What a mixed experience. On one hand, I got super lucky because I walked in and ordered an M4 Competition Coupe and they had an allocation. On the other hand, neither my original salesman nor the business manager had any sense for customer service. I would ask questions and get answers to different questions. Trying to clarify to get the actual information I wanted was pointless. I eventually got tired of it and addressed the general manager who never once replied directly to me but seemed to inspire action in her underlings. A new salesman was brought in once the car was at the port to push me over the finish line, and David did so professionally. I expressly indicated I had no interest in being upsold in all the extras and that was ignored and I had listen to ten minutes of business manager drone on. I applied for credit when I placed the order. I was told that rates were 2.99% at the time. Once the car was dispatched from the factory in Germany I asked if they could beat 2.04% from a bank and they mysteriously had me locked at 1.99%. The car came later than the lock and the business manager made a production out of getting me a one month extension . Based on 1.99% I made an assessment of how to use cash and finance to pay only to learn, while in his office listening to the drone, that the rate was 1.9% no one is going to complain about a lower rate but I should have know what the real rate was going into the deal to make the best decisions on my own. Im sure there are internal BMW practices that dont make it easy on the dealerships when you order a car and transportation and supply makes things difficult but there is a much better experience to be offered here for a premium purchase than I received. On the day, I asked three people about the break-in on M cars and got three wildly different answers. Nonetheless, the car is absolutely amazing and everything I could have imagined. In this case, the dealership provided exactly no value other than having an allocation to get in line at the factory. My prior purchase of an X1 was exactly the opposite of what I just described.
I walked into the showroom to return a leased 320i and take my plates but ended up leaving with 2 vehicles instead. Andrew is by far the easiest and fairest salesman I have encountered. I had a deposit down at another dealership. Within 15 minutes Andrew had beat the price for a much nicer vehicle. He then did his best to work numbers for another car. I leased both cars and could not be happier. Andrew is knowledgeable and did everything he could to make us happy. If you are looking for an honest guy and great experience then Andrew is your guy! Thanks to him we had a wonderful experience at BMW and love our new cars.
Today I purchased my first mini-Cooper from the people at BMW Hudson Valley and ALL of the people I had contact with surpassed my expectations! David, my sales guy, was wonderful…not pushy yet helpful and honest and forthright….Ernest, my finance guy, who took care of everything regarding my financing as well as enlightening me on all aspects of coverage, was amazing, and Taylor, who walked me thru how to use my new car is now my new BFF😃….they made what was a nerve wracking experience a lot of fun. I’m already enjoying the new car immensely. Thank you all! You are the BEST!
Great place to shop for a new BMW. They always think from the customers perspective and always do a great job in providing the best experience. Im far from where this dealership is but it is worth it. Staff is very knowledgeable and always willing to assist in every way possible. John and Landers were awesome
I had a great experience at the Hudson Valley BMW dealership. Sales Advisor Yuri Castro was very patient with me and my wife through out the process even though we couldnt make up our minds at the moment. She took her time to explain each of our options and wasnt bothered with running back and forth in showing me different vehicles. She even assisted me on her day off reaching out, to make sure all my questions were answered and to start the process so it would run as smooth as possible. I feel she should be credited for the great job she did. I ended purchasing a New 2022 X4 which we are so please with.
This is my 2nd car I’ve leased from Hudson Valley BMW. John Robertson was my advisor and he was great! We kept in touch over the last year and he worked with my wife and I on getting into a 2022 X3. We love the car and are so happy with the entire experience. John and his team were so helpful as well. We were able to meet with Landers who went through different options we could add to our lease agreement for added value. Afterwards we met with Isaac who reviewed all the features and benefits of the car. He really took the time to breakdown all the technology features and help us feel confident using our new car. I just purchased my second car from this dealership and with the help of the best salesperson ever, John Robertson. He worked diligently to get me in just the right car for me. He made sure all the paperwork and delivery of my new car went off without a glitch. It was effortless and I felt as though I was the only customer. This dealership is so great. They’re very transparent & truthfully do try to work within the parameters that you give them. This is my second time back at BMW of the Hudson Valley and they really do give you five star service. Not only are the accommodations great, but everyone is truly so genuinely kind and helpful. With everything going on in the car market dealerships have every chance to rob you blind and take advantage, but they were so professional and generous the whole way through. This is my second time working with David specifically and I would gladly work with him for a third and more! Giuliana is also great and takes the time to go over the entire car. I even had a connectivity issue with my phone a week after getting the car and they helped me within 5 mins. Highly highly recommend checking them out.

This is what customer service should be (PERIOD)I have leased 2 cars from BMW of the Hudson Valley. Their service is impeccable. Never pressured anything on the sale. Worked with me the whole time to ensure I got the best car that would work for us. Now comes their best part - the service department. Everytime I had the slightest problem, they have come to the rescue - from tire issues, to engine coolants and even if there was a small dent. They pick up the phone (always) and it is so easy to schedule an appointment (online or on the phone). Friendly, courteous, professional. This time my engine coolant was low. I was passing by and so I stopped to set up an appointment. They topped my coolant for free so that the next 2 days I was driving around, I did not have any trouble. Everytime you service your car, they send a detailed video of what was done - a full look under and the innards of the vehicle. Keep up the good work!
I bought a 2015 BMW 328xi in 2018 (my first BMW) and I cant say enough how pleased I have been with this car. It has given me absolutely no problems. Just totally reliable and a pleasure to drive, too. Yeah! I also want to thank here Julianna and Ernest Ramos for their help today regarding original paperwork on the car. Very responsive and professional.
The staff at BMW was terrific, especially my Sales Person Howard Burman. Howard was courteous and promptly answered all of my calls and emails. When inventory issues occurred (due to Covid), Howard found another car that met my needs. The follow up after the sale was very impressive as well. I highly recommend this dealership.
I was in the market for an affordable used car for my son in college. Obviously the car market is very tight right now and I realized finding the right car may require me to travel a bit. I came across a 2014 Nissan Altima on one of the used car websites. It had just hit the lot so it did not even have pictures yet but the description checked all the boxes of what I wanted for my son. I inquired about pictures at which time Yuri in sales contacted me and followed up with several photos and a walk-around video of the car, inside and out. From there the communication with Yuri and Ernest (one of the business managers) remained fluid and low-key. Mind you this is a sub-$15k used car, not a $70k new BMW. However, the level of service and professionalism displayed by everyone I came in contact with at BMW of Hudson Valley was as if I was a new BMW customer. We negotiated a fair deal and I booked a train trip from VA to NY to purchase the car. The car was exactly as described and shown in the pictures, there were no surprises or letdowns. Ironically my personal vehicle is a 2012 BMW 5 Series, and when I am ready to trade that in for a newer model, I would not hesitate to travel 7hrs again to do business with Yuri, Ernest and the rest of the team at this dealership. I recently purchased a bmw certified used car from Yuri at BMW of Hudson Valley. My home is in PA and so I wasnt able to physically test drive the car. Despite this, Yuri and the team went above & beyond to make sure I was comfortable with my purchase (i.e. pictures, videos, fast communication, etc). The entire process was so easy. My experience with their service & finance teams was also great -- they even arranged to have the car delivered to my home in PA the same day I signed the purchase order! I will definitely be purchasing my next car with them.
I cant say enough about how great the staff treated me as a customer, from the moment I walked in the door, until I drove away with my brand new Shiny Black X2. My salesmen, John (Munch) Robertson went above and beyond to please me, and that is a tall order! My finance guy, Ken, made the leasing process understandable and very smooth. I received an extreamly fair (exactly what I asked for) amount for my trade-in. I have no idea why anybody would go anywhere else!!! The icing on the cake was the news that I get free car washes for the lifetime of ownership of my Awsome BMW!
