I am so excited to write this review. Where do I begin? So for started this BoBs location is located inside of a shopping center located on the fourth level with “fee” for parking. As soon as my friend and I entered this location, we were immediately greeted and welcomed by Earl. This wasn’t the typical “Hey, I don’t really want to be here but I have to speak to you vibe.” Lol But a very genuine experience. Earl is so knowledgeable and professional in a personable way about everything. No seriously, the entire treat there is truly amazing. Nonetheless, You should come on any day expect Tues and Weds (Psss… These are Earl’s days off…) I just don’t think the experience would be the same without him. So trust me in this one. Nonetheless, I will be back for more purchases. Just in case in anyone is curious I bought two 8 inch mattresses for bunk bed purposes and a nice grayish 6 drawer dresser and mirror set and guess what? It’ll be here today before noon. I’ll be doing a part 2 review of my delivery experience and maybe I’ll take a pic for decor. Welp, I hope this was helpful and by the way. They have an amazing selection. I’m sure you’ll find something for your home or office. Be safe and be well and please be kind to one another!
Original review 4/18: What a wonderful shopping experience! Michael took good care of me and I got everything I need. Highly recommend if you need furniture or home decor of any kind. The prices are unbeatable and its actually good quality.Update 10/15/19: The recliner I bought broke from sitting on it normally 17 months after purchase, and even though I paid an extra $200 for their good proof insurance, my claim was denied and the company wanted to charge me another $80 plus parts to have a technician come fix it.Update #2: They contacted me and fixed it!
Walked in with a need, walked out with a receipt and a delivery date for later this week. Michael was very helpful and directed us to the department we needed and eventually just the right piece. Well lit and friendly place. Maybe well look for a couch next time we need one.
I had a great sales rep.. He was corteous, professional, he conferred with his supervisor regarding 2 items no longer available... (The horse and the giraffe statue).. I was very pleased with the service and I am still looking for those 2 items.. Thanks for professionalism Jesus.
Stay away from Bobs! I bought a Sofa with recliners from Bobs. At the point of sale the Salesperson sold me an extended warranty. I asked WHAT was covered. I asked if the recliners and springs were covered ! She said YES!!!!Two weeks after the original warranty was up. That is 53 weeks after I had bought the Sofa. The springs came up on one side of the Sofa. So I filed a claim two days after the occurrence and it took three weeks to answer me and they DENIED the claim although it clearly states in the description of the warranty that it is covered! I chatted with a Bobs Customer Service Rep and she sent a Bobs repair person to see what they could do to fix it. NOTHING he said it was CHEAP furniture and it could not be fixed. They than informed me that . I was out of options. So I spent extra money on a warranty which Bobs sold but does not stand behind. My Sofa is not usable and I have no recourse! STAY AWAY from CHEAP furniture! Horrible experience I would give it a 0 but its not an option ! There generic response is ridiculous! They accept NO RESONSIBILITY for their furniture or THE WARRANTY that they sell! Has this happened to you ? Please leave a comment and an email address contact!
Meryl H. was very helpful. She was very knowledgeable about the different mattresses they had available, and helped us find the one that was right for us. The whole process took less than 30 min from start to finish. Excited for my new mattress to arrive. Thank you again Meryl.
I try to give people the benefit of the doubt in most situations, however, dealing with Bobs has been the worst experience of my life. We ordered a couch in February and it didn’t show up until June. The couch was damaged and it was very obviously rushed and made of cheap material. Because it showed up damaged, they offered to replace it(meaning another 4-6mo no couch), or give me a credit. I took the credit because I wasn’t waiting. I then used the credit in the store on a coffee table, paid the remaining balance and was told it would be delivered in 2 weeks. It has been 3.5 months with no contact other than me calling them 5x to be told there is no product in stock but given a new date of delivery each time until I finally just cancelled the order. Not to mention, every time you call their automated system sends you in circles and when you finally get to talk to someone they put you on hold and hang up sending you through the entire process again. Fast forward, went online to try again, found out the order was never cancelled, called, went through the above phone process and FINALLY spoke to someone that told me it’s been in stock the whole time and it was never delivered because I owed $3. Not a single person could tell me that throughout the process. I will NEVER give my business to them EVER again. Absolutely ridiculous. Take your money and time elsewhere, trust me.Update 1/21: I still have no coffee table, have not been refunded, and they continue to give me various reasons for why I don’t have a coffee table. I was sent a confirmation email saying it was being sent to OHIO (I live in NY) and that they cannot re route it. So they have to ship another…… DO NOT SHOP HERE.
Jesus was so helpful. He acknowledged us once we walked in and made us feel welcomed. Answered all our question and was very patient. The rest of the staff was sitting on recliners and sofas throughout the showroom on their cell phones. Many Thanks to Jesus for caring and helping us while also giving us space.

