I was on my way to Boston for a wedding in a few hours and had gotten a flat tire. Every tire store in the area had a 2-3 hour wait. I called BMW of greenwich and explained my issue to them they found the tire I needed in stock and Jill made sure to get the job done for me asap! While I was stuck paying a bit more for the tire and work, I happily paid extra for the service I had been given. Thank you
Had a flat after hitting a pothole on a trip. Although i have run flats, I had a little more than 50 miles left to get to my destination. I pulled into this BMW service center and they took care of me. I was out within 1 1/2 hrs even though they were very busy. Everyone was very nice to me.
After someone swiped me and drove off. I took the car to BMW of Greenwich. Peered with BMW rep Doug Imhoff. Doug anticipated all my needs and took care of them, not only did he fix the bumper I originally dropped it off for, but he freshen up the rear bumper as well and updated the iLevel system for Carplay, allowing me to enable Carplay with full screen. Honestly, the car looks better than the day I purchased it! Go see Doug! Thanks again!
All the workers at bmw was very professional very respectful and helpful they make u feel very comfortable I will recommend anyone with bmw to visit there they won’t regret ,I went in with a dirty car came out like my car was brand new, am definitely goin back there for my repairs.
My service experience was great thanks to Kurt! As soon as I described him the issue (check engine light was on), he understood the urgency and jumped right into action, even with the hectic schedule of the holidays. Issue was resolved within two days. Thank you, Kurt!
The staff at these locations were so helpful. None of the NYC BMW locations could fix my issue in a timely manner. I drove up here and BMW took care of me in one afternoon. Special thank you to rep. Tyesha Montford! Ill definitely be visiting these BMW sales and service locations again.
Very bad experience. Last service the wind shield water was empty and the cap was open. The oil cover was not closed to right podition, cause oil dripped to the exchaust pipe. A lot smoke came from the engine. charged me $188 for inspetion, and give me more yhan $3000 estimate to replace cap and gasket. I FIXED IT JUST TURN THE OIL CAP TO RIGHT POSITION, VERY DISAPPOINT.
Great service very professional! The one issue I would say is this… cmon BMW get better WiFi for your customers LOL WiFi was unusable in the guest waiting area. I can hook you up if you a need pro! LOLBut overall great service and people!2nd time there March 24th great service love BMW ! but still need their Wi-Fi upgraded for customers that are waiting and working.
I want to BMW at Port Chester to pick up a second key for my 2014 X3 that I had ordered a few days before. The parts representative came out to the parking lot to program my new key and make sure that it worked. He was friendly, professional and I was in and out in less than 15 minutes.
Just before my regular 27k service appointment I got a warning light saying brake pads were worn and needed checking . Literally one day later I got a warning light on right wheel tire pressure. When they called me the day before the appointment to confirm it I was able to tell them about the two issues and they were very clear about the likely time and cost required to address each issue. Iedt the car and went home in an Uber arranged and paid for by the dealer. While at home I received texts informing me of where they looked and what they found. The texts included video showing a nail in the right tire and significant wear the other tires. They also confirmed that the brake pads needed replacement. And that the cost of those would be covered by the warranty. The communication was really excellent throughout the process …and my service coordinator, Jill was clear, helpful, and proactive. Also everyone at the service center, employees and customers wore masks. The only negative does not really relate to the service. The run flat tires are expensive and don’t last long so I it is an added expense that I had not anticipated. They did work when I had a nail in a tire though!
I’ve been using this facility for over 5 years now for my service and I highly recommend Doug Imhoff. I recently switched to him and I’ve never experienced faster service. My car was dropped off and I was in my loaner and out the door in under 5 minutes. All of my requests and needs were met and my car was finished at the time it was promised.
Excellent work and customer service. Had body damage repaired - vehicle looks brand new. The advisor, Kurt Hinrichs, was readily accessible, kept me informed and was extremely professional and knowledgeable . Thank you BMW of Greenwich and BMW of Mamaroneck Service!! Job well done.
Overall this place is consistently efficient. Loaner car requests are honored but the facility is also very comfortable if you want to wait for your car to be serviced. Most of the reps are pretty cool to work with but occasionally you may encounter a jerk... if this happens, they will try to remedy the situation. Would/ have recommended.
I was having an electrical short in my rear brake light and was only in town for 24 hours and needed car fixed quickly. They didn’t have all the parts but customer service went out of way to get them delivered that afternoon so that car could be fixed prior to closing. Appreciate them working with me to get this done so promptly
While I initially gave 1 star due to my frustration dealing with a front bumper repair, that resulted from an accidental damage during routine service, I’ve decided to update it today. It did take multiple attempts, and the communication as to what was actually being done to my car didn’t feel as transparent as it should be in order to convey trust, they did make it right in the end.Joe and Sebastian both went the distance to ensure I was happy and understood what transpired entirely. In the end, I’m content with the outcome. I’m glad that I’ll be able to continue to come here for service.
Kurt was diligent, attentive and proactive in his handling of my blown tire and three bent rims (courtesy of a basketball sized pothole at the HH exit of the GW). I made it a short distance before requiring my car to be towed from some random neighborhood in Greenwich at 3:30am after waiting 4 hours for a tow truck, so the last thing I wanted to do was micromanage a service advisor. Unlike some service advisors Ive dealt with at other BMW dealers -- including two who forgot to tell me my car was ready for pickup until several days later -- Kurt took care of everything and I was able to rest a bit before arranging a rental for the remainder of my trip up to NH. People rarely go to a service center for something good happening to their car, so competence and reliability are key. Regardless, Ill be sticking with the Tap from now on...
I dropped my x5 off for a brakes issue and minor cosmetic repairs. Almost a week later Advisor Arturo Ciani reached out to me to say my car was ready he was very rude and does not have great customer service skills. When I asked about my brakes he said they were fixed. I asked how he said they were tested on the computer and everything was fine. “He’s not sure what kind of car I’m use to driving but the brakes are doing what they are designed to do…” which in my opinion is not how you address a customer. My car mileage never changed from the time I dropped it off until I picked up the car so I’m not sure what testing they did.My car still drives the same and the brakes still seem as though I’m pressing the pedal all the way down to the floor.
My service advisor Arturo Ciani did a great job servicing me and answering my questions. My vehicle was serviced in a very short period of time. The service was quick and efficient as usual. Arturo takes great care of servicing my vehicle any time I call. His team did an inspection of my new CPO car that I purchased at BMW of Ramsey. Everything was done in less than an hour.
