Our Blue Balloon entertainers truly made our son’s birthday party. They arrived on time, set everything up, and were able to keep a large group of seven and eight year olds engaged with ease. Their entertainment was fun and upbeat. Definitely recommend!!
One word - WOW. I hired Mickey, Minnie and Goofy for my sons 2nd birthday and was blown away by the service. The entertainers were awesome and kept the kids entertained for 1.5 hours! The kids had a BLAST, the staff was so energetic, kind and were clearly pros. Cant thank Blue Balloons enough and will definitely hire you for future events!!
So organized! Spider-Man had the best moves! All the kids were so excited to see “the real” Miles Morales Spider-Man and play games with him. My son already requested several characters for the next birthday party, I know who I will be calling…Blue Balloon!
TERRIBLE. Dissatisfied, disappointed, and overall saddened by this service. I book this entertainment service a month or more in advance for my only daughters 1ST BIRTHDAY. Now anyone who is a parent knows how incredibly important that milestone is. I saw the reviews and decided to book them for my party in Staten Island. ARRIVAL WINDOW was from 7:00 - 7:30 NOT 9:00 P.M. Claiming a flat tire but then when I spoke to a representative they switched it to “traffic”. I had a total of 13 kids and babies together…. By the time they decided to show up it was only a total of 5. 5 KIDS FOR A SHOW I PAID FOR 15 and they even charged me an extra fee for the distance. When the “entertainment” arrived, they were as quite as the sleeping kids throughout the “show”. Everything they did was rushed and incredibly disappointing. I had other entertainment lined up in a set schedule and this totally threw everything off schedule. We tried speaking to a representative for ATLEAST half of a refund for A LESS THEN HALF AS SHOW. But this company cares more about their money than the satisfaction of their customers. I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND THIS SERVICE EVER IN MY LIFE.

The experience was absolutely amazing! We booked Princess Package C with Princess Tiana for my daughters 1st birthday and the kids absolutely loved every minute of it. She was a sweetheart and even as an adult I loved the magic show (the bunny was the best lol)!!
Blue balloons party professionals were amazing. From answering the phones and my hundreds of questions to putting on the most special show ever for my birthday girls. I used them 5 years ago for my first character birthday and my daughter (1 years old) actually fell asleep in elmos arms! Today for my twins we had a clown and Queen Elsa. These two that entertained today were phenomenal. They had the biggest and brightest smiles from ear to ear and they worked so nicely together. They kept the party fun and enjoyable for the kids and adults. There is no question that Blue balloons are the #1 party professionals. Down to every detail (Elsa went above and beyond, like when it was cotton candy time she grabbed the 1st offering from the clown and held it until the second was ready so my twins could get it at the same time! That almost made me cry. That really shows that they are just great loving people who are making a difference in the world. I will never forget that! She also took time to ask me if she could take a picture (with my phone) of me and my girls! That never happens, Im always the one taking the pics, but thanks to Elsa now Im in the memory also). I booked Blue Ballons in 2013 and Im glad I booked with them again It was for my daughters 1st Birthday and they they were amazing then and now kept our invites very entertained and busy. Thank you Blue Balloons I will definitely book with you guys again!
Elis 5th birthday party was a blast. Face painting, singing, dancing, cotton candy, spiderman, & hulk was everything.
It was AMAZING. WE all had a GREAT TIME. So much crowd participation. The MUSIC was wonderful. The entertainers were so PROFESSIONAL and FRIENDLY . Cant wait to book them again next year
Blue Balloon performed at my wifes godsons 1st Birthday and we instantly knew we needed them for our daughters. Due to COVID-19 we were back and forth with what our plans will be. Last minute I reached out and they accommodated us. THEY ARE REALLY BUSY so this meant the world to me. They went above and beyond for our little girls birthday. The cotton candy was amazing, the tattoos were so cool, the rabbit was adorable, the balloon animals so cute...just everything was so well put together. Will always recommend this company to family and friends.

