DONT shop here!!!!! Not honest people. Worst service. I love to shop and have shopped in lots of stores....i was NEVER treated this way!!!!! She was rude nasty mean and yelled!!!!!!!! They are only here to take your money!!! Stay far away.
Had a issue with a outfit I bought that was damaged. after making me come back 3 times the owner told me that she cant do anything so I told her she has the option and I will despute the charge she went and snapped a picture from me and told me that if I will dispute it she will post it and all the info on social media. What a shame!
This shop is for more then just baby! They have stylish European gorgeous clothes from birth to age 4. As my husband pointed out it is like having the best of each boutique in NYC all in a one stop shopping experience. The owner has a magical eye and makes dressing your child for a special event or for every day a breeze. Make an appointment because it can get very busy! If you want compliments on your kids clothes this is the pace to go!
Shopping at Blubelle is always a great experience. Chavi is super friendly and attentive to her customers. If she thinks I might like something shell message me about it with no pressure. The selection is amazing with a wide range of prices for all budgets.
Watch out with these people when you buy they are telling you that you will be able to exchange the item when you come to exchange it they are claiming that everything is final saleAnd there’s no one to talk tooUnprofessional customer service

Personaly its my favorite baby/lavette store. Its centrally located I the town square mall, and they carry the finest selection of baby and kids brands up to 5 years!

2022-02-01Horrible customer service!!!! Do your selves a favor and stay away from a store that doesn’t care about its customers and doesn’t appreciate business. I called seven times today, was on hold for over 30 minutes and no one answered at no point. I reached out on WhatsApp as they suggested and on Instagram in the morning and I was never helped (someone responded once and disappeared). You can be sure that you lost me as a customer. Unbelievable!!!!

2021-02-22Bagging for our business but returning terrible service, dont start up with this people and their crazy return policies, random items not on sale are being sold on final sale.... And what ever you need to give back you only have 2 (!) Days to do so and even then you only get store credit (🙄), one of those 2 days there was snow and we couldnt make it to the store so we came back on day 3 but there was no one to talk to, this owners are rude and should have never own a store.