JR was simply amazing. I reached out to him in order to discuss coming in to get my right tire fixed for my 3 series 2020 BMW. He was very attentive and reached out after our convo to confirm the day I was coming in (and I actually forgot and was super grateful he reached out to follow-up). Once I arrived, he was professional, courteous and accommodating, especially given that I did not have time to stay and wait for my car to be fixed due to my work schedule. A loaner was given and the entire process with super smooth and easy! He even texted me once my car was fixed! SPECIAL shout out to Eddie! I’ve interacted with him previously and he is always super attentive, patient and knowledgeable! BMW is very lucky to have both JR and Eddie on their team!
It is always reassuring having my vehicles serviced here. The entire staff work in a coordinated manner from check in to check out! Upon arrival the check in is fast and efficient; wait times for an advisor are reasonable and they take time to fully understand my service needs. During service appointments the advisors keep me updated. Check out is similarly an easy process.Having been customer at several local dealerships, this team of professionals are honestly the best. I drive past two dealerships in route here because of the consistent positive customer experience. Even the loaner fleet is discreet with no ugly and excessive branding.I highly recommend this service center.
Excessive charges beyond reasonable rates.Car was not properly cleaned. The rear bumper was scratched in several spots with white substance hanging from the scratches.I refused some of the repair recommendations because of the unreasonably excessive quotes. I will have to take my car to another service center for those repairs.
Thank you, Justin A for your great customer service and communication. This service center genuinely cares about their clients and is not pushy or aggressive. I appreciate coming here so much that after moving to Queens, NY, I still drive over to Port Chester to tend to the maintenance needs of my ultimate driving machine.
I booked a appointment the day before for 10:15. It was hard to even get somebody on the phone. I waited over 4 hours for my tire to be replaced. I was told I could not get a loaner car for a tire replacement when I in fact have had a loaner car for a tire replacement. There were plenty of loaner cars available. I’m currently suffering from second degree burns and had to sit at bmw for 4 hours !!! I had tire insurance on my vehicle my lease was up in April however bmw is having production issues and I had to extend my lease making my tire insurance no longer valid which is totally unfair. It took over 2 hours for my advisor to even update me on my car. I then informed him that my engine coolant was low and it was not replenished. Somebody else asked for a oil change on top of there service they were there for and and was able to receive it. I never felt so ignored in my life.I don’t even want the new bmw this company is terrible.
BMW service was excellent. My car had 100,000 mile service completed in a timely fashion. The technician, Justin Madeo is very courteous, knowledgeable and explained the entire repair process to my comprehension. I would highly recommend BMW Portchester and rate them Top of the Line A+++
Great place and having visited other BMW dealers in the area I will never go anywhere else for service of my BMW. Great process for taking your car as you come in. Red Carpet service. I have worked with Doug my service rep and he is great. They have a great customer waiting area with multiple TVs and many options for drinks and snacks. Even going in for an oil change they cleaned the interior and exterior of my car which was very considerate. They are really big on customer service. I would totally recommend them for anyone in Fairfield County, CT or Westchester County NY. These people get a 12 on a scale of 1-10!
From the moment you pull up you are greeted and helped. Most of all everyone is knowledgeable. Service Advisor Justin is excellent at diagnosing and keeping in touch throughout. He really is an outstanding advisor. I travel over 1 hour to get my car serviced here. I have been doing this for years. I have always been pleased with my treatment and their service.
I pulled in at 4:55 on a Wednesday night in my husband’s BMW with a blown tire. They confirmed it could be fixed immediately and all I had to do was rest in waiting room. After driving han hour on I-95 and blowing the tire, I was grateful. They were done in no time and I was happily on my way with a clean car and fresh new tireGreat service.
As always, this specific BMW service center has shown excellent customer service. A loaner car was not available for the service I needed but Tyesha kept reassuring me that they would order an Uber for me to get to work and back to the service center. The whole team really makes sure their clients are well taken care of. I do not even live in the area anymore and I refuse to go to the service center closer to my home.
I highly recommend this BMW service location. I had an unexpected issue on the i95 and needed to get a new tire, and as soon as I pulled in, everyone was so nice, accommodating, and efficient. Without an appointment, I was in and out in just over an hour and they completely put me at ease. Id go back there anytime for service (but i just hope i dont have to)! thank you to everyone, especially Eddie!
All the staff are very courteous and respectful right from the minute you drive into the service center. The service manager Justin is very knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend if you need servicing or have any inquiries to speak with him. Exceptional customer service on his part!4/2/21Went back for more service and repairs. Car is off lease and I have a 3rd party warranty company for repairs. Doug Imhoff was my service advisor and Mr Bradley was the technician. Both of them not only help address my concerns but walked me through the whole process on the necessary repairs. Douglas was very patient working with my 3rd party warranty company, following up and communicating with me every step of the way. Brad discussed the technical issues on the repair and combined, have felt very comfortable every step of the way. I was always kept in the loop on the status of the repairs and has been more than a please working with both Doug and Brad. Not too many customers go out of the way to build a repour with their service advisors and technicians behind the scenes. But that is what separates this dealership and service center from other BMW service centers. Excellent job to both Doug Imhoff and Bradley. I highly recommend Justin, Douglas, and Bradley over at BMW Mamaroneck Service Center for all your BMW service related needs!
Always excellent service and pleasant and helpful agents. Waiting room also pleasant. (I ended up purchasing my current car through Greenwich/Port Chester (approx 15 miles from me) because they give loaners regardless of whether car was purchased from them, contrary to a BMW dealer who is only 3 miles from me.)
The actual work on repairing my mirror was excellent. Doug Imhoff was very pleasant to deal with. However, you do NOT rate 5 stars until you fix up your computer system. There seems to be no synergy between the appointments scheduled by the service staff member and the mysterious computer schedule. Doug and I would agree that an appointment should be changed to give the body parts people time to paint the shell of the mirror. (Note to BMW - please give your service centers the code to the new color of my car. I deducted another star for that foible)Then I would get a call and then angry texts saying that I had not arrived for the appointment that had been rescheduled for another day.Quite honestly, I was reluctant to buy a BMW because I have had such excellent service at Greenwich Lexus. They ALWAYS received a FIVE-STAR rating. The word around Greenwich is that Lexus service is the best. I still agree. Never the scheduling confusion.
Tyesha Montford is the best sales advisor at BMW parts center and Always willing to help any way she possibly can to insure that her customers are happy! Always GREAT customer service!! Never have no issues with her. Always willing to work with her and nobody else when I need my service done for my car!