We got Minnie Mouse and a clown to come to our daughters’ 1st and 3rd bday (outdoors). It was so awesome!Entertainers were in their roles the whole time, they were exactly on time and they performed exceptionally. They brought a bubble machine, music, and candyWe loved it!!!
First of all, May 29 2021 it was raining and cold and windy yet Bruno and Carla came and made the best out of the situation. They did amazing, I mean like wow they did a phenomenal job. They were super nice , on time and professional. They had the children dancing, singing they did an amazing job with face painting, the magic show and cotton candy machine was delicious. They had children from 1 year to elder adults participating. Will be booking them for every party now!! Thank you Blue Balloon for making my daughters 2nd birthday the best!!
I hired Blue Balloon Parties for my daughter baptism party. Although there were other entertainers in the area, we decided to hire these guys based on their affordable packages, and the previous experience which is always a plus!My son Luca loves the Trolls so thats what we were aiming for. It was everything they promised + more. The staff was very professional throughout the entire process, and not only was he entertaining for the kids, but he was also entertaining to us adults!Needless to say, after the face painting and the mini show, the Trolls arrived and they were a huge hit at the party! The kids absolutely loved them both!Not only will we be sending referrals their way, but we will definitely be sure to hire them again in the future!Thank you for putting on such a great show for everyone! We had Yessi and Pablo for a Thanksgiving event and they were fantastic! They arrived on time, had SO many things for the kids to do - phenomenal face painting, balloons, cotton candy machine, games and a magic show. The parents commented that they were very patient and kind with the kids and they had lots of energy to keep the kids entertained. I would not hesitate to use this company again!

Blue Balloon, specifically Erica and Farhan, were entertainers for my daughter’s 2nd Baby Shark themed Birthday. They really made her day and all the kids who attended had an amazing time! They were very upbeat, accommodating, and made all the kids and guests very happy! There was a magic show, balloon twisting, bubbles, games, and a character appearance. So many guests and kids wanted to take photos and my daughter wanted the baby shark dance a 2nd time and they accommodated without any hesitation! We would absolutely love to have Blue Balloon and Erica and Farhan be part of all of our daughters’s future celebrations!
Omg!! Their service was amazing! Great addition to my daughter’s first birthday. The children were all so happy and the entertainers truly held the children’s interest. They were so friendly as well. They arrived on time and got straight to work. My daughter’s party was a Moana Theme and their Moana princess truly looked like a Moana princess. I would definitely be hiring their services for my daughters next party!!!
We hired Blue Balloon Parties for our daughter’s second birthday party and we are so happy we did. We chose the character package with Branch. Cristina and Sarah were absolutely amazing! We asked for a toddler friendly party with lots is fun and bright colors. They came dressed in perfect outfits fitting with the theme of the party. They were beyond kind and patient with all of the kids. We had kids of all ages and they handled it all so well. Due to their professionalism and kindness we will absolutely use them in the future and recommend to our friends and family.
I used them for my sons first birthday and they were amazing. I used them again yesterday for my sons 3rd party. It was terrible. The kids were bored after 10 minutes. The “bubble show” was terrible. There was no bubble machine. One of the clowns was using the thing that comes in a bubble tube and waving it in the air and got maybe one bubble she had to dip it again. I had guests asking if I wanted them to go home and get their bubble machine so it was an actual bubble show. I had Chase from paw patrol come who was there for maybe 15 minutes IF THAT and there was no crowning ceremony which was in the contract I signed. When they started doing the balloons and the face painting they totally bypassed my son who was the birthday boy and he had to wait on line to get his balloon made (which is okay. He’s totally fine with waiting. But me and every guest there thought he should have been first on line) Truly embarrassed at the way my party went because of this. I paid way too much money for this type of performance.
Blue Balloons was very professional. My daughter and the rest of the kids enjoyed their time. We all were more than satisfied and amazed at how great the entertainment was.
We had Blue Balloon Parties for my daughter’s wedding last week and we had an over the top magical experience. The photo booth was a HUGE hit within our guests so as the popcorn cart. The staff was very professional and the girls at the office were very kind and friendly at all times. They guided us through their different packages and services which were the perfect touch for our event. They arrived early and handled everything gracefully with a warm smile. We received many compliments and we created wonderful memories thanks to their services. Thank you Sally, Leila, Alex and Jasmine for making our event absolutely perfect! Cant thank you enough !!!! Because of work I didnt have time to write this review earlier, my sons birthday was June 28th, My song loves Spiderman , and I wanted to surprise him with a real life Spiderman, and boy!!!! this company delivered. Yes an Pablo are amazing performers I wanted to make sure I for their names to highlight their amazing work. They really know how to handle a bunch of exited children, keep them safe under control but most importably having fun the whole time. Thank you again for making my sons birthday party so special.

