Very client friendly staff every-time I visit. In my latest trip, I brought a beautiful sectional sofa after receiving hands-on assistance from both Mr. Elvin and Mr. Saloam.They addressed all of my concerns related to a past purchase and ensured that I would receive the proper experience this time around.I can’t wait to do business with them again.
BOBS has always been a very good Furniture Store. The staff is Professionally wonderful and friendly.
The customer service was outstanding from the sales person (Steven) to the manager and cashier. The staff were professional, knowledgeable and friendly. The decision was easy thanks to how well they answered all of my questions. I appreciated how patient and friendly my questions were answered.
We Purchased a sectional and coffee table yesterday 2/25/22 - We was met by a gentleman named Gabriel. He passed the vibe test right away and we was happy to work with him. The young lady working the Acceptance counter was very pleasant and informative. We left happy and totally satisfied with the service.The entire team did a shanaynay job and will always be welcomed to Ferenge nation. :)
Very friendly salespeople. BUT! After being told what we wanted was available, when we went on to actually purchase items, all of a sudden its a 6 to 8 week wait. Now, after 3 weeks, an email stating that we have to wait until mid June for our order. Going back today to cancel the whole thing. Theyre more like used car salespeople. So very disappointed.
My Fiancée & I purchased a bed from this location not to long ago. The manager Saloam was beyond respectful. What a nice & pleasant man to deal with. The rest of the staff in the store is just as respectful & polite. I highly recommend if you are in the Kingsbridge area of the Bronx. And you need a piece of furniture for your home. Come see Soloam & his staff. I promise you wont be sorry

The set up is nice. They have some good pieces. Some of the sofas are more comfy than I thought. The quality tho..... really dont love it. The dresser drawers look flimsy but would go for the sofa. The salespeople give you space and do not hover.

Purchased a sectional couch last month, it was delivered with missing legs for one part of the couch. The delivery men also damaged a pillow when opening with there box cutter. Over all extremely disappointed. Now the legs wont arrive till mid July. Also never received an email letting me know. Shouldve went with Raymour & Flanagan.
Carmen was a great salesperson she was very attentive and made sure she got exactly what I was looking for very professional and friendly attitude.
The actual experience in the store was nice and professional, but I am feeling very misled after the fact. We were pushed to defer payments and pay on credit (we actually came to the store with money, but the salesperson didnt even ask about that, so we just went with it because it wasnt a big deal either way) and told that we wouldnt be charged until ONE MONTH after we received our furniture. We were also told wed receive our furniture (a sleeper sofa and mattress) starting in October.Well, its November, and we JUST received our mattress and have been told we wont receive our sofa until January (theres a shipping crisis, thats not Bobs fault). Still, weve been charged on our credit card (which was originally sent to the wrong address even though we JUST got this stuff and wont be getting our other stuff for months. We had to physically go back to the store to get this address, and we were told that, since we received the mattress, theres nothing they can do even though theyve gone back on the deal THEY made. Well pay it, but this leaves a really sour taste in my mouth and makes me want to never buy stuff from Bobs again. You couldve been straightforward, but instead you chose this.So, buy from Bobs at your own peril, and listen CLOSELY to what they say. And if you can, pay cash, because they will charge you ahead of schedule and then shrug as if they didnt just lie.UPDATE: After talking with my wife, it turns out that we were charged on the credit card they set up for us in the store BEFORE WE EVEN LEFT THE STORE. So we actually had money on the card before the card even arrived. Also, when she went into the store to inquire about this, they totally lied and reneged on the deal. I take my two stars back. Bobs deserves a one star and you SHOULD NOT BUY FROM THEM. THEY ARE LIARS.
What took place today actually took place two years ago right before the pandemic… Everything was delayed. So now I decided to move forward Whenever one in the store was dress as courteous and professional as before. I reconfigured my sectional and now it’s just a waiting game again
It was an amazing experience. Everyone there is very attentive to your needs. They were kind, funny, and honest when it come to information about the shipping of one of my products I purchased. It’s a vibe in this particular location. The music had my moving my feet and singing. It’s a lovely place to visit & purchase your furniture. Thank you Carmen for you patience, I know I drove her crazy, but we stayed laughing with my mom. The manager Salom (sorry if I spelled it wrong) was joy as well. Head to Bobs furniture at 230 st & Broadway you won’t regret it!

