This used to be my go to store. Now its just best to order your items elsewhere like Wayfair and Overstock and Amazon. Yes its a hassle to put the items together yourself but after the headache Ive just had to deal with, its better. BOBS quality has gone way done, customer service is outsourced so the language makes it difficult. They charge for every thing even a box spring that should clearly come with the bed. Good luck people, but theres better options out there.
Horrible store they dont have anything on stock unless you want to wait 3 or 4 months. I ordered a bunch of furniture only to find out when they emailed my delivery itinerary only one item was available. I took delivery on the item canceled the rest. I waited in my car for the 3 hour window only to find out they didnt have my item in the truck it had to be rescheduled when I canceled which nobody told me until after. Stay away from place at all costs they are terrible and didnt even try to get my item the same or next day. Said I had to wait a whole week.
Purchased my sofa set from Bobs, and Im happy with the sofa, very nice, and everyone is enjoying it, and I get compliments from my family and friends, on how nice they are.I wouldve gave it a Five star review, but the only part I wasnt too happy about was the price, it did go up twice from when I first saw it, and they never put them on sale after that.
Bought dressers from them in 2019, 2 draws needed to be replaced since 2019. They sent me 2 sets of replacement which came in damaged and could not be used. I then had to wait over a year 2021 for a new set which were still damaged. The gentleman who came to put them together saw they were damaged and he didnt put one together right the draws wouldnt close.I showed him they were damaged, I asked him to let them know. He quickly left my house and called and told them he completed the job. I took pictures of the damaged draws after he left knowing something was up and went to the store where I was told they could do anything I had to go through my warranty who told me my warranty expired in 2019But I was trying to get draws replaced since 2019. Found out they no longer made my dressers they offered me a $250. Store credit to buy a new dresser but that means I would have mix match dressers. I told them I didnt want the money because that ment me coming out of my pocket with more money for two dressers could they do an even swap. To end this I wound up having to take all the damaged dresser draws and and make two replacement.
I ordered a sofa for my mom a while ago and we love it. I needed a new sofa and decided to order the same one for myself. Ordering from Bobs Furniture is a breeze. I called and spoke to Wayne who was very pleasant and friendly and made the entire process so easy. I would definitely order from Bobs Furniture again and recommend them.
Large displays of different categories of furniture.some beautiful area rugs as well. I actually found quality above R&F. Sales team very attentive and appeared knowledgeable. If You needed and asked for time to just sit and think about it, you were not bothered, pushed or pressured. They’re not “giving anything away” but prices were fair. All n all a good experience parting with your money. Recommend.
When I came to this location the first time Chad helped me pick the perfect dresser and mirror. I came back a couple months after and was happy to find him to help me with the matching chest of drawers. He’s very pleasant and thorough with his description of everything. Chad answers every question we have with a positive attitude
I was attended to by Erica at Bobs Furniture at Flatbush and Ave U across from Kings Plaza Brooklyn. She greeted us at the door and let us know of her availability on the floor. She was knowledgeable, courteous and friendly. Erica had a great sense of humor! She interacted with my woman very well, they were from the same country and her interpersonal sales skills were natural not forced. We came in store and had an idea of what we wanted to buy; she informed us of the quality and features of the furniture we selected and offered to show us the difference in quality and price along with availability. She was also training a sales clerk named Claud and managed to educate him while demonstrating how to interact with a customer and how to listen to their questions, thoughts and concerns. Excellent customer service I will come again to this location for future investments.

Run dont walk!Spend your money somewhere else. Absolutely terrible furniture. I purchased 2 couches both in the middle seat started peeling. Its like plastic not leather. Noone even sits in that seat in my home. I also purchased the warranty which is garbage they dont honor it at all! I also purchased the best mattress they had at the time. They say it comes with a 18 year warranty I believe. Which they dont honor that either, unless you pay for an additional warranty. LOL If you get a sweat mark its considered soiled. They will take your money not honor a thing. Give you a hard time during delivery. Your furniture will start breaking down within a year.