So I have leased two bmws and bought one from Hudson Valley BMW. My first lease was bought with excess wear and tear coverage and when I returned it, the damage was covered. No need to file a claim!! Next one I leased I had the same coverage , this time when I returned it with damage and pointed it out to the sales person they said no problem it’s covered I got a bill for $2500 after buying a new bmw. When I called BMW Financial, they said they had no record of my wear and tear coverage. All of sudden I have a collection account on my credit report and now Hudson Valley BMW says they see my wear and tear coverage but it’s too late to make a claim. So steal your money for excess damage coverage, sell you a new car, charge you for excess damage , ruin your credit and blame you for it. Oh, and make sure to pay your current car financing payment. I will be suing BMW. Please follow this thread as I will be giving updates. I will also post a twitter account dedicated to this debacle. BUYER BEWARE. BAIT AND SWITCH
I had a great experience working with BMW of the HV. I recently purchased my first BMW and I had been searching for a new car for over a month. Suditi was so helpful and made sure I got exactly what I wanted. I didnt feel pressured like I had when dealing with other dealerships. She worked hard to get me a great deal and I am very grateful. I definitely recommend BMW of the HV and Suditi!

He responded quickly and made time for me as I was coming from a long distace to pickup the car. They even let me put the car up on the lift so that I could inspect it before purchase. I went into BMW of Hudson Valley to purchase an X5 for my wifes 50th birthday. I was greeted warmly by General Manager Anu and Client Advisor Laci. Laci was very attentive and accommodating. She offered to bring the X5 to my home so that my wife would be surprised. Balloons and ribbon attached my wife was very surprised and happy! Thank you Anu and Laci!. Wow!! That’s an understatement!! I called late day on Saturday 12/18/21 and I spoke to Andrew. I explained to him that I was currently driving a 2019 Land Rover and wanted to come back to BMW. I told him my exact price point and I have to say he was completely honest and so, so, easy to work with. Literally there were no games. I told him I wanted an X1 or an X3 with a high mileage lease because I drive about 100 plus miles a day and needed a safe car that was good on gas. Within in an hour he called me back told me they would take my car on trade pay the last 2 payments, and in turn priced a fully loaded X3 at my exact price point! I was literally in shock! The best part was they had the color I wanted and it was in stock. I picked it up on 12/22/21 and the price was $200-$300 dollars less a month then I had been quoted from BMW Wide World of Cars, Ray Cantina BMW, and Ridgefield BMW. I won’t mention the sales people’s name out of respect for their privacy. However, it just goes to show you what an upstanding person Andrew is. The whole experience from start to finish was almost to easy! It’s refreshing to finally find someone in the sales industry that really understands the customer and doesn’t pressure them. Andrew also knew the car inside and out and gave me an entire tutorial on the new computer system. I would highly suggest buying your next BMW from Hudson Valley BMW and ask for Andrew.
I have acquired vehicles in the past from various dealerships such as SAAB, Volvo, Audi, and another area BMW enterprise. None of these came close to providing the outstanding experience that I had when I entered into my my 2022 lease with BMW of the Hudson Valley. John in sales, Earnest in finance, and Isaac, BMW genius (he really is a genius) worked smoothly as a team to provide outstanding service.John listened carefully, understood what I wanted and worked hard to find it. Earnest explained the financial details of my lease with clarity and patience. He has an amazing facility for details.Isaac made the operation of the vehicle easy to understand.Be good to yourself, dont shop anywhere else!
Howard Burman of BMW of the Hudson Valley guided me through a purchase of a 2022 BMW X2 recently and I thought that his skillful and sensitive handling of the sale deserved some comment. This recent purchase is my fourth BMW in the last 12 years, so I am no stranger to the brand or to BMW of the Hudson Valley, yet every time I walk into the dealership, Im like a kid in a candy shop--I want at least one of everything I see! In two visits to the dealership, I changed my mind three times as to which specific model I wanted to buy. Howard never pushed me, and never tried a hard-sell, he simply discussed the fine points of each model and provided multiple test rides to help me in making my decision. I never felt rushed, never felt I Iwas being sold on anything--I was simply being guided to the features and high points of each model as tailored to my needs. In the end I got exactly the model that was perfect for my individual situation. It is interesting that the car I finally bought was not the most expensive car I looked at. Howard guided me to the perfect fit--a reasonably priced model that gave me the sports car-like handling I craved, with solid mpgs for my long commute, cargo room for the shopping I routinely do, and all-wheel drive to handle any sudden weather changes I might encounter. I should add the car is stunning--in the first week alone it drew comments such as: gorgeous, awesome, impressive from neighbors and friends--some of whom drive much more expensive cars! BTW, the entire staff of BMW of the Hudson Valley, from Anu Singh, the General Manager, to Shetara Melvin, Sales Manager, and Erica Arslanian, BMW Genius, who guided me through all the high-tech features of my new car, were all consummate professionals as well as being warm and engaging on a personal level. I couldnt be happier with my purchase and with the treatment I received. The BMW brand speaks for itself in terms of quality and performance--the customer deserves service which is as special as the automobile he is purchasing, and I feel I got that from Howard and the entire team. If you are interested in either leasing or purchasing a BMW, this dealership is wonderful! I only have good things to say about the experience. My salesman, Andrew, was patient and kind throughout the entire process (the whole staff is great, actually). He never pressured me or took advantage, and was determined to make my experience a positive one. Even in the face of a worldwide car shortage, he worked extra hard to find me the right vehicle. I am very pleased with my purchase and plan on buying future vehicles from this dealership - hopefully from the same salesman!(A brief aside: Id like to add that in addition to the lovely service, these cars are incredible. The technology is unparalleled, the safety is impeccable, and aesthetically, the designs are a real treat. This will be our 3rd Bimmer Lease. I worked with Ernest on the previous 2 Station Wagons, which we built to spec together. While it hurts my heart deeply that BMW no longer is offering the 3 Series Wagon in the states, were very happy with our new SUV. Ernest was great to work with, as always; Got me a fantastic deal, finding the perfect vehicle for us. It included all the options he knew Id want/need. Great experience. John opened the doors on a Sunday after we drove over 3 hours to test drive. We then communicated thru email the following week. Everything was in place when we drove back the following weekend. John R. was excellent to deal with, we couldn’t get out to look at the car in person, so he did a FaceTime with me to show the car. Everything was as expected. No games. No issues. After picking up the car, we had everything explained to us by Erica, the BMW Genius, so we knew all the controls and features. Service department are complete scam artist. I brought in my car last Saturday for an Oil change & Inspection. attached is BMW inspection telling me that I need to change my brake fluid. I literally had my brake fluid changed the week before by a local mechanic!!!! I am only to assume they didnt bother to look at it but see my car is 70K plus miles and have not done it through them. that is lazy & a scam! Furthermore I had tints on my window that I did not recall would fail inspection. Rather then being honest & friendly when the tech sees it by saying hey its definitely going to fail with tints. Nope they proceed to do the inspection, charge me, and then call me thinking they will get 100+ dollars for 10 minutes of work the peel the tints off my car. Since I would not let these scammers do that they then peeled the inspection sticker off my car. (I understand its a law once you do an inspection & it fails that the sticker has to come off. The point is you can eyeball it as a tech that does it everyday and instantly know it will fail....this is a concept that was too hard for Joanna to understand.) You would think someone who not too long ago allowed them to repair my car that cost 10K to be helpful to a customer)Again all they want to do is make up services you dont need and suck every dollar out of you. They are not honest. PERIOD! Do not fall for the services they say you need or the stuff like filters & cabin filters that they charge 250+ dollars for when you can buy at autozone for $64 and takes no more then 8 minutes top pop in.Edit: owners response was complete lie. They said nothing could be done now because “I already posted publicly”(not even addressing my complaint). Also Funny when I pressed them privately before I posted they refused to do anything either. I never post reviews online. They were simply horrible.