My mom took me here for my first apartments couch since she always gets her furniture here and has always had a great experience! Miss Aminah took good care of us and was absolutely lovely to be helped by! She was very knowledgeable and upfront and very approachable! Thanks for everything! My sales re Dorian and the Team at Bobs were extremely helpful with my last minute needs. They went above and beyond to help me purchase a mattress for my sleeper sofa same day and even stayed late when I was stuck on traffic. I would highly recommend for good customer service and informative salespeople.
My experience at Bob’s was pleasant. Considering, I went to another big chain furniture store prior, and felt extremely hovered over. The sales team at Bob’s made me feel acknowledge but also gave me the space to browse around, and make a continuous decision on what I wanted. I was helped by Jesus at the 117th street location in Harlem, NY; his customer service was really amazing, he was super patient, explaining everything in detail. Very pleasant experience to say the least.

The female associates were great to work with the male associates just seem money hungry. I spent over 5k but yet it took 3 deliver times to deliver a vase which was broken on arrival 3 times. Did customer service help nope they just said order another one then brought a couch I waited 2 months for when I was told it will be delivered in 2 weeks no check in no sorry no nothing just oh it should be there soon . So if you looking for great customer service and loads of inventory THIS IS NOT THE STORE FOR YOU ‼️But so far the furniture seem in really good condition.

I bought the bed from Bobs 3 years ago. Still looking good. The store is quite large and the prices are not that high. Their service is quite good. The only downside is their insurance. Goof protection is a scam and they would find a million reasons not to work it out. DO NOT invest in goof protection even though they say a million things at the store to make it sound like a sweet deal. But I absolutely recommend the furniture at their store.
BOBS is not as good as they seem, I placed a order online and i had to keep calling them to cancel my order. i will never attempt to purchase anything from them again and no i do not recommend them to anyone. all they are is money hungry and have bad communication. Goof proof dont waste your time because they try to give u the run around when something is wrong with your furniture, they send techs out that cant fix anything. My furniture lasted me 5 months then the bed rails started bending and they broke, still 3 months later Im sleeping on the floor with no replacement
My experience at Bob’s furniture was gratifying. The customer service was great. The customer service representative named Aminah was really nice and patient. She provided amazing customer service. I will definitely recommend my family and friends to shop at Bob’s and to ask for Aminah because she is awesome at her job.
Micheal Figueroa was a great help in making a purchase over the phone. He was very patient, helpful, and informative! Worst place ever, my 3 kids and I , move to a new home back in November. I needed all new furniture, so I went to Bobs furniture store for the Very first time. WORST idea I ever came up with. I have been waiting on livingroom furniture since April. The service is Bad, no one can truly Offer you help. all they keep doing is giving me the run around. Worst first time Experience ever. Wish I can talk to someone in a higher place who truly cares ughhh.
Bobs is a fabulous furniture store to shop with from the staff in store earl etc to the moving guys hector etc they explain things throughly and make sure you understand and very knowledgeable of there store products thank you to all bobs staff I definitely recommend this furniture store over the rest. 😍
Great location in a huge mall.The sales man Anthony was attentive,kind and professional .And had knowledge of their inventory. Good sense of humorI found two pieces I truly loved and the prices were reasonable,but the financing was outrages.I immediately lost interest.Financing departmens like this take advantage of those in need and the working poor.I would shop there but IllCome back and just purchase it. Beware!! financing is a trap, one missed payment can be a game changer.
Came by today and worked with Ramon. His energy is amazing. I’ve worked with him before and his great attitude is consistent. He helped me with coming up with a solution for a sofa that didn’t fit and it ended up being a better idea than I had originally planned. This man knows his stuff. Will definitely be asking for him for any of my future furniture needs.We finished our order with Stephanie at “The Office”. You can tell everyone has a great time at work because the morale between the staff is fun and uplifting. Thank you everyone !