My experience with Simon was a good one. He was a new employee, but you couldnt tell. He was very professional and what he didnt know, he went the get the answers to the questions I had. What I bought was very reasonable in price....It wasnt my first time purchasing from Bobs and i would purchase again
This place made it super easy for me to get exactly what I needed. I went in with my dad to get new furniture for my apartment. My salesman was great and thorough and got us the perfect delivery date and very thorough. Made the entire process easy. Never tried to get us to get something we don’t need. He was super honest. Charles is the best.
Update:I had so many issues with the delivery guys, eventuallyI had to report them to BBB ( better business bureau )smhHaven’t received my couch yet but the customer service is on point! I previously ordered a set from another well known name brand store and I was waiting 20 weeks plus! With no contact, email, phone call, text, carrier pigeon.. nothing!! I had to constantly reach out to them to see what is the hold up?? I was always told another few weeks maybe and maybe we’ll call. MAYBE??!! I took my money back and went to Bob’s. After looking at other places and comparing, they had the style, color and price I liked. Ordered it and received a text, an email and a phone call the next day on expected 2 week delivery. Thanks BOB’S! 💜
Our experience with the Sales staff and management at this location has been top notch! Our Sales Associate Deana, has been fantastic with product knowledge, customer care and follow up. Manager Germaine, is a problem solver who will do all within his power to make sure customers have a happy outcome.The 4 star rating could have been 5 had the delivery process been a good one. We were extremely disappointed with a scheduled delivery that did not happen, on the day scheduled. Deana and Germaine made sure to get us rescheduled asap, but the initial delivery attempt left a bad impression of the Bobs experience. Fingers crossed that the 2nd attempt is successful and less stressful! Still waiting to receive our furniture so we shall see....
This was my first time visiting this particular chain of furniture stores and I was impressed. The service was great and the selection was varied. The salesperson was attentive but not overbearing and was able to answer all the questions asked of her. We ended up purchasing a sofa sectional, beautiful! Very happy with the experience! Oh, the only downside is that the delivery of our goods will take about a month. Not a deal breaker for us, so we wait!
I had a good showroom experience looking over the recliner chair I wanted to buy. Lisa Ramirez was helpful and friendly, but not pushy or hovering. She answered my many questions with patience and poise.I thought it over at home and then bought the chair on the website, using PayPal for simple safe paying. Easy, thorough online ordering process, with expected confirmations, and LIsa got credit for the sale. All paperwork was sent by email promptly, so I had a record of the purchase and delivery estimate. Perfect ongoing contact about delivery date and time. Totally well-coordinated transaction.Delivery guys were THE BEST. Polite, very careful carry-in and set up of the chair and they waited while I looked it over and made sure it was perfect and the recliner worked OK. They took every scrap of protective covering off and out of the house with them.The chair is fabulously comfortable and sturdy. Even nicer than the showroom model, of course.I will buy again at Bobs and look forward to enjoying the comfortable chair for a long time. Highly recommended based on my experience.

Also I must say the sales Rep Gilessa help me with order and walk me through it from beginning to the end. she was on point knew the product ask me if i had any concerns. Used to be a good place to buy furniture but they have went downhill. Don’t shop here unless you enjoy being disappointed. See below.I ordered a mattress in store & the salesperson said I would receive it on Thursday or Friday (the scheduled date.) After not getting a confirmation call, text, email, letter ANYTHING. I reached out to Bob’s customer service on Friday to get an update. After speaking with a customer service rep he told me it was originally scheduled to arrive on WEDNESDAY and my mattress was left off the truck. (Like I’m supposed to help them load up it up) So after wasting your money & time all they have to offer is a later date for delivery (Next week) & a $50 Refund. A GREAT SLAP IN THE FACE TO ANY CUSTOMER WHO SHOPS THERE. If you’re spending over $1000+ on a “quality” mattress shouldn’t you deserve quality service? Please. As a customer, shop elsewhere to avoid the hassle. Take your business somewhere else.Update 10/13/21: The Mattress finally came & I paid for their “white glove service” which according to their website is a FULL SEVICE DELIVERY (unpacking, assembly, trash removal, removing the old mattress). The delivery truck game and INSISTED it was a drop off service even after showing them the receipt where it was a white glove service. I’m disabled and live with senior citizens I had to set-up and remove the old mattress on my own after paying for a full service delivery. You could even see from their reply that they DO NOT CARE. Please as a paying customer take your hard earned money & shop else where. The back & forth, headaches, lack of communication & dishonesty led me to never come back to this horrible business.
