After purchasing the Panthar set ( 2020)from Bobs and sales associate Christin O. We went back to purchase our Fusion Bedroom set(Nov.2021).We went back again on 4/14/22 to puchase another piece if furniture for one of our bedrooms. We have only purchased from Bobs Discount Furniture since 2020.We have never had never seen such caring sales associates as the ones ar this store. ChristinO. and Store Manager Emily M. go the extra mile for their customers! True customer service...We will be returning there again in the near future to finish replacing all our furniture in our home.Thank you again Christin O. and Emily M!
So I googled nice furniture stores in my area, and Bobs popped up so I went to their website and I was instantly in love with what I saw so I decided to actually go to the store in person. The minute I walked in I was greeted by a wonderful sales associate named Christin O who assisted me with what I was looking for, I was blown away at how amazing the store looked and how beautiful the furniture was, however it was a little pricy so I figured I would just browse. Thats when Christin helped me apply for a loan and I was approved just like that. Moral of the story is the store is wonderful, and I was able to get exactly what I wanted. I would recommend bobs 100 times over!!!!
We walked into Bob’s looking for a new bedroom set and mattress and we found it all! beautiful furniture and great deals! Keith was a great help and answered any questions that we had ! we also found a new bedroom set for our son ! great experience, and we will be back in the future !
Bobs is a very nice place with friendly staff who explain everything to you. Great selection of furniture, beds, tables, paintings, lamps etc.Nice quality merchandise, also offer a 5 year warranty on pretty much anything that could go wrong stains, rips, breakage. What is good they have bundles if u want a loveseat and couch, couch chair and ottoman. Then the icing on the cake is they have coffee, ice cream, candy for the kids or even the adults!! They do offer financing they call it BOBS MONEY!! How clever!! Lol…..Believe me if you are looking for a awesome staff and nice furniture THIS IS THE PLACE TO GO!!!
Went into Bob’s looking for a new Living Room set and was helped by Connie in the Latham Store. Connie was so helpful and professional and helped us to find exactly what we were looking for. We will definitely be back in the future for any furniture needs we are looking for.
The issues with the furniture and the customer care/physical store run around are absurd. Getting faulty furniture that was damaged within 2 weeks, & them told one thing to help and it’s literally not able to happen because that’s “against policy” is a scam. Overpriced & underhelped. Never again, also goof proof is a joke and the goof proof “damage assess” person told us that out of his own mouth.
This was a great experience I was able to get approved before I went down to the store for credit and get what I wanted and needed. They also have an online AR so that you can place the furniture in your house to see what it looks like. The woman that I will speak to and only speak to really her name is Eliana and I love the purple in her hair my favorite color!! It was good to meet someone who could relate to me! She was very knowledgeable and didnt have to follow me around the store the whole time I was there which was always a pleasure my suggestion go see her.
Stopped by to see if I could get a new coffee table and 2 end tables for reasonable prices without too much delay. The selection here is excellent, very attractive pieces at very competitive prices for good quality furniture. Staff were very helpful and friendly, and the furniture will be available for pickup (which I requested) in a matter of days. This will be our first stop if we need any other furniture in the future.
If you have never been to a Bobs, like we hadn’t, you are definitely not expecting to walk into so many options, beverages, candy and ice cream to snack on and enjoy while you shop! Our salesman was Keith and he was very knowledgeable and not pushy at all but was readily available when we needed him to make our final decision or had questions. He gave us time to shop, discuss, and think on our owns without hovering. We have already told some friends and family about our Bobs experience and how much we enjoyed being new home owners shopping at Bob’s for furniture and basically feeling welcome! We were able to sit on or try out any beds, sectionals, chairs we wanted without feeling like a bother! Overall a great and easy experience. And we spent about 2 hours shopping and finalizing a decision!
We had a great experience at Bob’s. Highly recommend checking them out. Good selection, great prices, and wonderful customer service. The sales associate Christin was a delight! We appreciated her energy and insight. She was patient and allowed us to make our decision at our own pace. They have a helpful financing plan with 0% 12 months after purchasing furniture over $1299. The snacks in the back were a fun bonus!
I have a good couch from here i have had it over a year no issues at all. Just got a new bed- haven’t used yet. But i will say- i hate coming in to the store. I can’t look around without multiple workers coming up to me. I told a worker that i was browsing and she still came up to me within 10 min of telling her that and followed me around. It’s highly annoying.
My husband and I could not be happier with our experience shopping at Bob’s! The sales associates did not overwhelm or stalk us around the store which is truly appreciated after experiencing that all day at other stores. When we did finally have questions and made a purchase the sales associate, Christin O, was very knowledgeable and explained all of our options and made sure we understood. She was absolutely amazing and truly made the experience just so much more fun and exciting!
DO NOT SHOP HERE! This place is a SCAM. Not only did they lose an over $400 payment we made, but they lied to our faces about the price. What we bought was a little over $1700, They are charging us OVER $3000 now and I spoke with the manager who was extremely unhelpful like all of the employees.
Just spoke with Roger Livingston , who advised me that he was thst stores manager and what a rude unprofessionall and unpleasant person was he ! Idol not think Mr. Livingston has the personality to manage as his phone call was allready addressed had he inquired with his staff !
To begin, our furniture still not 100%. We are still having issues with a door and some of the drawers. We spent thousands of dollars here on a bedroom set, Bobopedic mattress with a bed set. The bed was put together initially without washers and lock washers. This means that its going to fall apart with movement over time. So in the 1st call back they came and fixed the bed. They were also supposed to bring us to new tall gentlemans closets that we purchased that were scratched and the wood work in the doors were pinching. You could see where they tried to repair the scratches and damages to the gentlemans closets and even handles were falling off in my hand breaking in half. When they came for the 2nd call back they only brought one chest and that was damaged so we sent that back to the manufacturer. The 3rd time they came out they finally had to gentlemans closets that minor scratching and one of the doors is still not sliding properly and couple the doors are still a little bit sticky. The movers that brought out the materials are more than fine on the 2nd the 3rd deliveries. The initial delivers, didnt even speak English. When I explained to them that they needed to level the bed so that it wouldnt fluctuate throughout the bed they just stared at me like I was the idiot. So then I had to take the bed apart, level it, and put it together again. I tried calling their 800 numbers for help on this and the weight is astronomical more than an hour. In the midst of the weight I tried contacting my salesmen, and he only referred me to the 800 number was not helpful what so ever. Ive message them that through the website, and have yet to hear anything back from the company. I even tried using their chat feature and they said there was nothing they could help me with that I needed to call the 800 number. This is one of the worst places Ive ever purchased furniture from, and after spending my hard earned money without any follow up from the company is appalling. Be very wary the an inexpensive price does come at a cost and its your furniture that pays the price. Not happy with service and purchase..Filled out the information given below from the Bobs discount furniture (owner), and am awaiting a response..Update: was contacted by a Bobs rep, and a independant rep came to view the furniture. It is damaged and unrepairable. Now I am on my 4th call out for replacement pieces, plus the independent rep. That is 5 weekends waiting on a 4 hour possible window for them to arrive. Contacted the rep, who said they would help out and make sure we had everything we needed and to our satisfaction, he will not return any of our phone calls. This business has to worst customer service I have experienced with any company I have ever had to deal with..Latest update from today... my fifth attempt to deliver and intact piece, yep, it was damaged. The gentlemans closet had a 4 gouge out of the back of it. I didnt let the movers finish unpacking it. Told them to take it away. I am done. Will be contacting this company (again) and giving them a huge piece of my mind..Update: Waiting for my 7th attempt to deliver an undamaged gentlemans chest. We have also had an independent inspector determine that our furniture is in fact damaged. This is my final last ditch effort in having this company to finally deliver goods in tact. If these piece and not 100% to satisfaction, we will probably have to return it all and seek our furniture needs elsewhere.
