I went in with my family looking for a sofa, a dining table and also a coffee table. Miguel was absolutely amazing. He had so much patience with us as we looked around and decided on what we wanted to get. His outgoing personality really made us feel comfortable. He was excited to show us the many options Bob’s had for us. Very clean and stunning store. We are so happy with our purchase. We got everything we were looking for and that is all thanks to Miguel for his outstanding customer service and sales skills. We definitely recommend Miguel to be your next Bob’s sales person. Albert was incredibly helpful with my purchase of the Playful sectional couch. He helped me to get the discounted price that reflected on the floor model sign, when the system showed a slightly higher price. Bob’s gives a great option to place the purchase on hold if the item is out of stock, so you deserve your purchase on a line of credit with them and don’t make any payments until the item ships! After 7pm is a very nice quiet time to go and get immediate service.
I came in for a bedroom set and dining room set. Andrea assisted me with everything in a down to earth and professional manner. She was very friendly and enthusiastic even though I took time to make up my mind. I even went back the next day because I changed my mind however she was still pleasantly surprised to see me and assisted me with my purchase. Thanks Bobs for the great experience....please just make sure the coffee is hot even at the end of the day!...
We loved walking around Bobs trying to find the right sofa. Very friendly staff that were actually able to answer our questions and direct us to models we liked. They have some very compelling warranty offers that might make sense for you and they also do a fair amount of holiday discounting on top of already reasonable prices. If youre in the area, its worth a trip for sure.
Andrea the sales agent at Freeport store was very helpful and advised me exactly what was in stock and what would take some time depending on what type of furniture I was looking to buy. My only complaint is she did update my info from previous address, but when I spoke to sales office to complete the sale because Im in the end of purchasing a home and wanted ok from loan officer, so once I got the good to go, the lady Olga from sales office was in putting my old address when trying to out my credit card info in and was saying incomplete address. I told her what address you using she said old address I said I havent lived there in 4 years. An you just asked me where couch is being delivered to and I said my home address. Gave Olga my home address again transaction went through. I get receipt emailed to me the still have old home address as my info, now I explained twice to her why the hell would you be that lazy to not update my address to current and correct one? Hard to find good help

I am very happy with Bobs furniture in Freeport . His salesman Keith was very friendly, but he was also very helpful . He explained every configuration of the dining set I purchased . It had several options . He was not pushy and actually gave my daughter and I space to discuss the table and the price. Some sales people are high pressure . I will say 1 thing about the financing it is done through wells Fargo bank and they are SLOW at billing and will charge you $$$$$ if youre late on a payment or dont pay amount off quickly as per your agreement. So stay on top of your wells fargo account.
Purchased an electric recliner and warranty. Have been unable to get it fixed in over 4 months. Bobs sells you a warranty. Another company does the warranty. Another company does the repair. I’ve had to take off work 3 times so far and it is still not fixed. Save your money.
This was the best furniture shopping experience EVER.From the second we walked in our salesman,Miguel, was friendly,helpful,patient and very knowledgeable.He listened to what we needed and helped us pick the perfect items.I cannot say enough about him!We always shop at Bobs and will continue to do so
Miguel and Alicia from the Freeport store today were beyond a 5 star rating! They both went above and beyond to fix my order so that I can still get my living room set delivered on time after a very long and unfortunate problematic wait time due to lack of production and inventory. When i called the store I was at first so frustrated and annoyed because and basically ready to just cancel the order because I couldn’t believe after all this time I was being told something was missing from the order , however once Miguel and Alicia got on board they so calmly and happily without hesitation fixed my order and put me at ease! It was a pleasure dealing with Gregory, from the minute I walked in I felt at home. Olga has a great attitude and her hospitality is bar none!While Johnny is my go to at bobs, all in all everyone is really great!Hopefully I can get my new couches faster then expected!