I had a very good experience with BMW of Mamaroneck. I just brought a 2005 BMW M3 with only 45,500 miles. Because the car had not been driven in a long time, there were gaskets and rubber seals that had to be replace. They also replace a rear bearing on my rear axle that was leaking.and a vanos hose. They also rebalance my front wheels. My Service Avisor Mr R. Cruz was very informative and kept me up to date. Kirk the mechanic did an excellent job.I was able to get a discount on the parts and labor.......very happy
Tyesha always does an exceptional job with taking care of me and my car. She has been nothing but helpful professional and extremely informative. She is also very thorough with her work , she always makes she that you are up to date on all your services.I highly recommend her services.
I had an appointment for an oil change and yearly inspection. I was told the service would take about an hour to 1 1/4 hour and was pleasantly surprised when my car was ready within that time frame. I wasn’t expecting a car wash as my previous car dealer Pepe Mercedes never provided and always made excuses as “too late, or if I wait another hour” car wash would be provided. Was extremely happy when I saw my car had not only been washed, but vacuumed as well.BMW Service Rocks !!!!E. Velazquez
Doug helped us. He was professional yet courteous and personable. We got a fabulous loaner and Doug made sure all of our requests were made and all of our BMW needs were met. Over the phone we had an appointment for tomorrow. But, I called and they were able to help us today with no notice. Thank you BMW!!! David Orellana explained the entire loaner agreement to us——-including TOLL CHARGES!!! Fantastic service.
Bernie was my service advisor, she was amazing. Kept me informed the entire time my car was in for service. I ended up needing more work than I thought and everyone in the service dept. was very helpful and explained everything. I would highly recommend BMW of Greenwich/Mamaroneck service and Bernie Capra for all your service needs.
Dropped my car off a week ago for minor boddy work. Never heard anything until a week later when I was contacted by the insurance company who cheked on the status of the work. BMW of Port Chester response was they could not start the work because they needed additional insurance paperwrok. They never bother to contact anyone to request that information. In the meantime, one more week without my car because someone dropped the ball. Unnacceptable.
I was extremely disappointed that a part was not available when I drove in for service this past Saturday. A wheel sensor seems like something that should be on hand at all times. I dropped the car off for 11:30 AM appointment and told them I would be waiting. I did not get an assessment until 3pm in the afternoon. I live in New York City so driving to your service center is a good hours drive and now requires me to come back again. The staff of the service center are always extremely friendly and helpful.
I brought in my car in for servicing and warranty check last weekend. My experience with my service advisor Tyesha and the staff has been nothing but exemplary. I was able to roll in and out in under an hour and the process was very transparent and friendly. BMW of Greenwich and Mamaroneck will be my go to service station right the life of my car.
Have waited for my vehicle while getting serviced and have also requested and used a loaner on different occasions .Both experiences were great. The loaner was ready and clean .Jill is my advisor and she is always pleasant .Was very accomadating even though I was late for my appt.
Unfortunately, I had to bring my car back the next day, because the mechanic did not complete his job and left something loose. Doug Imhoff is the best service person there. He is polite, listens carefully and gets the job done. He always has a smile and keeps you update daily. I will continue going there because of Doug.
Went there for a part replacement. A small (3 inch) plastic part that is not critical. Made an appointment, went in, got a loaner, and drove off. Four hours later I get a call from them that they forgot to order the part and that I had to return the loaner ASAP! So I did. Then they ordered the part and I was to told the part is $49 and the painting (??) is $50 and an hour of labor - all in likely about $250. They did the work. I got the bill. $475!! They reduced it to $345. You tell me - would you consider that a good experience?
Cannot do this review until I get a survey regarding my last Service experience first for full disclosure. Sorry. Last time I coincidentally did not get a survey after I was verbally abused by Joe the service manager. So I can’t rate Bernadette until I rate the last disastrous experience. Happy new year
Took my 2013 m3 to this service facility. Took over a week for a simple throttle actuator diagnosis and secondary air pump failure. Which I never understood why my car was there for a week. Told me I needed that corrected. Took it to a Indy shop saw everything being taken apart and the tech at portchester didn’t even plug my secondary air pump back in. So that’s why I continued having a check engine light illuminated. How do you take something apart and not plug it back in which an essential pump for the engine ? If you need anything out of warranty don’t come to the dealer period.
First off I must compliment Arturo Ciani on EXCELLENT customer service, from the first service appointment to the next Arturo demonstrated his understanding of the reason I was there for service, very knowledgeable and made me feel confident that my vehicle was in the right hands and everything will be dealt with accordingly, Arturo went above and beyond to ensure my satisfaction. He has excellent communication skills, calls were returned immediately, in a pleasantly and courteous manner. BMW of Greenwich / Mamaroneck service is blessed to have an service advisor such as Arturo, EXCELLENT JOB my friend. The rest of the staff is courteous, the overall service facility is clean and well organized I was in and out without a glitch, I was confident leaving my vehicle there as the facility is NOT cluttered so I knew my car was in safe hands. A+ rating, Five Star ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Port Chester BMW service center has been my choice of service facility for the last 7 years. I am writing this review especially to thank my new service advisor Jill Smith. I came to have my car serviced on the Saturday right after Thanksgiving. I noticed that Jill was the only service advisor available for that day. While I waited for my car, I observed that Jill treated each customer with courtesy and good knowledge. At the end of my service, I talked with Jill about a recall my other car needed. Jill was able to quickly identify the recall item, check the part’s inventory and make an appointment with a loaner car for me. In contrast, I had called regular customer service line to ask about the recall two times and got no response or follow-up which I was promised for. Therefore, I truly appreciate the service Jill provided. Kudos to Jill!
The big disappointment here was that the service web site enabled me to book an appointment and reserve a loaner car, which was subsequently confirmed. Then I get an unexpected call days later saying we can’t give you a loaner as “you didn’t purchase your car here at this dealership.” What?! And the representative was rather abrupt and unsympathetic to my situation when sharing the news. Funny because my family has purchased many cars from you over the years AND my service appointments run in the $1000’s yet you can’t spare a loaner for six hours after first confirming that you would? Treat your customers like customers. How excited am I to purchase my next BMW from BMW of Greenwich/Mamaroneck? Not at all. If this is typical of your dealer network I will look to purchase outside the Penske Automotive Group. Other than the call I got, all of the other representatives, including Arturo Ciani, were professional and easy to deal with. But, time for loaner policy changes to make them commensurate with creating a great customer experience. Funny to see the thousands and thousands of dollars you spend on marketing to generate more revenue , yet here I am...a ready, willing, able customer already in your sales orbit and you have loaners available and my $2,500 service bill won’t qualify me to borrow a car? You just policied yourself out of a superb sales opportunity with a great prospect. Happy to discuss this further...not for my benefit, but for yours.