The staff was overall so welcoming!! I had ordered a mattress and it came with in 2 weeks, which was perfect for me. I was greeted by Jessica, and she sent me to Carmen who was an amazing sales women! And everyone else was just so welcoming, and answered every question I asked in the most detailed way. Definitely going to shop here again!!

Horrible. They sold my TV stand that was already paid for. Had me walking circles in the store looking at pieces nowhere near the size of the TV stand. The manager did not help whatsoever didnt bother checking inventory in other stores. They just saw a young face and thought I was nowhere near educated or know my rights as a consumer. Instead as she saw my frustration she was laughing up a storm with another employee. Even though I was reimbursed [wait 5-6 days] they made a very foul move by doing this just selling sold inventory to other customers just to make the goal of the day and not even calling to update thank goodness I even stopped by to check on the status. Now...lets see how much longer my SOLD and completely out of POCKET paid for dining table set will take to even arrive to my household.

I came into Bob’s because there was great deals online for sofas. I called a couple locations and when I called the Riverdale location Lydia answered the phone. She was very lovely to speak to. She was informative with the questions I had. The sales person Francisco assisted me with my purchase. I was purchasing a sofa as a present for my father. He was wonderful to work with. He was friendly, efficient and quick processing my order. I appreciate the excellent customer service he provided.

Already skeptical about making another purchase at Bobs after we had a terrible experience with our bedroom and dining room furniture three years ago, my boyfriend and I went in to look at some mattresses. A few minutes after checking out some options, we were greeted by Sales Rep. Jessica. Not only did Jessica listen to our needs and requests, she was knowledgeable and went the extra mile. After helping us pick our mattress and hearing about our past bad experience, she brought it to the managers attention. We were then provided with the option to get replacement pieces for our entire bedroom set to make up for the issues we had which Customer Care failed to address. Jessica was able to turn our bad experience around in store and delivered the service we should have always received from Bobs Customer Care.
My shopping experience at the Bobs in Riverdale was amazing. My sister had gone there a few days prior to purchase Furniture as well I told her that I was going to do the same.She recommended Eric Stewart. Went to this new store, I got stop by security, I understand is because of the pandemic,Wait it outside for about 15 minutes, two customers came in after me, security let them in without any problems, after minutes of waiting security let me in and checked my temperature, witch I was amazed that he didn’t check the temperature of the two customers that went in from of me. Once inside didn’t find anyone that can help me so I left the store. I’m was so disappointed with the customer service. I had to take money else where. Love Bobs furniture but this store deserves no starts.

Seriously if I could give no stars, I really would. I purchased a sofa with these people back on labor day. When I made the purchase the sales rep never told us the item was sold out, all he told us was that the latest delivery they had was for 10/17. So we made our purchase, and when it came time to scheduling the delivery the woman told us she couldnt schedule because the schedule wasnt up yet... weird right since they man showed us different dates? Anyways 2 weeks passed and I still hadnt heard anything from them, so I decided to try calling the store. It took 6 tries to finally get someone on the line, finally the woman I spoke with informed me that the item was out of stock and that once it would get back in stock they would contact me with a delivery date. 10/17 passes and I decide to try contacting the store again, and I could not for the life of me get in touch with anyone at this store and trust me when I tell you that I called more times than I can count. So I end up sending them an email, and now this person tells me that I would only get part of the sofa on 10/30 and the other piece on 2/7/21. I ask this person to cancel the order and if they could give me a refund, and he tells me he cant that I would have to call the store. Again, try calling the store for an entire week. FINALLY I got someone and she tells me that instead of canceling that she can schedule me for 11/27 that they will definitely have the item in stock by then, I asked her if she was sure because I kept getting different dates. She responded with a yes and that if anything changed that they would obviously call me to inform me... that was last week. TODAY I decide to try calling again because when I tried tracking it nothing was coming up. No one picks up for the store so I choose to chat with someone and this man ends up telling me that the piece wont be delivered until the ending of December on different dates and now Im sitting here laughing out loud because no one has been able to help me with neither a delivery nor a refund.

The salesman Steven and trainee Eduardo were very helpful and patient with me and wife. They were very professional and the store itself is beautiful with a lot of great perks. (Coffee and treats are complimentary) The entire process was quick and clear. The delivery guys worked faster than anything I’ve ever seen before! Professionals all around. 5 star service.

