Blink Fitness in other cities:
I was in NYC for a few months and was trying to find a gym with good equipment. This location has amazing staff that helped me get started. Blink’s personal trainer, Greg Barnett, was great at helping me achieve my goals and made me motivated to make working out a lifetime practice. Thanks Greg and the Blink Fitness team!
Well, this is one of the premium locations, so I expected a premium type product. The equipment is fine, standard Blink, nothing too fancy. For me, the issue is with the lack of masks by gym goers. At least 5 people were working out maskless, and then in the locker room it’s a free for all. Even the staff had their masks below their nose as they explained that everyone should be wearing theirs properly. So, I know that many are vaccinated and that transmission levels are low, but why not have staff do a simple walk through and make sure people are wearing them properly? If someone doesn’t feel safe, they won’t return. If we can’t follow the guidelines we likely won’t get back to how things were as soon as we would like. Hopefully my next experience is better, but I won’t be returning to this location.
Terrible service from the arrogant manager, I had time that I did not go to the gym but I came back. And since I owed them everything and I did not refuse to pay, I went with a friend to train together on 12/14/21 / and nothing else because my friend could not train well because he had trained a day before now he will not return the money or activate my membership or way will I change the gym
This review is based on the time that I go, which is at 7AM, I cant say anything about the peak hours of 5PM onwards. That being said, its spacious and brightly lit. The staff regularly go around and clean, wipe down machines and restock disinfecting supplies. The machines are plentiful and weights are sufficient for an intermediate level gym aficionado.
THE STAFF!!! Natalie, Austen and the Reese are SUPER SMART, ALWAYS FRIENDLY and very PROFESSIONAL. The gym is ALWAYS clean and the staff are always cleaning around u. The equipments is new and I hardly find anything broken. I also love the workout apparel!! Like the shirts for training!! Highly recommend BRYANT PARK!! Well done!!
Equipment is nice and the gym has all the basics. For a $30 gym in the city it’s great. There are a few head scratchers though… several of the pull up bars are in areas with a low ceiling and so if you attempt a pull-up you’ll hit your head on the HVAC. Wish there was a deadlift pad, back squats, and then a few back plated machines. But other than that I have no complaints… 3 squat racks and a smith machine with plenty of dumbbells.
Its very difficult to cancel a membership. I sent a written cancellation request to their corporate office 7 weeks ago. They are still charging my card.Apparently they choose not to acknowledge written requests at all unless it is tracked with a certified mail code, because that is the only thing the staff keeps asking me about. Very disappointing choice for what is otherwise an ok, no-frills gym.Edit: Transparency update 4 days later. I emailed the ms address listed above. It is just a member services help desk which confirmed I sent them a message but has not yet offered any actual help or service from a person. Also an assistant manager from my gym emailed me back, 3 days after I wrote her. The solution she offered was to travel in person to a gym to cancel. She said my written notice would not be ignored but suggested I write a new one to be sure -- which by their rules would mean that I pay for the gym for 45 more days again. With that, I do think this one star review is fair. These policies are designed to make it difficult to cancel. There is not a phone number, email, or even fax route to cancel. Clearly it is meant to work like this, where they get to ignore cancelling customers and hope their patrons forget to check. If not they would offer easier ways to cancel and be more responsive when things go wrong.
Overall great no frills gym right at Bryant Park, lots of cardio and weights as one would expect. Not a sufficient number of lower body exercise machines relative to cardio/weights - but folks werent using it as much in the AM so I guess it works out?Not everyone was good about wiping down a surface after usage, which is why Im taking off a star. I hope the management will enforce education of patrons using the gym to be thoughtful of others.