I came to this location for work and was very pleased with the service. The associate Earl was very knowledgeable on all of the merchandise. He was very attentive and assisted me and the family quickly. Earl was not pushy as we see with other sale associates. He respected our budget and assisted with the budget given. The manager on the shift at the time was attentive as well. He Informed me of the different merchandise offered through business accounts. I was very happy with my visit!! Thank you
Michael Harrison is hands down one of the best sales associates Ive ever dealt with.. hes got a gift and its not just to sell its to make people feel good about what they are interested in purchasing. Even Ray Charles can see that this man does not need to make a sale to keep the wonderful spirit of making a customer or anyone feel great. Thank you for your patience Michael Harrison. Earl was amazing! He was very warm with his greeting upon us entering the store, and he listened to what I was looking for and showed me exactly that. We were in and out of the store in less than 45 min with the perfect sofa to fit my needs and budget. Thank you, Earl!!Edit: After reviewing the store with such praise, I received a pretty terrible experience with the delivery. I have an awkward stairwell that sharply turns to get to my apartment, so I made sure the couch I purchased could come apart (back could be removed and put back together). When the delivery crew arrived, they brought it out intact and started to bring it in. I informed them they would not be able to fit it down the stairs, and they would need to take the back off. They informed me the back did not come off. After a few minutes of arguing with me, they finally looked under the back cover and discovered it did, in fact, come apart. They brought it in with a huff and put it together without showing me what to do for if/when I move. They gave me attitude when I signed the paperwork and walked out without another word. The delivery incident has made me decide I won’t buy from here again despite the great service I received from the salesman.
Terrible customer service!! I’ve waited 6 months for a replacement chair and had I not called to find out where my chair was, I wouldn’t have known they pushed it back to the end of November!! I’ve talk to customer service they left me on hold for 58 mins!! The guy 3 days ago gave us a credit for the price of both chairs because we had to wait so long!Then still wants us to pay 170$ for a loveseat that was already here on the truck but the delivery guys left!! Didn’t leave nothing or take nothing. I clearly said take both chairs then. All of a sudden they couldn’t do that.They claim they had a scheduled to keep but you was late getting here!! Unbelievable. So now they want to come next week so again wasting my time and money!! I will NEVER buy anything else from this incompetent people!! East river plaza!! I live 1.9 miles from this store!! On top of all that my wife and I are expecting our first child in 6 weeks and she has had to sit in this awful chair!!
Earl was a great. Very kind and generous. Had great ideas and willing to help. Shows his expertise in different areas and not rushing. Showed great products, explained in detail about each product making the buying experience much easier. Will gladly recommend him when purchasing from Bobs.

Anthony was amazing! From the moment I walked into the store he greeted my daughter and I with a big smile. He showed me different options for the sofa beds and didn’t pressure me as I walked through the store. He also explained the protection plans thoroughly. Then he showed me the different mattresses and I was blown away! He gave me a complete demo and let me take my time to make a decision. From start to finish he answered all my questions. Great service! Really loved our salesperson, Ramon. Even though he drove us crazy he was the best and really helped me and my family pick out my bedroom set. He gave us a lot of information and it was just amazing. I would definitely come to this store again. Oh by the way he gave us ice cream! 🍦

