The food is delicious. Everything had that very homemade and care filled taste you expect from a pricier place.I had a tuna melt and French fries with mozzarella cheese on top and brown gravy on the side. The bread was buttered and fried to a golden deliciousness. The tuna was homemade and very yummy. And I cannot get over the gravy, absolutely perfect, thin and flavorful like a gravy should be. Not all thick and chunky like a lot of places make it. My daughter had chicken fingers and she devoured the whole plate. My better half had a breakfast platter and he said it was the best toast he ever ate... The toast!!! The toast was that good!! His plate is clean too.Great job BLD Diner. We will be coming back!!

Real corn beef hash not from a can. Freshly made sautéed vegetables at 2:00am. Excellent service no matter what time of the day it is. Clean, tasty. warm and friendly atmosphere that even the family can enjoy anytime of the day.

First let me say I would have given them less stars but I am hoping that this was just an off day for the staff. Monday June 18, 2018 arrived around 9 am. This is not my first time at this diner. I come every time I visit New Rochelle about every 11 to 13 months. I was very disappointed with the food and service. The waffles were soggy and the sausage were not as good as I remember. The wait staff had to be remeinded to fill my coffee and it really seemed like the waiters were going out of their way to avoid me. They were all grouped over by the counter talking and not really paying attention to the handful of customers.
II ordered Eggs Benedict over crab cakes. The eggs were over cooked (some people like it that way) I told the waiter, and they made a whole new order and it was just right. The waiter was very nice and attentive. I would come again.
The absolute best 24 hour diner in Westchester county. A gift to the county!Whenever I come back to visit NY(my hometown)I drive about 25-30 mins to get there, its worth it.The menu size is just right.I recommend the lentil soup, but everything there is perfect.I tend to get the lentil soup, a side of rice and vegetables. I put the soup on top of the rice and veggies. Very home cooked flavor and satisfaction.Always clean inside and the waitstaff is friendly. The womens bathroom is a little tight inside but usually clean and well stocked. Everything about BLD is satisfying. A definite must for a late nighters like myself.
I ordered the Mediterranean Eggs. I ordered bacon on the side as well, thinking it would need it. It didnt! My husband and granddaughter ate the bacon, I was MORE THAN SATISFIED with my dish. I NEVER eat everything on my plate, I must say, this time, I DID!!!I WILL order this dish again. Our waiter Roberto, was awesome! The ambiance was perfect for family dialogue. Havent been here in years, stopped by one-night and since Im doing Keto, I asked them if they could make me a Wrap made out of lettuce and they did...I was shocked because no other diner Ive been at could never make a lettuce Wrap, they all say that their lettuce was all to small. I think more diners should carry more Keto friendly items. Will continue to go to BLD-Diner for now on!!*( BLD you should look into getting Carb Balance Wraps Whole Wheat & Regular)*Alot of people nowa days are living a Keto lifestyle and would love to see that on your menu) just a suggestion

Cooks do not read order notes. Food was not good when made, most of the time it was burnt. They also the wrong food to me on multiple occasions, so I had to stop ordering.

Giving 3 star because of service. Ordered Phili cheese steak came corned beef in cheese steak set up! If you dont have proper meat for certain dish just say dont have it and dont make it. Im not a problem customer didnt want to send it back and I was hungry I ate it.. will not order same dish again unless they have real phili cheese steak meat!

Perfect late night diner. They’re always on their game even after midnight and their menu has alot of different choices. The food is pretty good, with some things better than others but overall it’s a really good diner

Its a good diner, good matzo ball soup. Only thing is its a bit small, they get busy so I dont think they want you lingering after your meal. Thats ok though
Always went there. Good food and service but not happy today. Heat has been broken but they didnt let you know when you walk in. Didnt realize it at first then started freezing and they dont even offer a cup of tea to warm you. Owners just ignore you. Last time I go there.
Went there today for a meeting and one of my guest got there early to get table for three the manager told him he had to wait till his party got there .and the manager was rude.im a restaurant manager myself and that was ridiculous. I have seated nany people before who were waiting for guest. Not only was he rude but he walked out after us to take a picture of my license plate and a picture of my guess and said we will not be allowed back. As a restaurant manager myself i find it to be horrible disrespectful. So would not recommend this bld dinner to anyone.it needs new owership or new management..
Great diner, with a menu sized just right. Service is great, even late. Good burgers and great panini. Becomes quite crowded on weekends, especially during breakfast hours.

To start, its very expensive.Also, I ordered pancakes and it was made with corn meal which was horrible after I put syrup on it. It taste like I was eating corn bread with syrup.The homefries were squared pieces literally fried like the French fries.
I did a delivery order at 1am and let me tell you, Do not order for delivery or pick up of the corn beef sandwich. I spent $10 on nothing but bread & a little handfull of shredded meat. It did not come with the pickle or the coleslaw.The only thing that was right was my soup; how hard is it to make food especially at 1amBlows my mindwell i learned do not do pick up or delivery from this place
The food is almost always good each time Ive come here and the service is quick. The staff is amazing which makes the dinning experience better.

