Jay was great.. Showed me lots of different mattresses and the differences. I went in for just a mattress and bought a whole bedroom set.I didn’t feel pressured at all. He made sure all my stuff was in stock and got me the delivery date I wanted. Very happy.
Went in with less than an hour to close but we knew what we wanted...had Beth and the service was great! Nothing but good things to say..delivery was on time this am cant wait to spend some quality time and snuggle w my girl on her new couch! Thank you all🤙
I like Bobs for the prices and the furniture is beautiful. The sales people are always great. Do not get the goof proof insurance that is sold to you as basically covering everything, even accidents. That is not the case.
Bob’s always has the best selection, pricing, and availability for delivery. Diane was so helpful and made purchasing our new couch an easy and speedy process!
Larry assisted us with our purchase. He did not pressure or push us to buy anything more than what we choose. Only drawback is that furniture may not be available for three months. Usually you get delivery in three days. But that’s the issue with the supply chain. Because the style of furniture are pieces I already own, I have to wait to get this additional piece.

We discovered after spring cleaning that the reclining sofa we purchased in fall 2019 has been scratching the wood floors beneath it. I contacted customer care and they said nothing can be done beyond 2 years. Thats crazy! My floors are damaged beyond sanding them out and restaining. The least they couldve done is actually apologize. Maybe replace the sofa. Offer any kind of service beyond a too bad so sad approach. I would never repurchase from them.

Im writing this review to hopefully save someone from having the same terrible experience here. First and foremost the sales people are great and very helpful. But the QUALITY of the furniture is out right terrible. Today me and my wife received our bedroom set and within the first hour of owning it we had to be on the phone with customer service about damaged furniture. Not only damaged they TRIED TO COVER IT UP! The warehouse put some sort of epoxy and then painted over it trying to cover it up and hopefully sell it off. Then we go to open our drawers and the bottom left is damaged and will only open a quarter of the way! On hold for another hour after discovering this... Please beware of quality and I definitely learned the hard way. And this stuff wasnt even cheap! We went with one of the most expensive sets because of the nice look and feel. Will never shop here again. Pictures below for proof.
Diane, my sales rep was very knowledgeable professional and great meet and greet personality. Highly recommend!!! Location was conveniently located - showroom well stocked multiple color option was a pleasure. Now the wait for delivery to see if it goes as smoothly as the purchase.
I wish I can give negative stars….DO NOT purchase anything from this store i purchased a table from this store and had it for 2 months and it’s chipped and fading when you wipe it, the black comes off..I had a repair guy come in and told me it happens all the time and to order a different table so that means the sales person Beth knew that when she sold it but was just trying to make a sale. I spent $1200 and they tried to offer $200 off so I went to the store and Beth sold us another table in exchange and we had to pay the difference of $100. Table should have been delivered the next week but they called that morning and said the table was damaged, then the rescheduled a week later and only brought the table which I refused because I want to the whole set at one time. Not one person at the company between customer service, sales , management, could tell me why they only had the table they just said they can reschedule, nobody offered any kind of compensation for their mistake especially when I’m taking days off to wait for a delivery that never comes. This business is the worst Beth was terrible and no help and Latosha that answers the phone doesn’t even let you talk she just puts the call on hold mid conversation. I urge everyone to spend your money elsewhere where the customer is valued and appreciated .I finally did speak to manger Nathan who apologized, was nice and said it should be delivered the next day but his workers Beth and Latosha are very unprofessional. I will never give the place a dime !
Roe was the best salesperson in my many years of experiences. She is caring, kind , informative and she had an extreme attention to details. We went into Bobs to buy a LIVING ROOM set and ended up spending $9000k- partly due to Roe- she had input and interest- she made us feel comfortable!Roe is an asset to your establishment and goes above and beyond in her job because SHE ACTUALLY CARES!!!! I COMMEND AND HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS SPECIAL WOMAN AND GOOD PERSON!!MARYANN AND DEB.
We have been doing business with Bob’s since they came to Long Island. We purchased furniture and bedding. NEVER A PROBLEM! We love Bob’s Furniture. I highly recommend them.
We went to the lake Grove location and Kathy helped us. She is amazing at what she does. Kathy is honest and had helpful ideas. We actually went with an idea she had that we wouldnt of even thought of. She was very very down to earth and we did not feel that she was just making a sale. Ask for kathy!!!!!
Our experience at Bob’s Furniture was a good one. Our salesmen Eric was very helpful and courteous and attentive. The prices seemed to be very affordable and our overall experience would receive 5 stars from me. My only wish would be that the delivery date will be sooner.
I paid for a five year warranty. I called Bobs furniture as I was having problems with my lift chair. They tell me I need to call another company that the warranty is with. I called them and they told me I needed to have my warranty recite they dont have it on their computer. Never again will I buy anything from them. Very dissatisfied.
I was exhausted after going to three different furniture stores and not being able to find all white furniture. Maureen was friendly and greeted me at the door. She directed me in the area of the store where I can browse on my own which I appreciated because I dislike when people hover over me. Once I found what I wanted I found her and made my purchase. Thanks Bobs for having great prices and modern furniture compared to your competitors in the area.
If I could give no stars I would give them nothing. Super bad experience first of all when I got my delivery they left my stuff without setting it up because of missing parts after that I had to wait another month for the missing parts I got the parts in my mailbox they told me to call them as soon as they get here so I did and I had to wait another month then came the technician and he said he needed another guy so he came 15 days later with the other guy so the technician was supposed to leave the bed nice that bed sounded horrible I called the company and they sensed another guy so this guy came 1 week after so he said that the bed was poorly installed. I dont reccomend this furniture store at all! Now I have to wait another 6 months to get a new bed! Worst experience ever. This is how I have to sleep now only with my mattress on the floor. Im not a cheap type of person so I know whats good and not.
I had a wonderful experience with Beth. She was great from the start. Asked and heard what I needed and completely answered all my questions. She was patient, honest, and a pleasure to deal with. She was great with my girls, as we were shopping for them. Included them in the experience as well. Thank you Beth for making my experience painless and easy. We went to a couple stores before Bobs and was not thrilled with any pieces, but the second we walked into Bob’s it all fell into place and clicked. Great selection, different collections that you can mix and match but still all work and flow throughout rooms and the whole house. In general furniture shopping can be very overwhelming, but Monica made the process so easy and effortless. Her expertise and ability to help guide us to make cohesive design choices for our furniture was spot on. She was not pushy or to sales-y, very honest and personable. Very happy we came to this Bob’s!