I would give this Bob’s in Freeport zero stars but because of the sales associate Johnny I will not. Johnny is a true rockstar and deserves recognition for how great he is. From the moment my fiancé and I walked in Johnny was professional, polite and knowledgeable. He assisted us with all of our needs and set us up for the financing and that’s where everything went terrible. We planned to use our bobs credit card and the financing option which is credit acceptance. Using our Bob’s credit card was a quick and painless transaction with Johnny. When it came to financing I sat down with Robert from credit acceptance and he made me want to cancel my entire purchase. He is very unprofessional and lacks the knowledge of credit acceptance’s policies and procedures. When questioning the things he was saying his only answer was “that’s SOP” (store operating procedures). When I asked for documentation on the policies he could not provide me with any nor could he advise me on where to find them. He should not work in any customer service field. During our sit down he went out of his way to try and embarrass Johnny by yelling across the sales floor “we can’t do this and you know that.” As a previous customer service employee I know for a fact that this is not appropriate behavior in the workplace. Despite Robert’s attempt Johnny truly kept his professionalism and quickly rectified the situation. Robert was trying to overcharge my finance through credit acceptance, with no verifiable explanation for the charges. We ended up cancelling the living room set we were going to purchase because of the unbelievable behavior of Robert.
My wife and I recently moved to a new apartment and decided to head to Bobs to upgrade our furniture. Crystal greeted us as soon as we walked in the door and was an AMAZING resource to help us find everything we were looking for. We had a long list of items and wanted to take our time. Crystal was incredibly knowledgeable about what was available and showed us plenty of options to consider. She was also very patient while we flip-flopped back and forth over a few decisions. We could not be happier with the selection we ended on and we cant wait for everything to be delivered!
Had a great experience today with Miguel at Bob’s Discount Furniture. Miguel was very helpful, caring and patient with me during my visit at Bob’s. He even answered my call later that evening to help me change my order. It was an absolute pleasure working with everyone here! Even with the current state of the world, Bobs employees were exceptional with taking care of my needs. They were transparent about everything, and super friendly and helpful. Kevin was efficient in assisting me with finalizing my purchase, and Keisha was wonderful for assisting me in getting one of my items earlier than expected :). Highly recommended!
Paul was great. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. Whenever me and the Mr had a question he was a shout away listening out for our call. When we had questions about the couches and price points he was very helpful. Overall the store itself was clean, organized and had the most beautiful Koi fish pond in the front. I never seen that in any other bobs furniture store Ive been to. It was very tranquil and gave a nice touch to the store. Very eye catching when you walk in and I appreciate the gentleman stationed by the pond waiting to greet you and invite you to sanitize your hands. He also keep track of the visitors in the store due to social distancing and that made me comfortable to go in. I am thankful they are being responsible enough to do so, many stores wasnt doing it as far as Ive noticed while shopping various places the day I went. I will definitely come back. I had a terrible experience at another Bobs and I am now glad I did or I wouldnt have met Paul and got a chance to have a way better experience browsing. Thanks fully we got Paul card so when we are ready to buy next few days we know who to call to help us close out the sale.
I love bobs! It’s my go to for all of my furniture. Dave from the Freeport location was awesome! He was great from start to finish and patient with me as I decided on what furniture I was going with. He answered all my questions and made me feel confident in my purchase. I recommend anyone going to this location to ask for him and let him help you. You will not be disappointed!
Well let me just start off by saying. It doesnt take a lot to please me but a very little to annoy me. I couldnt be happier working with this particular location. I had been shopping around for this set all summer. Nobody had it. The Freeport location did. I called and I believe Adam answered the phone. He was so helpful and patient. He sent me pictures to make sure it was what I wanted. I get to the store after renting a truck for pick up and welcomed by Keith. Just a pleasure to work with. He said are you Candace. I got a good laugh. The store was expecting me like I was VIP. Then the manager comes out to further assist I believe his name is Kevin but I could be wrong. African American man well dressed and spoken. I couldnt believe I remembered him from the Farmingdale store. I had a bad experience when he worked at Farmingdale and he made it right by me. Im going to the store today to pick up yet another piece from the Freeport location. The store is clean and the customer service was top notch. In a society where good customer service is hard to come by The Freeport location goes up over and beyond. I have spent almost 10k within the last year and a half with Bobs. I always recommend my friends and family. It just goes to show good customer service will guarantee sales, sales and more sales.
Had a very positive experience with a phenomenal salesperson. He took us around and and waited patiently while we made our choices. He answered roughly a million questions and never once pressured us to spend money on anything. He was so helpful and he made it a super positive experience overall! I will definitely go back.
Black Friday 2021 on the hunt for a huge sectional - Keith Schumann in the Freeport location was amazing - we left bobs and went to 5 other places - but came back to Kieth for his amazing service and non- pressure approach - BTW every other sectional was double the price! thanks Bob!
