Great experience here. Nick Quartermen was our salesmen and he was great the entire time. The entire experience of looking for a truck, finding one I liked, and than test driving it. Working out the trade ins, and cost was a breeze. Within 2 hours we were out the door. The dealership even worked with us on possibly delivering the car to another location, this was extremely benefical for us. I would absolutely purchase another car from this dealership.
I worked with Nick Quarterman in obtaining a 2022 Gladiator. Nick is very welcoming, takes as much time as needed to explain any questions and concerns. He made sure that the add-ons I had on my trade-in were removed and installed on my new Jeep. Id definitely work with Nick in the future.

Worst experience I have ever had. Since my first lease, my family had brought in 8 customers in 2 years. purchased a vehicle there last week. had issues with 3/4 tires. they had locking lug nuts on all 4 tires and didnt give me the key so i could get it looked at. when i brought it back, i explained the issues i had with the vehicle. They replaced the wrong two rotors and never bothered to check for the rattle underneath. when confronted about it, the service manager told me there are no issues what so ever and im hearing things. they told me nothing could be done. i havent even out gas in the vehicle yet. I havent even driven it 100 miles yet. my family and friends will never be back to this dealer.
Was a great dealership under old owners for vehicles and service but not anymore. Between myself and girlfriend was have purchased or leased 9 vehicles from them but not anymore. Service department is dishonest, girlfriend had a nail in the tire and since she had an inspection there I said to just have them plug it rather then doing it myself. They told her that the nail was in the sidewall and needed a new tire. The nail was not in the sidewall and could be easily plugged. Lucky she knew this and was easily fixed for $20 elsewhere. Obviously they thought here is a woman that doesnt know the difference and tried to make a quick sale.
Ann was polite until the papers were signed. Weve called several times but she wont even call back. We have a question so its not like we have several questions. Ill never buy from them again. I should have stayed with Vision but we were in Avon so thought wed try Genesee Valley. NEVER AGAIN!!

Extremely great service! From start to finish everyone was extremely pleasant and accommodating! Im not from the Genesee region but was up for the New Year and they were able to complete an arms length of service requests within a day and a half. This was well sooner than other estimates that I had received from other dealers. If i was more local I would make this dealer my primary place to get my Dodge Ram serviced!
I appreciate the dealerships community work by sponsoring the First Responders Day at Genesee Country Village and Museum, that is what brought me into the dealership 3 years ago. The people are all very nice and wanting to make sure you are happy and have a good experience. We have returned to buy all our Jeeps there. I would, and have, recommended friends to go there when looking for new vehicles.
I bought a 2016 Dodge Challenger on June 16.I test drove it,seemed good but just had to buy 2 front tires.and my dealership told me and its documentaries by them that car should have never passed inspection.I feel strongly I was soldan unsafe car thru my salesman Cliff. (Never bgot his last name.And also I just spent $900.00 on from front and rear brake pads& rotors ,.I feel this issue should have been fixed by them,and also Cliff also promised me a full tank of gas. Never got it. Im still waiting for the paint pool&license plate holder I was promised.If it wasnt for the car Ive been searching for, I would never have gone there.Theyre a division of BobJohnson ChevroltI would never recommend them to anyoneIll never do business with them again.
I had a wonderful buying experience at Gnesee Valley Chrysler Dodge Jeep, as a matter of fact the best buying experience Ive ever had. EJ and Jed were wonderful to deal with, and just plain good and decent people! I would recommend this car dealer to anyone who may be apprehensive about buying a new car at a dealership. The salesmen are not pushy at all and going there is not the typical experience that you would have elsewhere. Years ago, at another dealership, I had a salesman tell me, come on-buy the car, I need a sale more then I need blood itself. And another one wouldnt let me out the door without sayingyes. Well, not here! These guys are awesome. I will definitely go there to buy my next vehicle, and the next one too!

We just purchased our fourth vehicle from Genesee Valley (two vans and two Jeeps) and there is a reason why we keep coming back. They advertise that they are a No Nonsense dealership and its true. There are no games, no gimmicks, non high pressure tactics. Just simple, straight forward and honest salesmanship. Plus, weve always received a good deal, and a fair trade-in value. Its definitely worth the 20 minute drive south of the city. Highly recommended!
Service used to be great, but not anymore. I have tried 4 times to call for a service appointment. I called the service number and no one answers and the call goes dead, I have been transferred to the service department and no one answers, and I have tried to set it up on line and no one contacts me. I understand being busy, thats why I have called back at different times of the day. I dont know what has happened, but after 4 different days and times of the day calling, it gets frustrating.