Superb experience @ BMW Port Chester. Kristen R. and Jason T. were friendly, extremely knowledgeable, and professional. Jason was able to repair my front bumper without replacing it (most places would have just replaced it - this would have been much more expensive!). They were also able to arrange a courtesy car on extremely short notice. I will never service my x3 anywhere else. Highly recommended!
The customer service at this place is atrocious. I dropped my car off for an 8 AM appointment. I needed an oil change and was having an issue getting the hood open. I had not heard from anyone to let me know if the issue was at least diagnosed by 12:45, so I called and left a message for my Service Advisor. I still had not received a call back by 3 PM, so I called again, and after being placed on hold for 15 minutes, I was told that they could not find my car and they could not find me in their system. Again, my Service Advisor was not available, and I still had no update on my car. The receptionist advised that another Service Advisor would call me back immediately. 4 PM comes around and I still had not heard from anyone, so I called back and asked to speak with a Supervisor. I was then transferred and someone advised that my car was ready for pick-up, and it was just finishing up in the car wash. Great. 5 minutes later, I received a call from my Service Advisor, saying that there is a problem with the cable on the hood, and I need to leave the car overnight so they can get the part in tomorrow, and start working on it. Hopefully the car would be ready in a day or two. I advised that his Supervisor just told me the car was ready for pick up, and he told me that it wasnt a Supervisor I was speaking to, just one of his coworkers that got on the phone to calm me down. At this point, I told him to get my car ready because I was coming to get it. It should not take 8 hours to diagnose a problem. They were giving me the runaround all day, so I was not trusting them to touch my car for service and repair. I will never be going back to this place. They are lazy and really just do not care about their customers.
I dont think anyone enjoys bringing their car in for service (especially if you have a German car with a mysteriously high amount of service needs), but I have actually joked to this service department that I would consider sabotaging my brake lines just to hang out here. David Somma is an awesome service advisor, and has actually even risked his life with my driving to help determine the source of a strange engine sound I was hearing. He takes the time to respond to my numerous service concerns and questions by email, including giving price quotes on how much it will cost to fix the aforementioned brake sabotage. The entire crew here is friendly and accommodating, including waiving fuel refill costs on my loaner car, or just holding a loaner car for me even when Im incredibly late for my appointment. I wouldnt hesitate to recommend David and the service center to anyone.
Top notch customer service. Staff is very courteous and always eager to help. Service is prompt and I know when I bring my car here it is in good hands and will be serviced in an efficient manner and by the best. Definitely recommend to anyone looking to service their BMW. If you choose to bring your car here ask for David Somma, you wont be disappointed in your service experience.
Very satisfied, my first time at BMW service center in Portchester.Tyesha Montford took care of me and my bmw m6. She called, keep me updated, offered me a loaner car, just displayed greatservice and communication. Picked up my car and left verysatisfied, thanks to Tyesha and the service crew............D.Z
I met Fabian (service rep) for the first time yesterday. I have been a customer of the Port Chester BMW dealership for about 10 years now so I am familiar with the service department.I must say I usually dont write reviews, but I had a very nice experience.I called in the am (I had a cancellation on my calendar) for an appointment and surprisingly was accommodated on my terms by the service department. The experience at the service department was very nice. The service rep being very communicative and efficient so as not to waste time. I realized that the service department was busy when I saw more that a dozen people waiting for vehicles, but everyone was cheerful non the less. I read Time mag, drank coffee and had cookies, before I new it my car was ready with a NYS inspection and a full annual serviceKudos to you and your team, and thanks for the car wash.
Ive been servicing my cars, since 1997, at Greenwich BMWs service department which is now located here in Portchester NY. The facility is a state of the art automotive service center. Staff is extremely helpful and friendly. Technicians are well trained and do excellent work. Ive had 3 service advisers over the years, Rich Taveras, Justin Amodeo and currently Reinaldo Cruz. Reinaldo has excellent customer services skills and is very knowledgable.
Every time i go inside this place its very well organized and ran professionally from my service advisor, Tyesha Montford, to the technicians to the customer service. Im normally in and out once My Service advisor identifies the issues that are wrong with the vehicle.
The service here is second to none! And the BEST advisor, who has helped my entire family of BMW car owners, is Reinaldo Cruz. Whether we need a fast appointment for a flat tire or an oil change, Reinaldo gets us a loaner vehicle and makes sure we are taken care of EVERY TIME. He’s the real reason why we keep leasing BMW. Thank you Reinaldo and BMW Service and Parts!
When it comes to dropping our loves off aka our cars its almost impossible to trust anyone however this is the rare service center I feel safe. Jill is the person to see here. Perfection! Best service advisor! Everything from first phone call to last was easy short and on a need to know basis. Jill is very quick with communication and will make you feel as if your car and work is being taking care of as efficiently as possible. 5 Stars for Jill!If we could have teams trained this effectively in all branches what a more efficient and tension free world we would live in!!
Turns out I had a loose nut behind the wheel. Brought it to numerous other shops and they couldnt figure it out. Other BMW dealerships too. Within 5 minutes of talking to my service advisor they knew what was wrong. Would recommend this place to everyone. Ill be back when my ban is lifted...
I wanted to take a moment to thank you for helping servicing my car on Monday. After leaving the most amazing long weekend with friends in New York City, I hit a major pot hole on the highway. I was able to pull off safely to survey the damage. Lucky there was a parking lot off the ramp. It was quiet evident that the tire could not be repaired so I contacted BMW roadside service. The representative on the other end informed me that there was a dealer 4 miles away, and they would be sending out a LYFT and a tow truck. After waiting more than an hour, I called road side assistance again only to find out that the tow truck was being sent from 75 miles away, and that it would be another hour. After waiting 3 hours, I was taken to your dealership. I was greeted warmly, and my car was taken in but I was told they you were closing in an hour and that my car would be ready the next day. When I informed the gentleman that coming back was not an option and that I was 3 hours away from home, he said he would speak to the manager. What had been a terrible experience quickly improved, I was taken to a waiting area, my car was fixed, and cleaned and we were able to go on our way. While I was not happy with the 4 hour wait, the fact that I had to replace a tire that was only 4 months old, and that it cost me $347. and four ours of my life. I was please with the service I received from the manager, and the gentlemen that worked to get me back on the road.Best,Stephanie DAvella-Viens
My service advisor David Michaud is very helpful, thorough, and professional. The level of service I received was simply exemplary. David handled my service with pride and prompt repair. He is always quick to respond when I leave voice mail. He is great to work with; highly recommended!!! Thanks David!!!
