High quality bathroom products, especially the faucets. I just ordered my two bathroom vanity sets with faucets, cabinets, countertops with sinks, pop-up sink drains, and LED mirrors. Oh and my kitchen faucet. Matte black faucets. I am super excited to install it and enjoy it for many years! And the customer service is outstanding. Love this company!
We were a vanity re-seller/retail customer of Blossom US. They changed the manufacturing of their product and did not notify there retailers. They sent our customer a Dubai vanity that looked completely different to the customer with a mirror with a defective finish. I contacted Blossom to see if they would help correct the situation and they were unwilling to do anything and wanted the customer to pay for the shipping for their mistake. We offered to share the costs of the shipping and they would not agree. We ended up having to absorb all shipping costs and gave the customer a full refund out of our pocket.Another time they sent a vanity to the wrong customer and wanted us to pay for the shipping to the correct customer. The owner is very difficult to work with and does not care about the happiness of his customers. I would not recommend working with this company.

Beautiful medicine cabinet, mirrored door (both sides) and mirrored back wall. Our guys had no trouble installing it as a recessed cabinet. We like the size (much larger than were used to). The door opens easily and smoothly. Our only complaint is the LED strips dont give off enough light as wed hope but we were warned by the manufacturer and by our electricians. It still adds light at the face level to remove shadows from overhead lighting. Well add a dimmer switch to the overhead lighting to tone it down. The people at Blossom, in Maspeth, were very helpful and quick to insure that we were satisfied.
I absolutely love doing business with Blossom! They are so accommodating. Their website is continually improving with each new product launch. The order process is so up to date with the available products and there is even a chat session you can engage if you have technical questions! It is structured so that you can place an order 24/7! The new line of vanities are so sophisticated and stylish that my clients always request an added LED mirror to accompany their Bling to their Bathroom!

I was happy with the 32” round LED mirrors I bought from Blossom company. They look beautiful and my wife loves them. She’s says it makes our bathroom look like a magazine. We had two mirrors shipped separately and one came damaged. I called the company the same day. They were quick to answer and replace the damaged mirror with no questions or charges. This made me happy! Overall, I’m happy with our choice and dealing with Blossom company and would not hesitate to order more products from them.
Quick shipping and excellent customer service after delivery, had a question and they sent me a link to explain my issue. One door hinge came loose and they replaced the entire door. Highly recommended.

I am a owner of a construction company and I have installed many brands of cabinets over the last 40+ years. I can honestly say that the Bishop Cabinets are among the nicest cabinets I have had the privilege to install. I would highly recommend them and I have great confidence that if you get these cabinets for your home you will be very happy for many years to come.

We searched everywhere for a double sink vanity that would fit in our NYC condos master bath and also look very stylish. Our search ended when we found Blossom. Given the incredible price, i was skeptical at first of the quality. However we have had it installed for a year already and it looks brand new and the drawers and cabinets open and close beautifully. Highly recommend!

I ordered 2 Blossom contemporary bathroom vanities. They are well constructed and the designs are cool.Most of my dealings were with the retailer, but I did have to call Blossom twice with some questions. They were friendly, and very helpful. I ordered the wrong vanity top & they handled the exchange very easily.I definitely will buy Blossom vanities again when I renovate another bathroom.
I ordered the 18 inch Navy Blue Small Vanity with Sink through Amazon. I waited two weeks, and when it was scheduled to be delivered, at literally the last moment, it did not arrive. After a few days I was informed it was returned to the seller and they would send a new one. I confirmed that I wanted a new one and according to my Amazon account a new one was sent out. Now, several days later, Blossom contacted me and said they refunded my payment and would not be sending a new vanity.WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

We got two lighted medicine cabinets and both are beautiful. We had planned on mounting them in wall, but in the end had to mount them on the wall. They look really good mounted on the wall, not bulky at all.

We really like our medicine cabinets. The only downfall is you can not turn off all the lights/icons on the front on the. Makes a nice night light in the bathroom but lights up the bed room when we are sleeping.

I would give zero stars if I could. They sold me a damaged sink then told me they were sending a replacement and then randomly denied my request and cut off all contact with me. I cant get a hold of anyone. Worst customer service. Oh they did tell me the request was denied because their ceramic doesnt crack so I guess if thats an explanation. Will never go to this company again.
Their products look nice but quality is just at average level. The drawer was broken upon arrival though they quickly sent me a replacement.

2022-02-17I really like my Blossom Pillar medicine cabinet. Ive had it for more than a year and never encountered any problem. It looks very nice, the light controls on the mirror are very convenient and can also serve as the night lights, the defogging feature is very convenient as well. The bright inside light comes on when you open the cabinet Great customer service too!

2022-05-01I have had my lighted mirror medicine cabinet for over a year and still love it! The company was great to work with too. The first mirror I received was cracked during shipping. I emailed a photo of the damage to the company and within the day they sent out a new one to replace it. The second one I received was in perfect condition, and I’ve been super happy with the customer service and quality of the product.

2022-06-06Very happy with the light up mirrors with two exceptions. Extremely hard to set the clock and I still can’t get a temperature indication in Fahrenheit. Will only read in Celsius.Some better, more detailed instructions would be very helpful!!

2022-02-13We’ve had two medicine cabinets installed for over a year and a half now. Both work great, and we like key features like the internal outlets with USB ports (razors are always charged!), the dehumidifier feature, and the magnifying mirrors. The internal lighting in the units is great for avoiding turning on the master bath lights if you need something from the bathroom in the middle of the night. The only thing to be aware of when planning is that vanity lighting on the cabinets is good for color checking, but it does not replace normal bathroom lighting. Installation was straight-forward (we did recessed install in a renovation project), but if recess mounting you must plan for structure, for avoiding plumbing / ventilation piping and for electrical. Note the outlets are not GFCI, so you must connect them on the load side of a GFCI outlet or breaker. Last: support from Blossom was great. We had a broken door, and they immediately replaced it. When I tossed the broken door, I threw out the hinges accidentally, and they then replaced those for me as well - at no cost. These guys are great!

2021-06-12Blossom was great about providing thorough customer service from the moment i inquired about one of their vanities. We purchased the 60’ Monaco vanity and it looks amazing in our bathroom. It was easy to install and it looks gorgeous. I spent hours looking for vanities and I found the options from Blossom to be the best. We will probably purchase another from them since the other one we bought from another company didn’t work out. I highly recommend.

2021-05-19This is a great company to work with. Their products that we ordered are excellent and they solved 3 issues cost free even though 2 of the errors were my fault. They replaced a mirror that cracked in shipping, replaced the cabinet door after I ordered the wrong one, and replaced a side panel that my contractor cracked. I even offered to pay for the last 2 issues (shipping costs and the cracked panel) and they declined. Wow! Great products and exceptional customer service. Thanks! Ed M.