I give it 4 stars because for the most part, the gym is clean with good working equipment. And a great amount of cardio machines (NYSC definitely needs to learn this from you all). The only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars is because once the shift/staff changes, you can see the inconsistency of the level of care. Ms. Lynn who works first shift during the week (I don’t go on weekends so not sure if she’s there then) is constantly cleaning the gym floor and the restroom/locker room area. She takes pride in keeping the place clean. Once she leaves though, the next young lady is not as attentive. Don’t get me wrong, they all walk around to spray and wipe equipment, and are sure to tell members to keep their masks on, which is great. But a few times, stalls, shower, sinks or countertops in the ladies’ restroom were not cleaned during my entire time in the gym, and I’m typically there on average for 2 hours no matter what time of day I go. Ms. Lynn has been with Blink since before the pandemic and it was great to see her face once gyms re-opened. Now we just need her to teach a 101 class to the other staff taking care of the women’s locker room. Overall, good location.
I have been coming here for a long time so finally decided to write a review. You get what you pay for. The gym is great but it is a very basic gym, crowded with a lot of wait time before the pandemic but it is a good value for the price you pay. The customer service is non existent, which I can understand.
Cancelled in December at a different Blink location because they said that would be okay. I cancelled my membership in person and paid the cancellation fee. I was told I was good to go and that everything has been settled. I have since been charged twice more from this Blink location (the location where I signed up). Dont sign up. They will continue to nickel and dime you whenever they feel like they can.
Blink cancelation policy is the worse out there. I canceled in person and they kept charging me. I had to send 10 emails and cancel over again. You will NOT get an reply from their member service email unless is they asking you to pay.The other gym i was going to City Gym - got my cancelation within 2 min and no problems what so ever.
Cool Staff, but maybe so cool that they aren’t cleaning properly. This cockroach has been following me for the last two machines I used. Until he came close and now I actually stepped on him…Ok blink is covid safe but not roach safe. I think I’ll stick to 125th st location.
The worst customer service and a fees system that constitutes robbery. Do not join this gym. Theyre the cheapest for a reason. Do yourself a favour and treat yourself to a NY sports club or a smaller chain gym. Its worth every penny. Obviously because of covid the gym has been closed since March but when you try to cancel your membership because of covid reasons, well after youve fulfilled your one year membership they give you the run-around. They have no customer service number and when you call the local gym no one answers the phone. They make you pay to cancel (after youve fulfilled the obligation) and then they still charge your card for membership fees. A very crooked enterprise taking money from people when they have so little because of a world wide pandemic. Disgusting.
When I decided to cancel for personal reasons I went to the facility and asked stuff to help me with that. Yes, I paid extra for cancelling and I thought it’s not as bad as people say. I read the contract, so that was expected. Personnel confirmed all is good.Later on, I started receiving robocalls that I owe money to the blink fitness... How is that? I personally cancelled it.It appears, that you can cancel your membership, but the towel service should be cancelled separately. So they keep charging you for the towels, even if your membership is cancelled. When I got back to the facility the stuff guy said he can’t do anything and I have to pay in order to cancel, which is incredible nonsense, to pay for the service that you weren’t even theoretically able to use because you are not a member of the gym! After the numerous calls to support and weeks of waiting they waived it. But hell it cost me nerves! Why do you do this?
The worst gym out there, do not sign up for it! Ive been trying to leave it and they come up with hoops for you to pay as much as possible even in the times of a pandemic. Gyms itself are dirty and overcrowded, you cant find free equipment. Reading other peoples reviews, theyve been scamming other members too. DO NOT SIGN UP!
My experience is limited to the treadmills and elliptical machines, because it is so overwhelming packed after work its not worth trying to hit free weights or lifting racks. I genuinely wonder if they are breaking fire code at peak hours. The frustration of competitively waiting for a machine is endless.Note that canceling your membership will require more money.I otherwise found the facilities to be well maintained and staff to be friendly, but would never recommend Blink or consider returning. My experience at the Grand Central location was consistent.
It’s the most affordable gym in the neighborhood if you do not care about group classes. It is almost always busy, unless you come during off peak hours, staff are friendly and constantly walk around to organize racks and clean the machines. They do make announcement 15 mins before they close daily for people to jump into shower as they close sharp on time.
DO NOT JOIN! This gym is a joke, they have all kinds of ways to charge you with all kinds of fees and doesn’t allow you to cancel the membership unless you agree to pay them another amount of your hard earned money!!! Staffs would “nicely” tell you you need to pay this and that that’s the only nicety you would get from them! Their service stalls you and drains you until you give up and willing to pay the extravagant amount just to get out of it!!!