Nice big store, lots of furniture. Why are you still doing temperature checks at front door? Paranoid sheeples. Sales rep was misleading, and hard to understand. Didnt not explain what was included properly. Delivery came, and was a bit disappointed. Kind of expected that kind of stuff from local small furniture stores, not bobs.
Veralisa Claudio was the best ever. She really did a very good job in assisting me and my husband. She was very kind, very accommodating, very patience, very respectful and sweet. She really worked so hard in helping us get what we wanted. I even changed the whole order after browsing over and she really took the time to change our order with a smile. I must have spent like 5 hours with her and she maintained her sweetness and being so helpful and kind. I have never seen such a very good salesperson in my entire life. I felt so at home with her that I wanted to be like her and be her friend because she is just amazing and easy to talk to. The fist time when I went to that place I felt like a home. My family was impressed (Wife and Mother) about the outstanding customer service over there. I want to mention Eric Stewart, this guy is amazing, very well-trained and professional when deal with customer. He and his manager spend couple of hours with us helping us to find the best way for the product that we were looking for, and at the end they gave us a great affordable price to take at home. Eric was very attentive. He was patient, knowledgeable and he knew where everything I had planned on picking up was. Ironically when I saw the pieces in person I had changed my mind with re: to screen shots I had taken in prior to my visit but I was surprised to know that he literally knew where all the pieces I had planned to buy were. He was super efficient and the whole end purchase process was a snap. (Super quick, no headaches). Next Bob’s purchase I will definitely be looking for Eric again. Thank you Eric!

If i could give a zero i would, ive been waiting for a mattress for 3 months. First they sent me the wrong mattress then i decided to go to the store again and put 300 dollars more on top the almost 300 i had put down before for a better mattress and its been 3 months they have almost 600 dollars of money but i have no product. And to top it off they say i have to either wait for the mattress or wait 60 days for a refund with no mattress. This has been the worst service ive ever had. Ive had better service in a small business furniture store than in bobs.

My mother and I went to Bobs today by my house and wow the service was amazing. The moment we walked in no one was hovering over us. The store manager greeted us after he saw us browsing around and we said we were just browsing. Well I was browsing but my mother ended up wanting to get quotes of furniture to come back and purchase with my dad. Francisco ended up helping her around checking quotes and how she can customize her living/dining room furniture pieces. We even got ice cream in their little cafe.I most definitely will come by to finish furnishing my own apartment since I live up the block from this bobs store. :)

Steven was absolutely awesome and amazing! First place me or my wife has been to in a very long time that makes you feel so welcomed. Steven was so knowledgeable about everything I asked for, and even went down to the very small details to make sure I had a good description of what I was looking for and looking at. I was very pleased with the service I received here. The two associates who helped me were very nice. The place is nice and quiet and very clean looking. The bathrooms were also clean. The staff was very helpful. They moved furniture around and put pieces together that did not belong on same display to allow me to have an idea of how things would look for my home. Canola was an excellent sales person. She took her time with me, explained, prices, payments, payment methods. Very soft spoke and very professional. I recommend every ask for her when shopping. Priscilla at the 230th street location in the Bronx provides what I can only describe as STELLAR sales and customer service skills. Our interaction in order to make purchases of several pieces were handled expertly from all sides. From making sure we were choosing the right bed and mattress, to ensuring any mishaps were rectified and addressed, we were extremely pleased overall with the experience. Everything was handled in a style that I consider “classic customer service”. She proved that the more personal and candid approach is the direction to take in this “just order it on Amazon” day and age. We will be back for more due to her salesmanship! Thank you!

