Booked a 1:10 appointment. Showed up early. Waited until 1:45 with no one having yet helped me. Had to ask for help again at the service desk, only to be told oil changes are now being completed in the 3+ hour range due to short staffing. No expectation was set, nor did anyone act surprised by this catastrophe. Service manager was hunting for the GM/Sales manager, only to later exclaim “i don’t know, they may be off.” Terrible experience, will NEVER come back.
I came in to see and eventually buy an X5. The only one in the showroom was sold, and for courtesy reasons, they didn’t even open it to let me check the back of the trunk or realize the internal dimensions; I didn’t ask to sit inside.Luckily Mercedes is very close by. Another experience, a way above in courtesy and ambiance, and I found my next new car there.
Terrible customer service. Non-responsive service advisors, rude and incompetent receptionists who cant seem to be bothered with answering the phone and are more likely to hang up on you than actually help you. I brought a 2022 Alpina Xb7 in to have a rim replaced and it took three visits to get the car serviced and then repeated phone calls to get my car back. Ive bought lots of BMWs over the years and never had such a bad service experience. BMWs are great cars, and there are great BMW dealers out there- this just isnt one of one. I would NEVER buy a car from them.
The worse BMW dealership in whole northeast part of America. The reason is i scheduled a oil change a month prior, got on time of my appointment(11am), dropped of the car. Estimate time to finish was around 5 pm which is crazy, typical oil change at dealerships are around 45 mins max. Called them exactly 55 times, service and sales departments, nobody answered. If i could chose 0 stars i would. People there working are lazy and bored, management doesnt really care about successful customer service. Will take this case and report the dealership to BMW USA.
Great buying experience in a rough climate for new car purchases. Ordered a G80 M3 through Isaiah. Isaiah was super knowledgeable and helpful throughout the buying process. Brought my father in to see Isaiah and he purchase a X3M40i. The next month I referred a buddy who also closed a deal on a G80 M3. 3 great transactions. Will always return to BMWNYC and Izzi for future purchases. Thanks Izzi for all your help.
For an International Luxury company, the service is certainly sub par. Disappointing to have a customer service agent have so much attitude and be so nasty, when I simply called to ask the status of my vehicle being serviced. And the lack of any loaner vehicles, what kind of establishment is this? So I pay for what every month? To be treated nastily and to. It have anyone help me in fixing my car?! Outrageous!
I had my car towed in to BMW of Manhattan on 12/27/2019 for a issue i was having. BMW told me it would cost me 12k to fix my 2015 535I. After saying oil spilled and shredded my belt. the manager of the oil change place that did my oil change in September came down to BMW to see the car to see if they were at fault. when he saw the car he said there was no oil on the system and if there was a oil issue the belt would came off in less than 24 hrs of them doing my oil change. I have a extended warranty on my car from the date of purchase BMW said my warranty would not be accepted because its to big of a job. I was gonna trade the car and lease a new one. When BMW went to see my car they told me (based on the age, mileage and condition and the fact that it might need a engine the car is not worth more than a few hundred maybe a thousand dollars) my car is in excellent condition inside and out non smoking and never had any issues and very well maintained. when i had the car towed out of BMW i had a friend of mines come look at it he said the engine is not a issue all i need is a belt and alternator he changed the belt and alternator on the street was able to put the car back in park from neutral and the car started right up and has been driving excellent i paid 460 dollars for the alternator and 42 dollars for a belt and my friend that specialize in only working on BMW only charged me 300 dollars to do the work. I will never ever ever take my car back to BMW of Manhattan for no type of work or to even purchase or trade ever in my life cause they tried to get over on me and charge me 12k to fix a $500 problem and then tried to get me to give up my car for less than a $1000 so they can fix a minor problem and resell my car for a hire amount do not believe what they tell you in there cause they are just trying to get over on you if your have a outside mechanic that can work on your car please take it to them before your even think of taking your car to these people
My car was damaged twice here while it was dropped of for service. Would never bring my car here for service unless it was an emergency and I had no other choice. I currently go out of my way now to BMW of Freeport to be treated like a human being. However, my one star review is ONLY for the service department. My sales guy here is absolutely amazing and goes above and beyond to help me, and even get involved with the service department to make sure Im satisfied.
Never again! I didnt know you had to have a certain look when you come there. Because the unwelcoming look the workers in accessories area gave me definitely made me feel like I had no business there even though I was prepared to spend $600 for a replacement key. The sad part about this is that these are people who come from the bottom just like me so its the audacity for me just because you work for a well-known company doesnt make you better than the next person I dont care what my race is or how I was dressed at the time I went there. They need a body language check
Terrible customer service, you bring the car in for service and they give it back to you super dirty. I complained twice and they only apologize (instead of fixing the problem). They offered you a deep clean but I am not sure how that could be different since they are the one who dirty the car while trying to clean it…. When you try to call and leave messages they do not call you back. I am not sure how they can be the “BMW of Manhattan” and still offer this terrible service. Westchester has much better BMW dealers.
I purchased a car back on 9/29/2021And we are on 2/14 I never received my tag and license plate , all the tile. You call no one answerAnd if some answer you they put you on hold and then they hang off the phone , usually other dealers follow up with you but this dealer the words everNo one follow up and you have to keep your emails for record in case they try to disclaim, almost 30 days I was not able to drive my car because even I don’t have temporary license plateI don’t know where is the sales manager what he doing
Took my car there for a recall on the blower. They kept the car 3 months then I get a call saying come get it. They literally left the car in worse shape than I gave it to them as you see from the pictures. That is the blower they fixed. They I assume jumped the battery and just left that as it was. There was no coolant after they were done so I had to pay to get that fixed. The mirror suddenly is broken. They have nasty condescending staff. The seems to for get he actually only works at BMW. They when you contain it was well bring the car back (I dont live close including across a $15 bridge) and we will wash it for you for the inconvenience. They never agreed to fix all the stuff they left as you see in the picture. That I ended up getting done myself. Dont buy from them or take your car there. the picture is worth 1000 works.
This is for the Motorcycle Shop. You will not find a more accommodating or friendly sales AND service department. They go above and beyond to make you a happy and repeat customer. Customer service is what you expect with a premium brand and other dealerships should take lessons from them.
If I can give 0 stars I would ordered simple charging port and cables for my vehicle and the stupid person behind the order put in a signature required for delivery at fed ex.....2 days no delivery and now i need to wait till Monday for a drop off location to go and pick up my items...such a simple order with a signature requirement is STUPID .......80 dollars for charge port and cables not such a high priority that needs a signature ...wake the hell up bmw of manhattan people work and arent home to sign for such simple deliveries
Another 5 start experience from the Sales department of BMW of Manhattan. Manny Antunes pulled all the strings he could with the sales department to get me two allocations for i3s. I finally took delivery of one of them after 6 months due to the Pandemic, and expect the next one in less then two weeks! Thank you to all of the sales department for their persistence in a job well done to please their cliental!
The worst service .They provide no loaners . They will not call you back and follow up for anything . Manager will give run arounds and never get back to you . I have a 2022 bmw leased only 3 months ago and they could not help sort my problem in any way . Total inconvenience I had to tow my new disabled bmw away from them at my own expense . Ridiculous
BMW NYC continues to deliver top quality service alongside top quality cars! The level of service I continue to receive from this location is hands down above the “competition”. The team is equal parts personal, intuitive and friendly and always anticipate my needs/ requests. There is quite frankly no other place you need to shop for a BMW in the tri-state area!
In August I brought my BMW in to ask about some simple noises I was hearing under the hood. They charged me to diagnose the car for multiple things and each diagnosis was about $100. While the associate was professional, kind, and responsive to convey and authorize the repairs, they ghosted me afterwards, when I tried to relay certain things were still wrong with the car. He also said theyd send a survey to rate their service, which never came. They took the car in without telling me ahead of time that they had no loaners and were backed up, requiring me to go without a car for over a week. That was in August. In December, my car suddenly doesnt start in a public garage. I paid for towing, and the cost of extra days in the garage in midtown. My local mechanic today tells me that the spark-plugs, ignition coil, fan clutch and mass air flow sensor all need replacing. It is an old car, which is why I had taken it to the source - BMW - who I thought would be the best place to diagnose all things that could be wrong with the car. I paid them 3000+ to fix a belt and 2 gaskets, and they failed to tell me these issues were imminent. I would have had them do them right then and there. The cost, the ghosting, the inconvenience, and subsequent problems will make me never use them, or any other BMW dealer for repairs again. And honestly, given the age of my car, I wanted to upgrade to a new BMW, but after this I cant imaging wanting to work with them again.
I just want to say Christian Nguyen is the best service representative! He has been with me since I purchased my X5 back in 2013. I love my X5 and still have it. It looks brand new and runs like a new car! I have 48,000 miles on it and it still feels new. I give all the credit to Mr. Nguyen. He has my best interest when it comes to maintenance. Christian never tries to convince me to get something I dont need. I will never buy another car unless it comes from BMW of Manhattan. That is if Christian Nguyen is also my service rep. Its very difficult in todays market to be happy with a corporation and their customer service. Well, BMW of Manhattan you are changing that! YOU HAVE MY LOYALTY!
I like my X1. I hate this dealership. They have the worst parts department on the planet. It takes hours of trying before you can get through. If you leave a message they do not call back. Their hours are absurd, only open until 4:30. This is easily the worst aspect of owning my BMW.UPDATE: dropped the car off at 10:30 this morning for an appointment we made weeks ago. It’s been 4 hours and they haven’t even looked at it. Frank Worrell is the manager on duty and was utterly unresponsive and unhelpful. This establishment is such a disappointment. We ended up picking the car up without anything being done.I got in touch with an operator finally and expressed my frustration about the parts department. I asked if I was the only person having this issue and they responded “no, I hear this a lot, actually”.This place will sell you anything. But their follow up is abysmal. This certainly makes me think twice before buying a second BMW or getting another one once I’m done with this one. I wonder how other service centers are.
The experience of acquiring my new BMW was exceptional. There was a long delay due to supply chain issues (lack of chips). This was all explained carefully by Peter Peña so that I was always kept in the loop.When the time came to pick up the car, the process was quick, professional and painless. All paperwork was finished online before I arrived to take possession of the car. An expert explained all of the various functions carefully and in great detail, and left me with his card for follow up.The whole thing could not possibly gone better.
Recently bought an X5 at BMW of Manhattan. Great experience. The paperwork was done on the same day and drove the car home registered with plates that same day. Worked with Adrian , the sales manager. Great over experience. I’d highly recommend the dealer for your next purchase.
Despite the chip shortage, and my lease from Mercedes Benz ending. Bmw offered decent prices compared to other dealerships. I was helped by Michael Lousidis great guy, straight to the point helped get in the car I wanted exactly within a reasonable time frame ! Despite a few hiccups out of his control he made sure my concerns were always answered and addressed which was very important to me. Thank you Michael for making my buying experience a good one as a first time client. Definitely would recommend.
Are you expecting honest service without being overcharged? Then dont come here! Sunroof was not functioning. They charge $200+ for a configuration. Of course, issue resurfaces short while thereafter. Now they fix it by replacing a part--as should have been done originally under the CPO with no charge! The $200+ misdiagnosis? You are not seeing anything back! Lets rip off our customers! Even more concerning, is false allegations by the Manager Joseph Rocker that I have an unpaid balance (which if he is man enough, he will send to me instead of hiding behind a representative). Send and Ill be happy to pay. Oh sorry, forgot, doesnt exist because you operate unethically and are trying to distract from your sunroof repair scam when I had reported it to corporate office. Buyer beware!