They must have a new supplier for the cookies, because the wrapping is different and they’re even softer now. The ice cream is okay, it’s nostalgic and simple. I got the chocolate ice cream the last time I came. The sugar cookies were definitely my favorite - over the chocolate chunk cookies. I don’t usually partake in the hard candies. I’d give the atmosphere a 4/5 but because of the water cooler, I will keep the 5 star rating. In the future, some cushions on the wire chairs would be a nice touch. Overall, very impressed and satisfied by the snacks here.Today, I put the chocolate ice cream on a sugar cookie. Delicious
Already had a couch in mind from Bobs website and convenient app. Very no-pressure experience in this store, the salespeople really just wanted to answer my questions and left us to browse in peace as soon as my questions were answered. Once I was ready to make a purchase the salesman (Ralph, great guy!) was extremely helpful and processed the transaction quickly and efficiently. We plan to buy more furniture at Bobs.
The sales person was extremely professional. Explained everything in detail and was very helpful and knowledgeable. He never pushed the sale or any other stuff on me and my wife. Even when we kept asking a ton of questions which could have been annoying. He kept his composure and we had some laughs. Will definitely go back when purchasing anything else.
I had a fantastic experience at the Latham Bob’s location! The sales person that helped us, Tony, was just the right amount of helpful without being overbearing. We found the exact sofa we had been wanting for our living room. To top it all off, delivery was supposed to be in November, but we were pleasantly surprised that our pieces came in early and were delivered today! Delivery was seamless. And the couch is awesome! The experience I had at Bobs was nothing less than horrible. At first they told me 4 to 5 days delivery which turned out to be 4 to 6 weeks and then there was no promise after finally getting our table it was totally substandard with the materials that it was used to be made and they overcharged me on my goof proof I strongly recommend going somewhere else
I feel like I’m in the never ending saga with this sofa. I bought a love seat two years ago and paid extra for the goof proof protection. Only for them to take 3 weeks to make a decision to deny the claim. I had to refile the claim. I’ve talked to so many people to try and get this resolved. I’ve been hung up on twice. I’ve had my phone call transferred to other departments. The repair person who came to the house was very polite. NO ONE informed me that I’d be paying $86 for him just to show up. No one explained the process the same way. I was under the impression that the repair would be $86 because no one told me otherwise. He let me know that someone would be calling me from the Bobs office to order the parts to fix it and no one ever did. I had to call to find out it’s repair cost is almost $240! When I bought the couch, the sales person was wonderful however with the customer service I’ve had to deal with over the past three weeks, I won’t ever buy a piece of furniture from Bob’s again after this.
I came into Bob’s Furniture in Latham, NY, to look at bedframes. I was greeted by an associate Keith upon entry. Keith was extremely helpful but patient and not pushy at all. After about an hour of me looking and continually grabbing him for questions and help. I walked away with a complete bedroom set! I spoke with Bryan, the manager, just everyone there was friendly and excellent. I recommed Bob’s Furniture to everyone! I had never been and wanted to see, and im so happy I did. I will continue business there.
I cant say enough on what a pleasant experience it was to visit Bobs Furniture. Connie Rizzo Valenti approached to help me and she couldnt be a nicer person. I knew what I wanted, and she knew right where it was. We chatted while she helped me, and had my payment approval done in less than 10 minutes. Shes very personable. I feel like Ive made a new friend. The store is very nicely laid out, and you can view so much without walls and obstacles. If youre looking for new furniture, make Bobs your first stop. Itll probably be your only stop!
Keith was the first person I saw. He came over and I asked a few questions regarding a couple of sectionals. Very knowledgeable and helpful. But I originally came to buy a bed. There was no hovering and when I had made my choice I signaled for him to help me with my purchase. He went a step further and showed me something similar, but better. Happy with the help and purchase.
**BUYER BEWARE ** One of the worst consumer experiences of my life! Long story short; ordered bedroom set in mid February, ordered was delayed over 6 weeks, finally arrived in late march except without the bed. I was told the bed would arrive in another month. A month passed and a bed was delivered as seen in the photos. I was then told it would be another month before a new bed would arrive. Here we are in May the bed comes again and this time is missing critical parts to support the mattress. After spending hours on the phone, I was offered zero compensation and refused my return. My Only Option was to wait another month for another bed. Keep in mind I have had to take off of work every single time loosing pay. This bedroom set is still broken in my house and it has cost be 3X what I paid in lost wages.
Christin has been such a great help! I had a few minor issues with my order and Christin went above and beyond to resolve everything in an efficient manner. She always kept me informed and made the process as stress-free as possible. She genuinely looks out for customers and you can tell she has your best interest in mind!
My first and last experience at Bobs Discount furniture. The store experience is what you would expect from a furniture store. There were some interesting furniture arrangement and a decent amount of options on the show room. Ive never purchased anything from Bobs so I thought I would start with a desk. The desk has a marble top and has a naturally distressed look. It arrived on time. Everything seems ok, but when I added more light to my room, I saw a chip and the entire marble top is dull. I thought I should let it sit for an hour to make sure it is not from the drastic change in temperature from outside to inside. It was still dull. First, you should know that once the delivery person leaves, you are stuck with the item. Secondly, when you call the local store number, you get a corporate number. It is very difficult to get to a live person. However, if you press the number for sales, they answer immediately. The sales person was courteous and gave me a customer care number. After about a 5 minutes wait, I spoke to the CC rep who told me that there is nothing they can do, nor could they give me advice on how to make it better. The reply that I received that it comes that way and perhaps the lighting in the store made it look different. The front end, sales, of the Bobs experience was pretty good. The backend, customer service, seems deficient.