My name is John and I went in your store to buya sofa for my apartment, as I walked in I met Jaythe salesman he greeted me with a great hello, and we talked. We looked at the sofas and I picked out one, he was very helpful, told me of the financingthat was available. I picked out one, and he started my paperwork, after I had my ok for the creditreport, I saw another sofa, and that one really turned my head. He said if you like that one better he said he could change my paperwork, and that it was the same price as the one I had picked out earlier and he did change my paperwork. He made my day, such a great guy. This was my first time in this store and, I will be certainly be back whenever I need another piece of furniture. Sincerely John
I purchased Aries set 2/15/16 complete with tables in your Nesconset location. I have noticed that on the sofa the cushion is peeling and on the loveseat also. I also purchased goof proof. I contacted customer care to report it sent pictures and waited. They came back and said the loveseat was covered under warranty but would not cover the sofa. I contacted Guardian to see if i could cover it under the accident and they said no because the dog scratched the cushion. I contacted the store to see if I could at least replace the one piece but you no longer sell it. I then contacted customer care back to see if they would prorate the other pieces since I cannot have mismatched furniture. I was denied again. So Bobs expects me to have mismatched furniture in my home when it is clearly peeling on the 2 sides of the furniture where we sit the most. I am appalled at this statement and have already contacted the BBB for misrepresenation of your goof proof plan and poor product. This set is not even 2 years old and is already breaking down. I was a customer who had purchased multiple furniture from Bobs and now am an angry customer who plans to tell and report to everyone I know NOT to buy from you. Shame on Bobs!! Dont shop here they lie about the goof proof plan and it is worthless.UPDATE:I would love to respond in the form for assistance BUT the form says page not found. Nice try!FINAL RESULT: After reaching out to Bobs corporate through social media I was given pro rates credit for the additional pieces and able to replace the set for a small amount. Better resolution and the store was very helpful it was Bobs customer service that was not. And the lack of information regarding good proof.

