I am continually disappointed and disgusted by this place. The latest issue is a part they replaced is faulty so I have to take it to them for repair. They wont have any loaners for 2 weeks and they dont offer any other options. I can also bring it in on Saturday (Im writing this on a Friday) but they wont get to it until Monday and its a 1 to 2 day job. So is this what the BMW experience is like? Hmm! Wont be doing this ever again. My wife drives Mercedes. She laughs every time I go through these issues and says I never have a problem . Did I mention Mercedes does excellent car washes after service.SignedFuture Benz owner
Cant say that I was impressed with the service. Saw a CPO on their web site and went in to test drive and work with a sales person. Immediately, was told the vehicle was in the warehouse but it would be in the following day. Then the sales person asked if I wanted to test drive a new model which I declined. Then he wanted to discuss the price when the car wasnt even on the lot. On top of that, wanted to see a credit card to make sure I was serious. Went to a different dealership the same day, test drove the CPO listed on their site, put a deposit and made the purchase. For whatever reason, sales person probably thought we were wasting his time... his loss.
I called the dealership to check the availability of a 2015 BMW X5 and was told the vehicle was available and confirmed the price I saw online. After driving there the sales person (Robert or Robertson) tells me the vehicle cost $44,000 and after I told him I saw the vehicle for $36,750 he said that was impossible then I went back to there website to show him the price I saw. He then decides to go to the manager and they both came back saying the vehicle is worth much more than what I saw and telling me typical sales bs. The sales rep follows me outside for whatever reason to continue to argue with me because he saw I was pissed off that they wasted my time, gas and tolls to come purchase a vehicle. He was very unprofessional and I advise you all to be careful of this dealership or stay away from them if at all possible. I will never do any business with BMW of Bayside!!!
AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Honestly, leasing my BMW from this dealership was the most miserable experience of my entire life. They LIE and are EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL. Give you one price and as soon as you sit down with the finance manager, its a different story along with a zillion other messed up things that happened during my 6 hour wait there. They dont pick up the phone when you call..send you straight to voicemail. They are lazy and give BMW a bad name. TRUST ME..AVOID THIS DEALERSHIP
Only posting 2 stars due to the fact that the car was nice. I had the !!!DISPLEASURE!!! of getting Russ Drepaul answering me when I wanted to know if a 2014 BMW 3-series was available that I wanted to buy for my daughter... LITERALLY ALL CASH CASH. I was willing to do over a two hours drive for the car if he only answered 2 questions that would have only taken 5 minutes and answered my email. He never got back to me and had me waiting over an hour and a half. I was wiling to drive down RIGHT AWAY for the car too so I can surprise my daughter with the car tonight but his response time is so horrible and beyond unprofessional... I can only imagine what he is like in person. HORRIBLE !!! I DO NOT RECOMMEND SPEAKING RUSS at all.. why they have such a person working there is beyond me ...that would ignore a customer that is emailing repeatedly over and over and WAITING working there is beyond me .. as if begging to buy a car from him? Beyond unprofessional. He should be fired.No customer should have to beg for answers from sales. Worst customer service from a sales representative I have ever received and this would have been my 8th bmw in the family too. BEYOND DISAPPOINTED.
I bought 2016 X5M threw Mike from sales a few months ago he was very helpful took care of everything that I asked for 4 new tires tow hitch cover an repainted bumper he put a hold on the car for me to get there from PA best deal I found on an X5M and I looked for 3 months walked in an was on my way home with vehicle in less than 45 min
Great experience at BMW Bayside!!!!! Met with Dennis Cropley, client advisor. His expertise and exceptional knowledge on BMWs made the difference in my decision to purchase my car.It is employees and their ability to satisfy customers’ automotive service, that make a difference. He worked hard to provide an enjoyable buying experience. He took the time that was needed to do the job right, the first time. In addition, his knowledge and friendly service were always ready and quick to help anyone who walked in to BMW. It is employees like Mr. Cropley that make a difference.
This BMW location has a lack of professionalism from the sales manager Johnathan Guitierrez down to the sales associate Calvin. The secretary was the only polite and attentive staff ready to be of assistance to adress any concerns. Calvin mislead customers, lied when asked to speak to his manager. Then on 11/2018 when promised to make good on handling an issue Mr Guitierrez never followed through with his promise and 3 months later still misleading customers. Had to log a BBB complaint for some resolve. Go to another dealership.
Walking into to BMW OF BAYSIDE I felt very welcomed and confident by Mr. Christopher Lewis and Mr.John Tetta. Both gentleman were very friendly, helpful, and trustworthy. I did NOT feel rushed even though I went back more than once. Both gentleman took there time and explained to me everything I needed to know about the car I wanted and what was best for me. I Highly recommend Both Mr. Christopher Lewis and Mr. John Tetta as extraordinary excellent salesmen. I was so impressed by Mr.Christopher Lewis and Mr.John Tetta that I will highly recommend these two salesmen to my family,friends, and co-workers.As for the financial manger that helped me finalized my sale Mr. Daniel Hall was also very helpful, friendly, and trustworthy. He explained everything I needed to know.All three gentlemen are very professional and I give them 5 STARS!Now my daughter and I are enjoying the car I always wanted!Thank you BMW OF BAYSIDE!
Went to Bmw on bayside . Have to say It was a great Experience. Was not hassled like past experiences ive had while looking for a car. Jonathan and victor were very helpful explaining optons i had. And it didnt take long to agree to a deal and terms i was comfortable and happy with. I would definetly refer friends and family to them.
I wouldnt refer it to anyone, i bought certified 650 grand coupe, the next day i had a problem with the suspension, they ask me to go to service, after 5 times going to service, 29 days in first 2 months they say theres nothing they can do, if i can give them negative i would do
Very bad experience. I went to this shop on Wednesday and Thursday. I chose the car, negotiated the price, paid the deposit, and signed everything. I made an appointment to pick up the car and asked for a vacation at the company. After a few days, they told me that this car was sold to others. As a BMW store, I have nothing to say. Who would dare to buy a car in such a store? Next time you buy a car, you must look for a store that believes in it... No credit, no matter how good it is, it is a waste of time.
I bought a car for about a year. My spare key hasnt come yet for a year. Every day I call a variety of derogations. The manager said that when you go to the service place, he will have a key to his name. After that, people in that place said I need to have a spare key under Vin. I dont know why I have made so many troubles myself. I havent made this spare key yet. I am too disappointed with this marketer. I should choose another place to buy BMW.