Five Stars.In particular - my trusted Service Advisor - Mr. Christian Nguyen - is fantastic.He not only consistently provides a thorough assessment of required service - but is always looking to go the extra mile and make suggestions. UNORGANIZED AND UNHELPFUL STAFF!!! I took my i8 to the dealer to get my fuel tank fixed since there was a recall on them. The person who took care of me Christian was very nice and helpful. I had to leave my car over the weekend because the job was estimated to take 2-3 days. I returned on Monday night to pick it up. Christian had called out sick on that day and I was told that a person named Glenn was going to take care of me. I got there and spoke with the valet attendant and he told me that Glenn wasn’t there. I then headed to the front desk and the lady was confused. She called her coworker over and the other one did not know how to check me out and they were both wondering where my paperwork is. One of them goes and tries to look for someone else then they discovered that Glenn was there the whole time. They directed me to his office and he was on the phone. Finally after around 40 minutes of them being confused and unorganized, I received my car. I opened the door and couldn’t find my key. I asked the valet guy and he said it was in the car and I looked again and couldn’t find it. He told me to search again without even offering to help. I finally found it hidden behind the steering wheel. Like I’m expected to go search the heck out of my car to find my key. Then I noticed the inside of my doors were wet. I asked the valet guy why my doors are wet and he said because they washed it. I said I didn’t ask anybody to wash it and if they did why didn’t they dry it. There’s water inside my car. He didn’t offer any resolution. I then noticed that my front camera was cracked more. When I dropped off the car there was a little crack that I showed to Christian. The crack is now 3 times larger. I am not sure if they tried to replace it and cracked it more or if it happened during washing it. This place is so unorganized I wouldn’t be surprised if they did it during washing or trying to replace it. I am so annoyed and unhappy with their services. I don’t recommend that anybody goes there. Unhelpful and unorganized staff.
Reception girls act so superior for some reason. Talking to them is almost never a good experience. It seems that they need to have a staff training about a customer service, and watch their attitudes.Customer service isn’t the best at this location.The car service itself is good.
Our salesman, Michael, was excellent. After leaving the rude and insulting Koeppel Subaru dealership (where we purchased a car and they resold it 2 minutes later while we were discussing their last minute change to the original offer) going to Manhattan BMW was like a breath of fresh air. Kind of like getting kicked out of Target and going to Nordstrom’s instead.Even with a shortage of cars and port delays, Michael found us a car and got it to us relatively quickly. He answered my hundreds of questions and responded to ouremails promptly. Their “Genius” staff was also wonderful. Alex patiently explained every detail of our new car and said he would follow up with us if we had more questions.I highly recommend. Susan L.