Would not EVER shop here again, DO NOT recommend others to shop here! The furniture is junk! Customer service sucks. Ordered a sectional couch in December 2020, got it delivered January 2021 and it was missing the holes to screw in the legs. Had a technician come to fix it and they said it was defective. Waited 2 months to get a replacement. The new couch was already squeaking a month later. Here nearly 6 months later the couch is coming apart at the seams. I called customer service and their policy does not allow returns after delivery, and they offered to send another technician. What a waste of time and money!
My wife and I recently purchased a sectional from Bobs.. Unfortunately, one of the components of the sectional went bad. We had purchased the Bobs Goof Proof plan because we have kids and pets, we wanted to make sure we were covered.When we called to make the claim, we were sceptical at best because we all know how these work. To our surprise, we actually spoke to someone at Bobs and they sent a repairman out within days. It took less than 10 minutes to determined it could not be fixed and that we would be receiving a new section. A while later we received a phone call from Keith explaining that the furniture was discontinued. Because we purchsed the Goof Proof package, not only did we get refunded , they allowed us to exchange the entire sectional at no additional cost. In addition to exchaning our sectional, they told us to keep the current furniture and they will swap it out when the new furniture arrives.Keith and BK went above and beyond what was expected of them. We wont go anywhere else but Bobs because this type of service cannot be found now a days. We look forward to enjoyed our ne (and larger) couch soon.Thanks, Keith!

Exactly why I don’t like to shop in person… sales person signed me up for a credit line while being told that the information i was providing was just being used for a customer profile.Found fantastic merchandise I wanted in any case, but I do not appreciate random credit lines being opened, I was going to pay differently.
Ralph was very helpful and patient. Also, he was observant but not pushy and I appreciate that when Im shopping. When we made our decision, a few days later, we went back to make our purchase but, he had the day off. We were greeted by Connie who was also very helpful.
Ordered $1,500 worth of furniture in August. Estimated delivery time was mid September. It is now October and they pushed it to Mid-January. Save you’re money and spend it at a business that actually delivers a product. I purchased from West Elm, Raymor & Flanagan, Lazy Boy, Taft, and online all during the month of August and everything came within two weeks. I am sure Bobs will continue to push back our delivery date. PLEASE TAKE THIS REVIEW SERIOUSLY!
Bob is not recommended by me! Bought a sofa two years ago and had issue with the cushions. The cushions start sagging after 6 months the quality is not good. So we called and they sent a tech out to look at it and said this is normal, spend 1200.00 on a sectional and it looks like we had it for years. They sent a some foam to add into (wow), we had to do it ourselves. We also bought a bed set also, a year and a half old and I’m sitting bed watching tv and I just fell threw it the side rails pulled out of the frame and now my Mattress and box spring is hitting the floor! The construction of this product is so inexpensive and is not worth the money!! Garbage product will never recommend or buy from there Again!!! If I could give no stars I would!!
Very impressed with Bob’s Discount Furniture. We were greeted by staff properly wearing masks with hand sanitizer and asked if we were experiencing any symptoms. The store was very clean. Connie then helped us find what we needed quickly with out high pressure sales. She is very knowledgeable and friendly. Excellent experience all around.
On January 1, 2021 my husband and I went into the store to purchase a bedroom set. We ordered 2 night stands only to find out only 1 was added to the order. When the furniture arrived (what was in stock anyway) there was a broken storage drawer. A service man came to the house said oh yes it’s broken, he ordered a new drawer. When it arrived, 2 months later, it was the wrong drawer. We are waiting to receive the correct drawer still! Tuesday Ralph our sales associate called saying great news your chest dresser is in and the mattress! We will deliver Saturday, well, today the mattress was delivered but not the dresser! Call the store- they tell you to call customer care. I called customer care and they said oh we can compensate you when your delivery is complete. Did I mention yet that they’re telling me my drawer and dresser are now on back order again until 6/12/21? So they’re saying I will have paid for my furniture from Jan 1st until June before I get compensated for this SERIOUS delay? And don’t think you won’t get a run around if you call the store because they pass the buck as much as they can!!!Update: it’s now the middle of July 2021 and Bobs still has no remorse for the wait! But I finally have all of my furniture and a correct drawer!!!
My fist time ever purchasing from Bobs and it was the BEST STRESS FREE PROCESS EVER! Good quality furniture and Christine Orr was absolutely amazing, knowledgeable and funny. Everyone loves my new area rug and coffee & end tables. My payments are extremely reasonable and they set and put everything together and up in less than 10 minutes and the furniture is very sturdy! Thanks again Bobs-can’t wait to get my bedroom suite from them soon. 🙏🏽
We ordered a 6 piece bedroom set about a month ago knowing it would take time for everything to come in. During that time we remodeled our bedroom knowing we had time. We opted to pick up the items as they came in to save the $350 delivery charge. A large dresser was the first to be ready, then about 10 days later (2 weeks ago) the two nightstands were ready and we picked them up. Our room was ready this week so we took one nightstand out of the box and determined our room wasn’t large enough for both. I took the un-opened nightstand back to the store today, and after I ordered a smaller stand and chair, I was informed by a customer service rep that we weren’t able to return the furniture because it was past the 3 days allowed for returns. No one mentioned to us about a 3 day return policy or we would have only ordered one nightstand for the time being. I could return a bag of dog food to Wal-Mart with a receipt up to 90 days, you think I could return a piece of furniture, still in its unopened box within a month. Furniture is in short supply right now, you’d think they be happy to have something in stock. This will be the last items I purchase from this store. And will not recommend them. Terrible policy.So I have changed my review. With in 24 hours Bob’s reached out to me and has rectified the situation.
I ordered a desk for in store pickup in January 2021. I had picked up the desk and took it home. When I unpacked the desk, I noticed that a large defect that made the desk unusable. I contacted Bobs customer service and was promised a replacement desk to be delivered to me at no charge and the damaged desk picked up at that time. A few weeks passed and I hadnt heard back from Bobs. I contacted them and asked for an update on the status. First they said I never called, then they found the record of the call and said that they do refunds or replacements. I ended up contacting my credit card to get a dispute resolved that way. Through the dispute, I was able to get the refund on the condition that I return the item. By mail. To their headquarters in CT. I was not offered the option to return to a local store. I did get a refund but I was out quite a large chunk of change for return shipping. I filed a complaint with BBB and that went no where. The store sounded like a broken record we dont do refunds and refused to refund me return shipping. I will never shop there again. Terrible customer service.