First of all, the showroom is amazing. It’s beautiful, detailed and you can visualize the pieces in your home. It’s so warm and inviting (they have refreshments too, lol). Nela was our salesperson, she’s very helpful. Jose finished the deal, he was very professional and also extremely helpful and detailed with the process. We’ve been looking for a new sectional with a sleeper and we got exactly what we were looking for at a great price and fair warranty. This turned out to be a delightful experience. I simply wanted to share the wonderful customer experience I had at this location. I had been looking for a dining set for weeks and wanted a professional opinion to help make my decision. The associate Steven fell nothing short of my expectations. He carefully listened to my needs and what I was looking for. He sold me on the Grey Gatsby dining set and Im very satisfied with my purchase. Had the best experience here. Francisco was so helpful/patient and helped me find just what I was looking for (mind you I sat on almost every couch in the store lol). He answered all of my questions thoroughly and explained anything I need clarification on. If he wasnt 100% sure he double checked to make sure all the info he provided was correct. The Manager even came by to double check I was being helped and a few other members even offered suggestions to help me find a couch that was the exact comfort I was looking for (I am extremely picky). The team effort put in to help me find something to fit my needs was impressive and exceeded my expectations. It was like I was the only one they were tending too (I was not and I still felt like a priority). They even looked up stuff not in store to try and find a solution for my concerns. By the end of my visit, I had prices and dimensions so I could go home and make sure it fit and crunch the numbers.After getting home I realized I lost my dimensions and called the store. Francisco was there yet again to save the day and resent them to me so I could double check everything. Now I will be going in today to lock in a purchase. Never going anywhere else for my furniture need ever again!

My mother and I needed a bilingual Spanish speaker, nothing against non-bilingual people, but Jose Medina was truly wonderful with us. He has a great attitude and is very knowledgeable. I went to buy my furniture for my new place a couple of days ago and Steven was so helpful. We needed a higher credit limit and he did everything for us. It was a very easy transacation. He explained everything in detailed and when over the insurance policy and what it covers. I am very satisfy with the service and will be recommending family and friends. I normally dont have the opportunity to write reviews because frankly not many places deserve them. This past Sunday my fiancé and I went looking for a couch. walking into Bobs we were immediately welcomed by Jose. he asked us what we were looking for and pointed us in the right direction. He laid off as not to hover over us but was nearby enough so that if we had questions he was right there to help us. He wasnt pushy, aggressive or anything you would expect from a typical sales person. Jose gave us helpful tips on what would look best in our apartment. The paperwork was all ready to buy a sofa and love seat when we wanted to check out a sectional. Jose was supportive in us trying to find the best fit. I gave 4 stars because he was a new sales person and it took some back and forth with Kevin the manager to get the correct order in place. Overall it was a great experience.

My bed took 5 months to arrive, they did not call to schedule a delivery or prove insurance which is needed by my building, then they changed the delivery time to first thing in the morning without contacting me which then threw my schedule and my super out of sync. This shop is the worst and I would recommend going to anywhere else aside from this location.

We ran into a hiccup when a couch style that I wanted was no longer available. However he helped me find a solution and a closer match. The process from start to finish was handled very professionally. Delivery was on time and done very quickly, without any mess. Communication was professional and calls were returned in a timely manner, I never have any complaints when it comes to Bob’s. My kids love their new bedroom sets and so do I.
I dont usually take the time to write reviews but everyone deserves to know how great this Bobs location is. I purchased a full 3 bedroom apt worth of furniture about 8 yrs ago from a different Bobs location. Lets just say my experience with customer service after the purchase & the former Goof proof plan was less than satisfactory & it left my family with a sour opinion of Bobs. Taking a chance I decided to stop by one of the stores out of curiosity since I needed to buy new furniture & I was in the area. I was energetically greeted by Emmanuel (Manny) when I entered the store. Humor upon entering was a great start! He allowed me to look around without being harassed. It is such a turn off to be pressured or followed when you just want to peacefully look around. We would cross paths with witty comments as he was helping other customers and he made sure to answer any questions I had as I was browsing. When I decided on what I wanted I shared my decor vision & he took the time to walk around the store to mix & match pieces so I can get a visual. He even carried an end table across the showroom floor just so I can see if it goes with a couch color & then again to make sure it coordinates with an electric fireplace I purchased as well. He was such a pleasure to shop with that I brought my mom in 2 weeks later. I looked for Manny & was so happy to find out he was working at the store during my next visit. My mom turned her nose up at Bobs before & was not a fan of the store based on my previous experience several years ago BUT she walked out of this Bobs location having purchase a couple pieces & loving her new friend Manny. He is totally my Bobs go to guy. I have & will recommend this location & Manny to anyone looking to buy furniture.

Veralisa was very helpful and knowledgeable during our first visit and purchase at Bobs Discount Furniture store. My Wife and I didnt feel pressure as Veralisa did allow us to view items on our own. She then came to continue to kindly assist us in our purchase. We had overall a great experience.