Awesome - Very ImpressedJust got a delivery of furniture and Im thrilled! The saleswoman in the store, Eva, was very friendly and knowledgable. She told me everything very patiently and thoroughly as she walked me through the entire purchasing process - which could not have been easy since I was exhausted and asked her to repeat everything about three times. But she was very patient and friendly as she did it.I received multiple text notifications just like Eva said would happen, as well as a link that sent me to a site with information on when the delivery guys would arrive. That notification was updated continuously - awesome! The guys showed up on time, asked me where I wanted everything and answered all my questions. Awesome! And Im very impressed to say they were in and out of here in no time and left no trace of any packaging anywhere!Thank you so much! I may live in Suffolk, but Im sleeping in Nantucket. Love my furniture!
Monica was very accommodating, made purchasing our sectional a breeze! Definitely working with her again in our future purchases! She was very thorough with answering all our questions about the credit card, protection warranty and the way we wanted to set up our sectional. 100% recommended!!
Ive waited over half a year Ive call multiple times for one screw to keep the center suport leg in place and the whole bed from breaking multiple parts had to be reshiped due to being broken the delivery drivers even hide a plastic piece that broke off in the dirt outside my house that part kept the draw on its track if you buy anything here report it as theft to your credit card company
We purchased a few pieces of furniture from Maureen. It was Sunday evening and Im sure employees wanted to go home. We asked for Maureen by name when we entered the show room. She was the best. Patient and knowledgeable. As a previous Showroom Manager for a major retailer, I know what it takes to give a customer a positive experience. And Maureen gave us that.
My husband and I love Bobs furniture!!! For many many years we’ve furnished our home through them without disappointment. This time around a wonderful women Beth help us. Not only was just amazingly knowledgeable about the 3 different reclining sofas we were interested in. She made us feel like she cared about our purchase, gave her opinion and was extremely patient as we took a long time to decide which pieces we wanted to add on, what color would look the best and how to position the reclining sectional in our living room. Would definitely recommend bobs to my friends and family and highly suggest looking for Beth when you go in. Thank you again for another successful purchase.

Beth helped me today and she was awesome. Didn’t rush me-encouraged me to go back and forth and try the mattresses and couches when I couldn’t decide which models I liked better. What I really appreciated was that she listened to what I said I wanted/needed so I wasn’t just looking at things that did not meet my needs-if I went around by myself I just would have tried everything and wasted my time. I ordered replacement couch cushions in the beginning of September. Was told they would be to me by mid-October. Mid-October comes and radio silence from Bob’s. I call up and they tell me it will be an additional month with a Nov 17 delivery date. I get my package yesterday and it is just the cushion covers. When I called to speak to someone I was told that I would have to pay additional for the insides to be sent when I just waited two months for what I believed was my entire cushions. Very poor customer service — they are unwilling to make it right and send me the stuffing for their discrepancy.
Very large and clean showroom. Staff were extremely helpful and very knowledgeable. They offer assistance but were not pushy. Would definitely recommend this location if you are looking for furniture. Ask for Ro, but honestly everyone seemed engaging and good at their job so you cant go wrong.
I decided to stop in the Nesconset location and inquire about purchasing a new mattress. Beth greeted me immediately as I walked through the door and offered assistance, of which I accepted. I’m so glad I did, she is amazing! She guided me along every step of the way narrowing down the choices of which mattress was right for me. She is very knowledgeable, patient, and helpful! As someone who resists salespeople on every level, the care and actual results provided by Beth in Nesconset were far better than youll encounter at most businesses now. I fully recommend shopping for furniture here, and seeking out help from Beth with your purchase...she really is looking out for her customers!
Monica was amazing. We spoke to her a week ago and had to come back. Monica was very knowledgeable and professional. She allowed us to shop freely without being next to us the entire time but was prompt to answer any questions we had. Overall we will absolutely choose Bob’s and Monica next time the need for furniture comes up
I met with Monica, she was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. She worked with us in having our furniture in by a specific date and also alerted us when an item was available that was dated for a later delivery date. I highly recommend her, and she is super kind. We had a great experience overall!!! I plan to ask for her for any future purchases!
Floor salesman Al was very helpful and friendly.My mom is wheelchair bound and didnt feel like coming into the store so she viewed everything via video chat while I walked around. Al was very patient and helpful and in the end my mom found the living room set she was looking for. I would definitely recommend this store and Al the floor salesman. Great experience.
Maureen has been tremendous to work with and Bobs has really done right by my family we purchased a sectional last August we have had issues with quality and damages after 7 months they took back the complete set for full refund no questions asked. We did purchase another set today and we will continue to due business with Bobs they stand behind their products and customer satisfaction is 1 priority.. 5 stars