I went to the BMW dealership unsure of what car I wanted to get, I met with the client advisor, Christian Sanchez, and left with a very good car and a happy head on my shoulders. He spoke of every detail and was thorough throughout my entire experience. Every step of the way was easy and I left feeling great about the car. Brought our vehicle in for a simple oil change, new windshield, and removing tint from the windows. 3+ months later, we have received the car back with chipped window, broken windshield washer, interior gouged, the never removed all of the tint, and cut interior leather.Service Manager asked to give us $1000 for us to go away and accept the damage. We stated we just want our car back to how it was. He said its an old car (2015 750) and it shouldnt matter if there are scratches on it.Finally, they claimed to have fixed everything and dropped the car off. Except they didnt fix the windshield washer, there is still gouged interior trim, and now a dent on the back bumper. Ive been a customer of BMW Of The Hudson Valley since 2011. Ive always had an excellent relationship with them. They are very courteous with excellent customer service whether its the sale department or service department, Ive alway been treated with the upmost respect. John Roberson, my sales rep is awesome, he listens to you and not just try to trick you into buying a vehicle. He tells you all the options available and which one is best for you. I never liked leasing before, but John changed my entire perspective leasing. His detailed explanation of how leasing works, whether it makes sense for you or not allowed me to make the right decision of whats best for my situation. Thanks John! In the service department, my dealings with Mariah and Miriam is awesome. They both treat me with the upmost respect and make me feel important to them. They are always smiling and welcomes you with such a pleasant greeting. Im a regular there for my car wash and they always treat me as if I was a new customer. Christian Sanchez, our salesman, was amazing!!!!! I had been working on the same deal with 3 other BMW dealerships, but Christian executed the deal in less than 12 hours!!! That being said, I opted for the three hour drive to his dealership to close the deal with him. I was further surprised by the warm reception and extremely professional atmosphere when we arrived. From the minute we walked in until the time we left we were treated with respect and courtesy. Afterwards, Christian even checked on us to make sure we got home safely, as the weather was terrible the day we picked up the car. Since then he has also called to see how we are enjoying the car. I would highly recommend Christian and the Hudson Valley BMW to anyone interested in a smooth deal with no nonsense!!
I’ve been to 3 BMW service centers and from the 3 Hudson Valley BMW is better than the other 2. Customer Service which is key Hudson Valley BMW is better amongst the 3. JT a good guy who listen to me as I explained the issue I had with my car. Miriam and Tyra they are 2 young nice ladies that help me get into loaner that I can actually fit in. I called BMW of Hudson Valley on my way to Vermont from Florida. I needed a car and they had the car I was looking for in stock. I worked with Suditi who was amazing. She was friendly, efficient and quick. My husband dropped me off at the dealership and I was on my way to Vermont within 2 hours. It was probably the quickest and easiest car purchase I have ever made. I couldn’t recommend bmw of Hudson Valley more highly.
Picked up 2018 CPO X1 last Monday, which is a blast to drive. My experience with Ernest was 10 out of 10– he was patient, professional and went extra miles to make everything right.Car is currently having issues with the brakes, but Ernest and Shetara (sales manager) took immediate action to remedy the issue. If I could give Christian Sanchez 10 stars I would. Great personality and wonderful car knowledge. I picked up my new used i3 today and am thrilled. The process of buying was made easy because of Christian and the dealership. The test drive was comfortable and leisurely. I did not feel as though I was being rushed through the process. He had all the answers to my questions, and he also tapped his colleagues for confirmation. Being a life long Lexus owner it took a bit for me to visit any BMW dealership. I gave my word that I would take a “glance” at BMW and low and behold I am now the proud owner of a 2021 BMW X5. My daughter has been buying her cars at this location for about 20 years. She swears by them. So when it was time to replace my car last summer I decided to give them a shot. The sales department was excellent but I am here to discuss the service department. I had a baby shower to attend on a Sunday. Three hours before the event I saw that there was a problem with my tire. It was going flat. I called BMW and they told me to bring it in. I needed to get a new tire which they had in stock. I can’t say enough about the service especially from Joey Dakin. She was on top of the situation and bringing me updates constantly. She wanted to make sure I got to the shower on time. She even volunteered to do all the paperwork for my insurance company. Because of Joey I made it to my event on time. She was my angel that day.
I recently purchased a 2021 BMW X5 M Sport Package from BMW of the Hudson Valley. Michael Bueti and John Robertson were excellent to work with during the entire process. They were extremely knowledgeable, helpful, and responsive. They were able to order me the exact vehicle that I wanted. John kept me updated on the status of my X5 being built, and it came in sooner than expected. When I arrived to pick up the vehicle, John made sure that everything was ready. I recently bought a 435i m sport a couple weeks ago. Suditi was very kind and extremely helpful throughout the whole process. Ken was awesome as well in helping with the finance aspect. Overall a great experience and would recommend buying from here. Only complaint I have is that the brakes are already squeaking only a couple weeks of ownership as well as a small rattling noise I began to notice.
I bought a car a couple of weeks ago from this dealership. Ernest was my sales person and he was wonderful! Very knowledgeable, upfront, very fair, and not pushy. BMW of the Hudson Valley did a test drive for hope for breast cancer awareness, and was donating to Miles of Hope for every test drive, so I decided to take a test drive for the cause. With no intentions on buying, I test drove an X5 and I just fell in love with it!! My Client Advisor Laci was so friendly and knowledgeable and made the whole process feel effortless. I have never purchased a car before with such ease, Laci made me feel like I was her priority! That is hard to find in any dealership!! I took delivery immediately and Emily the BMW Genius did such an excellent job explaining the cars features that I feel like her knowledge stayed with me!! Can I just say that my experience so far with BMW of Hudson valley has been very welcoming. I just got my husbands brand new bmw washed for the first time this weekend and the young gentleman that washed my car, I believe he said his name was John(excuse me if I amwrong) did such a great job for it to be a courtesy wash. He made sure when he got out of my car to finish and dry up any last minute spots or water marks and that showed a lot. I was upset because I was going to a bridal shower and tried to do it on my own and it didn’t look too good then my husband reminded me about our lifetime courtesy wash there! I wanted our new 500series to look perfect and he did just that. The 2 young ladies Serena and Mariah at the front desk were so polite, and helpful as well because I walked in so lost because again this is my husbands car and they were just the sweetest. I drove off with a smile because those 3 employees made our first car wash experience very pleasing and satisfying so thank you to them! Very great team BMW. Can’t wait for my next wash :))

Great experience here, especially after some subpar ones with other BMW dealerships. Saw a used car on their site that matched what we were looking for, set up an appointment an hour later to see it, test drove it, agreed on a deal in principle, and came back two days later to close and drove off with the car. We worked with Christian, who was great throughout the process from the initial phone call, with all the little things like updating the title and getting new license plates, and making sure we had everything we needed.
Amazing dealership! Got the best deal in all of the Tri- State Area for my brand new M3. The process was quick and easy for me. Laci Harkins was very detailed and enthusiastic regarding my order. My experience with BMW of the Hudson Valley was one I will never forget. I bought a car from them years ago and loved it. Traded out of that car and always missed a BMW. Finally after 2 ¥árs of waiting I John Robertson got me in to my Dream car a BMW X-2. My credit was an issue a few years back so we were both let down by my non approval. But I did make. promise to him that I would be back if my credit got better. And through out the years I heard from him and he always cared and went above and beyond. This time not only did he go above and beyond but he made me feel like family and that I was apart of something great. I also stopped in service to say hello and they all remembered me and I was able to feel like the dealership and service was a home away from home. NO Staff member I encountered in sales or service was ever aggressive. They were all caring and always made sure I was happy I highly recommend John as your sales person. I absolutely recommend this dealership for purchasing a BMW. My husband and I were originally looking for a Jeep but after being less than impressed with the selection at the local dealership, we decided to stop on a whim at the Hudson Valley BMW dealership. Everything about the experience was perfect. Our salesman did not try and over sell us the vehicle or push us to go with a more expensive model. We let him know our budget and he stuck right with us through the final decision-- no pressure. I love the used BMW (328i) and am so pleased with the decision!Purchasing the car was a good experience but the car itself was not perfect. I had several issues with the service engine light coming on within a month of purchasing. HOWEVER, the dealership was nothing but accommodating and responsive. I received follow up phone calls and emails from both the service department and from Andrew, the salesman who sold me the vehicle. They remedied all the issues at no cost and provided a loaner car when I needed transportation. I definitely felt as though my car and my experience was a priority. I was highly impressed by the level of service that they offered and can truly say that I will be a customer for life.

