Heat didn’t come on in the morning. Tried the usual, batteries, fuse, thermostat etc. Referred to Chris Bodek by a friend. Chris arrived at 3:00pm and quickly found the problem. Unfortunately, the needed part had a 10/14 day backlog. Chris found an alternate approach and had us back with heat by 6:00pm. Chris is professional, competent and innovative. He didn’t try to sell us a new furnace. I recommend him highly.Bob Montgomery

This is the only plumbing company I will call. Bodek has been doing residential plumbing and heating work for me since 2011, and I have never been disappointed. Prices are very fair...they will not price gouge you. Techs are fast, friendly, and very knowledgeable. Office staff is incredibly friendly and efficient. This company quickly bailed me out of two jams I got myself into: 1) They fixed my work when I did a novice job on some drain work on an estate house that I was working on, and 2) They responded quickly during the 2011 flood to replace our furnace and water heater. Other work they have done for us: Installed a water softener, replaced numerous old compromised water shut-off valves, installed new kitchen sink and faucet in quartz counter-top, re-installed dishwasher after I remodeled my kitchen, replaced shower water supply valve, installed hot water heater expansion tank. I cant say enough good things about the people who work for this company. Theyre the best.

We use bodek for septic services. We ended up needing a cooling system installed in our sun room so we got an estimate and bodek was able to help work within our budget and start the work weeks before the others we got quotes from.They all worked fast ,and cleaned up nicely . Call these guys! they offer a bunch of services and were always super happy with them!!

Hands-down one of the best service experiences I have ever had. The septic technician was super patient trying to find my tank when I had no odea where it actually was. Once found, he explained the whole system to me for my better understanding. Clean, fast and professional. Will never use another company.

Where to start. First of all they did a whole house install for me, hot water heater, furnace, and all plumbing (septic and water lines). This company is hands down the best that I have used. They are very professional and take a lot of pride in their work, to the point that all the writing on the sewer pipes in the basement are facing up so that you can’t see it, that’s how detailed they are. They cleaned up their messes throughout the day and after they were done, by the time they left for the day you wouldn’t have even known they were there. I would recommend this company to everyone, hands down the best. Thank you for your hard work and getting the job done in a timely manner

After scheduling an appointment and the project manager taking detailed notes about the quote request, I received a quote 3 business day later. It was not broken out as requested at the appointment by the major job elements, meaning I could not make decisions on what to have done and not do. After leaving 3 voice mails and 1 email over 11 days, I withdrew my request and went with a more responsive plumbing company. While I appreciate Bodek coming out once, the lack of follow through to even respond back, and to not even attempt to get the quote correct is a clear warning flag. I do not have faith in this companys ability to complete any important and time sensitive projects when they cant even return a voicemail within a couple business days.

Bodek: how would I put it, customer service or serviceman services? Neither were satisfactory. Waiting for an est. was my 1st gripe, or should it be the $135.00 service call. Only to find that thats the last response youll get.

Great company. We have worked with them several times at several properties. Everything from emergency water supply repairs to changing our some older pipes. Great job great price very respectful.

Bodek is the one to call for septic clean or or full septic work! The team is extremely good to work with and they do the job right for a fair price. Great business.

One year later and new septic working great. If you need your septic replaced Id recommend Bodek.