Totally unprofessional company. I booked sofa and beds 4 months ago. Still not got it. Every month they postpone my order. Items seems expensive as per the quality and service of the company.
The salesperson was great when I bought the table, but she told me the piece would be at the store two days later (Wed). When I came to pick it up, I was told it did not come in that morning and I would have to wait until the following Wednesday. I had no idea I would have to wait another whole week for my furniture. It’s not an extreme long time, but I wish the salesperson would have communicated with me better. I should have been told it was possible my table would not be in on the original date.
Today I made a purchase at Bob’s and was helped by a very knowledgeable associate named Monica. Monica took the time to explain the make of the recliner as well as what to do if it gets damaged in the near future. I really appreciate the time Monica took to help me with my purchase, and I will be looking for her the next time I come back. I hope Bob’s recognize that they have a very knowledgeable employee like Monica working for them
We needed a couch and dining set right away. Monica was a lifesaver. We were assisted right away and shown items to our liking. She explained everything from the delivery process to care for our furniture. I am definitely coming back. Not only did they have a great selection but their sales team was bravo! Jay is who you call for excellent customer service and professionalism. From the moment we spoke on the phone , I knew my order was in good hands . I wanted to change the color of the items in my order . Jay informed me that the estimated delivery date was in July , but he was able to get it sooner for us ! He even followed up with me on my order ! That’s what you call true customer service . I will continue to work with Jay in my future purchases . Thanks Jay and Bobs !

Went to Bob’s in Lake Grove. Not only did the salesperson “Diane” help me pick out items I was looking for, she also displayed them in the exact arrangement that would look perfectly in my home. Which made me stress less. Great place and great people. Thank you!!!
Worst customer service ever. I had ordered a kitchen table and chairs in MAY. Waited until September. The dates kept getting pushed back. Was helped by sales associate Beth. When delivery was scheduled I called the company 2 times morning of to ensure they would call me an hour before delivery( because they give you a 3 hour estimate time) -like most people I need to work during the week so needed the notice to leave work for the delivery. First problem they called me 10 mins before. Second problem I ordered counter hight chairs and they came as dining chairs. Third MAJOR problem there was NO table?? Why would they bring the chairs without the table is beyond me. Here is the tipping point. What I had originally order is not in stock and NO LONGER MANUFACTURED. When asked what they could do to make this situation a little easier for the major inconvenience, loss of time waiting months for a product they dont even make anymore and loss of HOURS from my very busy job I was told I can pick another table. I asked the sales manager in the store (drove there immediately) if they can rush me a table due to this incredibly long wait he said no and offered nothing but you can choose another table and it will be normal wait time MONTHS. He could careless about my situation. Beth the sales associate never reached out to me to tell me my item wasnt being manufactured anymore. I will be going on wayfair and buying something similar with them 3 week delivery. Thanks BOBS never again.
I ordered a beautiful dining room set at the Bob’s in Nesconset yesterday. Monica helped us choose the chairs in the package we chose and facilitated the sale from start to finish, including helping us to use a credit from a previous order. She even threw in a carpet/upholstery cleaner. She explained every detail of the 5 year warranty. She made the transaction easy and pleasant. Thank you!

Actually very good value and good quality furniture. Best feature, though, is the free cafe serving coffee, sweets and ice cream. Is it a courtesy provided to customers to improve their experience, or a cynical sales ploy to increase the time you spend in the store? Well, its both, and its a great idea either way.

We purchased two bedroom sets and a mattress for my daughters from Bob’s Discount Furniture in Nesconset. Monica was our sales associate who worked with us to place our order. She was absolutely amazing!!! She was very informative and answered all our questions. She made us feel very at ease and was so patient with us as we came back twice before we placed our order. Once we placed our order we had to wait for certain pieces to come in. She made a point of checking inventory daily to see if pieces of the furniture set was ready to be delivered. Due to her persistence and commitment to our sale, we have gotten all of the furniture pieces earlier than expected. My daughters are absolutely in love with their furniture and mattress! We can’t thank her enough for all she has done! She went over and beyond to make sure we got the furniture as quickly as possible.When the furniture pieces were delivered, we were always informed when the pieces were being delivered via a text. Even down to the minute! It was amazing. When they came to the house, they were always courteous and thorough in putting furniture together.Overall our Bob’s Discount Furniture experience from start to finish was phenomenal! I would definitely buy furniture from them again as well as recommend them to my family and friends!
I dont usually write reviews but felt the need in this case. Good customer service is hard to find these days but great customer service is almost nonexistent. Not today! Roseanne was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. She knew exactly what I was looking for and pointed me in the right direction. Roseann made the entire process a breeze. Im pleased with my purchase and will definitely be back to purchase more furniture from Bobs in the near future. Thanks again!