John OMy lease was up. I got my last 3 Bmws elsewhere. I tried BMW of Hudson Valley and I am thoroughly pleased. I was lucky enough to have Suditi to help me through finding the exact vehicle I wanted. Suditi is always looking for a way to make the whole transaction simple and painless. We ran into a hiccup returning my previous BMW that I could not get corrected. I went to see Suditi and sat with her while she spent at least an hour on the phone with BMW financial, all the whileapologizing for the wait. Shecleared up what I couldnt. The general Sales Manager, Shetara, greeted me by name as soon as I walked in and kept checking in on me to see if there was anything she can do to help. Suditi and Shetara are huge assets for BMW HUDSON VALLEY. They are the reason I will get my next BMW here. Thank you both for being so kind. I had been car shopping for about a month, trying to find the vehicle I wanted and get a good deal for my trade in. When I came across it at BMW of Hudson Valley, Enerst contacted me via email and was every prompt and in-tuned with what I wanted. I had Experienced some pretty bad customer service in the month with talking to a place and then them literally just loosing contact and not returning my calls or emails. Ernest was able to get me the deal I wanted, collected all the documents Via email and txt in one day, the next afternoon I was on my way to the dealership, driving home w my new ride within an hour! Amazing customer service, straight forward, and very knowledgeable. Ill deff be back to BMW of Hudson Valley when its time for an upgrade for sure! Thank you and the team so much!
The service advisors are very pleasant. I would advise anyone who doesnt know anything about mechanic, to get a second opinion after the repair technicians advise on what needs to be done to their vehicle. I know a little mechanic, but was late in stopping being hustled by the repair shop.
Purchased a BMW from BMW Hudson Valley 6 years ago. I was impressed with their sales organization, however my primary purpose for choosing this company was their close location for follow on service visits. The service organization does a great job of meeting you with a friendly face at the desk, but when it comes to ultimately satisfying the customer with completing the agreed upon work, it was very challenging. My final walk away point was when I brought my car in for body work, and they replaced a panel from the complete wrong side of the car (A side that had zero damage and was like new; and didnt touch the side with damage). When I expressed disappointment in my need to be without a car for continued days due to their mistake, they in basic sent me an email explaining I should be happy to have received a free replacement panel on the wrong side (a panel that had nothing wrong with it to begin with). They also offered to detail my car for the inconvenience (nice gesture), but the detailing was barely a basic clean with a vacuum, followed by denial of ever offering to detail my car. Prior to Hudson Valley I never had a single complaint or disagreement at a car dealership. With this organization I decided the convenience of the close location was not worth the headaches from the service department.Have now switched to BMW of Ridgefield, and very happy. They do the service that was agreed upon, charge the approximate same price, with no hassles or surprises.In the process of looking at my next BMW, and even though I like the sales people at BMW Hudson Valley, Ill likely go with the organization that can provide both the sales and service aspects for my needs.
The customer service at this BMW dealership, is absolutely amazing! My lease was coming due, and I was in the market for a new vehicle. I contacted BMW of Hudson Valley in hopes of getting better customer service than the previous BMW dealership I did business with. Well, if you are looking for a knowledgeable, kind and caring car salesmen that goes above and beyond for his clients, ask for Mike Bueti! We talked on the phone and he got a sense of what I was looking for. He had a few other clients that would be coming in that day, but assured me he would get back to me that day. Not only did he get back to me that day, but less than 30 minutes later! He made the time to work up numbers on the 2020 330i I was interested in. He followed up with me, and explained exactly how everything would work, step by step from the start of the lease to the end of the lease. He informed me of so many things I was unaware of because it wasn’t explained to me when I got my first lease from a different dealership.If excellent customer service is something you look for when you are buying/leasing a vehicle, Mike Bueti at Hudson Valley BMW is your guy!

I purchased my wife a used BMW convertible for Christmas. When I arrived to take delivery with an appointment the car was not ready after I made it clear the day before this car is a surprise and I will not have much time when I pick it up the next day. (Christmas eve) when I arrived the car was not ready. Not detailed.. serviced.. I waited over an hour for them to only detail the car. When they brought it out I inspected it. Not a good job. Saleswoman told me they will do it again. I made clear I couldn’t wait but had to come back for the tear in the trim panel that was promised to be fixed. They can correct it then. I asked for the second key and owner’s manual. Saleswoman said they are probably in the folder back in the showroom. I explained I can’t wait and I’d pick them up later after the holidays when I bring it back for the interior repair. I had to wait over a month for the “interior guy” to come in. As scheduled dropped it off for repairs. Well.. The repair looks like a child did it. I never got my second key and when questioned it was told they don’t have 2nd keys for used cars.. Really?? Buy a luxury car and no second key regardless being used??? They gave me a owners manual from a completely different model. When I questioned all this the saleswoman was rude and obnoxious. Guess she already received the commission on my car so I didn’t matter. Spoke to the assistant sales manager. He promised to get it all corrected right away!! I called repeatedly to speak to the sales manager and left several messages. It’s been 6 months... I’m still waiting.

We stopped by BMW looking for a used car Last week. I didn’t expect to find much.What I did find was a terrific and patient salesman, a wonderful car and an amazing dealership.Ernest helped us through the process and made it easy even with face masks on. He arranged several test drives, which I felt bad about because, I knew his service team would have to clean and sanitize them when we were done (Sorry about that). He also explained all the controls and made sure the test drives went smoothly.I also have to mention the ease of working with Landers. He took us through the warranty options and explained the best options. Again this is all with masks on in full pandemic mode. Hands down the best experience Ive ever had at any dealership. John was my client advisor, he was extremely attentive and helpful from start to finish. The sales manager Anu was just as helpful, she took time to sit with me and make sure I was satisfied with my whole experience. I live in Westchester and there are 3 or 4 BMW dealerships much closer to where I live but I will continue to come back to BMW of Hudson Valley because their customer service is second to none.Oh and I am loving my new car! Bought many cars in the past (Porsche, mercedes, ford, bmw) and by far the best buying experience I have ever had. To summarize the experience:1. Ernie the sales reps I dealt was absolutely the best sales person I have ever dealt with. I first communicated with him by phone and told him what I was looking for and we went through several options , prices, financing , incentives etc. We were communicating by phone,email,text and he was so informative and responsive. I had a lot of questions regarding the options and pricing etc and he was always so kind and generous with his time and would get me all the answers I needed immediately. But the greatest thing about Ernie was that he wasnt trying to sell me something aggressively with sales tactics. Instead it seemed he genuinely wanted to find me a car that I would be happy with at the right price and not just sell me anything. . And we went over together all the different types of options, the pros and cons, financing and leasing options, current incentives etc. I also had done some research prior on the car I wanted and knew Ernie was always legit in his information. Was so impressed with his transparency and honesty, we agreed upon a car and I put a deposit down and couple of days later signed the deal. Everything he said about the car, turned out to be 100% legit and there were absolutely no surprises. Ended up getting a great deal on an awesome car and cant be any happier. Was so happy with the experience , told the managers that Ernie is the best and if there was anything I could do to spread the word I would do so. I highly recommend given BMW of Hudson Valley a call and look for Ernie and just speak with him and let him know what you are looking for and start the conversation. Just to reiterate, Ernie is the best sales person I ever dealt with ever and its really because of his sincere/honest attitude, great information/knowledge, responsiveness and genuinely wanting me to be happy with a car. Cant be happier.2. Landers the finance manager I signed with was also awesome. He was kind, honest and transparent. I had a bunch of questions regarding financing under different scenarios and he was kind of enough to walk me through everything and show me numbers under all of sorts of different payment scenarios. He was very transparent and explained every line item with me and was very understanding and patient. He also provided great information regarding the maintenance and warranties and different types of additional coverage and explained everything and didnt pressure me into anything. Not once did I feel pressured or uncertain of the numbers or costs. Overall a great experience with Landers and he helped me get a great deal with the available BMW incentives.3. I did a lot of research online through the BMW website (nationwide an dealerships) , cargurus, carfax sites, and various online forums, and I can honestly say I got the best deal on the car I wanted. The prices I was dealing with on several options were the best in my research and I talked to and visited a lot of dealerships. BMW of Hudson Valley definitely is worth a call to start your search. Robert Larsen (Service Consultant of BMW of Hudson Valley ) helps put my mind at ease when I have to service my 2009 BMW.I just did a valve cover replacement with new ignition coils and plugs.They where generous enough to provide me (free of Charge) with a brand new 330i to use over the weekend as my car was being serviced..My 328i runs beautifully now and I am super pleased with their customer relations and top notch service technicians that give you a valuable complimentary car inspection on maintaining your bimmer.