So not long ago my friend had a birthday party and I would recommend them so much!! I want to start off with they are amazing the two entertainers were Melissa and Jen. The cotton candy was delicious!! Melissa was professional, very friendly. Jen was Hulk and she was great, killing them dance moves, the boys loved it. My son really didn’t want Hulk to leave the party. I would definitely contact them for my son birthday party. The kids had a wonderful time ,non stop interaction and I highly recommend anyone looking for fun and awesome entertainers because Blue Balloon has it ! Before they left everyone made sure they had their business card.
Grace and Danielle were lovely!! They were so professional and engaging with the children. The venue was a little windy but they were able to still do a fantastic job with the face painting, bubbles,balloons, dancing and the magic show. We had one child who tripped while running and Danielle was able to cheer him right back up. It was a small group and so they were open to including the parents who wanted to get their faces painted as well. All in all a great experience; great energy and I would highly recommend them.
This is my second year using Blue Balloon for my daughter’s birthday and they we’re AMAZING! On time arrival, quick setup, quick breakdown. Yessi, Francisco and Samira were our entertainers, they were professional, engaging, and patient - the kids loved the entire show. Face painting, Magic show, balloon twisting, cotton candy and a crowning party for the birthday girl - this experience was great for all the little ones. I’d recommend Blue Balloon for any party! Came to event after window time. Hired to do balloon twisting, face painting and games and magic show. My guest did the games because one of the staffers had no clue what to do and was confused. Cotton candy was stale. The same staff member rushed an 1hr 30min package because they were late. Did one magic trick and paid over 300 for this package and listened to supervisor say “no one else complained “ you cannot compare my experience to someone else.