I had a very good experience at the Riverdale location! Everyone I dealt with was very professional from the beginning to the end. I recently moved into a building with very strict delivery rules and the team of Joanna, Virginiaand office manager Loretta stuck with me and kept me informed every step of the way and made it happen! They made what could have been a really stressful experience go very smoothly even when things out of their control occurred. I really appreciate their collective attentiveness to my issues and delivery details and status. They called me several times to keep me informed and thats important to me. I wouldnt be sitting on my new couch without them Steven Perez was my sales rep and he was very professional and was also very attentive to me along with Lionel from Acceptance now which helped me finance the purchase. I had such a great experience at this bobs! Jose Medina one of the sales associate helped me pick a beautiful, comfortable, and cozy sofa for my family and I. He was so happy to help & so experience with the furniture in the store. I went in their with no extension of buying a sofa that same day, and I walked out happy to spend my money at Bobs! If you go to this bobs, ask for Jose Medina, he’s one of the best sales Man.

Veralisa was amazing! As soon as I walked in she was super welcoming and showed me directly what I was looking for. She even suggested a different mattress that she thought I might like and I fell in love. I liked that she asked questions about me, not too personal but enough to get to know what I may or may not like. Came in thinking of purchasing 4 items and left with 12 purchases, but truly appreciate it!
My mom and I had a great experience shopping at Bobs furniture store in 231st street. Marta, our person on the floor, was super helpful and patient allowing us our space to look around and answering any questions we had. She took her time with us and was just so wonderful and pleasant. We appreciate all her help and will definitely go back to Bobs for other furniture needs. Aicha was great helping with exactly what kind of furniture i needed. I was extremely amazed of how informative she was with everything many things I really didnt know about. Thank you we are surely enjoying everything we purchased. Also installation was easy and quick.
This location was AWESOME! Clean, friendly, and well lit. We usually go the one in Yonkers and I never noticed how dark it was in there compared to Riverdale. It made viewing the furniture much more easier. But never mind that, the people at this location are what made the experience so wonderful. Prior to my visit I spoke to Eric on the phone probably 3 different times. His follow up was incredible. If he said he was going to call me back, he did! And within the timeframe he promised too! He is the sole reason I chose to go to Riverdale over our usual location in Yonkers. From the minute he greeted us to time we left, he was knowledgeable, professional, not aggressive at all, and very well dressed may I add! He navigated the sale perfectly... before a problem could arise he solved it. He was two steps ahead of anything that could have delayed the sale. He was such a pleasure to work with. I don’t know who wouldn’t buy from him!! The manager of this location (forgive me, I forgot his name. He told me twice, my fault, not his!) was just as pleasant. He shook hands, looked me in my eyes, and came over to check on our visit and to offer my little boy free goodies. They overall have such a wonderful staff at this location. If you need new furniture, this is the location to go to, and Eric is your guy!!!
If you are going to Bobs and you actually want superb customer service you have to ask for Emmanuel Jimenez. Not only did he solve all my complex problems he wast honest, and a great listener. He was pleasant from start to finish what a hard worker he was. Where was this kind of service my whole life. Point simple go see Manny.
Bad customer experience. I made 2 seperate purchases for 2 different addresses totaling over 3K. the sales rep. was professional and helpful, but when I called to confirm shipment I was told that both purchases were going to same address. SHOULD BE a simple fix but i was told i have to go in to fix it.. I had to take time off of work and when I showed up I cancelled both orders due my having to take time out of my day (which is money lost) to fix what SHOULD BE a simple fix. I was informed shipment would be cancelled but I had to call back 2 times to inform them AGAIN to cancel ALL MY ORDERS.. I will be going to a slightly more expensive company and just for a better sale experience.
I am in love with this specific location. When you go in ask for Eric Stewart he’s amazing so professional and goes above his ways to satisfy your needs. His supervisor is amazing as well! Keep it up you guys! The way they work is the perfect definition of customer service!

I went to Bobs with my mother- looking for a sofa and we ended up staying for a few hours, we had such a positive experience. We ended up getting alot more than a sofa, the prices are very reasonable and everything in the store is very high quality. The employees were all so nice and patient. Steven helped me and my mother, and I Was so impressed by him. He was super helpful, patient, talkative, he knew every detail about their merchandise. I usually Fred going furniture shopping, but after going to this store I now really enjoy itOh and they have free coffee and ice cream. If you go make sure to ask for Steven, he will make your experience fun and easy.