The gym is way overcrowded that even the machines that people usually skip are occupied. But despite that, for the price (around $26/month) is not bad. Its clean. Ive been to other locations where theres less people but its dirty. This location recently started providing towel service. You have to pay an extra $15.
The ease of joining this gym is completely offset by the difficulty of trying to leave it. One cant simply stop being a member at will, you need to pay them for the privilege of stopping being their client. The terms of the membership are very confusing, and arent consumer friendly. This gym practices classic gym scams, making cancellation difficult. When you do decide to cancel, you MUST do so in person. Additionally, dont take their word that the cancellation is confirmed, get it in writing, and get the person to sign their name. If theres a discrepancy in the future, you need to have the name of the person whom you informed about the cancellation, otherwise theres no recourse. These rules are not written or posted anywhere prominently, and I only learned about them after paying months of fees after I thought I cancelled the membership. Finally, theres very little recourse on any disagreement. The staff at the gym claim that theres nothing that they can do, and theres no way to speak to anyone else. The only recommendation is to fill out a web form on their website and hope for a reply, which they dont honor. There is very little respect for the customer, and their goal isnt customer satisfaction, but squeezing max value on technicalities. If you think Im a lone disgruntled customer, just look over all the other 1 and 2 star reviews to see thats a recurring pattern in this company. They are just like their parent company Equinox, pretending to be a quality low cost provider.Remember, get proof for all interactions and good luck.Update: Very surprisingly, I was contacted days after closing the account, and refunded the closing charges, as well as some of the previous monthly charges. I certainly have appreciated that a manager there took the time to investigate after Ive given up, paid the ransom and left.
I been to two other Blink locations but this one was closer to my workplace. The gym is located on the lower level (like the Chelsea one) and is very easy to miss. The staff is friendly but every time I go there is at least a 2 person line for every machine. I rather not waste my time waiting for a machine while I could be working out.
Blink is a company that is fraudulent and misleading their clients. I went to the Bryant Park location with my wife on January 31, 2019 to join the gym, saying that I will start tomorrow (Feb 1st) but I want to join. They said, yes subscribe today and you will get a month for free.I joined and realized that they charged me for the month for free. I went to the front desk talk to a representative and he told me that the end of the month is offered, which was actually only January 31 (when I joined at 4pm and didnt go to the gym this day)....I mean, clearly making fun of me! I said you realize youre making a joke out of yourself, they answered to me, we have no control on the system, talk to the manager, he will be here tomorrow. I come back tomorrow, the manager is not here. Like every day when he was supposed to be here. After 40 days, I eventually see the manager (after asking every day for him and showing up at the time he is supposed to be here). The manager tells me there is nothing he can do.I said that its not honest and under no circumstances, I want to be a member of a company that is not being honest! He said ok you can cancel (which is possible for free within the 90 first days of membership, and with 45 days notice. I was a member since 45 days - basically waiting to talk to this manager). When cancelling, Blink wants to charge me a $49.99 annual maintenance fee that is charged on the 3rd day of the 3rd month after joining, but I have been a member for just 45 days. They include the 45 days notice in the timeline, which they NEVER actually stated to me as they said the opposite when I joined. The whole staff has been misleading since the beginning and this is absolutely scandalous to act this way and totally fraudulent!!!!DO NOT JOIN!!!For the 45 days I have been there, the gym is over crowded at peak hours and you definitely feel the low price gym in the atmosphere!AVOID AT ALL COSTS
Signed up for a membership so I can train with a personal trainer. My first class was cancelled two days before and never rescheduled. I emailed the instructor my availability dates and never received an email back confirming our class. Then to cancel my membership, had to pay another remaining amount. It’s a shame, I was really looking forward to personal training classes because my husband has only good things to say about this gym. Side note, I was only pushed towards one instructor and never was recommended another instructor. I would recommend a zero star or minus one if that was the option.