Blue Balloon Parties is professional, entertaining and above all knows how to handle large number of kids. We requested for Ariel and Superman. Ariel was absolutely crowd pleasing. She is beautiful, high energy and so respectful to all the children. My daughter wrote her a letter after her party to thank her for coming. Superman was great. He made all the kids feel welcomed.They are multi-talented. Balloon Twisting, Face Painting, Games, Magic, Cotton Candy. I think they have much more installed. I highly recommend them to everyone.Customer Service was amazing as well.
My experience with blue balloon parties was all around amazing. Booking was so easy, after reviewing their website and seeing everything they offered I was able to quickly plan how I wanted my daughters birthday to be. I decided on the ‘Princess Package A’ which included cotton candy, bubbles, balloon twisting, face painting, games, dancing (which was a hit) my daughter loves to dance to music and so did the other children. My favorite part was the crowning moment. They made my daughter feel and look so special by placing a crown on her. I can’t say nothing but wonderful things about the staff the worked the party and company in general. Will book again and again. Definitely recommended this company. I used blue Ballons parties for my daughter’s 1st , 2nd and 3rd birthday parties and also my baby shower . I can’t express how grateful I am to have found them. Sally was very nice. She knows her business left and right very professional, great prices, combos,photo booth. She hooked up my parties with Ballons decorations, face painting, clowns, cartoon characters .I have done it all. The staff members were extremely polite and made sure I was happy. The face painters arrived on time and were so sweet to all of my party guests. Especially great with the kids! Super flexible. Blue Balloon Party Services was GREAT! I got the clowns as a gift for my granddaughters 2nd B-day celebration this weekend and it was a fun big success. The clowns were young friendly energetic & patient with the kids. Even my adult guests were entertained and enjoyed the show as well. The booking process was hassle-free and Sally usually responded to our emails the same day. They were accommodating to our various changes. We booked them for 3 hours for our sons 100 day celebration which had 220 guests including 40 children. We had two entertainers: Rachel and Howard. Rachel called us 2 hours before their scheduled arrival time to inform us that they would be a little late. She sent us updates via text before they arrived. They arrived 30 minutes late but we were okay with that. They got right to work and were a great hit with the kids! Their magic show was mediocre but everything else (balloons, face painting, cotton candy) was excellent. We were very satisfied with their hard effort and would recommend them to our friends.I had read another review mentioning an allergic reaction to the face paint. I called Blue Balloon prior to my party and they stated that their face paints are in fact hypo-allergenic. None of the kids at our party had any reaction to the face paint.
From the start to the end the planning for the entertainment was smooth. the entertainers Lisa and Karen were AMAZING, and professional, very kid friendly. The face painting was by far the best I have ever seen, they did amazing and the kids looked great and loved every minute of it. I have hired different event planners yearly for my kids but I will continue with Blue Balloon Parties from now on. They are worth it and I cant wait till next year. My kids still cant stop talking about the great time they had. Thank You Blue Balloon!!!!

I booked Blue Balloon Parties for my nieces second birthday. And from the booking process everything was great to the day of the event! I booked the Princess package in which i was provided with a wide variety of princess... My entertainers arrived on time and ready to start !! The magic show was fantastic everyone loved it!! Along with the games, singing and dancing, bubbles and the crowning ceremony!! Belle was beautiful, everything went great and will be booking them next year!!!

They were EXCELLENT the princess never broke out of character they were engaging with everyone at the party even the adults! Everyone at the party were saying that they were great!! I’m soooo beyond happy with the service! Will always recommend them to everyone!
My experience with Blue Balloon was positive from the moment I first called them. I booked the 1 hr clown package for my 6-year-old daughters party. Katherine and Brianna were great. They called prior to arriving and were right on time. The face painting was great and the kids were captivated with the show. I will definitely be using them again only next time Ill probably book the longer package.

I contracted Blue Balloon for my daughters 1st birthday. I scoured the Internet for characters that would meet my picky standards, and This company met and exceeded my expectations. The entertainers ran the party! They were early, friendly, patient and very entertaining for the kids. I will be using them again and again. Connie was the head entertainer for our party, she was great. Try to get her if you can.
The entertainer we had was so sweet. She set up promptly and began to work. The kids loved her and her work. She always smiled and made the kids feel very comfortable. She was very attentive and playful with all the kids. I have used Blue Balloon services in the past and intend to continue services with them for the future.
Blue Balloon did the entertainment for my sons 3rd birthday and it was a hit! The kids had so much fun and enjoyed every minute. To be honest, the adults enjoyed the entertainment too! I hired Blue Balloon parties to host a clown party for my childs first birthday and I was so impressed that I am having them back for the second time. They were on time, professional, very friendly and the kids loved them. We had young children at the party and the clowns were not scary at all. Face painting quality was excellent too! I would highly recommend them!