Poor Costumer service which is astonishing considering its a pandemic. You would assume they would be working harder/treating customers better just to keep their business going. The call wait times are super long. One woman put me on hold for 30 minutes, at that point I called on another phone and got a different representative who helped me right away. I was still on hold on the other phone! When you eventually get through the representatives have bad attitudes and on top of that theyre not knowledgeable about their products. The sales team isnt much better either. I had a horrible experience and I would not suggest purchasing from this location. Maybe try the others locations or just a different company.
Earl was absolutely amazing, he took the time to let us explore the store on our own but was ready the moment we needed help answering some questions! Throughout my experienced today I never felt pressured to purchase from him or rushed so he could move on to the next potential sale. He was humorous, respectful and honest....like a friend would be and for that I am grateful. I purchased a few pieces with my mom whom he also answered her questions and concerns with ease. This was my first time at Bobs, I was greeted quickly by Janis. She was very helpful, gave me time to look around by myself, answered all my questions honestly. She helped me find the perfect matress explained the differences and how theyre made. Janis was great I will be back for sure with this kind of customer service. The best!
Shopped today with bob’s for the first time today and I had the pleasure to work with Liliana. She was extremely knowledgeable and was able to help me find exactly what I was looking for. She discussed information of their insurance plan which covers many things and as well their finance options. It was great to have all this information, and I really appreciated Liliana being very transparent. Will definitely come back.
Michael was awesome! He introduced hisself very professionally and courteously. I’m the type of shopper that needs to look around before I buy and Michael gave me the space I needed to shop! When I had questions, he didn’t hesitate to come over and help and then politely went back to finishing what he was doing. Awesome store and wonderful employees.

My visit to Bob’s was very a nice experience. I went go buy furniture to gift to someone for their birthday. I tried to ask for help, but workers were busy helping other people and so I saw a saleswoman and I asked her if she can help me. She introduced me as lily and said that she was happy to help. Lily was a very nice and remarkable person and made my experience to Bob’s a good one this is my first time ever going to Bob’s. I give my thanks to Lily she help me select a good furniture and the persona I gift it too really liked it.

I showed her what I wanted from the website, she showed me something similar since the item was not available in store. Then she proceeded to quickly place the order and I was on my way. I had the best customer service experience with Karina. She was efficient, caring, and compassionate. The item I ordered online was back stocked until Jan 2021. Karina helped me find a similar item and was patient during my decision to switch. Thank you for calling, texting, and FaceTiming me to show the product. I had a terrible experience with Raymour and Flanigan so, I decided to give Bobs a chance, and I’m glad I did. The experience was night and day. I will be forever grateful for the pleasant experience.Thank you for the excellent customer service; you have no idea how much of a difference this makes. Oh, and thank you for suggesting the Playroom Artisan sectional. It was better than my first decision.
I walked in to get 2 mattresses and ended up making new friends 😂 Eddie was such a great help! He greeted me at the door and took his time to listen to my concerns and helped me pick the right beds. Manny, the sales manager, was also very friendly and helpful. Both were very patient and never for once seemed like I was wasting their time, even though I spent 2 hours making up my mind 🤦🏾♀️I have no reviews about the furniture yet but the customer experience here is well worth the visit!
Jesus R. at the Harlem location was smart, knowledgeable, helpful, and quick. A little kid even came over and started talking about Spider-Man movies and not only was he friendly but he was still focused on his job. He’s a great dude and I’m grateful I came to Bob’s to get my bed set.
The sales rep that assisted me, Eric, was extremely nice and never pressured me into a purchase (which some reps do tend to hound you for). He was around, but definitely let me go at my own pace with searches. Very helpful with any questions I had.I was able to order my sofa and I’m so happy about that.
Came to Bobs on E. 117st looking for a recliner. Sales associate Edward (Eddie) Woods approached me and asked me if he can help, I told him I was there looking for a recliner and the rest went very smoothly. He showed me all the recliners, I ended up purchasing one that fit my needs completely. Slighter higher in price than what I originally was looking for, but not by much. He explained all the features. I went with my young daughter, he showed her the cafe they have there, she had complimentary ice cream and a beverage. All in all, my whole experience was great from the moment I walked in, to the moment I left. I will certainly look for Eddie on my next purchase.*NEW REVIEW* - PURCHASE Feb 2020I purchased a bedroom set for my daughters, the sales person Jairus Young helped me and he was great. He took his time and explained everything, answered all my questions. No issues whatsoever. Thumbs up!