My wife and I went into Bobs Discount Furniture tonight to purchase a sectional we had a great experience from the second we walked in the door. Our sales representative Roseann was top notch. Very knowledgeable of the products and was a great help with our selection. We had a slight hiccup with our Bobs account but the wonderful women in the back office were Rockstars and were able to solve the issues extremely quickly. I would definitely recommend going to the Lake Grove Bobs and asking for Roseann.
I wouldnt recommend this company to my worst enemy. The salespeople are kind and helpful. My issue is not with them. The quality of the furniture is garbage. We had a dresser delivered in September that was damaged. Its replacement still hasnt arrived. We had the slats on two different beds snap. We have had repair technicians out three times for the same break and its still not repaired. Now, apparently, the parts are on backorder. The prices may be great, but its worth spending the extra money to go elsewhere. Save yourself the headache.

Using the Bob’s Furniture app to view items and make a purchase was pretty easy. Using the categories to search for what I was looking for was helpful. The reviews from other buyers is a plus as well. I ordered a table set, can’t wait to receive it. I do plan on going to the store to see it in person as I plan on ordering another piece of furniture from them. Overall experience was great!

Al was super helpful. I went to look around for dressers, very friendly and welcoming, they took my temperature when I walked in so I knew it was very clean and safe. Al didn’t hover but he was always nearby if I had a question regarding the furniture.It was a super comfortable and professional environment. So, in not much for doing the adult things I need to do, but for several months I have desperately needed a new bed. The mattress in on isnt good for me but Ive dealt with it because its easier than having to do an adult thing, like buy a new one.I spent a few weeks researching beds, styles, etc. I asked the book of faces for feedback on what they thought was best. I knew I was okay with spending money on this purchase, I just didnt want to bankrupt myself because I was going to go from a Full to a Queen and I knew I wanted a new bed frame entirely.So after all that I decided to make an appointment at Bobs and when I walked in [after sanitising and having them record my temperature] I walked with a nice gentleman Al back over by mattresses. I told him what i do for work, and what I was looking for. He gave my 3 mattresses to try and I kept going back to the same one; the copper sport. He then shocked me by taking me that I didnt have to choose between plush and firm and that I could, in fact, get that type of mattress at home.Im sorry, what?!that was it, I was buying that mattress. And instead of making me feel bad for spending his time being picky about the mattress and then the frame, he made me feel like I couldve left today with a maybe and come back later today or next week to say okay, lets do this without feeling like I had wasted his time.Definitely pleasantly surprised by experience and will definitely recommend this location and Al to my family and friends looking for furniture!
I purchased the laurel bedroom set from Monica at the Lake Grove location . She wAs extremely helpful to me. She made sure to make me feel at ease with my purchase. Took the time yo go over the process and details at a a pace i was comfortable with. She did not push or try to sell me on something, she just let me take my time to go over the process and different sets. She made several helpful and practical suggestions that helped with my selection. I did not feel pressured and her patience was greatly appreciated. Very happy with the service. Larry was not only helpful but super knowledgeable, I showed him a picture on my phone and he instantly knew the item I wanted to see as well as all the details about the item and had an answer for all my questions. It was an easy decision to buy the item after speaking with Larry. And he was able to explain the warranty to me in great detail too. Roseann was amazing. I spent 3.5 hours in the store and she was patient and willing to make sure I got what I needed/wanted delivered in the timeframe that I requested. She has a great eye for putting things together. I left feeling satisfied, reassured, and 8 tons lighter. The stress from moving and getting settled in during this pandemic has been real. Bobs was the only place that allowed me to really and truly customize the look and feel that I was going for.

