Reasonably priced for such great design and quality material, and the best ever customer service. Complained to customer service from Blu Dot website about an issue with a purchase from nearly a year ago, and received a timely response from the very sales representative that had originally helped me with the purchase. A breezy couple weeks later the item is fully replaced without charge. Very impressed with the representative (her name is Wendy and she is amazing!) as well as the company customer care in general.Delivery was also a breeze. The guys are communicative, very punctual, and respective of your home, and very short wait time for furniture delivery which typically takes multiple weeks.

The showroom is very nice, and they had the items that we specifically came to see. There was a new younger salesperson, who welcomed us in and was very helpful with all of our questions. However, there was an older blonde saleswoman who acted very suspicious of us and constantly watched us making us feel very uncomfortable and unwelcome. Really made us reconsider whether we wanted to spend our money here. I cant imagine how we would have been treated if we werent white.

Worst experience with a company EVER!!!! Still have not received an over $2000 bed that I ordered over 10 days ago. On their first delivery attempt the head board was completely smashed, on the next scheduled delivery they never showed up, and now I’m on my third attempt and at this moment the delivery is over an hour late. I’ve had to take off work to be here for each delivery window, and with all the blue dot delivery problems that has been a total of 12 hours of lost work. Blue dot charged $170 in shipping for this order, of which I have requested a refund but have yet to receive it. I will not be buying anything from Blue Dot ever again!!!

I visited this place after admiring their work online for years and bought a nice mirror within 15 minutes! Their furniture is wonderfully modern and reasonably priced. Planning to come back for a few more things, too.

Purchased the one night stand sleeper in navy in 2019. The fabric is poor quality - collects dust and stains easily. Within a few months, the sofa was covered with pills. Not worth it.

Can’t speak to the quality of product yet, because after a week from expected delivery I have still not received my $2000 bed intact!! Worst shipping experience I have ever had in my life! Yikes!!! Blu Dot should find a new shipper to work with...

Such a terrible shipping experience for ordering a $600 mirror. If you dont pay an extra $300 for white glove delivery they just dump the mirror off on a pallet with metal banding so its impossible to get the damn thing off. I would expect a little better for this level of store.

Nice, interesting furnishings, with a minimalist slant. We have many pieces, all fit nicely in a New York apartment. Highly recommended