I like to do my research before making any purchases and so I did my homework before coming to this location. I made a purchase with Kareem and all I can say is that I have no regrets on coming to Bob’s. Kareem was a very pleasant salesman he walked me through the purchase and answered all my questions, he took his time and showed me my options. He didn’t pressure me into buying anything I didn’t want to. I say if you go this location make sure you ask for Kareem or Ramon who also took care of me the second time I wanted to make an extra purchase. Ramon was a pleasant salesman as well and very informative. Definitely will be going back to Bob’s to finish furnishing my home, this location was exceptional. Regards from a very satisfied customer.
Ramon was the sales associate that greeted me when I first walked in a couple nights ago. It was almost closing time and I would not have even known it because he took his time to explain everything to me about the sofa I liked. He answered all of my questions and the only reason I didn’t leave with it that day was because my husband needed to see it. When we came back, unfortunately he wasn’t available and my husband started with a new sales person. The couch didn’t end end up fitting through my door so I had to come back today. I was happy that Ramon was standing right at the door. He was able to help me pick a new couch that would work. Although I’m spending a little more money on this option, I feel happy and comfortable with my choice and don’t even feel the need to price match online with other competitors. Thank you Ramon for taking the time with me! Also...... everyone else is so happy and friendly at this location as well. The 2 customer service ladies that had to call my husband for more money (lol), thank you Jataysia & Stephanie, for making to delivery date happen. I’ll be back guys!!!! Oh and the manager was super friendly too!!
I came into the store with a bad attitude not ready to shop at all but Micheal Figueroa completely helped me have an extremely pleasant experience. He acknowledged how I felt but assured me he could help me find what I was looking for anyway. He was extremely patient and understanding and I was full of excitement with a smile on my face by the time we scheduled my delivery date. I highly recommend finding him when for any of your furniture needs, big or small, he’s your guy.
Mario’s and manager Alexis was very professional. Great customer service always smiling talking at a professional tone. Ask question and kept working with us offering solutions price wise. I had an awesome experience. The moment i walked in the door i was greeted by happy energetic sales agents. I wasnt bombarded or immediately trampled by desperate sales agents like in other stores. Vidya approached me very subtlety and walked me through the store, she took her time listening to my needs and didnt try to rush me into a sale. The Sales Manager Benjamin Arnold was very effective, fast and knowledgeable when his assistance was needed. I am glad i walked into this location and will definitely be back to purchase my bedroom set!!!
Mike H. was immediately welcoming when my girlfriend and I walked in and made us feel right at home while giving a great outline of the layout of the store. After we made our decision he was able to answer all the questions we had about the pieces and even searched around the whole store with us to make sure we had exactly the right fit for what we wanted.The store manager, Benjamin, was very personable and professional and assisted in the discussion regarding financing. But Mike H. is the real MVP here. From the moment we walked in all the way through the sale and setting up delivery: fantastic customer service—I can’t recommend enough!

My experience at Bobs went well. I was impressed with the customer service Micheal Figueroa provided as well as his manager was exceptional. Micheal answered all my questions showed me the differences in products and most importantly wasnt a pushy sales person. I will continue to shop at Bobs for the quality and the service.
Eddie was super helpful.... I had a vision and he help me see it. He was very honest. Even helped me move a night stand a coffee table a rug to see my vision. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. Thanks so much you are awesome. He even stayed two hours at the end of his shift to help. Can’t beat that! No pressure just browsed and found what I wanted and needed.

Earl was great! We let Earl know we were in a pinch for time and he did not disappoint. He helped us pick out and order 2 bedroom sets and a living room set in under 1 hour! He was quick yet thorough, making sure to let us know any helpful and relevant information. Even though we were stressed and tired from moving, Earl got us laughing and made everything so pleasant. Very satisfied with this experience.
Aminah was our sales associate during our time in Bobs, being extremely pleasant and helpful. We came in for a bed for our mother and we were able to calmly take our time and try everything out including; the new ultra power bed (which was amazing)... we got we we needed and are very happy. All the staff was helpful and its always a good experience when we shop at Bobs.