I like this Blink location better than the one near where I live (125th). It gets really crowded around lunchtime (which is the only time Ive been able to go so far) but Ive just modified my workout a little bit so that I can still cram everything into one hour.If you only to barbell workouts then this might not be the gym for you (unless you dont mind waiting around for a rack, or go during the slower hours) but if youre okay with dumbbells/machine-assisted weights/cardio then it should suit your needs just fine!
The only thing good about this gym is the people working at the reception. I left my stuff overnight and they threw my stuff. And I talked to the manager who was not helpful at all. I joined a week ago and I HATE this place. I cannot even cancel it because it would cost me more money. LOL I wish I had joined planet fitness which is cheaper and I am sure they would not throw your stuff.
I contacted them to cancel my Blink membership, but they never responded me. I keep calling them in Bryant park, NYC location, but nobody answers the phone. I emailed to ‘[email protected]’ 3 times since last week, but untill now I’ve never got any responses. I’m so disappointed with their services especially in this Covid-19 pandemic situation. I’m going back to Korea in few weeks for a long term trip, but now I don’t know what to do with Blink since I can’t even get in touch with them. If you guys respect your members, and if you want them to come back to join later, then you should take a good care of us by responding on time. Blink app customer care and your email is useless.
Edit: Despite having abided by their policy of coming into the location to cancel my membership, I am still being charged, now being out of state and being told by phone they will need a mailed letter. They did not honor their own policy in the first place and have been siphoning money from my account and expect me to send them another notice via mail. Despicable business practices.Need dumbbells or machines? Youre in luck; there are plenty. Youll also find people concentrating on their own workout all around you, from the newbies to the experienced, which can be positively motivating. Expect it to be a bit cramped though, as its pretty busy at all hours. If you need a barbell however (and if youre seriously training with a routine rather than simply exercising, you will) then expect to add at least an extra half hour to each workout simply waiting for the combined bench press/deadlift/squat section to be available.Although everyone is willing to rotate between sets at the power rack, since we all understand there are only two racks available for all of us (and thus only two barbells), its difficult to get a good, focused workout here. Dont be surprised to hear grumbling from the patrons waiting in line for these about needing more racks. The staff is excellent and nothing more needs to be said in that regard. Hopefully the owners will figure a way to fit in another section for barbell users, otherwise its a good gym at a great price.
I don’t understand how this gym operates! I just came here to do my workout and it’s CLOSED - 1 hour earlier than scheduled!! Happened twice to me at this particular location, not cool, guys. If do you plan to close earlier, you have to update your hours on Google because some people may rely on them. Thanks
Really crowded, if you plan on going to the gym to lift free weights between the hours of 4 and 7pm on a weekday its a zoo. Pretty good value if youre just going for cardio though. Really could use some separate bar bells and racks specifically meant for bench press and other exercises. Dont really want to wait 20 minutes to use the squat rack at the gym and its why Ill be joining another gym shortly.
This place is basically planet fitness. Poorly maintained and operated but cheap enough to entice people to sign up and never show up.The building has serious issues. The locker room is always flooded and a mess, the hot water and ventilation periodically stops working, and the roof is constantly leaking (for the last 4 years). Its not a weightlifting gym. Their strength training equipment is limited despite a huge cardio section that is always at least 80% empty.
It used to be 5 stars but ever since the summer the gym has gotten way too crowded after work, the AC cant cool the place down all the way, and half of the equipment is broken and does not seem to be repaired quickly. Overall this location seems to have problems handling the crowds.
Very disapointeed with the termination fees, when you registered they tell you one thing toyally different from cancelation day.I enrolled not too long ago, maybe two months the most, only went for two weeks and now i have to pay almost $100 to cancel my enrollment. This was a month to month basic and ended up been a hidden agreement.I advice everyone to look at the agreement and request a copy before leaving the gym. Otherwise be ready to pay maintaince, promotion and early termination fees with annual fees.