My son was visiting a friend in the area when he got a flat tire. They replaced the tire though it took many hours. Immediately after he drove off he noticed something else was wrong. Lights came on, etc. Had to bring it back and it took them several more hours to figure out what else was wrong with the car. How they missed it when they were replacing the tire is beyond me. On the drive home lights came on again. Going to contest my charges and have everything looked at by my regular dealer. In addition, always had to call them to find out what was going on. Never got a phone call with follow up and they were not very good at explaining things. Maybe I’m just spoiled because we happen to have exceptional service at my local BMW dealer.
They dont care enough, your car is never fixed and you always have to point out that something is still wrong. Too much money spent for this type of service. Management has to do better. The reps dont even call you back when you have major issues. The worst service ever. Im sure like me people only go here because its the closest to them. No other reason. Its amazing that businesses can operate with such terrible results and service. Im sure there are many people in my same shoes. Go somewhere else if you can. Its a shame.
This was my first experience with this BMW service center and I was very impressed.I had a persistent problem with the front passenger seat belt alarm going off when no one was in the seat. I had complained about it to Westchester BMW (White Plains) in the past. They were not only unable to fix it, but also gave me a nonsensical reason for the problem. BMW Greenwich/Mamaroneck diagnosed it the problem immediately and fixed it promptly. They also completed the routine maintenance and fixed some other minor issues.Based on this experience I highly recommend them.
My service advisor is Reinaldo Cruz....Reinaldo for the GOAL!!!! He was very helpful, friendly, thorough, and most importantly professional. The level of service I received from him was simply amazing. He took care of my x5 when it got into an accident and was very communicative during every process of the repair. I highly recommend him. Thank you for your service Reinaldo!!
As a New owner of a used X5 I brought my vehicle in for servicing with a extended warranty contract. Immediately I was uncomfortable from the attention I received. Long behold i was booked with a loaner vehicle while my vehicle was up for servicing. Understanding and knowing the procedures of my concerns i dropped my vehicle off knowing it was in good hands, however i received a call from my advisor stating services my extended warranty company was asking for will not be performed at there dealership. As frustrated as i was knowing that bringing my vehicle to its home making (who would be better to service it then dealer themselves, I was denied service but still charged a diagnosis fee.) That wasnt my issue!! I pick up my vehicle and it appears they have given me a complimentary wash, which is the least they could have done with the $170 diagnosis fee to give me a paper print out of what I already known was the issue about the vehicle. After paying for service and picking up my vehicle I proceed to take the vehicle home, knowing I already made a service appointment with another shop (not BMW) for further services. I get on the highway and everything seems to be ok with my vehicle until I finally get off a exit too soon to come to a stop light and noticed my vehicle smoking from the hood. Panicking in nervousness I shut vehicle down and jumped out, giving the vehicle 10 mins to cool down before i opened my hood. Finally upon opening my hood i noticed my intake component loose along with upper radiator hose disconnected and the entire engine covered in green coolant. I have snapped multiple pictures along with a video showing how after being charged a diagnosis for my transmission how i now have a tow reciept of $150 just to tow my vehicle 6 miles home because there is no antifreeze in my vehicle and hose is disconnected. Since my vehicle has been in the shop I have called several times requesting to speak with a service manager along with calling BMW North America, in which they sent the service manager a email to get intouch with me and still 3 days already pass and I have not received a call back. BMW of Portchester owes me for my tow fee for lack of care and not double checking the work even if it was just to look at it. My vehicle was brought in for transmission slipping not over heating, I have not had a problem with the vehicle overheating but I noticed the A.C feeling a bit weak, certainly because the antifreeze was pouring out on the highway from Portchester NY to Bronx NY. I will assure I get back intouch with BMW North America to report such a sloppy deal they have given me
I usually dont have issues with this service center, but today was a bit different. I came to pick my car up after Jill left me several messages Friday threatening to charge me loaner fees (NEVER KNEW THEY CHARGE LOANER FEES) if I dont return the car. So I dropped my car off Thursday evening got a loaner and here it is Friday morning and I am receiving calls from Jill. By about 3-4 pm she called letting me know my car was done and they close at 6. Unfortunately I work until 6 so there was no way I was going to be able to pick up my vehicle. I returned her call several times there was no answer. But she ended up leaving me another message saying they are open 8-4 Saturday and if I dont return the car I will be charged loaner fees. Here we are Monday morning and I return the car (which made me late for work) I get to my job and realize theres ALERT on my dashboard reading right break lamp malfunction which was on there when I dropped my car off..How am I leaving the service center with alerts on my dashboard after Jill called me more than 5 times in total. I then call them and was put on hold for 10 minutes...Only to be told that a supervisor will give me a call back and no1 has called me back yet!! I am livid!!!
Renaldo Cruz is probably one of the best human beings i came across. I had a dilemma with my car and the warranty sold by the dealership. Renaldo was excellent in helping me activate my warranty, and getting my car serviced. It was a long process but he remained professional and resourceful. Best human being ever. Just because of him i am sticking with BMW OF PORT CHESTER every time my car giving me issues.
My service advisor Doug Imhoff is the best . He is very knowledgeable and makes each and every visit easy and just perfect. He has excellent customer service and relays all information very clearly.BMW of Portchester (service and parts) is such an amazing BMW service facility. The customer service here is excellent. I never have any complaints when bringing my car here and they always provide me with a variety of transportation options should my car stay there for more than a day.****Love BMW . This service center made me a BMW lifer .
I have been a BMW owner for close to ten years now. I have used another service centers in Westchester County many times. Looking for a change, I decided to give the Port Chester location a try.Wow, this has undoubtedly been the most remarkable experience I have had with a BMW team. Arturo knew exactly what I needed and made my time with him effortless. After sending me over to Anthony for a loaner car I felt like a kid in the candy store. He had two cars for me to choose from and within minutes I was out the door but not before being greeted by the lovely smile of Kristen. Assuring all of my needs will be met I was sent on my way.Within hours Arturo rang my phone and assured me my car was ready-- but not to rush back.Overall great job team!! Thanks
I cant say enough good things about this dealership. I have been working with Jill for over a year but this entire staff is always so friendly, so helpful, and so diligent in taking care of me. Jill has always given excellent communication and worked well with me to ensure that everything was budgeted for appropriately.Thank you guys!Brit
I had my car serviced last Thursday. I arrived at the facility at 8:50 AM, and was able to drive out with a loaner with everything well arranged at 9:15 AM. I drove back to the facility after work and my car was ready. I really appreciated the knowledge and courtesy of my service advisor Justin Amodeo and the front desk receptionist Alicia who arranged the loaner for me. I will definitely come back to BMW Port Chester facility for my next service.
