I really like my Blossom Pillar medicine cabinet. Ive had it for more than a year and never encountered any problem. It looks very nice, the light controls on the mirror are very convenient and can also serve as the night lights, the defogging feature is very convenient as well. The bright inside light comes on when you open the cabinet Great customer service too!

I have had my lighted mirror medicine cabinet for over a year and still love it! The company was great to work with too. The first mirror I received was cracked during shipping. I emailed a photo of the damage to the company and within the day they sent out a new one to replace it. The second one I received was in perfect condition, and I’ve been super happy with the customer service and quality of the product.

Very happy with the light up mirrors with two exceptions. Extremely hard to set the clock and I still can’t get a temperature indication in Fahrenheit. Will only read in Celsius.Some better, more detailed instructions would be very helpful!!

We’ve had two medicine cabinets installed for over a year and a half now. Both work great, and we like key features like the internal outlets with USB ports (razors are always charged!), the dehumidifier feature, and the magnifying mirrors. The internal lighting in the units is great for avoiding turning on the master bath lights if you need something from the bathroom in the middle of the night. The only thing to be aware of when planning is that vanity lighting on the cabinets is good for color checking, but it does not replace normal bathroom lighting. Installation was straight-forward (we did recessed install in a renovation project), but if recess mounting you must plan for structure, for avoiding plumbing / ventilation piping and for electrical. Note the outlets are not GFCI, so you must connect them on the load side of a GFCI outlet or breaker. Last: support from Blossom was great. We had a broken door, and they immediately replaced it. When I tossed the broken door, I threw out the hinges accidentally, and they then replaced those for me as well - at no cost. These guys are great!

Blossom was great about providing thorough customer service from the moment i inquired about one of their vanities. We purchased the 60’ Monaco vanity and it looks amazing in our bathroom. It was easy to install and it looks gorgeous. I spent hours looking for vanities and I found the options from Blossom to be the best. We will probably purchase another from them since the other one we bought from another company didn’t work out. I highly recommend.

This is a great company to work with. Their products that we ordered are excellent and they solved 3 issues cost free even though 2 of the errors were my fault. They replaced a mirror that cracked in shipping, replaced the cabinet door after I ordered the wrong one, and replaced a side panel that my contractor cracked. I even offered to pay for the last 2 issues (shipping costs and the cracked panel) and they declined. Wow! Great products and exceptional customer service. Thanks! Ed M.