This was the worst experience in a retail environment I’ve ever had. I was planning on buying furniture for me and my fiancé the sectional we chose was expensive and I asked what my options were and the sales person said either pay in full now or financing. I said ok no worries I was hoping to be able to put a down payment and pay in full when it came (6-8 weeks from now). As I was calling my fiancé to make sure she was alright with the price I was sent to the financing department and had to pay an extra $1100 even though I didn’t want to finance. They tried to strong arm me into paying almost double the price of the sectional while I was on the phone, I was told paying it before it came was a bad option because, they said “ if you pay it before it gets here it may take longer to get here”. I do not recommend bobs to anyone!
Connie was very helpful and kind both times I purchased from here recently. If it was just based on her, itd be 5 stars. Unfortunately they called today and said the bedroom set I ordered about a month ago was suddenly discontinued (Why it was on the floor if it was to be discontinued with not enough stock to fill orders is beyond me, but whatever). They had no idea if they could get any of the pieces to me, but if they *could* it wouldnt be until at least April. But, if I decide to wait it out, some or all of the pieces may not be available at all but I wont know until it happens.I decided to not take the chance and got the order refunded, and bought my second favorite set... that was $1500 more. I asked if they could work with me on the price a little or waive the delivery charge for discontinuing product that had already been ordered and paid for, and they apparently cant, but I could try my luck with calling customer service. I didnt want to waste my time on a maybe and just bit the bullet, but I dont think I will be coming back for future purchases.Again, salesperson was great and did the best with what she could, but Im pretty disappointed with the lack of recourse for when they literally take your order out from under you after an entire month waiting for the shipping date.
I will never go to bobs again. I got living room set and bedroom set. They sold me a deficit dresser. I pulled out one of the draws cause my sock fell behind it. It never close back. No matter what I do it wont close. I called bobs cause I do have a warranty. They said the warranty doesnt cover that. So now I have a dresser draw that wont close.
Future was delivered damage get told if we take it now its the right move and it will be replace in November . i call today to find out it wont be till January and all they can do is offer 100 off i dont want it off i want the future out of my house i never had a problem with Raymore and flanging and i just wanna return the piece and go to them but then Im told they cant do that since it was delivered. there like we can pick a new piece im like ok but i dont wanna pay extra get told give you credit but thats all the price it is is the price it is . im not the company that has people lying to there costumers.
My fist time ever purchasing from Bobs, and it was easy. I had a very good customer service experience.Giovanni has been great with everything. He made it very easy to order my new bed set, couch and dining room table. Since Covid occurred a lot of the furniture is delayed. When anything came in, he kept in contact with me to get it delivered right away. I told him that my only days avaliable to have furniture dropped off is Saturdays due to my job. He had kept his word and was flexiable with the delivering my furniture. I think he deserves some type of recognition for how great he was!
HIGHLY ADVISE PEOPLE TO STAY AWAY FROM THIS LOCATION. Last JUNE I went in to buy a couch, the sales person convinced me to select one that they supposedly had in stock so I wouldnt have to wait, so I did. The next week only HALF the couch showed up for delivery. First they said next month I would get the second half, then they said three months! I asked for a refund, and here I am 9 months later (MAY) still trying to get this refund. My credit score has dropped because of it and Ive spent countless hours trying to sort it out. Who knew buying a couch could be this much of a headache? Dont shop at Bobs.
So quick story here. I recently bought my first home and visited another furniture company in Albany. I’ve had a speech impediment all my life and while checking out at this “other” company the women straight up asked me if I was having a hard time remembering my name. I was so embarrassed and upset I left the store..I waited a few weeks and I went to Bob’s after a recommendation from a friend. The sales associate Tony was BEYOND polite and courteous. I explained to him my situation and what had happened and he asked me if it would be easier to just write it on paper for him so that I wouldn’t struggle to get it out. This small act of kindness has made me a Bob’s customer for life now because of the kindness Tony and the staff showed me on my visit. I hope somehow this can get back to the staff or even corporate because this interaction meant the world to me and really allowed me to feel comfortable while in the store
Mike was a great help to us when me and my husband were purchasing our dining room set. He was patient and not pushy at all. He was very knowledgeable about the products at Bob’s. I would shop again at Bob’s due to the fact that Mike was such a great sales rep. When we first walked in he greeted us and pointed us in the right direction but also gave us our space when we were looking. It was refreshing to meet someone who could hold a conversation versus some of the sales reps we saw who were just sitting on the couches on their cell phones.Overall great experience!
Connie helped me from the moment I walked in the door. She was not pushy at all- she helped make this experience much less overwhelming! She knew everything about the products and warranty’s, she allowed me to take my time and test (and retest) all the furniture. I was able to buy new furniture for my new home and feel confident about my choices. The quality of products can’t be beat and the price is icing on the cake. I tell everyone to go to Bobs and now I will tell everyone to make sure Connie guides you through the warehouse!
Our agent Steve was amazingly helpful and had a very cheerful personality! His customer service skills were top of the notch. He was very knowledgeable and well spoken. He made us feel at home. Great experience at Bobs! Salesman Rich was very helpful. He explained all the details of the furniture we were looking at then gave us time to browse other styles. He checked back with us a few different times, just often enough to be helpful. He answered all our questions and found the answers to any he wasnt sure of. Bought the items we wanted and are excited to be getting them delivered by the end of the week!
Frank was my salesman! He was absolutely great!! I live in New Jersey and he was able to help me without any hesitation! I had the best experience shopping in Bobs Furniture! I spent a couple of hours searching for the perfect mattress that would fit my needs. There was an Excellent salesman named Joe who assisted me as I shopped. Joe was very attentive to me and he was very knowledgeable about the products. I purchased a set of new mattresses and a new couch with dual recliners that I absolutely adore! Joe made the entire shopping experience worthwhile and I will definitely shop at Bobs again!
This place deserve 0 star!! I was told I would get my refund back within 72 hours. Its day 13 and no refund as yet. I would never go back here!! Theyre people working their that doesnt know their job. They put the blame on others. I never waited so long for a refund. I think theyre trying to fraud me and soon they will be hearing from my lawyers. They get my money immediately but cant return my money into my account. Then the excuse is, someone didnt do their work properly in the accounting department!!. The company needs better people to work there. Dont play with people money!!!