I will definitely use this company again. We had a small party but they definitely made the party extra special. Both entertainers were very professional and enthusiastic. My daughter loved minnie mouse and the character actually looks like the disney version. in looking i had difficulty with minnies that looked scary. they were very prompt.
This company was a savior! I had booked another company 3 months prior to the event, the week of the event they called to give me a ridiculous excuse that they could not perform at my event because they unfortunately did not have enough staff. I was furious, stressed and in need of entertainment! I promised my daughter that Cinderella would be coming To her party and not only that but I was expecting 25 KIDS!!!!I called Blue balloon and they were able to accommodate me and not only that but my goodness was that not the most gorgeous CINDERELLA EVER!!!! My daughter was in love with her from the moment she walked in! Everything was just amazing! I cannot thank them enough for not only saving my event but WOw oh wow the entertainment was just perfect!Special thank you to my princess tahnee you were just stunning and the office staff! I highly highly recommend BLUE BALLOON PARTIES!

We scheduled the Meet & Greet package of Elsa & Olaf for my daughter’s winter ONEderland themed bday party. Our entertainer/host, Cristina, Elsa (Sarah) & Olaf (Elke) were AMAZING! I would definitely recommend this company to anybody looking to do a well organized birthday party for your kids that consists of many packages, and amenities, such as cotton candy machines, air castles, and also, an assortment of characters that make for a great experience not only for the kids, but also for all the adults present in the party. Blue balloons is by far most professional company I have encountered. From my Initial inquiry to the day of the event. I feel compelled to inform others moms in search for a great entertainment company to check them out. I absolutely loved kathy and ambra. Facepainting was awesome, my princess was perfect, make up was great, the outfit Ariel costume was spectacular, my daughter was ecstatic which is is all that matters. Thank you so much! My wife and I planned our childs fifth birthday party and to complete the festivities, used Blue Balloon party services.Initially, we ordered Superhero themed entertainment and later decided to include a bouncy house. Blue Balloons reps gave us a number of bouncy houses to choose from.Once we decided, we were told to confirm the dimensions of the hall we were hosting the event, to assure the right size house.After choosing the right size bouncy house, we were complete in booking and continued to finalize our planning.Some time later, I received a call from one of Blue Balloons sales reps named Lena. Lena (phonetically introduce as) said that she had noticed we were having a Superhero themed party and strongly suggested we take the Spideman Bouncy. I asked was she sure because it was an indoor event that required a modest sized bouncy.After, giving the rep the dimensions, she assured me itll fit. So, we changed the order of the bouncy and PAID IN FULL the invoice for the party.On the day of the event, the bouncy house set-up team arrived at our venue, unloaded the bouncy and began the inflation process. When they were done, to my wifes surprise, the bouncy did not fit. The height of the unit would not clear the ceiling.Being the first one at the event, organizing, my wife questioned the team about the error and asked if they had a proper sized bouncy in their truck. The delivery/set-up rep stated hed have to travel to their warehouse to retrieve and bring back the item. This would take hours in travel and set-up time; time that was crucial in terms of our allotted block. This clearly, was not going to work.In route to the event, I received the news, from my wife, the error Blue Balloon had made. I immediately called their office for resolution.When I reached their representative and explained the mishap, I was told they were not responsible. Clearly, this was unexceptable and an error on Blue Balloons end! Respectfully, I continued to explain from the beginning about the initial bouncy and how I received a call from Blue Balloon to change my original choice to their suggested version.However, I could tell from the reps cold and terse rebuttal, it had fell on deaf ears. She said their