Best Salesman Ive ever encountered. I felt so comfortable after Ramon Negron helped us and explained everything thoroughly without being pushy. I came in looking to buy a bed and walked out buying everything I needed for my home. I wish every salesman was this knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. Rodney was beyond patient and knowledgeable. He was able to answer all of our questions and satisfy all of our concerns. He was also thorough and able to meet all of our specific needs. Earl was very helpful, friendly, and well dressed. Great overall experience. Also, delivery experience was great. The younger gentleman was very professional and charismatic. I wish I was able to leave a seperate review, but its nearly impossible to find the survey regarding their service via the automated messaging system. Definitely 5 stars all around.

Ramon was a great representative. He helped me find the perfect mattress. He didn’t try to sell me on high price items but on a bedroom set/ mattress /sofa that will make me feel comfortable. Eric had a lot of patience and was very detailed with showcasing the merchandise. He loves his job. The manager was very polite. Only thing is the Acceptance now computer took forever. The computer was very slow. Im happy with the store service and staff proceeding me to finish.

We just had a very nice visit to Bob’s furniture! Figueroa was helping us, and while we had been in before and had narrowed down our options, Figueroa gave us the time to look around and talk through what we needed, but was always within earshot to answer questions when needed. We decided on the Panther, and are very happy with our choice. This is the fourth piece of furniture I’ve purchased from Bob’s. Eddie Woods made my experience today at Bob’s absolutely perfect. He was incredibly helpful, first on the phone, and then upon my arrival in the store. He was patient as I explored all of my options, and explained everything without being pushy. He made my buying experience really comfortable and I would definitely recommend Bob’s and Eddie.
Had a lovely experience with Michael!! We came in with a plan, and Michael immediately put us in the right direction. He was helpful, positive, and not at all pushy! There is nothing more discouraging than a salesman that only cares about the sale. Not the case here. He genuinely cared and took the time to take great care of us. I would definitely suggest Bob’s and Michael if you’re in need of furniture.
My visit to bobs was very pleasant. Jarius in sales was very helpful.i told him exactly what I wanted and he gave me some good advise on another payment options that is available since I expressed to him how tight my budget was. At the end I spend everything but his personality and the furniture I picked out made it all WORTH IT !!!😊

Answered all my questions and made me feel comfortable with my purchase.Edit: Bobs delivered my purchase and it was a great experience. I was provided with a timeframe a few days out and received multiple confirmation/reminder texts regarding the delivery as well. The deliveryman arrived early and were in and out really quickly. My purchase arrived wrapped up and was well protected-- no scratches or anything wrong with it. They took all the trash and made sure I was satisfied before they left.
My experience with Shalik was amazing! I came in with my family and he took care of us and answered all of our questions. He made it so much more easier to furniture shop. He literally carried a peace of furniture without us asking him just to see if it matched with a tv stand of our interest. The best customer service ever!
I would like to say we met Our sales associate Earl at the door. And his pleasant personality and demeanor really made us want to buy something. He was extremely helpful. The experience that I had in Bobs furniture store it was the worst I ever had in my life I never went through what I went through with this beautiful story they gave me the frame that was in the gallery store that was from March we are enjoying and I still waiting for them to change it might recommendation I would not like to have nobody going to what I went through thats what I have to say they promise you something and they gave you another so I dont think that is cool at all the still havent sent me a email telling me when they are going to send my friend but I will be patient and keep waiting I will not recommend it to another people ever. Dont get me wrong its an excellent back to sleep for the experience and the way that people work is horrible and its a shame that the people in Harlem the three different for me and still relationships sorry for what I experience.
Lili helped us pick out furniture four our living room. She spent the first 10 minutes guiding us and talking to us and then allowed me and my roommate to spend time to search and discuss. She was so helpful and sweet. Would highly recommend her and this store. The prices were great, and the experience was everything it should be.