Andrea was absolutely amazing!!! We’ve come to this location a few times and we have never felt so welcomed and enjoyed shopping for furniture! We were able to get everything we needed for our kids and our living room. She was so patient and honestly an extraordinary person. If we ever had to do this again, we would only do this with Andrea. Came in today and met Craig and he was so helpful and patient with my husband and I. He helped walk us through our decision on purchasing our new bedroom set.He explained everything from our warranty, delivery and even made me a delicious cup of coffee. It was such a great experience.Crystal the store manager also educated me on how to make a online claim. WARNING!Do not buy the black massage chair from Bobs!I did. I regret it.I made my purchase in February of 2019. I actually did not use it often.In April of 2021, the wand remote control stopped working. And thats where my trouble began.I was told I had to call customer service and order a new one. The replacement remote was going to cost $100. I paid via credit card and was told it would take approximately 6 weeks to be delivered.You can guess what happened, or rather what DIDNT happen.June came and went. No remote. No courtesy call, text or email from Bobs. I went to the Freeport store in early July. I was told the remote would arrive in approximately 2 weeks. I went back in August. I got a printout stating a new, updated arrival date of September 22.Well, today is the 24 of September. I made another trip to Bobs. I was told the remote would be sent tomorrow. Estimated delivery....you guessed it.Two weeks!At this point, Bobs can send a truck and take the chair out of my house. Cancel the remote. Send me the prorated value of the chair.I am so done with Bobs. Bobs gets a big BOO from me!
Craig was extremely insightful and made us feel like family. He was flexible with our preferences and very attentive with our budget and needs. He made our overall experience amazing and we wouldn’t go anywhere else for any home furnishing. Highly recommend them for their excellent customer service and exceptional kindness and understanding.
The staff at the Freeport location were wonderful! We were met by Miquel who was extremely helpful with all our questions. Then he introduced us to the manager Kevin and Michelle who helped us complete our transaction. Everyone explained everything to us and they were all very accommodating. I came into Bob’s in Freeport to shop for my first apartment. First of all, their covid prevention was on point. They take your temperature at the door, briefly asked about any exposure, and had hand sanitizer available. I was paired with Miguel and it was such a great experience. He was patient and spent a decent amount of time helping my father and I pick what worked best for me. I didn’t feel rushed and he gave great suggestions. He listened to all my concerns and questions. I walked out the store with my entire apartment furnished. It was so convenient. I’m so glad I went to this location.
Andrea was very helpful during the purchasing process of getting furniture. My boyfriend and I were looking to find out a delivery date for furniture we liked. She helped us every step of the way, answered all questions and most importantly she didnt pressure us into buying. She gave us the options as far as how we can go about payment, and left the decision up to us. She was very cool!

I had a wonderful experience with Miguel M. while looking for furniture for our new home. He was friendly, helpful and allowed me to take my time in the store. On my first visit, I found a great floor model accent chair, which Miguel so kindly helped carry out to my car. My second visit was to order couches for our living room, which was an easy experience. Miguel was helpful, informative and willing to give me the time needed to make the right decision. I highly recommend Miguel and we will definitely be returningwhen we need more items for our home!
I visited the store in the beginning of March,after visiting 2 other stores prior. Miguel. Assisted me from the time I walked in until the time I checked out. I had an idea of what I wanted but, was indecisive of which choice to make. I appreciate that Miguel didnt rush me, he was extremely patient, he listened, he suggested different options, he explained the pros and cons of my selections and even walked back and forth with me throughout the store to sit on different couches. Everyone at this location was pleasant. Overall it was a good experience. However, If you are considering buying something, double check the delivery time frame, due to COVID some items take longer than normal to be delivered.
Over the past 2 months I had a fraud scare regarding my bobs furniture account via Wells Fargo in the amount of 868.82. Between the wells Fargo team & The bobs furniture store team I spoke to at least 9 representatives. Each representative would send me back & forth between wells Fargo team & bobs furniture team. Noone could figure out what the 868.82 was all about. Finally....In a final attempt, i figured Id give it another try & reached out to bobs furniture store once more at the Freeport Long Island location. I spoke to Olga! I explained that I see an unauthorized charge on my account. Olga promised me shed look into it & get right back to me. Within less than 30mins. Olga investigated it, made a call, got back to me with a logical explanation. Case solved! What had been haunting me for nearly 2 months was resolved in less than 30mins. Olga took the time & carefully evaluated the situation & calmed my fears, frustration & anxiety. I wish I wouldve spoken to her the first time, it wouldve made my summer go more smoothly. Thank You Olga...Ill be asking for you going forward. Olga is a true example of demonstrating Great customer care. She was professional, efficient, and definitely effective 👌Great job Olga!