In rating the service experience I recently had at Hudson Valley BMW, Id have to rate it as a 5 out of 5. The work was done well, my car was returned promptly, the attendants were very friendly (I actually enjoy talking with Joann and Tina), and the loaner I received was in good condition. While the work done on the car was good and I enjoy interacting with the staff, the service area is well maintained which added to a good service experience overall.
I was in for routine oil service with appointment yesterday for my X1.Service Rep Joey was excellent and helpful. She provided me with information on a few issues I was having with settings on blue tooth and GPS. When car was ready they brought it up for me and I drove away. 15 minutes after I left the parking lot I received a call from Joanne in service advising me to return the car because they saw some drops of oil in front of the service waiting area where my car was parked. Fortunately I was nearby parked at a shopping center, so I went out to bring the car back when i saw oil dripping from under the vehicle.I arrived at the service dept minutes later...Joanne was there to direct me into 1 of the bays where technician looked at the problem immediately.Turned out gasket from oil filter was damaged from manufacturer. It was replaced and was on my way in 20 minutes.Both Joey and Joanne showed me they care...and their professionalism makes me want to tell everyone how impressed I was with them.I also received a very nice swag for next service for the problem...which was not necessary, but greatly appreciated.Had they not been as detail oriented as they were in noticing the oil drip, I would have driven home, over 50 miles and who knows how much oil would have leaked before I detected it...Thanks for caring and being on top of everything there.
Well, I must say; I arrived at BMW HV early... The receptionist saw me waiting outside and waited to the last second of 8:00 to open the doors. Passive aggressive nonsense. Anyway, I was approached by Joanne and her protege, Althea; they handed me a Recommended Action Plan. She explained the outline for me and let me choose the options according to priority. Ive been coming here for 15yrs and 3 BMWs. However expensive, they have done right by me. I am an educated consumer and I would know, if they would try to over-charge my repairs or create false ones. Joanne is the NEW Service Manager: If BMW allows her to do her job with integrity and whats best for the customer this place will remain my go to BMW dealership. Thank you...

I have, over the years, owned many different cars and worked with many dealerships. Most dealerships forget you once you buy the car. BMW of the Hudson Valley is an extraordinary dealership. The sales staff is upfront and very knowledgeable. The service department has always been clear with what needs to be done and how long it will take. Anu Singh, General Sales Manager, is on top of what is going on and is always willing to step in and provide help, if needed. Just to share, Michael Bueti, a sales associate is also top notch. Makes buying a car very easy, never pushy. They are really interested in making positive relationships.I did read a very few not so stellar comments. I think that if you could turn seawater to gold, there would be someone who be worried about the loss of seawater. BMW of the Hudson Valley does a great job.
I didnt buy anything here, but I did look around and didnt find there showroom to be inviting. Some of the cars were locked and there wasnt much of a selection to choose from. Mostly 3 series with the same options....I am adding to my original review because I really like the fact that BMW of Hudson Valley reads their reviews and do their very best to ensure a great experience. I was contacted via email and phone by an associate. He was very inviting and offered test driving any BMW. Although I stand by my comments about their showroom and feel that all the cars should be unlocked, they make up for that with friendly, informed staff.
For years, I wanted a BMW. At the end of January 2016, I finally purchased one from a dealership in NJ. I bought a black 2015 328, luxury line. Beautiful car. Amazing ride. I absolutely love it. Two months later, my car was parked at a diner and another driver hopped two concrete parking dividers and crashed into the front of my vehicle.One headlight was broken, the grille was cracked, the bumper twisted, the fender bent, the paint chipped.At the scene, a spectator who saw it happen, clapped a hand on my shoulder and shook his head. I saw it happen. Awful thing. Thats a beautiful car.Well, at that moment, it was a severely damaged car — and I was devastated. To add insult to injury, my mother had recently died following a long illness, and I felt like the universe was kicking me when I was already down. Maybe it was just a car, but it was giving me some happiness, and now it was ruined.The moment my car and I arrived at BMW of the Hudson Valley, however, I knew everything was going to be okay. Randy Fowler put me at ease. She was instantly reassuring and calming. She promised she and her crew would restore my car to its beautiful condition.Randys years of experience informed everything she said. Shes seen all sorts of collision damage, and shes helped guide innumerable cars back to their previous glory. She has dealt with insurance companies, and she made the process very clear and easy for me to understand.During the two weeks it took to work on the car, Randy kept in constant communication with me. That two weeks included lag time for the insurance adjuster to evaluate my car ($4,000 damage) and delivery for parts that had to be ordered.I was itching to get my car back, but Randy reassured me that the work was progressing and that the car would be like new again.She was right.When I returned to the dealership yesterday, I was treated like royalty. I have been to several BMW dealerships during the past few months and while service has been great at each of them, BMW of the Hudson Valley sets the bar. They made me feel special, and when my car rolled out of the garage and into the warm sunshine, I felt very special indeed.My car looks even better than it did when I bought it in January. There is no sign of damage. The front end looks perfect. They had repainted where needed, and the car gleamed with a glorious brand-new shine.I smiled the whole hour-long ride home.I will definitely return to this dealership for service and to buy my next BMW. Im sure the sales team gets a lot of praise, but it is vital that Randy and her team get the recognition they deserve. Randy guided me through the process, kept me informed, and her technicians performed the work to a stellar degree. I was never kept waiting while at the dealership, and all members of the staff with whom I spoke were courteous and helpful. Two weeks ago, I was put at ease. They arranged for Enterprise to pick me up, and Randy even offered to help with the insurance company, if needed. I have only praise for this dealership and its staff.If I ever need any collision work on any BMW, I will head right back to Randy and her team. Friday 2-21-20 after work I went to my local BMW Dealership in Poughkeepsie. I went with the intention to purchase a 2015 5 series on the lot that I’ve been looking at online for a little while now. It was 19,500 before taxes with around 66k miles. I viewed the other cars on the lot and walked around for around 30 minutes. I was greeted by anyone or confronted by anyone in sales. I looked over at the building multiple times and still no one came out to help me with my purchase. So, eventually I walked up to the building and I sales woman acted as if she didn’t see me or was attempting to avoid me while I was approaching the door. When seeing me come inside, she acted as if she still attempted to ignore me. Regardless, I began to ask questions about the car she was very blah and pretty much speaking to me as if she wanted to end the conversation as quickly as possible. I asked her if she had prices on other bmws ranging from low to high and she told me “The prices are online”. So, after that I told her Thank You and left. Another salesman came up to me and asked if I was being helped. But, by then I was already disappointed with how I was being treated. I’m not sure if it’s because I had on work clothes or I didn’t look “wealthy”, but the point is treat everyone the same and don’t judge your customers. I brought cash with me and already notified my bank about the purchase I was going to make and you guys lost a customer..
