Mallory and Brandon were absolutely fantastic brokers for us. They are organized, transparent, and very knowledgeable of the local market in Brooklyn. They had great instincts on pricing and process - we were able to attract multiple offers above asking price and go into contract after one open house. They were always respectful and professional with us and with the buy-side brokers, which helped ensure that all parties felt good about the transaction. Once we were in contract, they helped us keep things moving and close on schedule despite a global pandemic! Excellent and timely communicators, no matter the day or hour! Highly recommended.

My husband and I, new empty nesters, were planning a move to NYC after 30 years in the Boston area. We didnt know if we should rent for a while and then buy, or just go for a purchase. We didnt even know at first if we wanted to go for Manhattan or Brooklyn. We found Mallory by chance, after clicking on a talk to an agent link on a rental listing. She generously spent nearly an hour with us on the phone, explaining the ins and outs of all our different options. Ultimately, we decided to buy rather than rent, and by this time, wed had many informative conversations with the ever-patient Mallory. After looking at a bunch of places, we decided on a still-under-construction condo, and she guided us through various tricky moments with calm and common sense. We never got the feeling she was just trying to hold a deal together. We always felt she was a trusted confidante, advisor and friend. Before the deal closed, we got to know Brandon as well. What a team! These two are going to be NYs power real estate couple in about a half a minute - if they arent already. Highly recommend them for their knowledge, personal attention and great personalities.

We worked with Brandon and Mallory to sell our home and purchase a new one all during the pandemic. On the sale side they were well prepared and did the due diligence to price our home spot on at the max the market would bear. We were confident in the thoroughness of their analysis and their knowledge of the market. We did not question the pricing recommendation. To prepare the property for listing they brought in a highly skilled photographer and recorded a video. They personally spent time reviewing all the photos and the video to ensure only the best shots/frames were used and we spent the better part of a week wordsmithing the details of the listing with them directly involved. When the listing was brought to market it was featured in multiple real estate newsletters (extra work on their part to market) in addition to the standard listing services. During negotiations with very opportunistic buyers and their brokers they were firm and got the deal done close enough to asking that everyone was very happy. We had an accepted offer within 3 weeks of listing and a smooth close. It was clear from the onset that this team is very experienced in the NY market and has a strong network of experts, which they know how to use, to provide sellers with the best that their agency has to offer. They were agile in how they adapted their process to the COVID market. Throughout the process were treated as though we were their only customers even though we knew they were handling multiple sales simultaneously along with trying to find homes for prospective buyers. They were always quick to respond to texts and phone calls and never unavailable. On the purchase side we dealt with a highly competitive bidding war but they helped us navigate it and we are very happy with our new home with no regrets at all. Based on this experience we would highly recommend them especially if you are looking for a different and personalized experience.
Brandon is AWESOME. Ive worked with him multiple times on both sides of the transaction and for both sales and rentals. After 15+ years in NYC, Im psyched to have finally found a great real estate agent who is both excellent at his job and takes a long-term partnership view with his clients.

2022-01-21Buying and selling real estate in NYC is a wonderful and terrifying adventure. An emotional rollercoaster with many nail-biting, anxiety producing, stressful moments. Brandon and Mallory will take all of your worries, stresses, anxieties from you and handle them FOR YOU. YES, FOR YOU! They took are beautiful home and sold it to a wonderful couple so that my family of four could buy our dream apartment. They are the best of the best. They went above and beyond every day for us. We were and still are so impressed and thankful for all they did for us. They have become family to us. My husband and I are beyond lucky to have found this dynamic duo. They truly made our dreams come true. Because of them, this is the magic we get to experience every day.

2021-12-14We worked with Brandon and Mallory to both buy a new apartment AND sell our old apartment within two weeks of each other. Thanks to the amazing Bogard Team what could have been a tedious and stressful process was smooth and went off without the slightest hitch. Their guidance and expertise made staging, listing and selling our previous unit as seamless as it could have been. On the other side, they helped us find a perfect new home that met all of our criteria even down to the actual block! Without a doubt, the best agents we’ve ever worked with by miles. 2021-09-25My daughter called every real estate agent in Brooklyn. She spoke to 26 agents and by the end of the day knew she wanted to work with Brandon. He responded rapidly, was respectful and asked pointed questions. With every apartment visit, he worked to learn what my children needed.. Within 2 weeks, he found the perfect apartment. For several reasons, it was difficult to find a mortgage broker. Brandon did not give up and we worked with a terrific mortgage broker. Of course, Brandon also referred us to an excellent real estate lawyer to use. He held our hands though out the whole real estate process. He was ethical and good humored. Our Condo closed this week (September 2021). We could not have made this happen without Brandon and his team.

2021-03-31Mallory was phenomenal to work with from beginning to end. She was kind, patient, knowledgeable and followed through on every promise made. She was able to not only give feedback on design, pricing, etc. but also listened and collaborated incredibly well with all she came in contact with. Mallory also priced our place perfectly and well above what other realtors said it deserved. I didn’t work directly with Brandon but if Mallory is any indication, I’m sure he’s great too. Highly recommend.

2021-04-20I worked with Brandon this winter on finding/closing on our duplex in Greenpoint. He was honestly the best—A hybrid therapist and broker in one! Incredibly knowledgeable and dynamic, he understood exactly what we were looking for and helped us find it, gave us market context that we didn’t have and assisted us throughout the deal. He was super responsive and on top of it—We found him to be the only reliable part of buying a home in the city, if I’m honest. If he didn’t have an answer he could direct me to someone who could, ASAP. Will work with Brandon for all home purchases in the future, without a doubt.

2020-12-07I dont even want to think what my first apartment purchase experience would have been like, had it not been for Brandon and Mallory. They were true partners for me in this endeavour, helping every step of the way. They helped me find the place, take thorough videos to send me, arranged for the inspection to be done, handled all communications with the seller and even with my attorney and bank. And when all this was over, Brandon even dropped off a very nice, thoughtful gift to get my new apartment into the christmas spirit.I would recommend them to anyone without hesitation.