DONT FALL FOR THE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!THEY PROMISE AND DONT DELIVER!!I did over a $10k shopping, I have manufacture defects that they wont fix, cuz it took me more than 3 days to notice it. I have unfinished furniture they never finished, and they wont finish it because it has passed there made up deadline,it took 6 months for all pieces to get delivered, they promised it 1 month, then they wont take back pieces that dont fit AS THEY PROMISED because it wasnt delivered on the same day.The marble furniture arent real, and very hard to clean, the woods are chipping and collapsing.Its a Shame that such a big chain store would act like SCAMMERS.
If i could give 0 stars I would. I wanted to exchange my 2nd couch with my goof warranty but i was told you can only do it 1x. AFTER THE FIRST EXCHANGE THE TECHNICIAN THAT CAME OVER ASKED MY WEIGHT STATING THE COUCH CAN HOLD UP TO 400 LBS. HOW INSULTING IS THAT ?????So im stuck with an uncomfortable couch thats falling apart from day 1. My mattress is defective and extremely uncomfortable . my wife and i wake up with sore hips and backs daily. Our dining table and chairs need a hex key to constantly tighten all the legs continously.I refuse to pay for this furniture. You can keep hitting my credit. ILL let everyone know there are other furniture stores that stand behind their customer satifaction. BUYER BEWARE
I am writing this review on behalf of my friend Joann whom recently purchased a couch from Bob’s Furniture for over $1,000+ (quite a rip-off). Two days before the scheduled delivery date, (Joann, an elderly woman with medical conditions) became ill and was admitted to the hospital after being brought via ambulance. At this point we contacted Bobs Furniture and informed them of Joanns circumstances and that she was in the hospital and not available to receive the delivery at this time. We asked Bobs to reschedule/postpone the delivery of the couch. However because Joann was still in the hospital we did not know when she would be released so we told Bob’s to hold the couch for a few more days (a fairly reasonable request) and we would call them back to schedule a different delivery date. 5 days later Joann was released from the hospital. After getting home Joann called Bobs Furniture to schedule the new delivery date however to Joann’s surprise Bobs Furniture informed her that they had sold her couch to someone else despite the fact that Joann had paid for the couch with CASH - IN FULL. Joann was outraged by Bobs Furniture as what they did was absolutely unacceptable and illegal. Under New York state law when you purchase something in FULL and have a receipt for it the item legally becomes YOUR PROPERTY. Therefore Bob’s Furniture illegally sold Joanns property to someone else. Joann later went back to Bobs Furniture and had to cause a ruckus In order to get a refund. Bobs Furniture then informed us that what they did was within “their policy.” Your policy does not give you the right to break the law and try to scam an elderly woman out of money she barely has, Bobs Furniture ought to be ashamed of themselves. Do not shop at Bobs Furniture as they will try to take advantage of elderly customers. Bob’s deserves 0 stars and NO customers.
The customer service associates (Erica C.) at the Flatbush location in Brooklyn NY was extremely nice and professional. She helped me with my choices and was very patient through out the process. I went to Bob’s store at 2520 Flatbush Ave , because I was trying to get something nice for my dining room space, but I didn’t have a idea what to get. And there a meet Ms Erica, OMG. She was so nice and very helpful. She helped me to find out the perfect dining room table set. She works there and has the best customer service and the most important part. She is very smart and sweet. Thanks Erica for made my experience and day so easy and beautiful. I recommended 100% to visit that place and ask for her.( Erica)
I purchased a loveseat and ottoman today, March 6,2021. A young gentleman helped us with our purchase. He was quite accommodating and very pleasant!! My partner asked many questions about size and comfort. He listened and answered every request.He suggested that we try the six month payment plan and we did!We are very satisfied with our experience today and will definitely come to Bob’s in the future!