The staff here are simply awesome. I think I get a warmer welcome walking into the BMW service center than I do at my local pub.I took my car in for a free wash and when I went to leave the service light came on; the car wanted the brake fluid service performed. The dealer was willing to perform the work right then and there, but as I had to leave we scheduled the service for the next day. I showed up for my appointment and they took the car on time and had the work done when the said they would with the car washed and vacuumed again.BMW of the Hudson Valley truly does offer the ultimate service for your ultimate driving machine.
BMW of the Hudson Valley is an amazing dealership with Fantastic staff! Laci, my Client Advisor was extremely helpful and made me feel at home upon arrival. She was very professional, knowledgeable, friendly and just an overall great person! Laci always went above and beyond for me. She even came in on her day off to make sure things were running smoothly and told me that I could contact her at any time! She made the whole process of buying a car easy-breezy!!! I ended up buying the 330i and couldn’t be happier! Laci even helped carry stuff from my old car into my new 330i. She is an All-Star!!!! Landers, the Finance Manager was excellent! He laid out all my options and made the whole paperwork process stress free! Landers is also very friendly, outgoing and a cool guy! Gabriela showed me how to use the car and all the features. She was really patient and took the time to make sure I knew everything. Gabriela was so nice! She even said I could come back whenever if I need help or have car questions. I could say that I was treated like gold here, but that is an understatement! I don’t know any other dealerships or businesses that treat people as well as BMW of the Hudson Valley!
VERY bad experience. Had a new sales rep. which was fine, if he knew what he was talking about. Bought a used BMW, and after purchased car I reminded him to give us the spare and chauffeur keys. He said they must be on a shelf somewhere and he would call in a few days. After chasing him for weeks, he said could not find them but we could buy an oem key for $30. At the point of sale, he never disclosed that there was only one key. Weeks later he said the oem key was a scam. We went into sales dept, and they were of no help at all. I spoke to anther sales rep, she apologized for experience, and then never followed up either! The first sales rep was no longer there, as he got fired for some reason. Bottom line, we now have to pay $400 for a key, and had to chase this BMW reps, for weeks. The manager said the emails did not point to he was getting us a key at no cost, so I got nothing. The emails were not the point, we were misinformed every step of the way. I had phone conversation after phone conversation with Matt. We did not know there was only one key, and no one followed up. They lost another sale because we were going to get another BMW. Very poor customer service, unhappy customer, will NOT Recommend, and no follow up from sales manager either.RESPONSE to sales MGR: I have called you, and I have sent several emails, after your reply here on google reviews. Since you never called me or emailed me back, I just gave up on you. Your reply to me on google, was purely for show to the public. Unreal that you ignored me again. I dont know how you can treat your customers like this.
I bought my car from this dealership 5 years ago and it was all good until service was needed. If not for the extreme lack of professionalism by the Service Manager I may have considered buying my new car from them. He is not one to take the customers side and will blatantly tell you when youre wrong, or he does not believe you. I have since bought a brand new BMW at another dealership and have not had one issue like I did at Hudson Valley. If possible, please look to other dealers, as you may not be appreciated as a customer by the service department here.
I purchased a 2016 Dodge Challenger Scat Pack for $36,000 from then in April. I drove five hours to them after making an appointment with David.After test driving the car and telling the salesperson that I was interested in purchasing it, he took my information and played the waiting game with me. He went on a test drive with another customer while I waited at least a half hour at this high top table for him to return to confirm my financing went through. Of course, when it was my turn once more, the numbers were higher than he estimated and of course I was not happy. I considered expressing my annoyance, but I liked my car and was looking forward to the 5 hour drive home.Fast forward to September. My car is making an odd noise and so I had it looked at by two separate shops. My drive shaft needs to be replaced. Both estimates are $1,400-$1,500. Nightmare scenario right? Im past the 3 month/3,000 mile lemon law period. But, this is one of the TOP BMW dealerships out there. They must be great at taking care of their customers. I mean, they all but guaranteed me that. I reached out to David again. He didnt even ask me what the problem was with the car. His automatic response was Gee, that was six months ago and outside the Lemon Law period. I can ask the shop manager what he thinks, but hes not in until Monday. Ill ask him and call you back. What is he going to ask the shop manager? He didnt even ask anything about what the repair was.Of course, while youre sitting there, under dressed compared to their entire suited staff, with a pen in your hand, signing your commitment to their financial success, theyre telling you how reliable and committed they are to being there for you after the purchase. They are not. They will simply take your $36,000 from you and cross their fingers that they dont hear from you again. I even tried working with them to split the cost of the repair. This was a big purchase. This used car was more expensive than what was on half their lot. Here they were with a great opportunity to work with a customer, with a reasonable request, but theyre going to sit on their hands and do nothing. Splitting the cost would have been nothing to them. Id have happily posted 5 star reviews all over the internet for such a show of customer support.
Hudson Valley BMW is a fantastic place! I have been fortunate enough to own three BMWs, all of which were leased/purchased at Hudson Valley. The process is always so easy and they take care of everything! I am always treated so nicely and fairly and would never consider going anywhere else! Ann Marie was wonderful, a true professional, and a pleasure to work with.
I scheduled an appointment(online which was a pleasure to do and easy to use) and got my car in for an oil change and tire rotation. I got an email and phone call advising me of some work that was recommended. The work they were calling about seemed necessary to keep my BMW 328xi the ultimate driving machine. I just purchased a brand new 2015 X5 from Micheal Bueti at BMW of the Hudson Valley. He was incredibly friendly,gave me too many test drives :-) , and held my hand through the process of waiting for my new car to be built .If I had any complaint, it would be that BMW Corporate doesnt have that accurate of a system to notify you of when your car will be delivered. The dates they suggest are not always right - and in my case were weeks off. Luckily, Michael warned me of this ahead of time and I was prepared for the delay.Pricing was pretty competitive as well and the genius who trained me to work with my new car was friendly and knowledgeable.
My family had the pleasure of working with David a couple of months ago. David was knowledgeable, attentive, and determined to provide the best service possible. He didnt have a car the met all our criteria, but within a day found exactly the color and equipment on an 2018 BMW X2.Two months later so happy with our first purchase, that we decided to stop by again and meet with David. We had a great experience working with Michael, Landers, and the team at BMW of Hudson Valley. From the beginning, they were helpful, knowledgeable and accommodating. Michael answered all of our questions and there was essentially zero haggling involved. It was a fun experience, which is not easily found when buying a car! Michael is a professional and very good at what he does, in addition to being just a good guy who was pleasant to talk to. Landers was also lovely to speak with, and overall we felt good through the whole thing and were able to pick out exactly the car we wanted without hassle. They even gave us a loaner vehicle for the night since we had some extra work to do in closing out the deal the following morning. Very kind and hospitable. First I would like to say, Shetara is an amazing representation of class, professionalism, and luxury client servicing. I would recommend anyone and everyone to go to her if you want to be treated with respect by a very knowledgeable person who listens to your needs/wants.Warning: long review. tldr; Shetara is amazing and we ended up buying the car SHE recommended, which was a better fit.That being said - I generically asked for a request on an X4 online. Shetara reached out to me by email then by phone. When I spoke with her, I wasnt really ready to look at a BMW (as I was car shopping other brands).Shetara reached out again after a week, very polite AND NOT PUSHY. I would like to stress that because other dealerships Ive went to were horrendous (5 calls a day from the same person for a week). I made an appointment to come see her for an X1 now, something more in my price range.My husband and I came in and met her in person. She explained everything in detail about the car and brought it right out to us without waiting. We ended up not being too keen on the X1, but the price was within our budget. She recommended an X3 loaner with less than 5k miles in the similar price range. Its a 2020 and looks brand new (not loaner-ish).Needless to say, we were sold. We bought the car the same day.THANK YOU SHETARA for listening to my needs and finding the best fit for me :)
Very disappointed, This is the Third vehicle we have either purchased or leased from this dealership and returned because of our experience in the past. That has now radically changed and unless my issue is rectified this will be the last. Sales practice has been deceptive and absolutely no follow up customer care from the salesperson. There was a stubbornness by our salesperson ( Ms. Melvin) and complete unwillingness to even attempt to resolve my issue. Was told I would get a phone call from the sales manager, never happened.10/23/18 wanted to post a follow up review. After hearing from and discussing the issue with Ms Singh , sales manager, I am pleased to report that my issue was resolved completely. There was no expense to me and I was provided a loaner. I commend the service staff for being prompt courteous and efficient . Thank you for you attentiveness and now quite satisfied. Good Job!
