I was only here once. I bought a cherry pie and a pound of cookies. The cookies were alright. My husband devoured the cherry pie and said it was one of the best he had.
I had them make me a wedding cake, and it was amazing! They dropped it off at the venue with no direction. Very Professional service with on time delivery. The cake was beautiful and it tasted great! You can’t go wrong with them for your wedding day!

The attitude of the staff is not acceptable. Regardless what the issue is customers should always be treated with respect and that was not the case. The people there should not be working in the hospitality industry! The cakes aren’t good either. Probably baked the day before. Bullies is correct!

Italian bread was outstanding as was the apple crumble cake we split between the two of us. Prices very reasonable. Not easy to park during the week. We were visiting the town for a few hours, so would love to go back, buy doubtful, as we live so far away.
This is a very adequate reasonably priced bakery in downtown mamaroneck. There are obviously much more expensive and probably a little higher quality bakeries. But for good consistent standard baked goods including cakes pastries and cookies you really cant go wrong here this place has been to staple for many years and probably for as long as Ive lived in mamaroneck. The smell is amazing and the staff is friendly
Decent coffee, however extremely stale cookies and pastry. On a Friday, everything should be fresh. My rainbow cookies were hard like a biscotti, they should be a chewy consistency, not hard.I also had the thumbprints which were hard as a rock.I took home a lobster tail and the cream was sour, like sour cream, I also took the rice crispy treat which was hard like a hockey puck, you could kill someone with it. Waste of money.My stars are only based on the customer service, the girls are very nice and work efficiently and quickly. Extremely disappointed otherwise.
Cookies were ok, wasnt impressed with the cakes. Tried a cake and also the danish both items were very dry.

Pastries are good however each time we have gotten them here for a special occasion, there has been hair baked into the pastry. Each and everytime! One in a cheesecake, one in a lobster tail and one in a San Giuseppe pastry. Very dissatisfied and disappointing
I am visiting a great friend. She told me about the Bakery. I decided to go to the bakery and have a snack. The people there were Absolutely Beautiful, Friendly and the atmosphere was delightful. My Cappuccino and small Tiramisu was delicious. I will return soon.
Great food, friendly staff. Workers all wearing masks/gloves.In my opinion, it was too crowded indoors with many seated customers not wearing masks (theyre dining, so of course no masks). Personally I would only do takeout here (not worth the risk to get this virus given the long term health issues now being documented) but to each their own. 🖖
I was in the bakery at least (3) times over the last 3 weeks. Typically it is a pleasurable experience however today was not. I unfortunately was be assisted by a person by the name of Casey. Well, the attitude on rhis person was not appreciated or was it acceptable. She should never be working in a customer service position. She was very rude and if Boiano continues to employee people with this type of sour disposition they will surely lose customers. I, for one will not be returning
Had a really nice frothy espresso this morning sat inside had a distinct euro feel and my wife loved her chocolate cupcake (no surprise there🤣) worth the trip there for sure

This is a great location for Italian cookies. I love the coffees, espressos, and especially the lattes. Its a great place to pick up deep rich buttery (or chocolate) birthday cake. Youre bound to find local sitting around enjoying their espresso and speaking Italian most morning.
One of the best bakeries in southern NY, period. Worth driving out of the way for, let alone having it close by. If you like Cappuccino feel confident ordering one here!
Somebody needs to explain to these people what an Ice coffee is. I wish I could share the pictures like we used to be able to, but I literally just left there with a large iced coffee that has two tiny ice cubes in it. Its lukewarm at best.
Second time in this bakery. First time I was served by a rude, unfriendly worker who acted like I was bothering her by coming in to buy something. I also felt she over charged me. This is why I didn’t give them five stars.Today I went in to spite that last experience and was extremely pleasantly surprised. I know the owner served me. She was extremely pleasant to deal with and the reason I am writing this review is because of her today and TO BRAG ABOUT THE MOST AMAZING “lobster tail” pastry I have ever had. I got the large one and it was large and overflowing with the yummy cream that they put inside it. If they keep on making them this way I will be going back for more to spite it not being on my diet plan. I will keep this review updated.I just hope the owner is there to serve me as the other lady needs to find a new job!
Biscotti are very good, especially the almond paste ones. Pastries include some unusual ones (like fruit tarts made with thin chocolate crust), but they may not move quickly enough to be super fresh. Choose wisely. Traditional Italian cakes are very good, but the American-style ones and cannoli are only ok. Great espresso and cappuccinos.
Its the best Bakery in Weschester...A lot of staff is offered there, specially for holidays...They take out and delivery services all the time...Its was helpful for the community in Pandemic times...All workers so respectful with costumers in general...All the pandemic protocols are follow not only for employes, also by the costumers...Excellent service and so on...