The BMW Sales Manager on my account did a superb job in identifying all important issues needed to close the deal quickly with me and the dealership. Moreover, the car was delivered not just quickly, but prepared to perfection. His tech support did a thorough job in explaining new features on the car compared to prior models I had owned, which was appreciated and valuable. I have owned over a half dozen BMW’s over the years from several dealers in the Northeast, and this experience was excellent and unparalleled.
My process working with Kate Duske was absolutely stellar! She could not have made my experience with BMW any more positive, especially as a first time buyer! The delivery was fast and smooth, the technician went through all the necessary functionalities of the car and answered all my questions I had. This is my first BMW car and Im already loving it. I was extremely happy with the ease and service I was given today when I purchase a 2016 X1. It was exactly what I wanted and the ease and stress free experience I had was worth every penny! My sales rep: Brandon Simon was the best experience I had in 40 years! Then I had Emile Goldman-Genius was extremely informative and helped me setup the car. I have to say that it was done expeditiously and professionally as well as I really got the feeling of being part of the BMW family now and I was made to feel so comfortable- I would recommend this dealership in a heart beat. I attribute my wonderful experience to my sales rep and product genius and to all at the dealership as they made this experience painless! I have dealt with numerous other dealers in my life and have leased and owned cars and by far this was the best so far. I was shocked that I was only there for a few hours and made to feel very comfortable and confident in my decision to purchase a BMW.

I purchased a new 2018 BMW R Nine T Racer from Diego at BMW of Manhattan. I stopped in to look at it and, after sitting on it, told Diego that I would purchase that bike then and there.Diego did the paperwork and wrapped it all up with not just efficiently but with a warm and positive vibe. He was patient and helped me understand the options I had with financing. Explained the bike in detail to to me, pointing out various essential nuances I can’t communicate with aggressive sales people. I’ve walked when it becomes an intellectual duel. While I didn’t have to be sold on the bike, the paperwork dance can negatively taint the pleasure of the purchasing experience. Not this time. Not this bike. Not with Diego. Definitely recommend.Here’s the bigger thing...The bike had a few cosmetic add-ons. Very snazzy and tasteful. After some time, I realized that I needed the stock mirrors. Diego found them for me, including the correct hardware, and I was back on the road safer and happier.And it gets better...Two years down the line I’m getting ready for a long work trip on the bike. I’m down to the wire and, at the last minute, discover that my new luggage won’t fit with the aftermarket tail light. Frantically and in a panic, I call Diego, explain the craziness and ask, knowing it to be a Hail Mary, “you don’t have the stock tail light do you?’“Come pick it up.”This man literally saved the day. If I wasn’t 700 miles from Manhattan in two days, I would have had to severely compromise, possibly give up on, a photojournalism story I’ve spent over two years on.Thank you, Diego. I mean, seriously. Hard trip. Hard times. Highly productive and impossible without that one simple thing.I love my bike, but when it’s time to buy another one, Diego is my salesperson.Five stars.

My test drive with him was exceptional and I have to say that this greatly contributed to my quick decision to purchase. My husband and I have been coming to the BMW Manhattan for 6 years and Christian Nguyen has been instrumental to our cars’ services since 2015. Christian has always taken care of our needs and/or directed us to the right support. He has always maintained a wonderful attitude with professionalism. He is efficient, polite and very friendly. He goes above and beyond every time we bring our cars to this dealership. He excels in customer service and goes to the extra mile. Christian is truly a valuable employee at BMW and I hope that management recognizes it. I would recommend Christian to anyone unreservedly.
Don’t waste your time. Do your homework and check out the BMW car you are looking at. They don’t build them like they use to and bmw does everything they can to penny pinch you. Left Mercedes after 12 years to try them out. What a big mistake. also be careful after your lease, you can take care of your car to pristine condition and they will still find a way to squeeze money from you on the inspection.

Visited this location to get Black Beauty serviced... exceptional service from drop off to pick up!! The only downside you cant wait around on their premises for your car -- due to COVID regulations. But i did get a peek of the new cars to come. Fell in love all over again.