I am writing today to log a complaint against your company. Items delivered today are damaged and poorly constructed. Drawers dont line up properly. Corners are damaged. Items were not taken out of box to verify conditions before drivers departed my location.Upon speaking with your customer care rep, I am utterly disgusted with your service. I was advised that I must wait for a repair tech to verify items irreparable. . During this time of Co-Vid disease, Im forced to allow a stranger into my home. Im being forced to contact my credit card provider to place a dispute on these charges. Im being forced to miss more work time without any compensation from your company. At this time the only satisfaction Bobs can guarantee is the complete removal of these defective items from my home and full IMMEDIATE refund of paid funds. I am also advising that a full B.B.B complaint as well as reporting this negative interaction to any business reviews websites.
Today Erica helped me and she was beyond amazing most of the items in my order was on back order she took most of her morning and mid afternoon to help me find exactly what it is that I wanted and fit my personality for my new apartment! I really appreciated her attention to detail, pricing and just all around great customer She went above and beyond to help me through all of my frustrations with a calm demeanor! I have been trying to speak with an associate for the past hour. Im just surprised at how bad/difficult/trying my experience has been with My Bobs Discount. My order was delivered at the wrong time, delivery time was changed 3 times in one day, the order itself was wrong upon delivery, and absolutely no help from the general help line (just constant waiting, transfers, and dropped calls).Edit: I appreciate the speed and the efficiency of the member who reached out to me. The issue in their system was resolved.
I don’t understand all the positive ratings unless they are fake. I beg you to never do business with Bobs. I wish I could give negative star ratings. We placed our order on March 8th and as of September 15th, YES 6 months, we still have not had our complete delivery. We have taken a total of 13 days off work trying to deal with this horrible company. Once again today I waited for a piece to be delivered and another no show. When I called about it, I am told the driver called but I did not answer. I did not receive a call. I will gladly show the call history to anyone at Bobs but getting anyone to call me back is impossible. Their agents offer money off when we complain but have never credited our account one cent. Please!!!! Go somewhere else for your furniture needs.
Going to Bobs Furniture store was quite interesting. We came across a beautiful sofa love seat brown leather. We wanted another color but it only came in brown. We walked to Raymour and Flanagan to see what they had to offer. Five minutes later we were on our way back to Bobs. Michael took care of us and we brought the chairs and table set. Ms. Erica (my sales person) was the right person I needed to get all the items I needed, not just what I wanted. She was friendly, easy to understand, and very cooperate to what I need it at that moment. Ms. Erica listen closely to what I was looking for, show me different items and told what it can do for me if I decided to buy it. Her friendly approach and attitude, kept my attention, I can into BOB’S just to buy a bed maybe for $700 or $800 dollar, but up sending more to the way she show me that I’m a hard working man and should think about investing in a good bed so I can continue to work hard for myself and family.I appreciate Ms. Erica work and would refer others to this establishment because it have very good cell representative like Miss Erica, plus BOB’S have Real good affordable furniture with an excellent financial planI
I had an unbelievably awesome experience! The salesman Daniel Otero made the whole shopping experience very comfortable and stress free. I was so nervous because I had no one with me to help with the decision making. You see I’m one of those shoppers who goes back and forth making decisions. But Daniel was so patient, professional and he is definitely a people person. Therefore, I felt at ease to make my final decision to purchase. He explained everything to me regarding delivery, care for the furniture, warranty, etc. If there were ten stars he would get them from me! If it were not for this professional, courteous young lady I would have been left on my own to navigate the technical nightmare known as the Goof Proof Division of Guardian Protection Products. To start with they sold me the wrong mattress platform that would not work with the furniture that I had chosen. They kept promising to replace the side and footboard with the one that would work with this adjustable platform but they kept sending the same wrong one. Finally a manager came on the phone and told me that they would not break up a set so I had to choose a different adjustable platform so I did. Now started the fun part they kept sending and delivering broken furniture every time the delivery guys came and open the boxes the furniture was cracked and broken. After about three attempts I had enough canceled the entire order but now Im stuck with a mattress and an adjustable platform
We had a great experience at Bobs today. Our sales associate was Syra. Technically, she is a sales person by her job title, but above all she is a beautiful human being. She was patient, knowledgeable, genuine, and didnt try to make us buy anything we didnt want to. She took the time to explain all the necessary details. Every store should have employees like her.