Not a bad location, depending on the time could be very crowded, but for the most part pretty clean and well maintained. However... there are two homeless ladies practically living in the women’s locker room. One just leaves her bags and a suitcase parked there all the time. I literally see it there every single time I’m there. The other one is either napping!!!! On the bench, making it impossible to get to the lockers that are on that side or stands there naked, taking hours to get dressed and stinking up the entire room.I don’t mean to be insensitive, but this is really ruining my workout experience and made me reconsider using that location again. When I asked the staff about that, they just said that there is nothing they could do.
Awful customer service!!! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!!! EXTREMELY RUDE!! These guys are awful!! They gave Gordon and Nicky Ryan a hard time about counting reps out loud. That’s right not screaming or throwing weights, just counting out loud. Without warning or reason they also canceled another guys membership. Worst gym EVER!! #ImWithTheKing #justice4Gord @gordonlovesjiujitsu
The gym is ok, except it is quite unpleasant that the water in the shower is barely warm and the flow is thin. I personally like to take GOOD showers. I had quite a negative experience signing out. They never returned my calls, and referred that some manager is not at his desk when I visited, and never returned my requests to contact me. By now, I spent three months already, and still cant sign out. Yes, I have not been to the gym for three months, because I signed up for nysc, and still can not sign out. They keep charging my credit card, and ignore all my requests over the phone and in person. Its one of those clubs where you dont want to leave your credit card number, because the manager is a scammer
I come here after work every chance I get. I haven’t been in a few months because of personal reasons but will be going again regularly. This is honestly my favorite location. Hopefully it stays that way. Unless you open one near Rockefeller center. My only wish is that it were open until 11pm on weekdays and 8pm on weekends.
Lost two stars because after 9 months of membership the staff tell me I cannot bring anyone under 18 into the gym. I have been bringing my family and friends (ranging from 13 to 24) here for the duration of me being a member and rarely work out alone. It was only when I brought a 17 year old here that they told him that he would have to make and pay for his own account there but i couldnt bring him in as a guest (which i paid for in my membership). Very disappointing, beware.
Went for an open call interview today at this location. It was canceled with no update email mind you kids are on winter break i paid for baby sitter waste of time and money...Manager was onsite and for what ever reason was not doing interviews, and set up interview date for following day. I WONDER HOW MANY PPL WASTED THERE TIME TODAY
Literally this location is always closing early and without warning. They should at least communicate with members that the location will be closing early. My commute was an hour and when I arrived at 4:30pm I was told by staff that they would be closing today at 5pm. If you look online hours say until 7pm, as is normal for this location. Also they aren’t open sundays which is a bummer for those of us who work long hours during the weekdays. If this location could change just one thing I would ask that they communicate days they will be closing early, in advance.
I like their place. Its clean and everything. But why do we have to pay $28 for canceling the monthly membership. I moved out of the town 3 months ago and I couldnt come to this location to cancel my membership. I called this location and they said i have to come to the location to cancel it. I called the coporate they also said the same thing. They have been charging me all this time and now I finally came to NY and went to the place to cancel it, they showed me the kiosk machine and cancel it there. If it was the machine then why they couldnt do it over the phone. After I cancelled my membership it asked me to pay $28 for cancellation fee plus it is going to charge me upto December. This is nonsense. It just doesnt make any sense why would anyone charge you the cancellation fee and also have to pay for extra 2 months for nothing. Please dont come to blink. Try somewhere else. They literally rob you.
If I could give this company a zero rating, I would. This company has the worst customer service I have ever seen.In a nutshell, I was misled to cancel my membership being told (via contract) that I would receive a certain amount of money back. After I was given over 30 dollars less back, I was told once again by the manager at Blink (Christina) that I was due back the original amount. After she consulted member services (who apparently do not take customer phone calls) she reported that I would be getting the 30 dollars less amount and that there was nothing she could do. This was only after I chased her down for over a week because apparently these people tell you they will call you back and never do (it happened several times in a row). After trying for weeks to speak to somebody else, I was consistently told there was nothing they can do.I was lied to throughout the process and at the end of the day there was nobody who even cared to call me back. Worst customer service I have ever seen. This company robbed me and didnt blink an eye.