ERIC THE OLD SERVICE MANAGER WAS A STRAIGHT SHOOTER WHEN IT CAME TO CUSTOMER SERVICE.HE EXPLAINED IN DETAIL WHAT WAS POSSIBLY NEEDED AND HE HAD A PERSONALITY THAT WAS TRUSTWORTHY. I RECENTLY TOOK MY JEEP IN FOR SERVICE ON A O2 SENSOR CODE AND 1500 DOLLARS LATER I STILL HAVE A O2 SENSOR CODE THE CHECK ENGINE LIGHT CAME BACK ON BEFORE I COULD LEAVE THE PARKING LOT. AND THE SERVICE MANAGERS SAYS WELL THERE IS NOTHING I CAN DO ABOUT IT TIL NEXT WEEK. THIS IS AFTER I PAID. HOW AM I TO EVER TRUST THAT. I WILL NOT EVER RECOMMEND THIS SHOP TO ANYONE NOR WILL I CONSIDER BUYING A NEW VEHICLE FROM THIS PLACE. THANKYOU!
I recently went to the Genesee Valley Chrysler Dodge Jeep Dealership in Avon and had amazing service! As soon as I walked in I was greeted by John and Kim and I easily felt welcome. I worked with John and he put me at ease and didn’t make me feel pressured when discussing my options for vehicles. He answered all of my questions and took the time to really discuss the car in depth. John and Kim were a pleasure to work with and got me in the 2019 Jeep Grand Cherokee that I have been wanting so badly! I would definitely recommend this dealership and their great staff! I plan to go back to them once my lease is up!
I could not have had a better experience. I was taken care of very promptly when I came in for a test drive, and was not pressured into making an instant decision. When I called Tony to say I was ready to buy and was coming in to sign the documents, he went one better and got the car ready for me to take that day, in just a few hours! Ive never experienced such prompt attention at an auto dealership. Tony answered all my questions, never tried to coerce me into anything, gave me his best price right up front, and got me way more than I expected on my trade. I could not have asked for more. Genesee Valley Chrysler Dodge Jeeps service department performs service the way it should be done.Starting with the Web based scheduling, they got it right by giving YOU the ability to schedule your preferred service appointment down to the 1/2 hour and it is confirmed immediately! When I arrived, I did not wait in a long line. Instead, I drove into the enclosed check in area and my adviser was ready and waiting for me. This service department uses the latest electronic technology to insure your are up to date on factory service recommendations allowing your adviser to actually advise you where required while still giving you complete control of what work is performed and why.I did not start at this dealership but after my last two visits, I wont leave because they do service right.
Very nice, professional, thorough and fast as well as informative on up coming maintenance on my vehicle. This is very helpful when living paycheck to paycheck and having to budget to cover maintenance expenses. Ive had a great experience time and time again. I will give this dealership two stars, but only because one person actually gave me the time of day when I reached out to them. I emailed the dealership because I was interested in a vehicle on their lot. Initially, someone was responsive to my emails and via phone. All of a sudden, after requesting further info on the vehicle, the communication stopped. I became frustrated and contacted another dealership. I sent the other dealership a link to the Genesee Valley website showing the exact vehicle I was interested in. The other dealership contacted me and told me the vehicle that I was interested in at Genesee Valley would be on their lot, later that day. Genesee Valley then sent me a message stating that the vehicle I was interested in had been sold. I went and bought the vehicle from the other dealership later that day. Genesee Valley could have had my business, had they been more responsive.
Once again Dom Genova and his incredible staff deliver. Ive got some serious driving on the horizon and Genesee Valley Motors went above and beyond to help me get a great used vehicle. Its more than just a price of a vehicle - they know the business so well - they helped me navigate financing and insurance so that I was in the best position. In the end I have a much safer vehicle as I drive back and forth to duty. The sales staff that worked with me were both military veterans - so they have a sound understanding of the unseen challenges military members face. Thanks Dom and your great staff!
I couldnt be more pleased with the staff and the service that is provided by Genesee Valley Chrysler Dodge and Jeep. They always go out of their way, to make you feel welcome and help you in any way that they can. I have a 2016 Jeep Cherokee Trail Hawk, that I bought from them and I couldnt be happier with it. I would recommend that you the next time you are shopping for a vehicle, to stop at Genesee Valley Chrysler Dodge and Jeep, to see what they have to offer. I know that Im glad that I did.