I had an amazing salesman by the name of Raphael he met me at the door shopped with us until we found everything we wanted. I am so happy I went into Bobs he is an amazing salesperson was with us over 3 hrs I definitely recommend this location to shop Perfect experience!! So happy with all my furniture ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Was great experience. We were greeted at the door immediately, Im a covid compliance lobby with temperature testing and social distancing. We were assigned our sales consultant Sheena. Sheena was honest, competent, knowledgeable and very friendly. She listened to my concerns and gave me honest answers and information about the items, I was interested in buying. She went over my payment options and I ended up applying and recieving a line of credit. She took the time to explain to goof proof and white glove delivery which I opted for both. Bob’s furniture has always been my go to furniture store. Upon arriving today to Bob’s were assigned Omar as our furniture specialist. He was exceptional, professional and extremely accommodating to what we were looking for. He was definitely able to replicate our living room vision. We will definitely be returning to Bob’s.
First time customer at Bobs Furniture, purchased a sofa and accent chair. Salesman was knowledgeable, friendly. Delivery of my couch was perfect, they kept and honored the delivery time, professionally assembled. Although my accent chair is on order, I must say I was pleased.
I felt comfortable with Chris immediately. He introduced himself, offered assistance if we needed it and let us look around. Didnt hound us. It didnt feel like we were dealing with a salesperson but rather a friendly guy helping us make a decision on a couch. He was knowledgeable about the products. My experience with Bobs furniture store was great as it was before. My salesperson Kevin was pleasant and his service was great. He was polite and not overbearing as some can be. He listened and gave me what I asked for. His manager Garret was nice as well. The delivery was prompt in fact they came a little earlier. They removed the old bed and assembled the new so quickly it was unbelievable. They were in and out of my house so fast, it was like they were never there. I would recommend Bobs to friends
I am very upset because the sales representative made it sound like the warranty you are buying, covers every thing. IT does not and they even refused to try fix my couch. The technician came in saw the problem took some pictures and left. I DO NOT LIKE TO BE LIED TO BY YOUR SALES REPRESENTATIVES . Never again buying from BOBS DECEITFUL Furniture and Mattress store.
Danny and Gavin at the Brooklyn store on Flatbush were so wonderful when we made a purchase a week ago that we came back for more this weekend. They really went out of their way to give us a great shopping experience... their friendly attitude felt more like a local shop than a national franchise. We are so impressed with Bobs and will be back again!
My family and I went to Bob’s on Flatbush Ave. and the service was excellent. We were helped by a Sales Associate named Kevin Hercules and he was phenomenal. He was patient, resourceful, and genuinely a kind and friendly gentleman. Kevin answered all questions and showed my family exactly what they were looking for. All the associates were very friendly. We will definitely be returning.
Terrible experience currently. My bed frame and headboard broke. I called BOBs to obtain a replacement. Service technician came to verify the issue and informed me that I was able to dispose of the broken bed since it was very uncomfortable to sleep on. Because the worker provided me with the wrong information I am unable to get my furniture. The supervisor Erick at customer care told me to get my bed from the garbage so that I can return it and get my new bed. The supervisor was unprofessional and disrespectful. The supervisor was actually down playing the company he work for. Very unprofessional. I am filing a complaint with everyone that i am able to. This is ridiculous.