2018-10-12I came in for an appraisal on My vehicle it was lower than I wanted but it was a somewhat fair offer. I waited 3 weeks maybe a month until they were having significant discounts on thier new vehicles. I called in and asked if they would honor thier original offer they told me yes. I decided to make an appointment to return and possibly make a deal on the newest 5 Series. When I arrived they attempted to thier own dismay to offer me $10,000 less than what they previously offered me for my vehicle. When I inquired why there such a large difference in thier offer to me after only three weeks thier only response was that the weather had changed. The vehicle was in the same exact condition and mileage as the first time I brought it to them. They promised to honor thier offer to me over the phone and wasted my time by making me return for no reason. This is not how you do businuess. As if that was not bad enough even though the discounts were very significant $7,000 off msrp on the particular vehicle I was there for. They were over charging me for it so I barley felt the discount. They smiled in my face and wasted my time I would not trust them or buy anything from them.

2017-12-07I got my 3 series from Vic and got an amazing deal. I shopped around everywhere including swapalease, leasing brokers, bmw dealers in long island and the bmw dealership next to my house had the best deal smh.. Anyways speak with Vic and hell work something out for you, dec is the best time to get your car so if youre in the market gogogo!

2021-12-31Unprofessional. Kept us waiting for 30 mins and kept telling us a sales rep would be there in 5 mins. Go to Mercedes. They treat their customers much better.

2021-01-11I purchased a certified pre-owned car from BMW Bayside in October. I worked with Sean Parks and Chris Panzarella on the transaction. The attention that was paid to me leading up to the sale was great. It is now January, my temporary license plate has long since expired, and I have not received any information from them about the status of my permanent plates or additional temporary plates. I cant even get them to return a phone call about the issue. I suggest you think twice before doing business here.

This place has the worst ethical standards in honesty and or trustworthy representatives.I tested their honesty by doing everything by phone and online, and the minute you turn your back, these people will take advantage of you. Theres no sense of interest or appreciation of your business at this dealer.Give your business to a dealer who would treat you fairly and with respect.Vehicle selection is good.

2020-03-23Bought my first BMW from this place. Incredible staff. Not trying to push you into any purchase, they genuinely care about matching you with a car you want. They have a wide selection of cars and all of them are in great shape for a great price. Christian is the man to work with - stayed with me every step of the way until I literally drove it off the lot. Quality place, quality people. Will be back when I want to get my M8 :)

2021-03-18Bought a car from them and they try to cut corners. Vehicle said in the infotainment system that it needed a brake flush Fernando, my sales person, said it just needed to top it if which is not the case. First time I looked at the car there was no curb rash and I took pictures of the car. When taking delivery the rear wheel had curbrash in multiple locations on that one wheel so I told the finance guy about it and he was extremely rude so I spoke to the manager and he was able to compensate for it. Both finance guys have zero respect and one was like “do you want the car or not?” Like excuse me I am giving YOU business which was clearly not a good choice on my part. You create a problem, fix it, it’s simple. Everything shouldn’t be a fight. On delivery day the wheel alignment (bc of the curbrash, saw the right rear wheel was out of alignment on chart) was so bad so I had to pay for a wheel alignment and brake flush bc I didn’t want to deal with these people every again. They also said they’ll polish the car upon delivery but that was not the case. Had to fight with them to give me the money to get it polished bc they didn’t keep their word. Everything is a fight with these people, try to cut corners, making me do their jobs and their attitudes suck. Waited 3 months for my NJ plates and title they say it’s the dmv but I wouldn’t put anything past these ppl

2020-03-18Although I was able to purchase a vehicle from him, a Mr Dave Jennings still providers fabulous service. He was very helpful and understanding of my situation. Didn’t feel like he was selling me a car but more so helping me find my best fit, even gave tips on what to watch out for when buy a car.

2021-07-29The service from BMW Bayside is absolutely pathetic and unprofessional. They’ve tried to bait and switch me with multiple X1s claiming that the car we signed a lease for was “in an accident and can no longer sell us that car”. We were told we would receive our car by a certain date range and after that time passed they never called me to provide an update. We have had to chase them and leave multiple messages without ever receiving a call back. Additionally they’ve promised to send us the specs of multiple cars which never happened. Stay away from this dealership and sales staff at all costs.