What a pleasant place to visit and the staff to make sure you are taken care of!Three weeks ago i inquired about an M3 Comp, called every single dealership 500mi around NYC, 0 cars were available, and even where the cars were, dealerships ask up to $20.000 above the msrp.I was lucky to talk to Jose Lopez, he managed to find one for me, incoming and put a deposit on the car.I was probably a bit annoying calling Jose about the car, but boy was he on top of the situation! He made sure he sent numerous of emails and requests to find out and notify me about every movement that the car made towards the dealerships.Two days ago i recieved a call from Jose, said SHES HEREI didnt get it at first, couldnt believe what im hearing, but he made sure he repeated that! 😂I was in the dealership in an hour, there i met with Jose and his manager, Isaih Cheltenham, they took me to see the car in the nearby storing garage.They were very polite, proffesional yet casual, the best!After that we went back to the dealership, Jose and Isaih did their best to work out the numbers that work for me, and they managed to!I got the desired car, and they, they were the number 1 sales men! I cant describe how happy i am i was threated by them!Bmw Of Manhattan, but first Jose and Isaiah, highest rank, above 5 stars. Thank you!
I have had a great experience working with BMW Manhattan. Alain, specifically, has been fantastic to work with - he has been incredibly informative and helpful throughout the entire buying process. He went above and beyond to get me the exact X3 that I wanted (it was no easy feat), never made it my problem and got me the best deal possible. I’ve had some not-so-great experiences with dealers as I researched cars - this stood out as the best and most seamless.
Tom Twomey & Adrian Turek were great in helping me find my new car considering the pandemic and lack of resources they were diligent in guiding me remotely. Great follow up and follow through, no surprises and full transparency. They coordinated everything remotely texted me pics and help me setup my lease. Smooth and seamless transaction. Great experience from the first call. This is my 3rd BMW and this has been by far the easiest and most pleasant of any dealership Ive encountered. My client advisor Alain was a pleasure to speak with and was honest and up front from the beginning. He was communicative and knows customers come first. This is how getting a new car should be.
I placed a deposit on a vehicle and was given information about how hard it is to get a vehicle but no information about the vehicle. I have a broken text thread from the sales rep who communicated at his convenience and needed to be prompted multiple times for simple info. This might be the status quo but not how I would run a company. Better service at staples.
This place has always done an excellent job on my 7 series. Mr. Christian Nguyen is the BEST!!! He went way above and beyond to make sure my car taken care off. I cant sing the praises of his exceptional service enough. Not only he is patient, but extremely helpful, kind, honest, trustworthy and efficient; with double emphasis on kindness and trustworthy. My car had major issues & needed parts to be replaced. So it stayed at the shop a lil longer. But Mr. Nguyen updated me all the time in regards to my car. Each time I contacted him,he promptly answers to my messages and concerns. My mind was at ease as he made my experience extremely smooth. I know my car was in good hands. So I didnt worry even a second because there a level of trust and I had ZERO doubt.Wow! Had a great experience buying my new M5 from BMW of Manhattan. My client advisor, Mike K., was professional and upfront about everything. I shopped a few other dealers but Mike was able to get me the best price on my build and did not play games like some of the other dealers who were trying to win my business. Also, pick up was easy and painless; signed the paperwork electronically before showing up at the dealer and the BMW Genius answered all of my questions and got me on my way quickly. I plan on buying my future BMWs here.
Wish there was a 0 star option , they couldn’t have worse service.I have brand new bmw m850i 2022 I leave work one day and my car does not start , master tech says it tried to update itself and now does not recognize the keys. My car took 2 days to be towed 3 trucks came all with out the right tools , my car finally got towed Thursday didn’t receive and update until Tuesday the following week they sent me a video and my front bumper is destroyed. Still cannot get on the phone with anyone who could do anything about it so now I have to go there and speak to a manager. Brand new car just doesn’t start they pick it up to fix and damage the car no loaner offer . ABSOLUTELY HORRIFIC SERVICE STAY AWAY
Kate was the best car salesperson Ive ever worked with. She was straightforward and to the point. No BS. Her manager was also very clear about additional offers. The whole experience was great and very efficient and I am not an easy customer, so they handled me very very well. Everyone in the showroom and the office is also very nice and professional. Lots of smiling faces and happy people. Its also a super clean and organized environment. Everything you would expect from BMW.
I have to say that I was a bit intimidated going into this BMW dealership. I thought I was just going to deal with obnoxious and snooty sales people and boy was I wrong! I have never felt so welcome and so well taken care off in any car dealership. I could stay in their showroom all day just looking at cars.Peter was very entertaining and very comfortable to work with. I was never pressured to get anything that I did not want in the car. Brought my car in for a service. my break pad was making crazy sound like I was driving a 30 year old Honda Civic. Roberto Felizardo didn’t fix the problem and gave me my car back. I’m guessing it’s because my lease is about to be up in couple of days and maybe he wanted to charge me for the break pad when I return my car. I’m just guessing tho.Now I’m going back there wasting my time and life.
Excellent and seamless experience leasing my new BMW from this location. Tom Twomey was kind and professional, first over the phone to start the process, then in person when I came in for a test drive and finally to pick up my new car. He thoroughly explained all steps in the process, which was almost also done online. The precautions put in place for Covid also made for a safe in-person experience. Best experience ever at a car dealership. At BMW of Manhattan you work one person and one person only. You don’t have to see a finance manager, nor a general manager, nor the person that pushes the additional options for your vehicle. Just your designated salesperson that takes care of everything. My salesperson was Michael Lousidis who did a fabulous job of helping me build my dream car, explaining options, and keeping me in the loop and updating me on everything from delivery date to registration of the vehicle and to explaining to me 1:1 on how to use my new vehicle.I recommend this dealership highly!

Customer Service the Way It Was Meant to BeI recently purchased a new 2016 7 series from the dealership and I have to say from start to finish the service was exceptional. My salesman, Peter Wohl, was responsive to my needs, patiently guiding me through the purchase process including selecting the options that were right for me (helped by the handy web tool--build your own---that BMW provides). He also came up with a price that offered exceptional value for the money. Then, on delivery, Louis Cortes, a lead Genius led me through how all the new features worked. Recognizing there was a lot to learn (including the very cool autonomous steering feature, self parking and hand gestures), he even arranged for a follow-up Encore appointment where he came out to my garage in Manhattan, after about a month of use, and cleared up the remaining questions I had. He also gave me his email for any future questions. All in all, I could not have asked for a better experience!

He quickly responds to any questions or concerns I have and he really excels at his job. He always gets me the best deal and incentives and I highly recommend Rich.
Took the car for general service and they damaged the interior of my car, probably with a screw driver while getting in and out... when I received it, there was a big tear on the leather of the drivers door panel. They refused to take responsibility. I recommend future customers to better go to one of the other BMW dealerships nearby, like Brooklyn or even NJ... is not worth the risk.