A nice Italian pastry shop and Cafe. There is a huge variety of delicious desserts. Theres seating if you want to have a coffee. Their Napoleon cake is out of this world

Big variety and very good service. They also have coffee and tables outside. A must try is the Nutella Tartar its very delicious. Prices are good too.
Bolanos is my favorite bakery in these parts. Their crossaints in the morning are the perfect consistency. Flakey , soft and buttery. The coffee here is what coffee should taste like and I have bought the bag of beans which the have on the shelf. Classic Italian desserts.
Our new favorite bakery ! We recently discovered Boiano Bakery and are very pleased with its service, atmosphere, and products. And, also, its location ! Mamaroneck is an excellent town .
I used to love this bakery so i decided to invite my friends and family for a dinner and ofcourse i sent my boyfriend to get the cake from this place.it was a total disaster the cake was STALE probably 2 week old!!! a huge embarrassment and disappointment to serve something that should have been discarded long time ago.i will never get anything from this place!!!

Terrific selection of biscotti. The Sicilian are my favorite--hints of molasses and dark brown sugar. The pignoli cookies are wonderful as well--an abundance of almond paste. Its like a trip to Arthur Avenue.

2022-05-12I absolutely love love love & adore this bakery! Iv been coming here for so many years. I love everything here. And so happy for them and for us they did their nice renovation and now we can eat outside as well. Everything is excellent here. Specially their flan & cappuccino!

2021-08-23This place is a fantastic little place to pass time. I came in bc I had to wait an hour for my son to take his guitar lesson at School of Rock. The bakery is quaint and adorable American-Italian bakery with a very very nice staff. They are warm, patient, polite, and the owner also stands around to have a word with his customers. I only had 5$ cash ( I couldn’t use apple pay for a small $) and they were so nice about staying within my spending limit and still getting a yummy desert. I had an espresso and cream filled pastry. Both were perfect! The pastry was perfectly crusty on the outside and dusted with powder red sugar and filed with a yummy custard filling that was perfectly chilled.You can sit inside or outside. I will certainly be back. What a treat! They really made my day.

2022-01-26Best butter cookies Ive ever had! My girlfriend comes every Sunday for a pound of assorted butter cookies to spoil me with throughout the week. I decided I need to see this place for myself and was not disappointed. so many options to choose from! I also got a black and white cupcake for the ride home and destroyed it in 2 bites, very tasty! The best part is theres always that one table with wise old men giving off Soprano vibes, adds character to the place!

2022-02-04The staff were very kind and helpful to me and my daughter on a snow day. We had apple strudel, lemon merengue, canoeing and ricotta cheese cake. They were flavorful, full of wonderful texture, and just good amount of sweetness to brighten our day. We will be back.

Another box of cookies in my possession ;) thanks.2017: Finally made it here after many years of eating their cookies, my coworker brings a box once a month. So good, just as good as when they are free ;) the pignoli nut cookies are worth their weight in gold!I look forward to my next visit.Thanks for making the best cookies on our Planet.

2019-05-02The cake I got from here was good, rest of the items looked absolutely delicious. Giving a 4 instead of 5 because of service. The attendant didnt know anything about the cakes so I realized after arriving home and cutting the cake and was pretty disappointed.

2021-10-30First of all the staff is fantastic!!! New to the area, I wanted bagels. Found this Bakery.Bought 4 bagels and asked if cream cheese was sold. Young woman said no, but I can put it on for you! Great...Now, the good part. You want EVERYTHING in this bakery!!!! Its visually amazing and everything looks so fresh. In addition to the bagels, I bought ape turnovers. They are by far the best I have ever eaten!This Bakery has become a favorite of mine.