reps are trained to check dimension size before offering bouncies. Ironically, while checking the notes to find the rep, who so strongly suggested, I take the themed unit; the Blue Balloon rep realized it was herself who actually sold us the rental!As the Blue Balloon rep and acting manager, went on defending her obvious debacle, she refused my request for a full or at least partial credit.Due to the fact, I was driving to the event with my son in tow, I refused to continue the senseless conversation with the Blue Balloon rep, as it was extremely frustrating.Blue Balloon has not taken any steps in resolving this matter. And whats even more absurd and disturbing, is the blatant disregard for accountability in their deceptive sales practices.By far, this is one of the worst small business experiences Ive ever encountered.Shame on you, Blue Balloon.
The Blue Balloon made my sons 5th Birthday party a HIT!!! The girls were awesome and kept all the kids and adults entertained from start to finish!!! They were funny, patient, and just an all around great time!!! Im very hard to please and they exceeded my expectations!!! Take it from me.... BOOK THEM!!!
We hired Blue Balloon Parties for our twins 6th birthday. I was an absolute nervous wreck. I had 27 kids confirmed and was anxious about keeping them occupied during the party. From the staff at the office who helped me book (Sally) to the entertainers - Caryn and Rachel (Wonderwoman and Supergirl) the service was amazing. Everyone was courteous and professional. Caryn and Rachel arrived on time and in character. Throughout the party they kept all the children engaged and even the adults engaged. They worked patiently and professionally with the chaos and seemed unaffected by the number of children pulling at them every minute. The children absolutely loved them. We would most definitely hire again for another event. THANK YOU!!!!!
The entertainers Jessi and Frank went above and beyond for my niece’s Halloween birthday party! they were on time, professional and the kids (and adults) loved them.!!!I would highly recommend Blue balloon parties.
I had a sponge bob party for my nephews 1st birthday and the kids and adults loved it. The kids had soo much fun and everyone was interacting with the party. I would definitely recommend Blue Balloon and use them again. Thank you Blue Balloon for helping us throw a fantastic party.
I order package A, which includes two characters, etc.. two girls came, they were very nice, but it was only one character and a very quick show. the most of time was for cotton candy. After they insist on a big tip. Not worth the money there was no enthusiasm.
Character arrived with no shirt and Dora backpack. I had to prompt entertainers to include children that were scattered. The photo sent to me upon booking contained a Skye Paw Patrol with a shirt so this was disappointing as I only had a meet and greet with character for the party. Upon ending of show hostess approaches me with a survey in front of guests and a contract with bid red lettering suggesting a $50 tip. Me being courteous still gave a tip but it wasnt deserved. I fault myself for that. This is the second company that has amazing ratings that I used an a half dressed character was sent. Next time I will get my own costume and do it myself as I am a former entertainer and remember how stern customers were with my company when I left out even the smallest detail. Unacceptable and Unprofessional. I blame management who initially sent me contract with wrong date and argued that I didnt need a correction. I totally give up on these Companies.
We had my baby’s party today!!! They deserve 200 stars!!!! It was so worth it!!! The kids and adults had an amazing time!!! Highly recommend these guys!!! Thank you so much for helping us with great time!!!
I usually dont write reviews online, but the importance of my 5 year old girls birthday party obligates me to let others know how great Blue Balloon treated us. They were on time, communicative, and just a pleasure to deal with. I know that I will use them for every event in the future and refer to everyone. Thanks for everything!
