I since last November 2021. I went to Blessed Couture for my 3rd time , and my experience with the owner was the best I ever had. Very pleasant and professional by all means.The store is very well organized, she helped me getting the clothes I needed for my trip to the Caribbean. Soon after my returned I keep ordering from the store. Her and two other sisters has been assisting me with anything I need. Not mentioning that the quality of her clothes are excellent!! ..I love it and different from regular clothing stores Ive been. The renovation of Blessed Couture. Otra cosa!!! Meaning beautiful, delicate, elegant, great taste the owner have. She is the Guru in decor.Beautiful!! Go and experience the great customer service in the heights. Blesscoutur is my favorite place where I Can find glamour, style, tendency. One of the best experience of my life is being a shopper of Blesscoutur. Since 2019, I’ll being a customer of this amazing clothing store and I recommend 100%. The Quality, Great customer service and Fast delivery to get my item are exceptionally.
This is one of the worse business establishments that Ive ever been to in my entire life!!! The owners think they own a store in Tribeca and filter who enters their store.These two thieves overprice their clothes that they sell from Amazon, Shein, and other places.I ask everyone not to go here and receive the treatment that these women give to the people who enter their establishment! You are being jipped off! The funny thing is that they are constantly belittling everyone who wears cheap clothing and they are the ones selling from SheIn and charging the quadruple!!! Bunch of hypocrites!Also, dont fall for all the new fake reviews. The owner finally took the time to respond from reviews from years ago just because she wants to start fresh because she renovated it. However, if you notice she has all her sisters and niece posting reviews, to elimate the old ones.
This is a small boutique where you can find wonderful pieces whatever your style may be. Love the personalized-genuinely-friendly assistance and if you are not in the vicinity, you can order virtually and theyll mail it to you. Follow them on IG and youll Iove them too!
I always ordered from their Instagram live because the pieces are cute and one of a kind. Finally got to the store and just like on Instagram I received one of a kind attention and the clothes was perfect, would return everytime...

Bless is one of my favorite store the owners are very sweet and helpful, the prices very affordable. If you have a last minute activity Bless is the best place to go I asure you’ll come out with a complete attire from the Dress, accessories, shoes and handbag.

I ordered a bunch of items and cant believe how bad the quality is. They make it nearly impossible to return items.The clothing is cheap and sizing is off. Youd be better off buying clothes from China through Amazon because at least youll get your money back!

This is a pathetic excuse for a boutique. Im learning not to buy from any of the ads you see on Instagram. The photos look great, and the styles are cute, but it is so overpriced for what you get. See through dresses from cheap fabric, messy hems, loose threads, big holes And dont bother trying to return anything.

A friend recently had some personal doubts about a dress purchased elsewhere. She visited this store in hopes of finding another dress. Instead of receiving courtesy and respect as a new bride to be, she was spoken to in the utmost rude and disrespectful manner by the owner. Who not only dismissed her from the store , but told her off when my friend only wanted to stop hearing rants about her previously purchased dress. There was no reason for such rudeness !! Instead of being helpful and to get a sale in her store, she acted in the most non customer friendly manner. I will make sure to spread the word to all my friends across the country NOT to shop here!!’
I came uptown to check out this store as a friend of mine mentioned it may have some decent, unique reception dress options for my wedding. I already have a reception dress but wanted to pick up a back up since I dont love my dresses fit now that Ive lost a bit of weight. I let the owner know that my wedding dress was the same brand as my prior reception dress and that I bought it while I was traveling abroad- which fortunately had brought down the price significantly.After mentioning this to the owner she asked me the price of my reception dress which I thought was odd.... She then proceeded to spend the next 10 minutes berating me, my reception dress as well as my taste in clothing. She implied that I was lying, called my reception dress cheap and suggested that at that price point it must be used (which is completely untrue). I have never felt so attacked during a retail experience.I try to avoid conflict- so I assumed that this was just a simple misunderstanding and that she might think that I was seeking a discount- so I explained to her I was happy to pay the sticker price on her dresses if I liked one. However she kept going...She finally paused for a breath after about another 5 minutes and I asked if she could focus on helping me find a new reception dress rather than attacking a reception dress that she had never seen. She then got very confrontational and explained that she was trying to teach me a lesson on how to shop and told me if I didnt want to hear her out I could go elsewhere- which I gladly did.I have never never felt so offended. I literally went out of my way and took the 1 train about an hour north of where I live in midtown to check this place out. Her prices are much lower than the shops in my area since shes all the way uptown (almost in the bronx) and significantly below my budget - but I guess the saying is true... you get what you pay for.Im not sure if she was having a bad day or she this is just how she is- however I would avoid this store at all costs.
My friend was looking for a dress and went out of her way to come shop at this store. After the owner berated her for buying the same dress she had in her store at a discounted price overseas, she continued to criticize her shopping knowledge. What shop owner does that to a prospective customer ?? Unbelievably rude. I would never recommend anyone shop there unless the owner apologizes through this review site and offered her a deep discount!
Worst Customer service ever!!!I really liked what I saw on their instagram page, and decided to go there,they were so rude, specially when I decided not to buy anything. The clothes were so different from what I saw online.
After paying about 60$ in taxi/ uber fees to visit this store from Mahattan, as i followed them on instagram and liked the statement pieces that their store apparently showcased. Upon arrival, my friend and i stood outside for about 10 mins and watched the sales clerk carry on a conversation like we were not there. After i had to buzz the door again, she let us in and proceeded to have a seat behind the register.. No we were not greeted or asked if we needed any help. In effort to break the ice, i informed her that we were visiting from out of the country , no response from the clerk. We were treated as if we were a nuisance, intrusive on interrupting her day and conversation. I tried on two pieces and at the end of the day, i had already decided that i was not welcomed, so they did not need my money. I asked her what time the store closed, mind you it was shortly after 3, their site states they closed at 6. The clerk promptly told me right now. We got the hell out of dodge. Upon returning home, i sent a respectful message via instagram, informing the owners of the poor treatment we received while there. Instead of being apologetic, remorseful. The owner condoned the bad treatment of her employee and threatened to block me???!! Delusional, i swiftly informed her that i dictate where i spend my money, and i would not be patronizing their business. In conclusion, DO NOT go there, not worth the rudeness or the disrespect.
I never thought I would be treated so ugly by the owner of a business, the quality of her clothes is poor, the treatment of customers is horrible, the owner is very low, worst clothing store ever.

The store has very beautiful clothes. But, the service offered by the lady is pity! When I say the lady, I mean the brunette, chubby, with the teeth teeth. This woman is super arrogant, she only laughs and is kind to whom she considers and makes clients feel like they are asking. I suggest that if you do not know how to treat a clientele, look for another type of trade. She forgets that she is in uptown and that what she does can be done by any employee / owner (?) ... besides my love, the stores favorite clothing brand, Grace ... can be found anywhere else. 2022-03-17Bless Couture is my go to when in need of a unique outfit. You will not have to worry about having the same outfit as someone else when you shop here. I wore a 2 piece set to a shower recently and received nothing but compliments. The quality of the clothes is beautiful. I have pieces that are 3-4 years old that still look new. The owners are honest and will find you the best fit for your body and taste. They go above and beyond for their customers. They’ve recently revamped the entire store making it a lot more comfortable to shop and have added styles to appeal to a bigger audience.

With the patience and knowledge of fashion by Carmen, Monica and Natasha. They have always picked out the best outfit for my fiancée.