At first the experience was great. Found a couch and a coffee table we loved for a great price. After that the great experience ended. Not realizing there were 2 other companies working for this place made things twice as hard as it should have been.We were moving into a new apartment and told customer service we couldnt move in until 10 am and needed to adjust the time frame from the 7-10 drop off time to a later time. They told us that they can change it, forgetting to tell us that the time frame change may not happen and to our surprise the couch showed up at 7:20am on the Saturday to the apartment we had yet to move into,we called them to see if there was a chance they could bring it back later that day. Unfortunately they werent able to get our order to us until 4 days later. After the 4 days were up the 2 delivery guys showed up and instantly dropped the coffee table on to someones car and bounced to the ground. In the end we returned everything due to the couch being a tad to big and the damaged coffee table. We will be looking else where for furniture due to this experience.
We had such a great experience here! Connie was SO helpful - she let us know she was there to help and answer questions but didn’t pressure us into anything. She made the ordering process so easy. The store was very welcoming and we loved being able to try our the couches before we purchased. Very excited for our new couch!
We went to Bobs Dicount furniture store to look at a living room set and dining room set and am very pleased with two wonderful people ( CHRISTIN AND BRIAN ) They helped out alot together they helped us to pick the right furniture that made me and my wife eyes sparkle. We cant express our appreciation enough. In the near future we are going back to Bobs to look for a bedroom set because of their service! THANK YOU VERY MUCH!
So far our experience with Bobs Furniture has been amazing. Connie a sales associate did not pressure us whatsoever and was extremely kind and helpful in assisting us. Bobs was also extremely kid friendly as our 16 month old was able to run around the store freely with our supervision. We have no received our furniture yet but I hope it continues to be such an enjoyable experience!
Had an issue with a defective fireplace I had purchased about a week and a half ago. Even with things being busy with everything going on I got in touch with a customer care representative who sent a technician to my home to decide wether or not it had to be replaced, which it did. Manufacturers defect. At first I was told it couldn’t be delivered to me since I had opted to pick up with the original purchase but thanks to Norma, her sales manager and the customer care woman I spoke to the second time they will be delivering me the new fireplace and taking the old one. Norma was extremely professional in how she helped, was right on top of everything with asking her managers as well as speaking with the customer care woman and called me back to help resolve this issue in a very timely manner. Will absolutely continue to shop here. Great service.
I purchased an entire living room set and a dining room set. I used ANow financing to get all the furniture i needed. The sales woman who helped me was Connie V. She was very knowledgeable of all the products they offer. She made sure i was happy with my purchase and that the delivery date was perfect for me. She even followed up with me a week or so after i received my furniture to make sure i was happy with it. Great experience!
I had a wonderful experience purchasing my new sectional for my family room. Connie Rizzo Valenti was incredibly friendly, patient, kind and helpful while I tested and contemplated which set to buy. She was efficient and knowledgeable when I checked out. Delivery was quick, and the tracker option on the website was spot on. I knew exactly when to anticipate the arrival of the delivery truck. The crew was friendly, fast, and cleaned up after themselves. I will most definitely purchase from Bob’s again!

We walked in and Connie V greeted us with a friendly smile and asked if she could help or point us in the right direction we advised Connie we were looking for a nice power recliner. She walked us over to where they were all located and left us alone allowing us a peaceful, hassle free shopping experience. We called her back the next morning and placed the order with her for the recliner and purchased the 5 yr extended plan. She was fantastic to work with and definitely will be back within the coming months. The store was exceptionally clean and very bright all the sales staff were clean cut and dressed professional. Service excellent. It involved returning a mattress for another one. I was ready for a lot of red tape & hassles. But. I have to say, it was a pleasurable experience. The sales associate, ConnieValenti, was professional & friendly. Made my friend & myself feel very welcome & comfortable. Couldnt have had a more pleasant experience. The exchange was processed & a date for delivery of the new mattress &.pick-up of the return. Great experience!

We had an amazing experience at Bob’s. My boyfriend and I came in with a list of furniture that we were looking for and our Salesman Kyle was so helpful. He helped us pick out a new mattress, new pillows, a sectional, a new dining room set, and a TV stand. He wasn’t pushy and made sure we knew all of our options for financing, delivery, and warranties for all of our furniture. He clearly knew exactly what he was talking about and was able to show us furniture based on our likes and dislikes. We were in the store for about 2 hours and he gave us all of his attention! We were met at the door by 2 employees. They asked about our general health, took our temperatures and gave us hand sanitizer. We were Introduced to Christina ( hope Ive spelt it correctly) who, after ascertaining what our needs were, assisted us in picking out just theright living room set.Showroom is bright, not crowded, high quality. Staff courteous, personable as well as professional. We will definitely return in the future, and highly recommend this establishment.
This is the best experience Ive had buying Furniture! Tony P was a really cool guy to work with he really helped us with the vision we had for our apartment. We got a sofa and a dining set as well as insurance for all. (No lie the warranty is legit) He was very patient and helpful with discussing our financing options making sure to be very thorough with how the programs work. He understood our budget and his advice on how and what to spend our money was very much appreciated. Overall my experience was fantastic I reccomend this place to everyone and I highly recommend speaking with Tony Paniccia!
I originally put 5 stars when I first purchased from Bobs because Giovanni was a lot of help and I stick by that review for him. However, Im back updating my review because this furniture is not good quality. I suppose thats why its all discounted BUT I bought an ottoman to match my livingroom set months later and it broke within the week because my 45lb dog walked across it. Thats just crazy! I did not get the warranty because I figured its just the ottoman. I decided to see if I could simply go into the ottoman to fix the parts that are loose and causing it to sink in. I opened this thing up and it looks like a child put it together. No wonder it broke so easily! Im so annoyed. Its not even an easy fix since I have to go around sloppy work. Thanks a lot! Glad I spent a large amount of money for this.
I wish I could give zero star!!!! Such dishonest and unprofessional team. We purchased the recliner and received it with 20 days delay because of covid but had a lot of issues within the second days and called them to return the item. Butttttttt, they said we can not return it because it past two week of placing the order, I said, it is not my fault the you shipped the item with delay and not answer. They finally changed it but we still have the same issue.
First time ever in the store. It was much bigger then it looks from the outside. The show room was nice and bright and very organized.I guess I always figured it would be junky so I was very surprised to say the least.The prices were very reasonable.The salesman was very professional and answered all of my questions. He was very nice. I had a very pleasant experience. I will be recommending Bobs to all of my friends and will definitely return to make future purchases.

