2021-10-20Was just there today, to order something as simple as oysters. There was nobody in there, and I told the worker that I was there to get a few oysters. He proceeds to get a bag, but then the phone rings. He completely ignores me and goes on for a good 10 minutes speaking in Spanish. In the meantime, some customers walked in and he proceeds to talk to them about what they were looking for, all completely ignoring me. I walked out after this. Also, this place does not look clean at all, so I should have known better than to even consider spending my hard earned money in this place where they cant even get their act together and treat customers with a minimum of respect.

2021-04-11Purchased about two pounds of wild salmon from Blue Island fish market. At 20/lb it was pricey but worth every cent. The service was quick and great. The fish smelled/tasted wonderful. Great tenderness, perfectly rich and without that fishy aftertaste you get from lesser quality fish.I will definitely be back!

2021-05-25We’ve been going to this fish market for over a year but lately it has been terrible. Ahi tuna filets have been grey and overly fishy, salmon was dull and grey after half a day in the fridge and finally the shrimp smelled sour the day after we bought them (yes they were refrigerated and we have left them for a day in the fridge before). We gave them one last chance with the shrimp since that was always a safe bet but they have officially lost a customer. Sell fresh produce!!