I had the best experience today at Bob’s and that was due to my salesperson, Patricia/Tish. Buying a queen size mattress might not seem complicated to some people but the choices we have today and details involved had me changing my mind at least four times. It would not be humanly possible for Tish to have been more patient, knowledgeable, helpful and professional while helping me make my decision. Whenever I need a future purchase at Bob’s, I will only want to be helped by Tish.

The team here was amazing. Rob answered all my questions about financing. Trish spent a significant amount of time with me even tho i was admitted i had no plans to purchase today. We went in without any expectation to purchase anything today and ended up leaving with a really lovely couch for our new apartment. Tish showed us around and was a major help! She was super friendly without being pushy at all, and we couldnt have asked for a more pleasant shopping experience with her. We worked with Paul today and he was the best kind of salesman. He introduced himself, showed us where to look for a living room set, let us find what we wanted and gently checked in with us without pressure. We took a long time to decide, but we never felt pressure from him—we were there for more than an hour!It was a pleasure to work with him and he made it easy to buy what we wanted. I was looking to purchase a new living room set and visited the Freeport store. Upon arrival I was greeted by man that wasnt so inviting, and gave us the judgmental you cant afford this store look, so I requested someone else. Andrea was friendly, patient, professional and honest. Many of the the workers facial expressions are questionable. Please ask for her if you ever visit this location. Continue to shine and keep up the GREAT work Andrea. PS. She cares about her clients.
I went there today in hopes to find a great living room set as a gift fir someone close to me and we sure did with the help of Jonny. I was fearful about some things like credit and how i would pay but he walked me through the process of payment and everything we needed to know. I ordered a tv stand in December 2020. In March 2021, having heard nothing, I called and was told it would not be ready until September. Although I, probably, should have looked for something else, but I wanted that piece. The delivery date moved to November. Today, 6 months after I ordered the piece, I was informed that it had been discontinued. I would never consider shopping here, again.
My fiancé and I came in for a mattress & bedroom set and were given great advice by Mike the sales associate. He was very upfront and honest about what would be the best fit for us and made the process very smooth for us. We will definitely be coming back for future furniture needs.

Associates told me that they would Install that the installers would Install a mattress protector good proof that will protect your mattress - installers come and say thats not their business. Only the mattress is. Then they wont give you a refund for the stupid protection

I went into the freeport store because I just purchased the cora love seat and sofa and I wanted to complete the set. When I walked into the there was nobody to great the customers as they do in the carle place store. I walked around the store for 20 minutes and the employees were so busy talking amongst themselves that they totally ignored me. I walked right past them and out the door. I was ready to purchase the coffee table and end tables and the chair that went with the cora set. I will go back to the carle place store where they actually care about there customers unlike the freeport store.
Me and my husband just had the greatest experience with Craig at bobs in Freeport,NY. He gave us the best service, we were just checking for today but he made us feel like the dining table was the perfect one for our house. We are extremely happy with our purchase thanks to Craig for making this process so fast and meaningful.
My experience at bobs was excellent. I did not feel pressured and Andrea was great. Left alone to look but would come by whenever we needed a question asked. I formation or her opinion. I do not usuallly like sales people. I feel they are pushy but Andrea let us look ask questions with no problems. If you can help to get our chairs sooner we would appreciate that. Thank you so much for having such a great customer orientated employee.
The service was amazing. Miguel was such an outstanding example of professionalism, the greeting was very warm as soon as I stepped inside. The manager is a super sweet woman and Robert is very professional and warm as well. The store setup is gorgeous and I love the lounge area for coffee and cookies. There is no doubt that any future furniture needs will come directly from them 😁
We came in just expecting to look around, then we met Tish! Her knowledge, expertise and patience allowed us to feel comfortable and well cared for. She was such a pleasure to work and in the future if we ever needed anything we would make sure to work with her again!
We were recommended to this Bobs store through a friend who had a great experience and we are very happy we took her advice. The store is so neat and spacious and it was a pleasure to browse through. We had the pleasure of dealing with the sales associate Tish!! She was so helpful and knowledgeable. I would recommend her and this location to anyone shopping for furniture.