I dealt with Connie at the Latham NY store and she made the process quick and easy. Initially when we were looking at a couch, we were left alone to just look. Salespeople did NOT follow us around here. A big plus in my opinion. But when the decision was made on what we wanted, we knew we would have to come back another day to make the purchase. Connie immediately recognized us a few days later and took our order. We were in and out within 15 minutes with a delivery date set up. Very easy.
Went into the shop for the first time after looking online. We had a gentleman named Brian help us. We were there for at least 2 hours and he was so helpful! Honestly never seemed pushy, was knowledgeable and moved furniture around when we wanted to mix and match. If you’re thinking of stopping in ask for Brian because my friend and I took forever and he was so patient with us. Definitely how customer service should be.
Connie Valenti was extremely helpful from the second we walked in! We had an idea of what we were looking to buy and Connie immediately showed us where it was. She provided us with details on color, texture, size and price of multiple different couches and answered every single one of our questions. Went in on a Thursday and am scheduled to have my couch delivered this Saturday. Overall, if you’re going to Bob’s I would definitely recommend asking for Connie!
This review is for online order. Untrustworthy and Poor Customer Service. They dont care about the customers at all. They intentionally send products with missed parts just to make the product delivered on time. When we ask for missed part they say its on back order and even after we order the part when its is available they wont ship it until at-least 4weeks. The customer care people lie all the time.please be advised that shop at your own risk. No body going to care about you at BOBs. Never going to do business with BOBS again.
I would never buy from them again. The service at the store was great they sell you exactly what you’re looking for. However, delivery was mandatory and ranged from $100-$120. Was told I’d get it on my scheduled date (which was 2 months out) sales person said not a problem, I got to choose my time for it to come and the workers would carry it in for me.Completely lied to. I received an email 10 days earlier than my expected delivery date saying my delivery would be there in 2 days anywhere between the time of 7-10am. Email stated I had 24hrs to call he make a change. Took my 12 hours to get through to someone via their awful automated phone service. They cancelled my ordered when I told them I am not moved into my apartment at that time so they can not deliver then. Once they cancelled it they said the next possible delivery date was another month out and I’d only get half of my sectional and the other half would come another month after.I gave them a 2 month window for delivery and they still managed to mess it up. Do not go here unless you want to make your moving process hell.
Connie Valenti from Bobs was great and very helpful! She came to us right away, explained a few things and then let us take time to browse on our own. Long story short, the sales customer service is god awful.I walked the showroom floor for maybe 20 minutes before i approached someone in hope to get some help, after answering some of my questions he informed me that id have to speak to a salesman to get availability, so he grabs an elite salesman that would be helping me out. after spending 5 minutes with him i knew he was uninterested in myself or making the sale, after getting the availibility and thinking about what i would do next the salesman says, im not going to sit here and debate with you on the furniture.Needless to say after realizing what he said it ruined the whole experience, im no longer interested in purchasing from bobs furniture since their salesmen are more concerned with getting home then helping people.
As a customer to Bobs, I will certainly recommend it to all my friends and family. The customer experience was unique. Connie was our showroom advisor and she is not your usual sales person, pushing you to get something. She gave the time and space for us to decide and suggested the furnitures suited to our needs.Thanks Connie. Highly recommend this store.

My husband and I had a very pleasant experience at Bobs Furniture on Saturday. Our sales associate was Connie Valenti. She was very knowledgeable, friendly, and best yet, did not follow us around while we browsed the store. She was helpful and pointed us in the direction of where we needed to look for what we were shopping for, and gave us honest answers. We were very pleased with our experience (and the prices) so far, and we will await delivery of our couch to see if that meets expectations as well.
My customer service experience with the Latham location was exceptional. It started with Chanel who answered the phone. Because of the nature of my call, I was expecting to receive indifference or irritation with my request to speak to a manager. I explained a bit of my situation to her to ensure I was being transferred appropriately and while connecting me to a manager, she assured me if no one was available she would handle my issue (even as she was ready to leave for the day). That was reassuring to hear and I appreciate her dedication.I connected with Bryan and we were able to reach a compromise on my issue. Not only was he patient and professional, he also empathized and was understanding of my frustration without loosing his cool. Tones can be misinterpreted and/or people can feel personally attacked, but having someone who can compartmentalize these common issues is so incredibly rare. It allowed for a seamless interaction, where I felt like I was being heard and while he couldnt do all he would have liked, he still allowed me time to try and resolve my issue with customer care.The bigger issue is still pending but with the compromise we reached, it ensures that I (the consumer) feel confident in my purchase and that I still have options in this disappointing situation.I really appreciate both of your help, I needed this one!
Just made a big purchase at Bobs Furniture and couldn’t be happier. Christin assisted us and she was fabulous! She was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and not at all pushy. The prices at Bob’s were the best I could find in the area! Will definitely shop there again and Christin will be who I prefer to deal with.

My fiancé and I were looking for new couch and bed frame for our new house. We had gone to multiple furniture stores around the area with no luck. Fortunately, a friend of ours recommended Bob’s Discount Furniture in Latham. As soon as we entered we were greeted and given space to look around. Ms. Connie Valenti asked if we needed help and offered her assistance. Ms. Valenti was so professional and patient throughout our entire visit. She answered every question and always had an awesome positive attitude! We never felt pressured to like anything, felt rushed or uncomfortable. She even allowed us to put furniture together so we could have a better imagine of what we wanted our living room to look like! We loved Connie and truly enjoyed her company. It was refreshing to hear how much she loves working at this store and can definitely tell how much she cares about her customers. We will definitely be coming back and referring our friends to Ms. Connie!!! We both hope the rest of the staff is like her!!!

My husband and I went to Bobs for the first time after my mother suggested it. We were greeted by Kyle who was very friendly and informative. We spent over an hour there looking at all of our options - meeting back up with Kyle and truly appreciating his knowledge on all of the mattresses and their different styles - we left purchasing a huge bed and all new bedroom furniture. Bobs, their merchandise, their options and their staff were wonderful. Only a four star rating because the delivery service and crew were a whole different story. Furniture came in and was set up no issues but the people weren’t the best, not friendly at all and left all of our doors open even to the outside after I asked multiple times to keep them shut - A. It was snowing B. I have animals that could get out and C. Who leaves all the doors open while you’re not even traveling back and forth!?