Was the worst experience I have ever had ! Dont waste your time or $$. I ordered a couch the end of April beginning on June that was not the issue ! First the delivery people rushed to put my couch together complained I was there 13th delivery of the day my couch was lose and had a big space between seats. Also the arm of the couch wasnt even made for the couch it was off track and clearly didnt fit and to long for the sofa I purchased! They also delivered the wrong lamp. When I had called the same day I was advised that a technician needed to come out before the couch was replaced. I was never given the option to return and purchase a new couch. Now I have to wait 7 weeks for a brand new sofa. Never again !!!!
From the moment that I entered the store, they were very attentive. Kurt, the associate who assisted me in purchasing a mattress, was great. He offered a variety of choices to choose from. He also guided me on the price of mattress to fit my budget. He was extra helpful in finding a close delivery date as well. Overall I am very satisfied with my purchase and experience with Bobs.

Beth M. at the Nesconset store, was less a sales person and more of an expert personal decorator, who quickly anticipated my needs, as well as my budget. We went to Bobs after a horrible experience with another Furniture store. I get it, these are unprecedented times. But after a very long wait we were stuck with half a living room. We told Maureen at Bobs our story. She was very helpful and understanding. We looked for a couch that was in stock and we found a great one. Less than a week later the couch was delivered without a hitch. The only thing I would do different is the next time we will start at Bobs first.

I bought a bed from Bob’s this evening and was helped by sales associate Beth M. I had already been to another mattress store and was unhappy with the high prices. I appreciated Beth’s knowledge and overall energy, she was very friendly and even though I at one point left the store because I wanted to check out the prices at a competitor down the road, I never once felt pressured to make a purchase nor did Beth make me feel like I had wasted her time. She simply joked that I’d be back, and low and behold she was right! It meant a lot to me that Beth took into consideration that I suffer from chronic back pain and did her best, and ultimately succeeded in helping me find the right mattress for me. Beth Marcello was our sales assoc. She was very knowledgeable, extremely helpful and accommodating. My husband is difficult and she handled him very well. When we left, he said she was and I quote “a little sweetie pie.” I must add that the store manager was very kind. I don’t want to leave out the gentlemen that set up our delivery dates. I shopped at the Bobs Store in Lake Grove, NY for new dining seats & couches. Monica was fantastic!! She greeted me right away but gave me space to shop. She informed me to seek her out if I have any questions etc. She respected my time and space. I feel relaxed and calm with her. She made my shopping experience very easy. She explained everything while I was purchasing the “goof-proof”, delivery, & “white glove” service. She informed me how to make a claim if my items were to become damaged etc. She was one of the best sales person I’ve had. If you need anything at Bob’s -go to Monica!The supervisor was also great! Everything was quick and painless! We even ended up with a loveseat better than we intended. The sales rep listened to what we wanted and pointed us to a loveseat that best fit our needs, which we originally overlooked because of the dimensions, but she knew and pointed out it could be ordered to fit our needs. I was extra glad that the sales reps at Bobs are also very non-pressuring, both in selling products and for the credit card, which makes me just want to shop there more in the future. I also love their initiative in health concerning Covid. My husband and I had our temperatures taken at the door, hand sanitizer offered right there, and we were immediately allowed to continue on to browse the store. It made me feel a lot more comfortable to be there and see they’re taking everything seriously and with as much caution as they can.
Since I’ve already had an idea of what bed I wanted, all I had to do was go inside of the store and try it out again before finalizing my decision. When I entered, I was pleasantly greeted and was helped right away by a guy named Jim. I was given hand sanitizer, gloves, and whatever I wanted in order to feel safe on laying down on the beds. They had antibacterial wipes everywhere and I felt safe. My transaction was quick, clean, and pleasant and I enjoyed my visit. Thank you!

Our sales Rep Monica went above and beyond to find me the perfect recliner that was in stock. She showed me a recliner that I wasnt really fond of as I wanted a softer material. She helped me find the perfect bed and mattress to suit my needs!!!Update: Had a problem with my bed, it was too big for my space, I had to send it back for a smaller bed. Nobody could get it right, I called Kathy on her cell number, it was her day off but she worked with me and got the problem solved. It was after 9pm and she still worked with me. She was awesome!!!

If there’s a review of less than a star or negative stars I’d give it. All there furniture seems nice at first, but breaks and falls apart. They use another company to move in your furniture, and they just damaged other furniture in my house while moving things. I got furniture from them in April and now it’s August. I paid for the full warranty and they are horrible at repairs snd give you problems with customer service. These guys are horrible.
My salesperson, Al, gave me excellent service! He was knowledgeable, and more importantly, patient with this customer who could not make up her mind! He took the stress off, making me comfortable that I could revise things if I found my measutements were way off. Left feeling good !