I just purchased my living room furniture set at Bob’s and my sales rep was Michael Figueroa. He was fantastic. This guy knew his stuff was very pleasant easy to work with and not pushy. I would recommend anyone in the market for furniture/ bedding ask for this dude.
Please note that this review is not about this specific store but dealing with Bobs national customer service/delivery team. The store itself and the sofa I bought are great.To keep a long story short, when they delivered the sofa, they did not set it up properly requiring a service call and did not take care for the walls of my building when bringing it in. Then when I tried to call customer service, they had multiple technical issues that required me to call back and wait numerous times.When I could finally go through and set up an appointment, they dont work nights, so you have to be home all day to deal with them. Also, they give you a 4-hour window but dont stick to it. The service guy called me up and asked to come at 1pm when my window was 2-5. When I told him I would not be home, he told me he would not be in the city any more after 1, so he canceled the appointment. I ended up getting a weekend appointment 2 weeks later and was told over the phone 11-3 then I get a text the next day telling me it was 1-5 window. The guy called me and asked me to come between 10-1. They dont know how to schedule correctly.When I filled out the survey telling them about these issues I got an email back offering me a $25 gift card... they dont sell anything for that price, so they are basically giving me a bill to make up for there mess up. When I pointed this out, they told me thats all I get. Now I did not expect anything, but if you are going to offer a gift card to make up at least make sure I can get something with that gift card.
Customer service is great and very helpful and friendly. I went to the Harlem store. The employee that helped me was Eddie. He was such a great guy and patience. He really help me make a good decision on a sectional, I love the sectional. It feels great and very comfortable. Thanks Eddie for your great service.
To Customer service 5 stars 💫 💫💫💫💫To MERCHANDISE dresser called “Hudson Gray Dresser” no startThe dresser is a piece of junk, I bought it for my son’s room on December 2nd. A week 1 or 2 later, a drawer got locked for no reason, and a technician came to check the problem and he tried to unlock the drawer and he ordered a new drawer to replace it. One week later a second drawer got stuck! A technician came back to look at it and ordered another drawer to try to fix the problem. I bought a dresser to keep the clothes in order, not to have the clothes locked for the summer.On January, a THIRD drawer get stuck AGAIN. I called Bob customer service to report the problem with this dresser and to ask when I will be receiving the part to fix the drawer and they told me that the piece MIGHT be delivered in APRIL 2021. I asked customer service to replace the dresser and they told me they cannot do anything about it because is a manufacturing issue. I paid for the warranty and they still said that that is not covered. The drawers seem to be put together with glue too! Would not recommend getting a drawer here.- [ ]
Eric was probably the best sales person Ive ever had. He helped me pick out a bed that would fit in my small apartment, he was very patient gave me different options and had a great personality, very funny guy. If you come to Bobs you should ask for him personally, you wont be disappointed!

Went there to find a sofa for my new apartment and was surprised at the comfort of the store and the helpfulness of most the staff. Eric was really helpful but not too pushy and knew how to be helpful and down to earth, but not come off like he was just trying to get me to buy something.I ended up buying a sectional but could not complete the purchase until a manager came over to “review” the purchase. This came off weird to me because not only did this manager have to go over every detail of my info and the purchase with me (extra ten minutes right there), but he also pushed a protection plan on the sofa aggressively hard - one that I had already discussed and turned down with the associate. To the point where he made me feel dumb for not getting one! Really felt like he was just trying to get the extra sale and nothing more.I tried to reason with him and talk about how it the sofa was a good sofa then it should never have issues or damage from normal use. I’ve had a ton of sofas in my life and have moved 9 times in the last 9 years with the same sofa and it’s never broke, yet he made it sound like if I don’t get this protection plan it’s destined to break and I’ll be out of luck when it happens. This went on for about five minutes of his pushing before he finally gave up.Would give five stars if it wasn’t for this interaction at the end, definitely left a funny feeling in my mouth after.Shout out to Eric though, once again he was super helpful and genuine.
Eric was the best ever. Literally the G.O.A.T (greatest of all time). I’ve never felt more comfortable especially sense shopping gives me anxiety. He was able to help me with ease in finding the perfect pieces for my new apartment. Seek him out if you want someone who is personable and not pushy.