Horrible experiences here. Brought my car here in summer of 2018 and they damaged it and didnt seem to care. Brought it back last week and they damaged my front end AGAIN, and didnt really care. Also noted that they offered no refreshments, no water, coffee machine was broken, mens restroom faucet was broken, and there was no soap in the mens restroom, that dispenser also seemed broken. After they damaged my car, they didnt go above and beyond to make it right, like any standard luxury brand would typically do. They went on to charge me $348 for a oil change and diagnostics test. They didnt waive anything or offer anything to make it right. The attitude of the manager, Joe Rocker, is horrible. And nearly everyone working there provides substandard customer service. Unbelievable. They did of course do the body work to fix it, but I was without my car for days and they just didnt care much at all about the fact that they damaged my car. I just went there for a couple basic services and had to deal with horrible attitudes and then the headache of them causing damaging my car.
BMW of Manhattan, if you want unprofessionalism and lack of courtesy, this is the place!On June 19, I called and scheduled a valet service pick up of my vehicle on June 22 for its annual service. I received a phone call a few minutes before 9am on the 22nd confirming that my vehicle will be picked up. Around 2pm, I didn’t receive a call and knew someone had dropped the ball. I called and spoke to a representative and she stated my appointment was wiped out of their online system for some reason but she saw my appointment on their printed google docs spreadsheet. She arranged for pick-up of the vehicle on the following day. I received numerous calls on the status of arrival of the person in the transportation department who would be picking up my vehicle. This was the only good experience I had with this location. My service advisor contacted me once the vehicle arrived and I asked him to get a quote for some damage on the left quarter panel. On Thursday 6/25/20 at approximately 9:30 am, Julian Zapata, my service representative sent me a text message stating that the service was complete. He then sent two pictures of damages to my vehicle. The quarter panel damage was present prior to the arrival to the service center but the NEW damage on the right side of my vehicle was not. I immediately informed him that the right-side damage occurred during their possession. He informed me that he would reach out to the transportation department for review of photos/video when the vehicle was picked up. Julian was in communication with me via text about receiving an estimate for the left quarter panel damage via email however each time I question the update on the right-side damage, he did not reply. This is when I knew something was wrong. Granted the service center must have been very busy with many other customers but why ignore my 2 inquiries? I called Julian about 3:15pm that afternoon for an update on the investigation but he did not pick up and his voicemail was not set up. I called several numbers for the service center and was not able to get in contact with anyone.I decided to pay them a visit on 6/26/2020 to get some answers. I presented to the entrance of the Service center and was asked to call the center’s number and of course I did not get an answer so I had to leave a message. Then I asked one of the employees to inform Julian that I was outside and needed an update on my vehicle. He called and said he did not receive the photos that confirmed the damage was caused while BMW of Manhattan had my vehicle until after 5pm and he had already left (how convenient). I told him that while the repairs are occurring I would appreciate the courtesy of a loaner vehicle for all the trouble. As a user of loaner vehicles, I understand a reservation is necessary to secure one but wanted to believe this courtesy would be extended to me; I was wrong. He called back to inform me that a loaner was not available but I could take my vehicle home and they would arrange for a loaner to be brought to me and then they would take my vehicle back for repairs. I was not interested in waiting until whenever they felt like arranging this option and opted to leave my vehicle at the site to prevent any further back and forth. I reached out the Manager of the service center, Joseph Rocker and he and Julian must’ve spoken because he gave me the exact same answer.I finally received my vehicle on 7/1/2020 and it is safe to say that I will never utilize the services of that location. Fun fact: I had my engine coolant reservoir replaced December 2019 and I picked my vehicle up but they never refilled the reservoir with coolant.BMW normally has centers that offer exemplary customer service and satisfaction. I am a dissatisfied customer and have lost all faith in BMW of Manhattan.
I service my BMW X6 for a oil change + my check engine was on and the car was misfiring, the diagnosis from this dealer was that coils were bad and had to be replaced, Coils were replaced car was fine for one or 2 days and them the same misfire and check engine light came on again. It took me more than a week almost 2 weeks to get in contact with the advisor Robert Felizardo to get back to me and the answer was bring your car we have to look at it again. No apologies no loaner and a bill for 1,644.00 dollars.Did not bring my car back and I will not in a million years. Very disappointed with this location. By the way a friend toll me about the BMW of Freeport wow what a difference from the minute I walked in I knew I was in the right place, Robert Pappagallo was my advisor was in contact with me all day long for 2 days while the car was fixed transportation was provided, loaner if I needed plus the scan they did in my car revealed the real issue it was the Crank case vent lines that were leaking not the coils. Stay away from this location or maybe they should replaced they way they scan the cars.I dont trust them.EE
If I could give this dealership a -0 I would. Amazing sales people and amazing service received from the sales people when you are buying from them. Especially Issac. Unfortunately; not the same experience when you go in for service/help with your vehicle. And trust me I hate leaving reviews, especially when I work for customer service myself. However, these people just dont know what customer service stands for. Took my car in for service in regards to a PDC issue and it somehow translated into a $1400 before tax issue. Called BMW to see what they can do and they stated that the dealership told them that this is an issue that I caused therefore; its not covered. I mean. Who wants to have any issues with their vehicle, especially with a BMW. That alone does not make any sense to me at all. Then to top it all off they wanted me to make an insurance claim. Like seriously. After reading all the previous reviews I was able to notice that this is not the first or second time that the service people do this to their customers. Leadership really needs to look into the kind of service the service people are providing to customers before they lose even more customers. Really disappointed with the service received from this dealership. I would recommend you all going to another dealership for your service needs for sure.
I had the easiest time buying a certified pre-owned BMW from BMW of Manhattan. John Genese was very helpful and made the whole process seamless. Nearly everything was handled online and over the phone for minimal in-person contact during COVID. The entire process from first call to picking up my X5 took just over 24 hours!

Over the last 5 years I had to purchase two cars without seeing them. I was out of the country. On both occasions I had the opportunity to work with Birgit. She has been the most wonderful person to buy a car from. She really knows her cars. But most importantly, she is a great communicator. All my calls, texts, e mails have always been responded to. I don’t know what’s going on with BMW Motorrad US but It’s impossible to reach out to sales or service. I’ve been emailing to the sales team and also sales manager but didn’t get any response back yet. After purchased 2 motorcycles and also brought friends to buy motorcycles, I’d never visit this store again and wouldn’t recommend to anyone.
September 3 , 2020 took my X6 to be serviced at this location. I arrived at 9:22 am! I revived call from my service advisor shortly after that. Explained to what had to be done etc. It took them 2 and half hours I waited for my car for tire change. Work was done made my payment car was brought out. Everything was in my glove compartment and center console was gone though and someone stole my perfume out of my car! I spoke rep saying the will get the service manager out to me took him 1 and half to come out only after the police arrived. He didn’t even have common courtesy to address me as paying customer! Will never give my busy to this location ever again ask for tire change they steal your belongs that perfume was give for my 10 year wedding anniversary! Joseph Rocker ( service manager ) you were nothing but rude and the other guy that had me waiting like you were not available your works are bunch of thieves !