My husband and I had a great experience shopping at Bobs. In the past, we experienced aggressive salespeople and the pressure as you shop. Today, our experience was a breath of fresh air. Al and Jo-Marie greeted us at the door, told us Al was ready for us when we were ready for him, and really stood by that. They were stationed in the front, monitoring the amount of people coming in. They had hand sanitizer, and offered us gloves if we wanted to wear them. When we had a question, Al was never too far. We did not feel one ounce of pressure- in fact, we had a lot of fun shopping there today. We went in to look at new couches and ended up buying a new couch and a new dining room set! We had a wonderful experience at Bob’s today! Beth helped us, she was wonderful. She helped us pick exactly what we were looking for and made us feel very comfortable. The sale was not pushy or pressured, we actually couldn’t stop buying furniture while we were there! We purchased a couch, 2 rugs and a 3 piece table set. We have bought from Bobs in the past and plan to in the future!

I would never ever order from Bobs discount furniture AGAIN I ordered a bedroom set for my grandson they delivered the bed first they never hooked up the headboard correctly missing screws the bottom draws didnt close under the bed the slats broke.. the delivery guys never took there garbage away. I called Bobs and they said they wld replace the entire bed well guess what they DIDNT they LIED to me they came and fixed the bed which it should have been replaced w a new oneI called back Bobs and they told me oh well its fixed after going back and forth with them I asked for money back because of my situation and I was told NO....I will never buy again so every one out there watch out for these SCAMMERS and LIERS I will be letting the better business BUREAU know what they did and how I was treated.Go else where for your furniture 👇👇
Just went for a mattress after 10 hours of hopping from store to store. Kathy was a tremendous help because she saw that I was struggling to find what I was looking for. She was very understanding of my specific standards and knew so much about the different types of mattresses they had in stock. I wound up purchasing a mattress shortly after her assistance.

Truly a wonderful experience today at Bob’s. Al F was a wonderful sales associate who was able to address all of our questions and we had a lot. It is nice to deal with an honest associate who is easy to talk to and not pushy. He listened to what we were looking for and was able to provide suggestions until we found exactly what we needed. He explained everything in detail for the order. Bob’s has a wide variety of furniture with reasonable prices. They exceeded our expectations and we will be back in the future.
Great Experience. The salesperson, Donna Paccione, was extremely professional and did not make me feel rushed. She took her time and explained the workings of the sectional I purchased as well as the Goof Proof warranty. I just bought my 3rd sofa from Bobs in Nesconset New York. My last sofa I bought in 2017 from Roseanne who is an excellent salesperson. By excellent I mean she is pleasant, professional, gives you all the information you want, shares various options, without being the slightest pushy and is sensitive to your budget. She was so awesome last time that I was insistent to deal with her again, and I was not disappointed. Every step of the purchase at Bobs went smoothly and no stress. I would recommend her highly to any customer.

Editing my review to give it 1 star. Called Bobs again yesterday and was now told my furniture wouldnt be ready until May. I immediately cancelled my order...Im glad I called again because I would have been furious to find out in April that my furniture still wasnt ready to be shipped. Especially since Bobs doesnt care enough about their customers to call or email with updates on orders that we had paid in full.--Only giving Bobs a 2 star review because the sales rep Maureen was great. She told us 4-5 weeks for our sectional, bedframe and rug to be ready and shipped. Called 4 weeks later to see if we can schedule a ship date and then was told they dont have a time frame of when our furniture would be ready. I said I wouldnt have bought the furniture if there was an unknown wait time. Was told someone from Bobs would call back with a time frame. I had missed the call and when I called back, I spoke with someone named Carol who was rude and unprofessional. She told me the furniture wouldnt be ready until mid April. Which is another 5 weeks from now. She then told me she would update the file so they wont call me anymore. I said I do want updates on my order especially since no one from Bobs had called me at all in the last 4 weeks. She then proceeds to say, you just told me you want all your furniture pieces delivered together. Yes but that doesnt mean I dont want any updates on my order. I would have ordered furniture from somewhere else if I knew Bobs was not being honest about the delivery time. 4 weeks and 9 weeks are a huge difference. I will not be ordering from Bobs again.