My wife and I have purchased two vehicles from BMW of the Hudson Valley, and both times Mike Bueti was our salesperson (by choice!). I recently had my third yearly service and inspection at this dealership and once again was extremely pleased with the entire experience...Convenience of scheduling, knowledge and professionalism of the service rep Joanne Holmes, ease of obtaining a loaner car, and the quality of the work performed. I also had some minor recall issues that had to be dealt with in the body shop, and Joanne handled the scheduling for this also. Also a big plus is that Joanne kept me notified on the progress of the work being done via text message multiple times.
I cant say enough great things about this bmw dealer. Not only were they extremely helpful in finding the right car for my son, but the service team does an impeccable job also. Andrew in sales made me feel at ease with the purchasing process of our car and he always returns calls and is very sensitive to a customers needs. After the purchase we brought the car in for a repair. Their diagnosis of the problem was spot on and they covered the cost of the repair which they did not have to do. Phil dolce did a great job and they pay attention to every detail. We received our car back in one day and it was spotless. Way to go bmw ! We cant thank you enough!
THE BEST BMW DEALERSHIP EVER. My wife just purchased her first BMW, an X2. John Robertson, the salesman, easily and quickly found her exactly the car she was looking for. Upon arriving at the dealership, we knew exactly the cost of everything, and spent an unbelievable amount of time with Parker, the genius, who showed her the ins and outs of the car in the garage showroom. Everyone at the dealership is the ultimate professional; from the salesperson, to Landers who handled finance, to Parker the genius, and of course the manager. Why would anyone go anywhere else when this dealership is at your door?? This is our fourth BMW from Hudson Valley BMW, and surely not the last.
I am experiencing a tough vehicle issue on a trip and I can easily say that Eric in the parts department is one of the best customer service people I have ever encountered. What a joy and has made all actions required easy and straightforward. Highly recommend based on Eric’s service alone!
My daughter and I went to BMW of the Hudson Valley on a Saturday to look for a used BMW X3 they didnt have anything in my price range but Shetara said if anything came in she would contact me. Shetara called me on Tuesday and said she that someone had come in with a 2008 X3 in my price range. I feel Shetara listened to what I wanted and worked hard at delivering it. She was friendly and very polite. She didnt make me feel like I was a second class citizen because I wasnt buying a higher priced car. She treated me with respect. I also feel she knew about the vehicle and answered all my questions. Everyone in the sales office were very pleasant and friendly. Marcus was willing to work with me on the price and I was VERY pleased with the final price!!! I had the vehicle a month and the breaks went on it. I called the service area and they were very quick to make me an appointment and because I had to work they brought me to and from my job. They fixed the problem and washed and cleaned the car. Which is a very nice service. My overall experience has been excellent and I would most certainly recommend BMW of the Hudson Valley to my family and friends.

David Kreines, my sales advisor, along with the entire team including GSM Anu, Manager Marcus, & Genius Advisor, Aaliyah Cottman were incredible. Everyone from greeters to the Finance Managers were extremely helpful, fair, & quick!In under an hour (I had a ton of questions) I was able to leave the dealership with an approval, terms, & the ability to own my first BMW X5Xdrive. I also went in seeking a 2016 leftover, & was able to leave with a brand new 2017 with every option I desire!I had never purchased a BMW before or any vehicle from this dealership prior, but they treated me as a repeat VIP customer from the start.I am grateful for this wonderful experience & I love my new car!Landers in Finance was wonderful! He helped me get the best deal possible & took the time to explain my options, breakdown all, & was very fair!
THE RAW TRUTH. For starters be prepared to pay $150 for the “Complimentary” diagnostic. The service department did not diagnose what was asked instead they tried to get me to spend $1050 on something that we both knew wouldn’t correct the problem I originally brought the car in for. The explanation was it needed to be done for a starting point to then try and pinpoint the problem. What a joke this service team is led by some guy named Dennis who talks in circles. Be cautious if you go there and be prepared to spend some serious coin. I hope if one person reads this and doesn’t have work done there than I have done my due diligence to inform the public of the unethical business model displayed here at BMW of the Hudson Valley. It is sad to know someone with limited knowledge will most definitely be taken advantage of by this service team. 7 OUT PAL!After this post a response from the sales manager was posted as you can see, stating to call and try to remedy the situation. I called several times with no answer and leaving a polite message to return my call without a response for the last 2 weeks. I’m assuming the initial response from the sales manager is an automated generic response to make it look good online. What a disgrace to the BMW company.
Both the sales and service department are excellent. They are obviously all about customer service. From the minute you arrive they treat you with respect and you are taken care of in a prompt courteous manner. I have been to other BMW dealers and have been ignored or given the brush off but at BMW of the Hudson Valley this is never the case. I would highly recommend.

Terrible car buying experience. Vehicle is going to get fixed for the same issue for the 5th time. After the 4th I’m told the dash lights are suppose to come on intermittently. Went for another opinion. There’s recalls and bulletins as another dealer showed me. Called to speak to sales manager. He was rude, disrespectful and basically laughed. Was told to bring it back to that dealership to be fixed. Really?! I bought a car off your lot had it for a few months and it’s been there 4 times to get fixed. Purchased for 25 grand and you’ll give me 16 grand for a trade. I only put 3000 miles on it and made a total of 4 payments. No I will not accept a trade in of 16 grand. I’ve never experienced such horrific customer service skills. I believe the lemon law of used cars, the bmw buyback, and the certified vehicle guarantee should be taught to their employees I understand some cars are hard to diagnose. To be treated and talked to the way I was.. no absolutely not acceptable on any level!! Mad no I’m not mad.. I actually appreciate the disrespectful and difficult people in my life. They teach me exactly who I never want to be! Go elsewhere
So I was in search of a slightly used Camaro ZL1 and I saw one on their website for a price that I could not pass up. I called and was placed in contact with Laci. Let me tell you!! Her service was fantastic! I live in Michigan and I had never done an out of state vehicle purchase before. She was very helpful and answered whatever questions that I had. She took a bunch of pics of the car for me since I did not see it in person (I didnt feel like driving 10 hours or flying down there). She also helped to setup the shipping of the car with a local company that ships cars. She was awesome. Laci even gave me text updates on weekends when she wasnt even working. I also worked with Landers on the financial side of things. He was also very helpful. Even though he was busy, he always made sure to respond to emails and phone calls within an hour or so. Doing an out of state purchase takes a little longer because documents have to be mailed out to the customer, signed and then mailed back. But Landers was very patient. I even slowed up the financing process because I didnt like the interest rates that I got. So I took a couple of days to shop around. But Landers and team told me to take my time. I received my car within a day of all of the paperwork being finalized. I definitely recommend this dealer and I will be keeping my eye on the site when I get my next vehicle.