Our service was completed satisfactorily and within the time window given to us at drop-off. The dealer coupon we brought in didnt help us because we needed a synthetic oil change and the coupon only addressed synthetic blend oil changes. Really? Does it make that much of a difference? Do we have to scrutinize the fine print in order to benefit from your dealer coupons? We were first time customers and the inflexibility left us unimpressed.
I have purchased two vehicles from this dealer and both times have been a great experience. The salesman I dealt with both times is now gone but I have high hopes that the quality of service is still the same. And speaking of service their service center has always done a great job taking care of my car and Jeep.
I purchased a 2020 Ram 1500 Bighorn on 08/25/20. The first check engine light came on at 212 miles. It has come on 3 more times since then. The truck has less than 2500 miles on it. I got in contact with Chrysler before the light came on the fourth time. But after being at their service department for a month, the light didn’t come on for them so they told Chrysler it was fine and sure enough less than 24 hours after I got it back to my house the check engine light made its appearance for the 4th time. This dealership told me it wasn’t their problem, it was my problem and all I can do is contact Chrysler. Luckily Lemon Law exists and I hopefully will be hearing back from the New York State Attorney General soon.
I have been a customer since 1998 when I bought my first new car. I am currently on my 2nd car, which I bought from them, in 2010. Their good service is what allowed me to keep one car for 12 years and the the 2nd one for 9 years and counting.I really like that their sales people do not work on commission and are not pushy or annoying like other car dealers. They certainly want to put you in a new car, but they are not going to screw you over while doing it.Most of the time, I deal with the service department. They are professional, friendly, and very good at their jobs. one cant ask for much more than that.
My 2018 JL Wrangler Unlimited was due for its first oil change, and my husband took it for this service appointment, and he was extremely pleased with the entire experience. The job was completed in a timely manner, and everyone was professional, friendly and courteous. They also checked for a recall on the Jeep and determined that it was not necessary, because the welding had been done properly on my vehicle.
Excellent Experience working with Service Advisor Eric Thomas in the service department. He is very knowledgable of the work needed to be performed on my vehicle also providing a accurate time frame for the work to be completed. He also provided a through definition of the service that was completed. I have had 3 factory accessory upgrades done to my truck through this dealership and all were completed correctly and are working perfectly. Keep up the great work.
I had a wonderful experience with Genesee Valley. I worked with Tony Srye and hes an amazing sales rep! He did not pressure me into buying anything and he let me take my time. I liked the fact that he let me meet with him a couple different times to test drive and look at the different cars I was interested in. I had been to other dealerships where all they wanted me to do was sign right on the spot. I would definitely recommend and do recommend your dealership and Tony to anyone looking to buy a car.
This is our 7th car from this dealership. Very friendly and informative staff and if you want to be left alone to wander and look at the vehicles, they let you. When youre ready you can go inside and ask for more information or a test drive. They did not have the exact vehicle I wanted this time, but found us one from another dealer. I am very happy with my new Jeep.
We live in Hilton in an area that is saturated with car dealers on the Ridge. We wont go to any of them. Instead we drive to Avon so we can do business with Genesee Valley. Its worth it because of their excellent customer service and integrity. They make car shopping a positive experience! John was a huge help when I leased my first Jeep Cherokee. When my lease was up, he called me to let me know what to expect during the lease end. When I went in, his sales partner Chris, helped me find a new Jeep Compass Trail Hawk which I love. He made the whole process so easy and comfortable. I like how they work together as a team and the financial picture is open and easy to understand with no hidden fees or price gouging. I will never shop anywhere else for a vehicle.

