Went on a Monday and talked to a salesman about what I wanted and he took pictures of my trade in. He said he would get back to me Tuesday morning on what they could give for my trade in and work on getting a new truck. No phone call Tuesday so I call back Wednesday and he says he is so sorry he will get back to me first thing Thursday morning. Never called me back and bought a 56,000 dollar truck on Saturday from a dealership up the road from them,Would not recommend at all!

We recently bought our GMC Sierra from them. Unreal how unorganized and communication there is. I have done more calling insurance company, and the previous loan provider. I feel that i deserve a paycheck from them on that. The truck has a broken touch screen on it, that wasnt looked over before we drove it off lot. Now we have to drive an hour back to them from our home town to have it fixed. As if they had checked over truck before hand we wouldnt be missing work to have it fixed. Cant wait for what will come when we take truck back for screen problems.

We just purchased our new Acadia today and had such a great experience! Stan was so accommodating throughout the entire process. My experience here was great! I walked in, named my price/budget, and in less than 30 minutes Justin found me a vehicle that I am completely in love with & for a great price! He not only sold me a beautiful vehicle but his customer service was top notch! He was very friendly and helpful. He was also honest and efficient. The entire experience was great! FX Caprara Used car center is a great way to buy a used car. Jamie is our go to car representative and she is really customer focused. She listened to what we were looking for and wanting to spend. She helped us find the car we needed and we love the car. If you are looking for a used car call and ask for Jamie. She helped us to narrow down the kind of car we needed and we drove away with an awesome car. Everyone there made our shopping experience a very nice experience. They can also provide great financing if you want to make payments.

Justin was wonderful to work with. A good salesman that cares more about his customers than selling a car and works well under pressure. A very nice guy and I would recommend you ask for him anytime. We went to look at a car and got a better deal and a better car in the end. Our first trip to caprara dodge was a disaster but the used car lot was full of friendly amazing people. Bought a vehicle for almost 30k. They had a week to get it ready. I got there and it was filthy in and out. I sat around for hours waiting for tires to be changed. I wanted it washed to find tons of scratches and dents under the dirt. 6 dents to be exact! I was on my way out of town and they already switched my plates so I took the vehicle and was promised dents would be fixed and vehicle buffed. That same weekend I noticed a clunking in front right side of vehicle and my rear power seat wouldn’t work. I called my salesman Vinnie and was told to call service and make an appt. I was not helped and was never called back. Now that my warranty is out I am responsible to fix these issues myself. I live an hour and a half away. Also my detail appointment and dent removal appointment was cancelled. Was told the guy called in sick! I took the car to have the dents taken out and the scratches fixed on my dime! Still waiting to get my seat and clunking fixed 4 months later because my extended warranty paper is not legible and I’m waiting for a call back so I can GET A COPY OF THAT!!!! COME ON PEOPLE!!!!!

I recently bought a 2014 Dodge Ram 2500, trading in my 2011 Toyota FJ Cruiser. My salesman, Skyler Carr was wonderful. He was informative and helpful without being pushy. When the Dodge Ram came into the dealer inventory, there was only one key (one of the wonderful $200 fob style keys we get nowadays). Skyler called the previous owner of the Dodge, and was able to get the second key.An unfortunate issue happened on my second day of owning the Dodge, which was of no fault by the dealership: the windshield wipers failed. Without the slightest pushback or even discussion on who was paying for the repair, the dealership coordinated with FX Caprara Chrysler to have the vehicle serviced at their cost. When the issue became deeper than originally expected, without me even asking, the dealership gave me a free rental car for the 5 days it took (Wednesday afternoon to Monday morning) for the issue to be resolved.My hat is off to FX Caprara, both the Used Car Center and the Chrysler dealership, for their excellent service!