I have been using this dealer for years, they are always great to work with and help so much! Great group of guys and since I have been ordering parts so much I decided to get my personal vehicle serviced there. Place is fast and does every thing on my list since i am such a picky person. Great work guys thank you for the services over the years.-Five Js
All bmw service centers are good but this one is great the service manager (Artie Ciani) was so friendly and understanding of my needs and expectations on the phone that when I pulled in the service center I was treated with such a welcome that you would think we were friends for 30 years. And my car which I am very particular about (Z4M) was cared for to the quality and expectation that I would do if I was working on it!Just phenomenal service, Thank You Artie.
Unique facility very clean ,staff greets customers promptly in a polite friendly manner. Hat off to Service Advisor Mr. Arturo Ciani . Very Knowledgeable, obtains vehicle history prior to your arrival, writes up and explained vehicles problem accurately and clearly with estimate cost / labor. Most of all Mr Caini checks on progress of repair and contacts you regarding any changes..
My Engine check light came on, so I went to the BMW of Greenwich service department.Mr. Douglass Imhoff was very professional and cordial. I explained my concerns , he told me that they would find out what the problem was. They diagnosed my car and sure enough they found the problem. Two days earlier I did an oil change at a different location and they did not put back the oil filter sleeve back on my car.I drove back home and parked it, the next evening I was on my way to Florida when the engine check light came on and a whistling sound from the engine compartment I was still in New Jersey, so I turned and went back home. The next morning is when I took my car to BMW of Greenwich. Thanks to Mr. Imhoff and Steve Joseph I was able to bring my son back to school. PS. GREAT SERVICE.
Took it to replace battery $500. Days later had BATTERY ISSUE - DISCHARGING OVERNIGHT and both key fobs did not work despite replacing batteries. BMW manager gave hints to fix it via email but never offered to have it diagnosed for free ($160 charge for diagnosis). My garage suspects that when battery was replaced, BMW shorted out the locking system. I had to replace motot in passenger door at great expense plus labor. Not the first bad experience Ive had there. They are expensive (50% more than a garage), the service reps are rude and talk over you if you challenge them, and dishonest about the quality of their repairs. BMW of Darien is better.
Drove my car for an estimate on a broker windshield, asked them for an estimate, they kept the car and now they want to charge me for USD2,060 (7 days) for storage charges, because i decided not to fix the car with them due to the over price in relation with other dealers. They took my car to other shop without asking for my permission, neither i was informed written or verbally that there was going to be a daily charge, and now for 7 days they want to charge 2k for Storage fees beware of this persons....
My experience once again was great a BMW Portchester. My service advisor was Artie and he catered and actually listened to all the problems and needs that I believe i needed with my 2013 328i xdrive. He set up a loaner car for me so I can still go to work while my car was in the shop. He detected the noise I was hearing near my wheels and got the job done. Great time and such an easy experience for myself and it had to do with Artie. Artie made it fast and convenient for myself, usually at dealers you have to wait and they try to charge you for everything but he was quick with the solution and down to the point! Appreciate it Artie and the whole BMW Portchester staff! Awesome Job!
Al Shkreli was awesome. I called midday on a Monday or Tuesday saying I just saw a CPO car I was excited about on the inventory list for his location. I had about an hour before my next meeting at work and would love to drive the car. After I arrived within a couple minutes we got into the car and he also helped identify another similar car that I hadn’t seen on the website. It was actually better equipped, had fewer miles, and was for sale at a lower price. I drove both cars and the entire time he was with me the whole way, clearly trying to help me figure out what I needed/wanted and not to hunt for information to use against me in a negotiation. Later that day I called back to buy the second car and it has been awesome.I visited 6 BMW dealerships in the Westchester/ Fairfield County area and Al was easily the best person I spent time with across them all. For what it’s worth, the folks at Darien and Ridgefield were great too but the inventory wasn’t quite there for the models I was focused on.
The worst. No one calls you back and if you start with someone it seems at that point no one else can help you. You have to wait until that person who helped you is available which is ridiculous. I waited two days to be able to tell them I wants everything which was recommended to be done on my car due to the fact that the person who originally helped me was either busy and not there when I called. Overall I terrible experience and if I had a choice I would never get my car serviced through them again!!!
My third consecutive BMW, all purchased from Trevor Johnson @ BMW of Greenwich, all serviced by Vegard Nygaard @ PortchesterService Center, and I remain quite pleased .... consummate sales and service11/14/19Service done for persistently on engine light. Problem corrected, loaner car arranged, all perfectly handled by Ray Cruz ... a usual top job by him!
My first experience at BMW Port Chester was EXCELLENT. They came highly recommended and did not disappoint. Manager Pete C was a huge help and listened to my needs and catered to them specifically. He was a pleasure to deal with. I plan on returning in the future for all my BMW needs. Car was washed and looks very nice with tire shine etc. Much better then the treat you like a number service I used to get at BMW of Westchester. Very nice job by this Branch! Take your car here.
Arturo Ciani is an absolute asset to the Service Department in Port Chester! I was so nervous after my car was hit about this whole process and because of him my mind was put to rest. He exceeded every expectation and went above and beyond to make sure everything went smooth. His professionalism, willingness to help, and caring work ethic are second to none. Arturo is the best Service Advisor you can ask for in every way possible. Thank you Arturo!
I was floored by the way the sales adviser Reinaldo Cruz handled my issues from the moment I stepped into the office. I had a issue with my heads up display and the windshield when no-one at the sales office wanted to return my calls. Mr. Cruz was friendly, professional and assessed the issue immediately. Not only did he go beyond by getting the issue fixed for me promptly, but he called me every step of the process, gave me a loaner a extra day and was never annoyed by my anxious questions about my new vehicle. Somebody give this man a raise! Thanks Mr. Cruz and everyone at BMW Service in Mamaroneck.
I experienced the worst of the worst today! I’ve been a loyal customer for over five years and I was consistently lied to by Bernie and he refused to let me escalate this with a manager! Very disappointed because this is not a cheap car to maintain I would think that the customer service would be excellent and I am sadly mistaken. My problem has not been solved yet. Very disappointed I expected more from BMW!
Another wonderful experience with Artie - was very thorough and extremely knowledgable about the vehicle. He made it his priority to take care of me and rectify the issue. An absolute professional with an incredible bedside manner- Would recommend him to everyone I know with a BMW!
