Like, loads of inventory, but that return policy is old school and needs updating. Its not competitive and make me feel like Im stuck if I just want to return.The policy: exchange only or store creditI ended up with one and ill probably forget to use it!
Great store for active wear. I found a lot of bargains, yesterday, and I was pleased with the selection as well. The cashier was very pleasant and especially helpful in answering questions.
First time back to Bobs after 1year n a half.Cashier was the sweetest lady.Welcomed me back.I told her so nice to be out n about and shopping at Bobs

Awesome local store (even if it a chain). To lose this location would be a loss for the area. Excellent selection of merch at very reasonable prices. Store is clean and staff is friendly.
This is a great place for menswear. Ladies, too. Unless you want shoes for girls or women. That selection is not very big. Also not a great selection of kids (younger than 7) clothes. My husband likes his shirts in a 3X. They have it.
Cant say enough good things about bobs. The store was very clean ( considering it was christmas!) And the staff helpful, but the cashier was exceptional. I was confused with a bunch of coupons i had, which to use,what could i use,etc. And she was excellant. She sorted things out, to give me the best prices! Personalized attention, instead of rushing me along, and she did it with a smile! Plus there was only 4 people ahead of me (2 at checkouts n 2 on line) but it moved very fast, only waited about 5 mins. Other stores should take a lesson from bobs!
One of my favorite stores......prices are reasonable, they always have good sales, plus discount coupons and reward coupons $10.00 or more (depending on the points you accrue on purchases) The staff is always helpful and friendly and if you buy any kind of jeans or pants that are too long, they will shorten them for $5.00.Not all sales are advertised in their fliers, but most of the time they have 30-50 percent off. apparel and shoes.

I shop there mostly for work apparel and their work boot/shoe selection is fantastic. The only downside is it is not easy to find wide sizes but I suppose this is true with many stores.

I used to shop for work shoes for my husband but wont anymore.Saw a pair of shoes on clearance for 60.00,( brand name)back in February so i took a pic.of size & style so i could get them online.I went back a day ago into Bobs saw same shoes & size & color are still on clearance except now theyre 90.00!!!
They do not stand behind the products they sell. They claim they have no relationship with the manufacturer, but make a profit on every sale. Might as well buy online. Would give zero stars if I could

Apparently closing soon but recently redid the entire store. Looks amazing and they have the best selection and inventory for the right price. Going to miss it! Its been a staple growing up in the Babylon area.
I dont wear sneakers around, just for gym and exercise class. Used my coupons and got a great deal! Love my Ryka sneakers!

I usually do much better, but this time there wasnt much to chose. Not much clearance items either. It was hard to determine which department was which. Boys, girls, womens mixed together.
The music over The shoe dept was so loud annoying and unnessarey that I almost left with a headache. How is that noise supposed to make me buy more????

I visited Bob Stores today for the first time in a long time, the one in West Islip, it changed inside. I liked the selections and the pricing was competitive but the lighting is a little too dark.
Their coupons are good for nothing besides the $10 rewardFor 20 years I been buying Chippewa Boots at bobs and using the footwear coupon on it and now all of a sudden footwear coupon doesnt work on the Chippewa boots I will be going somewhere else to buy my boots from now on

You have a lot of nerve sending me a coupon that I cant use on 33 different companies or sales. Why dont you just put on the coupon what I can use it for. It excludes footwear. Thats the only thing I ever bought from this store.

I was there for my mail order item issues, the staffs were nice and took care of it right away.
Store was clean and prices were good. The store felt a little cluttered but i found what i needed.

2022-05-02Best place to buy my work boots. Staff was super helpful. Hopefully they dont close this one down.The store definitely needs a bit of a revamp but i will still shop their regardless.

2022-02-17This Bobs location is nice, and I like how it’s Womens section expanded and now sells belts, more denim, and wider variety of hiking and yoga pants. I only gave 3 stars because I am 6’1” and very few clothing items come in tall sizing at Bobs. The company should expand its sizing so more women can shop here

2021-10-14I had a pleasure shopping here. Wasnt too crowded. I had some issues signing for the membership on the website but Kayla took the time to walk me through it at the register and complete my purchase. She was very patient, professional and a great example of what you want in an employee.

2021-07-02Are you a man or woman or even a young teenager looking for the modern look? Then this store is for you. Bobs is great place to buy popular name brand clothes and shoes. A pretty expensive store I must say though. I put this company up there with Kohls a very decent selection minus the jewelry and other accessories Kohls provides.

2021-11-10They dont honor the sale thats online. Coupons have many exclusions. Store is large and clean. Sneaker selection is not great ...hard to find my size (10.5).