Michael displays an outstanding demeanor, a keen listening habit and a thorough understanding of the process that any new buyer has to go through prior to making a major capital decision. He has obvious knowledge of customer needs and concerns, and handled my inquiries patiently, with measured responses borne from his deep experience. He is an astute observer and very willing to be engaged, treating any questions as worthy and not trying to undermine any observation. He took care not to commit to anything that he could not deliver, which I really appreciated. He followed up appropriately, resulting in the sale, although he is often busy with other matters. The experience from start to finish was pleasurable and not distracting from the customers requirements. He shared in the joy and pleasure of the driving experience with vehicles that are remarkably engineered. I drove up from Westchester for such an experience, and it was obvious I made the right choice. If delivery is an art-form, Michael lies at the top of my 35-year list of practitioners in this craft. Kudos all around.
The people at BMW of the Hudson’s Valley aim to please. They’ve always been very accommodating with loaner vehicles and delivering and picking up my vehicle when it comes time for service. Frankly the customer service at BMW of the Hudson Valley is one of the primary reasons I decided to stay with BMW as a whole.
I am from Long Island and have been leasing cars from BMW over the past 15 years. This was my first experience with the people at BMW of Hudson Valley and the experience was smooth and most efficient from the start. From dealing with Michael (thru Emily) onto Landers and then with Amanda the process was orderly and systematic. I would highly recommend BMW of Hudson Valley to anyone in the process of leasing or buying a car.
I met Michael about 2 years ago when I was reluctantly returning my 5th BMW since 04. At that time Michael learned that for various reasons I was not in the market for a replacement. He took whatever time I needed to answer questions about the lease end. I was impressed with his honesty and caring nature. I kept his contact information and reached out last month. He remembered me and the details of 2 years ago. He once again listened and within a week produced exactly what I was looking for. Your attention to details and prompt actions have me back in a BMW. The whole experience was easy from start to finish.
Brought my new X2 to have a back up camera malfunction fixed on the vehicle. Though I did not purchase the car here, the staff was very welcoming, accommodating, professional and down to earth. The job was done quickly and without any issues. Thank you Phil and the great staff at the service department.
This is the worst car dealer I have ever experienced. After agreeing with the sales department on price - they introduce a scam where you are sent to talk with someone from finance to finalize the deal and they try to make you buy extras and warranty extensions and coverage. The service department director Phil Dolce is disingenuous as are the advisors and shop foreman. They did not address issues over multiple years with my car and I had to get BMW to step in. BMW even stated the dealer is not reputable.
This dealer tries to hide as much information as possible and still get you to sign. I have asked several times for relevant prices and residual values for the lease of a car and nothing has come of it, including a refusal to print out an accurate quote with everything on it.If you want to try to negotiate a price, dont bother. The sales team is more concerned with a big commission than working to bring the car down to a reasonable price.They have wasted my time because I wasnt a sucker. Dont let them waste yours.
My check engine light went on in my 2013 BMW 328i w/x-drive. Due to my work schedule, I could not get the car to the dealership. My salesman met me at my Drs office to pick up my car and leave me with a loaner. The problem turned out to be minor and while they had my car they had received 2 new service bulletins/recalls which they took care of while my car was there. I got my car back the same day. Could not be more pleased with the prompt attention to my needs. When I returned to pick up my car, it was ready and just needed to wait a couple of minutes as it was receiving a complimentary wash while it was there. Fast, courteous and friendly service. They are really showing me that customer service is a main focus of their daily routine.

Routine ServiceI brought my car in for a routine service checkup, and the dealership treated me with extreme professionalism and courtesy. The checkup was completed on-time, and the car came back as clean as the day I bought it. I would recommend BMW of the Hudson Valley to all of my friends and family.
I recently had my car detailed at BMW of the Hudson Valley. As always, my car was meticulously detailed. I have had my car serviced at this location since they opened, and have always been very pleased with the service of these knowledgeable professionals. I return to this dealership because of the excellent service that is provided under the guidance of the Service Manager Phil Dolce.
BMW of Hudson Valley services both my M3 and X5 with first-class professionalism and with a family-like cordiality that makes every visit pleasant. Clearly customer treatment and satisfaction is as important as treating your vehicle with proficiency and skill. Simply stated: their service department is excellent.
BEWARE!!!!...I purchased a CPO car there back in June. They told me that they would include maintenance that would match the warranty as well as put new tires on the car for me. Recently, I found out that both of these statements were untrue. Even thought they wrote maintenance on the invoice order (I signed), sales receipt (I signed), and verbal told me, they never included in the final contract. In addition, I just brought my car in for service and they told me I need four new tires and there is no way they put new tires on for me back in June. This place is not only unethical but the Manager Anu will not return my emails or voicemails(5). My next step is to contact the Better Business Bureau. Just be careful folks. There are a lot of BMW dealerships, you do not have to go through this nightmare!
I made an appointment days prior to the expiration of my 4 year/50,000 mile warranty. My 535 BMW was checked in by Joanne Holmes and she had the vehicle checked from head to toe. I was given a loaner vehicle while the work was being completed. All of the service work was completed in a timely manner and the vehicle was returned after a washing in top condition. Thanks to everyone at BMW for their fine work.
Worst service experience EVER, brought our 2009 5 series in for a recall, they drained my battery and then tried to con me into buying a new one! When I complained to the service manager he literally told me Im done with you ! Want GREAT service for your BMW? I didnt find it here, I find it at Foreign Car Specialists in Poughkeepsie!

Andrew was working with us and made sure we were well informed on what the best options were when it came to leasing. He went out of his way to make it possible to take out our dream car. I left this car dealership very satisfied. If you’re thinking about taking out a BMW this is the place to go and make sure you ask for Andrew!

2022-01-25My family had a great experience with the help of Mick (client advisor), Ernest (finance manager), and Isaac (tech genius). I was put in touch with Mick who was friendly and easy to work with. I had a specific vehicle in mind that was hard to find and knew what I had asked for could not be guaranteed. I received a call shortly after that it was indeed set to be delivered to them was thrilled. Mick kept us informed on production and delivery and we were able to take our vehicle home the same day.Ernest was very transparent when it came to our financing and took the time to breakdown the costs. Being loyal BMW customers, he made the trade-in and transition process easy. He didn’t pressure us into buying additional services we didn’t need and was very knowledgeable on the specifics of each option.Isaac took the time to show and explain all the features in the car that we didn’t have in our previous model. He helped navigate me through the app and tailored the car to fit my preferences. We even took the car around the lot to test out all the driving features.We dont live close by, so to say it was worth the trip is an understatement. Our overall experience was pleasant and recommend going to BMW of Hudson Valley.

2022-04-23Came here for an alignment of my BMW this week, but once I left the parking lot it was apparent the steering wheel was off center. Had to come back to get it re-aligned.Very nice staff, but due to needing to come back, and still not having it done right, I have to knock off 3 stars.The technician rode with me to make sure I was happy with it. It did still slightly lean to the right, even the tech saw that, but I simply didn’t have time to wait another 2 hours for them to fix it.They did leave dirty gloves in my car, unfortunately. I asked for a coupon or something for the inconveniences since I live an hour away and had to come back, but they declined.

2022-02-21I was looking for a new BMW for the last six months, my local dealership was not able to find me what I was looking for or the price range I wanted to be in. I came across BMW Hudson Valley and called. I spoke with Andrew and he went out of his way to not only find me a vehicle I was looking for but got me in the car for the price I was looking for as well! I drove 3 hours each way, but it was totally worth it! I would highly recommend contacting Andrew if you are looking for a salesman to put you as a priority and take care of you!