Miguel Mena was very helpful, very kind and he actually cares about saving you money and not just about getting the sale. He was well informed about the furniture and the material, told us how long it would most likely last and even gave us a comparison on different furniture materials. He definitely improved my furniture shopping experience!
Very happy with the shopping experience. The selection was terrific and we received outstanding assistance from Miguel B.Update November 2020This company is a nightmare and should be avoided at all costs. My furniture did not arrive as scheduled, which I learned because I called. When I asked the poor customer service person why I hadnt been informed, I was told my order likely slipped through the cracks. I tried on six different occasions to speak with the store manager, but she was always busy with another customer. After numerous attempts to speak with someone on the phone, I resorted to sending the President of Bobs an email, which he simply passed on to their customer service department. I received a call from a customer service person and was unable to answer as I was in a work meeting. I called back 30 minutes later and my call went straight to voicemail, as it did the next ten times I called over the next several days. Ultimately we cancelled our order and I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. Bobs snarky required response accused me of not understanding the complexities of importing furniture. That is laughable since I work in the outdoor furniture business. Bobs completely fails to acknowledge that my issue was their absolute refusal to communicate with me, not the delay. This organization is rotten from the head down. My experience was with their store in Desert Ridge in Phoenix, but expect the same awful treatment at all their stores.
Did not expect things to go so smoothly, but Tish did a spectacular job of giving my girlfriend and myself all of the information we needed to get the couch we deserved! I would definitely recommended this exact store to a friend. Also ask for Tish, she is an outstanding salesperson!!! 100% my favortire furniture store in Long Island!
My experienced at bobs was great!Jonny helped my family and I the minute we walked into the store. He very patient,respectful and helpful. We took about two hours but he was completely patient and understand and explained every little detail. Thank you so much for all your help and patience.
I went in to Bobs looking to furnish my moms entire apartment and was helped by Paul. He was extremely patient and personable and helped us make her apartment come together seamlessly. We were looking for a lot of pieces of furniture and were able to get everything we were looking for. Albert and the Bobs staff were very diligent in greeting all guests coming through their doors. We were greeted and directed to the desired location of the store in a matter of seconds. Albert was very patient and laid back with my family and I. He allowed us to discuss amongst ourselves after sharing his knowledge on the product. Very nice customer service. Dave was quick to greet e when I entered the store & was very helpful & nice. The manager John was very nice & funny. The young woman Brittney in the Acceptance now department was friendly and explained everything to me for me to understand. Chantelle in the office was nice as well & picked a delivery date that worked with my schedule. I recommend this branch to anyone who is looking for great customer service.
Had an unexpected problem with our bed and went to Bobs Discount to look for a new mattress. Dave helped us out. He was extremely helpful, very informative and very patient. The entire time he helped us he had a smile on his face and not once did we feel rushed or unwanted there. He gave us his recommendation and turns out it was amazing because my husband and I are in love with our new bed. We will definitely return to Bobs Discount and ask for Dave for any future purchases for our home.The location was clean and spacious. The displays were neat and each had its own little space without any interference from other displays. A very comfortable place to shop. And the bathrooms were clean! Which is always a plus!

We came in for a living room set. Our salesperson Michael was extremely helpful and not pushy or overbearing in any way, which we appreciated. He was hospitable and offered us coffee and these brand new butter cookies they have which are brand new and delicious :) The whole experience was great from start to finish; highly recommend!!
Miguel M is very helpful and accommodating. I bought my wife a dining room & bar set, I was in and out within 10 to 15 minutes. When I came back 2 pay off the remaining balance, he knew exactly who I was even though its been 3 weeks since I first met him. For young guy he makes you feel very comfortable and at ease during your shopping experience. Highly recommended!
I visited the Freeport Bob’s on 11/15 to purchase a bedroom set for my mother. I was immediately greeted by Jonny O inquiring if I needed assistance. He proceeded to listen to what I needed and made recommendations accordingly. He wasn’t pushy, which I appreciated. I’ve visited other furniture stores and did not have a good experience at all. Jonny was efficient and knowledgeable. In the end he sold me the perfect set for my mother with all the bells and whistles. I left a very happy customer, so much so that I returned on 11/18 to look for furniture for my husband and myself. I specifically requested Jonny’s assistance and once again he did not disappoint. My husband and I came in literally 15 minutes till closing time. We weren’t rushed or told that we had to hurry. Jonny provided great service and was patient once again. We ended up leaving with a new bed set and sectional. I’ll highly recommend coming back to Freeport Bob’s and ask for Jonny. The service was phenomenal. And big shout out to the manager Kevin who was friendly and also helpful.