KR our sales rep was wonderful! He was knowledgeable and knew his products. He didn’t just try to sell us whatever. I was disappointed in Bobs before after my previous purchase but decided to give them a second shot. After dealing with KR I will definitely continue my relationship with Bobs.
My buying experience at Bobs was fantastic!!! Anthony was extremely knowledgeable and a true professional. Always felt like I was in great hands and that he would take good care of us. It was great to get new furniture for my new place right before being locked in the house due to the virus. And cant wait till things return to normal so that I can get back to Bobs to see Anthony and finish furnishing my new place.
We walked in and were greeted by Omar. He was terrific. But we were great customers. Knowing pretty much what we wanted made his job alittle easier but he was very patient. I had a great phone experience ordering my outdoor furniture with Jessica from the Glendale location. She was so kind, personable and extremely helpful in making sure we got everything we needed. I bought a sectional from Bob’s furniture at the location 2520 Flatbush Ave, Brooklyn, NY 11234 in November 2016. Right after a year it started peeling off, there’s nail polish stain and there’s loss of foam. I decided since I have the protection plan for 5 years let me wait little longer since it’s not that bad. Now it is to the point where I can no longer use it anymore. I claimed with Goof Proof but they declined me saying those were manufacture issues so that I should speak to Bob’s customer care, even tho at the time of the purchase I was told the Good Proof protection would cover all the issues I have. I still called the customer care and they promised to get back to me in 2-3 business days but 18 days passed and they never reached out to me. So, I called them again and they said the store that I purchased my couch from should be able to help me. When I called the store and spoke to the manager he said I should call the customer care. After speaking to the customer care the 3rd time they are telling me my warranty is over and Goof Proof protection should cover for the damages I have. I am extremely disappointed at Bob’s and it’s protection plan. They are just scamming people with this protection plan and their products are also waste of money. I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND ANYONE TO GO TO ANY LOCATION AND TO NEVER PURCHASE THE PROTECTION PLAN. It’s just waste of money and they definitely don’t stand up to their words. I am worried for the other furnitures I bought from them. I would never set foot at Bob’s again.
Was pleased to find what I wanted however the store lacked follow up as to when item would be delivered. That type of customer service always leaves me skeptical. The texting feature for communication seem cool but its probably better if you just call the store. I tried to call the store several times and there is no answer. I still dont know when my delivery is scheduled to arrive. I used the text feature and still havent been contacted with the information.
Today was my first time buying furniture from Bobs (location near Kings Plaza, Brooklyn, NY). I didnt know what to expect during a pandemic and social distancing. I got there at around 6:15 pm and was out before closing time at 7 pm. There was a short wait outside the store and upon entry there was a voluntary temperature check and hand sanitizer. Chris was the representative I worked with and he was of utmost assistance in helping me choose a living room set and a bedroom set. I had an idea of what I wanted and he gave me details about each item. The transaction was quick even though what I originally wanted was not in stock. He quickly and thoroughly showed me similar items to what I wanted and within a few minutes I was able to pick a new bedroom set that was very similar to my initial choice. Hes very knowledgeable about the items sold, very quick with processing transactions, provides logical advice (Im no furniture expert so that was appreciated!), and provided details throughout every step of the transaction. I didnt expect for the process to be so smooth and so quick so Im glad I chose to go into the store and Im glad I was able to be assisted by Chris.
Christopher was absolutely amazing! This is my second time working with him and he always keeps my best interest at the forefront. He was very attentive to my needs and knew the furniture inside and out. Always reassuring when it came to making a decision and was very patient every step of the way. Would recommend him for all future purchases!