A little late but i must say yessi and paul were amazing ! I had acouple hiccups with the company and payment method and still paul and yessi were so nice and understanding. The children were fully engaged , and very much into the show. It was soooooo worth the money i would definitley book with this companyq again for her 5th hirthday. Im glad i went with a friend recommendation , cause now i am yhe ine recommending this company thabk you blue balloon especially yessi and pauk for making my daughter 1st birthday so special !!!!
I would like to take the opportunity to write about how disappointing Blue Balloon Parties was to our event. Girls are young and unexperienced. Took a very long time to connect to their speaker and when they did it barley even worked. One of the girls bothered our guest for help, but in the end it wasnt even used. My wife had to gather all of the kids for them to interact with the entertainment,No one even knew they were there. One of the girls set up a game to play with the kids and she disappeared. My mother n law had to take over and entertain the kids. Face/Body painting was ok, balloon making was meh. One of the girls brought out a cotton candy machine, took forever to setup. She claimed it needed to be plugged directly to the wall, i ran an extension cord for her. A while later still not cotton candy, she claimed the power was just not good enough. I Finally had to step in and find that the IEC cable was not even plugged into the Machine!, once i plugged it in, it worked. My wife and i were so disappointed we just wanted Mickey and Minnie to come out for pictures. I called the manager, explained to her our situation. She was rude and condescending and wanted to speak to one of the girls ( No one was to be found at this point). My wife called a couple days later to explain her frustration and the manager again was rude and condescending. One of the girls that was at the party was chuckling in the background and claimed that the service was good and we just wanted our money back. If the service was up to par, why would there be a complaint? Why would i bother to call many times to complain ? I am not sure what kind of business this is. Mediocre service and to take your money and run. I done even care about the money, i just wanted a happy and pleasant experience for my daughters second birthday. Obviously this company can careless. Please people save your money and go elsewhere for a better experience and service.
First time booking their bounce houses, i was quite impressed at the cleanliness. We have a Block Party every year and our committee decided to book with Blue balloon this year and we will be booking them from here on out. All three units were very nice as well as the concessions. Blue Balloon Entertainment was wonderful! The ladies who came out were on time, professional, and everything that I paid for is what I got. I would definitely recommend them for your event, and I look forward to using them again in the future.
I booked the Princess package for one hr. The girls arrived on time, they were nice, the kids did enjoy the entertainment. The disappointment came when the cotton machine did not work, that took time from the entertainment (I got a refund) and what really bothered me is that their contract suggests a tip. BUT to them it is not a suggestion, that is actually what they WANT as they re-write it in big red letters for you not to miss it. While I do understand, some people dont tip, my opinion is that a tip is what people believe they deserve. I most likely wont hire them again.
I have had great experience with blue balloon for the last 2 years and will be using them again this year. Their face painting is especially astounding! Just be sure to book early as they fill up fast
Had horrible experience with this company. The entertainers were 1 hours late to the party. The girl told me they overbooked her and she just came from another party. When I called the company they said they have no idea what she is talking about. Made the whole day very stressful, half of the guests left. I called to the company after the performance (which was 50 min instead of an hour) and asked for some compensation but never got it. Still charged me a regular price after all. Dont recommend this company! Very unprofessional!!!
25 stranded children today. Great job Blue Balloon and cuddos to Sally for royally messing up this party, the date, and the arrival times. Horrible organization, and then she wants to argue with me regarding a contract that she wasnt able to successfully attach to an email. Lol. You guys will never be part of a party of mine or any of my friends and family.