Great prices but horrible on delivery. They email you today with one time and then on the same day change the appointment. Then hurry you to get home as if they controlling your working hours. Then it’s a whole other issue to get them to return for set up. The whole delivery system is a mess
Customer service was excellent, went in store and was greeted by the store manager Nadira. Susan was our saleswoman she was extremely helpful and stayed with us every step of the way . She was available to answer all of our questions regarding dimensions and anything else we needed. She allowed us to feel everything out and to take our time. She assisted us with obtaining the delivery date of our choice as well as making the necessary changes required to fit our home. Best customer service to date. My wife Tiffany and I came in to really look and see what bedroom sets were available and what caught our eyes. Andrea(sales rep) showed us several options and even broke down to a science the benefits of different bedtops, protectors as well as the furniture finishes. Amazing experience buying a sleeper sectional. Craig was a amazing salesperson. Never pushed us to make a decision and explained the features of the sofa very well. Joan is an awesome manager and full of energy. I defentily feel like I made great decision of shopping here.
Great customer service. Marc was my salesman. He allowed us to make decisions based on our needs and preference and didn’t stop until we found what was best for us (we bought a sectional couch set and bed) and he wasn’t pushy at all, unlike other salesmen I’ve met which made our first time furniture shopping experience enjoyable. The store manager was great as well, but I don’t remember his name!
Went in and had the pleasure of dealing with Dave R. From his welcome upon arrival to the store to the presentation of the merchandise, this guy is a true professional!! Definitely was more concerned with us envisioning our future set up and loving it. He also took care of the financing which we got done in a breeze. Working in the automotive industry, I know how hard customer service CAN BE, but Dave never lost his patience with my wife and I and made sure we left HAPPY! I have purchased many pieces from Bobs mainly because of how you are treated. The sales people at Freeport are courteous. Keith and Sue made the choosing and ordering process less stressful. The manager John also came over and reviewed the whole order and options with me. The day of the delivery the gentleman were pleasant and worked quickly. They ensured they left everything in working condition, carted the packaging and cleaned up before they left.Overall another great experience.
Albert is an amazing salesman. Well verse in his work and the products he sells. I came in to spend $400 and the end result was me spending $1500. The managers Nadira and Godwin were also excellent! My experience at this store was nothing short of amazing. Mike P. Got me the best deals and they gave me a credit increase on the spot. Godwin the manager was super supportive of his workers and very helpful when there was an issue with my charge card. I got 2 sofas and a dining set for a reasonable price. Went in asking for specific weight capability. Salesman showed me a bunch, all of which he said fit my request. I made my purchase and left. Looking online later to show my wife, the specs did not meet my weight capability. I now will go back tomorrow to cancel the order. I hope that salesman is not there so he does not get commission on new one.

They didnt try to rush us when we were deciding what kind of furniture... it was a very pleasant shopping experience. The prices are very reasonable and quañity is good.

The manager that reviewed the sale helped to explain why I may want goof proof for 2 of the pieces. No pressure. 2022-05-17Our salesperson Andrea Bell said hello and introduced herself as we walked in. She gave us a layout of Bob’s Furniture in Freeport. She came to us when we were near the furniture we were interested in and gave more details about the Forte and it’s availability. She also told us about mattresses and other items available at the store. Andrea is very knowledgeable about financing options. Her manager Nadira also came by and said hello. Loved their customer service. Will definitely come back again.

2022-07-07I would like to acknowledge Kevin, the manager at bobs on Freeport, he is a true example of how to treat customers, my mother moved to a new location and ordered a bedroom set from bobs, well the time of delivery was mixed up and my elderly mother was not going to receive her furniture before she moved in, I call and expressed my concern, and Kevin navigated the situation with care and respect. My mother received her furniture on time. Kevin went above and beyond, true customer service! I hope he and his staff will get acknowledge in this matter!

2020-06-17Couldn’t visit the stores and needed furniture quickly so shopped online. The photos were very detailed and representative of everything I was interested in. I purchased a bedroom and living room without every having seen in person and was extremely happy with the results. The many online reviews were also helpful and reassuring that buying online worked. The delivery process was also very positive. The prices can’t be beat and you ll likely get more then you expected too