The Sales agent Erica was really helpful, patient and kind. She took the appropriate time to help us make the right decision when buying our new couch. To us it was very important because normally people like to rush customers into buying without taking the time to know if it was the right choice for the costumer. Erica explained to us all our choices with details and that was very helpful. We are really Thankful and pleased with the service rendered by Erica 😁
We were greeted by Sales Agent Diamond who was very amiable, courteous and extremely helpful. In all my years of buying furniture this was the very best experience ever! Very helpful, knowledgeable, and not pushy. She was like a good guiding friend explaining things to me when I had not quite gotten it. My very first experience at Bobs and for sure not the last. Wish I can only 0 🌟...they terrible customer service. Waited on a bedroom set for 3 months..delivery came in and the dresser was damaged...looks like it fell off the truck. The unprofessional drivers refused to take it back. So I called...waited 1 hour on the phone and literally told me I have to wait another 2 months for a replacement. So in other words stay with your damaged dresser until then. So Im looking at 5 months for a complete order...SMH!!! Then again what can you expect when you go to Bobs...high quality? Lol...guess not
I purchased a 6 piece Summit dining table, and a leg from one of the chairs was cracked beginning from the screw area. I called Bob’s Furniture in February to tell them I needed a new chair leg and willing to pay for it, but was told I had to wait a month (March 30th) for a tech. When tech came he came empty handed and just took 2 pictures of the cracked leg, left and told me to call Customer Service and they will let me know next step. I called and was told I have to pay $65.31 for a new chair leg (which I obviously did) although I could of bought a whole new chair with that charge, and know for a fact it was already cracked when their techs screwed in legs. I was then told delivery of chair leg will be sometime in July. Unbelievable! Bob’s Furniture Discount after all suits its’ name, but you still have to pay for that arm and LEG!

Sales specialist were very warming and inviting. They walked around with me and showed me different furnitures according to my budget and I was able to find a bedroom set that I loved. The process didn’t take long at all. Would definitely recommend this location to anyone looking for affordable furniture with great quality.

She was very helpful and had shown us a variety of bed frames and mattresses that met our criteria by explaining what the items had to offer including price, warranty etc. She also shared her opinion on what might or might not work within the room we want our furniture in. Erica did not fail to answer our questions with clarity and was very professional. Not only was she professional, Erica was also very outgoing and kind. I would definitely recommend my family members and friends to seek for her help. It was a pleasure having her help us .

He showed us the many options that were available and was detailed in explaining the prices. We went in and came out with a great bedroom set for our daughter. I will never purchase furniture from this place again. I purchased a chest drawer for my new born. After it was delivered I opened the box and the base or the chest was dammed. I called customer service they sent out a new one 2 weeks later and this time it was even worse the top area was damaged and the base board was lifting off. I’ll spend the extra money next time and go to Raymour and Flanigan’s.

I had an amazing informative experience at this Bobs furniture, not only was I given a warm welcome by the sales rep Erica she also helped me find the bedroom set I have been having my eyes set on. She clearly guided me through the process of financing and setting up delivery date for the furniture. What I appreciated most is that Erica was courteous and honest to me as well which allows me to build my trust. I am very proud to be a new customer to Bobs furniture and I will definitely be returning for future furnishing needs with Erica.
I purchased a dresser set from This location and they added good proof when I didn’t want it. Fast forward to a year later one of the drawers broke the track came off of the inside of the dresser. Honestly is a build error that THEIR people put together mind you. To be clear the drawer is the one which only holds SOCKS. I contacted the good proof and did all the steps and submitted photos. Apparently broken tracks isn’t covered under their policy. Even though the policy clearly states wood/dresser materials. I paid $700 for the set and it’s already broken. My my mom has furniture as old as me that still is perfectly fine that my father and her assembled. I just don’t get it! Side note this store has very polite staff but do not fall into the BS they call insurance on furniture

Just purchased a new living room set. I had very specific measurements and very picky taste. The sales associate KR was very nice took me all around measuring everything showing me anything that I may fit my living and and my taste. He was great great funny and super nice! I am very happy with my visit today and cant wait to get my new furniture!