In reviewing the X3 models, packages and add-ons each were explained and reviewed in detail. There was never any pressure in buying a car, which I greatly appreciated. Joe Rocker, the service manager, is a bully and one of the rudest people I have encountered ever. He tried to mislead me into spending thousands of dollars on unneeded service, threatened to “repossess” my car (which I own) because he got tired of waiting for BMW of North America to make good on its promise to pay for the repairs, and then he refused to release the vehicle to be towed to another dealer unless I paid (under protest) hundreds of dollars of unnecessary charges. DO NOT do business with these gonifs!

I had a service advisor named rob that never answered his phone or replied to his voicemails while my car was there. when I spoke to another person they would see hes too busy to speak. my car lasted 3 weeks getting a tire balance which is a 10 min job. and I got no loaner...… horrible experience
Every time I have gone to the dealership,to lease a vehicle,get service or any type of repairs I am always met with the friendliest staff. I always feel like I am special. From the salesman ( Mike Kelly) to the service department (Zach and Glen) to the women in the office who prepare the bills and have offered me water or coffee while I am waiting,the experience has always been top shelf. Living in NYC over 20 years, this was my first car since 2000, and the wife and I were considering a 2 brands and several vehicle options, she had owned both the Audi and BMW before, but the BMW was our first choice.In the end, we went with a different vehicle that we hadn’t considered, similar in features/capacity and closer to our pre-set budget. Beginning with the first contact with Manny Antunes, the process went smoothly and seamlessly from choosing the model and its options, ordering it and then dropping off the current vehicle and picking up the new one. Each step leading up to physically taking possession of the car was handled virtually and efficiently. Manny was always available for questions and updates, responding immediately. The pick up was smooth with a thorough walkthrough of the car’s features from Anthony, the BMW genius, with all questions answered. Almost lost my drivers license. Long story short the dealer was nice enough to swap my new car lease at my office with my old BMW. However we could not get the license plate off the rear so I told him to return the license plate. No big deal I have had the dealer take care of this twice previously. Couple months later I get a notice stating that my registration was going to be suspended because the plate was not returned. I called and they said don’t worry about it the “genius” stated. Then another notice stating my registration was suspended, I took matters into my own hands and told them to send me the license plate and I will return it myself. By the time they sent the plates I got a notice that my drivers license was going to be suspended. Do not use Greg Pol or this dealer, they do not care, once the ink has dried they are on to the next customer. I tried reaching out to the management but no returned phone calls.

Wost bmw dealer ever! Been there only a few times, once for service on a bad alternator I had on an old bimmer. It wasn’t them charging me an arm and a leg for the service that bothered me, but more so the horrible customer service. They don’t direct you when you get there and kind of expect you to know what to do next. The wait time is incredibly long. The staff are unprofessional and unaware. It’s as if asking a question is an insult. In New Yorker’s terms, most of them are ghetto and don’t seem to want to be there. Today I went again simply to look for an accessory and received the same treatment. Not sure I’ll be going there again, unless I’m stranded and don’t have another choice.
Pleasant experience. Car was delivered on time and clean. The service advisor Julian was helpful and paid attention to every concern I had. The guy named Jing from parts department is patient and very knowledgeable. Good work and very organized. Way better than every other BMW dealer I’ve been to.

I recently leased a brand new 430i X Drive from BMW Manhattan and was very pleased with the car and the service. The BMW sales representative, Alex Gilkis was very knowledgeable about the car, the service, warranty and extremely helpful in the close of the new lease. I wanted the car shipped to South Florida and Alex was instrumental throughout the process. He had all the paperwork completed on time as promised and also agreed to stay late to meet the transportation driver since he was running late in rush-hour traffic.I will certainly return to get my next BMW from BMW Manhattan and I will certainly maintain the client-relationship with Alex for my next car transaction.
This is my 4th lease with BMW of Manhattan. I continue with BMW because if its outstanding product but most importantly I continue with this dealership because of its excellent customer service. From sales to service there are only high marks. I often take advantage of their valet service and it’s like clockwork. My car is picked up and returned exactly within the time slots promised. Their continuous updates on my car’s servicing is also very appreciated.As far as their sales team, they know exactly what I want and take the time to show me each option available. I picked up my new car today during the pandemic. The car exchange happened as socially distant and as cordially as possible. I FaceTimed while outside with a technician who explained in detail all the new features on my 2020 530i compared to my old 2017 one. All these add up to my coming back lease after lease. I highly recommend BMW of Manhattan!

My salesman was Alex Gilkis. He was wonderful to deal with, very responsive, understood exactly what I wanted, found it for me, gave me a better price than I was expecting, no haggling whatsoever, he handled everything by phone and email - I didnt need to visit the showroom until the day I took delivery of the new car. It was a very pleasant experience.
My first experience at this dealer not even a week after buying my M2 competition and to say it was a bad experience is an understatement. I went in for a nail in my tire for which I was covered with the wheel and tire coverage I purchased not even a week ago. First I get told that I may have to pay out of pocket after just spending $2500 on this tire and wheel coverage less than a week ago. Long story short that gets sorted and my tire gets changed, over 3 hrs after I drive in but, it gets changed none the less. I finally get the car back and they apparently washed it. Not a big deal and unexpected. The same tire that was changed was left dirty with the tire mount goop. Whatever that gets wiped off and cleaned. The dent on the hood that the tech put in closing the hood for god knows what reason does not wipe off so easily. Now I’m upset. I deal with the advisor and service manager and they tell me to come back to have their pdr guy fix it. Another day i have to spend at the dealer. Great. To the dealers credit it was fixed and I was in and out in maybe 40 minutes. The main reason for my 1 star review is the following: upon mounting the tire to my wheel which let me remind you is less than a week old the tech puts 3 nice sized scratches and gouges in my BRAND NEW WHEEL. I am now certifiably furious. I call the advisor and they do own the damage and say that the best they can do for me is a repair. Which also means 2 additional days without my brand new car to have damage repaired that they caused. Needless to say I do not think a repair is the appropriate repair avenue for such a brand new car. I came in with a BRAND NEW wheel which was less than a week old. Not a repaired wheel. I do not feel comfortable leaving my car another second there so either I eat the repair, deal with the damage that THEY caused or purchase another set of wheels and deliver the one damaged wheel to the to be repaired. Not exactly the way I expected my BMW ownership experience to start nor the way I expected to be handled at BMW’s flagship Manhattan store.
One of the most easy to work with and seamless experiences purchasing a car. Lucas Sienkiewcz has offered me a very fair deal, and a lot of time before, during, and after the purchase to make sure everything surrounding my purchase was 5 stars. The best part about purchasing a car from Manhattan BMW is that they have your back after the purchase. Youre not forgotten. From a simple birthday card to being treated like a VIP at the service department each time you have an appointment, Lucas and his colleagues give you no reason to shop elsewhere for a BMW. My family has purchased several cars from Lucas and we enjoy each one more than the next. Kudos to Manhattan BMW for making a stressful purchase much less stressful!