So it’s your responsibility to read your contract even with month to month contract that supposedly can be cancelled without a fee after a year you still have to pay a prorated fee. To that the manager said it’s basically my fault they had it in the contract and I failed to read. So letting y’all know read your contract.
Well,Well,Well,The staff at the front is awesome. So i decided to join after i left BALLYS for about a month.BIG MISTAKE!!!!!!This is a very crowded gym with no one really knowing what they are doing.I asked a girl who was siting on the leg press on her cellphone how many sets she has left, she looked at me all confused, then i asked if i could jump in she said no then went back to her phone. This gym is very very clean, but to leave a gym like ballys and go here is like a down grade. Its more of a social gym.No one works on their legs here. Every body walking around looking like the tick.I am presently looking for different options because if youre serious about working out this gym is not it.
BLINK FITNESS DOES NOT CARE ABOUT ITS CUSTOMERSNOT CUSTOMER-CENTRIC EXPERIENCE AT ALL - My experience with Blink representatives has been horrific and pretty much the equivalent of dealing with an automated service as they have no regard for the customers experience. To start - I originally signed up via pre-sale at the 54th street location. As of October, It had not yet opened though was expected to within the month as they explained. I thought I was signing up for a no-contract month-to-month plan. This was not the case. Apparently the GREEN card membership IS AN ANNUAL CONTRACT- Which they will only clearly state when you try to cancel. It is FALSELY ADVERTISED AS A MONTH-TO-MONTH.I figured while I waited for the 54th St location to open I would visit the Bryant Park location after work...BUT GET THIS - Though I had paid for a full access to all gyms membership, I was actually NOT PERMITTED to use the Bryant Park gym OR ANY OTHER GYM until AFTER the 54th St gym opened. Seriously!!!!! In order to use ANY Blink gym, I would now have to deactivate my 54th street gym membership - which was a pain and created confusion around my overall account status going forward. Worth noting, it took about 3 months past October for the 54th St location to actually open!!!! Had I not gone through changing my membership to Bryant Park site, it would have meant I would have been paying for no access to Blink gym for approx 3 months. My card was compromised so my Feb bill payment did not go through..I received notification via email and attempted to call the 1800 number provided there to make the payment but I was directed to a voice mailbox that was full - no personal message, no additional Blink fitness rep options- just a full mailbox where I CANT EVEN LEAVE A VOICEMAIL. Wonder if its full of angry messages from your growing pool of unhappy customers??!!Finally ended up speaking with Lillian, manager at Bryant Park location, who might as well be a robot as she took none of my above experience into consideration, insisted in a quite argumentative tone that I pay the full annual maintenance fee of $40 (though Id been there less than a year, so what they call an annual maintenance fee has nothing to do with 12 months of maintenance incurred while you are a member, otherwise it would have been prorated for me) on top of a Buy-out fee for breaking an annual contract that I was told I was NOT signing originally and is FALSELY ADVERTISED AS MONTH-TO-MONTH. Total cancellation cost of to me of $126.00. Hopefully, after today, I will never have to deal with these MONEY FIRST, CUSTOMER LAST attitudes ever again.UPDATE - Just got a call back from Lillian stating that there is ANOTHER CANCELLATION CHARGE ON TOP OF EVERYTHING ELSE which brings my total costs to never EVER DEAL WITH BLINK AGAIN TO APPROX $143.00- I move around alot for work so I avoid annual contracts-something I explained to the rep who originally signed me up. I NEVER HAD THESE ISSUES WITH PLANET FITNESS- They are getting my business back AND keeping it. Plus they charge less than $26 PER MONTH FOR ALL ACCESS LOCATION MEMBERSHIP, OFFER MORE AMENITIES AND HAVE MORE CONVENIENT AND SPACIOUS LOCATIONS.
Do not sign up for this gym. I could give other reasons, but the main one is I have cancelled my membership here, but still receive phone calls that I have missed my payment, or not payed my membership, and they are going to send my past due to collections. I have no past due, I am not a member!
I really enjoy going to this gym!Very clean!Great equipments!Nice staff! It does get crowded but only for an hour or two around 6pm just like every single gym in the city! But you can still find equipments to work with!I had Ballys membership-never again!!!!!!!!So far in my experience this is the best gym for the best price!