Awesome customer service. Maureen was really helpful and very patient with us in selecting sofa for family room.The lady at the entrance was also very nice to us though we reached there just half an hour before store closing time.

Erick is an upstanding salesman. If I could give this store 10 stars, I would and that’s all due to the great competence of this man, Erick. He was able to address all of my couch needs. I have an extremely picky family and a dog who claims the couch as his own. It was important to have a couch big enough for both the fur-child and the whole family, while keeping my house aesthetic up to standard. 2022-03-29Walked in and immediately had someone walk up to us and explain how the store was laid out and how the boards at each station worked as well. Donna was very attentive and there to answer all our questions. We ended up purchasing a new bedroom set and found the whole process to be quick and easy. (Update) On delivery day headboard missing feet and nightstand missing decor pieces. After sleeping on the mattress on the floor for a few days and losing a day of work with a no show on the rescheduled day they finally came through and finished the delivery process and corrected the bad furniture issues.

2022-02-06Our sales lady was very helpful and patient. Was not pushy at all which probably led to us actually buying a living room set in addition to the mattress we went to Bobs for. The variety and selection in the showroom didn’t seem to be as much as in the past as I remember but it may just be me. My wife and I have very different tastes is furniture but we did find a few things that we both liked and settled on one of those sets. Our sales lady was around to answer any and all questions we had but was never in our way at all. We had many questions and she was great with answering them. She also showed us sets on the website that they didn’t have in store just to show us our options. Delivery was available pretty quickly and now we are just waiting for everything. Very good experience overall and will recommend in the future.

2022-03-09Al helped me and my partner get a new couch and the experience could not have been any better. Al let us walk around and actually experience the feeling of Al the furniture and helped us narrow down what would fit our space the best. He was super friendly and helpful and even kept us entertained with tales of his cooking and his family. Highly recommend, Al was great at reassuring us and helping to make sure we got what we needed at a more than reasonable price and even got us a 5 year protection plan for a very reasonable price! 100 out of 10 will be going back to see him!

2022-06-29Barbara was our salesperson and her manager Anthony . They were both awesome! Barbara greeted us, I told her what I was looking for and, just like that , sold !! I got what I wanted and was very pleased. She brought Anthony over to meet us and just make sure everything was great with the order. All good and I must say, salespeople are usually a bit pushy, but, not these 2. They were very helpful and relaxed.

2022-04-08I went to Bobs Furniture in Nesconset and spoke with a salesman named Jay. He was extremely helpful and knowledgeable and after telling him things I was looking to get he showed me my options with prices which were all great and he was not pushy like most salesman are. He even was trying to get me to get my furniture in ways that I would keep the most money in my pocket and would help build my credit score up in the process. I am definitely going to go back there and will make sure that no matter what that I go through him. If anyone is curious about this store I would definitely recommend going there and speaking to Jay like how I did you will not be disappointed.

2022-06-13Had Diane as my sales associate. She was very informative and I felt very safe with her. Told me a lot of things I did not know about the furniture. Specially since I do not have a lot experience when it comes to maintaining my couch/ living room furniture and doing insurance claims.Will totally go back to get once I am ready for a bedroom set and dining room set in a couple of months.

2022-01-20Eric our salesperson was extremely helpful in helping purchase two powered recliner chairs on Wednesday, 1/19/2022. He took the time to explain how the controls worked with respect to the various modes for the reclining functions. Hopefully, he will be able to locate a narrow with and low back height love seat in the near future.

2022-04-21Had a problem with a Power Lift Recliner. It’s 2 years old. I called for a repair Bobs said fine . They responded and said I needed a part, which will cost me $103.00.I told them and showed them the Manufacturer’s paperwork that came with the chair says there is a 3 year warranty on the motor and a Lifetime Warranty on the reclining mechanism. Their response was they only give a one year manufacturer warranty. Bobs is not the manufacturer. The only thing I can figure is that Bobs collects from me and then also gets reimbursed by manufacturer. Sounds like a typical Bobs scam just like their good proof warranty . The sales people tell you you have to lie about how you got the damage in order to get a repair or reimbursement . Never dealing with Bobs again.

2022-02-19We have been looking for a couch with a drop down table for years. Luckily, when we went here, Jay was able to show us one. (We had been here before, but no one showed us this couch). Jay was extremely helpful with trying to put the sectional together to fit our space. We purchased the couch and two seats. We will probably be back for the chair.