I hire this company a year ago for my son’s birthday party. When they were done I payed the amount and by mistake I over paid them an extra 100 dollars. Even though I was very disappointed they never got back to me to return the amount, I just called them to hide them again for my son’s bday party again and deduct that amount I had over paid, but they said they don’t have the record of what happened and they won’t do the deduction. So if you ever hire them, make sure you are giving the right amount or you won’t ever see that money back in your life!
Blue balloon party rental has the best staff. They were on time , very professional, great with the kids and left my place very clean when they were finished, I highly recommend them for all your party needs!

I Hired this company for a surprise meet & greet for my sons 3rd birthday ...My son loves Paw Patrol so I asked for Marshall Skye & his favorite Rubble and he loved it as well as the rest of the kids...They was patient and fun with the kids The Paw Patrol really made my sons day which made me so Happy I will definitely hire them again🤗

Looked to book them for my daughters party. They sent over a contract to recieve a deposit to hold date. I sent over all information and recieved an email stating my card was declined. I replied and asked to run again because there shouldnt be a problem. No response. After the 4th email i wrote to Sally they send over the authorization again. I recieved a very unprofessional email stating it was denied AGAIN. With capital letters just like that. I decided that there was no way to pay deposit and told them ill go with another company. They replied no problem we will send u a release of contract. Huh? They need much better customer service.
Stay away from the Egg Hunt organized by them if you care about your child safety! The most disorganized event ever. You will spend $35 per child to wait in line for an hour to have your 3 year old got beaten up by bunch of adults over an empty plastic egg shell. It was horrible!!!
Great service and great people. I needed a bouncy house for my kids and within minutes they deliver no complaints. They have a lot of variety you name it they have it.Fyi. Slushy machine is a must
The WORST party ever.!!! My daughter is still upset even though the party was over nine months ago. Sloppy entertainment, VERY mediocre staff and they use non hypo allergenic face paints and have utter disregard for safety. My daughter presented with a terrible rash after the face paint .STAY AWAY unless you like to make your child miserable.
On 9/23/2017 my guests experienced an amazing time .If you looking for an fantastic entainment and experience for your guest and on time. This is the place to ask for it. The entertainers were 2 hours late. they ran out of gas, and i had to go pick them up off the exprerssway. They werent able to complete th epackages that I paid for, because they were late. By the time thy got to the party, there was only an hour left of the party. I will never recommend this company.
Rented several chairs and tables. They delivered on time and got them in the house promptly. Also picked up on time. Price what very affordable. Entire process what easy. Will definitely use this company again.

2022-07-03This was our first time working with Blue Balloon and they were awesome. All the parents told us their kids had so much fun. They also really went out of their way to include our birthday girl in the party festivities. I love how the package we chose included everything to keep the kiddos entertained (musical chairs, face painting, balloon twisting & cotton candy!). The team was very professional, arrived on time, and got to work as soon as they walked in. We hope to collaborate with them again next year! Thank you Blue Balloon Party !

2022-06-13Blue balloon was great! They came recommended to me and i am so happy they did! Entertainers were amazing, super fun and punctual. We booked the 1hr and a half package. There was face painting, balloon animals, a bubble machine, cotton candy, dancing and games, magic show with a live bunny and we had spongebob as our character. Worth every penny. Would definitely use them them for any party. My nieces are having their 2nd birthday this weekend and booked off my recommendation. We are super excited to see them again! Thank you!!!

2022-06-13I cannot say enough good things about our experience blue balloon. They were amazing! Our two performers arrived on time were incredibly helpful and great with the kids. I got many compliments on them and I thought they did a fabulous job. This was for a four-year-old birthday party at a public park in Greenpoint, Brooklyn. We got the face painter balloon and maker and they did a really cute magic shell with a live bunny at the end that was a huge hit.

2022-06-21I hired this company for my sons 2nd birthday party in Prospect Park. They were absolutely amazing and made the party 100x better! Face painting, music, love bunny rabbit, and a visit from a dinosaur! My son had a wonderful time and all my guests were very impressed. Thank you so much! 2022-06-05As a professional event planner for over 10 years I have always done my own kids birthday party and it was always over the top. And so much work of course! This is the first time I hired another party company and OH MY GOD was it the best party plan Ive ever had! My BLUE BALLOONS entertainers were kind, fabulous with the kids, and provide incredible views for their price. Specifically, the Goku character I requested came dressed and walked into the shows theme song. I mean COME ON ...... so cool. I have been recommending them to everyone! You will not be disappointed.

2022-06-16They were the vendor at a birthday party we attended over the weekend and they were truly awful. It’s extremely unfortunate to ruin a child’s party because you don’t like what you do.Their snow cones were inedible and presented horribly. Their cotton candy machine took up an enormous amount of space but they refused to use it until a designated time, and couldn’t keep up.The face painting was awful. The lady doing it was taking so long, it diminished the kids excitement as they waited. A good face painter will do it in less than 40 seconds, I’ve been to enough parties to vouch for this!The guy was the worst of all, he did not want to be there, and made is extremely obvious. Was actually rude to the kids when they were petting the bunny. Spilled the bubble soap everywhere as he walked over with the machine. Didn’t care one bit.I give them a SOLID DO NOT HIRE.Plenty of vendors in NYC work very hard and I would much rather give them the business.
