I called on short notice as another company backed out on us last minute. Bobby and his team had me signed up and ready to go in 1 HR there service was great. They were on time and the staff was friendly and interacted with everyone!! Highly recommend them to any one.

I rented the adrenaline rush 4 obstacle course for my daughters 16th Birthday. It was dropped off and setup early. The older kids had a blast! The employees were real polite. I would definitely go thru them again for more family parties.

BEWARE!!! The contract you sign for drop offs under rules the 11th one down (Insurance:) states, Renter must have appropriate liability insurances in place for operation of the rented item.You will not find any insurance company that will carry you. One insurer said, I would go somewhere else if I were you. One said, “I personally just wouldnt have one if this is how they are operating. and another said the company of the inflatables need to put the customer on their insurance for a day. I was told that there isnt an insurance company that would insure anyone other than the owner. I think Bob knew this and didnt even tell me when I emailed him about it.When I questioned Bob about the liability all I got was proper personal supervision and that he has his own for his products and workers. Then after looking I told him that no one will insure the renter he then stated, well you can hire my staff for $37.50 an hour. HMMMMI called him out on this shadiness and he quickly claimed that this was not a bait and switch. Which I didnt even mention. **Curious** and again got the proper personal supervision speech as well as how his insurance allows customers to just supervise, Which contradicted everything he said again! It also came with a list of what you’re paying for when you hire his staff, including $25 for a bonus! “The empoyees” liability insurance, including the employees’ social security and disability. And an astonishing total compensation of $95!!So Basically, it comes down to this, he is shady! In the contract it states you have to get your own insurance and sign your name that you will, but he tells you just supervise. Let me warn you this before you fall for his flip flop wording…Bob was taken to court in June 2006 because a woman fell on a foam dance floor of his, she slipped and hit her head on the bottom and fractured many vertebrae. Her lawsuit gave her $180,000 from him. So, if you sign this contract and something like this accident or even a death of a child happens, you will be liable with NO INSURANCE. He is out for himself not his customer. Posted pictures of his contradictions.

Poor service.They gave my friend a shirt for beatboxing. I asked for a shirt, but they laughed at me because they didnt believe my name was bob. My friend gave me his shirt because he doesnt believe in material possessions. Would not recommend for party services.