I just had a wonderful experience @ BMW Port Chester Servicing!! ALL Advisers were professionally attending to their clients. They were audibly courteous as well as affable. I was most pleased with my Service Adviser- Reinaldo Cruz. He is DA MAN!!! He is always concise and very thorough in his approach. I am equally satisfied with his easy-going demeanor. I left very well-accommodated with great closure about my issue. I HIGHLY recommend BMW Port Chester to ALL BMW owners. Hey.....I live in a nearby Westchester County City (with a BMW Center)--but I travel to Port Chester for service....hint....hint.....LOL....and ASK for REINALDO!!!!! 10 Stars for Reinaldo.......10!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
My experience with the management has been deplorable. I have never felt such disregard from a customer service team in my entire life. They were more focused on making excuses and filming a promotional video then tracking down my vehicle. I have been a loyal BMW owner my entire life. Personally for the past 10 years as a family for over 20, and that includes living in several different countries owning several different makes & models. I even root for the BMW F1 racing team. Yet they had no difficulty charging my credit card. I would never ever return here... yet when I went to drive my vehicle last night my lights are not working (even though it says they found them faulty and replaced them) so sadly I must return to BMW today because my safety and the safety of those on the road is now at risk. I sincerely hope that I can amend this review, because I believe in the BMW experience. Only time will tell.
Have been going here for a few years and I can confidently say this is hands down the best BMW service center in the Tri-State area. Have worked with Jason Tuminaro since day 1 and he is simply the BEST! I had an issue with my bumper that no other BMW service location could fix...guess who fixed it...JASON! Highly recommend him and the service center itself!
To be honest my experiences with this service facility before the last visit has been pretty good. I have a 2019 M5 riddled with electrical problems that went in multiple times to this center. The last time I was there, Jill Smith, the service advisor, said I could no longer bring my $125,000 car for service. They allegedly couldn’t duplicate the problems I reported. What they could have done was requested an engineer come in and go over my car. Instead I was deemed “persona non grata.” As if I was making up the problems I was having including major safety problems. First BMW Mamaroneck, which also owns the dealership in Greenwich, dropped the ball when I put a deposit on the first M5 that they were supposed to get. I was so furious at them because four other cars were sold before I was supposed to get mine. So I canceled my order with them and put an order with Ray Catena in White Plains.Ray Catena, true to their word, had my car before they promised! Additionally they put an engineer to work on my car, which Jill Smith of Port Chester did not. After about two weeks they came to the conclusion that the car was not repairable in a cost effective manor. Just like I advised Port Chester because the problems were systemic. Now I’m waiting for my 2020 M5, replacement car, to come in any day. The Wisteria Ace dropped off my car in Port Jersey so it will be any day.Long story short, if you want to purchase a vehicle from a company that values and honors their agreements, at a good price, Ray Catena is the place. I was also told by Pt. Chester that they only have 3 series loaners. B/S the guys always got my X5’s or a 7 series. BMW Port Chester believes that people who buy their cars are ignorant and walk around with their eyes wide shut! Additionally you can barely see inside the service entrance it’s so dark. They really need to put quadruple the lights that they have.
I have been coming to this service center for years and have always been pleased. My recent experience with Reinaldo was off the charts. This guy is so helpful, so professional and just so nice. he always goes above and beyond. He is a great representative for the organization. I hope they appreciate his honesty and communication skills. Reinaldos rating out of 5 stars is 10 !! Thank you Reinaldo.
Great service experience! I live five minutes away but used to travel all the way to NJ for service before Penske purchased and renovated the facility. The staff are very friendly and the service is prompt and thorough with loaners readily available. Arturo Ciani is a fantastic advisor and has always provided an exceptional service experience. Highly recommended!
Amazing customer service! Everything went smooth and wonderfully. Arti (Arturo) was one of the best Service Advisors I have had of all my different dealership visits! He is the go to guy! He was clear and efficient and made sure everything went smoothly. This service center is also very clean and professional. Even though this dealership is a little far for me, I think this will be the only service center that I will go to in the future. Remember to ask for Arti for your next appointment!
Jason worked on my Girlfriends car due to a recall. Brought it in and didn’t get it back until the next day, which is understandable. But - when she picked up the car the following morning, there was an enormous amount of scratches on the trunk. She brought it back in and Jason was nice enough to say to her that “there are scratches all over the car, it’s not our fault”. Great job BMW. This is how a luxury car brand treats it’s customers? You should be ashamed of yourselves. No need to defend yourselves. The car was placed in YOUR hands & when something goes wrong, you default to saying something like that.
I brought my vehicle here for service twice and wont be back ever again. First time I went in for a simple oil change and the service adviser tried to convince me that I needed an extra 2K worth of repairs that made no sense at my vehicles miles. When I started asking questions as to when the items he listed needed to be replaced he backed up and didnt have a real time frame nor miles as to when they had to be replaced. Replacing spark plugs at 29K miles made no sense to me and Im not a mechanic. He said its a combination of both. I found that to be a little add but I didnt press the adviser any further since they were closing. Second time I went in because the EDC light had come on and was told that lower control arm was bent out of shape and needs to be replaced. I do have a warranty but of course it wasnt covered under the warranty. I was given an $1500 estimate to replace the part. Something told me to go and get a second opinion somewhere else. Two days later and $218 for a ABS sensor fixed the issue, you do the math. Hate to write negative reviews but this is unexceptable and no one should be taken advantage like this ever. Avoid this place at any cost especially if its coming out of your pocket. Too bad because its very convenient for me but I will have to go to the competition instead although further out of my way.
Very happy with BMWs Greenwich portchester facility. Own a 2007 x3. Historically, I tended to service the car at independent shops; tires, brakes, general upkeep. I assumed that I would get reliable service, and save money. But after a few bad experiences, I used BMW portchester. Since then, Ive been very happy. They have done multiple jobs for me; tires, sunroof issues, minor maintenance. My account manager Artie Ciani has been great. Gives the lowest prices he can, does not push unnecessary work, and stands by his shops work. In addition, the facility always offers complimentary BMW staffedpick up/drop off service.Yes, I might save a little money going elsewhere but It would not be worth it. Highly recommend this facility.
Used to do all my service and parts purchasing for my M3 there, but apparently if your car is older than 2010, you can no longer get a loaner when you drop it off for service. It seems as if when your car is old enough, youre no longer a valued customer. As a side note, if you order a part for your car, plan on visiting the facility at least 4 times, thats how many times I had to stop by to get my headlight sprayer. They got it wrong the first time, came back to next day to get it replaced, and came back the 4th time to actually get the correct part.

