Great food no disappointments
Sent me Egg Drop Soup instead of Shrimp w Lobster Sauce and a very small portion of Sesame Noodles and dry, over cooked Fried Wontons.Called to ask for a replacement of the proper dish and was rudely informed by manager to take it up with Uber, as the order went through that service.The prices are higher than other take-outs nearby...will NEVER order anything from them again.
This place is the worst i called once they said 30 minutes i called after one hour still no food i called again it was two hour still no food never oder from here 👿👿 bobo kitchen is the worst

This place is terrible. The food did not smell or taste right. They said 30 min delivery, it took an hour and 40 minutes. The delivery driver demands a tip. They refuse to refund money and pretend not to understand english when a refund is requested for their terrible service. Dont waste your money, spend it at another chinese food place.

Used to be my favorite. Last few deliveries have been wrong for delivery. They forgot my pork rice rice this time. 2 hours and 4 people layer still no pork fried rice. Too bad I paid cash for order and tipped nicely.
Hit or miss they take the order but its eaither the way i ask or completly not what i wanted i always ask to nmake sure but they rush it sometimes, delivery guy is very nice tho
OMG this is the best resultant ever.I ordered last Friday I waited 20 min and got my food it was so goood!Yo see it was hot and there general tsk chicken is the bomb and wow there dumplings are so crispy and warm.This is totally the best Chinese place on Long Island the panda place is only decent.Hope you come it’s so so goood😃😆😄😄😀

Decent food at a decent price
I celebrated my PhD last night in this delicious restaurant. happy to tell that it was a superb evening and the venue was clearly the reason for the happy celebration. The crew helped in a splendid manner, the cuisine was very good and my friends were extremely overjoyed. We shall no dout come back again for more events. thanks very much.

2022-03-23Ive said it in the past and Ill say it again, Bobo is the best local spot for some really good cuisineI tried out of my comfort zone, menu items, and was amazed with the rich flavor and textures. 5/5 👏🏼def try something new when you eat here! You will not regret 😊

2022-06-27They have young teens working there that don’t wear hair nets or gloves. After COVID you think people would be precautious about the sanitary habits of their employees. Their attitude is horrible and the condition of the restaurant is poor. Their customer service sucks and the air has a funny smell to it like rat.

2021-02-28I am so in love with this place. The best on Long Island seriously. I am super picky but they meet all my needs. Tonight they even put a heart on my house mustard. Goes above and beyond for their customers. So thankful for you all. You can tell it is all made in love 💜

2019-09-22Terrible customer service!! They delivered my food to the wrong house and when the people told them it wasn’t their food they didn’t care and said well take care of it! So when I called to ask where my food was, they blamed the other people and said well they took your food!! And nothing was offered, no refund no new food. That’s not how you treat customers! Rude!