Were on our third BMW lease from BMW of Manhattan. I normally hate the car buying/leasing situation at most typical dealerships and car salesmen typically boil my blood but I actually enjoy the purchase/lease experience at this dealership. The facility is amazing and being in the middle of Manhattan having a building that you could drive into and out of is very impressive. The service here is very good too and Ive been thoroughly happy leasing and having my BMW serviced or maintained here. I believe this dealership is actually owned by BMW (rather than being a franchise) so they dont have the incentive to shake you down and hustle you like you get at a franchise owned dealership.
After being with BMW for 15 years I have to say this was the best car shopping experience to date.. my only regret is not leasing from them sooner...Beautiful dealership, friendly staff, and Isaiah was fantastic from start to finish...straight to the point, honest and highly recommended! 100% worth the trip from Long Island...from lease return to driving away in my new car everything was perfect! Ive been dealing with Greg Pol from BMW of Manhattan for couple years now. His professionalism and no-nonsense approach has been a pleasant change since my last dealer experience. Also BMW of Manhattan takes great care of making sure that customer feels appreciated. I would highly recommend this place if you are in marker for a new car.
Was Interested in buying a Bmw at the Manhattan location. I missed the sales person Marcus phone call once and ever since when I would call back at his work phone starting with (917) number he would not answer it’s been days. Today he finally called back after a week but who wants to do business with someone like that? Go to BMW in Long Island where they actually sound like they want to help you.
Ricardo Rodrigues is hands down the best Client Advisor that Ive ever worked with at any car dealership, including BMW. Ive leased three cars from him and cannot say enough good things about him.Ricardo epitomizes everything that the BMW brand stands for. He is extremely knowledgeable about every aspect of the cars, easy to work with, unbelievably polite and very, very nice. I recently leased a brand new car from Alex Gilkis here at BMW of Manhattan. My experience was unbeatable. The service was phenomenal and so was the price. They have horrible customer service. I called for service/parts department but no answer and I left message for call back. I used chat service online no help. Submitted phone number for call back...nothing. I arrived at 2:45 pm on a Saturday at dealership for parts and I was informed they had left for the day. I had to travel to White Plains. Inconvenience d and unprofessional. 2 thumbs down. Beware

I took my car here for service… At first I was told it was an oxygen sensor problem and it would be $700 to fix then I got a callback saying it was a fuel flow sensor another $700 to fix. After talking to many many mechanics it could’ve only been one or the other. Additionally when I dropped Off another car from a lease return… I went up to look at a new car and I’ve never been treated so rudely by the sales staff. I hate to leave negative reviews but there is something seriously wrong with this place. I also think many of the The positive reviews are bogus.
Ive worked in the luxury business for over 20 years so I have very high standards and recognize true excellence in service. Tom Twomey was incredibly well informed on product and performance and gave very thoughtful, personalized service. He was extremely patient and thorough. After speaking with different BMW dealerships, BMW Manhattan stood out. I really liked their salesperson, Maggie Keating’s personality, drive, and attention to detail. She was working for me as if she was buying for herself. She made the car shopping experience pleasant and I ultimately wanted to give her the sale. I have owned few BMW cars and most of the time I deal with BMW of Manhattan. Since I bought my first BMW in 2005 to this day I visited this Dealer about 100s of time like to change the oil and all that services or simply change the tires. Maybe few times I had some issue with this or that, but the most important thing is that this Dealership listen to the customer. The Manager-Joe Rocker is right person in right place and his intention is to help customers, thats why I only service my cars there.For the last few visits I work with Christian Nguyen and I want to Thank him for outstanding service he gave me. Not only he reserved loan car for me, but he keep inform me every day about the status of my car. And I need to add that my last case wasnt easy and maybe even BMW of Manhattan wasnt sure if I (customer) is right, but they did everything they could to make customer happy (me). I just leased my fourth BMW from this dealer and have had Mike Kelly as the sales person for the last three. We pretty much know what we want at our first meeting but Mike is very knowledgeable about the various options/colors/finishes if we are unsure about anything. I also get quotes from all the local dealers for the exact model we want and Mike always matches the lowest bid.
If you ever want to spend your whole day at the car dealership waiting for service, this place will be your a perfect destination. And, don’t worry, at the end of the day nothing will be fixed, and you will be offered to schedule another appointment. And, should you need a loaner car, it will be provided to you after about one month of waiting.