They lie in their advertising saying that it costs $33 for no commitment and $32 for commitment. When you try to cancel they charge you $100 and ask for more 45 days. When you complain they say that after 30 days the plan automatically changes to commitment. That’s horrible, I feel scammed, and the worst part is that I could ha ver worked out in a much better gym from my work that has real no commitment but wanted to save money and got scammed. Also, if you go there after 6pm there will be sooo many people that you’ll have to wait 10 minutes for getting a machine.
When I registered for this sports center, they said that I could withdraw from membership. Now they are telling me that I cannot unsubscribe from membership and that I have to pay. the managers speaking style is that he speaks to the downtrodden and never listens to you, their management systems dont know. Worse still , they say they have to pay it and leave with it , they never help . bad way of talking and communicating with people. You may be selling a service, but taking care of the aftermath of that service.
I enjoyed my visit to Blink. The team that greeted me and gave me the information to sign up. The gym was clean, throughout the gym there was sanitation stations to get disinfection wipes. The locker room are big enough, that no one to has to feel claustrophobic and there is scale to weigh yourself. The sink area was well lit, and I really enjoyed atmosphere, this will work for me.

2022-06-11THIS BLINK WAS NICE, A DECENT AMOUNT OF SPACE TO DO YOUR STRETCHING THE BLINK REPRESENTATIVE WERE VERY NICE, PEOPLE KEPT TO THEM SELVES, NO WAITING TO USE EQUIPMENT, RIGHT NEXT TO GRAND CENTRAL STATION, AND THE D, M,F, B AND 7 TRAINS ARE ALSO LOCATED CLOSE BY.. BUT THE BEST PART ABOUT IT WAS THE REPRESENTATIVES, VERY NICE, VERY PLEASANT, HELPFUL... THE BASICS TO ANY GREAT ESTABLISHMENT IS THEIR CREW... THANK YOU AUSTIN AND ABBIE

2022-07-09I’ve been to several Blinks across the city and this is the most well equipped, clean, and spacious one. The three squat racks, two flat benches, and generous multitude of many machines is great for the price. Staff are super friendly. Environment is really chill and fellow gym goers will let you work in. I don’t see myself leaving for a long time.

2022-03-25I really like this gym. Its clean, machines work, and weights are re-racked. The crowd is pretty good. They have 3 squat racks which is great. A bunch of cable towers. Sadly only 2 flat benches and no incline or decline.

2022-06-15Decent gym! Gets it done for the most part, but a little more supervision would go a long way to make sure members aren’t running the show. A few think they do.Need at least one more bench rack, as well as an incline rack. There is room, I swear.Another recommendation - monitor people using the only two flat benches as workout areas. It’s a problem, especially during the day. They aren’t “stations” where the same people can work out for 45m or more on some days doing circuit training.Otherwise locker room is fine, gym is bright, maintained ok, and the associates up front are always lovely. They should be open a little later on Saturday and on Sundays. People live in the hood and want to go.

2022-07-20I LOVE this Blink Fitness at Bryant Park. Your staff, Adena and Austin, are AMAZING. They know members names and greet everyone with a smile and happiness! Totally brightens the start of your day. Dont let them go - they are a complete asset to BLINK! I call them the AA Team! Thank you Adena and Austin for always making us feel fabulous...Natalie :-)

2022-07-11Its a shame that BLINK consistently has problems with temperature control in their gyms, and its across multiple locations. Otherwise its a good affordable gym. Just when I get into a routine at one location, start to settle, the AC or HEAT will break and I have to try another location. Upper East Side > Bryant Park > 4th Street..... all the same problem with broken AC. Def considering switching gym brands at this point.

2022-05-10What I dont like about this gym is even before the pandemic, people would sneeze and cough in shared spaces, even after the pandemic people remain to be nasty! I mean even in the locker rooms. People remind gymmers to cover there cough or sneeze in the gym or we going right back to 2019, 2022!!