Veralisa was amazing. She was attentive to our needs and she was not pushy. We were able to purchase a dining room table, sectional sofa and mini recliner for our son. When I asked about a discount on the mini recliner I heard Veralisa use my first name when inquiring with her boss which I think is impressive customer service. Sounds small, but goes a long way. Great furniture at great prices. Delivery and extra protection are also very reasonably priced and much lower than most furniture stores. The sales associates are very helpful and spend a lot of time helping you find what you need. I had an issue with the delivery and my sales associate (Noelle) even helped me several times over the phone after the purchase.
Once again my husband and I were impressed with Big Bob’s! We were in need of a larger couch and Steven Perez & Eduardo really took care of us. They were professional, kind, honest and patient throughout the entire process. You can’t beat the price and the quality is the same as the more expensive places! Raymond Comney has been my #1 Sales person from day one. It has taken me long time to purchase my Sofa bed, and he has been patiently helping me through it all. He is very professional, knowledgeable and gives wise recommendations if you have doubts. I highly recommend him and definitely use him again for my future purchases at Bobs.
My sales rep, Raymond, was knowledgeable, courteous and obviously experienced. The store manager, Kevin, was also quite friendly and understanding in his ways. He checked in with us multiple times to make sure everything was running smoothly with our purchase. However, our experience fell short of that 5th star not due to the store personnel, but rather, due to the misleading information I received over the phone from the Bobs customer service team who led me to believe I was granted a credit for all 3 of my goof proof claims; only to go in to the store and find out this wasnt true. Needless to say, given the excellent service provided by Raymond, Kevin, and Ida, the closing agent, my family and I went forward with our purchase. We look forward to continue working with Bobs in the future and would most certainly recommend friends to this store. Yet, we hold steadfast in hoping that the Bobs customer care team would rectify the goof proof claim amount needed to be credited to our account.

2022-08-03The representative Samuel with whom I had the pleasure of working with, was awesome. He was very professional, yet personable at the same time. He paid attention to detail, he listened to me, he quickly caught on to what my preferences were, he offered me options, and was honest about ways in which I could save money. Not once did I feel pressured. I would high recommend that if a person ever decided to shop at the Bobs on 230th st, ask for Samuel!!!!

2022-05-11,I should mention that the treatment and service on the part of the service associate was really worthwhile; she spoke accurately and pointed me in the proper direction;in fact, I bought a mattress suitable for my weight and girth. In addition, my intelligent companion and or lady friend, brighter than I am, was taken and impressed by the demeanor of the staff. The crowning flourish was a cookie and ice cream available to the public. I did inquire weather Bob had a last name;he seems to be a national icon. I gather.

2022-04-15Went to the showroom in Riverdale to purchase a new mattress the staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. Edwin assisted with everything we needed down to the pillows, he was awesome. Our mattress was ready for delivery but unfortunately our base wasn’t and Lydia came to the rescue and made sure that we had a temporary base to go with our new mattress till we received ours. Thank youThe delivery was smooth they were on time, very efficient, put everything together seamlessly and very professional.Can’t thank you guys enough 😀

2022-08-03The worst customer service, ordered the bed 6 months ago, have been notified to make the rest of the payment which is impossible, have spend over 3 hours on the phone, they hung up on me 3 times, it’s nothing but a waste of your time and a stressful experience! The lady who picked up the phone 4 times would hung up on me after my long wait on the line and didn’t give me a chance to ask for her name so I could address to a supervisor, then Carlos keeps me on the line for another hour or so just to find out later that no one is available to take a payment today

2020-09-18We went to Bob’s after having to return a couch from a competitor because even after breaking it in it wouldn’t soften to be comfortable. Eric from Bob’s greeted us at the door, asked us about what we were looking for, gave us a little education and was not pushy. He asked us to take our time and try everything out. He let us roam the store alone and was attentive when we needed him. When we chose one of the most comfortable and coincidentally less expensive couches he did not try to change our decision to up sell us. He made the buying process very smooth, educated us about the optional warrantee (very reasonably priced and not a scam like many competitors) and scheduled a convenient delivery date and time. The delivery was punctual and the delivery people were very professional. They took care of everything. The couch is a success as my husband is currently taking a nice nap on our new comfy couch. When we move to a larger place we will definitely be back for our other apartment needs. The prices are reasonable and the service is exceptional.
