Quaint, clean, comfortable....my first time staying in a bed and breakfast. The owners, Tammi and Scott were so helpful with suggestions in the area. Looking forward to going back. The location is absolutely perfect.......1 min to town one way and 1 minute to Lake Keuka the other way.
Awesome place to stay in beautiful Hammondsport. Tammy & Scott are the greatest and most accomadating hosts and wow can she cook! If they have availability this is a must stay place. Easy walking distance to downtown too.
My wife and I stayed in the Rose Garden room while in town for a wedding at Herron Hill Winery. The great location in Hammonsport allows you to walk to everything in town. The Innkeepers do a wonderful job keeping this historic home looking great and helping all the guests navigate around the lake to find their favorite spots.The freashly cooked breakfast with local ingredients was amazing, we enjoyed siting family style with the other 6 guests to enjoy the meal.Would highly recommend this spot for a weekend getaway, especially in the summer when the town is most lively.
We actually didnt stay there , my wife and I were walking by while they were entertaining guests and friends with live acoustical music , as we stood there the owner invited us in to join them and offered us a glass of wine . Im sure their hospitality far exceeds what we experienced . Wed recommend this place highly and looking forward to going back ! Thanks again
Very attentive and trying to anticipate and prepare for any need... obviously well kept.... very nice breakfast... felt very cared-for and pampered.... would both recommend and return... short walk to lake and town square.only negative would be that wife felt mattress much firmer than she cares for..
We visited for our 10th anniversary. It was lovely... Wonderful hosts, a delicious breakfast, and a beautiful house in a quaint little town.

2022-07-06You’re an idiot if you stay anywhere else but Blushing in Hammandsport.The location is perfect (quiet with quick access to downtown), facilities make you feel at hoMe, and the owners are amazing!Woke up every morning to delicious coffee and breakfast sweets…. Then breakfast came afterwards! Can’t wait to come back.

2021-07-05My wife had a holiday weekend getaway and we visited Hammondsport for the first time. We stayed for two nights at the Blushing Rose and we were absolutely thrilled with our stay. The B&B was very clean, our room was spotless, the place had a lot of character, and it showed that the owners really cared. The owners were extremely welcoming and friendly and we appreciated their hospitality. And dont get us started about the breakfasts - delicious!! We highly recommend this establishment.

2017-03-20Bought a weekend stay for my parents who had a case of cabin fever. Wow! They came home and the inn was all they talked about. Tammy was amazing. The room was beautiful and well appointed. My mom raved at how clean the inn was and how good the meals were. Top notch! Tammy made my folks feel welcome and helped them find sites in town to visit. They absolutely loved this place. 2018-10-08Tammy and Scott were amazing hosts. Breakfast was a gourmet meal each morning. The Village of Hammondsport is delightful. We spent three days at the Inn. Tammy provided great suggestions for local wineries and breweries. We felt right at home. I highly recommend the Blusing Rose.

2019-04-07Wow. I want to start off by saying to book directly through there website. As other sites may say they are booked when infact they are not. You do NOT want to miss out on an opportunity to stay here. This was truly one of the most amazing ways to spend our first wedding anniversary. We stepped out of our comfort zone with this. It was our first time ever staying at aB & B. Tami and Scott go above and beyond to make your stay a memorable one. Upon arriving we were greeted my Tami with a warm welcoming. We immediatley felt at home. We stayed in the Grapevine room. Large spacious room with a bathroom and comfortable bed. In the Cabnet was board games, cards and a radio. On the night stand was a anniversary card a couple bottles of champagne on ice, pistachios and some chocolate. What a nice surprise. There is a coffee room almost outside the bedroom door where they set up coffee, tea ect. Along with warm homemade banana nut muffins at 7am. (Oh my gosh amazing) At 8:30am breakfast is served wow. Delicious home cooked breakfast. (What more can you ask for) On a normal day I would not get up this early, however the smell of the homemade cooking and the coffee brewing I couldnt wait to get up. The first morning Tami prepared our meal and the second day Scott prepared the meal. Both excellent chefs! I wish I would have taken pictures of the meals as the presentation was beautiful. Perfect location. Walking distance to shops, restaurants and bars. I am already looking up when we can come again in the summer. Thank you again for everything you both do! We were so lucky to have stayed here.