I recently took delivery of my M2 at BMW of Freeport which is rather far to bring my car for service and requires a toll. I work in Rye, which prompted me to do some research for local dealers and I read some great reviews about the newly renovated BMW of Greenwich Service Department. Based off reviews on here, I gave Arturo Ciani a call and we spoke briefly about my car and I felt comfortable enough just talking to him on the phone to schedule my 1,200 mile break in service. Being it is my first M car, I am extra paranoid trusting people with it and I have to say Artie made me feel right at home. I brought my car in at around 7:30am right before work, they got me a loaner and I was on my way extremely quickly. Artie called me that the car was done and ready to be picked up on my lunch break which was extremely convenient for me. Artie is a great guy and definitely looks to do whatever it takes to ensure his clients are happy. A++ to Artie and BMW of Greenwich Service!
BEWARE!! SERVICE HERE AT YOUR OWN RISK! RIMS DAMAGEDAvoid Service Rep JUSTIN A. Worst i have ever encountered owning many many Bmws at a few dealerships.Went in for a routine rear brake change at 7:30 am. It Took them over ten hours just to remove some lock bolts they claim were over torqued. Ridiculous!!A routine job any competent mechanic can do in 2 hours maximum.Rep only notified me after 4 hours of waiting that they were having trouble. He assured me it would be done in an hour and that they would not cause any damage to the car. Reason for the extensive delays.Left the car there at 12 pm. Got a call from Justin at 5:00 pm. Notifying me the car was done. He conveniently made sure it was after his shift was over so i wouldt see the rim damage until after he was long gone.TO MAKE ISSUES WORSE.Grease prints were left all on the interior of my tan interior.Which the Manager JOE was kind enough to lightly wipe off personally. I truly appreciated the gesture. He also offered me a free rim refinish. Another kind gesture. I wound up just thourougly cleaning the interior myself. No big deal.I hope this review is not a poor reflection on him. He was polite and professional and took the proper measures to acknowledge the mistake and offered a solution without hassle.I WILL NOT BE RETURNING. If this is how his mechanics and service reps treat their paying customers $70,000 machines. Ill gladly take my money back to Rallye BMW.P.S I have been here numerous times without incident for minor oil changes. My faith in their mechanics competency is lost. Go here at your own risk. You may or may not experience this issue as well.

2022-07-03I went in to get a windshield replacement on my 2022 X5. Overall it was an “OK” quality job. While the sensors and everything seem to function just fine, there are some scratches where top of the windshield meets the painted body. I can see some consistent tool marks on the paint and those marks have left damaged spots that can’t be buffed off. Not much of a big deal since they’re kind of small, but they could’ve been more cautious. See pictures. As for the price, I paid $3780 with tax for a cracked windshield replacement. $1700 of this was the oem glass itself, rest is labor and miscellaneous parts (trims, moldings, clips, and the rain sensor for some reason). While this is expensive compared to third party glass shops, it seems to be more or less in line with the other BMW dealers I got quoted from (lowest quote was $500 cheaper, there were some that were higher). My service advisor was Kurt, he was very professional and friendly.

2022-01-20As a creature of habit, I had reservation with using the BMW of Greenwich/Mamaroneck Service center as someone who spent many years at BWM of Manhattan. As a Greenwich resident I would always plan services in the city at BMW of Manhattan around my work schedule. COVID-19 forced me to use the services at BMW of Greenwich/Mamaroneck and I must say Im thoroughly impressed with the service provided. Ive used the at home pick up to drop off services and everything has been top notch. The facility is pleasant, everyone is courteous. My service advisor was Artie, who was honest and straight forward with the service that was needed for my M2. Additionally, the lines of communication was easy and I look forward to continuing my service at BMW of Greenwich/Mamaroneck.

2022-02-17My experience was amazing. From pulling into the dealership, to meeting with the rep, to waiting, to when the car being completed. It was flawless. I will ensure I make this my new BMW location. Previous location “BMW of White Plains” horrible experience. I would like to thank everyone that help me at the location in Port Chester. I also love the video I was given of the repair to let me see what the team was doing to my vehicle. Awesome work please keep up this level of service. From me it was much appreciated.

2022-04-17My experience at this service center was the worst auto repair experience I have ever had. The treatment I received as a customer and the work done to my car was of a very low standard. In fact, my car was further damaged while in the service center and BMW refused to compensate me for it. To top it all off they left a puddle of standing water in my back seat. My car does not run as well when I brought it in and I had to immediately take it to another auto repair shop.As a major service center that charges a premium rate I would have expected much better care and service. Unfortunately my expectations were too high. I recommend avoiding this service center at all costs and taking your vehicle to a repair shop that appreciates your business and you as a customer.**I contacted the owner in follow up to their reply and never heard back. Likely a bot response and further evidence of the terrible service and customer care here.**

2022-02-04BMW service is very professional. I was offered a loaner vehicle that helped me to move around while my BMW was serviced. My service advisor, Eddie Mendoza, was attentive. My vehicle was serviced in a timely manner. I was treated with courtesy. I received a clean, well serviced automobile. I would certainly recommend BMW of Greenwich.

2022-01-03This dealership is the best I ever visited in the last 5 years!!! The shop is very big, staffs are incredibly nice!!! They figured out tire warranty for me and saved me a lot of $$$.I found my two front tires have sidewall bubbles, so I called the dealership and they quickly scheduled an emergency time slot for me to replace those tires in the same day. At the dealership, Eddie and Jill helped me with paper works. However, the instructions BMW gave them are different from what the tire manufacturer told me through the phone. The manufacturer said all tires are covered by the road hazard warranty, but the dealership said they will not cover the one that originally came with the car. Then Eddie called the tire manufacturer, clarified the precess, and he managed to make the manufacturer covered all tires!!! Eddie is fantastic!!! Thanks!!!

2022-05-31These guys restored my faith in BMW. I drive from Manhattan to this service location anytime my car needs service, due to their excellent customer service.Multiple poor experiences and lack of customer service at BMW of Manhattan had scarred me, and I seriously wasnt going to buy another BMW ever again, but after heading up to BMW of Greenwich and dealing with the Mamaroneck Service team, I will gladly stay a customer for a long time.Good communication, friendly, and on schedule.

2022-02-10I had a five star experience. My car is still under warranty but Id been a victim of rodents chewing my wires and hose and damaging the knock sensor so it was repaired in less than 3 hrs with a reasonable rate for labor and parts. I would never bring my car anywhere else but right there where I bought it. Very pleased.

2022-04-22Fantastic experience here. They made sure I had the exact loaner I needed when it became clear it would be a multi-day service, even when inventory for loaners is very low. Highly recommend. Pat was my service advisor.