We first met Connie Valenti on Saturday, when we just stopped by looking for a modern bedroom dresser. She directed us to the right place and showed us the piece of furniture we fall in love with immediately. We have not been ready to make a purchase on Saturday but came back next day and when we noticed Connie at the entrance_we rushed right to her. My son & I shopped last week. The salesman was nice & knowledgeable (but not pushy). He left his card with us in case we decided to buy anything. I messaged him today and told him I was ready to buy. It was such an easy transaction. I would recommend Bobs to anyone and everyone. BK was a great salesman.
I so enjoyed the showroom at Bobs today. I had gone to old brick beforehand as I had purchased a couch there before. When I was told it would take 5-6 weeks to get my couches, I decided to look some where else. I stopped at Bobs and was met by Connie. She was great and allowed us to shop while being accessible for any questions. I went looking for couches and with her help, I got 2 couches, a complete bedroom set, a dinning room set, and a living room couch with a love seat. She constantly checked availability of each piece along the way and the prices couldnt be beat. I will have all of my furniture within a week or two and she was a pleasure to deal with.
The Latham Bobs store was terrific when helping me choose my couch!Joe was great!Unfortunately, the delivery service was TERRIBLE. The two men who delivered my furniture just left it in the lobby of my apartment, after forcefully shoving it through a door damaging it though they were advised to go through the larger door to prevent damage, The delivery men were extremely rude and when I asked them to bring it up to my apartment, they said not until they are paid (even though I spent $60 on delivery.) They then lied to their dispatcher about why they didnt bring it up to my apartment. After spending $700 on a couch and $60 on shipping, my couch is still in my lobby and I am completely dissatisfied.
The store was great, I picked out a couch from inventory and a bed platform from their catalog showed to me by a salesperson. Delivery of the couch went smoothly, but the platform has been a different story. More than 2 weeks and I havent heard about a tracking number or any kind of shipping confirmation. Bob’s customer service line is the real disaster though. You’ll spend an hour on hold at least, but good luck getting there. The menus on their automated lines are impossible to navigate, if you’re not calling for one of the very narrow list of reasons they supply they make it clear that they don’t want to talk to you. Just pick an issue you think they’ll actually answer the phone for and wait it out. Or even better, don’t buy an item from Bob’s if they have to mail it to you (instead of using local delivery).
My boyfriend and I had a great experience at Bob’s Discount Furniture when purchasing our bedroom set. We were helped by Connie Valenti, who was exceptional. Connie made sure that we were fully informed without coming off as pushy, and was a delight to speak with while we were filling out all of the needed paperwork. She had a very kind and friendly demeanor, and provided fantastic customer service. It was a treat to work with her!
The sales people couldn’t be nicer. Our salesperson spent a lot of time with us. We were buying for two houses at two diverse locations and they were able to deliver to one house quite far away. Fabulous place to do business with. I’d highly recommend Bob’s and will use them again! Ask for Christin Orr for the best service!
Michael Corrigan was the employee assisting me in the store once I came in he was very kind and knows how to listen to what his customers needs. I came in with a budget in mind and he showed me exactly what I wanted in a matter of 15 minutes the sale was already completed. Great atmosphere, friendly people. Our sales woman Christin was very helpful with color coordinating items with what I chose. I applied for the credit lease option and was pretty quick. I will definitely go back to see her the next time I choose to purchase more items. Signing contract was also quick and easy with Ray. Great experience.

Went to Bob’s furniture because the name is great!! Just kidding but my wife and I were greeted by a friendly sales person named Clarie.Clarie asked us if we had something in mind already and we did so she directed us to the furniture we had in mind . The set my wife and I really liked, Clarie had all the answers to our questions about it and we were sold .The establishment has a great display and layout of furniture that had me looking all over the place and giving me so many ideas of what we would like to make our next purchases from there.Furniture was ordered as everything we wanted was in stock . Clarie explained the whole process thoroughly and we left feeling confident in our selection.Will go back definitely and recommend this place to anyone looking for great furniture and a great staff as well. I went in earlier today before going to three other Capital Region furniture stores and worked with Kyle. He was very friendly, knowledgeable and easy going. I went in again with my husband and kids in the evening to solidify the choice and he remembered me and all the options we talked through. He was great with our children and the process was absolutely seamless. We recommend Bobs, but specifically ask for Kyle if you go in, you wont be disappointed! We will definitely be back when we need to durnish other rooms in our home.
My fiance and I went to buy a couch from Bobs and were pleasantly greeted by BK at the door. He gave us room to browse on our own and pick out what we want, but was readily available when we were ready to make a purchase. He gave us all the information we needed and cared more about whether we were satisfied and had our furniture protected than just making another sale. Wed definitely work with him again if we ever need more furniture.
I was so pleased with my experience shopping at Bobs discount furniture. I was in the market for a new couch and found the perfect one along with a beautiful chair. My sales associate was Joe C and he was extremely efficient n knew his job. He had great ideas. And worked with money I had to work with. Bobs is a great place to buy furniture. They have great prices and really nice quality furniture. Connie Valenti was an awesome consultant and help us know where to find the prices and the dementation for each couch so that we could figure out what was going to work best for our needs. She was not pushy at all but was right there if we had a question about anything. An overall great experience shopping at Bobs and working with Connie.
A beautiful lady her name is Connie met me at the door. She was so gracious and introduced herself as a professional. She let me walk around in every once in a while came over and checked on me. When she came over she knew her stuff. As a matter fact she smelled very good very comfortable to walk around with her and look at the products. I ended up purchasing a dinette set that fit my needs. She was so good she opening To see how big the furniture will be. She had a little trouble doing it so I assisted her that was the only thing I did because she was so gracious and professional and help me find all my needs. I definitely would go back and ask for her because she was so professional and helped me find everything And also assisted in the financing of my furniture

We had a great experience while shopping in the store. Our sales person Brian was FANTASTIC, he definitely made looking for new furniture more enjoyable. He took the time to look over some pictures of the space we were buying the furniture and helped us find the perfect fit. We will absolutely be back for anything we need and we will hopefully be able to work with Brian again.
I visited the Bob’s store today in Latham,NY. Meghan was great to work with. She made sure that we purchased exactly what we wanted and was able to answer all of our questions. She took time to go over the goof proof options as well. I will definitely send my friends her way. I am also very pleased with how much Bob’s does for the community . I was very happy that Meghan took the time to introduce meto her Manager Roger. This is a great team!

Connie was so helpful in trying to get the exact furniture I needed for my home. It was an overall great experience and Connies help was instrumental in me leaving Bobs a happy customer.