This is my first BMW from this dealership, and they did a very good job. My sales is Greg Pol who is as far as I can tell, the most knowledgeable and actually honest car salesman that I have ever known, not only he gave me a incredible deal on the M3 but also made the whole process very enjoyable. I believe at the end of the day good deal is a good feel. The business manager I met is Wallace Leung, he is a very nice person and he will go above and beyond to help you with anything you need for the car. Also all the sales manager are nice over there. I love this dealership. Last I want to thank my geniuses Daniel Callegaris-Costa, hes very knowledgeable and patient, answered all my questions and gave me a detail ideas how to drive the M car during its break-in period, the customer service is top-notch. Forget this dealership and their service department. A whole bunch of people that don`t value customers and making it seem like they are doing you a favor.Called Zach Gessay my service adviser after having a busted rim and a tire, left him a message because he never picks up his phone, guess what he never even bothered calling back. I figured, I`ll also email his boss Jason just to speed up the process hopefully a little. Well, his boss never replied either. It`s been 3 days now. I gave this dealership plenty of opportunities to fix their issues and keep me as a client. I`m officially done with this place. This is by far the worst dealership I`ve been to. They make it all eye appealing to you and have all these luxury items in the lounge but their service is just miserable. If you are in a problematic situation and don`t know how to fix it DO NOT RELY ON THIS DEALER. Thank you but no thank you.
Just Leased a new 2019 X3 40M. Great experience from start to finish. This store being owned by BMWNA has a strong Sales Staff, Process and are extremely sharp top tier Pros. Took me almost 3 months of homework, test drives and finally decided on the X3. BMW of Manhattan is like no other dealership. Their professionalism and communication is superb. I worked with Rudi Pagano, and I wish I could buy ten more cars from him. He is thorough, patient, kind, informative and incredibly helpful throughout the entire selection, purchase, and pick up process. Never pushy and if there’s something he needs to inquire on, he calls you back as soon as possible with all the information you may need. Once the process is complete, a day later, a BMW “Genuis” called me to set up a time to go through any and all questions you have about the vehicle, down to the smallest detail and Button they have the answers. I spent 30 minutes on the phone with Jovany and he too was kind, patient and knew everything. He gave me his e-mail and phone number to call or text if anything else came up.All in all, this was a wonderful experience. I highly recommend working with Rudi (and this dealership). Request him! He’s the best. You won’t regret it.
Wonderful time at BMW of Manhattan. The new contactless process made me feel very safe while purchasing my car and my dealer Alex Gilkis made everything flow like a breeze. Alex put in a lot of extra time and effort to make sure I found the perfect car and I am in love with it.
AWFUL. IF YOU CAN GO ANYWHERE ELSE, DONT GO HERE. They are 2-3 times more expensive than even a New Jersey BMW dealer/service a few miles over the bridge. They are 3-6 times more expensive than a mid-Western dealer. They have said we needed a new battery and new tires, and after we insisted that we were going to wait, we found out from others that our battery was fine and the tires had years more wear on them. Example: wiper fluid canister needed replacement because leaking fluid-- estimated price in Manhattan BMW $650; price in mid-west $90. No one answers the phone and there arent any managers/supervisors to talk to. The service managers are nice and polite, and they do drop your car back to your garage after its worked on. But since youve paid THOUSANDS more for the work, maybe even work you didnt need, thats the least you deserve.
Very bad service experience, my car was just diagnose and I was asked to pay when I have Extended warranty. They did not call my warranty company for the issues I have on the car. I picked up my car just to pay diagnose fees, They couldn’t even put air on my tire, having a low tire pressure. this is a shame for BMW!
My review is regarding only their Service dept which is excellent. Have gone in a number of times for my regular maintenance duties and found them to be quick and accurate. All the service advisors have been friendly and professional. Probably the only time I can think of where Ive had a positive experience with a service dept. Keep up the good work!
Tom at the dealership was 5 STAR+!The dealership itself is all class. The staff are knowledgeable, welcoming, helpful, and super professional.The only thing I can say was unexpected was the attempt to up-sell me on a battery of insurances for my new car lease... from scratch insurance, to tire replacement and wheel damage insurance, etc. It did cheapen the experience a bit; hence the 4 star overall review. I would imagine that is a BMW thing, and not exclusive to this dealership. That said, youre in good hands here... and ask for Tom!
Rich Isaac at BMW of Manhattan is an honest guy. I have purchased 7 or 8 straight X5s from him. He always responds to my calls and emails, he is fair with his price, and knowledge of the BMW automobiles is off the chart. It is a pleasure working with him and I recommend you call him to purchase your next BMW.
We leased our first BMW here. Rich Issac made our lease experience as easy as possible. No run around, simply asked us what we wanted in looking for a car and was able to get use what we wanted. Just got my fourth car from BMW of Manhattan and this experience was even better than the last couple . The common denominator is Rich Issac! He not only gets you the best deal but makes this sometimes daunting process fun and easy . From previous car return to lease approval and especially taking the time to make sure you know how to use everything before you drive away . Sometimes I think I need a pilots license to operate my new BMW X5 m40 .........I would recommend Rich and his team unconditionally!

2021-10-04Good evening,BMW VIN: censoredI was referred by a colleague to BMW of Manhattan. So far this is a horrible experience.Please have management change this experience.My car was towed to BMW of Manhattan on 08/09/2021. It was sitting with BMW/body shop for over a month I believe waiting for a part to come in. On 09/15/2021 - I went to pick up my car which when I picked up all repairs were supposed to be completed. Going back and forth the car was left there and then took back in to repair the items that were paid for plus additional damage that were not there. Fast forwarding everything September 24, 2021 car is ready for pick up mind you this is about 10k in damages that was paid for and work that was paid for by insurance which was not completed as signed that all items are completed on the itemized invoice. I am washing my car today and I see the fender portion that was supposed be unbent on the bottom by the door is not aligned nor repaired. It was repainted over but not repaired. Please see pictures of the damages that were there when the crash was there and fast forwarding till after repairs.I need someone of a higher level to contact me or I will be getting a lawyer involved. It seems to me as if I have to keep on going back and forth to get things fixed and if I don’t say it what was supposed to be paid for that money has just been pocketed by the shop that BMW is working with.Please text or call me and I will provide all the information needed.The main point where the car was hit has not been aligned properly by the front left wheel.Bottom fender liner that’s under the door and the fender itself does not look properly aligned everything is out of proportion.Repainted everything but the bends were not fixed.Pictures of crash attached that were sent to insurance and pictures of how I got my car back. I called insurance but they said I would need to speak to you all.

2021-12-11Hands down the best car buying experience I’ve ever had. I decided to work with Peter Peña based on a superb Yelp review that he received, so I called in and scheduled an appt to see him.I am a first time BMW owner, so Peter really took the time to get to know my car needs, walked through several car builds and explained all the features. Never once did Peter ask about my income nor credit rating, which made the whole process feel genuine and pleasant. Nor was it rushed.I ended up purchasing a X3 M40i. Due to the lack of pandemic inventory, I was only able to test drive a X3 xDrive 30i, but several people assured me M would be the way to go and Im so glad I made that choice.I was initially quoted 10 weeks for my car to arrive, then 6, and then I ultimately received it in 4! I just picked it up the other evening and I absolutely love everything about my car. They had a rep introduce me to several features of the car: Apple Play, driving assist, maintenance, lighting, hand gestures…and the list can go on. Nonetheless, It was thorough and he even emailed me to offer a follow up walkthrough.You could tell that this team prides themself on service, and overall, I couldn’t be happier with BMW, this specific dealership, and the staff. Thank you for making this the best car buying experience I have ever had.