Been coming to this diner for several years and have always received outstanding service and there food is always on point. One of my all time favorite diners to go to.

A pleasant diner, smallish, but our lunch was good (super grilled-cheese sandwich but clam chowder was a bit gritty--probably true of most). Major concern was the Ladies Room. Clean and well-appointed, but if your measurement from fanny to navel, (i.e., front to back) is more than 16 inches, then even when turned sideways to enter stall, you will not fit! They designed a one-stall space to fit two stalls in, thereby leaving almost no room to put a toilet into each of the two stalls. I only checked the first one but the farthest one must be the same because they appeared to be of equal size from the outside. To add to the contortions necessary for availing oneself of the facilities, assuming you CAN squeeze into the stall before the door hits the toilet-front, then you will notice that in order to allow for two toilet closets, they had to angle the toilet itself! This then requires you to have to sit side-saddle in order to accommodate your left leg.. This facility was obviously designed by a man - or by an extremely short-legged, tiny woman with no butt :-) Btw, my front-to-back dimension allowed me in - just! I am serious, though.. This set-up presents a challenge for anyone but the very svelte. Hopefully, the mens room lucked out and maybe has only one toilet - I did not check.
Great Food....super clean, and the friendliest wait staff. Prices are very reasonable. Our waiter Maurice, went out of his way to take care of us....

This is normally always good but sometimes they can be a little off with some dishes I guess bc they switch the cooks at different times of the day and night but usually it’s very good

I ate his place three times because it was across the street from my hotel. Nothing I had was good.

It does not matter what time of the day you come here the food is great. It does get busy on weekends but aside from that the wait is worth it. Swing by you won be disappointed.

Their Ultimate Stuff French Toast is so delicious down to their creamy yummy cinnamon cream cheese icing. To their fresh blueberries and strawberries. I give it full stars.

The food was good very small portions the quality of service and the service was very poor thats why you get it three place was pretty clean table was a little sticky I got some I dont know what the hell it is on my pants but the bathroom was halfway clean overall pretty good experience needs Improvement will see the next time I will go back to eat again
Went there March 1, 2020. Three of my family members got a bad reaction from the food. My stomach is stilling feeling queazy a day later. Never again.

2021-12-18Went here with family on. Saturday morning before noon. The place was surprisingly packed considering the early hour, got seated about fifteen minutes after we arrived.Masking is enforced at the door which is clearly labeled with the signage. The place was packed with lots of families along with a constant stream of take out orders from the kitchen.The food was a little on the pricier side for diner fare but all the dishes were well-cooked and tasted fresh. I had an order of avocado toast with smoked salmon which really hit the spot. I would go again, but would probably arrive even earlier to try and avoid the wait.

2022-06-18I come here with my man often. I love this diner !!!!! They have THE BEST breakfast potatoes . They can get very busy at times so plan ahead especially for a Sunday morning. The stuffed French toast is absolutely exquisite and worth a try

2022-05-22My friends took a long drive out from the Bronx to come get food here and boy was it definitely worth it. The food was amazing and their menu is definitely different offering a bunch of options depending on your late night craving. Will becoming back here for sure the pastrami burger was fire.

2022-04-08I was very impressed with BLD’s comprehensive menu and even more delighted when I ordered one of their “ make your own omelettes “ and asked for scallions , tomatoes, mushrooms and cheddar cheese I was blown away by the fresh asparagus and other vegetables that were clearly recently purchased and the omelette was out of this world. It came with the best crispy potato’s with onions and I think it might have been the best breakfast I’ve eat anywhere ( including my own kitchen)! Their service was impeccable and more importantly, BLD Diner is open 24 hours a day! I’m a great believer in being willing to pay more money for exceptional meals and I felt that I definitely got my money’s worth!

2022-02-20The milkshake was so good home fries were on point the BLT was delicious despite the fact thats not what I ordered there was a communication issue with the waiter had I paid more attention to my order I would have realized that he didnt understand me however what I did receive was delicious the gyro platter not so much the tzatziki sauce was off and the dressing they gave us for the Greek salad that came with it was also not right more salad than anything else on the dish not enough betta meet wasnt that good ample parking clean facility friendly staff

2021-07-22We loved this diner!! We enjoyed a delicious breakfast here and some of the best breakfast potatoes Ive had in way too long! Service was very friendly and the diner clean and welcoming. Were here for only a short time-frame but when we come back, this is a great place for us to enjoy breakfast. Theyre also open 24 hours so lunch and dinner is also available. 😋