She explained everything in full from features to price detail. Kr I had a wonderful shopping experience with KR he was knowledgeable and professional. I came in to buy a t.v stand and he explained to me payment options and I was approved. Due to my house that caught on fire I was able to get a living room set. KR set me up with a delivery date and asked me if I need anything and he was very patient and attentive. Gilessa was amazing even though I was super annoying with a thousand and one questions!! So thankful she helped me out. A year later and I am purchasing a couch. Let me say the customer service here is amazing. Charlie helped us out this time and made sure we left super happy.UPDATE:While there is good customer service at the store, unfortunately the company does not stand by their product so I would not buy here again. The couch we bought came apart and we have had it less than a year. The company refuses to stand by it and correct the issues so I have decided to never shop here again. This hurts those who work hard to make the customer happy in the store but unfortunately when the company does not stand by a product they sold you, a good review is not something I can stand by.
As a Bobs Customer I experience good Customer service.but Raphael top them all I came shopping with my niece and I experienced firsthand what a good sales person should be he explained everything very well. Break it down for her she end up buying everything here he have a great personality he was very patient with us i would recommend my friend to come and ask for Raphael I gave him 5 stars. And Im coming back with my husband to get the twilight mattress thats how good he was.
This is my second time getting something from this location and I must say it wasnt pleasant . After their sales associates messed up part of my order when I called to get it resolved I spoke to two people. One the manager ( Jessica ) I believe was very unprofessional!! Instead of trying to help fix the problem she didnt. Then there was another young lady named Sheena who heard the frustration and helped me the best way that she could. She resolved the problem and took my information so she can follow up. An employee like that deserves great acknowledgement for doing a great job. I am very thankful for the young lady that took her time and helped me .

2021-12-10Even this star is to much! My experience lately with Bobs was very excruciating! Almost everything in my house was bought from them and they use to help with everything that had a problem/brake or uncomfortable! Ive recommended them to all my friends. No more! Just had a tech leave my house. He inspected a few things and a second after he left everything that he said not OK turned out to be a normal ware and tare.... the pice in the picture fall out wail he opened the bed!!!!!!!

2022-06-27My experience at this location was amazing! Our representative was Didi & let me tell you, not once did we feel pressured into buying anything at all. Thats always huge for me when purchasing something, I hate to feel like someone is pushing me into something more pricey. We came in looking for a king sized bed frame & possibly a new mattress. After going over almost every king possibility, she also showed us a few on sale options. I really appreciated that because we actually loved one of those options. The discount on the bed frame allowed for us to buy one of their most expensive mattresses and its all arriving within a week. I definitely recommend going to see Didi at this location! I believe she also knows Spanish & French!

2022-02-28My experience at Bob’s and especially with Didi was top notch. While the world navigates supply change issues, Didi made my visit to Bob’s comfortable and enjoyable as she worked various forms of magic to find a couch in the style I really wanted that could be available this week. I visited four furniture stores before I made the purchase from Bob’s and had it not been for Didi’s hard work and charming personality, I might’ve gone home empty handed after hearing my first choice was on back order. Instead I have a beautiful alternative collection on the way and went home with a smile. Thank you Didi and Bob’s!

2022-03-26Worst Place Everrrr. I do not recommend. I purchased a bedroom set. And I didn’t even have the bedroom set for 90 days and the night stand broke… when I contacted them about it they said they could not fix it or replace it because it was not accidental and that because it happened during normal use they won’t help. My son was putting something in the draw and as he closed it the wood basically crumbled in his hand it was the craziest thing I’ve ever saw. And the fact that they would do absolutely nothing to help is even worse. I didn’t even have that set for 6 months and when I first got the set I didn’t touch it for a month because my mattress hadn’t been delivered yet. It’s ridiculous…why did I pay over $1,000 for something and couldn’t even get any help when there’s a warranty. I would not recommend this place at all . Once they get your money they don’t care about you after that

2022-03-08My shopping experience happened so quickly AND efficiently that though I asked the name of the courteous young woman who handled my request Ive--quite embarrassingly--forgotten it. Whomever has that information, please give a high-mark to her. She checked the SKU number I gave her, determined that there might be the product I wanted in the stores back room, asked an associate to check on it, and sure enough one was there. I was in and out of the store in less that 20 minutes.Ive had success with Bobs before, and so far am quite happy with the products Ive purchased.