Car trouble😣Couldnt get in until the following week. But then she quit, right there with flashing dashboard lights! I callled, Don answered, relieved my fears. Bald Hill (arranged by Don😘) towed us to Genesee Valley, and we picked her up the next afternoon. We have purchased 4 cars from here and always received excellent service. Worth the drive.
Recently I had the unfortunate experience of going to Advanced Auto to buy a new rear wiper replacement blade for my Jeep Renegade. While I was in the store looking for one the sales person offered to remove the one on my Jeep. In trying to do so he broke the entire black plastic arm. I asked him to just sell me the entire piece now and he said they dont sell them, or the small rubber replacement blade either. So why did he even bother trying to remove it? I drove to Genesee Valley Jeep in Avon, N.Y. and had to ordered one which only took two days. They did tell me that another Jeep dealer in Rochester had one in stock if I wanted to go there. Because of the professionalism and helpful staff at GV Jeep, Id rather wait the two days and get it through them, even though the other dealership is a half hour closer to my home. I returned two days later to Genesee Valley Jeep where they promptly installed it without charging me labor and I was soon on my way. If youre looking for a new or used vehicle, Genesee Valley Jeep is the one I recommend.

My experience was very good the service staff has been good to me. Eric the service writer listens to me about my problems and trys to have the same tech working on my jeep. Had an appointment for my truck on Thursday morning and truck wasn’t touched till Friday. To get back and forth to work I had to rent a car. Truck wasn’t fixed told to drive it till it gets worse. So I will have to rent a car again. I drive over 100 miles a day and also drive my 3 year old in my truck. Having a bad wheel bearing is dangerous. Mechanic said it’s one of my differentials. I know it’s the wheel bearing.Not happy to say the least
By far one of the best car buying experiences Ive ever seen. There is so much care and support from the staff theres a story I just have to share- the floor manager offered to personally pick me up and take me to work, then later pick me up from work and bring me back to the dealership- all because I had some logistics getting between me and my dream car.Would absolutely recommend and/or suggest to a friend.

No one likes to hear that they need work on their vehicle and that the cost is up there, but I know that the service techs at Genesee Valley Chrysler Dodge Jeep are looking out for me and my family when They spot a problem that needs to be taken care of. The service team is very friendly and courteous and always answer my concerns. They dont try to sell me something that I dont need. My vehicle was finished in the time promised. I like taking my cars and truck to this dealership for yearly maintenance because I know the work will be done right. I have never had a bad experience with this dealership whether it was in the sales department or in service. They are pleasure to work with.

Drove about an hour and 45 minutes to get our 16’ Ford Fusion and it was more than worth it! Steven Root was great and beyond easy to work with, he was as flexible as he could be and accomadating with out the cheesey salesman feel! They are genuine and authentic at Genesee Valley and I’m beyond excited about this beautiful Fusion Steven helped us find and get! Thanks so much guys! I’ll be referring any and everybody.

2022-02-19I recently totaled my car & needed a new one ASAP! i contacted Delaney Altidor and let him know my situation. The very next day he was able to see me & get me in my new ride! i briefly explained to him what i was looking for and he literally found a hidden gem! he was so kind and patient, even let me run and get lunch. he was very considerate and had the car nice & toasty considering the weather. i love how the car looks & the the price was even better. 2022-04-06Very disappointed. I purchased a brand new 2022 Jeep Wrangler 4xE I took delivery of the jeep on Wednesday night 3/30/22, Friday night I had a check engine light on, turtle light, red security light and then my car would not start, later that day i had 12 codes from the OBD reader! I reached out to Genesee Valley “sales rep” on Saturday 4/2/22 and was told to unhook my battery and hopefully my codes will reset..”Didn’t work” so unfortunately I had to wait till Monday after work to bring the jeep back there due to being closed on Sunday, the Jeep started” now it’s going to be a week or so till it’s supposedly fixed? I guess there is some kind of corrosion in a harness or something. Either way this jeep is not satisfactory standards and I don’t want it. the managers supposedly not there or available and I’m waiting for a GM to call me…I had a brand new car that properly worked for 2 days! I’m also going to reach out to jeep care in the mean time. I feel like I’m being stalled or avoided.

2022-02-28We had a great experience working with Delaney Altidor to lease our new Jeep Compass. We had some complications after we ordered a new car back in September due to the shipping and car building delays. Delaney took over from the salesperson we were working with back then and sorted through everything for us so quickly. We were so grateful for his persistence when we discovered there were some mix ups on rebate timing. He listened and responded professionally on every phone call, and stayed in touch throughout, even just to give us updates as soon as he had them. We live 30 minutes from the dealership and only had to go out once - to pick up our new car! Best of all, he was able to get what we were looking for - so rare these days!! We were very impressed and would definitely love to work with Delaney again the future.

2022-03-12I went in and was immediately greeted by Nick Quarterman. He was very professional. He went over everything in a professional matter and did not give me any BS. I was in a bad situation with my other car and other dealerships said there was no way but Nick said it was possible. Nick and Andy the financial Manager worked tremendously with several different banks to get me approved and not be in any more debt. Because of them I was able to get out of a front-wheel drive and into a four-wheel drive at the same payment. I recommend them 100% and you will not be sorry you went there.

I asked for details and photos of condition of underside of vehicle. Did not receive photos after asking twice and was told it was in good condition. An independent inspection found otherwise. I did not enjoy this encounter.

2022-05-12Was out of miles with 18 months to go on my Silverado lease. Josh Cosner not only helped me get out of it, he also got me equity to put down on another truck. When I found a truck I liked, he had it at the store same day for me to go over it. Smooth buying process because of Josh’s attention to detail.