We had a great experience at this location today. We worked with Anthony and he was extremely helpful and not pushy at all. He was very informative and helped us pull the trigger on some mattresses for our family. We had a lot of different options from different stores but Anthony took the time out to show us what he had and was able to find us exactly what we were looking for. Very friendly and respectful. Vidya the sales person who was helping us was very helpful and broke down the prices for us multiple times, and helped us and recommend that we get a protection plan which helps with keeping everything looking nice and brand new, if anything happens Bobs fixes it. Great store and just awesome prices! The couch we got is so plush and comfy. It was a score to pay around $900 for a set of chair and couch. Employees are very attentive and polite. We were helped by Janice and were very pleased with her service. We explained the layout of our apartment and she gave us some ideas on possible set up. Would highly recommend this store!
I walked in having a list of most of what I needed/wanted to buy. As soon as I walked in Anthony was ready and able to point out the items I had seen online and was very knowledgeable of the store. The one thing I was extremely unsure about was what mattress I wanted to buy. Anthony took the time to walk me over to the Sleep Zone and explain the different mattress options in terms of pricing and comfort and what I might be needing. He was very patient as I tested all the mattresses and was considerate enough to demonstrate the different features of the mattresses. He and the manager, Benjamin, then went even further than what I expected and made me aware of yet another financing option on top of the one I had been approved for and were able to completely alleviate the financial burden, making it possible for me to afford the mattress I really wanted. Had a great experience and Bobs Discount Furniture. My fiance and I were looking for a couch and Lily, the sales associate who helped us, was great. She greeted us right away and showed us the couches that fit the description of what we wanted. She let us take our time and was not pushy, but always there if we had a question. She also was brilliant and helped us get our couch delivered earlier than expected, which was so appreciated.
We have been clients of Bob Furniture for a long time but it was our first time in this location. We were very happy with Ramon, as soon as we walked in he welcomed us in such a nice manner. He gave us a quick tour and gave us time to continue browsing on our own without pressurig us or rushing us. As soon as we were ready he assisted us and answered all our questions. He was so nice and professional. Thanks to him we made the best choice. We definitely coming back and for sure request his assitance for our next purchase!

He was very attentive but also have us the space to look around and feel things out. When we had questions about different options or color or availability, he was on the spot to help us. He was very personable and I felt he was looking out for our best interests not just a commission. If Im ever in the area, Id stop by to tell him hello. 2022-07-01I went to Bob’s Discount Furniture to purchase a new bed. The salesman who took care of me was Edwin. He is an excellent salesman! I told Edwin I wanted to purchase a queen size bed. Edwin was professional, friendly, accommodating, and polite. In 30 minutes, the sale was complete. Edwin was very helpful and I appreciate his expertise! He deserves a raise!

2022-04-01Went in to bobs a couple weeks ago. Made two visits, both times working with the same salesman, Jesus. He was very helpful, and assisted me with my entire purchase. Today I received my order which is missing a piece!!No one called or emailed me to notify me before hand that the missing piece was back ordered!. The delivery guys had no idea there was a piece missing.I called the store and spoke with a sales woman named Amanda who said she would send an inquiry form to the vender to see when the missing piece would be available and said i should receive a response within 48-72 hours.... I will be in the store today to get answers!!

2022-03-03This is my third going on fourth sofa of this brand with bobs. It has broken in the same exact spot ALL THREE TIMES. The three times it had broke was within Months of each other. The fourth sofa I was suppose to receive has been on back order for 7-9 months. When they finally called me saying they have it back in stock they show up with half of the sofa with them. So I am stuck with this broken sofa for another 2 weeks. DO NOT BUY WITH BOBS. I will never spend another dime here. I don’t even want the sofa anymore I just want my money back at this point.

However, very disappointed that I had to pay for Powerlift II chairs that wont be delivered until 4 months later. Hopefully my items will become available and delivered as promised. Outstanding product but inventory needs improvement.