My experience at Bobs today was an joyful one. Connie greeted me as we came in, introduced herself and what I loved the most she was not pushy but always near when we had questions. I will always ask for her when I return to purchase and oh ye I will return. We love it at Bob’s!! Friendly staff who are helpful but do not pressure you. Great customer service with plenty of employees floating around. We worked with Frank—he was patient, knowledgeable, and fun. We had lots of questions and some tricky circumstances and he helped us work it all out. And there is fresh coffee and snacks! Shopping here is a pleasure. And honestly we looked at a couple higher-end (more expensive) stores and preferred both the aesthetic and comfort of the Bob’s pieces. Doing living room and dining room furniture.
Loved my experience at Bob’s. My sales lady (Claire) was very knowledgeable and patient as I was buying quite a bit of furniture. The store manager helped me get the financing I needed and double checked my order. The store is clean and signs are very easy to understand. Definitely recommend Bob’s.
I was a little worried about ordering furniture online during a pandemic but it was easier than I thought. I ended up calling the customer service line to make sure that they will indeed deliver my couch into my livingroom and not to the curb. And they are! The friendly rep made sure my item was in stock and took my order right over the phone. It felt easier than ordering online. I just ordered today so I dont have my couch yet but as for the ordering aspect and customer service goes, I give it 5 stars.
Connie Valenti was a great help! She helped me find the perfect furniture for a good price. On top, she was such a pleasant lady to be around and made my furniture shopping such an excitement. Overall I would highly recommend Bobs furniture for luxurious furniture that isnt so pricey.

I was shopping for a new power recliner and I heard a lot of good things about Bob’s discount furniture store decided to stop in. I was greeted as I came in by Tony who introduced himself and told me that if I had any questions to let him know and he’d be right over. I found a couple of chairs I liked and had some questions for Tony who’s answer’s helped me decide which chair I wanted. I thanked Tony and told him I’d probably be back the next day with my wife. I came back the next day with my wife and Tony was very helpful again answering our questions. My wife found a power sofa she loved and Tony took care of the sale and set up a delivery for us which was less than a week. We also met the store manager roger who was very helpful explaining the store’s sales and promotions and basic overall questions regarding bob’s since we had never shopped there before. Both gentlemen were very friendly and very helpful. I liked the feel of no pressure to buy and the great prices everyday as well as so many options that are unique and new.Since I came in looking for a recliner and left with a sofa I still have a chair to purchase and I will definitely come back to Bob’s and see both Tony and Roger! I highly recommend if you’ve never stopped into Bob’s discount furniture stopping and see what they have you’ll be surprised!
This location is awesome. Keith helped me purchase a sofa - it was a great experience and he was extremely knowledgeable on the programs + offers that Bobs has. He helped me pick the right shipping type for what my partner and I need. For once, I wish I had gotten a survey so I could let them know hes doing a great job :) The sofa was comfy in store, and the general environment was extremely clean and I was greeted immediately on entry. Highly recommend, they were great.
I love Bobs! I was so happy with the service and quality of the first sofa that I bought last year that I decided to purchase from them again. They have so many things in stock (unlike some other furniture stores) and the delivery is seriously speedy! I love my new office sofa and chair!
My experience with Latham Bob’s was amazing my salesman Keith was funny, patient and helpful in explaining the entire process. The manager took the time to meet with me and check to see if I was satisfied - his socks were the best. Im getting my chain pulled every week now, getting a text that my sofa is being delayed. I would have preferred honestly from the start, not a month from the original delivery date. They offered a 25-dollar store credit!! What good is that if they cant get me my furniture? Bobs has to do me better before I ever consider them again. Buyer beware, the date you get when you purchase online is shaky; if you need it right away, view a source that stands by the original quote.I did receive an answer from Bobs regarding this post. They blame it on the supply chain, the convenient excuse businesses will use today for their lack of planning. My problem is they sell us on one delivery date, are quick to take our payment ( Ive already made a payment on furniture I dont have), and expect me to be ok with a weekly text message telling me my order is delayed, pushing the next available date one week from the last. How many days off of work am I supposed to request for something that wont arrive on the new date? It has cost me personal days that I would rather use for my leisure time instead of waiting for Bobs to figure this out!I will update this post as this saga continues...Stay tuned.

We had looked at various stores on line and at other retail stores. We found the selection matched what was on line. The real difference was the excellent service we received from our sales person Illiana. She worked up various configurations of products for us and went over every step of the process. She was excellent and her manager Emily also very nice. We had purchased from Bobs in the past but this team really made it a pleasure.
Great experience from sale to delivery. I am very surprised by the level of service that a “discount” furniture store offered. When we walked into Bob’s, we were greeted, but not badgered or followed around. That’s definitely a plus. I’m terrible with names so I forgot the employee’s name who helped us. He was an younger African American gentleman. He was great! He didn’t pressure us and answered all the questions that we had. Also had a sense of humor to him, which was very refreshing! Very down to earth guy. The sofa that we ordered was supposed to take about 8 weeks to be delivered. However, it ended up coming in about 3 weeks! The men who delivered our sofa were professional and very nice, down to earth guys. We could tell that they actually cared about delivering the sofa to us in perfect condition. Bobs also sent us a link the day before delivery, giving us an approximate time frame to expect the delivery. That was very cool. Also, Juan; one of the delivery men, called us to let us know when they were about 10 minutes away. Which was great because it gave us time to put the dogs in another room. We absolutely love our new sofa. I like mid century modern style furniture, and I’ve visited all the furniture stores in my area and they had nothing like that. Then I saw the Bettie sofa on their website and I was in love. They even had it in teal, which is what we were looking for. Prior to checking out Bobs, we had our heart set on a teal MCM sofa from Wayfair. The only reason we didn’t get it was because it wasn’t in stock. When I saw that Bobs had one that was very similar to it, for half the price, we were sold! I will definitely recommend Bob’s to my friends. The only suggestion that I have is that it would be nice is Bob’s offered furniture removal. Even for an extra charge. Some people are elderly or have back backs (us), so it’s difficult to remove the old furniture. Hopefully Bob’s might consider offering this in the future. Thanks for everything! Bob’s rules!
Christin Orr was really wonderful in finding what I was looking for. They didnt have what I wanted in the store but she was more than cooperative helping me place the order to be shipped to my home. These people go above and beyond. Every experience has been great.
Have been a Bobs customer for several years. The Latham store has, by far the best service. I had a problem with furniture which I purchased during the pandemic. Dealing with the online customer service was a nightmare! I decided to call the Latham store directly. Michelle immediately set up a replacement. It was delivered within a week. While many are tempted to order on line, I was glad that I ordered directly from the Latham store. The sales staff is great and when there was a problem- they quickly resolved the issue in a pleasant and professional manner.
